0:06
Right. How's everybody doing? Happy Tuesday.

0:10
Welcome to the SDA I call

0:15
bottom of the Google meet window, guys, there's a little hand icon if you guys click that, that lets you raise your hand, and we'll start taking some questions soon as people start raising hands.

0:30
So hope everybody's having a great week so far. If you guys hear any banging in the background, I've got a contractor here at my house right now, so I apologize. I'll try to mute myself in between talking here. But anyway, questions, please just go ahead and click that that raise hand option, like I said, bottom of the Google meet window, and we'll start taking some questions. Oh, cool. Looks like we've got a few hands up. So I'm going to go ahead and get started. Jenna, it looks like you're the first one up. You want to go ahead and unmute,

1:04
yeah. Is there any way to do like a C Name record instead of the a record? If we already have an A record in place for the site?

1:15
No, I don't believe so. I think we have. We, we tried doing that last week. I think it's just, it's just an A record.

1:24
So if we already have the a record for, like, the root domain,

1:30
right? So you would have to use a different you have to use a new root domain, like go and purchase a new domain that you're not using the root for another site.

1:43
So there's no way, like if we already have the root domain and we're trying to use directory, dot.domain.com

1:51
it's not going to work to do that.

1:56
I haven't seen that. I don't believe so I think we just have it set up, like I said, on an A record which points to the main IP address. I don't think we have the ability to do that.

2:09
I thought we went through this last week. Somebody else on the call had the same issue.

2:16
Rachika,

2:19
can you the example that's on that screenshot has directory, dot that your domain.com, as the example.

2:29
And where is that at? Where is that example?

2:36
Jason

2:40
Oh, got it on that pop up on the modal, yeah, I didn't see it now.

2:45
Got it?

2:55
Has that been changed? Ruchika,

2:58
can we add a C name? I always thought it was just the IP. Was just an according to that IP only. Yeah, we didn't change anything.

3:08
So yeah, then we should definitely update that modal.

3:11
Let's, let's make a note of that so that doesn't confuse people in the future

3:19
to get that modal updated so they remove that example, because she's right. There is the example. It says, directory, dot your domain.com,

3:28
let me cross check like, what is it? Correct?

3:42
Okay. So this says,

3:54
so what is the error on this one? Like, what do we need to change on that pop up.

4:01
So, currently, right now, so she's trying to set up exactly that example. Jenna, have you tried Have you tried it? Have you tried adding the c name instead of an a name, right? Yep, no, but, I mean, I can try it.

4:17
Let's just give it a shot. Yeah, if you haven't tried it yet, go ahead and try to add directory as your CNAME

4:24
or as your sub, sorry, and then

4:29
The address, just add that IP address in there. I

4:49
I thought we had tried this with somebody else, and it wasn't working. But go

4:53
ahead and give it a shot here

4:56
and again, this issue comes down to like, if somebody, if we're doing this for quite.

5:00
Clients and and they already have, like, a main site. I don't want to have to have them, like, you know, go and buy a new donor domain that doesn't make sense in my mind,

5:11
you know, yep.

5:14
So, like, kind of like I brought up last week with some of these things that are in there for

5:20
being able to, like, research, resell this to clients, the menu items again, this, this also doesn't make sense to me to not be able to just add a C name to be able to like, you know, use their current domain, right?

5:35
Have you tried adding that in yet?

5:39
Sorry, getting logged in.

5:54
I guess we can come back to me. I'll throw it in the chat. What happens? Okay, cool, awesome. Thanks. Jenna,

6:02
I'm alright, looks like V con,

6:06
yes. Hi Jason, good morning. Good morning. Yeah, well, I only have one concern, actually. I already sent this email to the support, but they're having trouble logging into their account. But let me brought it, brought this up. Maybe

6:23
others are also, you know, encounter this problem. Let me share my screen one second.

6:41
Okay, you guys see my screen. Yep, we can see it,

6:46
okay. Every time a client or a business responded back with Yes, automatically, they receive this upgrade email

6:57
every time. So all of this client that responded with yes they received this kind of email. So I tried, you know, turning this off. Is this normal, or do I still need to publish this automation?

7:14
I'm trying to see your congratulations on upgrading to premium. So that email they get if they upgraded their listing, supposedly Yes, but the only response they

7:28
responded back to us is just simply with a yes, confirming the details from their businesses. And then the email they receive is supposedly, you know, welcoming the welcoming them to the directory. But that doesn't you know work, because they receive this congratulation on upgrading the premium, which they did not upgrade their account yet.

7:55
Okay, do

8:10
let's see that was triggered just a couple days ago.

8:16
Can we go into your workflows, into your automations, please? Yep,

8:23
by the way, I turn it off because it's kind of annoying whenever they receive the upgrade. Yeah,

8:33
let's see reply to email outbound.

8:37
Oh, that's why is this is the workflow. Yeah. So your trigger is customer replied. Can you go ahead and click on that trigger? Yep,

8:45
yeah. And the reply channel is just email, so there's no filter in here, so go ahead and close that box. That customer replied this one the reply channel?

8:57
No, just go ahead and click the X on the top right. Just go ahead and close this and

9:06
then if you scroll down,

9:09
yeah, go ahead and there it is. Congratulations on upgrading to premium. So this is what it

9:16
is. So do you understand? So this workflow? So the trigger for this workflow is a reply from any email.

9:25
So if you want this, if you want them to only get that email, if they reply

9:32
to an email that is in regards to

9:36
upgrading, then this would work, but you'd have to set that at the trigger level, you'd have to set a filter for that specific email, because right now, the trigger is filtering for any email, and if they respond in any way, it doesn't matter what the response is, whether the response is positive or negative, this workflow is going to fire and it's going to send that congratulations on upgrade.

10:00
Into premium email.

10:03
Okay, so

10:06
do I need to change everything from you?

10:10
If you if you don't want this to fire for any email, then, yeah, under the trigger. If you click on trigger, customer replied at the very top there

10:22
see where it says, add filters.

10:25
So this is where you would add a filter

10:28
and either an exact phrase or match that could be good. And then you could say,

10:39
you know, matches like the subject line of the upgrade email, or something like that, so that it only, it only fires for someone responding to an upgrade email

10:53
got it. We need to remove the first line

10:57
No, because the reply channel needs to be email, because that's correct, right? They're getting an email, so you want the system to look

11:04
and fire this workflow if they respond to an email,

11:10
but under that exact match phrase,

11:13
click on exact match phrase for me again, real quick. Yep, this one. So we've got exact match we've got contains phrase. What else was in that list?

11:24
The drop down,

11:27
click on exact match again, yeah. So we've got contains phrase, tint type has tag.

11:40
Could also be

11:41
replied to workflow.

11:44
I'd have to look at your other automations. But basically, what the idea here is, when they receive an email that says, if you'd like to upgrade, please respond yes, if you'd like to upgrade something along those lines, right?

12:01
That's when you'd want this to fire

12:04
right. So basically, I need to find a workflow where the email triggers right

12:10
about the upgrade

12:13
right, and then figure out what what it says in that email that you can use either in contains phrase or exact match phrase,

12:23
or if you're using a tag, a tagging system, you could also do that, but

12:29
essentially, when they respond to that message, that's when you'd want this to fire.

12:36
Got it? Got it all right, totally makes sense. Yeah, I got it now.

12:42
Yeah, I can, I can do it on from here. Thank you so much, Jason, yeah, no worries,

12:49
right, Robert, looks like you're up next.

12:57
Robert, can you? Can you hear me? I

13:17
us, yeah, sorry, man, I'm here. Sorry about that. My EDD was kicking in. I was all over the planet. I'm back with you. I can hear everything. Couldn't find me, and yeah, I can hear you just fine. Yeah,

13:27
thanks, man. So here is my situation. I am. I have a sub account. Excuse me, I have a sub account with a different a different vendor. I've had G either go high level account on different times, but off and on with them. Now I'm a sub account with, with the different organizations, not not the sharks guys, and I've uploaded it. I could upload the I can show you a screenshot of it helps. But here's the situation, I can upload and go to the marketplace, and I've added it to this sub account, with this other, with this other, it's my sub account, but it's with somebody else, and in the marketplace, I uploaded it. Fine. There was no problem. It seemed to download everything that was part of the part of the part of the app from Tom. The problem having now is it

14:11
doesn't seem to want to work the AI bot. And I'm not sure that's a function of the this as a sub account of this other organization, or it's just something I've something I've done, I've done wrong

14:25
that makes any sense.

14:29
So do you know if I can upload the if in the marketplace, the SDE

14:33
AI into a sub account? That's not a short sub account. If that makes any sense.

14:53
Hello,

14:58
sorry, Robert, yeah, I was on mute. I didn't.

15:00
Was

15:01
so you have an you have a sub account with the sharks where SDI, SDI is installed, is that correct?

15:09
No, that no, okay, I've got it. I've got the SDI installed on the sub account. That's mine, but it's not a shark sub account. Okay, got it, okay, and you want to move it to another sub account that you own? No, no, no, I, I can. I can give you. It's a it's no, I'm happy to leave it here. But I just learned that I can actually put my own, I can actually put this my SD. Ai on, on, you got on on Tom's agency. So maybe I'll just do that, because it may work better. But I have my sub account that I'm paying monthly for from somebody else, and I don't really want to go back to paying go high level for for any kind of agency account. I'm just happy to keep it as a sub account. That makes any sense to start with, that. Does that make sense? Yeah, that makes sense. Okay.

15:58
So the problem having is it? When I went to the marketplace, I downloaded the right word is screenshot. When you go to marketplace, what that is, I put it on the sub account. Everything brilliant. The problem is now want to go to the Advanced workflows, advanced filters under workflow list. It doesn't seem to bring in the bot. That seemed to be so quick when Tom was doing the demonstration of it when he was showing how to bring put up the workflow under the bot. It

16:27
doesn't seem to have that same capability under the sub account that I'm that's under the individual sub account. It make any sense I can give you, yeah. No, that makes sense. Yeah. It sounds like maybe they just have that disabled inside your account. Or maybe, do you have a credit card on file inside that sub account by chance? No, that's going to pay this gentleman a flat fee. Okay, yeah, I did ask him that, but it seemed to be like, well, you need to go. Need to go after guys and help, because I don't support marketplace stuff, blah, blah, blah, and I was trying to get that point exactly. Maybe he doesn't want to be billed for AI bot usage is

17:04
that,

17:05
yeah, okay, yeah, that's what it sounds like to me. So what I would do is, in

17:11
order to use the bot and have all that functionality, probably, yeah, get if you can set up your SDI under Tom's agency account, because all of that should be unlocked for you. Yeah, brilliant. I can assume that after,

17:31
excuse me, sorry about that.

17:33
So can. Yeah, so that's a great question. So I just learned I got email back from support saying I can actually use a sub account under Tom's so my question would be, for you, for you would be is, why would I not do that? Why not people do that? Why are people I don't really want to spend 100 bucks a month right? At this point, what's the downside to using Toms as on the sub account? It sounds like I'll have complete functionality, right? The bot will work. I guess I'll pay for that, though, get charged when I use it and people fired off, there'll be charges, and Tom's got that set up somehow or because, he hasn't asked for credit card either. I don't know how that, how that all will work.

18:08
I believe so they should. I'm pretty sure that they will. Because, yeah, they're not going to want to foot the bill for, you know, everybody's usage so, yeah, it should, should just be usage charges, where you just put a credit card on file and then whatever you use you'd pay for which the charges are pretty nominal. It's not

18:29
gonna be huge charges, but,

18:32
yeah, I think that that should be the case. I have heard

18:38
that there's a possibility that they may be moving more towards this model of giving people an option where they could just simply get it set up inside Tom's agency account and be off to the races. But then those that don't want to do that, that want to have it inside their own agency, they're going to still offer that. I don't know the timeline on that. I've just heard there's some beginning discussions on getting that set up, but

19:09
I know that, yeah, that they're, they're okay with you if you, if you did want to move and have a sub account inside toms, I do know that they're okay with that, and that the support team will will go ahead and help you out there. As far as like the charges, just like I said before, I'm pretty sure that once you get that set up, that somebody will on the team will either instruct you to add your credit card or you'll they'll just turn it on. And when you log into that sub account, there'll be a pop up that instructs you to add your credit card, yeah, and then you'll do that, and that will be, then, once that card's on file, that card will be used for any type of usage based charges. So we're talking phone numbers, phone calls, SMS messages, bots, long messages, all anything that emails, anything that's going to be.

20:00
Usage based will pull from that credit card, right? Right? That makes sense. I'm happy. That's fine. What's the disadvantages to being beside the obvious, having those sub accounts? I have three sub accounts, right? When you have the $99 $100 a month plan, you get three sub accounts. What's the downside to having no sub accounts or I have, like, a CRM outside of go high level? I'm still old, old school. I've been on the internet like, 100 years. 100 years, and so I still like being separate. I'm still not completely in bed with go high level. I like it. And some ways, in some ways, I still have my own CRM separate. I like, I like my separate pieces of the pie outside one roof. So I'm happy, though. Is there any other disadvantage, or any disadvantage not being under, like having that three sub accounts, having my own go I level account. Is there any, any obvious downsides that you can think of why I wouldn't be happy with this work with a sub account under Tom I mean, it's really just kind of personal preference and how you want to run your business. So I would say, you know, everybody's a little different, and everyone's running different businesses. You know,

21:01
if you have plans to expand and maybe move into and run your entire agency off of high level, and to that, add clients underneath you inside a high level, then I would say, yes, there's a big disadvantage, like you're going to want you're not going to want to start setting up your business inside of a sub account owned by Tom if you eventually, say, in six months or 12 months, or eight months, whatever it is down the road, you plan on offering sub accounts to clients. If that's the case, then I would say, bite the bullet and just start with the $97 plan

21:40
and and pay for that, because then you can grow into the next plan, which is the 297, which is unlimited sub accounts, but you wouldn't have to worry about the whole, you know, transferring accounts and getting set back up again into a new account with high level but if that's not the case, if that's not what you're doing, like you said, you're already running, you have a different CRM, then, no, I there's nothing wrong with it. I think, yeah, if that's the way you're running your business, it's totally fine. Yeah, there's no the only disadvantage I could see is that, like I said, if you plan in any point in the future, yeah, on giving sub accounts to clients, then I would say, don't go that route, because you're just creating more work for yourself. Okay, I don't want to. I don't have the time here. One last question. What would it be like in six months? I said she's I should have been on, I should have been on a 297 or $97 plan per month. What? What kind of headaches or hassles would I will there not be any. Can I transfer six months of that usage on them Toms into my own. Can I transfer that license? And technically, can we get it over to my own under my own buy level? You can, yep, just as long as you know, I would

22:53
pretty sure, I don't think that there would be anything that you wouldn't be able to transfer. So high level has a direct sub account from agency to agency transfer feature that they offer now used to be a manual process. It used to be a huge headache. They've actually made it a little bit simpler. Essentially, the way that it will work is you'd have to get approval from Tom and say, Hey, Tom, I'm setting up my own agency account now, and I want to transfer my sub account, so he has to sign off on it and say, yep, we can. We can transfer that. Once he does, then inside your new agency account, you you have to say, Yes, I'm willing to accept the transfer. And then high level transfers your entire sub account. Contact. Everything that's in it gets moved to a new agency account. But that doesn't mean that everything's set up. So you'll still have to go through, you'll have to go read, you'll have to redo A to P. I don't believe A to P transfers, at least it didn't a few months back. So you'll have to redo A to P. You'll have to reset up email, trying to think, what else any domains so, like you probably have to reconnect any domains into that same sub account

24:08
gets a bit, yeah, so there'll be some work for sure. Yeah, okay, that's great. I appreciate your time. Jason, I don't know how good time. Everybody that helps you quite a bit. I really appreciate it. Thanks for your time. Yep, no worries. No worries at all.

24:23
Right? Henry, hi,

24:30
I got a pretty much similar situation. I had a

24:36
high level account a couple of years ago. They got them inactive now, since going back to the smart directory, AI,

24:46
there's no sub accounts attached to these

24:51
old, high level accounts,

24:55
I've added the smart directory. Ai, app on.

25:00
Into these other sub accounts, like when it asked me to log in to the high level account, I basically did it from what I was registered previously, and it automatically logged me into what

25:16
it expired for. I really don't care about these other accounts. It just didn't smart directory did not AI, I don't have the same dashboard as what the videos are. Is there a way to for me to

25:32
rectify the situation? If that makes sense.

25:37
So did you? So when you sign back into your old high level account. Was there a pop up that you saw that said, hey, you need to re add a credit card and start billing again, or anything like that that you saw?

25:49
No. It just said, update your account information. Oh, yeah, if that's what you mean, yeah. It says, update your account information. And that's what I did. Yes, yes. That's what it is. Yeah, okay. And then did it? Have you add a credit card or start a new

26:07
like, basically sign back up, because this is an account that you had gone dormant, that you stopped paying on, correct, right, right, right. Yeah. So did you? Did they have you start that back up, start billing again? Yes, yes. Okay. And like I said, I don't really care about that particular account. I just yeah. Just like to yeah, go back to smart directory, AI.

26:35
And are you planning on,

26:39
are you planning on bringing clients into high level and giving them their own sub accounts underneath yours,

26:47
maybe in the future, but not now.

26:51
Okay,

26:53
so are you look? You're essentially looking for the same type of setup where you can have SDI underneath Tom's sub account. Is that correct? Right? Right? Or have a sub account underneath Tom's agency account? Okay, right? Yes. Have you submitted a support ticket for that? No, a chance. Okay, I would definitely do that. Just go ahead and submit a ticket to support and just let them know what you're trying to do that you'd like to

27:21
have a sub account underneath Toms with SDI installed, and then just let them know what email address that they should grant access to, and they'll get you all set up. Okay, all right, sure, okay. And I think Stephanie just dropped, Stephanie just dropped a link in the chat right there, contact support. If you go there, you should be able to fill out the form and submit that. Let me pull the link up. Yeah, there's a form there. Go ahead and just fill that out

27:52
and submit that to support, and that'll get the process started for you.

27:57
Okay, thanks a lot. Appreciate it. Yep. No, no worries. Henry,

28:02
Hey, Paul, Hey, how are you? Jason, good. How you doing good? I disconnected my accidentally, my domain a couple weeks ago, and long short of it is that got it reconnected finally, but now it's not showing up on mobile,

28:24
and I'm not sure what to do, okay, but it's sure so your SDI site is showing on desktop, just not mobile, correct.

28:34
Okay,

28:37
my account? Yeah, let's and then if you can share your domain, so I can try testing on my end too. That'd be great. Okay,

28:47
it's want me to put it in the chat, sure. Yeah, that works. Okay.

29:02
Second,

29:19
it's warrior growth directory.com,

29:22
got it perfect.

29:26
Loads fine for me on mobile. It does, huh?

29:33
Check your cookies on your mobile device, or try a name tag.

29:39
Yep, I just loaded it on my device as well. You did. Well, that's fantastic. You're saying that it's on my cookie store.

29:49
Probably, potentially, that's the most likely cause if it had an error at one point, it sets a weird cookie and got a clear cookies. But the easiest way to test is just an income.

30:00
Needle window on your mobile device.

30:02
Okay, and it looks very good, too. Thank you, sir. I appreciate it.

30:08
I still got big plans with you, Dorn I'll fill you in soon.

30:15
Yeah, it looks great. Looks really good. Yeah, it's working fine on my end. Dorns, right, yeah, for, for whatever reason, mobile devices seem to store,

30:26
seem to store, seem to cache sites, and it takes a long time to clear them. So yeah, if you just clear your cache, then you should have an issue. Or, like he said, If you just open up an incognito window on your mobile browser, you should be able to see it, but, yeah, it looks, looks great. All right, thank you, gentlemen, that's all I had. Yeah, awesome, cool. All right, Alex, looks like you're up next. Hey, Jason, how are you doing? Hey, I'm good, good.

30:55
Quickie one. I think I'm looking for the terms and services page and the privacy page fields, they've been moved,

31:05
I don't believe so they should still be under,

31:10
let's see here what they're under, sites and funnels, right?

31:16
Are they like on the smart directory?

31:19
Yeah, terms, private terms and Privacy Policy, right? Yeah, that's right, yeah. So if you go to your sites, tab over on the left hand side, inside high level, and then click on funnels, and you'll look for it, there should be a folder called smart directory.ai,

31:35
and inside there should be all the pages you'll have, your about us, your contact, your terms, can you show me? Yeah, let me show you. Let me go back.

32:00
Right. Can you see that? Can you see my screen? Yeah, oh, okay, so it's under sites, under sites, and then right here, smart directory.ai, and then inside here you've got about us, contact terms and privacy.

32:13
But you know, on the on the interface itself, when we, I remember when we I clicked on, you know, the button, the smart directory, AI button down there on the left side, outside of this, yeah, click there. Okay.

32:34
There used to be a space, either in branding or business or settings, where they were showing the links, you could put the links there.

32:46
Unless I'm mistaken.

32:49
I'm pretty sure

32:51
we're like, somewhere around there, but you don't have any knowledge that it was moved or something. I mean, I don't remember,

33:01
okay, maybe I'm missing, yeah, I don't think so. Branding, yeah, around. I thought it was in that area, but

33:09
it was remodeled, I think. And,

33:16
no, okay, so, yeah, I can't remember. Not that I remember I could be wrong. So So I to make sure they show on on my directory. I have to

33:33
integrate them via

33:36
the menu builder,

33:39
like those pages I want them to be showing somewhere. So

33:44
I go into menu builder and I this should be there,

33:49
so the pages,

33:52
so if we go to the preview

33:55
Jason, are we looking for the custom pages or the pages? Yes, actually, those are now moved to the menu builder. So, oh, they are okay. Yes, you directly add the pages to the menu builder. You do. We don't have to add pages additionally. Got it okay? So you do, okay. Got it perfect. Well, there you go. There you go. Alex, we both learned something new, yeah. So they're going to be under Custom Links, yep. So you've got a header and a footer menu here, yeah, this is where. So if you wanted to add terms and privacy in your header, you could do that here, or just go directly to the footer. Yeah, and

34:38
they're going to be in custom links.

34:42
It should be under the final page. Have you added

34:46
a sub domain

34:47
for your under funnel? Okay, yeah.

34:52
Okay, yeah. Now, remember, Alex, you do have to connect, like Stephanie was saying, you do have to connect a domain to.

35:00
On that funnel, right, right? So I think everybody was using, at one point, everybody was using Pages dot your domain.com,

35:11
as kind of a sub domain for those pages.

35:15
When it appears on the site, though it's not using that sub, but you'd still have to add it.

35:20
So there's a functionality on that Sites page where it's easy to connect the domain.

35:29
Bless you,

35:31
if you go to sites. Jason, yep, if you go to sites down there on the left side.

35:39
Oh, over here. Yeah. Okay.

35:43
Yeah, terms and just click on terms and services. Let's say yep, click on that and is that I just want to make sure I don't get lost when I want to connect it with the domain. Oh, you're going to do that under settings right here. Oh, okay, yep. So you'll have to set you have to set up the domain first, which is going to be under Settings, and then domains and URLs. So right inside this section here, so you'll go to domain and URL redirects, and this is where you'll set up that domain. Okay, that's done already. It's just, I'm online. It's just that that particular page doesn't need to be somehow

36:24
getting a URL that I need to put somewhere.

36:29
Or am I going to get the URL automatically when I go to as long as you set it up here under the domains tab, then when you go back to sites, you'll be able to select it from this drop down.

36:41
Okay, so

36:44
the question I have is, this is, this is just for the overall domain. Like, this is a button there that please select the domain. You have to select the domain for each page that you create.

36:57
No, no, no. This is that's for the global that's for the global site, yes, yeah, yeah, exactly, yeah. So you can see I'm under the steps tab, so every step in this funnel is inside of here, this settings tab, this applies to the to every step in this funnel. Yeah, I gotcha. Okay, so you said it once here. Yeah, that's done already, obviously, because I'm online. So Okay, cool. All right, thank you very much. Yeah, no problem.

37:30
All right, guys, who's up next?

37:34
Kanata, did I say that? Right? Hi, yeah. Hi, Jason. My name is,

37:41
how's everybody?

37:45
Yeah, is there a way we can host our own events that is not associated with a listing, but we're thinking should be under our brand, and we can collect payments from them

38:02
on SDA, I

38:05
thought somebody else was trying to do this. Rachika, do you remember?

38:10
Wasn't there another student that was trying to do something similar? I can't remember if they had figured out a way around it.

38:17
I missed that. Jason, sorry. So she was asking if, is there any way that they can set up a an event

38:26
that is site wide, right, that's controlled by the admin, not by a specific business or user? Yeah, because

38:38
what we're trying to do is to

38:41
add this as our like on a premium plan, all our members can have access to like, free virtual meetings.

38:52
And then for those that has three listings, they can actually

38:56
pay for it. We wanted to integrate that to SDA. I ai,

39:03
so how are they going to create the events for their businesses? Or, like, you are going to add the events?

39:13
I'm sorry.

39:18
Can you hear me? Yeah, so I'm asking, like, how your customers are going to add the business events over there? Like, or are you going to add that

39:29
for? Well, their events should be as is, right? So when they are on the directory, they they can create their own events and integrate those events to their listing. But what we're trying to do is to create, or we can host our own events. So say on like in the website, right there is, like, an event page that is just for the brand for our company. It's not associated with any listing.

40:00
We wanted to host, like quarterly meetups or monthly meetings, virtual meetings, they can see those events there on that page.

40:18
Jason, I think I'm not really sure how we can make that universal? Yeah, I'm touched on a list.

40:32
The only thing I can think of, I mean, it's got to be connected to somebody. So I know you were talking about this is events that the company is hosting Correct? Yeah, that's right, yes. And I'm thinking, will that work? If we sorry, will that work? Because I'm thinking, I should go into sites and then funnels and then create, like, a customized

40:57
page there. But I'm not sure if I will work or,

41:02
yeah, I don't know, yeah. I mean, you could, you could definitely do, yeah, go ahead, just I have, like, if I'm checking on my dummy website, so we have, like, a universal event page, like domain, and then slash events, and that is going to

41:20
one single page.

41:22
But I think that is coming from the businesses events, right, right. It's not managed by the admin director,

41:31
right? Exactly. Make a suggestion.

41:35
Sure. Dorn, go right ahead. Build a custom page with your events on it, like rasheka was just saying, add that to your menu,

41:47
right, where you have your events. Send your premium people a code, so anybody can register for free with the code, and your people that need to pay would have a ticket that you build in products,

42:02
right? So you have an events, custom events page for your events on your menu. Build a funnel so the premium people can register with the coupon code and to pay, people buy a product, and everybody gets an email follow up with your details to attend.

42:21
Okay, and sorry You said I could create that custom link,

42:27
yes, create a funnel page specifically for that function and add it to your menu as a custom link or as a funnel page. Link, right, right. Okay, yep, okay, and then the stripe, or our Stripe account that's connected to SBA, I that can also be integrated to that, right?

42:48
I would worry about integrating it, to be quite honest with you, I think that's a level of sophistication you can get around.

42:57
Okay, but it just depends on how you want to build it, right? Events are kind of a tricky situation.

43:06
Okay, your events in one place, right on one page, your personal the things you're trying to do, as opposed to the events page that everybody's events go,

43:19
Yeah, yep, I like that idea. And are you trying to sell tickets to your personal events?

43:29
Yeah, yeah, only to those that's not really subscribed

43:33
in premium, then, yeah, that's the idea.

43:37
Okay, so I mean, you could get you don't necessarily need to integrate stripe into SDI. For that, you can, like Dorn was saying, you can create that funnel page. So under SDA i the funnel. I don't know if you when I was sharing my screen just a minute ago, we were going through that same funnel that SDA I funnel pages. So inside there you would add a new page exactly what Dorn was saying, and that's where you would build out that page. You customize it, make it look any way you want, and add all the details of the events or event that you're going to be hosting on that page. High level now allows you to add a form where you can add a payment widget to the form specifically so, and as long as stripe is set up inside of your sub account, that payment, that

44:35
payment widget that goes on the form itself will be using the same Stripe account. So you could set up a form, a simple form that you drop onto an events page that allows somebody to fill out a form and enter credit card details to purchase a ticket to go to this event.

44:53
Oh, I see okay, and that and that page could be publicly accessible through your menu.

45:00
You either in the header or the footer.

45:05
Okay, okay, I got it all right, perfect. Thank you so much, guys. I will work on that. Yeah, of course.

45:16
Bill,

45:18
good morning, hi. I wanted to

45:21
talk about a thing that happened at go high level. I've made a short video of what happened because it's so hard to explain. Can I put that on my screen and show it? It's only, of course, it's under 30 seconds. Okay, sure, yeah, go right ahead. Get my screen up. Does it have audio? It doesn't have any audio, okay, perfect, excellent.

45:46
Says, choose what I want to share.

45:50
Well, let me see,

45:53
share,

45:55
share my

45:57
here it is,

46:00
okay, what this is, what I I've been, I've been wrangling with GHL and with SD AI support too, but because it was a GHL problem, the Stephanie or Ruchika could not, couldn't help. And so finally, I got in touch with a GHL

46:21
technician who finally helped, and even she said, she said, I going to have a tough time explaining this, because she couldn't get it to happen. So I made this video to show it, and I can stop it at any point. You want to stay kind of self explanatory, but it's a little quick. So

46:43
start with domains and URL and then go to domains.

46:49
We're seeing your screen. It's just showing the Domains page right now, right? That's part of the video. Okay, yeah, what? Yeah. Watch the just watch the video. I go back to the beginning here. Just go ahead and watch it.

47:05
Yeah, we might be seeing, I don't know if we're seeing the correct tab here, not seeing, not a movie we're seeing. We're inside springs home fixers, and we're seeing the Domains page. Okay, let me see. Must be the wrong town I see. I'm sorry I misunderstood. I'm

47:24
trying to, try to,

47:27
trying to show the

47:30
if you stop your share and then re share.

47:34
Okay, that way you can select that the right tab, stop sharing. Yeah, you're not sure now, so it's good not sharing. So I should share and then try to select,

47:48
yep,

47:49
either that tab or window or desktop. Okay, it's not in a tab, that's the thing. Maybe if I bring it into,

48:00
yeah, there we go. I brought it in to go high level. Now, is it okay? Now I need to share my screen again.

48:07
Let me see

48:09
now I will

48:12
share my screen, share the

48:17
domains hidden.

48:21
Select the tab to share. Doesn't seem to work. Chrome tab. It's Chrome tab.

48:30
Domains hidden. That's it, right there. Okay,

48:33
okay. Now let me

48:36
share that. Okay, I'm going to move it back to the well,

48:41
there we go. Now we can see the video. Okay,

48:45
so the So previous to this, to this screen, this frame in the video, I was in domains and URLs, and then I went to domains. And the point of the whole thing is that the domain screen never shows, and you'll see how it works here

49:02
in the video, okay?

49:15
Or domains See, that's how it shows, but in real time, that's how it shows. Did you see that flash?

49:23
Yeah?

49:25
Jason,

49:29
yes, yeah. I just want to share that via purchase the domain through go

49:35
high level that it's not showing up and go high level support is not sure how to add it. I also tried to connect, but there's no current option to release the existing domain or connected.

49:53
I'm sorry. My audio was so bad on that I couldn't understand what you were saying. I'm sorry. I.

50:01
Stephanie, it sounded like it was really hard to hear you. It sounded real muffled. But what I thought I heard you say is that you had tried connecting with high level support on this for Bill and

50:15
oh, so Bill purchase the domain to go high level but it's not showing off so go. High level support is not really sure how to add it. I also tried to connect the domain to the sub account, but there's no option to link to existing domain or connected domain.

50:36
I'm sorry I

50:38
didn't share. It's not really. It's not the domain is not really working.

50:46
This. This is the problem. The entire problem is in go high levels domain registration system. I have no access to the domains, and I have no access to their registration system. As spend an hour on Sunday, with a with a with a tech rep on go high level, and she totally agreed that this problem is at high level, and there's no way I can get around it until they repair the system so that that don't that one domain screen that flashed for only 1/5 of a Second. That's my only time I ever can see the actual domains screen. It goes from on the domains, URL and and, and not resurrection domain, and

51:33
on the menu screen for the domains, it doesn't have domain. Then you then go to the domains, where it shows domains at the top of the page. If you go to any choice on that page, it goes, it skips the Domains page, and there is no Domains page accessible at all, except during that 1/5 of the second. And it just shows them all ghosted in gray. They're not really accessible. And so that's a problem that GHL has, and there's no way anyone on our end or SD a eyes and can get around it. So

52:11
have you tried what browser are you using right now? Chrome, but I've done it in Opera and Firefox and Safari.

52:21
And same, same issue there, it's the same. Okay, so, and you've tried incognito, I have and no help, okay, all right, so I just thought everyone should know that GHL does have problems sometimes, and if you're, if you're having a just a ton of trouble, because I've had trouble. I think I first reported this to Stephanie a month ago that I didn't have access. And we, we have gone back and forth a little bit, and, and I've used the bot on GHL a number of times. And, and finally,

52:59
the bot gave me access to a lady that I was able to work with after my third, after two tries, I finally got a lady who who could actually, I could actually communicate with. And so here we are now, so they're supposed to be working on it, but I haven't heard from him yet. That was too dark,

53:20
and did. Now, just just for clarification, did you purchase the domain through high level, or was this a domain that you purchased elsewhere, and then you connected to high level? Purchase through high level. And I think that's part of the problem is that they're purchasing high level. It goes through, it's it goes through the domain itself gets held by Cloudflare. Go Daddy

53:46
and let me see. Digital oceans is the one. Is the SDA I

53:53
registrar company, and so it's, it's held in three or four different places in the tech rep that I dealt with, as well as Gemini in Chrome, could not figure out why it was that way. They even Gemini couldn't, couldn't, couldn't track it all, even though that was very helpful. Yeah. So

54:16
I think it all stems GHL, buying, buying, buying the domain on GHL. So I'm that's what it sounds like. So

54:25
recommendation would be not to purchase domains on high level, right now, right? That's fixed anyway. Didn't mean to take time with no, this is great. Bill, no, this is really, this is a huge value add for the community. I appreciate you bringing this to everyone's attention, so it's great. I think you're right. I've always been concerned about purchasing domains through high level. I've only done it one time, and it was specifically for a client that didn't, didn't know how to set up their own registrar and purchase a domain. And so this was.

55:00
It was the easiest path forward at the time, but it's always been a concern of mine to have everything in there, but I appreciate you bringing that to our attention. So we'll keep us posted. Let us know what happens. Let us know, like if they do come to resolution and get that figured out, because that's something I think everybody would like to know. Okay. Thank you very much. Jason, welcome everybody. Bye, bye, thanks, Bill,

55:26
all right. JB,

55:30
hey, can you hear me? Yeah, we can hear you. Okay, I don't know if this is a problem that you guys already solved, but whenever I drop a list into high level it. It changes the first name to contact name.

55:50
And when I, when I go ahead and, you know, put the tags, the business tag on it, so that it shows up in the directory. I just get the first word of that business.

56:05
You get the first word of the business, is it adding the business name into the first name field? No, it's, it's putting it in a field that's called contact name.

56:16
And I've, I've gone in, I manage my fields, and the first name still just has the first word of every business.

56:25
Can you, can you share? Can you possibly share your screen so we can kind of try.

56:40
This happened after you up, so you uploaded a list of leads, yeah, in the contact section, yeah, like,

56:49
it started last week. And I figured, you know, and I got in late last week, so I wasn't able to ask.

56:58
So this is, this is how it's showing up here.

57:03
Yeah, that's all. It's dropped.

57:06
Not mapping to the right field. Can we go to your contacts?

57:16
The left hand side? There?

57:22
Okay. Hold on. Some reason I think I'm showing a different Oh, let me get on this one. Okay.

57:34
See this is what's coming up.

57:37
And I, I didn't put that there.

57:40
And when I go over here and I try to drop in

57:46
the first name,

57:48
you know, this down here, let's put it up here. It's not, it's not going to keep it

57:55
right, but this, yeah, so that's, that's the problem. So high level has a couple different fields for context. So you have full name, which is considered contact name, then you have first name and last name, right? So specifically, with S, C, A, I when you do an upload, you need to map the business name to the first name field. So I think that's what

58:18
happens. Well, that's what I did, and I've always done this. Always worked. But last week, something happened. It just started coming out like this all of a sudden. And I went back, I looked at the video.

58:31
Tom's latest video is updated and everything, and it works perfect, but just still comes out here. So I was just wondering if there's a problem here, or maybe I need to get with high level and find out what they did,

58:44
because right now, if I save this, it's going to go away. Can I jump in? I know what's wrong, yeah, click on any one of your contacts

58:55
and open it.

58:59
Okay, so your first name at the top there, you need to put everything there, where it's pulling the information from is that you put it in as a contact name, and it might be on so it might have been under business name previously, is probably where it's been pulling it. But the contact name shows the first and last name when it's showing all of the names, when you go into them, they're separated, so you need to have entire name and first name.

59:25
Well, that's, that's what I've been doing. So if maybe I can make a video and send it to you guys,

59:31
but I map it, uh huh, yeah, just gonna say, can we just test that? Because I want to if it is a glitch with high level it would be something that I'd like to know. So, do you have a couple, like, Do you have a spreadsheet with maybe two or three contacts on it that's set up correctly and formatted that we can just test this with real quick,

59:53
that's already in here, in the bulk options? No, that it's not in there. Yeah. So what I'd like to do is just.

1:00:00
Go to contacts and just do a quick upload of maybe just a couple of contacts, make sure that the fields are mapped correctly, and just test it to see if it, if it, if it separates it again that way, because if it does, then, yeah, there's definitely a glitch. And we'll, we'll need to report that to high level for sure.

1:00:18
Okay, um,

1:00:20
I got so many things open right now, I'm gonna lose you guys. So you want me to get that set up and then come back? Yeah? Why don't you do that? Yeah, I'll move on. I'll move on to Lewis. Just yeah, if you can just get a CSV file set up with a with the business name in the First Name column, yeah. And get ready to import it in, yeah, get ready to import it in. And then we'll once you're there, then just raise your hand again, then we'll walk through it. Yeah. All right. Sounds good. Thank you. Awesome. Thanks, Jamie.

1:00:52
All right. Louis,

1:00:54
Hey, Jason, how you doing good? Good.

1:00:57
How can we help? So let me jump in real quick. Let me share my screen. Yeah, no problem.

1:01:07
Perfect. You can see it. Yep, we can see it. Okay, very cool. So I'm actually having a similar, similar issue that the previous gentleman is having. So once you figure that out, that'll be awesome as well. But in regards to

1:01:22
hang on real quick, you're having the same issue that JB was when you didn't upload. Yeah, yeah. So I have the contact name as the whole entire thing, but then as they upload, they're only uploading first portion, not the whole portion. Got it okay? And this was actually uploaded last week as well, so maybe there was a glitch at the same time. Okay, awesome. All right, yep. So in regards to my listings, I went through the whole entire process. I put in the information business details I'm able to find it with the Google Profile link, so it's all connected there.

1:02:00
But then when I start going into the profile itself, one, it's not pulling up the maps, and it's not pulling up the reviews. And in addition to that, I'm getting a Raphael null up here, and I don't know where this is picking up the information from, and this is actually the listing itself. They have a 4.1 1700 reviews, and they're located on

1:02:28
Google.

1:02:31
Can we

1:02:33
so inside here, can we just try refreshing the frame? If you go ahead and right click on the screen,

1:02:40
okay.

1:02:42
And

1:02:44
did you right click

1:02:47
the I'm on a Mac side. They right click, okay. And did a menu pop up. I can't see it. Yeah? It says back, reload, save. As Is there like a reload frame option? Yeah? Okay, yeah, there you go. Try that.

1:03:10
Okay, and then go into that same business details, no, okay, so there's that. Let's try clicking. Yeah, try clicking the

1:03:22
Okay, perfect. Let's go back to the actual listing and do a refresh on that.

1:03:29
Okay,

1:03:31
and it was working previous, no, it never worked for me. And I went back and I did the API keys and everything, verified that it was all connected correctly. And it is, give me a second here. Let me look up yours.

1:03:47
Could you put your domain in chat? Louise, yes, thanks.

1:03:58
And what's the name of this business? This is Atlas.

1:04:04
The name of it is

1:04:06
Atlas. It's actually authors,

1:04:10
a L, T, A S, H, O, R,

1:04:19
A S,

1:04:22
we have built a number of directories for a lot of different bids, TIDs and SIDS, and since we migrated over to GHL about four years ago, this was one of the best options. So I really want to make this work so then I can convert all of them over to

1:04:37
this new world of smart directories.

1:04:41
Do least,

1:04:45
yeah, it's not pulling up for me either.

1:04:53
Yeah, my only thought is that it's got to be something related to your API key.

1:05:00
Uh, since it's not pulling that map in

1:05:03
for the credentials themselves,

1:05:07
yeah, I wouldn't, don't show your API key.

1:05:13
But

1:05:18
if there is another,

1:05:21
make sure that your API keys are in the appropriate ones, because I did that last week and I got the same result. I put the API key for the front end in the back end slot, in the back end in the front end slot, because I don't show you showing any errors.

1:05:37
Yeah, it's not working. And that may be what happened, because I do

1:05:46
all right, I'll go back in and I'll check it out.

1:05:52
Yeah, I try swapping the two the two keys, see if that doesn't do it. But you're positive everything's turned on. Yeah, when you set those up, yep. Is

1:06:04
there any other listing that you've connected Google to? Is

1:06:08
this the only I mean, there's over 600 listings in

1:06:14
there, and you've connected Google to some of these others, and you're getting the same result on All of them.

1:06:20
That's this one. This

1:06:31
one

1:06:33
in

1:06:36
here.

1:06:50
Yes, yeah, same issues.

1:06:56
Okay,

1:06:58
I would say, Yeah, try. Try, what Dorn said, try swapping the keys. See if you accidentally drop them in the wrong spot. See if that doesn't fix it. If not, I

1:07:09
would go ahead and submit a support ticket,

1:07:12
and let's have somebody on our support staff take a look at it and see if they can't find the issue. Okay, perfect. And I guess I found that issue, the secondary issue that I was talking about. So this is actually pulling up the business owner's name on the tab instead of the business name.

1:07:33
Because if I go to account, and that's funny, because it's not even here,

1:07:40
because that is this, this is the the owner's name.

1:07:45
So I have no idea where that is even pulling the information from.

1:07:54
Can we look at your go into your contacts and look at the contact record for that business?

1:08:02
Haven't business.

1:08:17
There's two, so let me see which one's the business.

1:08:21
Yeah,

1:08:24
so it's most likely not this one.

1:08:37
Yeah, I have no idea where it's pulling from. Yeah,

1:08:41
yeah, yeah, that's really odd. Yeah, I won't see it stored anywhere in there, and it should be pulling directly from the business name itself, right, yeah, not from the contact information. So that's the consistent issue across every directory. Listening,

1:09:02
yeah, go ahead and and, yeah, yeah, it's a link in the chat. I think that's

1:09:13
it. Copy this link. I'm putting the support link in the chat. So I just dropped it in this that last perfect. Yeah, just go ahead and submit a ticket. Let's see if we can't get at the bottom of this and figure out what's going on with your sites. Awesome, very cool. Besides that is super easy to use, and I'm loving the direction this is going in from a person that has both over 100 directories. This is made my life a lot easier once we fix the whole importing issue, and every those little, tiny, little bugs I think you guys are are going to hit the ball out of the park on this nice, awesome well, thanks. Appreciate that. Absolutely. Appreciate you guys. Thank you so much. Oh yeah, no worries,

1:09:56
right? JB, let's, let's circle back to you. Oh.

1:10:00
Okay,

1:10:01
I hope I got it. I mean, this was the smallest one I could find, so it's got quite few in there, but let's try this again.

1:10:17
Okay, can you see me there? Yeah, I can

1:10:22
see you might have to walk me through a little

1:10:26
bit at this point. I have no confidence

1:10:30
it's all good. So we'll go ahead and click the Import option,

1:10:37
contacts, yep, next,

1:10:41
and I would just leave it on the default, create an update.

1:10:45
Okay, yeah, and that's what I do. I That's exactly so let me pull this one in, make sure I got the right one.

1:10:56
Perfect. We'll hit Next.

1:11:01
Come up. Okay, so your phone is mapped, emails mapped, right person name, last contact and business name that's mapped.

1:11:10
So that's right here. Yeah, that's what we need to change that. I usually change it to first name, and that's the only thing I really do. Okay? I just make sure everything else is mapped. But

1:11:24
for this the most, I mean, that's the one thing we're looking for, right? Yep, okay, that's the biggest thing. So come

1:11:33
here next, yeah.

1:11:38
You can create a smart list that way. You can go back and delete these. I don't know if these are fake leads or not, but these are in another sub I took from another sub account. So okay,

1:11:52
and so,

1:11:56
okay, so this is interesting, yeah. Oh, so it's mapping it to a contact object. Yes, that's new. I haven't seen that before me. That

1:12:07
must be what's going on.

1:12:10
And it always happens whenever they do, like a, you know, one of those core updates or something. Yeah, this was a, yeah. How is it that I'm the only one really getting this

1:12:24
I wonder,

1:12:27
hmm.

1:12:31
So here's the thing with with high level

1:12:35
they've had a company object for a long time. The company object never worked correctly, and so they redesigned how custom objects work. And during that time, when they finally relaunched custom objects, they also kind of redid how company object functioned.

1:12:56
They still didn't fully integrate the company object into all areas of the high level app. And so in the past, I don't know how long you've been around high level, but in the past, like you've always added a contact record. I mean, you've added the business name associated with a personal contact record. Most CRMs are different. Most CRMs work where you add a you can add a contact, which is a true contact first name, it's a person, it's a first name, a last name, email, a phone. And then you can also add a company record, and then you can associate multiple contact records to a company record. You can also associate multiple contacts to different company records, right? Yeah, so I know that that was something they've been working on fixing, I wonder it looks like now. They've also separated contact into its own object, and it's probably functioning exactly the same way. So

1:13:52
I wonder if that was the update that they did. That's what it kind of looks like to me, just visually, just looking at this, is that that's the reason, because now you're right instead of mapping Well, it's not that it's wrong, it's just a it's just a new update. It's the way that they're doing things now. So we may need to adjust our process in order to get this to work correctly. Okay, but let's go ahead and test. Let's push through. Let's, let's, let's test this. But that's interesting, because I have never seen that before.

1:14:22
So, and you do know a couple of these names right that are on this list, so we can pull them up,

1:14:28
these right here. So I mean, and we're

1:14:32
creating that smart list too.

1:14:36
So what is today? 17th, so you should have a no this. This this is interesting here again, because usually this, the first thing wouldn't even show up in my contacts. It just went down contact me.

1:14:53
Okay. This is the list we just Is this the list we just did? Nope. It is not okay. Got it? Okay?

1:15:00
Okay, so let's go under where it says five more. That should be our smart list, right?

1:15:06
The list we just uploaded here, yeah, march 17, Yep, yeah, go ahead and click on that.

1:15:14
Okay, let's go ahead and this is another issue. When I take this away, it'll come back. I don't

1:15:21
know if you want me to take that away.

1:15:24
No, that's your that's the import ID. So okay, that's associated with this list. So try just refreshing the page and see if the if the contacts don't show up. I

1:15:51
Okay,

1:15:54
I guess let's try removing that filter.

1:16:00
Hmm,

1:16:04
interesting. 345, those are the exact same contacts, though. That's not no, okay, so that didn't work as a filtered list.

1:16:16
So I don't know if those contacts even uploaded. Put a bulk actions for me

1:16:22
across the top

1:16:25
processing. Okay, so it hasn't completed yet, so that's why, okay, yeah. And today, my my computer's moving super slow, okay, so that's the issue right now. So we need, we need to wait for that to fully process so we can see those leads, okay, and see if it did the same thing. But yeah, it

1:16:45
looks like there was a an update on high level side, which is now separating, which has basically created a new company contact object. Which makes sense, because that's how, that's what they were moving towards, is creating separate objects for each thing, for

1:17:04
each like separate the different separations inside the CRM, which is most, how most CRMs do it. So they have a company object, a contact object, and then, you know, you can create other objects.

1:17:17
It's used a lot, like in the insurance space, where you've got you can have a like an insurance policy object, where you can have multiple policies associated with a contact anyway, yeah, this makes sense, so let's see if.

1:17:34
Let's see if I'll give them a call. Yeah, see if I sit down with them, because I had this problem late last year before I joined this group. And,

1:17:46
yeah, I went there, and they had some kind of core switch that they did, and when they upgraded, everyone had an issue kind of similar to this. I remember it had to do with contacts, and I had to go back in. And whatever they did, they fixed it pretty fast, so I'll do that. Okay. Well, stay on the call, if you can. And we got another 30 minutes, so if you can stay on the call, let's see what happens when that, when that finishes processing, and see if we can't get an update on it. Okay? And since it's finished, I'll just raise my hand again. Cool. Thanks. JB, thank you. All right, Felix.

1:18:26
Felix, hey guys, good, good. Hey, I was wondering if you can help me out with or explain to me a little bit about the workflow integration, the workflow thing that you guys have

1:18:39
where it says,

1:18:43
basically, why do I have to assign a workflow

1:18:51
under setting? So is that something that I have to do, or is that an extra for something?

1:19:02
Yeah, yeah. So you're talking about inside SDA, I under workflow mapping Exactly, yeah, yep, yeah. So what you're doing there is you're mapping

1:19:13
so, like, if you go through that list, it'll just tell you, so you know, claim request approved, claim request rejected. You're essentially mapping which workflow should fire based on these different scenarios. Got it. So even though my workflows already have the triggers inside of them,

1:19:31
yep, you need to map them here into SDI. Got it. Okay. So, I mean, some of these are pretty straightforward with the name. So like claim requests would be playing the listing. Yeah, they all they should be named exactly the same. I believe, I don't think the names have changed,

1:19:52
unless you updated the names that I believe inside the snapshot, all names should match exactly what you see inside workflow mapping.

1:19:59
All.

1:20:00
See I don't I don't have a claim request, request rejected.

1:20:06
I have business creation flow. Claim a listing, free listing, interested in premium. Claim request rejected. Do

1:20:16
you have a list of how these should be aligned?

1:20:20
I don't have a forgot password.

1:20:24
So maybe you don't you may not Felix, you may not have the most up to date snapshot. So Stephanie or rachika, can you drop a link to

1:20:35
the page where the snapshot link is at? Yeah, sure in the sort support docs, yep, so Felix, they're going to one of the girls is going to drop there she goes. Stephanie just dropped it in

1:20:46
in the chat. If you go to that link, that will give you the most up to date snapshot. And

1:20:54
if I, if I, if I load that snapshot, is, is it going to erase what I have here already

1:21:05
what type of customization did you do to the workflows?

1:21:10
I mean, I went in and just went each through each one and updated, you know, like, what the emails look like and stuff like that. So the minute I upload that snapshot, it's going to change that, right, but what you can do is, instead of overriding everything that you've done is just upload the portions that you're missing. So you said you're missing a like, forgot password, something like that. So just import the forgot password and whatever, what other, whatever other workflow that you're currently missing.

1:21:42
Do

1:21:44
you guys have the snapshot number somewhere so I can see what version I'm on?

1:21:50
Yep, it show. It should show under, if you go into your agency settings and then go into snapshots or account snapshots, and then if you go under imported snapshots, you should see what version you imported, and there should be a date next to it. And then Stephanie dropped a link. Actually, she dropped two links. There's a link to

1:22:15
the workflows that explains all the different workflows, and then the second link is the snapshot.

1:22:22
Yeah, this one's from January 16. Is there one after that?

1:22:27
I believe there was one in March. Let me just double check here.

1:22:36
March 5. March 5, thanks, Storm, yep. So there you go, march 5, gotcha. And so

1:22:46
is that, is that something that we can load a new snapshot where we'll be outdated?

1:22:56
No, I think, I mean, I'm surprised that, because all that functionality, you know, forgot password, and what was the other one that you were saying you're missing. Those have been there for a long time, so I'm surprised you don't have them.

1:23:11
Were you one of the very, very first students that signed up?

1:23:16
No, I don't think so. Okay, so yeah, if you didn't sign up a couple of years ago, then I mean, everything,

1:23:24
yeah, nothing's really changed. Those should have been in there. So I'm surprised that those weren't in there. I'm not sure if they accidentally got deleted or what, but I would double check, because, yeah, those should be in there. They may have gotten renamed, so I would just go back through all your sei workflows. But yeah, Forgotten Password. You said, what was the other one?

1:23:49
Oh, my God. So I found the first one is claim request, and I found claim a list

1:23:58
that's approved. Now the second one is claim requests rejected, so I don't have

1:24:06
their something else. Sign up for premium.

1:24:13
Yeah, that's all right. I'll look through there and see what that workshop snapshot has, yeah, I would just go through it like I said, you should have all of those. Like, those have been around for quite a while, so I'm surprised that they're not there. But I would definitely just go back to that link that Stephanie dropped in there. Go ahead and try importing that new snapshot, and just select the ones that you're missing when you do the import, okay? And then one last thing. So if I'm, if I'm on the approach where I'm calling people and trying to get them to, you know,

1:24:51
approve their free listing, right, or accept it, what is the best way for me to do it while I'm talking to them? Is it? Is there a specific way?

1:25:00
A or do I have to send them a link so that they can what is your suggestion on that?

1:25:05
Yeah, I mean, the easiest way is just to send them a direct link to their their listing right because everybody's got a unique link. Each listing has its own unique link. So you can easily just email that over, not directs them right to the correct page, and then from that page on the right hand side, they just click on claim business, I believe, right? But then at that point, we're still at the mercy of them actually going in and going through the process, right? Where is there? Is there a way that we can do that for them while we're on the phone? Are we going, you know, I just want to confirm the information. Blah, blah, blah, blah.

1:25:42
I mean, you could certainly walk them through that. I mean, the problem is that if you claim the business, then they don't have it. They don't have a consumer account that gets created, so they can't actually log in and make any edits. So that the reason why they have to go through that claim process is, during that claim process, they're creating their username, their password, and they're signing up so that they can then have access to that listing,

1:26:10
right? So,

1:26:13
I mean, you can make all the changes you want on the back end, but they won't be able to make any changes themselves if they ever wanted to. Yeah. Yeah.

1:26:23
You guys do have, like, a way for us to suggest features, right? I saw there

1:26:30
say that one more time, you guys do have a way that we can suggest features, so something like that, where we can Yes, yes, there's a candy board. Yeah. If one of the girls, rachika or Steph, can you drop a link to the canny board, please? And then Felix, yeah, that one of the girls will drop the link in the chat. If you just go there any feature requests you have, you can go ahead and post on there. The rachika just dropped it. The dev team takes ideas directly from that board in order to develop from, yeah, perfect.

1:27:04
And then the plan, those are annual, right? So does that automatically get recharged every year, or do you have to go in there and trigger something?

1:27:15
No, it's automatic. Yeah, it is automatic. Yeah.

1:27:19
All right. Hey, I appreciate you guys. Yeah, no problem.

1:27:24
All right. Melody, looks like you're up next

1:27:27
Hi.

1:27:29
So I'm not sure whether I've mapped something oddly. Let me just show you here.

1:27:46
Okay, so,

1:27:54
so here it's showing this one has, hasn't got

1:27:59
the zip or postal code, but I do actually have it in the contacts on the GHL side. Have I mapped something badly

1:28:10
so the postal codes not showing there,

1:28:16
but if I

1:28:18
switch to let me see

1:28:23
and so if I share so this is the

1:28:27
on the GHL side. It's here, okay. Is it showing inside the the live listing? So if we go to your SDI live site, is it showing? That's good question. Let me check. I

1:28:43
on.

1:28:57
Unit is not is

1:29:01
it something in my settings? Maybe?

1:29:06
Let's go

1:29:08
ahead and try to add it inside the zip code field on the back end of SDI. Okay.

1:29:18
And then save and then see if that doesn't show up.

1:29:24
Error updating data.

1:29:28
Let's, can we refresh the frame here? Oh, there it goes. Looks like it just added it. Okay, let me just, I'll just hit update again, make sure. Okay. Okay, cool. So let's go back to the live listing. Okay, refresh.

1:29:46
There it is. Okay. So when you did the when you did the upload,

1:29:52
how did you map the zip code field? Did you map it properly to the contact zip code field I mapped?

1:30:00
To postal code, which is what it shows in my GHL.

1:30:04
Okay, yeah, that sounds correct.

1:30:07
So see if it's a see if there's a different one that says zip code when I'm mapping.

1:30:14
No, I think it is postal code. I

1:30:18
don't think the name has changed. Believe it still says postal code.

1:30:23
Okay,

1:30:27
so maybe, just

1:30:29
maybe I should try just doing an update upload and see whether it fixes it. Maybe it was just a glitch that day. Yeah, it could have been. And if I mean, when you're doing that upload, and you're mapping your fields and you're uploading a CSV file, just double check, do a search for for the word zip code. See if there isn't a secondary I'm pretty sure there's just one. It's just postal code. Don't think there's a secondary field, okay, but that's the only thing I can think of, is it just didn't get mapped properly. Because it should, as long as it's mapped correctly, it should flow directly in here without any issues. There is a secondary field for ZIP Code. Oh, there

1:31:10
is,

1:31:13
and then also for time zone. It didn't, didn't come over.

1:31:18
Dorn with that secondary field

1:31:22
is there? Is it? Is it the zip code field, then, is the one that maps correctly and not the postal code field that maps correctly here in SEO? Yes, zip code is specifically, I believe, for us, and postal can take, like European postal codes and got it other countries. I believe that's the difference. Okay,

1:31:42
so I would try then using the zip code, okay, and mapping that one, okay, just for interest sake. Postal Code is Canadian, which is, which is me. Most of my clients are American, though, so it's fine,

1:31:57
okay, and the time zone didn't move over either. Is there a secondary time zone?

1:32:05
I don't think so. No, I think there's only a single time zone field.

1:32:10
Okay,

1:32:11
well, I'll just presume there was a glitch on that one, and I'll double check I thought I had done zip code, but it goes into poster food online, but I will double check that. And then one last question, which I'm sure I know the answer to, for the links to the Google business profile, is there any way to automate that if I actually have the URL? Is there any way to do that?

1:32:37
I haven't seen anybody do that, as far as my knowledge, I think it's, it's a manual process because of the way the API is using, being used, probably right, because it's, yeah, when you're when you're basically the way that that field works, is it that field is tied directly to the to the Google Maps API. So when you do a search for the business, it pulls that data in, it pulls the map data and pulls the review data directly in by doing that search in that field. So I don't know if you paste a link, I don't think, yeah,

1:33:07
that's what I thought. I just wanted to double check. Okay, awesome. Yeah, no problem.

1:33:15
Dorn, I know you had your hand up a couple of times. Did you have a question? And there's gonna say I imported with the contact field and everything. Imported just fine. 56 businesses just now, and they were, they met exactly correct.

1:33:32
Okay,

1:33:33
I know JB has got his hand up. JB did? Did you finish doing that import?

1:33:38
It hasn't finished, but the first batch came through, and it looks perfect.

1:33:44
I don't know what it is, okay. Well, I did change my my lead scraper a couple of weeks ago, so maybe the CSV file, something's in there. I don't know,

1:33:57
interesting, okay, but everything mapped correctly. The full business name is now showing in first name. Yep, full business name. And I went ahead and put the business tag on some of them, and they show up. So everything's great.

1:34:10
Okay, I guess we won't worry about it.

1:34:15
Then Awesome. All right, Jason,

1:34:19
Hey, Jason. Hey guys, yeah, in the same along the same subject there,

1:34:26
I do have some

1:34:28
new contacts I wanted to put in, and I have both the owners names and the business names

1:34:37
and then, but it's been a while since I've done it with the new the

1:34:42
new instructor. Instructions and everything.

1:34:45
And I missed earlier part of this. So

1:34:49
do I, when I look at this and I'm I'm seeing it's where you have to check off your contacts and or companies and opportunities and.

1:35:01
Uh, should I be doing it as companies and also having the owner information in there as well? Or yeah, so I think eventually we're going to move to that format. But right now, we're not so I so we're still putting all the details into a contact record, a single contact record. So the way that we've kind of instructed people in the past is if you do have first name and last name, or even just first name of the owner of the business, then instead of putting the owner of the business's name in the first name field, you create a custom field called owner's first name, and then place that in that field. So when you're doing your mapping, you would just create a new column in your spreadsheet called owner first name, and then inside high level you'd create a custom field called owner first name, just make sure that they map correctly right. And then in the and then when you do the upload again, the business name. This is what we were specifically just talking about. The full business name needs to be in the standard default first name field for high level for a contact record. Okay, yeah, but that way, that would allow you to have create a contact record correctly, so that the listing shows up in SDI, but also save the owner's name

1:36:23
associated with the exact same record,

1:36:26
and then you could build workflows or emails or anything that you want, and you could reference that merge field, that owner first name, merge field, so you could say hi, owner first name and call them out by name in the email. Does that make sense? Yeah. What is that mapped over to the owner name? What

1:36:49
do you mean? What is it mapped over to from the like, if I put in, if I if I name the column, the owner name is, just map over to owner name into in the GHL, right? Yeah. So in your CSV file, you'll create a column called owner's first name, and then inside, before you do your import, you'll go into high level and you'll go under Custom Fields, and you'll create a custom field called owner first name. So it's, it doesn't need to be called owner first name. I'm the main point is it, whatever the whatever you name the field, name it the same thing in the spreadsheet that'll make mapping them a lot easier.

1:37:29
Okay, yeah. Does that make sense? Is there looking at the the new instructions, website and stuff, is that?

1:37:39
Is all that in the build the leads list. Is that the same? Because it looks like it's talking about building it with AI, but all I got to do is

1:37:48
load the CSV.

1:37:53
I'm not sure what you're referencing. Are you talking about generating a leads list?

1:37:58
I just want to load my CSV, and I was looking for the latest instructions on that, the instruction video, oh, okay,

1:38:08
Steph or rachika, do you have a link that we can share with Jason That's

1:38:14
with a video or some instructions on how to upload A CSV file

1:38:20
in contacts? We have that. Yeah, let me take you, where does the mapping and everything. It's just been a while, and it's pretty simple. When it when you get to the mapping screen, Jason, it's going to show you, it's going to say what it's going to show you, what it shows or what it sees in the CSV file as the column header. So whatever you put in that column header. That's why I'm saying, like in that column header, just make sure that the names match. It's easier. It'll be because the system will automatically match them up if they if the names match exactly. Yeah, I've kind of remembered that happening, but I don't know, like,

1:38:59
the the CSV that I have that I got is the labels that aren't, they don't look like

1:39:05
they're going to match. So I wanted to get like something to reference, so I could go ahead and change those beforehand. And yep, yep, that's Yeah. I think rachika Just dropped a link there in the chat for adding and removing listings. Let me see.

1:39:21
Hopefully there should be instructions on here.

1:39:25
Let me see if I can just okay, there's on that page too,

1:39:36
adding, removing listings. Okay, yeah,

1:39:39
because I want to create a smart list for it and everything

1:39:44
so I can group them all together. Yeah,

1:39:49
okay, that link. So if you go to that site, there's a ton of stuff on that site, tons of videos, everything's organized in different categories on the left hand menu. So.

1:40:00
So

1:40:01
if that's not exactly what you're looking for, just kind of go through there and see if you can't find what you're looking at. There's also a search bar there on the left hand side, yeah, but there's quite a bit in there, so it should be in there. Should be able to find it, but, yeah, you'll go through that. You'll you'll just map the columns to the fields inside high level. It's as simple as just clicking and selecting what you want to map.

1:40:26
And then once that's done, once the mapping process is done, then you'll, you'll proceed through the import process, but that should walk you through it.

1:40:36
Yeah. Okay, great. That should do it. Okay? Thank you. Awesome.

1:40:41
Right? Any other questions?

1:40:49
No, thank you so much. Okay, cool. Thanks, Jason,

1:40:53
right? Anybody else, any other questions?

1:40:58
If not, we're gonna probably just wrap this call up couple minutes early.

1:41:03
It was a good call. We got through some good stuff.

1:41:08
Cool, yeah, it looks like there's, there's no other questions. All right, guys, well, this has been awesome. Thank you so much for showing up. This is the SDA I call again. We do these calls every Tuesday, usually for about two hours. Take your questions, get through any issues that you guys are facing,

1:41:24
you had. You've heard me mention it a couple different times here on the call. Actually here looks like JB, you got a question?

1:41:32
Yeah, I got quick

1:41:36
one

1:41:39
kind of the the plan that I have, I think I signed up accidentally for multiple.

1:41:45
So is there a huge difference in the multiple because I'm only using one directory, I've only been using and I don't have a

1:41:54
reason to use another one. So

1:41:58
how do I get that plan, like switched over, whatever. So what I would do is, we posted a couple times, but here's the support link.

1:42:12
Chat, yeah, just go, go to the support link, drop a support ticket, and just let them know what you'd like to do, that you'd like to switch that plan, and they'll be able to get that taken care of for you. Okay, thanks. Okay, awesome.

1:42:27
And looks like one more. James,

1:42:30
yeah, I have two directories. One of them I've had set up for like,

1:42:36
close to a month now, and the second one I'm I'm just getting set up. And the first one, I have everything

1:42:44
properly wired and plumbed in for me to make a test payment and have it go through and get all the notifications. And then the second one, I I swear I have everything set up the same, but when I go to actually upgrade from a free listing to a premium listing, like when I click on that button to to get a premium listing, nothing happens. I can't figure out what is not set up correctly on that

1:43:12
second one, can you share your screen? Yeah, so we

1:43:16
can kind of take a look see what's going on.

1:43:38
Okay, so

1:43:41
let's see here. This is the one that

1:43:44
isn't, isn't set up, right, I guess. And then this other one is the one that's set up as Can you tell me where I might look to see what,

1:43:55
what might not be set up, right?

1:43:58
One more time, what's what's happening, what you're experiencing. So I have, I have two directories. One of them is set up where I

1:44:11
like if I click on this upgrade now button, it allows me to go through the whole payment flow, like, actually for a payment to be collected, and then, you know, everything that happens downstream of that happens just right. But then

1:44:27
on the other account, I click on the button and nothing happens.

1:44:32
So it might not be connected to stripe, right, right? And that's,

1:44:38
that's, that's what I was thinking. And that's, I mean, I, I have it connected

1:44:44
on both accounts.

1:44:50
We need to check the plans. If the links are added over to Right, yeah, that's, that was my next thing.

1:44:57
Yeah, if we go back to your other site and go into your plan.

1:45:00
Plans,

1:45:02
which site, the one that is working or isn't working is not working,

1:45:07
okay,

1:45:13
yeah, and then let's go under what plan was that, that you were the premium listing? Okay, yeah, go ahead and let's look at that one

1:45:24
so,

1:45:28
so annual price,

1:45:33
okay, click, click the Next button there.

1:45:37
So those are all turned on. Yeah, okay,

1:45:43
trial period, what's, what's the name of your site? So I can just take a look real quick,

1:45:49
community link directory,

1:45:52
and the What are you? Are you wondering about? The one that is working or isn't working for is not, yeah, it's not working. So it's community link directory, or, sorry, it's, I can just put in the chat too, but it's emerald Valley, dot community link directory.com, so

1:46:30
and then also, I was having some other issues last week, and I gave you all access to my go high level account. So I don't know if there's something in there that you can look at and see if it's not wired correctly.

1:46:50
Great plan what we may need, and you already have a ticket going for this. Yes. James, okay.

1:46:59
Rachika, are you able to pull up his ticket?

1:47:03
Yeah, let me check.

1:47:19
James. Can you drop a link to that that page right there, that Plan page, yeah, I

1:47:47
I think we received your ticket just today, so we didn't reply. It okay. We still need to check in, and I have one question, like, I think I saw like three plans inside of the smart directory, AI, but there are just two on this page,

1:48:07
right so there would be, there would be three.

1:48:11
Like the what we're looking at on this page right here is for an account that's already claimed their listing. So you don't see the free one, you just see the upgrades. Okay, got it yep,

1:48:34
James, I'm able to pull it up. I'm able to pull up.

1:48:38
So when you click upgrade now yes, it's shows me the credit card form. Yeah, also seeing that too. I wonder. That's strange, because as a business, like doing it from

1:48:53
a contact, like a dummy business that I set up as a contact, when I click through, I tried it several times and wasn't working. But I do see that it is working as just going to the plans page, so I don't know. That doesn't make any sense to

1:49:10
me. Okay, well, you've got a support ticket, so what I would do is maybe

1:49:15
reply back to that support ticket and show them that specific use case, like you can access it here, but when you're when you have a dummy, when you set up that dummy business, and then you try to access it, if you're still seeing that issue, I would just shoot a quick little loom video and attach that to your support ticket so we can look into it and see if we if there, if there really is an issue, or if it's user error, or whatever it is, we'll get to the bottom of it. Okay, cool, okay,

1:49:46
yeah, go ahead. I just claimed a business, and I am on the same screen as James, and I'm able to

1:49:55
pull this correct

1:49:58
I'm not seeing it.

1:50:00
Okay,

1:50:01
all right, that sounds good. I'll test it again. Do you want me to share my screen and show you? No, I mean, I believe you, because I can see. I mean, it's

1:50:12
it.

1:50:13
Sometimes you should have received my claim request as well. So I just created my account and claimed the business, and then I'm on the screen similar to what you are seeing on your side. So I'm clicking on both the buttons for upgrade now, and these are working totally fine.

1:50:33
Okay,

1:50:36
alright, well, maybe it was just some mystery thing that the wires were across somewhere that wasn't visible when I was trying to try a different browser. Or, yeah, it could be a cash error or something.

1:50:48
Okay, cool. Well, you guys fixed it. Thank you.

1:50:55
Awesome. Cool. All right, thanks, James, thank you.

1:51:00
All right, guys, we're going to wrap it up. Thank you guys, everybody for for joining us again. This is the SDA I call if you guys have questions between now and next Tuesday, please don't.
