Welcome to SDAI. You guys got questions? Please go ahead and start raising your hand. Bottom of the Google Meet window. Just go ahead and click that hand icon so I get you in line. We'll start answering some questions. Hope everybody's having a great day so far. Grab a grab a nice cold or warm beverage and let's lock in. Let's see what we can do today, Matthew. It looks like you're first up.

Speaker 1 0:28
Awesome, man. So I have a couple questions, but I guess my first one is really like I was setting up my A 2p A 2p stuff, and when you go to do that and it asks you all the questions. The business website compliant checklist says, you know, my website is live; it doesn't give 404 errors. Totally cool. And then it started asking, like, have you made sure you my TOS and privacy policy are added to my website? And that is not the case, and I don't know how to do that. And so it just kind of got to the point where I was like, I don't know if I can go through this, and I don't want to get it rejected because text is awesome. Does that make sense?

Jason 1:14
Yeah, yeah. I think don't we have a help article for this, right, Richika, I think this is it. I think I just found

Speaker 2 1:24
it. Yes, it's in knowledge base. Let me share

Jason 1:28
the. Yeah, I think it's this one.

Speaker 2 1:29
Link.

Speaker 3 1:30
Excuse me.

Speaker 1 1:35
Awesome. So

Speaker 4 1:36
yeah,

Speaker 1 1:37
okay.

Jason 1:38
Yeah, so the way that we recommend it's a little bit different. We've got like a little bit different process, and so if you go through that help article, I don't have you been through this yet or no?

Speaker 1 1:49
I go through them all, and like usually there's just like one little thing that just kind of like throws a little curveball, and that's kind of why I'm here right now. Okay.

Jason 1:58
Okay.

Speaker 1 1:59
But but that that's totally fine. I could go to my second question. I'll just read that article, and I'll go to my second question.

Jason 2:06
Yeah, well, I'll just tell you there. There's a couple settings in there that we recommend that you turn off. Okay. So you'll just go through each one of those things. It if you just it it steps you right through it. Like 123. There's like steps, and it tells you exactly what to turn off. Gives you little screenshots shows you hey go turn this off turn this off and then what you'll do is you'll use the I think we're having having them do the chat widget now right Richika for A 2p I'm pretty sure that's what it is yeah it's the chat widget you're asking

Speaker 2 2:39
for the chat widget yeah yes yeah

Jason 2:40
so you won't. So you won't have to set up your own terms of service and privacy policy. Okay. Yeah. When you go through that. But Jason. Yeah.

Speaker 2 2:50
We recommend doing that through the custom pages as

Jason 2:56
well. Say it again.

Speaker 2 2:58
I said we recommend doing that through the custom pages, like to add the privacy policy pages as well. But we don't have to change the one that we get from the chat widget.

Jason 3:11
Right, you don't have to change. Yeah, right. Correct. Yeah. Yes. Yeah. No. He's he's strictly just talking about A2P right now. So the A2P process. Yeah, there'll be several things you'll turn off inside of SDAI, and then you'll install a chat widget. You'll you'll get the chat widget from High Level. You'll install that on the site, and then inside the chat widget, what Rachika is talking about, there's a link to the privacy policy and terms of service inside the chat widget. But that actually links to high levels terms and and privacy, which is totally fine.

Speaker 1 3:47
Perfect,

Jason 3:48
and that should get you. Yeah,

Speaker 2 3:50
I have one more thing. But on our A 2p guide, we also mentioned that you need to have like privacy policy, publicly accessing privacy policy and the terms page, and that we are doing from the custom pages. So I think because the checker that checks on the A to B, that checks on our website directly. So I think that that may give you the error.

Speaker 3 4:21
Hmm. Okay.

Speaker 2 4:23
Yeah.

Jason 4:38
I'm just trying to figure out what I should say to you, Matthew. I'm. I don't want to redirect you in the wrong place. Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 1 4:44
No, it's all good. If this one's too, I, I do have another. So, like, if this one's, I can go to that and try to figure it out. I'm not going to quit. Like, I'm going to keep going. Like, I'm.

Jason 4:54
Yeah, go go through that. Go through that process. Go through our article. Add. Add the chat widget like we instruct. Go through that process. As far as the links that that Rachika is talking about, I don't know if I'm just wondering if we could get get through A2P without even turning those on, without even linking to them. I don't know because I haven't I haven't personally tried it myself. I kind of think if if we submit A 2p and you tell and you're telling them that you're only using the chat widget and that's where and all the other forms are turned off, we might be able to get away with it. So I would just follow that process. I think you'll I think there's a good chance you'll be okay and you'll you'll get through. If not, just come back and and let us know, and we'll help you get through it. It's it's not the end of the world if you get denied.

Speaker 1 5:50
Yeah, no, totally. Yeah, I just wanted to make sure you know what like easier to get accepted than denied, right? Right, right. Yeah,

Speaker 3 5:59
100%. Try

Speaker 1 6:00
the first time. The other question I think is around the webhook. Like, what happens is I get to these spots in there, and is it cool if I just share my screen real quick? Of course, yeah, yeah. Go

Jason 6:11
ahead, please.

Speaker 1 6:11
Okay, cool. So when I am looking at this here, so this I I don't even know what I was setting up here, but I know I was doing something, and I'm and and I'm go. I was going through everything, and I was doing step by step, and I was crushing it, and I was chugging along. Then I got to this part where I took the my email, and then I took the you know the business email, and I got the status failed 400 thing. I was like, I don't know what the hell happened here, but it was like the last step in making this thing happen. And I think this was for the. I've done so many different things, so I'm not 100 sure. But I think this was to get that little chat bot in the chat bot in the little bottom corner there. I think that's what this was. What? Yeah,

Jason 7:03
I think it is too. It's been a while since I've looked at this. Looked looked at this myself.

Speaker 1 7:09
Sorry, I'm throwing you all these really fun, wild questions. You know,

Jason 7:13
it's all good, man. Can you scroll? Can you scroll up to the top?

Speaker 1 7:17
Yeah.

Speaker 3 7:18
Let me just see.

Speaker 2 7:20
I'm Jason.

Jason 7:21
Yep.

Speaker 2 7:22
This is for claiming the listing through the chat widget that is connect that is connected with the AI agent. And are we discussing the 400 error?

Speaker 1 7:35
Yeah. Yes.

Speaker 2 7:36
Yeah. So this comes when we already tested this once because the same email cannot be used for the testing again and again because when we are testing it from here, it it actually claim the listing on the back end. So we need to use new email addresses again and again. Yeah,

Speaker 1 7:58
I get it. Yep. All right. Well, that's interesting because then I so I'll have to. The only issue is is I I used my own because I'm trying to capture it. So I'd have to figure out a different. I could figure that out. But it's basically you get one shot at it, and if not, you blew the email address, and you got to choose new ones. Is what I'm hearing. Correct?

Speaker 2 8:20
Yes, that's right. And make sure they have like business and consumer tags.

Speaker 1 8:25
Okay, cool. Even if he

Jason 8:27
deletes it, even if he goes and deletes that contact, is he going to still throw the error?

Speaker 2 8:32
That we need to check because, yeah, I think deletion would work fine because what it does as soon as we test, it actually claim the listing on the backend. So we need to check if we are deleting and adding that again, if that is fetching the old information or not.

Jason 8:53
Yeah, that's what I would test, Matthew. I just delete it, just delete the listing, and then go back through that, and then delete the consumer account as well, and then go back and then test again. If you only have one, you know, limited email, I would try that. I think that should work.

Speaker 1 9:10
Okay, cool. Just a little side idea, Jason. Like, I honestly would pay hundreds of dollars just to sit with somebody for an hour, crush, knock all this out, and literally just away we go. So I don't know if there's like a backend upsell service that you all do. It's like I would gladly pay just to do it. Ruchika was amazing, by the way. She just was so helpful, and I just massive shout out to her. I just like I'm one of those dudes where like anytime stuff like this just kind of like slows me down. I'm like, dude, I just want to go. Like, maybe it's the ADHD. I don't know, but I like I would gladly invest to get on a phone with somebody and just knock it out of the park. So if there's anybody in this community as well, I'll totally. I'm on board, but that's just it. Would be worth an upsell for you guys on the back end because, like, this is an awesome. I mean, what an amazing opportunity this is. I this was a no brainer. I jumped in instantly, and I was like, "Let's go!" It's these stupid little tech things, you know. I'm a sales dude. I can do that all day. It's the tech shit that like throws little curveballs at me, you know what I'm saying?

Jason 10:22
Right, right, yeah, totally get it. So, a couple things on that. We, so we're pushing forward on the tech side. We're pushing forward. Our goal, our north star, is somebody who's brand new can come in and have a fully working directory site, basically within like 30 minutes to an hour. Like that's our north star. So we're pushing towards that, and we're continually tweaking things and making things better. And we're our goal is to get it to the point where you literally will not. You'll you'll basically just describe what you want. You'll just say, "Hey, this is the type of site. These are the types of businesses, and this is my area." And then the technical stuff will all just be set up on the back end.

Speaker 1 11:09
Super cool. Like that.

Jason 11:11
That's going to be the goal. That's the goal. But in the interim, while we're trying to get there, Rachika, I know Rachika, you're still doing calls. I have a I have a

Speaker 1 11:22
call set with her. Okay, good. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Cool. Yeah. And I love that she laughed at what you were just saying. She was like, she was like, "What are you doing to me?" But yeah, no, I love this man. And like once again, like just what a cool product, and like what a cool thing. It's like this, you know, the serve serve first type of mentality, and that's really the goal here for me. Like, is to serve first, get people into the into the thing, and then you know, given the back end solution that they really need to drive more traffic and things like that. So, yeah. So, thank you so much. I'm good, man.

Jason 12:00
Awesome. Okay. Cool. Matt,

Speaker 2 12:01
I have one question. Like, you connected on the onboarding, right?

Speaker 1 12:06
Yeah. Yeah. You and me did the onboarding stuff. I can

Speaker 2 12:09
share the tech support calendar with you that you can book a time from there.

Speaker 1 12:15
Lovely. Appreciate you.

Speaker 2 12:17
Yeah. I'll send you through the

Speaker 1 12:19
email. Awesome. Thank you so much.

Speaker 3 12:24
Perfect. Right, Bobby.

Speaker 5 12:27
Let me. Can you hear me?

Jason 12:29
I can hear you just fine. Yeah.

Speaker 5 12:31
Okay. Let's see. Where am I? I'm trying to. I want to share the screen. Okay, okay. This is something new on here, I guess, because I don't know what this is. When I did the the credit thing the first time, none of this was here. I don't know what to do with this.

Speaker 2 13:08
Um, Bobby Jason, we need to complete this profile first so that he'll be able to access the search feature. So if you scroll to the top, Bobby. Yeah. To the top. Yeah, if you scroll, just fill in your first name, last name, and the phone number, and you will be able to access our search feature.

Jason 13:36
And then he needs his his email too, right? His no, not email. That's

Speaker 2 13:40
totally fine. No, no, that's fine. Just the phone number, and you will hit on save changes, and it'll take you to the search feature automatically. Perfect.

Speaker 5 14:00
Okay, so I need to do that on every directory I do. Just put my name and phone number.

Speaker 6 14:04
Yes.

Speaker 7 14:05
Okay.

Speaker 3 14:06
Yes.

Speaker 5 14:06
Okay. Great. Well, I've got some help now. Thanks, Jason. And I've been working on the other directory a little bit. Just can I just show you a page and see if you think it's the right direction?

Jason 14:32
Of course, yeah. Let's do it.

Speaker 5 14:35
This is page that I'm working on. Let me. This is basically to get people on the the system. Basically, it's it's a partnership deal that I'm offering. You know, I told you about before. Yeah. This is basically all I'm wanting to do with this is get them to fill this form out, apply for beta, and I made a beta test offer. Like I'm only going to do three free setups, and then they still have to pick a plan, you know. But the setup, I'm going to charge. I'm thinking I'm going to charge $2,500 for setup, but I'm going to waive it for the first three beta testers, and tell them, hey, this is for us to work through this and give them, hopefully, give them a little flexibility with me.

Jason 15:39
Okay, cool. Yeah.

Speaker 5 15:40
What do you think about this? Is

Jason 15:41
for this is for the directory, right? Yeah.

Speaker 5 15:43
So basically, what we're doing is building a personal directory, which when we're building a personal directory for them and in their City and putting all their their customer base, you know, their customer base in in the directory, and they have credibility. Hopefully, that's what gets gets them to to join, and we do the back end for them as far as the services,

Jason 16:25
and you're still doing the same industry, right? You're still doing the shops. Yeah,

Speaker 5 16:29
yeah. See, that's why it's got sign stuff on it. I mean, you know, I've been in business for you know 25 years or more, and you know, just it's got sign stuff for them to look at it and say, "Oh, they must be in the sign business," you know.

Speaker 3 16:46
Yep.

Speaker 5 16:47
So this is kind of a pale. I don't know. A lot of my sites are bold, but for some reason it made it kind of pale and light. I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing.

Jason 17:02
I mean, brand colors you can you can change that pretty easily. I know you did this in studio, right? AI studio.

Speaker 5 17:08
Yeah,

Jason 17:09
yeah. What I don't know what your brand colors are, but just go ahead and grab the hex codes for them and throw them in. Hey,

Speaker 5 17:16
all mine are just a little bit more bold than this. This is a not really like lost them. This is where they can come in here and actually claim their city and see if it's available.

Jason 17:30
Oh, okay, cool. And

Speaker 5 17:31
that that doesn't do anything to. They don't have to pay nothing to find that out. Let's see. And this is for admin only. It's they don't they don't see this page, but this is where they I can click on them and call them and talk to them.

Speaker 3 17:53
Got it. Very cool.

Speaker 5 17:55
And I did all that in the AI studio.

Speaker 3 17:58
Nice.

Speaker 5 18:00
But anyway, that's all I. Yeah, I

Jason 18:03
would just, I'd update the branding. Just have it look consistent across the board. You know, have everything same colors.

Speaker 5 18:10
Okay.

Jason 18:11
I mean, that's what I would do personally. Okay. You know, same font, same font style, whatever font family you're using.

Speaker 5 18:18
Well, the question, the question I have on like I'm building a directory for the sign business that's not anything but just the same directory nationwide, but from there I'm going to contact those people and get them on their personal directory. But a question I had: can I do a page where it's like ads in the directory? I mean, this is my Owensboro directory. Is there any place you can put in ads like you want to advertise a product that you're you're selling yourself other than the services,

Speaker 3 19:04
yeah,

Speaker 5 19:07
or I don't know, linking it to I don't know if you can do it. I'd like to have an ad, a space, a space just to show an ad on these things, like a a little bar.

Jason 19:31
No, I get what you're saying, and I I know we don't we don't have anything specific right now. Obviously, you could, you know, you could take one of those. One

Speaker 5 19:40
thing I want to put on the sign one, not on the Owensboro. I want to put listings like this, saying you know just a bar running you know with these people as a way for them to go to this place and sign up if they aren't already. But it gives a legitimate. Look to the directory that I'm making national directory because if I'm a member of this and have something linked to them, as you know, people recognize this that are in the sign business,

Speaker 3 20:15
right?

Speaker 5 20:16
And I just like to have. I don't know if I can make this a blog or make it a one of the other features we have already. Yeah, I mean, or a news news article just to have something like this on there with links to these people if they want to go and sign up or look at that? Would that probably be the easiest way to use one of the features we already have, the pages we already have?

Jason 20:50
Yeah, I'm just going to say yeah, blog, maybe news, news. Yeah, you can kind of play around with that and see if that would work. Obviously, you can create a custom page, you know, through the funnel, and that could go in there, and you could set up

Speaker 5 21:07
under more,

Jason 21:09
under more, yeah, yeah,

Speaker 5 21:10
yeah,

Jason 21:11
yeah.

Speaker 5 21:12
I could just name it, you know, their name or something. Yeah, I was just wanting to sign up with all the agencies. My goal is to get that rolling enough to just pay my way, so I go to all the sign shows and even buy a booth and and do a class on it or something.

Jason 21:30
Would that be so? What exactly are you trying to advertise? Though, is it more like affiliate links? No,

Speaker 5 21:38
I wanted to be a partner with the sign shop in the in respect that I'll do all the services like SEO and chatbots and all the ad for yourself. Yeah, and I do you know me and my team will do the the work for them, but they are actually the face of it because it's their sign shop and they're you know offering these services and we split we split the income

Speaker 3 22:08
right okay

Speaker 5 22:09
do you think 2500 is a reasonable offer to set all this up for somebody the

Jason 22:18
directory side

Speaker 5 22:19
yeah set up the directory for them, and all their pages, everything to help you know promote, you know the email sequences, everything in the back end we set up, and they just confirm, yeah, we can do that for you. And

Jason 22:39
personally, I think 25 is probably a little low. I would, I would probably charge at least 5k for it for a setup like that. I think I think you're underestimating the work that's involved.

Speaker 5 22:56
Okay,

Jason 22:56
in setting one of these up. So yeah, I mean 2500 is it's pretty low. Obviously, you know, you know, you know the industry better than I do, and so you know what they. Well, the price

Speaker 5 23:08
price is a filter. You know, people that

Speaker 3 23:11
sure

Speaker 5 23:12
want something, they're going to pay more for it, and they're probably better customers.

Speaker 3 23:17
Yeah.

Speaker 5 23:18
So it's you know, I guess the only way to find out is just try five and see what happens.

Jason 23:25
Yeah, that's that would be my starting point. If I were looking at doing it, I would I would price it at 5k. I wouldn't price it at 25.

Speaker 5 23:33
Okay, well that's an easy change. And you know, are you are you willing to do two or three beta testers to get our feet wet and really get this going? Oh,

Jason 23:48
100%.

Speaker 5 23:50
Okay. Yeah,

Jason 23:50
that that that doesn't change that whatsoever, and I wouldn't charge more

Speaker 8 23:54
attractive

Jason 23:56
because what what happens there is that that's where you build kind of. That's where you build your process. That's where you really dial in your systems, so that the 5K sale becomes really easy. Because now you've done three or four of these beta testers. You know what's involved. You've got a system in place. You you know exactly how much time it's going to take, and you can tell them that. You can say, look, it's 5K. We have this thing live in 10 days, right? And you and you know you could say that with confidence because you've done it.

Speaker 5 24:26
Yeah. So

Jason 24:28
I 100, I'd say do the beta testing for sure, and get and and yeah, don't charge them for that. So you can get a couple under your belt, so you feel real comfortable. You got those systems. You got everything locked down, and then you're ready to go.

Speaker 5 24:43
Okay. Well, that's all I can think of right now. So next, cool.

Jason 24:48
Sounds good. All right. Looks like Diana.

Speaker 4 24:55
Hi.

Jason 24:56
How you doing?

Speaker 9 24:57
Good, and you? How's everybody going?

Jason 25:00
I think we're all doing pretty well today.

Speaker 9 25:02
Perfect. I just had two questions. Um, so I have my site. Can I share my screen?

Speaker 3 25:09
Of course.

Speaker 9 25:14
I have so many tabs open. I don't even know where I am. Yeah. Okay. So I'm. I'm I'm been using the help docs a lot, following like each one. So I'm trying to set up. Can you see my screen?

Jason 25:31
Of course. Yep. I'm trying

Speaker 9 25:33
to set up the outbound calls, but I don't see the enable outbound calls tab that I can enable it. I don't know how can I fix that or where can I find it.

Jason 25:46
And well, do you have a phone number for outbound?

Speaker 9 25:49
Oh, you have to buy another phone number besides the one that I have for inbound.

Jason 25:54
I I think that's the way they do it now. Let me. I think I think each one has to be assigned a different phone number, if I remember correctly. I'm just pulling it up on my side real quick for you.

Speaker 4 26:09
Thank you.

Jason 26:14
But yeah, if you click on click on those three dots on the far right there,

Speaker 9 26:18
this one,

Jason 26:21
the three vertical dots for outbound.

Speaker 9 26:26
Yeah. Do I put edit?

Jason 26:30
Yeah, I don't know why it's not showing up for us. I I can see your screen. I just can't see your mouse. Oh.

Speaker 9 26:38
Right here. Is that where you're trying to get? Ah.

Jason 26:42
Yeah, I can't see anything. Hang on, let me see if I can pull it up on my side. And you're you're on our account, and it's under what is it under Miami?

Speaker 9 27:02
Miami Insider Guide, yeah.

Speaker 3 27:04
Insider, got it. Outbound.

Jason 28:12
Okay, so what what's happening with yours? Can you explain it one more time to me, Diana?

Speaker 9 28:18
So sure, of course. So the in the help docs, in order to set up the outbound, let me see, outbound voice AI phone setup, I have to enable the let me see enable outbound calls. So this in the instructions it said that I had to, you know, just tab on the tab there. Let me see where I see it here, where it says create folder. Should be a tab saying enable outbound calls in order to set up the outbound. But I can't. I don't see that tab. I looked everywhere and I don't see it. So if I go here to the, do you see like where I move the screen, or no, you cannot. No, uh.

Speaker 4 29:06
Doesn't. Let me see if I try it again. Hold on. Rachika,

Jason 29:11
are you are you still here?

Speaker 2 29:18
Yes, Jason. Yep.

Speaker 3 29:22
Do you know where?

Jason 29:25
Why she cannot enable her outbound? Her outbound agent.

Speaker 2 29:34
I think that needs to be done through the deploy. If you see on top, build and deploy. No, if you go back there again,

Speaker 4 29:44
so go back to advancement. Okay.

Speaker 2 29:46
Yes. Yes. Deployment. There is deploy on top.

Speaker 9 29:50
Okay.

Speaker 2 29:52
Yeah. Oh, because yeah, now they have changed.

Jason 29:56
Yeah.

Speaker 2 29:57
Yeah, the screens a little bit. Yeah, that needs to be done.

Speaker 9 30:02
And where do I go? So you have to

Jason 30:05
choose a phone number first. But like we were saying, I think you're gonna have to choose a. You're gonna have to purchase a different number to do outbound.

Speaker 9 30:14
The outbound. So you can select it from

Speaker 8 30:16
there. Yeah.

Speaker 9 30:16
Oh, I see. So that was the thing. Okay. And do I have to do another A 2p compliance for that number or no?

Jason 30:25
No, no. The A 2p compliance is account wide, so it's not per phone number.

Speaker 9 30:33
Got. So

Jason 30:33
as soon as you purchase a new number, it will automatically go underneath the same A 2p compliance certificate. So

Speaker 9 30:42
perfect. Yeah. you

Jason 30:43
you won't have to go through that again.

Speaker 9 30:44
Gotcha. Okay, so I'll do that after. I don't want to take everybody's time, and I have another second question. So I I already sent out leads and stuff like that, you know, to prospect. But on my site, which I'm going to show you right now, you guys can see my screen, right?

Jason 31:01
Yes.

Speaker 9 31:03
If I go to my site, which is located in Miami, I still see like Nevada stuff. Is there a way I can change all this stuff that it doesn't show like Las Vegas, but instead Miami? Let me

Speaker 3 31:18
see,

Jason 31:22
because I can't see it on your screen. Let me see if I pull it up here.

Speaker 9 31:26
Sorry, I thought I was. It's

Speaker 3 31:27
okay, my Eddie Insider, Las Vegas. Oh, I see. Why is that showing Las Vegas?

Speaker 9 31:43
Yeah, I don't know if it's something that I didn't change the location or something on on the SDAI.

Jason 31:56
Those okay, so I'm looking at is it just those three featured listings on your homepage?

Speaker 9 32:03
No, the the all the listings. It was just the original site. Of course, I changed, you know, the hero and all that bunch of stuff. But it just kept with Las Vegas. It's already published. That site is already published and everything, and I already sent emails for potential, you know, listings. But it doesn't show. So if everybody, if a person is going to go in there, it's going to be where Las Vegas or Miami. So that's what I'm trying to change, but I don't know how to. Nobody has claimed listings yet. I just started prospecting now.

Speaker 3 32:37
Got it.

Speaker 9 32:54
Cause see, like all the ones that you see here in our accounts, and they're all like were there already from you know, I guess to so they can the site looks like active. I guess.

Jason 33:07
Oh, so you didn't you didn't put these in?

Speaker 9 33:10
No, they're already there. Oh,

Jason 33:13
yes.

Speaker 2 33:14
These are the dummy listings that we are giving.

Jason 33:20
All of these are,

Speaker 2 33:22
yeah,

Jason 33:23
and so you haven't added anything.

Speaker 4 33:25
No,

Jason 33:26
Diana. Okay, okay. So then we just need to delete all of your listings out of here. Okay, I just wanted to make sure because I wasn't sure if that's what I was checking to see which ones you'd added or if you'd added any. But it doesn't look like there's very many. It looks like I'm only seeing six. Is that right? Or maybe there's. I mean, there's

Speaker 9 33:48
four pages here. Oh, actually, 10 pages. So I guess there's like 10 pages of.

Speaker 3 33:54
Okay.

Speaker 9 33:55
Oh, or actually not. Not 10 pages. It's four pages.

Speaker 3 34:00
Right.

Speaker 9 34:01
All shows, I guess pre-generated already there on the site. I haven't added, so I don't. If so, you're saying is I have to add like the ones I'm sending for potential listings. Is that what I have to do? Yes. Oh, yeah.

Jason 34:17
So that's what the whole. So have you gone through the lead training, so how you can pull your own leads now?

Speaker 9 34:23
No, I have. Okay.

Jason 34:26
If you scroll towards the top, you'll see the new leads tab right there, and you may have to enter your your email. Let's see if it pops up. Oh no, it looks like you've already done it. Okay, so this is where you can actually search for different businesses in Miami, and then you can pull a list of those businesses and then import them directly into your SDAI site, and those will be the actual businesses that you reach out to.

Speaker 9 34:55
So how do I? Because I already did four batches. So. So how do I import all this there? Is an automatic way to do it? I

Jason 35:10
don't know if you've already pushed any. It says complete, ready for GHL two.

Speaker 9 35:18
Yeah, because that's the part that I don't understand. Only one was pushed to GHL, and then the other ones.

Jason 35:23
Click on ready for GHL. Yeah, and there's 25 leads here, 17 complete.

Speaker 9 35:47
And and I didn't do anything different in order to get to this point. Like I just did the same process for all of them, so I'm not sure why one was processed to GHL and not the other one.

Jason 36:01
It looks so you've got a dentist here. I'm just trying to see if these have already been pushed. It looks like they have. Let me just. I'm just doing a search.

Speaker 9 36:12
Thank you. Sorry if I'm taking. Yeah, yeah. No, it's

Jason 36:17
no. So everyone that I've pulled up, it's already inside of high level. The only thing that I don't think the business tag has been added. Let me check that. See,

Speaker 9 36:35
you mean the business tag on my site?

Jason 36:40
So each one of these businesses, once you bring them into high level, you have to apply what's called a business tag to the listing, or I'm sorry, to the contact. That's what creates the listing inside SDAI, and that's why we're not seeing them. I think that's why we're only seeing the the demo content. Yeah. So I think what you need to do first is go ahead and delete all of your demo listings.

Speaker 9 37:17
So do I go back to

Jason 37:21
those four pages, because I think those are all.

Speaker 9 37:25
Do I go back to business? Right there.

Jason 37:27
Yeah. So we want to just delete all these.

Speaker 4 37:34
Is there a way I can delete all of them at the same time? Remove listing. Remove listing labels, or no? Is that it?

Jason 37:46
No, let's just go ahead and delete them because, yeah, we're not going to need these.

Speaker 4 37:57
Let's have it. Actually, let me see if I can delete all of them at the same time. I guess not. Sorry, I don't know if that's okay.

Speaker 3 38:06
No problem.

Speaker 4 38:07
At the same time, I don't think so.

Speaker 9 38:16
I mean, there's four of them that I can. I don't want to take anybody's time. I'm sorry.

Jason 38:22
Yeah, I would just go through. I would delete all those, and then all the remaining looks like all the remaining contacts in here just need to get that business tag added to them.

Speaker 9 38:38
So I have to add each business, and where do I add the business? Just that I can do this, like you know, I can delete. So if you go

Jason 38:46
in the contacts section on the left-hand side, far left-hand side,

Speaker 9 38:52
where do I go?

Jason 38:54
The contacts. So if over on the far left-hand side menu, there you go, and then click on contacts. So scroll back up.

Speaker 9 39:03
Contacts, gotcha. Okay.

Jason 39:04
Yep.

Speaker 4 39:14
Oh, what happened? Do I go to Smart List or Yes?

Jason 39:25
Yeah, you should go to Smart List.

Speaker 9 39:27
It's blank.

Jason 39:31
Maybe refresh the page because I'm seeing it on. Oh, there you go.

Speaker 4 39:42
Okay.

Jason 39:44
So some of these will be the demo content that we're going to be removing, but others, these are. So you can see it says demo there on the right side under tag. But there are several of them that don't have that demo tag that were part of what you pulled.

Speaker 4 40:10
I guess all of them are demo tags. It's because you have a

Jason 40:14
filter. Go go up to the to see where it says filter. Yeah, go ahead and clear that filter. Let's hit clear all filters. Yeah, there you go. Apply. That'll remove it. There we go.

Speaker 9 40:28
Gotcha.

Jason 40:29
Now you can start to see all the businesses. So this like best dental clinic, that one I believe that's Miami.

Speaker 4 40:36
Yeah.

Jason 40:38
Right. So, but what you need in order for that to show up on the site, you need to add what's called the business tag to it. So, if you go ahead and click, just click the name business dental or best dental. I'm sorry, click the name

Speaker 9 40:55
and add tag.

Jason 40:56
Yeah, you can add tag there, or you can do it inside the contact itself. But yeah, you'll you'll come in here, and then you'll add under tags. You'll just select business.

Speaker 9 41:07
An actual name, business.

Jason 41:10
Yes, exactly. And then under tags, you should see it there. Oh, it's it's towards the top. You just passed it. There you go. Yep, just add that one. Hit add tag.

Speaker 4 41:26
Check progress. Just hit

Jason 41:27
tip. No, you can just dismiss it. It's fine. And now best dental. If you give it a second, it should show up on the live site. So as soon as that tag gets added, then it will show up on the live site.

Speaker 9 41:47
Gotcha. Okay, so I have to erase the the demo ones and then add the ones that I sent on the tag for business. I guess all of them that I sent are businesses. So I added to the same name, action name I guess.

Jason 42:02
Yep, and best dental is now on the site. I see it.

Speaker 4 42:06
Oh, let me see. Okay, perfect. Thank you.

Jason 42:11
No problem.

Speaker 9 42:11
Thank you so much. Thank you. Yeah, just

Jason 42:13
remove remove the the demo stuff.

Speaker 9 42:16
Yeah.

Jason 42:16
Just add the add add the business tag to any company that you want to show up on the live site, and then you should be good to go.

Speaker 9 42:25
Perfect, perfect. Thank you, Jason. Appreciate it.

Jason 42:28
Of course, no problem. Right, Anthony.

Speaker 7 42:36
Hi, Jason. I hope my internet behaves. But quick question. Sure. I'm four months four months in, and we haven't started yet, so I'm trying to kick it in high gear. But one of the things I was working on is I wanted to get A2P approved, and my understanding is I have to purchase a phone number first. And when I went to settings to purchase a phone number, something flashed on the screen that says like manage numbers, but then it went straight to I need to call support. I have no idea why.

Jason 43:10
Okay, you want to share your screen?

Speaker 7 43:13
Yeah, I don't see that option here. Weird. I don't see a share my. Oh, here it is. Okay. Are you able to see my screen now?

Speaker 3 43:41
Yep. Yeah, we can see it.

Speaker 7 43:48
So it shows that, and then it just skips over to reach out to our support team for assistance. And when I click phone system settings, just goes back to the home page.

Speaker 3 44:00
Okay. Give me a second here. Just logging into your account. Oh, yeah, that's why. All right, give me one second. Let me get this turned on for you.

Speaker 7 44:15
Thank you. One thing to note: the support staff when you place a support ticket is really good, so I just wanted to note that they give very good responses and include videos sometimes. So I just wanted to shout out your support. That's fantastic. Yeah, the only wish list that I that I could add to that is one. Once we submit a ticket, we have no tracking, so there's no reference number. There's not like a portal where we can go in and check to see where that. So halftime, I don't even know if my tickets actually were sent or received. So that's what I would suggest is, you know, like in high level, for example, if you put in a support ticket, you get an email back that has the confirmation number, the the ticket number. So if I need to follow up, I can say I'm calling about ticket number 123. I notice with your system, it's just you click send, it says, and then there's no you have no reference at all. So, just something to add.

Jason 45:46
I'm actually taking notes on that right now. Yeah, I thought that that's fantastic. I will definitely bring that to the team.

Speaker 10 46:03
Awesome.

Jason 46:04
All right, Anthony. So go ahead and click on settings for me, and let's go back to phones, and you should be able to see it. Click on phone system.

Speaker 3 46:24
There you go.

Speaker 7 46:25
So I would add the number and then and then go to the trust center and do the A 2p. Okay.

Jason 46:32
Exactly. Yep.

Speaker 7 46:33
If there's any way, I don't know if I think you guys have a. Do you have a A 2p video tutorial in the help in the knowledge base,

Jason 46:43
I don't think that there's a video. But let me grab. Here's the link to the help article. There's screenshots and it's like a whole step-by-step kind of tutorial in there.

Speaker 11 47:00
That'd be great.

Jason 47:01
Yeah, but I don't see the video. But there's definitely a bunch of screenshots, and it walks you through it.

Speaker 7 47:07
Okay. And then one other quick question: as I was kind of go through my checklist to see what I still needed to do, I just want to make sure that I am active in the. I'll find it here in a second. Yeah. So, quick question: Does this mean that I'm set up for the Google Maps, and that if I add a directory, then it should automatically pull their their map into the their profile.

Jason 47:48
Yes, that is correct. But I would advise you now because this call is being recorded, and your your keys have now been exposed. So I would I would definitely go and swap those. Yeah, just swap those keys out. But yes, yeah. Once you add those keys there, then yes, that should activate the Google Maps on each individual listing, and it'll pull in the map.

Speaker 7 48:17
And then my final question: I don't know if this would be more geared to support, but like on my homepage on a desktop, it shows I think they call this like the hero image or something. But I noticed like when I shrink it to mobile view, like the most of the image kind of goes away. Is there like a separate setting where I would have to reload this image for just mobile. See, it kind of takes away the.

Jason 48:47
I'm not seeing your screen. Is it the the hero image on your on the homepage of your site?

Speaker 7 48:54
Oh, let me. Oh, I'm sorry. Let me let me do this tab instead. Sorry, I'm not used to Google Teams or whatever. Can you see it now?

Jason 49:06
Not yet. No, I'm still seeing your your high level or your where you had your keys. Oh, there we go. Okay, yeah. Now I can see it.

Speaker 7 49:17
So I can desk desktop. Here's the image, but when it's on mobile, it cuts it out. So I didn't know if that's just by design or if there's a separate place to put a different image in for mobile compatibility. Yeah,

Jason 49:30
right now there's not. But this is something we're definitely actively looking at. So we we had originally toyed with the idea of creating different themes for SDAI, but I think where we've landed is just a lot more flexibility. So basically, generating an initial theme and then giving you guys just ultimate flexibility as to. Be able to design it the way that you'd like, and so that's currently what the team is still working on. We're really looking to one update the the current design of the demo theme or the demo directory, so that the actual design of it, underlined design, we're looking to really improve it and kind of spiff it up. So that's one of the things that we're working on. But then also give you more flexibility into like, you know, the design aspects that you want to that you want access to. And I think mobile is definitely going to be part of that. So what I would do, Anthony, is if you can go to our canny board and see if I find a link for you real quick here. Yeah, here it is. Okay, so this is where we take suggestions from the community.

Speaker 7 51:03
Oh yeah, and

Jason 51:04
yeah, the dev team. This is where the dev team pulls like any new feature request. So I would definitely encourage you to post on there and get that added in if it's not already there. It could. It may already be there. I I'm not sure. I haven't looked in a while, but you can certainly search there and and see. We use you know Canny just like High Level does. So and the dev team does pull from this.

Speaker 3 51:27
Okay.

Jason 51:28
So yeah, I think that's a really good suggestion. Being able to adjust images on mobile and I would say even tablet as well. I think that would be great.

Speaker 7 51:38
Yeah, because a lot of times you know like if you're, you know, the feedback we've gotten so far is, you know, people are at their kids' soccer games and they're on their phone and they're at an area. You know, maybe they're visiting the area for the first time, so they Google something and then the hope would be the directory would show up and they would be able to, you know, go from there. So I think people use mobile nowadays more than desktop.

Speaker 3 52:04
Right.

Speaker 7 52:04
Yep. Cool. Well, it sounds exciting. I'll probably be keeping your support team busy over the next few days, but I appreciate all you guys' help.

Jason 52:14
Awesome. All right. Thanks a lot, Anthony. Appreciate it.

Speaker 1 52:17
Thanks,

Jason 52:19
Sam.

Speaker 12 52:23
Yeah, how you guys doing?

Jason 52:25
Good,

Speaker 12 52:26
good. All right. I don't even want to admit how long I've been dragging my feet getting my directory launched, but I'm I'm really close. And I just have a couple questions related to it. So one thing that I noticed is I had some listings in there that I imported back when I first started on it, and since then I've updated the placeholder images for the businesses to be, you know, customized to my directory. But it doesn't seem to be pushing out and updating them automatically. So I don't know if there's a way to push them out if the if the listing was already pre-existing or not

Speaker 3 53:05
was

Speaker 12 53:05
one question I had.

Jason 53:10
Yeah, I seem to remember that. I don't think it does. Yeah, I think I think that was one issue with it. I I don't think that anything that's pre-existing, unless that's Rachika, do you remember? Was that fixed? I think that was a. I I seem to remember it being a limitation that we just couldn't do it for some reason. What was

Speaker 2 53:32
that, Jason? Sorry.

Jason 53:33
So when somebody adds a custom image for like a profile

Speaker 12 53:38
image or the default image, yeah.

Jason 53:42
And there's an existing listing that had the old image, right? Like the old placeholder.

Speaker 2 53:48
Okay.

Jason 53:48
Sam.

Speaker 12 53:49
Yep, that's correct.

Jason 53:50
Yeah. So it's and it still has the old placeholder, right?

Speaker 12 53:54
Yes. And that's not updated unless I go ahead and manually update it, right? I have to go in and update each one.

Speaker 2 54:02
That's right.

Jason 54:04
Yeah. So there, there's no way for it to to automatically update on a pre-existing listing. Correct.

Speaker 2 54:12
I mean, do we want to update the placeholder for all in bulk?

Speaker 12 54:16
Yes, I'm trying to update the placeholder images for all. Okay,

Speaker 2 54:19
that we can do. Yes, just we have the setting inside of the account. If we go to the branding and we scroll down, there is a space towards the bottom listing placeholders. So you will update your images there.

Speaker 12 54:36
Yeah, I did. I did that, but they're not pushing out to update the Existing listings, placeholder images. Okay,

Speaker 2 54:44
so so if there is an image already, so it will not update. Then okay,

Speaker 12 54:49
okay, gotcha. All right, so they either have to be updated manually or okay, all right, and

Jason 54:54
then now

Speaker 12 54:55
yeah, go ahead.

Jason 54:56
Sorry, Sam, I just want to get get this clear for myself. Um. Rachika, if he deletes the the existing images, then will it automatically fill in with with the the new updated ones? Okay, so you could just go through and delete them. So yeah, if you just delete the image, then it'll automatically populate with the new

Speaker 12 55:18
one. Okay, I see. So that's a way to force it to grab it. Okay. Yeah.

Speaker 3 55:20
Yeah.

Speaker 12 55:22
All right. And then my question is: Is this is could this be the same issue I'm having? So I obviously I did set up the the Google you know Maps integration API with and great job on the instructions. It was very very you know as far as Google goes, it's pretty simple to follow the instructions. However, what I've noticed is the existing listings are not pulling in. You know, when I go to type in the, you know, the name of the business or whatever in that field under the business, it's not finding it, even though everything looks like it's connected. You know, on the Google side of things, is that because it's a listing that was pre-existing before I connected the Google API.

Jason 56:05
No, that that shouldn't work. That that shouldn't have any effect on it.

Speaker 12 56:08
Okay, all right. So then I need to figure out why that's not happening.

Jason 56:15
Are you positive that they have a Google profile?

Speaker 12 56:18
Yes. Yep.

Speaker 3 56:19
Okay.

Speaker 12 56:20
Yep. I verified that.

Jason 56:21
Okay,

Speaker 12 56:23
and it's on every listing that I've tried to do this to. It just says, "Oh, really? Can't can't find it." So I'm like, "But when I log into Google on the API side, it looks like everything's connecting and working, and you know, functioning. the The codes are, you know, everything looks good. So,

Jason 56:37
is the map loading for you?

Speaker 12 56:40
No, the map is not loading.

Jason 56:47
Okay, Rachika, maybe we can schedule some time with Sam. That would be that'd

Speaker 12 56:55
be appreciated. Because a few, yeah, technical things. I'm just trying, and I'm so close to getting this launch. So just a few things I need some clarity on. Okay, Sam,

Speaker 2 57:02
can you share your email address so that I can?

Speaker 12 57:05
Yeah, you want me to just put it in the chat? Would that be easiest?

Speaker 2 57:08
Yes, yes.

Jason 57:11
Yeah, that'd be great. And then we'll we'll get we'll get your Google Maps things squared away.

Speaker 12 57:18
And then one last really quick question. I have others, but they can wait for that other call. But I just was curious because this might actually help some people on this call. Is under settings where it says profile settings, I couldn't find anything in the help documentation on what that those fields are for. Could you just give me some clarity on what the profile settings under the settings tab are for?

Jason 57:41
Yeah, let me just pull it up here. Profile settings,

Speaker 12 57:45
email name, phone number, first and last, alternate email, and then social links. Like, is that asking for my information or for? That's correct.

Jason 57:53
Yes, yes, that's your information. Yeah, and then social links are going to be. No, social links are going to be your social links for your site.

Speaker 12 58:05
Okay,

Jason 58:06
for your SDAI site.

Speaker 12 58:09
Got you. All right. That it was confusing because it's customer info, and it's like, well, is this supposed to be my information and like the name of the directory and the directory phone number or not? So I wasn't sure. Okay.

Jason 58:22
Yeah, I'm I'm trying to remember where that we use this, but this is this is directory information. This is not your personal information.

Speaker 12 58:31
Okay, so this is directory information, and I was looking at the help docs and just just kind of skipped over. I didn't find anything on it, and I was confused as to what I was supposed to be putting here. So, so this would be the site, the directory site's information.

Jason 58:45
Yeah, I'm I'm correct in saying that, right, Rachika? This is for directory site information.

Speaker 2 58:51
Yes, yes, right, Jason.

Jason 58:53
And where where does it show? I know it shows in the footer, but is it is it show anywhere else?

Speaker 2 58:59
No, I think it is mainly for the news.

Speaker 3 59:04
Okay.

Speaker 12 59:05
Yeah, that would. That's actually, and I guess I can go add this to the to the docs to the suggestions. But that's one of the things. Like as you guys have done these updates, which are awesome, by the way, is sometimes it's like, all right, where is this? Where is this on the back end showing on the front end? And trying to map that out has been a little challenging, but

Speaker 3 59:22
right, I

Speaker 12 59:23
figured it out. It's not overly complicated, but that's it would be helpful sometimes to know where it's popping up on the front end, where it's

Jason 59:28
going. Yeah, no, I totally agree. I agree. Okay, I'll make a note on that as well. Yeah, of course, Sam. No problem. Thank you. Appreciate it.

Speaker 1 59:40
So,

Speaker 3 59:43
profile settings.

Jason 1:00:10
Cool, awesome, yeah. Thanks for that good suggestion, there, Sam. I'll I just added that to my notes as well, and I'll bring that to the team. All right, Satira. Hi, how you doing?

Speaker 8 1:00:23
I'm good. I'm good. I kept getting pushed to the back of the line.

Jason 1:00:27
Oh, you did?

Speaker 8 1:00:28
Yeah, at least three times. I don't know.

Speaker 3 1:00:33
Oh, that's weird.

Speaker 8 1:00:34
I know.

Jason 1:00:35
I just go off of the the number on. I know.

Speaker 8 1:00:37
That's yeah. Yeah. Oh, but I was I was number one, and then someone else got selected, so I got got back down to number two, and then you know then number three.

Jason 1:00:50
That's really weird. That's really weird. I'm so sorry. I wasn't I wasn't purposely skipping you. I promise. I know.

Speaker 8 1:00:57
I know.

Jason 1:01:01
So how can we help?

Speaker 8 1:01:02
Well, okay. I wanted to know what does deploy mean, but I think Richika already answered that based on someone else's question. So, because I I didn't know whether that was something because I had set up the orb for two of my business listings. Oh, got it.

Speaker 3 1:01:25
Okay.

Speaker 8 1:01:26
And and so I didn't know what deploy was for if I needed that because I'm not creating a telephone number for them. But that's what that would be for, right? The deploy if I was giving them a a number, a phone number.

Jason 1:01:43
I think that's just kind of like it's it's almost like a save button, you know, like pushes it live. Basically, is what that's doing when you hit the deploy. But it does

Speaker 8 1:01:55
show, and it does. I did test it as far as asking the questions, and I haven't hit deploy for the agent. That's why I was wondering. You know,

Jason 1:02:05
so under deploy, what it does is that's where you're. If you remember, we were just going over this. It's where you select the phone number.

Speaker 8 1:02:13
Right. That's I was wondering if that's what. Yeah. So

Jason 1:02:15
whether that's inbound or outbound, each agent you have to assign a phone number to an agent, so because you may want, you may not want the agent to answer every phone call. So that's why High Level allows you to do assign an individual number, right?

Speaker 3 1:02:37
Okay.

Jason 1:02:38
So you can assign an individual number to an agent. So yeah, if you just click the deploy.

Speaker 8 1:02:45
Well, I don't want I don't want to give it a telephone number. I have it with the. You can always switch the call. I have it on the.

Speaker 3 1:02:51
Oh, got it. Okay. Yep.

Speaker 8 1:02:52
Yeah, I got it on the web car call. Yep. Because I already have two telephone numbers. So. Got it. And so my my second question is: Can you see my screen? Yep. Okay. Move out the way. Okay, down here where it reads, "Hey, you have reached the Asheville Thrive Directory. How can I help you today?" Okay. Now this is specifically this one is for the individual business listing for Spencer. Okay, for his listing, and when they click on the orb, this is what it it it speaks. Hey, have you reached the you have reached the Ashford side directly? Do I still want that greeting, or do I want something else specific to him? Yeah, you'll

Jason 1:03:49
want something specific to him. Yes.

Speaker 8 1:03:51
Okay. Okay. Yeah.

Jason 1:03:52
If if this is all geared towards his business, then yes, you'll want to change that that initial message.

Speaker 8 1:03:58
Okay. Yeah.

Jason 1:03:58
That that's just the greeting. That's just the welcome message, the initial thing that it says right out of the gate, and yeah, you can change that to say anything you like.

Speaker 8 1:04:08
Okay, all right, for his listening. Okay, great. All right, and let me see. The other question is, oh, okay. In looking at his, okay, we're going to his directory. Can you see it?

Jason 1:04:24
Yeah.

Speaker 8 1:04:25
Okay.

Jason 1:04:27
So you got the orb there. That looks great.

Speaker 8 1:04:30
My question is though. Okay, what about now? This is the initial voice AI for across the directory. My directory. Period. Do I is that supposed to remain there or just with, I mean, I I I have two voice AIs on on his directory. Well, at least you know his individual, and then this is where the telephone icon is. Is where the is for the whole directory. Is that? Supposed to be there. That's what was there initially before I put the orb on. So, but it's it's it's. I think this is what I was talking about last. No, I get I get it. I know I know

Jason 1:05:13
what you're trying to ask, Satira. Because yeah, so like that's interesting because I know for chat we we it's different. For chat, it automatically hides the Asheville Thrive chat and just adds the business chat. For this, I don't think we have a setting for this, but this is something we should probably bring up. But let me just defer to Rachika just to make sure that I'm correct, but I think what basically what you'd like to happen is if he has an orb active on his listing, then Asheville Thrive AI would go away. It wouldn't even show right,

Speaker 8 1:05:54
right?

Jason 1:05:56
Yeah, which I agree with you. I I think that should be the case, And Rachika, we don't have a setting for that currently, right now. Correct?

Speaker 2 1:06:07
That only which one, Jason?

Jason 1:06:09
For voice. So, like, she has an orb active for this specific listing, but she also has voice AI active for the entire site, but just like with chat, we have a if you add a specific chat widget for that listing, the site wide chat disappears.

Speaker 4 1:06:33
Yeah,

Jason 1:06:33
but but it doesn't. It looks like it's not working for voice. So if if you add a voice orb to

Speaker 2 1:06:41
for a specific listing, yeah,

Jason 1:06:43
for a specific listing, the voice for the entire site is still active on that listing,

Speaker 3 1:06:54
right? There is no way to turn it off.

Speaker 8 1:07:00
Can she see? You're

Speaker 2 1:07:01
ending the yeah. So you're saying if voice is active, so the chat should be disabled,

Jason 1:07:11
right? Just because we we do that for chat right now, right? That's the default. That's how it works. So like, if you have chat site wide, and then you add a chat specific to a listing. The site wide chat disappears, and you only see chat for that specific listing.

Speaker 2 1:07:31
Yes,

Jason 1:07:33
but it's not happening with voice, and that's what we're saying. And I don't believe there is a disable feature for

Speaker 2 1:07:40
it. So if you're adding the specific voice AI, so it's not hiding, or it's not replacing that with the site wide.

Speaker 3 1:07:51
Yeah,

Speaker 2 1:07:52
yeah.

Jason 1:07:54
So, yeah, I don't know, Satira. I think maybe we just need to add this as a suggestion

Speaker 3 1:08:00
to

Jason 1:08:01
the canny board because I'm with you. I don't think that's the way it should operate. Because what to me, what that's going to do is just really confuse the right the end user. Yeah, and at the same time, you're also competing with the business owner, so like it kind of defeats the purpose of selling this as an upsell,

Speaker 8 1:08:22
right?

Jason 1:08:23
Because now there's two there's two chat widgets for an individual to choose, and they don't know which one they're supposed to choose. You know, so if voice orb is enabled, it should automatically disable site wide any type of site-wide chat or voice AI, just like the chat widget does.

Speaker 2 1:08:48
Jason, Jason, sorry to interrupt. I have one question. So when we are adding the listing-specific chat code for any business, so the site wide chat widget doesn't go anywhere. It just go for that specific listing. So the site wide is still enabled for other businesses. It is just enabled for that specific listing, and that is the same case with the voice as well.

Jason 1:09:20
But can can you see her screen? Because it's not. That's what that's what we're talking about. It's active. It's site wide is active, and the orb is active. That's what we're talking about. If you see her screen,

Speaker 2 1:09:37
so she can we check the backend ones where she added the specific code.

Speaker 8 1:09:45
Okay. Where did I?

Speaker 2 1:09:57
We didn't go to the listing and the customer.

Speaker 8 1:10:01
Go to where?

Speaker 2 1:10:03
We need to go to the businesses. We need to go to the smart director AI and then to businesses. Businesses on top, and then we will edit the business that we are checking for.

Speaker 8 1:10:31
This one here.

Speaker 2 1:10:32
Okay. Um. Can you edit this

Speaker 3 1:10:35
one?

Speaker 2 1:10:39
Uh huh. And we will go to the custom code, and

Speaker 8 1:10:46
this is where I have the code at for the orb.

Speaker 2 1:10:49
This is this is for the orb of the chat widget.

Speaker 8 1:10:54
No, this is for the orb because I have voice AI on on across the directory and the orb on his listing. I already had the voice AI agent across the directory before I added the orb. I just added the orb last week for him and another listing.

Speaker 2 1:11:23
So you added this listing-specific orb over here, but you're saying that the site-wide voice AI is still visible. Right.

Speaker 3 1:11:33
Yep.

Speaker 2 1:11:34
It didn't replace the specific

Speaker 8 1:11:36
one.

Speaker 6 1:11:36
No. No.

Speaker 2 1:11:38
Okay. So that we need to check. Okay, Jason. I think in that case, it's not the feature request. It's a kind of error, maybe. Because I wasn't sure.

Speaker 3 1:12:02
Yeah, I wasn't sure if the code

Speaker 2 1:12:04
is not taking over. Yeah,

Jason 1:12:06
I wasn't sure if it was supposed to. Because on the chat widget, it does. It automatically works if you have site wide chat, and then you enable a listing specific chat. Listing specific chat takes over just on that one page. Yes, but it's not happening with voice, and that's

Speaker 2 1:12:23
yeah. So this is a kind of error that we need to submit with the dev team.

Jason 1:12:27
Okay. Okay. So let's.

Speaker 3 1:12:31
Okay.

Jason 1:12:32
Do we have access to your account, Satira?

Speaker 8 1:12:35
Yes.

Jason 1:12:36
We do. Okay. Rachika, do you have do you have that pulled up?

Speaker 2 1:12:41
Let me quickly check,

Jason 1:12:43
just so we can before we let you go, we know for a fact that we've got access, and then we can get the dev team what they need. Can you send me or in the chat, Satira? Can you just send the link to that specific listing so we can submit that along with it?

Speaker 8 1:13:01
Okay.

Jason 1:13:03
So just go back to your live site.

Speaker 2 1:13:07
Yeah, we have access.

Jason 1:13:09
There we go. Yeah, copy that link. Just drop that in the chat for us. Perfect.

Speaker 8 1:13:20
So I can see what I'm doing

Jason 1:13:25
here. It's a far right corner. That little

Speaker 8 1:13:28
chat. Yep.

Jason 1:13:29
There you go. One more time. Click it one more time. Oh. Well, does it

Speaker 8 1:13:35
want me to do it while I'm sharing? Is that what it is? Doesn't need to stop sharing.

Speaker 3 1:13:40
Maybe. Yeah. Try try that. See if that works.

Speaker 8 1:13:44
Yeah. Don't you just love technology? I tell you, it's so much fun. All

Jason 1:13:59
right, cool. Yeah, I've got that pulled up now. Awesome. So, can you can you copy that to Rachika?

Speaker 2 1:14:09
Yeah, I just saved it.

Jason 1:14:11
Perfect.

Speaker 8 1:14:17
Okay. One more question.

Jason 1:14:19
Yeah, of course.

Speaker 8 1:14:20
Okay, where do I put in my brand colors? The custom code for my brand colors, because I they would they call it JSON code or something on my directory. Where do I go to put those that code in to you know for my my color scheme? So it's

Jason 1:14:48
it's under branding. So if you go under branding, you'll see a couple different sections. But there's the the top bar style. Like the logo section, and then if you scroll down to the bottom, you'll see like a banner background button, background color button text color.

Speaker 8 1:15:12
Okay, where am I right now? Okay, do I have to go all the way to the bottom?

Jason 1:15:18
So go to branding. If you go click to branding and then general branding and general, and you should see several different places where you can update the color.

Speaker 8 1:15:30
Okay, branding and okay, I'm in branding, and now I want general. Okay, I'm in general.

Jason 1:15:38
Yep. So you'll see the logos on the left, and then on the right you see top bar styling. You see top bar with text color and hover color,

Speaker 3 1:15:49
and then

Jason 1:15:50
scroll down. You'll see banner background color, banner text color, button background button text color. And then I think let's see. Then if you go back up to still under branding, if you click on content, then you'll have a few more color choices here. You've got kind of the hero section. You've got heading color, subheading color, and if you keep scrolling down on that page, you've got some more stuff. What else do we have here? Listing display, a featured listing badge colors. Are you seeing this, Satira? Or should I share my screen? Oh, okay.

Speaker 3 1:17:04
So sorry. Let

Jason 1:17:06
me let me pull this up here. Okay. Can you see my screen now? Okay. So under here, we've got. So this is what I was talking about first. So here's the branding and the general, right? Excuse me. And then down here, we got some more color sections. So background banner, background text, button background, and then button text

Speaker 8 1:17:57
for

Jason 1:17:58
those colors. And then let's see here under content. Here's some other color stuff. Here's heading color and subheading color. And then down here we've got homepage main content styling. This is always going to be black. I wouldn't change these. This is just the text, right? This is the badge text that displays over a featured listing. So, like the little tag that says featured. Do you want the background to be, you know, whatever you want the background color to be? In you know, on the default, it's red, and then the text and the icon is white, and then this is the display for claimed listing badge. So the

Speaker 8 1:18:50
oh, okay, when they verified it, yep.

Jason 1:18:55
So that's that. Those colors, and then a little bit further down, we've got some more button styling, so configure button colors, fonts, and typography. So background color for buttons across the site, and then here's the footer styling. So the background of the footer and the text color. So this is like if we go back, we can pull this up here. So this dark blue color here,

Speaker 8 1:19:28
okay,

Jason 1:19:30
that's the background of the footer,

Speaker 8 1:19:31
right?

Jason 1:19:32
And if you go back here, you'll see there it is. So footer styling background, right? That's this,

Speaker 8 1:19:41
okay. And

Jason 1:19:42
then all the font color, right? This is all white, and that's this right here, right? Because this is footer styling, so text color white.

Speaker 8 1:19:53
Okay, is that what you were

Jason 1:19:54
looking for?

Speaker 8 1:19:55
No, you know where they have. Where you get your custom, where you get the the the coding that you would put in custom coding. That's what I'm looking for. Where you put in your brand colors under custom coding, is there? I thought I was doing something. I should have made my notes more detailed than just writing that question.

Jason 1:20:24
Under here, under custom code.

Speaker 8 1:20:35
I don't know. That might be something I have to go back to because there was something I was doing, and it told me to add. I would need to add my custom code brand colors in the or my brand colors in the custom code section. So it could

Jason 1:20:52
have been. So when you're working on a funnel, so like if we go in inside here, anytime you change. So this is what it could have been. I don't know if it was or not, but when you're like working on anything inside of a funnel here, under styles, I think it is, and then color, you've got brand colors

Speaker 3 1:21:17
here,

Jason 1:21:18
and maybe this is where it was that you saw it, and this this is referring to like you can set up what's called a brand color like style guide, and that's going to be inside high level under I think it's under there it is, brand boards. Yeah, it was under marketing. So right here, what you can do is you can add like a default brand kit where like you basically add all of your colors for your brand. You can add your font, and you can add your logos all in here, and save this as kind of a brand kit that can be used across high level in multiple different places.

Speaker 8 1:22:08
Okay, that'll work. This could have been

Jason 1:22:10
it. No, I wasn't

Speaker 8 1:22:11
there, but that'll work though. That'll work for yeah. I'm sure I'll come across that again. But yeah, so you

Jason 1:22:19
can add as many colors as you want. You can give the colors whatever names you want, and like if you just click on a color, you know you can move this around, change the color. You can add the hex code here directly. You can add you know additional ones here, and then like I said, you can choose your you can choose your fonts, and then you can choose you know, upload your logo. So if you had like a horizontal logo and a vertical logo, like two different variations, you could add those here, and then save all of this, and then it's really easy to to use this stuff over and over, you know, multiple places inside high level. So

Speaker 8 1:22:57
okay,

Jason 1:22:57
that could have been it too.

Speaker 8 1:23:00
It it'll come back. I'm I'm sure I'll come across it and be like, oh, so. But that's that's that's not a number one, you know, task list. But it has been streaming around in my head for some time,

Jason 1:23:22
of course.

Speaker 8 1:23:22
But yeah, but what I what what you gave me today with regarding the orb, that's what was really bothering me. I'm like, okay, this doesn't look like it's supposed to be like that. But okay, thank you very. Yeah, it

Jason 1:23:37
sounds like it sounds like that's gonna that's that's a bug. I wasn't sure if if it was supposed to function that way or not. To me, it makes sense that it should. But sounds like Richika thinks it's a bug, so that's good. So we'll just we'll get that submitted. She'll take care of it, and we'll we. It sounds like she's already got access to your account, so we'll we'll get that over to the devs and get that all squared away, and we should have an answer for you.

Speaker 8 1:24:03
Okay. Well, thank you very much.

Jason 1:24:06
Of course, no problem. All right, Chris. Looks like you're up next.

Speaker 6 1:24:12
Hi, Jason. This is Sheila. Hey, Sheila. I'm just using someone else's computer. So, you know, one thing going back to what Satira was showing, since she's using both the voice and the chat, should there have been two codes? We only saw one. Is that to be expected? This is just techno ignorant question.

Jason 1:24:40
Well, she showed us. Remember, we were only looking at the custom code box at the listing level, and so because she the the voice chat widget was site wide, and that gets set up inside the inside the the site settings. Not the individual listing settings. Well, when she showed the the custom code, that was at the individual listing level. So it's only going to show the code for the the orb, the voice orb.

Speaker 6 1:25:14
Okay, so the chat is site wide. You're saying

Jason 1:25:17
yes, right? Yeah, that was the whole issue. So the the issue is that when you have either chat, like text chat, or voice chat, site wide, if you add an individual text chat or voice chat to an individual listing, the site wide should disappear, because if you have two competing widgets on an individual listing, it's just going to cause confusion, right?

Speaker 6 1:25:49
Yeah, I thought she had an individual voice and an individual chat. That's what I thought. Maybe she didn't.

Speaker 8 1:25:57
No, both are no.

Jason 1:25:58
Yep.

Speaker 6 1:25:59
Okay, okay, okay. Got it. Thanks. So anyway, you know, I missed a couple of months because I had a competing something else, and so my question had to do with same thing I ask like every few months. Do we have a new what do you call that thing snapshot? Oh, snapshot.

Jason 1:26:17
I think we

Speaker 3 1:26:23
do. Okay,

Jason 1:26:24
because I don't remember the last time you were around. But let me see what our last couple

Speaker 6 1:26:28
of months ago. I think I was here, and so and and so the the next question is for Ruchika because, you know, see for people like like me, I'm sure there are lots who miss these meetings, and we have to go and check like every day or whatever to see if there's a new thing. Could we not get an email? And this is again something that I'm saying for the nth time. You know, a request. You know, Rachika, are you here?

Jason 1:26:58
Is Rachika here?

Speaker 6 1:27:00
Oh, she's not here. Oh, she is. I see an R. Okay.

Jason 1:27:08
Her her mic might not be working, but I believe that we do have an email. From what I've been told, we we do have an email that goes out, and I do think we have. You haven't received anything?

Speaker 6 1:27:23
No, you know there has to be. I mean, I I I don't see that as fair. Where we have to go and check something, you know, every so often to see if there's something new. Because we certainly get like three or five emails from you know from SDI group for various things. So it would be really nice if they could send an email saying we have a new snapshot. You know.

Jason 1:27:53
So Rachika said that we do send an email, and that the last update was sent july 31.

Speaker 6 1:28:01
Oh, oh, okay. I think I have that one. Okay. Uh, yeah. I I I have to find out why I'm not getting those. Okay. I think that maybe you're

Jason 1:28:14
not on the list. Is there any way, Rachika? Do we have like a? Can we verify? Can we see if Sheila's on the list? Is there any way that we can see? Like, do we have a dedicated list just for snapshot updates? I I

Speaker 6 1:28:32
just I just put my email here, Ruchika.

Jason 1:28:37
Yeah, I don't think her microphone's working. Yeah, yeah, that's we're sending it to the purchased email, is what she said. Is that the email? Do you know that you used to to purchase STAI?

Speaker 6 1:28:48
Yes, it is. So okay. So I don't know if it's mixed in with all this, you know, the the weekly things that Tom sends out, you know, whatever they are newsletters or whatever. I don't know, but anyway, yeah. Okay, thanks, thanks, Ruchika. That's good enough for me.

Jason 1:29:08
But it's but it looks like yeah, the last one was on the 31st.

Speaker 6 1:29:11
Yeah. Okay, I'll take a look at. And do you have that one? Yes, I found that one. Thanks. Okay. And then yeah, I think I'm away for another two months, so I come back and hopefully won't ask you the same thing. Okay,

Jason 1:29:25
well she'll cross. She she just put in the chat. She's gonna cross check your email, make sure that you're on the list. Yeah, and then what I would do is yeah, just make sure that we're not those emails aren't going to your junk or your spam folder or something. So I double check that too, but she'll check on her on on our side as well. Make sure that you're on that list.

Speaker 6 1:29:46
Yeah. Okay. All right. Thank you. Yeah. No

Speaker 3 1:29:49
problem, Sheila.

Speaker 6 1:29:50
Thanks.

Jason 1:29:52
All right, John.

Speaker 13 1:29:55
Hi, Jason. Just not on my computer, my on my tablet here, but. Just a question about loading the contacts. Once the contacts are populated in there, there's the under the address line. It shows the the city and postal code and all that as well, and and then it's obviously duplicating it. So I don't know if you know what I mean, but like typically, it's all on one one line, like the whole thing. So it'll have the street address and then the city and the postal code.

Speaker 3 1:30:32
Okay.

Speaker 13 1:30:33
And if you go in the directory, obviously it's going to populate like that in there. But it's not the right way to set it up. And then there's a there's separate tabs for for the city and postal code. So is it okay if I just go and delete that?

Speaker 6 1:30:48
Hello. Like the

Speaker 13 1:30:49
city and postal code. I don't know if you know what I mean, but we are reaching out to you regarding an email change request made from a flagged IP address located in Turkey. If this was Not authorized.

Jason 1:31:02
Hello, John. Was that was that you?

Speaker 13 1:31:06
No, no.

Jason 1:31:07
Oh, okay. I'm not sure where where that was coming from. Okay. So, are you able to share your screen at all, John?

Speaker 13 1:31:16
No, I'm just on my tablet here at the moment.

Jason 1:31:18
Okay. Do you have an account with us? Are you under the SDAI high-level account?

Speaker 13 1:31:25
Under SDAI, yeah.

Jason 1:31:27
Okay. What What's the name of your of your account? I can pull it up on my side.

Speaker 13 1:31:34
Vancouver BizHub. Ca.

Speaker 3 1:31:37
Vancouver. Got it. I see it right there. Okay.

Speaker 13 1:31:52
So I've just been going manually deleting it, but so that was one thing, and then the other.

Jason 1:32:00
Okay. So you're saying inside here,

Speaker 13 1:32:04
like if you go under contacts.

Speaker 3 1:32:06
Okay,

Speaker 13 1:32:07
I've been changing them, and under the what happens here when you open up one of the the contacts in there On the where did say on the on the street address? It's got the complete address info on there, like including city and postal code, and it shouldn't have all that on there because when it pops it's in the directory again. It's duplicating things on there, and it should only have the street address on on that portion of it.

Jason 1:32:50
Do you have an example? Can you give me like one that you haven't changed yet that I can just look at?

Speaker 13 1:33:02
One second here. Yeah, I think I've just finished changing a lot of them there. Find another one here. Yeah, looks like I've changed all of them. But so, like, if you go scroll down to below the business name, there's the street address. Yep. And typically, like they'll have the whatever the 1234. You know, whatever the street is, comma, and it'll say like Vancouver, BC, and then the postal code.

Jason 1:34:01
When you, how did you import these leads? Where did these leads come from?

Speaker 13 1:34:05
Just from doing the the using the lead generator thing on the the leads. Okay. It does that for every listing every time. Like I don't. I just select you know what industry and area and all that, and then the other one is the one I have to change in. There's this country, and I need to have it as Canada. It always says populates as U.S. That was the other minor thing.

Jason 1:34:35
So it might be, might just be an issue with the import, and then when the address all lives on that single line, does it do anything different to the actual live listing? Is that where you're saying it's duplicating the live

Speaker 13 1:34:49
listing, but it's duplicating because it's got that whole address on there. Then it's got the city, you know, below and okay, I. So it's kind of duplicating things, so it doesn't look good.

Jason 1:35:03
Okay, so so something's happening then during the import.

Speaker 3 1:35:10
All right, this was even

Speaker 13 1:35:11
just before when you when you guys had supplied the leads as well too. So directly, and then it was the same way. So nothing's really changed.

Jason 1:35:23
You're saying when you imported, when we used to send you a list of leads to import, you were having the same. Yeah, we

Speaker 13 1:35:29
got a couple lists that were sent, and it was the exact same thing that happened as well.

Jason 1:35:35
Okay, well that's a that's an import issue. That's a or I'm sorry that that would be a user error because when you go to import, you get to decide where everything goes. So you can map all the different fields with a new tool. It's auto mapping, so that's definitely that's that's a bug. But when you go to map, when anytime you import a CSV file, when you get to the mapping section, you can map exactly where everything goes. So you get to decide which fields get mapped to which fields in or which columns inside the spreadsheet get mapped to which fields inside high level, right? Okay. So like what what I would do is then make sure that that's set up correctly. So even like so in the future, if if you do end up you know importing leads from other sources, just be real careful when you're going through that mapping stage, and because I've done it hundreds of times and it it works perfect, but you just got to make sure that you're you're selecting the correct fields in that mapping stage. So you upload the spreadsheet. It goes to step two where you select the column and you say, "Hey, this column goes to this field," and you do that for every column of data that you're importing, right?

Speaker 3 1:36:54
Okay.

Jason 1:36:55
But let me. I'm going to write this down because this is definitely. I think this is definitely a bug from the on the on the new lead tool.

Speaker 3 1:37:11
So import.

Jason 1:37:58
Okay, and then what was the thing? I got that captured, but you did mention something about the country. So tell me what's happening with the country. I know you're you're in Canada. The country

Speaker 13 1:38:06
always populates as U.S. No matter what, have as Canada. So it's yeah.

Jason 1:38:13
Even when it's pulling in the correct address, it's pulling in the incorrect country. You're saying?

Speaker 13 1:38:18
Yeah. Yeah.

Jason 1:38:18
Okay. So.

Speaker 13 1:38:21
Yeah. So I've got to go and change that, and then pull out part of the address thing, and just so that way it's just manually for each one. So it's very time-consuming.

Jason 1:38:30
Yep. Now we'll we'll get this fixed.

Speaker 8 1:38:42
Are you sharing your screen, or you just doing?

Jason 1:38:46
No, I'm just taking notes right now.

Speaker 8 1:38:48
Okay.

Speaker 3 1:38:48
Yeah.

Jason 1:39:08
Okay, cool. I got that captured. So yeah, I'll definitely get that over to the team, and we'll get that we'll get that figured out for you, okay?

Speaker 13 1:39:22
Sounds good. And then one last question: any SEO tips that you can do any changes with, other than what's in there, or going to individual business listings and adding different things on there? Like, is there something that's easy, fairly easy to do, or is it just? For the individual listings themselves, I guess like anything to do that that you can actually do on the on the back end here to drive more traffic to your site.

Jason 1:39:57
So like we we. Allow you to modify. I think you've got access to pretty much everything you need as far as like page titles and that sort of thing. What I can say, like if you're if you you really want to start building up the site, my suggestion would be to utilize all your different social media channels, but also look into some sort of a link building strategy to really build up the authority of the site within your local community. And so I would look at you know local links, things like chamber of commerce, things like you know local schools, school districts, things like that. So I think things that could be really beneficial for a site like this would be like maybe maybe you donate to the local high school, right? Or you're supporting you know one of their sports teams or something like that. A lot of times, you know, all these all these schools are on a .org, which carries a lot of weight in the eyes of Google. So, like, and a lot of times, you know, any type of sponsorship, you'll get a link, a back link from their website. So those types of local presence links, that's gonna that's gonna be a really big help for you, so that's what I would look at. I would look at building out some sort of a link building strategy. Definitely a local link building strategy.

Speaker 13 1:41:30
Okay, so just having them linked linked to my site then, essentially.

Jason 1:41:33
Yep. Yeah. So and those could be, it could be strictly just the link itself, so just a direct link back to the site, or you know, you could. I mean, like all SEO practices, right? Like when you're building out a link portfolio, a backlink portfolio, you want to have a diversified, you know, want to have diversified anchor text, but the anchor, you know, you want to have a certain amount of links that are just the link itself. You want to have, you know, all different types of anchor text. So I would experiment with different anchor text, and that could be, you know, what's the name of yours? It's it's Vancouver Biz Hub. So like, yeah, that could be some anchor. That could be the anchor text, just Vancouver Business Hub or Biz Hub could be the anchor text, or it could be the best local business directory in Vancouver. That whole phrase could be the anchor text, right? So I would experiment with that. I would diversify and just build a yeah pretty sophisticated link portfolio. That's going to, especially if it's local, that's going to that's definitely going to help your your overall local ranking quite a bit. So, like like I told you, schools, chamber of commerce, like BNI local BNI groups, any type of like business networking groups, things like That I don't know. I'm trying to think what else. I think you get the. There's so many

Speaker 13 1:43:12
things you can do. It's just just yeah, more of a general overview, and any little bit helps. I'm sure. So

Jason 1:43:18
yeah, and then I would say you know as far as promoting it, Tom talks about this a lot. But like local Facebook groups, you know, like local city groups, if you have them there in Canada, like you know, sometimes I know we have. I'm in Utah, and we have like different neighborhood Facebook groups. So like you know, not necessarily even city, they're like some of like we have like big, pretty big like neighborhood communities, and sometimes those communities will have their own Facebook groups. So like local community, like neighborhood groups, city groups, county groups, like things like that. And I would shy away from business Facebook groups. You really want to get into more of like just citywide, maybe even like buy and sell type groups. I the business groups I haven't had much success with. I'll be honest, because it's it's usually a lot of like real estate agents. It's a lot of like MLM type guys. It's like those types of businesses that they're everyone's like just looking for a referral, but more the general type city groups. That's where I find a lot more, a lot more value, and those tend to work a lot better.

Speaker 13 1:44:36
Yeah. Yeah. Okay. Okay. Sounds good. Okay. Well, thanks. Thanks very much, Jason.

Jason 1:44:41
Of course. Yeah. No problem, John. Right, Anthony.

Speaker 7 1:44:48
Hi, I'm back. I have a quick question.

Jason 1:44:51
Of course. Yeah.

Speaker 3 1:44:53
Share my screen.

Speaker 7 1:45:02
Okay. Are you able to see my screen?

Jason 1:45:04
Yeah, I got it. Yep.

Speaker 7 1:45:05
So I have a domain set up, and then I noticed when I was editing the individual site pages in the smart directory, for example, about us, contact terms, etc. When I was editing them, I noticed I got an error when I tried to publish it. So I was a little bit confused on if I have a domain. How does that domain then tie into these individual site pages? This loads. I can show you what I error message I get.

Jason 1:45:48
Oh yeah, because when you're hitting the publish button, yeah,

Speaker 7 1:45:51
yeah. I can click. I can click save, but then when I click publish,

Speaker 3 1:45:56
yeah,

Speaker 7 1:45:57
it says you don't have any domains yet. So I didn't know.

Speaker 3 1:46:01
Right.

Speaker 7 1:46:01
I was reading some of the help docs, but I got confused, and I was like, maybe I should just ask, like, what's the best practice for that?

Jason 1:46:10
So, what we encourage people to do is just connect a subdomain. But let me let me just pull up your directory real quick here,

Speaker 7 1:46:22
because I noticed like here, like you have, and this is another thing I never understood, but you have the publishing with the step names, and then you have the little gear guy down here that also kind of does the same thing. So I don't know why there's two different fields, but I'm sure there's a reason why.

Jason 1:46:44
Yeah, that's that's just high level. Have you connected a domain? It doesn't look like. Yeah, you did connect one, but I don't know why I can't pull up your site. Doesn't seem to be working right now. Did you just connect

Speaker 7 1:46:59
it? No, it's been connected for two months now.

Speaker 3 1:47:07
What's going on?

Speaker 7 1:47:11
I know something's weird because sometimes, like when I try and pull it up on mobile, like it takes like 45 seconds to load.

Speaker 3 1:47:18
Interesting. Yeah, what's going on with this? Okay, there it goes. Now I got it loaded. Okay. All right. See here. Have you added any of those pages? Looks like you haven't added any of those. So

Speaker 7 1:47:39
step check because I didn't know. I'm sorry, I didn't know what to do for the domain part, so I didn't. I didn't proceed.

Jason 1:47:49
Yeah. So what you can do if you go into, let's see if this will work. I'm just I'm just adding the about us page to your

Speaker 3 1:48:07
okay to your menu. Should have gone through. Did it go through? Okay, there's that.

Jason 1:48:30
I'm just testing it for you. Make sure that it's going to. I really

Speaker 7 1:48:32
appreciate it.

Jason 1:48:34
Yeah, yeah, that worked. So if you go to go to your live site real quick.

Speaker 7 1:48:48
Or do you mean my actual page?

Jason 1:48:52
Yeah, the actual page itself. Yeah, go to the Chino Chino business directory.

Speaker 7 1:48:59
See if I can make that one share this tab instead. Okay, can you see it?

Jason 1:49:05
Yep. And then click on more. Okay, so refresh this page, real quick, and then click on more. And then now you see about us down there. Go ahead and click on that. There you go. So that's that's that page that's inside the funnel. So let me show you how how you do this.

Speaker 3 1:49:30
Okay.

Jason 1:49:30
So if you if you go back into Smart Directory AI,

Speaker 3 1:49:35
okay,

Jason 1:49:37
and click on branding for me across the top, and then click on Menu Builder once it loads there, and then over here on the left-hand side, what you'll do is yep, expand Funnel Pages, and then select Funnel, and then go ahead and and give it a name if you want. Well, you don't have to just yet. Yep. You can select the funnel first, then select the step, and then select the page. There you go, perfect. And now, if you scroll down to the bottom, should see it all the way at the very bottom. There, there it is. So you can move these around. You can drag and drop them anywhere. You can put them anywhere in the menu. But now you'll once you save the menu, those two that page will be there. It'll be live on the site.

Speaker 7 1:50:30
Okay. So there's nothing under the individual page setting or the site under sites, and then under the individual funnel steps. There's nothing else I need to do then.

Jason 1:50:42
So we can connect a subdomain there, and I'm trying to remember if we need to for the privacy. I mean, I guess

Speaker 7 1:50:54
as long as I get to those pages from the main side, so that's all I really.

Speaker 3 1:50:58
Right,

Jason 1:51:00
Rachika, I know your microphone's not working, but on his privacy policy and terms and conditions, if he doesn't connect the sub, can we still add those pages to the settings and be able to access both those pages? Okay, cool. So, oh yeah, so I guess you don't have to. You don't. So what's the purpose then? If it's just he just wants to access that page, um, on a separate domain, like what's what's the purpose of the sub? There's no real purpose anymore. Correct, Richika. I'm asking Richika. Sorry, sorry, Anthony. Okay, cool. Yeah, she's just she's messaging the chat. Oh, there you are. Okay.

Speaker 2 1:51:44
Oh, perfect, perfect.

Jason 1:51:47
Yeah. So there's no real posture anymore.

Speaker 2 1:51:51
Um, I think we can check with Cameron once, but we recommend that we connect the subtamine. We we are still recommending that.

Jason 1:52:00
Oh, you are okay.

Speaker 3 1:52:01
Yes,

Jason 1:52:02
but it's really not needed now with the new menu builder.

Speaker 2 1:52:06
It it was working before as well. Um, the way you connected it, so it was working before as well. But I think we can check with Cameron why we need a subdomain. But we are still recommending to connect the subdomain.

Jason 1:52:21
Okay. Okay. So I can show you that real quick, Anthony. Yeah, I was

Speaker 7 1:52:26
going to be my next question is if I do need to connect it, where would that be done at?

Jason 1:52:30
So you're going to do that under the domain section.

Speaker 7 1:52:33
Go back. So yeah, you're

Jason 1:52:36
going to exit out of this.

Speaker 7 1:52:38
Okay. So domains would be under. Yeah,

Jason 1:52:42
down in settings. If you click on settings in the bottom left there,

Speaker 1 1:52:50
okay.

Speaker 7 1:52:53
Domains and URL directs that one.

Jason 1:52:55
Correct. Yep. And then you'll click the blue button. I think it just says "Add New" or "Connect a Domain." Yeah, go ahead and click on "Connect a Domain," and then choose the funnel website option. That first one, and then right here, the subdomain I think that we still recommend is pages, so just the word pages dot, and then in your case it's going to be chinobusinessdirectory.com. Yep.

Speaker 7 1:53:35
You don't have to do like HTTPS or anything.

Jason 1:53:39
No, you don't. And what, what, what, what were you going to say, Rachika?

Speaker 2 1:53:44
I was just thinking maybe we need a domain to publish the pages so that these are like publicly available.

Speaker 7 1:53:55
Oh, that makes sense.

Speaker 2 1:53:58
Yeah, because without publish, like we cannot see the changes done on the pages. We can only see the preview.

Speaker 7 1:54:11
But in order to publish them, I have to set up the subdomain, correct?

Speaker 2 1:54:14
Yeah, I mean we need a domain to publish the pages.

Jason 1:54:19
I mean we we already added his pages, and I can see them just fine on my side.

Speaker 2 1:54:25
But if we do more changes, yeah, that will not publish. That is why the save and publish function is

Speaker 3 1:54:32
there. Got it.

Speaker 7 1:54:36
Okay. So now that I've added it. it. Where's

Jason 1:54:44
your domain hosted?

Speaker 7 1:54:45
I think it's Namecheap. Okay.

Jason 1:54:47
So yeah, you'll just go to Namecheap and you'll just add this record. So you'll add a C name record. The host is going to be Pages and then the value.

Speaker 7 1:54:57
Okay. Perfect. Thank you so much.

Jason 1:54:59
Yeah. No problem. Yeah, once you do that, and it'll take it might take you know 1015 minutes for it to propagate. But then once it does, you'll be able to verify

Speaker 3 1:55:09
it.

Jason 1:55:10
And then once you verify it, then you go back to the funnel, and then when you hit that publish option, you'll actually be able to select

Speaker 7 1:55:19
it. Perfect. Okay.

Jason 1:55:21
Yeah. So you can you can select it there. You can select it in settings. There'll be multiple places, but you'll be able to actually attach that domain to that funnel.

Speaker 7 1:55:29
Awesome. So

Jason 1:55:30
that's all you're going to do is just attach that pages.ginobusinessdirectory.com to those attach that yeah to that funnel. Okay. You don't have to do it to each page. You just have to do it to the funnel and just to the smart directory AI funnel, and then it'll automatically connect every page.

Speaker 7 1:55:46
Real quick, would that be? Let me make sure I got the right spot. Would that be under the? Okay, I think I know what it is. You just go to funnels and then click the settings button there, and then that would you put it there. If you go

Jason 1:56:06
into the yeah, if you go in there, I can show you here. Let me share my screen real quick. Yeah, I don't want

Speaker 7 1:56:13
to lose where I'm at. Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Jason 1:56:15
No, no, no. Keep that, keep that up. Let me share my screen. I'll show you.

Speaker 6 1:56:20
Thanks,

Speaker 2 1:56:22
Jason. If we are not able to share the screen, we have this information on the guide as well. I just shared the link. Okay.

Jason 1:56:32
So you'll go to sites, you'll go to Smart Directory AI here, and then settings up at the top, and then right here, you you'll be able to select that new

Speaker 7 1:56:42
subdomain right here. Okay.

Jason 1:56:45
Yep. You you just select it from here. You'll come down, hit save, and that applies that domain across every single one of these pages here.

Speaker 7 1:56:53
Okay. Cool.

Speaker 3 1:56:55
Yep. All

Speaker 7 1:56:55
right. Well, thank you, and also thanks for your the previous caller who brought up the the uploading of the leads because one of the things I was going to try today I don't know this might help others on this call too but I found out that if you go to vailpack.com like those things that come in the mail they have a website and you can filter by your city and then you can ask like Claude or ChatGPT to scrape the site and export you all the email information, and you can upload that. Then,

Jason 1:57:25
oh, that's awesome!

Speaker 7 1:57:27
And it doesn't like chamber of commerces usually have all their members on their sites too, so it's just the easy hack to get some leads.

Jason 1:57:35
Yeah, that's great. That's really cool. And what's cool about that is they're they're already advertising, so like you know that they care, they actually care about their business. They're not they're not afraid to spend money on it. They're looking for new business, so those are perfect leads. That's awesome.

Speaker 7 1:57:51
Cool. All right. Well, thanks for everyone's help. Have a great day.
