All right, welcome everybody. Can everybody hear me? Okay, we were having some trouble, some audio trouble before I joined
Speaker 1 0:13
here. Can
Jason 0:14
everybody hear me? Okay, just drop something in the chat if you can hear me. Okay, Bobby says yes. Okay, cool. I'm just worried I'm not going to be able to hear you guys, but we'll let's just go ahead and test it. Yeah, if you guys, I think you guys all know the drill, but this is the the SDAI call. So if you guys have questions, let's go ahead and start lining everybody up, and you can go ahead and raise your hand. So the bottom of the the Google Meet window, there's the little hand icon. Just go ahead and click that. That'll get you raising your hand, get you in line, and then we'll we'll start answering some questions. Let's see. I know AI profit drivers. I saw a hand go up there. I'm not sure if you still have a question or not, Bobby. If you have a question, go ahead and answer. Yeah, go ahead, Bobby. I'm going to see if I have audio. Okay, so I don't have audio. Hang on one second, Bobby. I can see your your lips moving, but I can't hear anything. So I'm going to try one more headset on my side here. All right, Bobby, you there? Oh, it looks like you're muted. There we
Speaker 2 1:56
can hear me.
Jason 1:57
Now I can hear you just fine. Okay, cool. That's working. Sorry about you guys.
Speaker 2 2:03
My one of my questions is when I did the lead thing a couple weeks ago.
Speaker 3 2:10
Yep,
Speaker 2 2:12
I put in 50 and and there was only like 25 or 30 of those type businesses in that city, so we brought in a bunch of extra businesses like insurance and different things, but I didn't want. And I tried to delete them, and I mentioned it. I was hoping Sharita or whoever in tech would, and I know y'all said make a ticket, but I just wonder if that's ever fixed.
Jason 2:45
So, I I was just talking to the team about the whole lead tool, trying to get more clarity on the credit system and how all of that works. One thing that did come up though was that if you have any issues whatsoever, whether that's you know getting businesses that you didn't want, or not getting businesses that you did want, or whatever, that yes, we'll we'll go ahead and take care of those, and they'll give you the credits back in your account. But in order to keep track of it all, Bobby, it it's got to go through a ticket because there's just too many people that we're managing too many things with too many people. So without a without some sort of a digital trace, like so we know exactly who needs what, like that that's the easiest way for us to keep track of it. So that and the the help page that I always direct you guys to, I'll drop it in the chat again here.
Speaker 2 3:47
wasn't so much wasn't so much the credits I was worried about is just couldn't delete anything. It just aired out every time it tried to delete, and I figured that was, I mean, you know, one and one's two, and that's the basics. I mean, you'd have to be able to delete it. I mean, I figured they know that.
Jason 4:10
Did you import it into into high level?
Speaker 2 4:14
No, because I didn't want I didn't want to go that. I knew that if I put in the high level, I could delete it, but I just hadn't got to that point yet. Okay, and you're
Jason 4:26
hope you're hoping to delete right from the lead screen.
Speaker 2 4:30
Yeah, it it has a delete option. It just error out errors out when you delete it. Doesn't delete, but I'll I'll try to write something up. I wanted to speak to you. We never did get together. You said you might have somebody that wanted to team up with me a month ago or so.
Jason 4:55
Yep, yep. I think I sent you an email.
Speaker 2 5:00
I don't. I well, I never seen it. It might have been just I had so much junk in there that it got by me. But I
Jason 5:11
would love to
Speaker 2 5:11
team up with somebody, and I think I got a good program, a good good way to make some money. But I just I get lazy, and if I have somebody that working with me, we can split up things and talk together and keep me motivated. And and some of the technical stuff I don't like to do, right? But anyway,
Jason 5:40
I just replied to the thread, our email thread. So hopefully that'll pop up to the top of your your inbox. But yeah, just go ahead and and send me a reply there, and we'll we'll figure out a time,
Speaker 2 5:54
and
Jason 5:55
I'll get I'll get you guys connected.
Speaker 2 5:57
Okay. Well, I'm pretty much done for now. Listen,
Jason 6:04
okay, cool, awesome. Inside, real quick, Bobby, because I'm just writing this up to the team real quick. When you try to delete, you just got an error message. Did the error message say anything Specific, you're on mute again, Bobby.
Speaker 2 6:28
Let me see if I can get her. Can you see this screen?
Jason 6:49
Yep.
Speaker 2 6:54
I'm not sure how to get to the history.
Jason 7:00
Right across the top, so you're in search, you got enrich and verify, and then history. Yep.
Speaker 2 7:17
How do you open them?
Jason 7:21
Should be able to open on the right there, I believe. Open tools, actions,
Speaker 2 7:30
actions, push email. Yeah,
Jason 7:34
underneath actions, open tools. There we go.
Speaker 2 7:38
Let's see if we Can damn. Why is everything always covered up?
Jason 7:48
You can just close that box. That won't it won't exit you. No. There you go. Well,
Speaker 2 8:00
Close that unemployment. Okay, let's see if we can go over here. I thought it was over here.
Jason 8:22
Yeah, there you go. Delete lead. Okay. Delete failed.
Speaker 1 8:28
Yeah.
Jason 8:29
Got it. Okay. Got it. I'm just typing that in right now.
Speaker 2 8:35
I appreciate it.
Jason 8:42
Okay. Cool. Awesome. Thanks, Bobby. Appreciate that. All right, Satira, how can we help?
Speaker 1 8:50
Hi. Okay, I have an old issue that I've been trying to find Where where I saw the information, what it is is that my launchpad again, again, like I said, this is old. My launchpad is not complete in my in my app, in my Go High Level app or SDAI app. I found a video with Tom, and I don't know where that one is now, but I came across another one with with with Nick, and he and I have it here where I could actually show you what my issue is, what I was trying to explain at one point.
Jason 9:47
Okay, sure. Yeah, let's pull it up.
Speaker 1 9:49
Okay, let me share share my screen. Can you see this this video? Yeah, I can see
Speaker 2 10:20
it.
Speaker 1 10:20
Yep. So, can you hear it?
Jason 10:27
No, but you you can mute it on your side if you just turn the volume down on just that video. That way, it doesn't distract you. Yeah, if you just click that. There you go. Yep. Now we can see it, but we can't hear it, and you shouldn't be able to hear it either.
Speaker 1 10:49
Okay, but I need you to hear it. As oh, you do.
Jason 10:53
You want me to hear it? Okay. Yeah. Go ahead.
Speaker 1 10:56
Okay.
Jason 11:00
What what were you going to say though, Satura? What do What do you want me to hear?
Speaker 1 11:05
Okay, he's about to show the launch pad here, and what is in that launch pad? Yeah, that um, in doing the social media, and sending a link to a person, you know, because it was a question about people not wanting to give you their their social media credentials. But with this, okay, but but on the launch pad, there's a link that you can you can click into and send them that link where they can go in and and open up the the you know where they don't have to show us or give us their their credentials, but they have access to.
Jason 12:05
I think I know what you're trying to say. It's a it's a share link where they can log in. They can basically give you access to their social accounts and connect it to your high level sub account.
Speaker 1 12:18
Yes.
Jason 12:20
Okay.
Speaker 1 12:21
And I'm missing that.
Jason 12:24
Go ahead.
Speaker 1 12:25
Okay, right there. You see that there?
Jason 12:35
That first one right there. That's different. That's a link to the actual app itself. That's the lead connector or high-level mobile app that you download to your phone. That's what that top link is, and yes, the the Launchpad does look different. This is an older video that Nick did, and Launchpad has been kind of redesigned, so it's the visually it's going to look different for you.
Speaker 1 12:58
This was a month ago, though.
Jason 13:00
Right, but high level released an update to the launchpad.
Speaker 1 13:05
Oh, okay.
Jason 13:07
Yeah, and the launchpad looks different, so it has nothing to do with SDAI. It's just that's high level, and they've they released an update to the launchpad, and so visually it's going to look different. But that link right there-that is to the mobile app. That's what that's for.
Speaker 1 13:28
Okay. So how do I?
Jason 13:31
The mobile app-you can you can go on any smartphone and just go directly to the app store. So whether it's Google, the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store, and you can just do a search for either Lead Connector if you don't want them to know it's high level. If you want them to use the gray label version of High Level, that's the Lead Connector mobile app. So if you just type in Lead Connector, you'll see it pop right up. Or you don't if if you don't care, you know, if you're not trying to, if you don't care that it that the high level brand is on the app, they can just type in the word high level in the app store, and the and the app will pop right up. So there's two versions of the app. It's the exact same app. It just has different names and different colors.
Speaker 1 14:19
Okay, so am I looking for Lead Connector mobile app in the store. Yep,
Jason 14:24
yep. Just go to yeah Google Play or App Store.
Speaker 1 14:28
Okay.
Jason 14:28
Apple App Store and just type in Lead Connector. It'll pop right up.
Speaker 1 14:32
Okay, I got the right. It's
Jason 14:34
got like an orange kind of icon. I know. Yep.
Speaker 1 14:39
Okay. So and then I have to sign in with my credentials that I used when I signed up for Bohai Level.
Jason 14:47
Correct. Yep, you'll use the same email and password.
Speaker 1 14:53
Okay, I'm in. All right. So now where? Where? On this app is the large pad or link that I would send to a person.
Jason 15:12
So we're talking about two different things. So what what Nick is showing in that video is exactly what I just showed you right here, which is the mobile app, and what that was was just being able to send a link directly to somebody's phone so they could download the mobile app. That's what that was for.
Speaker 1 15:29
No, he's talking about as far as he's talking about being able to send them a link so that they're not sharing their their their social media credentials. This is for social media posting. If I'm doing social media posting for a client,
Jason 15:48
right?
Speaker 1 15:50
That's what this link is for. That launchpad link that he's talking about in this, and this is the same kind of video that Tom Gaddis did, showing that same link in regards to social media posting, sending them a link so that they can go in and allow us in to to send them, you know, whatever. Like if we want to send them, give them two weeks posting, you know. Yep, that's what that link is for.
Jason 16:23
Yeah, I totally get it. So, do we have? Do you have an account under SDAI? Yeah, I can't remember. You do okay. What what's the name on it? So I can just pull it up on my side.
Speaker 1 16:34
The Asheville Thrive Directory.
Jason 16:37
That's right, Asheville.
Speaker 1 16:40
With the word the, the yeah
Jason 16:44
the Asheville hmm. Okay, can I put you
Speaker 1 16:53
this YouTube link in the in the chat? Sure. Listen to okay.
Jason 16:59
Yeah, you can do that, and then
Speaker 1 17:02
this is like 33 minutes in, 3233, minutes in.
Jason 17:11
I'm trying to find your account, but I can't seem to find it. Asheville.
Speaker 1 17:22
Hmm. Hmm. Try to find the button to share. I mean, not share, but to put in the. Oh, here it is.
Jason 17:54
And you're sure that you that the name of your sub account is the Asheville Thrive,
Speaker 1 18:01
yeah, Asheville Thrive directory. But my, but my, my marketing because I came in under I have a Go High Level account, so maybe would it be under that? Because you know that's where my marketing agency is, Aurora AI Marketing. So I have two sub accounts: the marketing agency and the SDAI, and then one left over that's you know not filled yet with a client.
Jason 18:40
Is it under? Is it is it your own high level account or is it underneath us?
Speaker 4 18:45
Oh, it's it's my own.
Jason 18:47
Oh, okay, that's what that's the problem. Okay, I I thought you said it was underneath us. Okay,
Speaker 1 18:51
I'm misunderstand. That's why
Jason 18:53
I'm not able to find it. Okay, yeah. If you want to just share your screen and just show me that that you're not seeing that link.
Speaker 1 19:10
Oh, and I put the YouTube link in the in the chat.
Jason 19:18
Perfect. Okay. I can't seem to find. Are you going to pull up your?
Speaker 1 19:59
Oh, I thought I.
Jason 20:00
High level account.
Speaker 1 20:02
Oh, okay. And I had it at one point at the very beginning when I first got high level. I had it, but then when I had that that confusion with with my account going wonky on me with my sign in. It it it hasn't been the same. I know why it makes me sign in every now and. I'm waiting on Nicole.
Jason 21:03
So I've got another high-level agency account I just pulled up, and it is showing the old Launchpad inside this other account that I have. So it looks like maybe it hasn't been updated across the board inside High Level.
Speaker 1 21:22
This has been like this for at least three months that I've been trying to do this. See, it's not in that list,
Jason 21:35
right? When I go to, if you go to on the left hand side, if you click on marketing, though. Click on marketing. Yep. Have you connected any social profiles here? Oh, you already have. Okay. So, can you go to an account where you haven't connected any social profiles?
Speaker 1 21:58
Oh, that would be an agency. Now, I only do marketing on the agency side, but this is showing up on on both agency. What
Jason 23:18
I was what I was asking, Satura. So you're you're currently inside the Asheville Thrive sub account. Do you have any sub accounts where there are no social media accounts connected?
Speaker 1 23:30
I have one sub account left, but I don't have you know anything. You haven't
Jason 23:36
set it up.
Speaker 1 23:37
No, exactly. There's no okay,
Jason 23:39
Right. So, what I'm seeing on my side is that when there are no social accounts connected, when you click on Facebook or Instagram, that link does pop up, and you could share that with somebody in order to connect an account. But you can't see it because you already have your accounts connected. Does that make sense? Like you, like you have two sub accounts. Both sub accounts have social media accounts already connected. But when you have a sub account with no accounts connected, and you click on marketing, and then click on social media or the social planner. Sorry, you'll see all of your different social accounts, and if you click on any one of those, it will give you a link. And I think maybe that's what Nick was talking about in that video, and those are the links that he's sharing with clients.
Speaker 2 24:49
Would you be able to get a link in integrations?
Jason 25:04
Integrate no so integrations is going to show that's where your like Facebook and Instagram instant messenger gets connected,
Speaker 2 25:14
okay,
Jason 25:15
not for social posting. So if you want like your direct messages to come into the conversation section of High Level, that's where you'd make that connection is under integrations. So that's where you connect your Facebook, your Instagram, your LinkedIn, TikTok messaging, all of that, WhatsApp messaging, all of those. Those are all the messaging platforms that High Level supports, and those messages go directly into the conversation section. From there,
Speaker 1 25:47
so are you saying I would have to actually create another sub account in order to see that?
Jason 25:54
I believe so. Yeah. If if what I'm thinking, if my thinking is correct in what you're trying to describe. That's what I'm seeing on my end because I'm I'm looking at a sub account that does not have any social accounts connected, and I am seeing that link.
Speaker 1 26:16
Okay, so it's it's it's more like if I'm getting ready to if I already have a connection with someone and I want to do their social, send them a free two week or 30 day coach, I would open up that that sub account.
Jason 26:40
Correct. Yeah. Exactly.
Speaker 1 26:44
For them, and then that's where that that link would be.
Jason 26:48
Right.
Speaker 1 26:49
Okay. But if they they decide not to become a client,
Jason 26:53
then you would disconnect it.
Speaker 1 26:55
Just disconnect. Okay. Yep.
Jason 26:57
Yep.
Speaker 1 26:57
Well, before we before we we can we can we test that out?
Jason 27:06
Well, why don't we do this, Satero? If you want to go ahead and set up a third sub account,
Speaker 1 27:13
yeah,
Jason 27:14
I'll I'll I'll move on to the next person. We and we'll just circle back around once you get that set up.
Speaker 1 27:19
Okay, all right.
Jason 27:20
Does that sound okay?
Speaker 1 27:21
Yeah, that's cool. Thank you.
Jason 27:23
Perfect. Awesome. All right. Thank you, Satira. All right. Looks like AI Profits.
Speaker 5 27:32
Yeah. Hey, it's Alan. Yeah. Sorry, forgot that Gmail set up that way. So for the company name, but
Jason 27:40
no worries. No worries. Yeah, no, I've
Speaker 5 27:42
had some issues. So I came in pretty early on the the Smart AI directory, and I think there's been quite a few changes since I came in. It came as part of a package that I purchased, you know, with offline sharks. But one of the issues I'm having or I have had is just basically getting the the domain set up correctly, I think that and may I may be wrong here, but I think your instructions or the instructions on the back end are are like messed up. I use a company called SiteGround for my hosting, and you cannot do a you know an at an a you know for your your C name. So of course, I have to do the second option. But I set it up, got on a call Monday. Was supposed to be like an introductory call, but we went through some things, and they tried to get me to change it back to the way the instructions worked, and the instructions shut it down again, and so trying to figure this out. I can show you something because I really want to move forward and get everything else set up. But right now,
Speaker 3 28:49
yeah,
Speaker 5 28:50
shot in the foot because unless you know the A records or the C name or whatever is set up right, it actually I had done some work on it, and the you know like the contact, the about those pages. I edited those, but when kicked off, then kicked back on. Those edits went away. So now I'm like, all right, I don't want to keep doing a bunch of stuff till we get this straight. So I don't know if you want me to share my screen and show you, kind of. Yeah, we
Jason 29:16
can do that. Okay. So I know a lot of people have had this same issue with GoDaddy. GoDaddy does the same thing. Let's see what I allow you to add that.
Speaker 5 29:28
Yeah, and neither does SiteGround. So what? So what I did. So my name servers are pointed from GoDaddy to SiteGround, but I have access to DNS through there, and I'll just kind of I'll show you. Let me share this so that way on the rest, right? This is it. Yeah,
Jason 29:52
but the domain was originally purchased inside GoDaddy.
Speaker 5 29:56
Yes. Okay. That's where, unfortunately, that's where I'm pretty much. Bought all of my own domains. Let's do. Sorry, I'm just trying to. This one. There we go. Okay. And
Jason 30:10
on your on your onboarding call, was there any suggestion to move to to Cloudflare? No. Okay.
Speaker 5 30:22
I did not. Can you see my screen?
Jason 30:24
Yes. Yeah. Okay.
Speaker 5 30:25
Yeah, I can't see it on your side, so that's what I was wondering. So you can see where it says copy C name value, right?
Jason 30:32
Yep.
Speaker 5 30:33
Okay. So right here, like I, you know, I've tried this multiple times. So you know, of course, can't do this because it won't let me use the the at symbol or just leave it blank. I have to enter something, so I did the www and then did the redirect, but it it's like it puts it in a constant loop, so it never loads. And the reason I know that is just well, I think I used I've used Claw to do some research to kind of figure things out. So so it wasn't working. I tried and tried to get it to work and could not get it to work right. So what I did I used Claw because with this sorry I think go back over here. So this preview dot easy AI directory dot Yep. I asked it to give me the IPv4 address for that, and Claude did, which was, I mean, you know. So I thought, well, let me see if that'll work with an A record. So I plugged it in. So now you can see that the A record, you know, for the root domain I created using that IPv4 address, and it works. It like it's working great. Like it, you know. And but I know that if on the back, like if that ever gets changed, like away from can't remember the company that it is. It's I'd have to pull up my clog. But if that gets changed, don't buy the smart directory. Then my site's going to go down until until I get the new address in there. So is is there a way that you all connect or you know in the directions that there is an actual either the the points to that I can change it to something that's not going to you know get screwed up, or is that address good and it's never you know it's not going to change you know so yeah so this
Jason 32:35
is the whole reason why we shifted away from an IP address to a CNAME record because we will periodically rotate that, and yeah, you're right. Your site will disappear, so that's not best practice right now. So you've got that. You've got that A record. I'm just looking here. You got a CNAME. You got the www version. Yes.
Speaker 6 33:01
Can you hear me?
Jason 33:03
Yes.
Speaker 6 33:04
Okay. Perfect. Yeah. So I I was on onboarding call with sorry I forgot the name with AI profit drivers. Yeah. So I asked him to remove the A record and then we added C name, so the site stopped loading. And then I asked for the site ground access so that we can share that with the dev team. But in the meantime, I asked him to just put the A record so that at least his website is live, and that's it. Yeah.
Jason 33:38
Okay. Got it. Yeah,
Speaker 5 33:40
it's it's it's live, but I'm kind of like you know stuck right now because I don't want to do a bunch of editing.
Speaker 6 33:47
Yeah,
Speaker 5 33:47
so I'd love to get this thing up and running and you know start loading businesses and and all of that fun stuff, but I don't want to have to redo the work a lot, you know. But I didn't know the A record. Is there is there something else that we can put the points to that's not going to change? Like it could be the I don't know the the actual domain that's not like let's see like over here the preview dot you know is there something else that can be used as an A record instead of a C name, that if you do change the IPV for address periodically, that it it's okay because it's the names there, not the address changed.
Jason 34:33
Not not for A record. That that's the whole point of the C name record. So that won't work there. But what we could do, I guess the the only other fix right now. I mean, it sounds like Rachika's got you handled. She's got this off to the dev team, so they're going to look at SiteGround and see if there's yeah
Speaker 5 34:51
nobody's accessed it yet at the dev team. I mean, I sent my access to my DNS for SiteGround. And yeah, nobody's nobody's looked at it yet, so I just thought okay, since it's been a couple days. So the the
Jason 35:05
only other suggestion is what we always suggest anybody that has a GoDaddy account, which is with GoDaddy because they don't allow it. What we do is we have them point their name server to Cloudflare, which does allow it. You can always set up a free Cloudflare account, but that screws up your SiteGround. And I'm assuming the reason why you've pointed your name server to SiteGround is because you probably have multiple websites on SiteGround that you're managing, right?
Speaker 5 35:33
And and it's it's also because of the email. You know, it's got it. I'm paying them for hosting. Like I have free email with them for any domains I have there, so so yeah, that doesn't
Jason 35:44
make sense for you then. Yeah, so so you we we need to have you keep it there at SiteGround. So I would, Rachika, do we have the original a record? IP address same. That's the same.
Speaker 6 36:06
That's the same IP which it is, which is added on the site from. Yes. Yes.
Jason 36:12
Okay. Okay. I wasn't sure. I wasn't sure if that. It looked a little different.
Speaker 6 36:16
I will cross check as well.
Jason 36:18
Okay. Yeah, I wish I had better news for you right now. I would say just hang tight. Look, any edits you make to the site, even if we change the IP or or we we put you on a C name record, that shouldn't affect any changes you make to the site.
Speaker 5 36:39
Well, one of the things I did notice is like, and I guess, and this may be because I don't know what I'm doing yet, really, but the funnel things. But down here, like the, like the about us, like I edited these, you know, the contact, the privacy, you know, and now.
Jason 36:54
Okay, well, let's go. Let's go into your high level account real quick because that shouldn't have changed. So go over. Is this the is this the right sub account that we're inside of?
Speaker 5 37:04
Yes.
Jason 37:05
Okay. So go click on sites for me on the left hand side, the dark blue menu there. Yep. And then click on the smart directory AI. Okay. And then click on any one of these pages that you edited. If it was about us, do
Speaker 5 37:21
you want me to click on edit? Yes,
Jason 37:23
yes, just we can see it. Yep, go ahead and click there. Okay,
Speaker 5 37:35
so I just changed the brand name. Actually, you know, I removed the Meet Our team for now. So I actually duplicated it and and removed it, and so then I had it there in case I wanted to add it back later. But anyway, but yeah.
Jason 37:51
So that's interesting. Was it done somewhere else? Because if you made changes, this is where you would make those changes, and that has nothing to do with the domain, and those changes should be reflected here. If you made changes in here,
Speaker 5 38:07
well, the problem has been that the I mean, and I don't know if you can tell me, I guess, but when we disconnected the domain name and then tried to reconnect it through the branding tab, I mean, that's the only thing I could guess that did it after it had been originally connected, I don't know. But now we did. I think we did actually Monday we updated the updated the new shoe. What's it called? It controls the workflows and everything. But I think we yeah everything there the snapshot
Jason 38:44
that that's what did did it it had nothing to do yeah when you updated because what what you probably did then is you overrode everything that you already had in here all those updates
Speaker 5 38:56
yeah
Jason 38:58
so when when you do an update with a snapshot if you've made changes, especially to like the the the all these funnel pages,
Speaker 5 39:07
yeah,
Jason 39:07
just deselect that. Don't like because when it gives you a menu, it says like select all, update everything.
Speaker 5 39:13
Ah, gotcha. So deselect the funnel.
Jason 39:16
Yep. So that's what happened. That's where that. So it had nothing to do with the domain. Yeah, you you updated the snapshot, and that's what overrode all your changes here.
Speaker 5 39:25
So now here, where it says connect like the domain, like it's to the best of my knowledge, it's already connected to the domain I'm using, right? This particular funnel, because whenever you go, you know, I mean, I'm on that page here, you know, like the about
Jason 39:44
us. Yep.
Speaker 5 39:45
So, is there anything else needs to be done to that? Unless, I mean, I know there's going to be some other funnel pages down that you know I want to use for lead generation or to sign up for certain packages, but to go back
Jason 39:57
into high level. Yeah, I'll show you. Yeah, go back in there and just go back, and then click on click on settings bottom left, and then click on domains and URL redirects on the left. Yeah, and. This is where
Speaker 5 40:24
things got a little bit wanky last time. Click on
Jason 40:27
connect. Click on connect a domain.
Speaker 5 40:30
Okay.
Jason 40:30
Yeah.
Speaker 5 40:31
Now, is this going to kick me off of the AS my directory when I do this?
Jason 40:35
No.
Speaker 5 40:36
Okay.
Jason 40:42
That is weird, though, because it's not showing. Yeah, go ahead and click that. Click, click connect up there. Hmm.
Speaker 5 40:51
Yeah, and so
Jason 40:52
what did Rachika? What did what did you find when you went through his account? Because obviously, all of his pages from his funnel are loading, but he doesn't have a subdomain connected here. So I think he added
Speaker 6 41:05
that through the menu. I'm sorry. I mean, he didn't add the domain for the for the funnels. He directly added the pages through the menu. I think that's probably the reason why it's
Speaker 5 41:20
actually it's added. The domain name is added under branding here, but it's you know that's the only place that it's added. And another thing, like right here, and this was something that I'd emailed originally. I think I believe it's it's been there's been quite a few things, but like here leads, like my purchase email, I've I've put it in and it it it's not taking it, and I'm like, okay, so what what do I do here to get that to work?
Jason 41:54
You just need to submit a ticket with us, and we'll we'll get it sorted for you. Yeah, that's that's easy. Um, because the reason why is like the email needs to match the same email that you signed up with, but we have a separate database that's tracking that. And it sounds like you've been around for a long time, so it may have been that your your email just got lost somewhere. Okay. But once we get it added to that database, yeah, you'll be able to punch it into that box. You'll only have to do it once, and then the tool pops right up. So just send a ticket. That's that's an easy one. We just need to get a ticket going for you. On yeah, I
Speaker 5 42:30
thought I thought I was I thought I sent an email, but I guess I'll have to go and hand and do a ticket instead of an email. So
Jason 42:38
yeah, I would just do those like any any little thing like that, just do it separate.
Speaker 5 42:43
Okay,
Jason 42:44
that way you've got tracking for that specific item, and then here is the here's the link. I'm dropping in chat for you right now. So, and then you just click on that link in the top right corner. It just says contact support. It'll bring you to a page. Just fill out the form that creates the ticket for you. It's real easy.
Speaker 5 43:05
Yeah, I can do that.
Jason 43:06
But as far as everything else goes, it sounds like Rachika's got this into the team already on for SiteGround. So let's see what the devs come back with on that. For now, you're using an A record that we're not cycling yet, so you shouldn't have any problems. Again, nothing's going to get deleted on the site if if we do cycle that, but obviously we need to get this sorted sooner rather than later, just so you don't have to worry about it. You can kind of put it out of your mind, and not worry about the site going down in the future. But for right now, at least the site's live. You can work on it. Again, we don't have any we we don't have any plans to cycle that IP out right now.
Speaker 5 43:53
Okay,
Jason 43:54
but we do need to get a long term fix in place for you with SiteGround, which it sounds like Rachika's already got that in play right now, so I think you're in my eyes you're handled. Like everything should be good. I would continue business as usual. Just start building out that site, tweaking it. Just know in the future, though, if you do update the snapshot, just remember, you know, uncheck the the items where you've made edits in the snapshot. Okay, so you don't override that, and then yeah, submit that ticket for the for the leads dashboard, and you should be good to go. And then just kind of keep following up. I would say every couple of days with the team, and just kind of check in and see what the progress is. And then I would say, definitely come back on the on these calls every Tuesday. We do these every single Tuesday, and we'll just kind of keep it moving forward and just make sure that the team is driving towards some sort of resolution for you on that. Okay.
Speaker 5 44:54
Okay. Sounds good. All right. Thank you.
Jason 44:57
Yep. No problem. Right, Kim, you're up next.
Speaker 4 45:06
Hey, Jason, can you hear me? Okay.
Jason 45:08
Yeah, I got you. Have a problem.
Speaker 4 45:09
Perfect. All right, I'm going to share my screen here. So I have a couple of problems. I have shared this to the team a couple of times now, but my leads are still not working. And
Jason 45:35
authentication. Sorry, but the plugin requires authentication. Okay,
Speaker 4 45:40
a couple of weeks now, and I've I've submitted two tickets. They said they're working on it, but I don't know if you know. I don't know.
Jason 45:48
Okay.
Speaker 4 45:49
Do I just?
Jason 45:51
No, no, no. Hang on, hang on one sec. Let's let's have Rachika look up the ticket. Rachika, can we pull her? Can we pull Kim's ticket, please?
Speaker 6 45:58
Yes, Jason. I'm just doing third. No.
Jason 46:01
Perfect. Thank you.
Speaker 4 46:02
And I heard you say to the last guy that since he bought into the directory, you know, a while back, maybe that was something with it. And so I was one of the new ones as well when it first came out last year. Okay. Are you worried? Okay.
Jason 46:18
That could be it. Yeah. Like I said, we have a separate database where we were storing everyone's email so that we could verify that against their purchase.
Speaker 4 46:29
Okay.
Jason 46:30
And yeah, if if yours, like if you were one of the early adopters that got in here in the very beginning, it could have been that yeah we just missed your email and it didn't get added to the database, and that's why it's not pulling up. But we'll get to the bottom of it. We'll figure out what's going on here. Anything? Can you see anything, Ruchika?
Speaker 6 46:50
Yeah, I see this ticket is still open with the team for the fixes on the lead spot. It
Jason 46:57
is still open. Okay. Yes. I think I just sent
Speaker 6 47:03
him a follow up.
Jason 47:05
Yeah, and Kim, do you remember the email address that you used when you purchased SDAI? Because that would that would really help
Speaker 4 47:13
us. Right, right, yeah, yeah. I sent that in the email. Oh, you did.
Jason 47:18
Okay,
Speaker 4 47:18
I did, and they said they found it. They're finding it. Uh huh. I mean, they did. They did go ahead and send me some leads. But you know how you take the leads and then you. What is what is the term that to that Tom always says, you know, you take that, you get 100 leads, and then you can take those leads and and and
Jason 47:47
enrich,
Speaker 4 47:47
enrich, yes. Yep. So, do you know if those leads are already enriched or they're just kind of basic some basic leads? So the
Jason 47:56
leads, the the the leads that you get when you when you first like pull leads when you when you run like a scrape basically through the tool
Speaker 4 48:06
yeah I mean they had sent me some leads through an email they went ahead and sent them to me I just wondered if those were enriched or not I didn't know if you knew that answer to
Jason 48:18
that no no they're not no no so like we, yeah, so the enrichment part that's brand new, and that's brand new to this tool that we we just released, and the emails that we, or I'm sorry, the the list of leads that we would send you, those have not the email addresses on the on those lists have not been verified either. Okay, that was some, but that that was just what we used to do in the past, and the tool is no different. So when you first pull a group of leads, those have not been verified and they have not been enriched.
Speaker 4 48:52
Okay,
Jason 48:54
but that's now built into the tool, so you can now. We always instructed you to just go and and buy credits and go and verify your own emails, but now that's built into the tool, so you can just verify directly from the tool here. But Kim, can you can you drop your email in the chat? I'm going to send a I'm going to send a message directly to to Cameron, okay? Because if it's been a couple of weeks, this is that's crazy. Yeah, yeah.
Speaker 4 49:22
You know, I'm trying to be patient in that, and I'm like, okay, what do I? You're on. You're
Jason 49:28
on the right screen. You're on the right screen. If you go back in the bottom right, see the little chat bubble right there. Yep. Just drop your drop your email there. I'm going to include it in my message. Is it? the the email that you used for when you submit the ticket?
Speaker 4 49:48
I believe yes, I believe so. Okay,
Jason 49:51
got it. Perfect. Awesome. All right. And then I've got
Speaker 4 49:57
one more question as well.
Jason 49:59
Yeah, give me one. One second, while I submit this, real quick. And when did you purchase SDAI? You said
Speaker 4 50:44
I think it was September of last year.
Jason 50:47
Okay,
Speaker 4 50:48
it might have been soon, you know, sooner in the year than that. But I believe it was around September.
Jason 50:57
Perfect. I'm just including this in my message. Okay, cool. Yep, just sent that in. Okay,
Speaker 7 51:22
perfect.
Jason 51:22
Hopefully, we'll get it get that resolved for you as quickly as we can. Okay.
Speaker 4 51:26
Okay. So, what was the other question that you had? Okay, so my other question is, I had my daughter go on and like just submit kind of a business, and just to see if this is working because I've had a couple business put on go on and submit their business, like add a new business. And when I go in to approve it, I kind of got an error message, and then I hit it again, and then it went through. So this is my daughter's business. She just kind of made up one, and so I'm going to reject this one. But I'm getting the same one on the reject, so hopefully it'll come up this message again. Let's see if it does. Yeah, that's it.
Jason 52:09
Got it. Internal error. I just took a screenshot.
Speaker 4 52:12
Okay. So let me
Jason 52:13
pull it up here.
Speaker 4 52:15
And even if I hit the approve on these, it comes up, and then I've been able to hit the approve again, and then it goes away. It's like it takes it. So, not sure what's going on.
Jason 52:31
Hmm. So that's it right there. Okay.
Speaker 4 52:37
Approve on this one, and just see if it. Okay, so that so that one went through the approved
Jason 52:49
one. Okay, but before when you hit approve, you got the same internal error.
Speaker 4 52:53
I I did on another business, and then I clicked it again, and then it went through.
Jason 53:01
Rachika, have you seen this before? Have you seen that error?
Speaker 6 53:10
Um, Jason, for the claim request.
Jason 53:12
Yes.
Speaker 6 53:15
Um, not recently, but yes, for some accounts, and this needs to be shared with the dev team for the fixes.
Jason 53:26
Okay,
Speaker 4 53:27
yeah.
Jason 53:28
I feel like we saw this. I don't know around six months ago or so, but I haven't seen it in a long time.
Speaker 4 53:35
Yeah. Well, I know I've shared with several businesses, and I'm like, well, that's they were really excited, and so I don't know if it's keeping them from going. Well, it shouldn't be keeping them from going on and adding their business. I don't guess. I'm just. I kind of feel like
Jason 53:53
no, no. This is internal. Yeah.
Speaker 4 53:55
Yeah. Okay. Okay.
Jason 53:57
Yeah. It won't. It won't stop a business from adding. This is just the the approve or reject process on the back end for these businesses, but yeah, let's Rachika, can you can you put together a ticket?
Speaker 6 54:15
Yes, I can.
Jason 54:16
For this, and then what I'll do, Rachika, I'm gonna just I'll send you a message in Slack, and I'll I'll add this screenshot of the error, so you can add that to the ticket. I'm just messaging you right now in Slack, so there there you go. I just sent you the the screenshot.
Speaker 6 54:40
Okay.
Jason 54:40
And Kim, was it only it? So obviously, we saw it when you hit reject. But have you noticed? You have noticed it when you hit approve as well.
Speaker 4 54:50
I have.
Jason 54:58
But now it just went through. The The intermittent activity that's what's like puzzling to me. You know, obviously, if it if it happens every single time, then usually we can run that down. But when it's intermittent, where it's like it works sometimes and then other times it doesn't. When nothing else has changed, has anything else changed? Have you done anything different? Well,
Speaker 4 55:19
I updated the snapshot. I mean, that's the only thing I, you know, I have my own high level account, so I had to update it through there. But it shouldn't have messed with anything there, I wouldn't think.
Jason 55:37
Yeah,
Speaker 4 55:38
that's really the only thing that I've done gotten different now. I don't know that it's happened intermittently. It may be happening on all of them. Those are just the ones that I've done recently that it's happened to. So it possibly could be doing on on all of them. You know.
Jason 56:00
Well, are but are you're the one that's approving businesses, correct?
Speaker 4 56:04
Yes, that's correct. Okay,
Jason 56:05
and out of all the businesses, like how many businesses have you approved?
Speaker 4 56:11
Well, there's not been a whole lot lately. That's what I'm saying. This is kind of a thing that's happened lately. So it could be originally,
Jason 56:18
yeah,
Speaker 4 56:18
yeah, it could be that it's happening on anybody that submits.
Jason 56:25
Well, it's not happening to them. It's it's when you approve on the backend.
Speaker 4 56:30
Yes.
Jason 56:30
Right. Yeah. Okay. All right. Well, we'll try to get we'll try to get to the bottom of it. I sent that over to Richika, so she's got a screenshot of the error message.
Speaker 4 56:40
Okay. Perfect.
Jason 56:41
And we'll see what we can find. Do we have access to your account?
Speaker 4 56:45
Yes, I have you guys on there.
Jason 56:48
Perfect. Okay, awesome. All right. Anything else, Kim?
Speaker 4 56:53
Um, that's it. Thank you.
Jason 56:54
Okay. Yep. No problem. Happy to help.
Speaker 4 56:57
Okay. Thanks.
Jason 56:59
Right, Eric, you're up next.
Speaker 3 57:02
Good morning, Jason. How are you, sir?
Jason 57:03
I'm good. How you doing?
Speaker 3 57:05
You know, we're here, bro.
Jason 57:07
Yeah.
Speaker 3 57:07
So, let me share my screen. All right. Do you see it?
Jason 57:30
Not yet. Okay, there it goes. Yeah, it's pulling up right now. Perfect. Yep, got it.
Speaker 3 57:35
All right. So there's a couple of questions on the leads. I'm I'm I'm really about to start going out and and talking to these businesses, but I notice that that it's 25. But if I pick a service, I don't necessarily want 25 plumbers or 25 hairdressers, right? Because that means that if I do that, that means that I'm only going to be able to get four categories. Does that make sense?
Jason 58:07
Yep, makes sense.
Speaker 3 58:09
So, is there a way to go below that, or because that's the that's the minimum that it can go.
Jason 58:26
You're saying below 25. That's what you're asking. Correct.
Speaker 3 58:30
Correct.
Jason 58:35
Yeah, I don't think I don't think there is. No, not at this time.
Speaker 3 58:40
Okay, and so that's I anticipated that, so that's fine. The second question then is if I want to bring in my own my own enriched leads, I've gone through a process to to enrich them. How how would I do that?
Jason 58:58
Yeah, that's really easy. You're just going to do that inside high level. So you go to the contact screen over there on the left hand side.
Speaker 3 59:08
Yep,
Jason 59:08
yep. Click there, and then just wait for this to load here, and then once that loads, in the top right corner, there's an import button.
Speaker 3 59:27
Yep.
Jason 59:29
Yep. So you'll go ahead and click the import button, and you just need you need your leads to be in a CSV file.
Speaker 3 59:38
Yep.
Jason 59:38
And you can as have as many fields as you want. So you know if you're if you have like business name, and then you've got owner's name, and you've got email, phone, address, Facebook pages, all that kind of stuff. Like you you can import as much as you want. So yeah, you'll just click the import button. You'll just map the columns in the spreadsheet. To the appropriate fields,
Speaker 3 1:00:02
yep.
Jason 1:00:03
Right. So your your header name and in your in your spreadsheet, just make sure that that's real easy to to understand, like what what you're doing there, and where you want that data to flow to inside High Level, and then as long as High Level has a corresponding field where you can store that information, then you're good to go. You'll just go. You'll just kind of walk through. It's like a three-step process, I think. The import, and you'll just bring them in. Now, the only thing you want to do, though, you'll see on this screen on the far right tags. See how it says business, and then you've got consumer on one of those. So, if these are businesses that are going to be listings on your site, they need to have that business tag. That's all they need to have, though. They don't need to have any other tag. But as long as they have that business tag, not plural, just right, just business. If they have that attached to that to them, then a listing will automatically pop up on your site for That business
Speaker 3 1:01:02
got it. Okay, so that's that's how that gets in. How do I stop these, say my personal enriched leads not triggering the workflow so that an email goes out? Because what I want to start doing is is populating my site, but I don't necessarily want to start that email campaign initially.
Jason 1:01:28
Yeah, as long as you haven't changed the workflows, then it it won't automatically start the the very first workflow. You actually have to manually select the contacts and then add them in. But if you've changed any of the triggers or anything like that, then that that would be the only thing that you'd want to pause if you if you have edited those.
Speaker 3 1:01:48
Well, like say for instance, the Grain Cafe, I made it a I made it a the second the second level, or a paid thing, and then I didn't know that that automatically starts to send them, like you know you've upgraded your your listing,
Jason 1:02:12
right? Yeah, I guess I should have said that. Yeah, you're right. Yes, if you do, if you upgrade them, then they will. But that's real easy to stop. If you just go to automations, you can just go ahead and pause those.
Speaker 3 1:02:24
So automations is
Jason 1:02:26
on the left hand side, dark blue menu. You're almost there. It's just underneath. Yep, there you go. And then SDAI or Smart Directory AI. Click on that workflows. Yep, and then outreach, and then
Speaker 3 1:02:53
you see. So this is like a free listing outreach.
Jason 1:02:57
Yeah, there's premium upgrade, but it doesn't show that anyone's been through that, but it looks like marketing service push. Um, it's showing. See how it's it shows one total enrolled, one active. Yeah, I don't know if that's that guy that you were just talking about. That might be the one that he dropped into. The grain. Yep. Go ahead and click on that. Let's just open it up and see if if he's actually the one that's in here. So scroll down for me. You see that little person with the number one next to it on the wait two days. Go ahead and click on his on that that icon, the person icon.
Speaker 3 1:03:40
I'm sorry.
Jason 1:03:41
So in the center of the screen, wait two days, and then there's a little person, and an icon, and a number one next to it. So wait two days. Yeah, if you keep going, scroll down a little further.
Speaker 3 1:03:56
Uh huh. Right here. Right
Jason 1:03:57
there. Yep. Click on that. There it is. Yep. That's the Grain Cafe. So this is the automation that he dropped into. I was just making it, making sure that that was him. So what I would do is I just pause this this workflow,
Speaker 3 1:04:13
and you pause it
Jason 1:04:15
top right corner. Right now it's in publish. If you just toggle that switch into draft, that's pausing it.
Speaker 3 1:04:22
Okay.
Jason 1:04:23
Scroll back up to the top for me, though. Let me see what the trigger is on this one. Oh, there is no trigger.
Speaker 3 1:04:30
And so what happened was I just like upgraded into to a premium because I wanted. And what I'm going to do now is just go back to my free sites and add more premium, toggle on some more premium things so that it, you know, I don't have to switch it to a premium because it's just going to be in in my base free site. But I'll have to go through these workflows to see if. But there, like you said, there is no trigger, so that's just. Interesting how that happened.
Speaker 6 1:05:02
Um, Jason.
Jason 1:05:03
Yeah.
Speaker 6 1:05:04
Sorry to interrupt. Are you looking for the trigger for this workflow?
Jason 1:05:08
Yeah, I don't recognize this. Is this part of the new snapshot?
Speaker 6 1:05:12
No, this is coming from the old snapshot updates, and the trigger for this one is inside of the yes, exactly. It's inside of the. Let me cross check just for a quick second. It's inside of the other other automation. Yeah.
Jason 1:05:34
Yeah. Okay. And then, can you click on execution logs for me, real quick, Eric?
Speaker 3 1:05:42
And that's on
Jason 1:05:43
the the top right in the center of the screen. Top right, or not right? I guess just center of the screen, very top. I think he was the only one that dropped in here. Email one executed. Yeah, scroll down for me. I just wanted to see. Click. Can you click on View Details where it says Added to Workflow?
Speaker 3 1:06:17
Yep.
Jason 1:06:24
Okay, got it. Yeah, we just need to pause each one of these, Eric. That way, they won't automatically trigger for you. And then you can, once you get everybody uploaded into the system, you can then go ahead and make anybody you want premium. You won't have to worry about any emails firing. And then once you get all that kind of sorted and you got everybody where you want them to be, and then you want to start running email campaigns to all the free listings, then you can turn it back on. And it'll be the same process that I just showed you, but you can actually do that from the workflow screen itself. So, if you click, if you click out of this, click on workflows list up there in the top left. Yep, and then three dots on the far right on any one of these workflows, and then you'll see you can see where it says draft workflow, so you can just put it in draft right from here. So you could essentially pause all of these right here.
Speaker 3 1:07:28
Got it.
Jason 1:07:29
Okay.
Speaker 3 1:07:30
Okay.
Jason 1:07:32
Yeah.
Speaker 6 1:07:33
Its trigger is coming from SaaS push automation.
Jason 1:07:38
Right. Yeah, that's what we saw inside
Speaker 4 1:07:40
the yeah
Jason 1:07:41
inside of
Speaker 6 1:07:43
and his task trigger. Yeah, and task push trigger is coming from listing upgraded to premium automation. Yeah, so that's probably how how they are moving through the automations.
Jason 1:07:59
Did you hear that? They
Speaker 6 1:08:00
got upgrade. So,
Speaker 3 1:08:02
so it's not coming through premium upgrade push. It's actually coming through the SaaS push. Yes.
Speaker 6 1:08:09
So they upgraded, or maybe you upgraded them manually, and that's how they got added to the listing. Upgraded to premium, and from there they got added to SaaS push, and then from that SaaS push, they got added to marketing push.
Speaker 3 1:08:29
Okay, yeah. So I needed I need to take all of these out of publish mode and put them into draft mode. Not all.
Speaker 6 1:08:38
Maybe I think Jason, what needs to be done when he is maybe upgrading any listing, he just need to put the listing upgraded to premium that automation to draft, and then that will not trigger the other automations because others are connected with that. So we just have one automation which we need to put in draft, and that is listing upgraded to premium.
Speaker 3 1:09:09
Listing upgraded to premium. Okay. Yeah,
Speaker 6 1:09:11
that's under the other folder with the name system workflows. You are under the outreach workflows.
Speaker 3 1:09:22
So where's the system workflows? Right here. Yeah, you need to get here.
Speaker 6 1:09:26
Yep. Yeah, system. That's the one listing upgraded to premium. You only need to put this in draft when you're manually upgrading any listing.
Speaker 3 1:09:47
So, so draft workflow now.
Jason 1:09:52
Correct. Yep. And so, like, if you notice, there. Under the total enrolled column, you'll see the number one.
Speaker 3 1:10:04
Yep,
Jason 1:10:05
that's the grain company that we that we saw. And when I had you look at the execution logs, the reason why I had you look at the execution logs is that that gives us a trail, a breadcrumb, as to where that person came from, and they came from SaaS Push, and they came from SaaS push because they originally started here at listing upgrade to premium. That's what Rachika was just walking you through.
Speaker 3 1:10:29
Got it.
Jason 1:10:29
So this this is the this is the entry point. So if we stop them at the entry point, then they'll never get to those other ones, right?
Speaker 3 1:10:37
Got it. Got it. So
Jason 1:10:38
that that so by just pausing this one, then we don't need to worry about the others. We can just we just pause this and like and then do exactly what I told you. Go through, upload if you've got another list that you've enriched somewhere else. Go to contacts, do exactly what I said. Upload that CSV, get everybody in there, add that business tag, get them in, get listings, upgrade as many of them as you want to, and then once all that's done, everything's settled. Then you can turn this back on, and you won't have to worry about it.
Speaker 3 1:11:07
And then when I turn it back on, then all of these, all of all of the ones that are now I'm ready to start sending out emails, it will trigger automatically.
Jason 1:11:20
Correct. Yeah, because now now the premiums won't right after you've upgraded them to premium. This is in draft. You upgrade somebody to premium, and then you turn this back on. It's not going to retrigger and drop them in, and then they'll they'll get an email. That's not going to happen. Just so you know, on the premium side, right?
Speaker 3 1:11:39
Got it.
Jason 1:11:40
So you're not going to have to worry about that. But on the once you turn everything back on, on the free side, then you'll go back to contacts. You'll select anyone that you want to add to start getting the free listing outreach. Yep. And you'll manually dump them in to that very first workflow, which is free listing outreach.
Speaker 3 1:12:00
Yep.
Jason 1:12:01
And that's it. Then the system takes over from there. It will, it'll, it'll go through that entire process, and and it'll, if they want to upgrade, it'll upgrade them, or it'll, it'll drop them into the upgrade to premium workflow. It'll go through that whole sequence for them.
Speaker 3 1:12:18
Got it. Got it. So the only
Jason 1:12:19
manual step you need to make is basically dumping them into that free listing outreach.
Speaker 3 1:12:24
Perfect, and then thank you for the API key on the voice. I think we got that handled. So thank you, Ruchika.
Jason 1:12:34
Awesome, awesome.
Speaker 3 1:12:35
And
Speaker 4 1:12:37
then
Speaker 3 1:12:37
finally, yes, yes, thank you. Finally, the if I understand the voice component, it will then if if people are calling on the voice, it will trigger the workflows. Is that correct? If someone wants to, if someone calls, you know, or is on my site, and they click the voice component, and then they say, "Well, you know, add my business, or will that just communicate to me? How is that voice set up, integrated into the workflows?
Jason 1:13:19
Yeah, no, it is it is connected to the site, and it will add it for you.
Speaker 3 1:13:25
Okay, okay. All right, that's that's it for me for today. Thank thank you guys again.
Jason 1:13:31
Of course, yeah, no problem, Eric. All right, looks like Meryl. Looks like you're up next. Meryl, you hear? Can you hear me? If you can, go ahead and unmute. If not, then we can we can jump over to Satira. Okay. Cool. We'll just circle back around. Satira, are you here?
Speaker 1 1:14:29
Yes, I'm here. Okay. Cool. I um I'm a little confused here. Okay. I I logged in using the email address that I originally signed up with, which is my account, because that's the only that's the place where it'll where I'm the admin. So I clicked. Oh well, hold on. Let me share. I'm talking and I'm sharing. Okay. Can you see?
Jason 1:15:14
Yep, I can see.
Speaker 1 1:15:15
Okay. All right. So I'm here with has create sub account, right? In the like I said, I'm I'm signed in with the original email that I I signed up with go high level with. Okay. So I when I clicked in here and create sub account, it gives me the snapshot template, Which was I didn't have this initially when I first signed up. I didn't have these snapshots, so
Jason 1:15:55
that's okay. You you can just click the blank snapshot. So these okay just just you know, these are snapshots that High Level has created. These are just template snapshots that High Level's created for these various different industries. Okay, these are free. They they they come with every High Level license. Everyone has access to these that has their own High Level license. But if you just want to create a blank account with nothing in it, then you just select blank snapshot. That's all you got to do.
Speaker 1 1:16:24
Okay. Okay.
Jason 1:16:25
Yep.
Speaker 1 1:16:25
That totally threw me off.
Jason 1:16:31
That's okay. If you if you don't see it on a regular basis, I I can see it. It is a little confusing because you get to that screen like, oh, what am I supposed to do here?
Speaker 1 1:16:40
Right, right. Because I've been wanting this 10 plates, but I haven't gotten there yet. Okay, to that to that point in my business. Okay, so this is where I am now. Now what? Add manually or
Jason 1:16:58
so? Yeah, you can add one manually, or you can add it. Like, do you have a Google profile? Google Business Profile for your business. You do. Just go ahead and type in that search box for your Google profile. That'll make it real fast to create.
Speaker 1 1:17:17
Okay, but I already have a a. Well, that would be under order AI. Even though that it doesn't matter, we can change
Jason 1:17:26
the name. Yeah, we can just change the name on it real quick. Yeah.
Speaker 1 1:17:45
It's not coming up. It's not coming up, but I do have a Google profile because I have it in my snapshot, I have it in my marketing in my social media. I have it. Well, let's just
Jason 1:18:09
we can always change all all the stuff that we add here. So, and you can always delete. Do you have a client or somebody that maybe you're thinking about adding? Maybe we could try them. Again, it can always be removed. It's not. This isn't permanent.
Speaker 1 1:18:29
See, anything
Jason 1:18:30
we do here can be changed or deleted, or you can just choose a random business from one of those lists. There,
Speaker 1 1:18:45
this one here.
Jason 1:18:47
Okay, there you go. And then just go ahead. Where see where that little the right hand arrow is down there next to the business. Yep, go ahead and click that, and then scroll down. Keep going, keep going, and just hit Add Sub Account. The blue button down there at the bottom.
Speaker 1 1:19:13
Okay, I'm not seeing a blue button. Um,
Jason 1:19:19
right there, your mouse is right on top of it.
Speaker 1 1:19:21
Okay, that's my client's account. That's what I would. Yep. Just go
Jason 1:19:27
ahead. Hit add sub account.
Speaker 1 1:19:29
Okay. Oh, I'm at time zone. Hold on.
Speaker 8 1:20:00
Okay. All right.
Speaker 1 1:20:11
So nothing's happening.
Jason 1:20:15
Nothing's happening. Uh.
Speaker 1 1:20:16
Oh, that's because it wants the first name. Okay, I got to put in all their information. First name.
Jason 1:20:29
Just go ahead and put your info in there. You can just put, just make it simple. Because again, you can always change this.
Speaker 1 1:20:53
Okay. Add sub account. Okay. Okay.
Jason 1:21:08
Cool. There we go. Now you can switch to the sub account.
Speaker 3 1:21:12
Right here.
Jason 1:21:14
Yep. That's it.
Speaker 1 1:21:18
Okay. Now I should be able to go into the launch pad, or do I need to sign in?
Jason 1:21:27
No. So what I was showing you. So if you go to marketing and then go to social planner, here's all the different links, right? If you if you connect, if you click on the connect button underneath Facebook or Instagram. You can actually copy that link. I'm. This is what I'm guessing that that Nick was talking about. That you can share. If you clicked on
Speaker 1 1:21:56
this Launchpad link here, he went in there. He clicked in there, and that was that that that link to send a a a link to the the client was was in this launchpad. That was the first thing on the list.
Jason 1:22:15
So that I mean, the first thing on the list, you know, looking at his video, that was the that's the link to the mobile app, not to social media.
Speaker 1 1:22:24
But that's what he's talking about. He's talking about the social media being able to send them a link so that they can connect to the social media without giving out their credentials, so that they can feel you know that they're you know people don't always want to give out their their social media credentials, so that's for
Jason 1:22:49
okay. So maybe what he's doing then is
Speaker 1 1:22:53
because him and Tom both did it, showed that that that launch pad. They clicked into that launch pad, and that yeah.
Jason 1:23:04
So if they do, then so inside the mobile app, there is a social planner inside the mobile app. So maybe that's what he was talking about in the video. If you open up the mobile app, go to the social planner, you can add accounts there, and maybe that's what maybe that's what they were doing. So they basically it takes them to this same screen, but inside the mobile app, and they can add. They can click on the Facebook icon, the Instagram icon, and then just log in right from the mobile app, and then you would have access directly here on the desktop version. Does that make sense?
Speaker 1 1:23:44
Not really.
Jason 1:23:47
Do Do you have the mobile app installed on your phone?
Speaker 1 1:23:50
Yeah, I I did that when we were okay. So
Jason 1:23:53
if you if you just pull that up on your phone real quick.
Speaker 1 1:23:56
Okay, I got the I'm up.
Jason 1:23:59
Okay, so then if you look in the bottom where all the icons are, that far right, it says apps, and it's got the nine the nine dots.
Speaker 1 1:24:08
Gotcha.
Jason 1:24:09
Right. Click on apps, and then if you scroll down to the very bottom, you'll see marketing and growth.
Speaker 1 1:24:17
Okay.
Jason 1:24:18
And then do you see social planner inside that marketing and growth box.
Speaker 1 1:24:21
Yep.
Jason 1:24:22
Okay. Click on the social planner there.
Speaker 1 1:24:24
Yeah. And
Jason 1:24:26
then, and at the very top, where it says accounts, there's a little plus button. You click the plus, then you'll you'll see all the different icons: the Google profile, the Facebook, the Instagram. So this is where they they could just click any one of those icons and then just connect their account right here.
Speaker 1 1:24:49
Yeah, but how am I sending them the link to do that? Because that's what he's sending. He's saying that they're sending we're sending a link to them through that launch page. For them to click in, yeah, and I'm.
Jason 1:25:06
Let's go to your launchpad on your on the screen and see what shows up for you. I
Speaker 1 1:25:14
don't think I'm in because I'm actually still in in signed in Under my Gmail and Ashfield, that's that's that's okay. All right, okay. So you said dashboard.
Jason 1:25:34
This is the is this the new sub account that we just set up?
Speaker 1 1:25:38
No, that's what I'm saying. It doesn't No, because okay, let's try and
Jason 1:25:44
find. You know, where's the new one you just set up?
Speaker 1 1:25:55
Sub account. Here we go. Okay, let's see. All right, it would be. It would be this one here, but it's on the Asheville Thrive directory. Well, okay,
Jason 1:26:10
that's okay.
Speaker 1 1:26:11
Now switch to sub account.
Jason 1:26:15
Yep. Import.
Speaker 1 1:26:22
Okay, it's not.
Jason 1:26:30
It's not showing.
Speaker 1 1:26:31
No, and I got Thrive directory in there. Wait, maybe it's this one. Maybe it's confused because I'm confusing it.
Jason 1:26:43
Okay, let's let's not even mess with the launch pad anymore. Let me take you somewhere else.
Speaker 3 1:26:48
Okay.
Jason 1:26:51
Let me show you. Where is it at? Yeah, over on the left hand side. If you scroll down on the left, on the far left, should be like a mobile app section, app marketplace. Click on settings for me. Isn't there like a mobile app?
Speaker 1 1:27:17
I know there was at one point.
Jason 1:27:21
Yeah. Okay. Let's let's do this. Go to go back to agency. Click on click where it says Asheville Thrive on the top. Yep, and click Switch to Agency, and then scroll down for me on the left. There should be a mobile app. There it is. Mobile app. Go ahead and click on that. And then once this loads, click on Mobile App Settings in the top right. Yep, and then oh, there it is. Okay, so turn that toggle switch on where it says Show clients an easy way to download the mobile app. Yep, there you go, and then hit confirm. Perfect. Okay, now go where it says Click Here to Switch in the top left, and let's switch back to the sub account. Okay, and now I don't know if it's going to show in the launch pad, but it should show on the left-hand menu. So go ahead and scroll down. Should show there it is. Mobile app. There you go. And then from here, there it is. Okay. So if you scroll down, you can see there's two different links. There's the app, the Apple link, or the Android link. See where it says copy link to download app, okay? Or you can just text it to somebody if you have texting enabled. I don't know if you can only do it through team member or not. Looks like you can. So what I would do from here. The easy way is just click and just copy the link from where it says "copy link" to download app, and then just send that to somebody. Just text it to them or email it to them.
Speaker 1 1:29:33
That seems a lot for. Okay, I
Jason 1:29:43
don't know why it's not showing up in the in the launch pad, but it me I mean it it may now that we turn that turn that on, maybe because it was hidden. That's why it wasn't showing up for you. I'm not sure. But those are the links. Those are the direct links to the app.
Speaker 1 1:30:04
Okay, but he he didn't mention anything about the the app, about this app here, the mobile app. That's that he's not he's not mentioning that at all in that. Okay, yeah,
Jason 1:30:17
I'll just have to watch the video because I I have no clue then what he's talking about. Those are the only things that I know of. But I've got the link to the video right here, so I'll just have to go and watch. Yeah, it's about 32
Speaker 1 1:30:31
minutes in, 3233, minutes. Probably better start at about 32 minutes in.
Jason 1:30:37
Okay,
Speaker 1 1:30:38
second, something like that.
Jason 1:30:40
I've got it pulled up. I mean, I can fast forward. Let's see, 32 minutes. Yeah,
Speaker 1 1:30:54
and you see, and he's under his marketing agency, Minor Marketing,
Jason 1:31:02
Right,
Speaker 1 1:31:06
and he's clicked into Launchpad.
Jason 1:31:12
Yep, send link. So he's, I'm watching the video right now. He's talking about sending the link to the mobile app, just like what we just went through.
Speaker 1 1:31:20
He's saying mobile app.
Jason 1:31:22
Well, he was pointing to it with his cursor. I don't know if that's
Speaker 1 1:31:27
okay.
Jason 1:31:29
Because if you look look at your screen, see at the very top it says download our app and engage with leads on the go. That's exactly what I just showed you. Yeah.
Speaker 1 1:31:36
Okay. All right. All right.
Jason 1:31:39
Yeah. So maybe there's something else. I just don't know. I'll I'll have to go through. I've got it saved though, and I'll look at it.
Speaker 1 1:31:47
Okay, all right,
Jason 1:31:49
and see if I can figure out if there's something else that he's sending. But that's what it looks like to me. Is that mobile app?
Speaker 1 1:31:56
Okay. All right, but I still find it odd that it's not, you know, showing up on my screen like it was from the very beginning. It, you know, like I said, ever since I had that issue with the sign-in where my email addresses got mixed up and so forth, it hasn't been right since.
Jason 1:32:21
Yeah, because I
Speaker 1 1:32:23
had that at one point,
Jason 1:32:26
right? Yeah, I, I don't know, teacher. I wish I had an answer for you on that and why it's not showing up.
Speaker 1 1:32:38
Okay, but at least I know that I can go to that that page and get that link to send them, but still I would want it my minor not my minor market on my or AI marketing side. Like he has minor marketing because that I would need them to to I guess I don't know. They need to see that instead of Asheville Five Directory.
Jason 1:33:15
They need to see oh in the sub account,
Speaker 1 1:33:18
right, right. They they need to see. Well, I guess once they I send the link, they wouldn't know where it's coming from anyway, would they? Whether it's under Asheville Thrive or or or AI marketing. No,
Jason 1:33:36
no, they won't.
Speaker 1 1:33:38
Okay, so it wouldn't make a difference. Okay, all right, but I'm just anal when it comes to certain things that things don't look right or line up with. I see other people's stuff, and it's like okay. So all right, I'm not gonna. Yeah, and if you could,
Jason 1:33:56
yeah, I'll like I said, I'll watch the video for you, and I'll just double check that that's what Nick was talking about, and that's what it looks like. But I'll go through it. As far as high levels concerned, they're always changing things. I don't know why it doesn't show up in Launchpad anymore. I've pulled up multiple accounts and I can't find it anywhere inside any Launchpad, which is really weird. So maybe for whatever reason they're hiding it. I don't know why, but yeah, it's not showing up for me. But it does show up when we turn it on, just like I did for you, where you you go to the agency level, turn it on, and then it shows up on the left hand side under mobile app.
Speaker 1 1:34:37
Okay. Okay. Yeah. I I can work with that. At least I know I have access to the link whenever I get a a. So you just
Jason 1:34:47
basically ask somebody, hey, do you have an Android phone or do you have a an iPhone? They tell you, and then you send them the the right link. That's it.
Speaker 1 1:34:55
Okay. All right. Sounds good. But next week, would I? Think I want to do is if you because I don't time is already you know forward so but I I I think I'm gonna need help in the snapshot because I don't want to erase anything so if you could walk me through that but we can do that next week
Jason 1:35:19
okay yeah that's fine yeah we can do that next week.
Speaker 1 1:35:22
All right. Thank you. I appreciate that, Jason.
Jason 1:35:24
Of course. Yeah. No problem. That's what we're here for. And I'll watch that video before next week so that we can talk about
Speaker 1 1:35:31
it. Okay.
Jason 1:35:32
Okay.
Speaker 1 1:35:33
Sounds good. Thank you, sir.
Jason 1:35:34
Awesome. No problem. Right. Looks like is it Leah Up next,
Speaker 9 1:35:41
yes. Thank you. Let me go ahead and share my screen. Can you hear me? Okay.
Jason 1:35:48
Yeah, I can hear you just fine.
Speaker 9 1:35:49
Okay. So, so one of the questions, and I joined a little bit later, so I caught the latter part that you were going through with Eric, but my questions are related to the automations also in the workflows. And I was some of my emails. I had one sent to myself, you know, as I was testing all of this, and I started seeing all these kind of unrelated, out of sync emails coming through. And so I did the research, figured out, and discovered that it's back to this listing upgraded to premium workflow. And I wanted to understand what was the rationale behind this workflow because honestly, it doesn't make sense to me if this is a workflow that gets triggered when somebody goes to premium, why would we send an email saying "Welcome to Premium" That makes sense, obviously, but then we've got a we upgrade them to the premium upgrade push, you know, which is another workflow to encourage people to get on premium, from what I can tell. So that seems out of place. And then a day later, we add them to the workflow for the SaaS push. So what ends up happening is, is somebody who's just upgraded to premium start gets added to a thread of emails of like, where is it? They get three, four emails encouraging them to join premium, but they already have done so. And then at the same time, they get added to this workflow where they get four emails for the SaaS push. That doesn't make any sense to me. Am I just missing something?
Jason 1:37:46
I'd have to go through it again, Leah. So give give me a second here.
Speaker 3 1:37:52
Yeah, if
Jason 1:37:52
I can pull it up on my side.
Speaker 9 1:37:54
Sure.
Jason 1:38:08
Okay, so
Speaker 9 1:38:10
so the listing upgraded to premiums in the you know the system email workflows, and so by the name it suggests and the first email, I'm assuming, is it happens once they've been upgraded to premium. Now, admittedly, what that I'm assuming that means
Jason 1:38:36
yes,
Speaker 9 1:38:36
and I'm still a little fuzzy about how I know, like, to be certain what's actually kicking this off, and I'm assuming if I go into over here, so it. if we go to Smart Directory, and is it under Settings, Workflow Mapping? Pondering.
Jason 1:39:30
Yeah, you shouldn't have to edit these. the These are these are all mapped to
Speaker 9 1:39:35
agreed. Agreed. Yeah, I mean it's weird because the one video he showed is like select them all, but then as soon as I go back to it, they're like none of the drop downs are populated. But I'm assuming they're working just fine. I was just trying to
Jason 1:39:49
yes
Speaker 9 1:39:50
show what it says, but for some, of course, now that it's waiting on you, it's not going to resolve, which is strange. But. The main point is, how do I know confirm what is? I mean, one, I I do want to confirm what is in fact triggering up this. You know, it says upgraded to premium, but how do I know what triggered this?
Jason 1:40:16
Yeah, that the trigger. I I'm trying to remember, but I I think the trigger is coming from the app itself. I'm just double checking myself here. Is it for
Speaker 6 1:40:34
Jason?
Jason 1:40:35
Yeah. Is
Speaker 6 1:40:37
it for listing upgraded to premium?
Speaker 9 1:40:39
Yes.
Jason 1:40:40
Yes.
Speaker 9 1:40:40
So what? What's yeah? So this is
Speaker 6 1:40:42
coming from, yeah. This is coming from system. As soon as someone upgrade their listing, so it automatically starts from. So
Speaker 9 1:40:51
so when we say Ritika, when we say upgrade their listing, does that mean if they choose any of the plans that are paid?
Speaker 6 1:40:58
Yes.
Speaker 10 1:40:59
Okay.
Speaker 9 1:40:59
So I have two different paid plans. So if they upgrade to either of those, that's what's going to trigger this,
Speaker 6 1:41:06
right?
Speaker 9 1:41:07
Okay. So that makes sense, and that's what I was figuring. But what doesn't make sense to me is if what triggers it is they upgrade to the plan, and this is not a workflow I modified. This is one of the system workflows. Why would this workflow then? The two things it says is it's selecting there. I believe. I mean, it says remove from workflow, upgrade premium push, but it says select workflows. Is it really removing them or adding them because I believe it's adding them because I looked and the person who got who's the user that went up to premium got all the emails and got added to the premium upgrade push. So why would we add somebody to the premium upgrade push who just joined premium? You're
Speaker 6 1:42:00
not adding.
Jason 1:42:01
Yeah, you're not adding. No,
Speaker 6 1:42:02
that's not correct.
Jason 1:42:02
Yeah, we
Speaker 6 1:42:03
are not adding.
Jason 1:42:04
Yeah,
Speaker 9 1:42:04
but they're getting all those emails. They are on that that workflow.
Jason 1:42:09
Correct. And I did not add
Speaker 9 1:42:10
them to the workflow.
Jason 1:42:13
Right, but what happens is they automatically get added once they go through the free listing outreach, they get added into the premium upgrade push. If so, basically, what this what this action inside this automation is saying is that at any point, like if they get if if somebody upgrades like right away, then they're never going to go through premium upgrade push, they're just going to go into listing upgraded to premium. So, like, if they get maybe one email out of free listing outreach, and then they decide to upgrade, then they're going to go right here and they're going to bypass premium upgrade push. What happens is when you go through all of free listing outreach, and then you get dumped into premium upgrade push, and then maybe somebody decides to upgrade from there. That's why that action exists, so that it they're not getting
Speaker 9 1:43:10
no, and that that makes sense. So so let me ask this then. So I can see here the free listing outreach doesn't really trigger. I mean, you get email five, and then it ends. So, what is triggering? If I'm trying to figure out why this user is getting, they're basically going through on the same day. They're getting the premium upgrade push emails and the SaaS push emails. I don't want that happening to a real person.
Speaker 6 1:43:40
They're going to the premium upgrade post from the reply outreach automation. Okay, so
Speaker 9 1:43:50
okay, so system.
Speaker 6 1:43:54
No, it should be under the outreach.
Speaker 9 1:43:58
Okay, which 1/3?
Speaker 6 1:44:01
one.
Speaker 9 1:44:02
The customer. Oh, I've got that one up. Yeah, I did have a question about this one. So, so you're saying they got it here because they replied. What exactly this intent type is positive slash yes or negative? How is intent type interpreted? What what is the system doing to determine if somebody has an a positive intent type? How do I know what that
Speaker 6 1:44:30
is? So inside of free listing outreach, new and approved, which is the other automation that we have, so that is sending emails like we have this address for you? Is this information correct for your business or not? Or these kind of things? If they reply like yes, this information is correct, or maybe they just say information is correct, so system automatically catches that as a positive intent. Maybe they are saying no, nothing is correct. Or something like that, so they automatically catches like this is not
Speaker 9 1:45:03
so. So you're saying AI takes their responses to pre-listing outreach and tries to determine whether they said, you know, I'm happy with you. But if they, if intent type is negative or no, if they email back and say, you know, stop bothering me. Is it going to pick up this? Because if it does, my concern is it's adding them to a work. You know, it's pushing them to the premium upgrade, but it says intent type is negative. That doesn't seem like a good idea.
Speaker 6 1:45:36
So what we are doing here, you said like maybe they say stop, but maybe in case they say no, the information is not correct. So that is like a different scenario as well. So that is why we say you need to keep an eye on all the replies, what kind of replies they are giving us, so that you can manually change any kind of address if they if they want to change any address or any information for the listing, but definitely whether we say like yes or no, it is going to put them under the premium upgrade portion.
Speaker 9 1:46:09
Okay, okay, I got that. So, so we've got this one running. So, can you help me then? And that that helps a great deal. So, I understand what's kicking them off. So, it really is the fact that they just replied. They got put into the premium upgrade.
Speaker 6 1:46:23
Exactly.
Speaker 9 1:46:23
But then I'm trying to figure out then what what kicked off the you know they're getting emails on on the same day they're getting a premium upgrade email and a SaaS push email.
Speaker 6 1:46:39
No, the SaaS. Well, they
Speaker 9 1:46:41
are. It's happening.
Speaker 6 1:46:44
Maybe there is.
Speaker 9 1:46:47
I could show you right here. I I actually outputted all the emails because I was concerned. Each day they're getting one from the premium upgrade and one from the SaaS.
Speaker 6 1:46:58
Maybe in that case they were not removed from the previous automation or something like that, but the system-how the system works-like it sends them from one automation to another to another.
Speaker 9 1:47:13
But this is what and we have happening, and that's my concern. I don't want to. I want to get this cleaned up before I start irritating all these people with you know a bunch of emails.
Speaker 6 1:47:26
Lei, I think the best I would suggest that maybe you test this with a new or fresh contact or the listing so that you can check how exactly it is working. Yeah. Fair.
Speaker 9 1:47:40
Okay. Yeah, I just. yeah, maybe what I can do is I'll make a copy of these and then just put the wait to like a couple hours so I can test it quickly. I've been waiting for them to go through, but if I make copies of these, I could just go through the process faster. So maybe no, you can
Speaker 6 1:47:58
move you can move your contact through the workflows.
Speaker 9 1:48:01
Oh, how do I do that?
Speaker 6 1:48:05
Do you have any contact in between somewhere?
Speaker 9 1:48:09
Yeah, I mean, I've gone a wait
Speaker 6 1:48:11
step or some something like that. Yeah, right there. You see three. If you click on that, yeah, and just select any of those. No, you you meant the
Speaker 9 1:48:22
chat bark. Yeah, sorry. Just
Speaker 6 1:48:25
select any of those. We are not going to push that to the next step. Okay, so you see little merry kind of icon. Exactly.
Jason 1:48:34
Don't click on that
Speaker 6 1:48:35
now. Yeah, but you can do that for your test content.
Speaker 9 1:48:39
Okay. No, that's great to know. Okay, then I'll I'll I'll create another user and try to push them through quick. That'll be very that'll be
Speaker 6 1:48:47
great. Yeah, yeah. Okay,
Speaker 9 1:48:48
and then I think that that's the intent type, and then I think the only oh the only other question was about pipelines, and so if I'm looking at, I noticed I was going through some high-level training and noticed that there wasn't. They were talking about pipelines. I thought it would be helpful to be able to see, you know, where everybody's, you know, where everybody is in the process. So I went and created one, but there hadn't been any pipelines. Does Smart Directory do any pipelines? If not, is there a particular reason that you guys haven't created any pipelines in this? No,
Speaker 6 1:49:30
we are not doing pipelines or opportunity stages at the moment. We have
Speaker 9 1:49:40
out. Is that my end? I'm suddenly not hearing you.
Jason 1:49:43
Yeah, I think Rachika dropped off.
Speaker 10 1:49:46
Oh, okay.
Jason 1:49:47
Yeah, Leah, what what she was saying is, yeah, we we don't currently have a pipeline right now for SDAI, but you can most certainly set up your own pipeline. Are you familiar with how? Set up a pipeline inside high level.
Speaker 9 1:50:01
Well, I I just did this little one. I'm still a little fuzzy about how opportunities play into that. I'm assuming I just I'm trying to figure out how I automatically you know automate moving my people through the stages of the pipeline.
Jason 1:50:21
Yeah, there there are different actions inside workflows that allow you to automate moving somebody to like through the different stages.
Speaker 9 1:50:30
Oh, so I can reference the stages in the pipeline in the automations.
Jason 1:50:34
Yes, you can. Yeah, you can add that as an action. Now, again, like Ruchika was saying, it's not built into the automations that we give you out of the gate, like out of the box, but you can modify them, and you can certainly add that. An opportunity is just that-it's an opportunity. It's a person, typically. That's what an opportunity represents as an individual or a company, and then the pipeline is the overall sales? I like to call it a process. A pipeline represents a process, and then inside that pipeline or process, you have various stages that you want to track, and that's what you see here. So you're you're looking at the outreach pipeline, and then you're looking at the different stages of that pipeline.
Speaker 9 1:51:20
Okay. No, that that makes sense. Okay. Well, I appreciate your help. I know we're we're over time, and there might even be people after me. So that's great. Thank you very much.
Jason 1:51:32
Of course. Yeah. Happy we could help. All right, Bobby. The question. Yeah, another question. The
Speaker 2 1:51:39
question that arose when y'all were talking about the leads, and the guy was asking about the 25. All my leads, the way I'm doing it, are are going to be top 10 cities and top 10 states, or in my region, top 10 cities in every state, and then I found out by doing the first one, there is only about 10 sign shops in each city. So I don't want to do 25. Is it ever going to be changed where they go below 25. I I rather do. I would. My plan was to do 10 in each city.
Jason 1:52:28
Yeah. So what you could do? Obviously, we we still offer. We still have our our old process, Bobby. We're not nest. We're not really, you know, advertising it, but if you wanted to, you could submit with the team and just have them pull a list. Can you
Speaker 2 1:52:49
get that into that lead tool so that you can check the emails and upgrade it and all that?
Jason 1:52:56
Yeah, no, I think that's a great idea. So, what are you're saying that you'd like to see the limit lowered to 10?
Speaker 2 1:53:02
Yeah.
Jason 1:53:03
Okay. Yeah. I mean, I'll definitely put that in as a request. I just don't know how quickly we can get to it, so that's why I was saying in the interim, you know, you could just submit a ticket and just get us to pull a lead list for you, and just only pull 10.
Speaker 2 1:53:19
Right. But they wouldn't be optimized or checked or anything.
Jason 1:53:24
No.
Speaker 2 1:53:24
Yeah, that's why that was my second question. Can I import that into that tool so that I can check the emails and do all that stuff, optimize it?
Jason 1:53:37
Um, that I don't know. I don't know if we can import directly into the lead tool. Just checking right now to see if I see anything. I don't remember seeing that.
Speaker 2 1:53:56
I mean, I was looking at what High Level has itself, or is prospecting tool and trying to utilize that too.
Jason 1:54:07
No, Bobby, there is. So there. No, there is an import option.
Speaker 2 1:54:11
Is there?
Jason 1:54:12
Yeah.
Speaker 2 1:54:16
So I just get the list from y'all until until they lower it to 10, I could just get the list of 10 in each each city. I could just tell them, "Hey, these are four cities. Give me 10 each, or whatever.
Jason 1:54:32
Right. Yep. And then there's an yep. There's an import option, and it specifically calls out Smart Directory AI lists, so yeah, I think that would work perfectly. Exactly what you described.
Speaker 2 1:54:48
So I would import them into high level first without the business.
Jason 1:54:55
No, I would import it directly into the leads tool,
Speaker 2 1:54:58
and then that
Jason 1:54:59
way you. Could do your, you could do in either the enrichment or the verification or
Speaker 2 1:55:05
both. Yeah, yeah, that's what I want to do.
Jason 1:55:07
Yeah,
Speaker 2 1:55:08
so I import it in there and then, and then go from there.
Jason 1:55:13
Yep.
Speaker 2 1:55:15
And when you get ready to put it in, I haven't done that, so it gives you a option to add the tag when when you're done enriching them.
Jason 1:55:24
Yes, I think it does it automatically because it's because it's built into SDAI. Yeah, I think that's already. I don't even think you have to do it. I'm pretty sure that's an automated thing.
Speaker 2 1:55:36
Okay, last time I've done the imports, I just had SDI do it all for me. Told them, "Hey, here's the list. Make sure you put the business and first name and and put this tag on it. And it did, you know, 100 of them.
Jason 1:55:56
Got it.
Speaker 2 1:55:57
But I did want to enrich them and check the emails. I'm glad the tool's there.
Jason 1:56:04
Yep, it's there.
Speaker 2 1:56:06
Okay, we'll see if you can get them down to 10.
Jason 1:56:10
Yep, I'm putting it into a note right now. I'm sending it off to Cameron.
Speaker 2 1:56:13
Okay, thanks a lot.
