Speaker 1 0:46
Hey, thanks, Jason.
Jason 0:47
Yeah, no worries. Yeah,
Speaker 1 0:49
so I've got a a little started a chat. You mentioned it last week on the the AI agents, and how it's not a good idea to crawl each website, and well, it's not
Jason 1:10
that it's not a a good idea. So basically, the way that that tool works, when it crawls the site, it scrapes everything on the page. So it's going to scrape all the code. It's going to you know all the HTML, all the CSS, all that kind of stuff, and it all of that gets silently stored in the memory files for that agent. So, like, if you're just trying to spin up a quick agent to show a demo for somebody, by all means, have it scrape it, right? Yeah, by all means, like because that's the fastest way to get it up and running, and it'll it'll have the data. But if you're get if someone's paying you to build out a full agent, I wouldn't do it that way. I would you know if you want to use the content on a site, you could just copy and paste that content into either like a Markdown file, a Google Doc, or something like that. But just strip all the content off the page, right? So it's just the text.
Speaker 1 2:03
Okay, well, and use that to train it. Yeah, I'm not. There's not. Am I missing training somewhere for that?
Jason 2:10
No, there there is no training on it. It's on. This comes from my own real world experience, just using these tools, and and building multiple agents, I've found in my experience that the agents, when I build them that way, they're much more reliable.
Speaker 1 2:28
Sure. Well, that makes sense. I, I, I made a note or just kind of posted out there, and Dorn got back to me with a way to crawl that His his final answer here was he's running a crawl data extraction with an AI prompt in Claude output to a Google Doc.
Jason 2:52
Oh, there you go. Okay, cool.
Speaker 1 2:54
So it's and then it's one knowledge base per bot. You can have multiple bots in one sub account. So, on the main site, I guess there's a bot that crawls the directory for bots on the listings. A different bot, different knowledge base, done with text file upload of corrected. web crawl doc. So that's that's beyond my training. Or
Jason 3:28
well, the prompt. So the prompt that he's talking about it's basically exactly what I just described to you, but he's using AI to do it, which is totally fine. Like I just gave you this simple, like you know, any any anyone in third grade could do just copy and paste. Basically, you know what I mean. Like copy all the content that's on the just you know command A, copy all the content, boom, paste it onto a Google Doc. But yeah, I mean you could use AI to scrape it and just pull that text off the page, and then put that into a Google Doc, and that becomes the knowledge base. As far as like one knowledge base per bot, yeah, that's that's pretty standard. I will tell you though, I have built some pretty advanced bots that have multiple. I think one of the biggest bots we built, I think, has four knowledge bases, but it's because that company has four very distinct departments with very specific procedures and like calendars and lots of other things that go along with it. So that's why the to make it the most reliable, we separated it into four different knowledge bases with very distinct prompts, so that AI knows exactly when to call which knowledge base.
Speaker 1 4:40
Okay, so like for the
Jason 4:42
most part, it's going to be one. Yeah.
Speaker 1 4:44
Okay, 222 replies. One simple, and I think I caught it maybe the second time you said it. So you're you're just copying an entire website text just like you would copy a document. Highlight, right click, copy, and you're you're pasting that into Google Doc, and then is that Google Doc then become the what I upload to a knowledge base?
Jason 5:17
Yep, exactly,
Speaker 1 5:18
like a rich text option or which option?
Jason 5:22
Exactly. Yeah. So
Speaker 1 5:25
that's that's the option. Upload it to rich text. Just then paste all of that into rich text option.
Jason 5:32
Yeah, you can paste it into rich text. Rich text is basically a markdown file. I don't know how familiar familiar you are with markdown files, but it all it is is like a like have you ever if you've ever used like a text editor which is like a real real basic like you know document program basically just it's just basic text yeah
Speaker 1 5:52
word processor yeah
Jason 5:53
yeah word processor yep okay so yeah either one will work you know Dorn's idea is faster obviously you know you use AI to go and do the same thing. Just go and scrape just the content. What I was referring to is the web scraper that's inside of high level. That one in particular, if you use that, that does pull everything down. So at least it used to. I, you know, I haven't tested in a while. To be honest, maybe they did fix that, but I've just made it like my habit to to not like only use that if I'm doing a proof of concept, and then use rich text or Google Docs for long term projects.
Speaker 1 6:34
Okay, upload it into the knowledge base. Got it. And is that is the prompt? I could ask Dorn. This the prompt for the crawl with Claude. Is it just scrape this website and export text to the Google Doc? Is that is that the prompt?
Jason 6:54
So anytime that like I'm trying to figure out like the perfect prompt, I reverse engineer. So reverse prompt, it's called. So you go to the AI and say, "Hey, this is what I'm looking to do. Help me develop, like, give me the perfect prompt in order to to accomplish this task. And so, so it's it's called reverse prompting. So you just ask the AI to help you develop the perfect prompt in order to do exactly what you're trying to accomplish. It'll spit it out and then just save that. That'll be your new template for your prompt moving forward. Yeah.
Speaker 1 7:25
Okay. And then, as far as multiple bots, how do you? It looks to me like when we're inside the settings and the knowledge base, there's it's on our smart AI website. It's not. It's even the the the AI agents we set up for the listings. They don't have their separate separate knowledge base, right? So if we're gonna have, and we only can have 15 knowledge base sources. Am I right? So, so, but I thought, well, maybe each each listing should have its own sub account, and thereby to get their knowledge base, and that becomes. I mean, that's my thinking, but maybe there's another way to get a knowledge base for each listing.
Jason 8:27
Good question. Just trying to think what's the best option there. I think
Speaker 1 8:37
maybe Dorn's on the call. He might have
Jason 8:39
some thoughts. Yeah, Brett. I don't know what's going to be the best option for you there. How many of these have you sold? Have you sold a bunch of them?
Speaker 1 8:55
I've got one sold and 20 in my that I convince
Jason 9:01
pipeline? Yeah. Okay.
Speaker 1 9:06
I don't mind setting up a separate Go High Level location for each location,
Jason 9:15
right?
Speaker 1 9:15
Or each listing, if that's and that becomes our, and then I can I can just use that that code in their embed that in their listing, right?
Jason 9:29
Yeah, I'm trying to just give me a second here. General QA. I wonder if we just did. Knowledge base action. I'm just trying to see if, like, because depending on how, like, if if this ball. Is just trained on the listing itself, on the the actual business listing that's there. Maybe a little bit of business information. Maybe we don't need a knowledge base. You know what I mean? Like if it's a real simplified chat bot that just has like one main focus and it's trained on just the business basics, then you might be able to get away with just putting it into prompt and not using a knowledge base and just really keeping it simple. Now, if you're if you're upselling it to be like a full blown chat bot that goes on their actual website, totally different story. In that case, yes, sub account every single time if it's going on their actual website because then you have the chance to upsell them into the CRM, give them access through the mobile app, things like that, so that they can have, you know, two-way conversations between their website visitors, right? And they have an easy way to do that with the chatbot. So, and they can check in on the chatbot messages, all that kind of stuff. So, yeah, I think it just kind of depends on like how complicated, how in depth you're going to go. If it's real basic, so maybe you have two tiers. You have like a real basic one that just goes on the listing.
Speaker 1 11:10
Yeah,
Jason 11:10
that maybe doesn't have a knowledge base, doesn't carry a knowledge base, and then a second tier that's like much more advanced that goes on their website. That at that point you create a sub account for, and you can use the same chatbot on the listing that you do on the website,
Speaker 1 11:25
right? That'd be robust, right? So,
Speaker 2 11:27
yep,
Speaker 1 11:28
that that's the okay. That's the fix. That that sounds great. So we each time we're adding content to our listings, we should recrawl our our website, and that's that's the knowledge base for our for our most of our chats, and then for the advanced, I
Jason 11:48
don't think you need to. I don't think so. I think I think the chat bot has access. Rachik, I don't know if Rachika is here or not. She could correct me if I. Yes, yes, I'm here. Oh, you are okay. Is so with the chatbot. Every time a new business listing is added, do we have to recrawl, or does the chatbot just have instant access to the business listings that are on the site?
Speaker 3 12:17
It should be instant or automatic. We don't have to do anything over here.
Jason 12:22
Okay, yeah, that's what I thought. So yeah, you don't have to worry about that, Brett.
Speaker 1 12:25
Okay, great. Well, then I'll for these more advanced sales, I'll I'll just take that. No problem having the same code on on their location. Multiple
Jason 12:36
sites. Nope.
Speaker 1 12:38
I'll probably build it. I won't have access to their site until I've convinced them of the, you know, the integration with their listing, right? So then we'll we'll use the same code. Okay. Thank you, Jason.
Jason 12:55
Or you could do a you you could do like like a free trial or something. Say, hey, look, with this, we offer a free trial on your website, 14 day free trial or whatever, that would get you access to their site. You could dump it on there, and then after 14 days, hey, do you want to keep this? Do you find this valuable? Yeah, cool. Here's the price.
Speaker 1 13:15
Perfect. What what do you? That's a great idea. What's what's your recommended rate on that.
Jason 13:23
Oh man, I mean, it could be-it's all over the board. I think it really depends on the industry. You know, like a you know a one-man shop, like barber shop, versus like a team of 10, you know, HVAC company. Completely different, right? The value that it brings is night and day. You know, like a barber, he's selling his time for money, right? Especially a one man, a one man show. So, like, he only has so much time in a day,
Speaker 2 13:53
right? So
Jason 13:54
maybe to him, like, yeah, it saves him a little bit of back and forth, but to him, it's only worth you know 100 bucks a month, whereas an HVAC company with infinite scalability and a team already in place, multiple trucks, you could easily charge five, you know, 500, 800 bucks a month for it.
Speaker 1 14:11
Perfect. Okay.
Jason 14:13
Yeah.
Speaker 1 14:14
Super helpful. Thank you, Jason.
Jason 14:16
Yep. No worries. Yeah. John, you're up next.
Speaker 4 14:21
Yeah. Hi, Jason. Question about when you're doing, let's say, the free listing outreach workflow, and let's say it's on sequence two of the email run, and you have a new smart list you want to add to it. If you add something into it, will it? Will that one start where the existing one is is firing from, or will it start from sequence one for the new one? If it's part of the same workflow,
Jason 14:53
are you talking about adding new businesses?
Speaker 4 14:56
Yeah. So let's say you you added 100 businesses in there, and it's. And it's on the second email sequence, and then all of a sudden, okay, you've got another 100 or whatever, or 10, or whatever you want to add to it. Will that those new 10 that you add to it will it start from the beginning? Yes. Oh
Jason 15:12
yeah, yeah, yeah. So every contact that enters into an automation always starts at the very beginning. So regardless, so if the if the automation's been running for, say, two months, and there's I don't know 150 contacts at various stages inside there, and you dump another 150 in, they're going to start at the very beginning, regardless of where those others fall in the sequence. So every single time, it's always going to start at the beginning.
Speaker 4 15:40
Okay, and then and then also when you're adding them, I guess you have to pause that workflow so that way it comes up in the dropdown menu.
Jason 15:50
No, you shouldn't have to pause it. No, actually, it needs to be activated. It needs to be on and out of draft in order to be able to see it in the dropdown, so you shouldn't. Because
Speaker 4 16:05
I've had it before where I couldn't see it. I had a published workflow; it was already completed, and it wouldn't show in the that same one wouldn't show in the dropdown menu. So then, when I put in, so I just reached out. I think RJ mentioned to have to put in the draft mode, and then
Jason 16:21
hmm. then, hmm, that that shouldn't be the case. I mean, if it's still like that, I mean, I could take a look if if or if that's something that you experienced in the past. But the way that it should work is that all published workflows should be available in the dropdown. Anytime you put a workflow into draft, it's not available in the dropdown. So, and you shouldn't have to move it from publish to draft just to get it to show back up, and you shouldn't have to move it from publish to draft if you're adding new contacts in. So you should always just be able to publish it once and have access to it and put new contacts in at any point. So if you're experiencing something different, then that's definitely a bug that we'll we'll want to take a look at. I don't know if if that's happening now. If it's not, then definitely keep an eye on it. And if you see it again, let us know so we can take a look because that's not how it's supposed to function.
Speaker 4 17:15
Okay. Okay. Then I'll yeah I'll look at it and and also again and if you're adding a few businesses, as soon as you put a business tag on it, then so I understand that goes into the workflow right away. Then,
Jason 17:29
no. So the business tag is what tells the SDAI app that hey, that this this contact record in high level is actually a business listing, so it it grabs it and pulls it into the app and creates a listing out of it for your on your website. That's what that business tag does.
Speaker 4 17:49
Oh, okay. So okay, so you still have to create the the smart list then.
Jason 17:54
Well, you still have to add them to the automation, like the free listing outreach automation. That doesn't automatically just kick off when you add a contact into high level, and then add the business tag to that contact. Adding the business contact, or I'm sorry, adding the business tag to the contact just tells the app, hey, this contact is actually a business contact, and we need to create a business listing out of it, and it goes and does that. That's automated. But if you want the the outreach, you need to go back into the contacts section and select those contacts, and then and then add them to the free listing outreach automation. Does that make sense? Okay,
Speaker 4 18:42
so so you don't need to create a smart list each time either, then unless it's
Jason 18:47
well, it depends. I mean, so a smart list is essentially a filtered list of leads, right? It's like it's it's a lead. It's a it's a list that follows some sort of a filter, and I don't know what what type of smart list you're trying to create, but are are you trying to separate or create smart list based on location, based on industry? Is there something that you're trying to create a smart list out of?
Speaker 4 19:14
No, it just basically as they get 100 contacts or whatever, I you know want to send a new batch out, and so I assume that you just have to create a smart list each time, and I want to make sure you're sending out for the new one, not duplicating having any of the old ones in there. So as I get new contacts in there,
Jason 19:34
so I think let me just double check, but I believe we already have a failsafe. Oh no, we don't. Looks like it's turned on. So there's two ways to do this. Let me just share my screen real quick, just so I can show you this. Okay. Okay. So when you're in automations. Let me go back up here. So automation outreach workflows, free listing outreach, and you go into the actual automation. If you go under settings here, there's something called allow reentry. If you turn this off and hit save, then what that means is that a single contact can only enter this automation one time. So what that does is that now you don't have to really worry about segmenting your list, creating smart lists every time because you can just select everybody in your database and just click add to this workflow, and it's only going to allow the people in that have never gone through it before. Does that make sense?
Speaker 4 20:44
Oh, okay, okay. So that's one way to do it.
Jason 20:46
Yeah. So that that's one way to do it. So you can do it this way if you want. If if not, you can leave this on. I think it's on by default, and you can go into your contacts, right? And what you could do is say, okay, I want to add, I want to add all these guys to the free listing outreach. So the first thing I would do is maybe before I do that, I could select all these guys. I could add a tag, so I could create a tag that says free listing outreach or whatever, right? And then when I go to select the new contacts, or actually I can create a smart list that says, if I go to smart list, I can say filter by tag, and I can say tag is tag is not, and then have that free listing outreach, right? So basically, what you're saying is, hey, show me a list of every contact in here that doesn't have the tag free listing outreach, because I've created an internal rule that says every time I add a contact to free listing outreach, they get tagged with free listing outreach. That's one way to segment it. This is what you were talking about with smart lists, right?
Speaker 4 22:04
Oh, okay, okay.
Jason 22:06
Do do are you following?
Speaker 4 22:08
Yeah, because well, that that was part of my other question. Would be is the only way I could see where what's been sent out is if you look under the last activity, and then it says like two weeks ago, then I know that that one was completed in the in the far right column there, and the ones that are empty or whatever, that's ones I would select. But as your directory gets bigger and bigger, yeah, just was wondering what's yeah what what would be an easier way to deal with that. So this this makes sense.
Jason 22:37
And the other way you can do it is with this. There's a filter in here for workflow active and workflow finished. So the reason why I like the tag option is because if a contact is somewhere, if this tag is still somewhere in that sequence, it just automatically filters them out. This way, you have to kind of create two different filters so that you capture it correctly, but basically, if you if you wanted to just say, "Hey, show me everyone who's finished, so you go, you select workflow finished, and workflow is free listing outreach. So what you're saying is, "Hey, show me a filtered list of every contact in my database that's been through the free listing outreach, that's finished this workflow. Now it's not going to show you the problem with this, though, is that there's contacts that are currently in that the free listing outreach, but haven't finished it. See what I'm saying? But but this is still a helpful filter. But that that's why I like saying, "Hey, every time I add somebody to free listing outreach, let's just tag them, free listing outreach, so I know, hey, these guys have gone in, they're in or they're done, they're not going to go in again.
Speaker 4 23:55
Okay, okay, that makes sense.
Jason 24:00
So yeah, that that's the way I would handle it.
Speaker 4 24:03
Yeah. Okay. Okay. Okay. I knew there had to be a way. So let's. Yeah. Thanks for the explanation.
Jason 24:09
Yeah. No worries. No worries at all. Any other questions?
Speaker 4 24:12
No. No. That's good. Good for now. Thanks. Thanks, Jason.
Jason 24:16
Yeah. No worries, John. Yeah, Brett, you got another question?
Speaker 1 24:26
Yes, I did have another question. Thanks, Jason. The SEO image for our directory site. You know, is there a way to change that? The
Jason 24:37
SEO image
Speaker 1 24:41
right now it's just the Favicon logo.
Jason 24:47
Yeah, you mean the share image is what you're saying. I don't know if we have that.
Speaker 1 24:51
Like if we text someone a listing,
Jason 24:54
right? Yeah,
Speaker 1 24:55
it shows the Favicon.
Jason 25:00
I don't try to message Rachika
Speaker 1 25:04
here, but seems like that could be a pretty easy ask.
Jason 25:14
Background image, Rachika, do you know?
Speaker 3 25:21
I'm sorry, Jason. What was that? The
Jason 25:23
image, so like the share image. We have an option to to update or add a shareable image, so that like when you share, it's what is it called? It's called the social always for
Speaker 1 25:38
SEO image.
Jason 25:40
Yeah, it's like when you share a link
Speaker 3 25:46
that I need to check. Let me quickly check. I don't think we have that part.
Jason 25:51
Right.
Speaker 3 25:53
Let me quickly check and confirm.
Speaker 1 25:57
Okay. Purpose case there is just if we share links, it's not applicable to the listing. It's more applicable to the. Oh, so
Jason 26:10
you want to do it? I get it. You you want to do it on a per listing level?
Speaker 1 26:15
Oh, I mean that'd be nice, but in the meantime, no, just a just maybe a logo or not the favicon that's a meaningless
Jason 26:25
right
Speaker 1 26:28
more of a logo.
Jason 26:29
I wonder if so. There. I wonder if you add the HTML to if we go to hang on, go to business listings. You'd have to do it with a premium listing, and with a premium listing, because the premium listing has access to the custom code box, and the custom code box. Hang on. So let me just share my screen. If we did this, we went to so let me go into premium. I don't think it's turned on for me. Yeah, custom code. There we go. Okay, so submit that, and then go back. Okay, so here's our premium, and there's our custom code box. I wonder if we did. Let's try this. Open image in new tab. Okay, so I'm going to copy this image URL here,
Speaker 1 28:02
okay,
Jason 28:03
and then we go to custom code, and I'm going to grab. I think it's remember right
Speaker 5 28:16
meta
Jason 28:20
property, I think. Equals.
Speaker 1 28:29
This is why you're so good, Jason.
Jason 28:33
I'm just guessing here. I don't know if this is going to work or not. Content equals, and then I grab that image URL. See if this works here. Image URL and then that. See if that works. Okay, let me
Speaker 1 28:56
print screen there. Save that. What's
Speaker 6 28:58
that?
Speaker 1 28:59
I just want to save that instruction.
Jason 29:02
Well, let me see if it works first. I don't. I don't know if this is going to work. So give me a second. Let me now. What do I got to do? I need to go to preview, which is this is Evergreen Landscape Pros. So let's go. Here's Evergreen Landscape Pros. Okay, so here's the listing. So let me see.
Speaker 1 29:26
Share that with yourself and see what.
Jason 29:28
Yeah. Yep. That's what I'm going to test real quick here. Give me a second. Hi. Ah, it worked. Yeah, that that worked. I pulled in the image. Yeah.
Speaker 7 29:48
Okay.
Jason 29:49
It worked.
Speaker 1 29:50
So that's a that's a key outreach, right? I mean, this
Jason 29:55
is actually pulled in a different image, though. That's weird. I wonder. Hmm. Yeah, it pulled in a different image. Why that happened? Did I do something wrong?
Speaker 1 30:08
It's the logo file that you saved, right? I'll save.
Jason 30:18
Yeah, I wonder if it's because. Okay. Let me try that again. Okay, so save, and then let's refresh this. But that was interesting. It was pulling in. I don't know if it was pulling in.
Speaker 1 30:54
You know, we. I just. I didn't realize this, but when we have artwork in the side to go high level media storage, there's a link available there. It might be the same. Yes, there
Jason 31:08
is. Yep. Interesting. I don't know if I came up with something revolutionary or not here, Brett. To be honest with you, because for some reason on my side, this image is like when I go to share the link. This image is being pulled in. But anyway, I mean, give it a shot. Here, here's the code. I'll drop this in the chat box.
Speaker 1 31:42
Okay,
Jason 31:43
you can go ahead and play around with that. I believe that's correct.
Speaker 1 31:47
So what do you? It just really starts with that HTTPS, and that's and you're getting that from not the media folder or media storage, but the Listing image, logo image, right?
Jason 32:04
Yep, exactly. Yep, that's what I'm grabbing,
Speaker 1 32:08
and that's. I guess you can get that from tapping on the logo. It just creates its own. So the way that I did
Jason 32:17
it is I just came, I came over here, and then where is it at here? Business details. So here's the image, right? I just right clicked on it,
Speaker 1 32:29
okay,
Jason 32:29
and then I clicked on open image in new tab. So if you right click on this image, little you probably can't see it on my screen, but a little menu pops up, and then you can just open the image in a new tab, and that's what I did here to get this URL. Got it. Yeah.
Speaker 1 32:44
Okay.
Jason 32:46
But here I actually just stripped out everything, and here's the there's the code again, just kind of basic stripped out with with just like an example website in there. So you can give that a shot, but you know what? It looks kind of like it's working with, if the if the listing has a I don't know what this is called. I forgot the header image. What is that called?
Speaker 1 33:12
Cover photo. Cover image.
Jason 33:14
Yeah, the cover image. If the if it has a cover image, it looks like it's pulling that by default.
Speaker 1 33:19
The cover image, not not not what you hide. Not the
Jason 33:22
logo.
Speaker 1 33:23
Yeah. Huh.
Jason 33:25
So.
Speaker 1 33:27
Okay. So.
Jason 33:28
Give that a shot. See if you can override
Speaker 1 33:32
it. I'm not going to be able to do anything you you couldn't do. But so. I wonder if we were to do the same thing, take the cover image and bring it out. Maybe it's just codes swapped out. It could be it brings up the logo file if you. You know what I mean?
Jason 33:53
Yeah, I mean I tried.
Speaker 1 33:56
So you stripped out you stripped out that.
Jason 34:01
Is that that is the logo? Yeah, that is the logo.
Speaker 1 34:05
But try the header or the cover photo. Maybe the maybe it's just a. Well, yeah, no,
Jason 34:12
I I got the the cover photo works. I'm having trouble with the logo though. Sorry, I'm having trouble with this file for whatever reason,
Speaker 1 34:21
that file is is from the logo, right?
Jason 34:26
No, this is yeah, this is the logo. Yeah, so the logo file is what I'm having trouble with for whatever reason.
Speaker 1 34:34
What I'll try it the other way. I'll try accessing the cover photo link, and maybe that'll bring up the logo we want.
Jason 34:42
Yeah, give it a shot.
Speaker 1 34:43
Yeah,
Jason 34:44
yeah, yeah. See if that works. Thank you. That's my best shot at it. Okay, I
Speaker 1 34:49
see this being a. I mean, for people we have, you know, their cell phones. This is a a way to give them a preview of what we're working on.
Jason 34:59
Right. Okay, thank you very much. Yeah, no worries. Hey, Eric, what's happening?
Speaker 7 35:07
Hey, Jason, how are you?
Jason 35:08
I'm good. How can I help?
Speaker 7 35:10
Good. So I'm in conversation with a few small, like nonprofit organizations and not-for-profit organizations, and I want to give them my their own page within the site. I know if I put the tags in, that will create a page, but just like a separate, like say it's LA near you slash Masonic Lodge number 33, right? And then it just it has some information about their lodge and blah blah blah blah blah, so that they can just see that they have like an exclusive page. Is that possible?
Jason 35:57
Yeah, I mean that that's what a listing
Speaker 7 36:00
is. No, that's what the listing is, but I really wanted more, not just, in in other words, kind of like a more like an introductory page, like this is a page for you know, this lodges businesses, blah blah blah blah blah, Not just there, not just the listing link only. Okay.
Jason 36:40
How many how many not for profits are you working with?
Speaker 7 36:43
So I'm in conversation with two right now, but it's going to be multiple, right? Like,
Jason 36:50
and each of these, it's I mean, if it's if if it's like the Masonic Lodge, obviously they've got multiple chapters, multiple locations, right? But it's one one organization
Speaker 7 37:03
exactly.
Jason 37:04
So then, in that case, what probably makes the most sense is building a dedicated directory site just for them, right? It's like an over like the the entire site's dedicated to them.
Speaker 7 37:18
That's going to be that's that that'll be phase two, and I, I'm, I'm totally there, but I'm saying like now, just to kind of like a stopgap measure, so I can show them something, and then eventually, as I get more of their chapters in, they, they will get their own site.
Jason 37:38
Got it. Okay, I mean, the only other thing that you could do then would be just a custom page inside the funnel. So, like if you go to Smart Direct or if you go to High Level and you go to Sites, go to Funnels. Like here, I'll show you show my screen here. So if you log in here. Go to Sites.
Speaker 7 38:04
Yep.
Jason 38:05
And then go into your Smart Directory AI funnel.
Speaker 7 38:08
Yep.
Jason 38:08
And then just create a new page, right? So just hit Add New Page. Give it a name. Give it a pathway, and then you know basically this one page is all dedicated to
Speaker 7 38:19
them. Yep.
Jason 38:20
Once that's all built out, then you go back to your smart directory, and then you're going to go into your was it your branding, and then go into your menu builder, and then come in here, select that funnel, and then grab that that page, and you can add it to the menu.
Speaker 2 38:40
Okay,
Jason 38:41
so that that it's now now on the site that there's a new page that actually lives on your website that's just dedicated to them, you know.
Speaker 7 38:49
Got got it, and it'll have all the functionality.
Jason 38:53
Yeah, I mean it would be an actual page on the site, right? So it'll be like, you know, it'll be in the menu in the main navigation. That that's what I'm showing you here. That's how you add it to the main nav. So yeah, it would show up in here, and they could click on it. Anyone could click on it. They could go to the site and then click on the page and view all the information. What however you design it, because you can use all of you know high levels design tools inside you know, the funnel builder here. So you go in here and hit edit, and you can use every building block in here as soon as this loads, right? And you can design this however you want, right? Out of the sections, at basically do anything you want to the page.
Speaker 7 39:39
Got it. Got it. So that would be kind of like a temporary little space, and then yeah, just for that, yeah, yeah. Then I can just add, add the their their um their memberships individual business through the regular way, but then. Show them that they actually have a dedicated site. I mean, a dedicated page as well.
Jason 40:05
Yep. Yep.
Speaker 7 40:08
That's a that's a perfect stopgap measure. Thank you.
Jason 40:10
Yeah. No worries. All right, questions? Anybody? Feel free to just raise your hand or unmute. I think I heard Simone. Yeah, what can we do for you?
Speaker 5 40:35
Aloha.
Jason 40:36
Aloha.
Speaker 5 40:37
Hey, I have three little questions, and one is not even directory related. I have a hard time creating emails, so I I had a new domain created for the directory, and as soon as you port that over or have it pull into the directory, I can't create any more emails on my namecheap thing. So, what is the best way of creating emails, real emails or email accounts,
Jason 41:16
for your different businesses?
Speaker 5 41:20
Yeah.
Jason 41:21
Yeah. So. So I, you know, it's completely up to you how you want to do it. I've always, me personally, I've always used Workspace. I've been using Workspace for like Google,
Speaker 5 41:32
Google Workspace.
Jason 41:33
Yeah.
Speaker 5 41:34
Okay. So you can. So do you have do you have different accounts then for that, or do you have an account and use an alias?
Jason 41:45
Yeah, I have I have several aliases. So like every time you set up a new inbox, you get charged for that new inbox with Google Workspace. What I've found is that like the basic plan is more than enough. I don't usually by default when you sign up with Workspace, they try to get you into the highest plan, which is 20 bucks a month or something like that. The
Speaker 5 42:07
cheapest, the cheapest of seven, isn't that?
Jason 42:10
Yeah, I think it's yeah, it's right around there. It's been going up every year for a while, but yeah, it's right around that. And that's really all you need is that seven bucks. That gives you one dedicated inbox, and you can create as many aliases as you need to. So usually, what I I do is I'll set it up with my name, jason@mydomain.com, and then I go into the alias and I set up like info at, I set up admin at, I set up hello at, all all the different like whatever ones I need, and those all just go directly into my that one inbox, the JSON at inbox, but I have as many aliases I need.
Speaker 5 42:45
Okay, cool. Yeah, I I had mixed that. I have two two domains on one, and it's like man, when they shut down one, then both of them are gone. So yeah, so it's it's the best way to just do one per domain.
Jason 43:00
I mean, if you're doing it through Workspace, that's the way I do it.
Speaker 5 43:05
Okay. Yeah. All right. Okay. Cool. I will do that then. And then when we have our own GHL accounts, sub accounts where we have the directory in, how do we get the updates? Do we have to do a? Do we have to do something when you guys release updates, or how does that work?
Jason 43:28
No. So the beautiful thing is the SDAI is actually an application, and so High Levels built this app marketplace, where just like any other app marketplace that you're probably familiar with, it's a separate application that runs on their infrastructure, and so as soon as you install it into your sub account, it has a direct connection to our servers. So anytime we make an update, it automatically updates in your high-level instance. There's nothing you need to do on the application side. The only thing that you would ever update is going to be the snapshot. That's what contains the the funnel pages, the emails, the automations, that sort of thing. So if we ever make updates there, which we do periodically, that would have to be updated on your own, and that's real easy to do. And we have a link. If I
Speaker 5 44:19
do, you guys send something out when you when you make an update on that.
Jason 44:23
Yeah, I I believe so. That's that's the plan. That's what we're supposed to do, and I think that's still happening. Let me see. I'm trying to. So you can
Speaker 5 44:37
just override the the old snapshot with the new snapshot.
Jason 44:42
Well, you want to be careful because if you've made any edits, if you've customized the templates, that sort of thing, and you override it, it will erase all your edits. So you do want to be careful. You don't want to just choose everything and and over. Have you ever? You are you familiar with? Snapshots and high level. Ah, no, not really. Okay, so when you go to add a snapshot, there's a it's a step by step process when you're adding it to your account or when you're updating it, and I don't know if it's step two or step three. What one of those steps? It's going to show you everything that's included, and by default, everything's selected. What you'll need to do is like deselect the items that you don't want to override.
Speaker 5 45:30
So I have to keep good track of if I update certain workflows or something like that. The best thing to do,
Jason 45:37
honestly, Simona, is just like if you see an update, if we publish an update to the to the snapshot, the best thing to do is reach out to our support team. You can just file a support ticket, or you can jump on one of these calls. And then what we'll do is we'll find out exactly. We'll get you the exact details of what was changed, what was updated. Then you can make the decision. Oh, you know what? I don't actually need that. Or yeah, I'd like to have that. And then you just then you'll you'll make sure to just select that one thing that was changed, right?
Speaker 5 46:10
Okay, cool. Okay, yeah, that makes it easier. Yeah, I mean, coming from from Salesforce, you know, it's always that was always a big deal, an update, you know. Yep. So I wanted to see. Okay. Cool. That clears that up. So I can look at the snapshot, or how do I get to? How do I know if there is a difference?
Jason 46:33
Yeah. So I I dropped the link. Okay. So if you go, do you see that that latest link that I dropped in the chat?
Speaker 5 46:46
Hang on, there's the chat. I'm not used. I'm not used to to the Google stuff.
Jason 46:53
Yeah, no problem. Found it, yeah. Okay, if you click on, I think this is the best way to get there. Rachika, you could chime in if you if there's a better way. But if you click on install in your own high level, you see that in the left menu.
Speaker 5 47:24
I'm in the help.
Jason 47:27
Yeah, on the left menu in the help, you should see install in your own high level on the left hand menu.
Speaker 5 47:36
Oh yeah, yeah.
Jason 47:38
So if you click on that, and then scroll just down the page till you get to step two. It says import the Smart Directory AI snapshot, and it says updated 731 26. So that was the last update, I believe. Rachika, is that that's the best place? Correct.
Speaker 3 48:00
Yes, state them. Yep. Okay, that's right.
Jason 48:02
Yep. So,
Speaker 3 48:04
Jason, I have one question. Sorry to interrupt. So, Simone just joined, so I'm sure she'll she's on the updated snapshot.
Speaker 5 48:14
Yeah, I I'm on the latest now. Yeah. So yes. So I won't I won't have to do anything. Yeah, because I joined after in September, yeah. So
Speaker 4 48:25
got it.
Speaker 5 48:26
So I just have to periodically look if if there is something. Like I said, we usually
Speaker 3 48:33
send emails.
Speaker 5 48:34
Okay.
Speaker 3 48:35
If there is any update, right?
Speaker 1 48:37
Okay. Yeah, and then Simone, and
Jason 48:40
then Simona, you can just reach out to us and find out what the update was and if you actually if you need it or not.
Speaker 5 48:45
If I need it, okay, cool, yeah, okay, that makes it easy. Thank you so much. And then I have a funny a funny story. So I've been playing with the directory and setting stuff up and don't have any live customers. I have the first couple coming from Facebook that want to sign up, but nothing, nothing serious yet. So I played around and I activated three premium ones, and I didn't realize that it fires a workflow. It's like, oops! So they got they got sent a few emails.
Jason 49:23
Got it. Okay.
Speaker 5 49:25
So how can can you stop the workflows?
Jason 49:29
Yep.
Speaker 5 49:30
How do you stop them accident from accidentally continuing?
Jason 49:37
So go into automations here. Go to Smart Directory AI. You go to Outreach, and it's they're probably in one of these two. I'm not sure which one it is. If they're in Premium Upgrade or SaaS Push, but they're probably in one of these. So what I would do is just go ahead and move this to Draft. Just so. The whole
Speaker 5 50:00
thing, okay.
Jason 50:02
Well, if you don't want them to like, you know, right now as you're kind of testing things, right, and you're, you know, you're moving people to premium and then back to to basic or whatever you're doing, then yeah, you could just set this to set these to draft. Other than that, you should be good. But yeah, the because these you have like this one up here is what starts the whole series, the free listing outreach, and this one you have to manually add people to. So as long as you don't manually add anyone here, then this is not going to fire.
Speaker 5 50:33
Yeah, yeah, I did myself to see what the what the emails look like. Okay, cool. Yeah, okay, yeah, I can just set these to
Jason 50:42
direct. I and you can tell, like, if you go into your account, go to automations, and come in here, you'll see under the total enrolled, it'll say how many people have gone through it, and if you've only if you if you if it's sent one or two, it'll show two, right, and then it'll tell you who's actively still in this automation.
Speaker 5 51:03
Oh, oh, that's so. Just kind
Jason 51:05
of pay attention to that. So if it just says 00, that means no one's ever been in it, and you're good. And just scroll down to where wherever you see a number, and just turn it on.
Speaker 5 51:14
Yeah, that's awesome. I also saw it on when you go to contacts, the Last active whatever whatever it's called was you see it too and you see it when you go into you see that it fired the emails and if they were open so I could see that too
Jason 51:36
yep you'll see the email over here and then under actions workflows you'll see at the individual contact level, you can see who's active, and then if they're they've already been through a past workflow, it'll show you which one they've been.
Speaker 5 51:51
Okay, cool. Yeah, it's pretty awesome. All right, yeah, that that's because I just wanted to make the site pretty and wanted to have some premium ones. Sure. Yeah. Yeah. It sure backfired. So
Jason 52:04
that's all right.
Speaker 5 52:05
Okay. Yeah, I can turn it off, and then I can put some put some more back on. Yeah. Right. Awesome. Yeah. Those were my three questions. Thank you so much.
Jason 52:16
Of course. No problem. Yeah, Eric, what's happening?
Speaker 7 52:20
Hey, Jason. I just forgot two two things. One, I started to make some type of like small infomercial for the site, and I did it through Notebook LM. Okay, and then and it's it's it's it's it's great. We'll talk about it another time. But the the question is, I wanted to switch it. It has an explainer video in Notebook LM, which is cool. But I wanted it to to move to video, so I moved it to Vivo and and Gemini, and it's but it only gives me like four sessions unless I upgrade, you know, to the higher tier, and then I I bought CapCut. Is there anything that you would use that does audio and visual that's that's decent? Because I don't want to like buy all these damn subscriptions and then not know which one actually would actually work for that use case.
Jason 53:22
Yeah, CapCut's pretty good. I definitely like that.
Speaker 7 53:31
I mean, I would want if if the the the ideal tool would be for me to type in the prompt, have no book or have no book LM create the prompt create the scenes create the audio that goes with the scenes and then and then the AI just does it but that's my ideal world so if I don't if if I can't get that then if I have to go through you know, creating the audio for CapCut and then creating the scenes and then syncing them. Then I just have to do it. But I was wondering if there was a shorter way.
Jason 54:10
But notebook generates videos, doesn't it? I've it does video through them.
Speaker 7 54:15
It it does video explainers, but not the actual like man coming. You know, the electrician coming up. Oh,
Jason 54:23
got it. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I see what you're trying to do. Okay. Hmm. Yeah, I haven't. I wish I had better answer for you because I haven't really played a ton with video in that sense. Like a hyper realistic video is what you're trying to do, right?
Speaker 7 54:42
Exactly, exactly. Yeah,
Jason 54:43
like cinematic, hyper realistic video.
Speaker 7 54:47
I'll figure it out, and then I played with
Jason 54:50
Higgsfield. Have you ever played with Higgsfield?
Speaker 7 54:52
I have not.
Jason 54:53
Okay, check out Higgsfield. I've been pretty impressed with that. I did a little bit of video there. It's not. Something that I do on a regular basis, but that is an AI model that's geared towards image and video, and it's really, really good. And it's they're probably the leader in the space when it comes to video. I don't think anyone's above them right now. So yeah, check out Higgsfield. There's multiple different tools out there that that integrate with Higgsfield and have built kind of software like video editing, video creation, AI video creation software using Higgsfield as part of it. That their app, so you just you just kind of have to explore and see what you can find. I wish I had a better answer for you, but that's that's what I've used. I mean, there's tons of tools out there where you could do this manual, but I don't think you want to do it manually.
Speaker 7 55:45
Yeah, that's the whole point. Exactly. It's a lot of work. That's a whole nother. Yeah, that's another rabbit hole that I don't need to go down. But second question: Is there in our possible in in our next iteration? Are we going to have a app for consumers that can go on their cell phone?
Jason 56:11
I don't know. You know, that's a good question. I don't. I haven't heard anything. I don't think that's been part of any discussion as of right now. I can tell you though that as far as development bug fixes and like what's in the development cycle, we're we've made a lot of headway and we're we're actually almost completely caught up. So now is actually a really good time. If that's of interest to you, I would that would be something that I would want to put onto our canny board, which is where all of our dev team like looks to see what's the next thing, next few projects they want to start working on, you know. And obviously, if there's enough votes, that's gonna that that's gonna make it noticed, right? And that's gonna make the dev team pay more attention to it, and want to build that first.
Speaker 7 57:04
Yeah, I guess the whole the the thought process is, I understand that the site started off as a way to start developing more paid advertisement, but now it's getting it's starting to be more robust, and I want the consumer to have a good experience as well, right? You know the actual person that's going to be using the site to find different businesses.
Jason 57:30
Yep. No, I totally get it. It makes sense because you're right. You know, it has morphed. It you know it started off as just another way to kind of build your agency, and now it's become almost kind of a standalone tool in and of itself. And yeah, people have built some pretty substantial communities off of just the directory site. And so you're right. Yeah, more of a focus towards the user experience is I think there's a huge benefit to that. I I just don't know of any conversation. I haven't heard of any conversations on that front yet, or else I'd let you know. I tell you, but I would definitely put it on the candy board for sure.
Speaker 7 58:12
I'll get that done today, man. Thank you.
Jason 58:14
Yep, no worries. All right, guys. Any other questions?
Speaker 2 58:27
Hey, Jason.
Jason 58:28
Yeah, Ray.
Speaker 2 58:30
Hey, how you doing?
Jason 58:31
Good. How you doing?
Speaker 2 58:32
I'm blessed and well, thank you. Jason, I'm I'm really not sure if this is the proper forum, but I am truly at my wits' end in terms of of getting whether it's tech support or developer support for an issue involving my installation, my platform. Okay, this has plagued me since the very moment I initially. installed SDAI from the very beginning. At the very moment that I installed SDAI, and this is going back to over just over a year, I during my installation there due to a storm somewhere there happened to have been a glitch. I. Hiccup during my installation, which initially froze my installation midstream. My installation never completed. I went through service, and what they wanted to do was. to reinstall on top of this glitch. Now, mind you, SDAI did acknowledge the glitch at the time. So what they wanted to do, and subsequently did, Was to install, reinstall on top of this installation. Now they did it a couple of times just to get the installation to complete. Once it was complete, they wrote it off and felt that it was done. The problem is, is that these glitches continue to plague me throughout my throughout my entire use of this platform, the the suggestion, the the decision to install on top of this misinstallation, Rather than to wipe out my installation completely and have me start from scratch, that was my-that's what I wanted to do, and I insisted on that. But I was overruled by SDAI, and they decided to install, reinstall on top of this misinstallation twice, because the second time, the first time they reinstalled on top, it also did not work. They reinstalled on top of it again, and they got it. They got the installation to complete, allegedly. Okay. From that point, I found out that you know, as far as they were concerned, the installation went through, and it was fine. However, when I went in to the initial directory, I found that not most of the the the sample businesses did not install, so that means the installation again was not complete. I had to go back through service again, and this happened. This was going on over a course of a few days because they were refusing again to wipe everything out and reinstall, so the decision was made again to reinstall on top of all of this, and it got to the point to where to where Tom, I'm I'm I'm a little I'm I'm under the weather here, so just forgive the coughing. Tom himself had to go in, I guess through through whomever, and they had to manually Place the businesses, the sample businesses, onto my installation.
Jason 1:04:06
Okay,
Speaker 2 1:04:07
and then for them, the problem was resolved. But with my background, I know that it was not. Every so often, as I started to build my initial directory, there were other glitches, and every time I would report these other glitches, they would again what I call bandaid patchet. You know, it would go to the developers because it was passed everybody else. It would go to developers. It would take them a month, maybe six weeks, sometimes eight weeks, to get back to me and say, "Oh, you know, we've passed it. It's all set. And I would go in, and yes, it was all set. But think about the time. Then. Another glint would occur, and I'd go through the same process over and over again.
Speaker 7 1:05:07
Excuse me.
Speaker 2 1:05:12
And most and and and since then, again working with my very first directory, I found that when I go to customize my menu, and I create my listing, my listings, and I and and then I go into The menu, and try to call up those listings. It would not populate in the in the listing slot.
Jason 1:05:53
Got it. Okay.
Speaker 2 1:05:56
Even if I manually enter it in there. It still would not populate, and what and and and then I found out not only that that was that happening, but that the the add to menu button does not work at all. So I thought that it was just this particular directory being the initial directory from you know from the initial installation. I then took advantage of now. Mind you, this has been going on for almost a year, but when SCI offered this special in terms of of multiple directories, I took advantage of it simply so that I can open up a new directory and see if that would work. I opened up two directories. Neither directory works with that functionality. I cannot to this very day, after all this time, I could not and cannot, on any directory, customize my menus or populate my menus. So, during you know, I've gone through service. I've gone through Stephanie. I've gone through RJ. I've gone through Rachika. You know, I've gone through everyone. Four months ago, I'm sorry. Five months ago, I was told that that they would finally that they would raise it up to the developers. They asked me for my information, and I gave them my information as far as the as far as my installation is concerned, and it was go up to it was supposed to go to the developers. At this time, during this whole time, I was under GHL. When the option came to being able to transfer to SDAI hosting, I figured, well, if the problem is with my installation, which I believe there's no doubt about it that it is, then if if if I took the hosting away from GHL where it originated and brought it over to SDAI hosting, that it would clear up. Well, that didn't happen, and today all of my directories are under SDIA hosting, and neither none of my directories I am Unable to customize my menus, I cannot even post my menus. Now, considering again almost a year that I've been plagued with this, I continue to pay. I have, you know, I cannot, I cannot launch a directory. I can't do anything. I am literally stuck. I have everyone in service.
Jason 1:09:48
Got it.
Speaker 2 1:09:50
You know, I'm unable to take advantage of of the of the 500 listings that that that I. And get that signed up for it. I can't take advantage of it because what's the point?
Jason 1:10:07
Right now, Ray, I I hear you, Ray. I appreciate you you kind of getting me up to speed and and telling me what's going on. So I'm going to get you the help you need. Like, don't worry about that. I'm going to figure out. I'm going to get to the bottom of it and figure out what's going on? This is highly, highly unusual. I have not heard of anyone else that has had this issue. Obviously, being a new product, we've had our hiccups. We, you know, it's it's it's it's code. You know, it's technology, and and things break, and there's bugs here and there. But this is this is highly, highly unusual. Give me one second, Ray Rachika. Do we have an outstanding ticket right now for Ray that we can pull up, and I can get a little bit more context on where we sit with what's going on with his account, and then from there I'm going to see what I can do to escalate things.
Speaker 3 1:10:58
Yes, yes. Then so Ray, I think you were having some kind of excess issues which you and I already fixed on a call, and it was literally not an issue, right? It was just that you were not able to find that. But now,
Speaker 2 1:11:17
respectfully, respectfully, and I'm sorry to cut you off, but you are incorrect. That problem was never resolved. You sent me a video of you and I conducted on the call. Well, well, you sent me a video telling me, showing me, allegedly showing me that my menu issue is, you know, is resolved. You sent me a video showing it to me. You were on my platform in one of my directories, and you were showing me. However, in your own, um, in your own video that you sent me. You could not get it to work. Multiple times you tried. You could not get it to work.
Speaker 3 1:12:09
Yeah, that is after our call. That was after our call. Like we already fixed a few things on our call, so that was done. But the menu part that was after a call, and that was on September 15. And yes, right after that, we submitted this on the same day to the devs, and we still have like no update from the devs. I just sent them a follow up, but yeah, we submitted this, and we discussed this on like September 15.
Speaker 2 1:12:44
Let me qualify this. Four months ago, this exact same issue, RJ told me the exact same thing that that that that he was sending this issue to the devs. He asked my information. I provided my information, and he said it was going to the devs. That was over four months ago. Okay, and again, here you are, almost five months later, telling me the exact same thing. All the time, though, I am unable to do anything, I am losing money, I am losing revenue, and I am still paying every month for this. I am stuck, and all I want is to get this fixed. I'm going to go back to the suggestion I made almost a year ago, when this when this issue originally started, which is the same suggestion I suggested with you when you and I last spoke, what I think needs to happen, because this is my background, this is my professional background, is that you know either you guys get together and run a a an analysis, a problem analysis, to to isolate what the problem is. You have already admitted to me that it's just me. I've already admitted to you prior to that that I know it's just my installation, and the reason for it is because it started back at the original installation in the hiccup. You denied my hiccup that that that that the hiccup that the hiccup would do is do this. You are wrong. Respectfully, okay. So here we are again. All I want, and I'm I'm going to suggest this again. Let's wipe out my entire installation. Let me stop. Start from scratch with a fresh install. There's got to be some catch-up on your end, on SDI, on SDAI's end, because again, I've lost revenue and I'm still paying. But at least I can have a fresh start. By your own admission, it's only affecting me. By my admission, it only affects me, so that's got to tell you something.
Jason 1:15:28
Yeah, Ray. Let me let me jump in here, Ray, and let's just-I want to wrap this up. So, I I'm committed to helping you. We're going to get to the bottom of this. We're going to get this resolved for you, and trying to think what's the best way. What I'll do is I will get I'll pull all your contact info from support Ray, and yeah, I 100% agree with you. I think what we'll do is we're going to just wipe the account completely clean. We'll just delete everything, and we'll start from ground zero. Fresh installation, fresh new sub account. We can, if you want to keep it under SDAI, we can do so. Sounds like that's where you're at right now. So we'll go ahead and keep it there and see if that doesn't resolve the issues. But yeah, I think a fresh new sub, a a fresh fresh installation, and let's see if we if that doesn't resolve it. The problem is, I think from the dev side, obviously, yeah, this this may be only affecting you, but they want to make sure that this isn't something that could potentially spread and affect other users. So somehow we're going to have to keep your isolation still active. We can remove you from it so that you know when when you log in, you see a fresh a fresh sub account, a fresh installation. But we'll probably keep it. We'll we'll isolate it from you and we'll keep it internally so the devs can continue to work on it. So we can figure out what in the heck is going on with that account. So if it is something that could potentially spread and cause issues with other accounts, that we can we can get to the bottom of it. Because last thing I want to do is just delete the whole thing and lose it, and we lose the opportunity to troubleshoot it, right? So we definitely want to we we definitely want to keep it active, but obviously totally understand, and we need to get you into an account that you can actually use and start making some progress on. You shouldn't have to just sit there and not make progress while we're trying to troubleshoot. We could just pull those accounts out from out from you. We can still keep them active. We can still work on them, and then put a new account under your your name. So I think that's that's probably the best route to go right now, and that's what I'm going to work on. I'm going to get with Cameron on it, and we'll figure out how we can best do that. And I think it looks like you've submitted everything to Ruchika. We've got everything that we need from you as far as like what was. I submit some
Speaker 2 1:18:09
stuff to Stephanie as well.
Jason 1:18:10
Okay. Okay. Well, we've got a full history of it. I can see it right here. So yeah, we've got a history ticket history with everything that you've submitted. So we're good. Let me work on this, Ray. Give me give me a day or so to get back to you, and I think that's probably the way we're going to proceed. Is we'll try just moving your user account to a fresh, like I said, fresh new sub account, fresh new installation, and then you go from there. Tell me if you still have issues, and you know if you're still having issues at that point. I we could try it again, you know. But if it continues to happen, I don't know where we go from there. I guess obviously we're gonna the devs are gonna continue to work on it, but we'll do our best to get some sort of resolution for you. Because what we want to do is just get you up and run it, so you can actually start using the thing.
Speaker 2 1:19:11
Yes, Jason, if it would if it would help, and I'm sure it would. What I suggested back then, and even with Ruchika recently, is that perhaps perform a root cause analysis? Now, again, in my professional capacity, I'm retired now. I did that on on a corporate level quite often. This what what we're talking about. This is my wheelhouse. Okay, so you know, and so I suggested a root a root cause analysis, which would isolate, which would identify exactly where the problem started, right? And I I qualify that because I actually did one. Okay, and so that's why you know when I. Say where where it came from, how it started, is based on the root cause analysis that I personally did. Got
Jason 1:20:09
it.
Speaker 2 1:20:10
And again, I'm sure the devs know all about that, but that's why I would suggest it's you know it start. Okay,
Speaker 4 1:20:19
sounds good, Ray.
Speaker 2 1:20:20
Okay, well, so I guess you'll let me know when I can when everything is wiped out and I can start from scratch.
Jason 1:20:29
Exactly. Yeah, like I said, we're going to keep those accounts active and we're just going to move you to a new account and a new installation. So you won't you you'll you'll log in and it'll just feel like normal, right? You're not going to notice a thing, but on the back end, we'll be we'll move you into a new account, and when you log in, you'll just see a sub account with your name on it, and you can click on it just like normal, and SDAI will be already pre-installed in there.
Speaker 2 1:20:56
Okay, but what I would what I would ask if you just give me a couple of days to back up what I've back up the directories that I've already done. Okay, that way when I recreate them, I'm not recreating from scratch. Okay,
Jason 1:21:15
sure. Well, like I said, we're not. I'm not going to delete anything. We're just going to move you in. What I want to do is I just want to get you to a point where the app is working, so that's why I suggested moving you into a new sub account with a new fresh installation. But sure, yeah, if you want to back it up, do do your thing. If you need a couple of days to do that, I'm good with that. But again, we're not going to delete anything as far as your actual site. We're just moving you as a user to a new install so that you can you can be productive and actually use it. That that was my suggestion.
Speaker 2 1:21:56
Right, but but with that with that, would I be able? What I'm talking about is being able to recreate my existing directories, and you know, without having to recreate from scratch. You know, I just want to document all of my settings, make sure I have all of my, you know, everything that every every part of my directory setup that I I currently have. I just want to make sure I have those. So when I recreate these directories under under this new install, you know, I'm I'm not recreating from scratch. I'm recreating based upon what was already there.
Jason 1:22:33
Got it. Okay. Sounds good.
Speaker 2 1:22:36
Okay.
Speaker 4 1:22:37
All right, Ray.
Speaker 2 1:22:38
Thank you very much, Jason. Yeah. No problem,
Jason 1:22:42
yep. We'll we'll be in contact with you in the next couple days. I appreciate it.
Speaker 2 1:22:48
Thank you.
Jason 1:22:49
Yep, no problem. All right, guys. Any other questions, comments, concerns? Anybody want to chat, talk shop? Feel free. Open up your mic. Raise your hand.
Speaker 2 1:23:14
Well, I do have one question, Jason.
Jason 1:23:16
Sure. Yeah, man.
Speaker 2 1:23:19
You know, as I said from the very beginning, when it was first launched, I am actually I am absolutely loving the the the coupon addition to the to SDAI. I have it. I have existing coupon directories. My biggest problem was being able to combine the two directories, and and when you launched the coupon portion of it, this for the first time in years because I've had I've had coupon directories for like almost 12 years now, but this has allowed me to, for the first time, be able to combine directories and coupons, pretty much coupon directories at the same time. So that's what I'm really looking forward to getting deeply involved in.
Speaker 7 1:24:19
Right.
Speaker 2 1:24:20
The question I'm the question I want to ask is: Is there anything on the horizon, you know? Okay, like an under the cover sneak preview, with with regards to any additions to the to the couponing implementation.
Jason 1:24:40
That's a good question. I I don't remember any conversations recently around it. I don't. Yeah, nothing's jumping to my to the top of my mind, Ray. I I don't think so. Okay. I have so many conversations around all different things. You know, no, you do with SDI. So it's hard to remember everything, but yeah, nothing's jumping to to the forefront on that. Rachika, have you have you heard of anything on the coupon side?
Speaker 3 1:25:13
No, just not these days.
Jason 1:25:16
Okay, yeah, and not like I said, yeah, I I don't remember anything off the top of my head right now, Ray. But I think I would check. Do you follow our canny board at all?
Speaker 2 1:25:33
I do. I do. Okay.
Jason 1:25:35
Yeah. Maybe do a search in there and see what types of ideas people have posted? If there's anything related to coupons that somebody has put in there that you think is really interesting, or maybe there's something in there that you'd like to add to, you can always comment and add to, you know, whatever's been posted there. The other thing too, you know, if there is something really interesting that you feel like would really benefit the community as a whole, we always obviously you know recommend going there first and and adding your idea, especially if there if that idea doesn't exist already on the canning board. But then promoting it too, you know, feel free to grab some of those ideas and go into our school group and start a genuine conversation around you know that feature, and you know see if there's any interest in the school group, and then obviously you can post the link to the feature on Canny to get upvotes through the school community. So that's another way to really draw, you know, bring attention to a new feature or request that you're you're really interested in, and like I said, especially if it it if it has, you know, like a real broad use case where it can really help a lot of people in multiple industries. Those are the types of things that we kind of gravitate towards first, then like real specialized type features that may only help a small group of individuals. Like obviously, we'll get to those those kind of outlier features one day. But and we really try to address some of the larger things that we know are going to be really helpful for the broader community. So if it's if it falls in those lines, definitely take advantage of the different channels that we have, and bring some attention to it. I would say.
Speaker 2 1:27:28
Thank you, Jason. I just just to kind of let you know, I'm on candy a lot. Okay. Awesome.
Jason 1:27:37
Okay. Cool.
Speaker 2 1:27:38
But you know, the reason for this particular line of questioning, is that what I always what what I also always do is I always you know check and see if there's anything on the horizon you know and or or something like that you know kind of. You know, I'm. I'm always looking for a what's under the blanket. You know that. Yeah. You know. So I'm always looking for sneak previews. Let me put it that way. So and
Jason 1:28:12
usually I get, I I do get. You know, I'm privy to you know the things that are coming down the pipe, and and we talk about them internally. I can tell you the latest conversations I've had are strictly around infrastructure, so they're not they're not fun. They're not you know they're not shiny. It's nothing. It's nothing super exciting. It's it's all around infrastructure and creating more of a stable infrastructure for our application. So that's like what we've really, what the devs have really been focused on, and there's been a few feature updates here or there, but mainly it's been infrastructure based, and we're real close to having that completely done. And there's been several infrastructure updates over the last year, but I think this one is going to be substantial to where we're not going to have to do a major update for quite some time. We'll be able to grow quite substantially with this this new structure in place. So that's kind of like what the focus has been mainly right now. But yeah, as things come up, like we talk about them internally, and I'm happy to share as long as I mean I haven't technically gotten in trouble for like spilling the beans on some of this stuff, but like I'm I'm happy to talk about it. You know, as soon as I hear about it, I love to like drop little nuggets here and there as long as I can, and try to like build some anticipation around it. But I just don't have anything right now, and I'm sorry. Like that's like what we've been talking about, you know.
Speaker 2 1:29:42
Listen, you know, been there and did that for over 25 years, so I understand, wholly understand. Probably my last question would be this: Is there anything upcoming to? What to to where it would allow me to be able to import, let's say, one of my coupon directories into SDAI as a page, Not as, not, you know, as a link as a page.
Jason 1:30:26
Yeah, I mean, in the menu builder, so I know you've had a lot of issues with the menu builder, but the the menu builder itself does allow for external links. So if you wanted to add a a page that shows up in the navigation, right, or a link that shows up in the navigation, and you can call it whatever you want, and that can link to an out an external page somewhere else on the web, hosted somewhere else. You could also create, like, design your own page. I don't know if you were here earlier. I was showing somebody else, but you go into the SDAI funnel inside of high level under website or under sites, and you can add a page there. Use all of their design tools, high levels design tools. Create the page, design it however you want, add whatever text you want, whatever images, and then that page can be available inside the navigation on your SDAI website. So there's two ways to
Speaker 2 1:31:20
do it. Right. Okay. Unfortunately, my my page, my my directories, are pre Go High Level, you know. But you know they've been active for like almost 12 years now. So you know, I I I just want to be able to. I just want to see if I'm able to import it into SDI, and like you said, because of my issues with the menu builder, I'm not able to even entertain that right now.
Jason 1:31:54
Yeah, there's no like way to directly import anything. The only import that we have is the you know the leads the the new leads tool that we just released, which allows you to you know scrape the internet and generate your own leads, and then add those into SDAI as business listings. So there's that, and then the the only other import feature is like if you were to, you know, use your own tool or generate your own list somewhere, and then you know, put that into a CSV Excel spreadsheets file, and then upload that into High Level. That's the only kind of import feature. As far as connecting an outside directory or coupon directory that you have, if it's on a website, if it's on a URL, and you just want to link to it on the site, on the SDAI site, again, that's available in the menu builder. You just add an external link, and it shows up in the menu. And so, if somebody clicks on the menu item in the navigation on your SDAI site, it can take them to your external coupon directory site, but there's no like actual direct connection between them, right? It's just a link going back to the site,
Speaker 2 1:33:14
right? But it will open the page, though, right?
Jason 1:33:16
Oh yeah, it'll open the page. Yeah, it just opens the page in a new in a new tab in the browser. Yep,
Speaker 2 1:33:20
that's all I'm looking for.
Jason 1:33:22
Okay, yeah, yeah, we can do that.
Speaker 2 1:33:25
Okay.
Jason 1:33:27
Yep.
Speaker 2 1:33:28
Well, thank you very much, Jason. Thank you very much, Uchika. I'm going to stop talking now because my allergy is getting worse. So yeah, no
Jason 1:33:40
worries. Yeah, take care of yourself, Ray. We'll be in touch in the next couple days.
Speaker 2 1:33:44
Okay.
Jason 1:33:49
All right, guys. Anybody else? Any other questions out there? I want to make sure we get to anybody else. If you've got them, if not, I can let you guys go home early. Class is I can dismiss class before the bell, which that's always exciting. You guys have recess. Hey, Jason.
Jason 1:34:15
Yeah. Oh, there she is, Satira. How you how you been?
Speaker 8 1:34:19
I've been all right, and I know I. You were
Jason 1:34:21
hiding. I didn't even see on the call.
Speaker 8 1:34:23
Last week I was supposed to be on.
Jason 1:34:27
Yeah, you were hiding. I didn't even see on the call.
Speaker 8 1:34:29
Yeah, so I'm gonna go ahead and and try and do that myself, and then hopefully I don't delete the wrong thing, and and then go from there, and hopefully next Tuesday won't be where I'm asking for help of something that I I deleted. Okay, was supposed to be deleted. So yeah. So I just wanted to let you know I was I was here, but I got on late, and I really wasn't prepared to even. In fact, I looked up time and didn't realize how late it was.
Jason 1:35:14
It's all good. It's always good to it's always good to hear your voice.
Speaker 8 1:35:19
Well, thank you, yours too, and pre appreciate all all you all help.
Jason 1:35:27
Of course, that's that's what we're here for. Here to get you guys the help that you need and make sure everybody's taken care of. Anybody else? I think everybody else must be good. All right, guys. Well, I guess we'll wrap it up here. Thanks to everybody for for joining the call, and thanks for the great conversation. If you guys have questions between now and next Tuesday, obviously you know how to to reach us. We got multiple different channels. We're everywhere, but if you want to get the the quickest help, it's through our support desk and just submitting a support ticket. So I'm going to go ahead and drop that link one more time here to that. And so if you guys have questions between now and next Tuesday, here is the link that you can use. That takes you directly to the support ticket page. Just enter your details there. A lot of times, a like if if you can film a Loom video or some sort of a screen recording, that's really helpful for the team, especially if you can recreate whatever issue it is that you're facing, or explain it. That's really good. Go ahead and submit it there. Oh yeah, Eric, what's going on?
Speaker 7 1:37:09
Yeah. So just on on that note, that Loom video and screenshot link, that upload link doesn't work
Jason 1:37:19
on the support ticket screen.
Speaker 7 1:37:21
Yeah, yeah,
Jason 1:37:25
doesn't work. I think,
Speaker 7 1:37:32
like, so, like, if I try to cut and paste or upload a a screenshot, or if I try to, yeah, it's it's it doesn't allow me to
Speaker 3 1:37:42
do it, Jason. That needs to be a link.
Jason 1:37:46
Oh, got it. Okay, yeah. I was just going to say. I think it's so. It's not. Yeah, it's not an image upload, Eric. It's just a link. Yeah. So just paste the link in there.
Speaker 2 1:37:56
Okay. So. So
Jason 1:37:57
what? So if you need to, you know, the the fastest way, obviously or honestly, is upload the image either to Google Drive or drop the image in the image library inside High Level, and then High Level will give you a link, or Google Drive will just give you a link, and they just pop that link in there.
Speaker 7 1:38:16
Perfect.
Jason 1:38:17
Yep.
Speaker 7 1:38:18
Thank you, bro.
Jason 1:38:19
Yep. No worries. So yeah, so if you guys have questions, please take advantage of our support desk. They're here seven days a week to answer those questions, and then obviously we're here every Tuesday answering questions around SDAI, around high level marketing, all that good stuff. Any type of technical thing, that's what we're here for. Tom also has a great call. I don't know if you guys go to Tom's call on Friday, but Tom, if you don't, I would highly recommend going to Tom's call on Friday as well. That call is it's really centered around marketing, usually like the latest techniques. He's always got some like new idea up his sleeve that he's testing and things, and so he's got lots of great ideas, and that's kind of like what he focuses in on that call is more like operations, marketing, that sort of thing. So definitely, I encourage you to go to those. I think you'll pick up a lot of a lot of golden nuggets going to those calls. So definitely look into that. If you need help locating that, let me show you guys real quick. Let me grab this and just share my screen. Move this over here. Okay, cool. So you go to your go to our help.smartdirectory.ai website, and then right down here, get help from our team. If you click on that tab, you'll see we've got links to the quick start call. We've got links to the tech support call. So that's the call that you're on right now. And then here's the weekly coaching calls with. Tom, you can click on this, and then here's the here's the the link directly to our school group. If you open up this link to the school group and go to our calendar, you'll see right here. Here's this is this is the call that you're on right here on Tuesdays, and then here's the call on Fridays. So if you click on that, that's going to take you directly to Tom's call. So if you ever get lost, you're ever like, "Hey, how do I find Tom's call? It's just right there. And so again, help. SmartDirectory. AI. Come down here, get help from our team, and you'll see all the links to the different calls here. So real easy to find in case you guys ever get lost. Anyway, thank you guys again for joining the call here today, and hope you guys have an amazing week ahead. And we'll see you guys all next week. Take care, everybody.
