Right, welcome everybody. Welcome, welcome. Happy Tuesday. Hope everybody's everybody's doing well. This is the SDAI call. If you guys are new, go ahead and click on the hand raise icon down at the the bottom of the Google Meet window. That will get you in line to get your question to answered, and we'll go ahead and start calling on people. But hope everybody's having a great day. I know we had some trouble with domains. Rachika and I were just talking about it, and it sounds like the devs have pushed a new update out through the system that resolves the whole A record C name issue, I know we we were facing that last week with a few people, but I believe that's all done. That should all be taken care of. But if anybody's having trouble with that or anything else, feel free raise your hand. Let's go ahead and get to some questions. And yeah, we'd love to help you guys here. Yeah, Dana, go right ahead.

1:14
I am having issues. Let's see. Do you see my screen?

1:22
Not yet, but go ahead and share. We'll take a look.

1:26
I'm trying to figure out where to share. Here we go. I think this is it. Okay. Gosh, I'm trying to. I can't figure this this out. Anyway, do you see triangles trusted roofing right here?

1:59
I do. Yep.

2:00
Okay, I'm trying to add a consumer tag to it, and I understand when you click here, you go to add tags, and then there's a drop down, but the but the the drop down is not displaying a consumer tag, and so I'm curious how to get that fixed. How to find the consumer tag?

2:30
So, do you see at the top of the menu above the table? It says "Add Tag. Do you see where that is?

2:37
Okay. I see. Add contact.

2:43
So, right above triangles trusted roofing, you'll see contact name, right? And then right above contact name, you'll see contact selected. Select all four. Export. Trigger automation. Send email. Do you see those?

3:02
Yeah, that is what I clicked on.

3:05
You clicked on ad tag from there.

3:07
Yep. Uh huh. Okay.

3:08
And then what happened when you clicked on that? Can you do that for me real quick?

3:13
For some reason, I'm not showing my. I don't know how to access my live screen. Let's see. Although it's showing here, exit full screen. Can you see now?

3:37
Oh yeah, now I can see your mouse.

3:38
Okay, yeah,

3:39
here we go.

3:40
This is it. Okay, whenever I click the select tags, there's only three tags that's showing.

3:48
Can you do a search for consumer in that search bar? The search bar right below it. So click click on select tags, and then that search bar right there. So it doesn't seem to be showing up, but you can create one. So it may be just that you don't have any consumers in your system yet. That might be what it is. That is

4:16
correct.

4:17
Yeah.

4:18
So so I click that.

4:21
Yep, it's already added, and now you just give it a name. So in the action name, you can go ahead and just write something in there. It doesn't really matter what it is. Put tag added or whatever you want to put. Okay, and that'll show up here in any second.

4:43
There we go.

4:44
It's already been added. I think you already did that, right? So just refresh the page, and you should see it over in the tag column on the far right. There, it should be already applied.

5:17
Um.

5:18
Yeah, he's not showing yet. Go ahead and click into. Go ahead and click on Triangles Trusted Roofing. I actually click on the name of it, and then right there at the top, you see where it says Tags. Right on the on the left-hand side, underneath, yeah, right. So we're you see the name Triangles Trusted Roofing. Keep going down. Move your mouse down right. Oh, up just a little bit. Up just a little bit to the left. You'll see tags. There you go. Yep. Go ahead and click the plus button there. Let's just try to add it right from here, and then just go ahead and hit consumer. There you go. There you go.

6:05
Okay. Well, great then. I've got one more question, and that question is the terms of service and the privacy policy. They're both being cut off, and I don't know why. And the way that I'm accessing it is through the sites. And I'm just copying the link because I don't have the domain connected because I connected the name through Smart Directory.

6:58
Okay. Yeah, that's. I think what you're referring to is the full page script, Rachika. What was that? Where do we find that? And here's the full page.

7:14
Yeah, the

7:15
script for the full page.

7:17
Yeah, because you're. I don't. I think he's having. He said you're having problems, Dana, scrolling down through the whole page, right? It just cuts off. Right,

7:24
he's got right. He's got 18 right right here, and this one is only showing five.

7:32
Okay, is that script inside of our smart directory help?

7:38
Yes, it's here. Yes, I will share it in the chat. Yeah, here if you scroll down, so script is there. On step six.

7:54
Let me see step six.

8:05
Okay, and is there script here to copy? Oh, there it is. Okay, got it. Okay, so Dana, what you want to do? Can you see that link that Rachika just shared in the chat?

8:22
Gosh, I'm trying to. No, I, I can't even find chat, Cameron. Okay,

8:34
so what you'll do is just you can stop the share, find that link, and then you're going to need to scroll down to section six, and just below, kind of the the little GIF that's playing, there's a black JavaScript box with the code, and you'll want to copy that entire code, and then once you do, then go ahead and share your screen again. I'll show you where to put this.

9:12
Okay. Oh, it's step six. Did you say?

9:19
Correct. Yep.

9:22
Modify page content. Really don't see. Okay, let me see if I can share my screen again. Okay. Maybe if I maybe if I share the entire window.

10:10
Now, can you see my perfect? Yep, I can see it. So yeah, just go scroll down. Yeah, there's step six. That's weird. Yeah, just keep scrolling down for me. 345, There's six. Keep going. There it is. So there's the code block right there. So this is what we need to copy. So go ahead and if you scroll to the bottom of that black box in the right corner, exactly. Yep. So that copies everything. Now we'll go back into high level. Go ahead and click edit for this page.

10:46
Okay,

10:49
you're in the right place. Yep. Go ahead and just click edit there. Yep. And now in the top left corner, there's a little plus button. You see that top left corner?

11:10
Up left, yes.

11:12
Okay, yep. Go ahead and click that, and then in the search bar, you'll type in code. So we're going to find the code block. There it is. Go ahead and drag that over. Oh, I lost it. Yeah, just go back. Do the same thing. Just hold down your mouse and then drag it onto the canvas in the center of the screen. You can put it above the terms or right there. Yeah, that's fine. Doesn't matter where it goes. Yeah, that's fine right there. Now go ahead and click into it. Go ahead and click on it, and then on the right hand side, open the code editor. Now just paste that code, hit save. Yep, and then top right corner, save and publish.

11:53
It's doing the same thing, asking me to select a domain, and the domain is not showing up, and. And

12:03
I can show you how to do that. That's fine. We can close that. Let's just go ahead and make sure that the live page still that it's working properly now. So you've already saved it. Let's go back. Go to

12:18
terms.

12:21
So go ahead and refresh that. Let's make sure that this works. There you go.

12:26
Oh, perfect. Okie dokie. That's all I need. I can do the privacy.

12:31
Okay. Yep. You're good then. Any other questions you have,

12:35
Dana? Not right now. Thanks very much. I appreciate your help.

12:38
Of course. No problem.

12:40
Yeah. Yeah, Jason. Oh, you can finish with him. Sorry,

12:45
that's okay. Yeah, Sean, go right ahead.

12:47
Oh, yeah. So I'm trying to migrate my snapshot over to over to GHL, and here I'll share. I think I can share window. Window. This one. Show this one. Okay, so I don't know if you can see. I've been sending like three different help pages. I go to manage client. In in here, I'll go down to. Here's the website. Here, I think you you go to us actions load snapshot, and then um, it's only vertical in here. I can't find uh, Tom had me like on two different pages. I can't find the option he was giving me. Did you know how to like migrate that snapshot over into GHL?

13:50
Yeah. Well, let's let's check and see if it actually got imported first.

13:54
Okay.

13:55
So if you go back, go back into high level for me, real quick.

14:01
Yeah.

14:04
And then right there on the left-hand side, underneath subaccounts, you'll see account snapshots.

14:09
Yeah, I created one already. I created the backup already.

14:16
Okay. Go to imported. Yeah. Across the top. Let's see. Did it come in? Okay, so it looks like you never imported anything. Okay. Or if you did, if you tried to, it wasn't successful because it's not showing here. So if you imported it, it would show here. So let's go find the link. So you're talking about the SDAI snapshot?

14:37
Yeah. Well, I created I created this one. This I created this manually. It's not like an imported one. I just went off Tom's. I went off a Tom help page. Tom Gaddis help page.

14:50
Oh, this SDA, this snapshot right here that you created.

14:53
Yeah, I created it myself.

14:54
Oh, okay. Yeah, that's fine. That'll work.

14:57
It'll work.

14:57
So you want to you want to use that. Inside of

15:05
okay, so if I want to

15:06
use this inside of your inside your SDAI account, right, or your your sub account.

15:11
Well, I'd like to use his on the one that I paid for, but

15:16
so you don't want to use this one right here that you created.

15:20
No, I like to use Tom's because I can't find. It's not migrating over from the the smart directory AI thing I purchased.

15:30
Got it. Okay, let's let's see here. Snap should not.

15:47
Should I just go ahead and delete this? Because I don't think it's.

15:53
Yeah, if you don't want to use it, that's fine. Okay, you're fine to delete it. Rachika, I'm doing a search for the snapshot, and I'm not finding it inside.

16:04
Which one, Jason? The

16:06
newest one inside the help section here.

16:11
I just shared in the chat. Oh, you did. Did you see the link? Yes.

16:16
Got

16:19
it. We move that to the bottom on the left menu on the help page. Oh, that's why I think that's friendly. Yes,

16:26
got it. Okay, so Sean, yeah, right here. So underneath the video where it says, "Click here to import your Smart Directory AI snapshot. That link, yeah, go ahead and click that.

16:43
Oh yes, import now. Use custom show. All right.

16:47
No, you can you can use the same name. That's easier if you just let it keep the same name.

16:52
All right, and then hit this back to snapshots.

16:54
Correct. Yep.

16:56
Okay.

16:57
And now what you'll do is you'll go to your sub account on the left-hand side, and you should see that. So go ahead and click on the name of the sub account.

17:08
Oh, this one here.

17:09
Yeah, you can just click on it; it'll open it up. And then in the top right corner, under Actions, yep, Load Snapshot, and then it should be right there at the very top. If you scroll back up, there was

17:23
imported. Okay, that's the one Tom showed. Awesome. Thank you. Thank you. Of

17:27
course. Yeah. Any other any other questions?

17:29
That's it, man. Thank you.

17:31
Awesome. No worries. Right, Paul. How you doing, Paul?

17:39
I am doing great, thank you.

17:42
Awesome.

17:43
I really appreciate your guys doing this every week. It's in value. Oh yeah, of

17:47
course.

17:49
I have a question about. I I received an email from Go High Level, and it says that I should do an email verification because they showed that some of my emails might be undeliverable, and I know that's a pay service. But how I don't I don't how do I activate that, and should I? Is

18:22
there any way you can just show me the the message that you got from them, just so I can confirm exactly what they're talking about here?

18:30
Maybe.

18:35
Yeah, I I just don't want to steer you in the wrong direction.

18:39
Yeah, I need to find it. It'll be closed, ready now. Well, golly gee, I thought I was ready for you, and now I guess I'm now.

19:01
That's okay.

19:12
Yeah. Can I just copy it and put it in the chat, or you want me to share my email screen?

19:20
Whatever you're most comfortable with, I don't. It doesn't matter to me. I just wanted to see the message. Okay. Let's see. So, scan your latest contact import. Following in regard to the email addresses deliverable, 80-5% is high risk. 11. Okay. So that's all it's saying. Okay. Active email verification can eliminate. Okay. Got it. All right. Yeah. So what they're saying here, Paul, is this this is something that I've talked about on several other other Tuesdays. I'm not sure if you were around for for one of those calls, but it's really important anytime you upload a list of contacts, regardless of where you get these lists from whether you're getting them from us, or you're buying lists online, or you're using your own tool to scrape lists together, and you're getting email addresses. It's always a really good thing to do to to verify those email addresses. I use a third party tool called Neverbounce. I've been using them for years, they're very inexpensive. They work on a credit system. It's not a monthly subscription. You just buy a set of credits. Then you, anytime you have a list, you upload the list. You have them scan it. It's a, it's you know one credit basically per email address, and then they tell you which ones are valid, which ones are not valid, right? So high level has their own kind of system that they scan. They'll scan emails as well when you first bring them into your system, and that's what they were telling you here. They're like, when you did an upload, your upload of contacts triggered this email, this automated email to be sent to you, and what they found was that it looked like there was a high risk of the email addresses that you uploaded were potentially not verifiable, meaning they could potentially bounce. Maybe they're bad emails. Maybe the people the email address is no good anymore. Whatever, that that's what they determined. So there's two things. There's the never bounce thing that I recommend, which is always verify emails before you even bring them into High Level, and then secondly, that High Level also has their own verification tool that we can turn on inside of High Level, and that's what that's the second part to this email. That's what they're telling you is we recommend or they recommend you turning that on, so that you verify. Me personally, I do both. I verify through Never Bounce before I upload the list, and I also do a second verification through High Level using their internal tool. The reason I do that is because that keeps my sender reputation really, really high. My bounce rate is below 1% It's usually half a percent or lower because I do both of those things.

22:30
Okay, so that leads me to two questions. One, I already uploaded this list, and you I did it wrong the first time, and you guys helped me do it the second time. Should I delete it and then put it through Never Bounce and then upload it again, or what do you recommend? I mean, if

22:46
you haven't, if you haven't sent anything, if you haven't done anything with the list, I'd say sure. I mean, might as well like get the practice. There's nothing wrong with doing that.

22:55
Okay, and then secondly, how do I turn that thing on inside of high level,

23:02
yeah. So what you'll do? Go back to the agency settings, and

23:14
let's see here.

23:19
Just trying to locate it on my end for you, real quick. I think it's under. Yeah, there it is. So go to settings.

23:27
It's pretty inexpensive. I think it's 250 for 1000 emails or something.

23:32
What's that? Never bounce.

23:34
No, this one in go high level.

23:36
Yeah, it's very inexpensive. Both of them are. Yep. Go to email services. And then go to cross that off, and then click on Advanced Settings, and then we'll click on Automatically Enable Email Verification for New Sub Accounts. And then what we'll do is now we need to turn it on for your sub account. I'm I'm having you turn it on there first. That way, any new sub account that you do, this will already be in place. You'll never have to think about this again.

24:08
Okay. So now go back to the other.

24:15
Yeah, and then it's going to be. Let's see. Yeah, just if you hit the go back button and then

24:25
switch to my directory sub account.

24:32
No, no, no. It's sorry, sub accounts. Go ahead and click on sub accounts on the left there. And then let's go to yeah. Go ahead and click into the sub account, and then go to advanced settings, and then scroll down for me. Okay, so enable re-verification is already turned on, so that's good. Okay, and now finally, now we can go into the sub account itself, and then if you go ahead and click on Settings one more time, and then click on Okay, you're already on Business Profile. Now scroll down, and then on the right hand side should say Verify Email. Do you see that little box? Verify Email Address when first name or first email sets new contact. Yep, go ahead and click that. Perfect. There you go.

25:46
There's no save here. No.

25:47
Nope. Those are all the settings. So now you're 100. Now you're you're totally set up. So now every new sub account, it'll it should automatically turn that on for you, so you never have to worry about it. And all those settings will be activated for a new subacca, and it's and it's activated for this one as well.

26:06
Okay.

26:08
And so, like, yeah. So, what I would recommend is you can go into your contacts. You can delete the excuse me. You can delete the entire list of contacts. Take that same spreadsheet of of leads, upload that CSV file into Never Bounce. Have Never Bounce scrub the list. Then you'll take the fully verified list. So if you upload 1900 of them come back as verified, you'll only upload those 900 Take those 900 upload those in here, and then High Level is going to do their own verification when you send out an email to those 900

26:48
Okay,

26:50
but that again, that just really helps protect your sender reputation and your bounce rate if you do that. And the reason why that's important is if your reputation gets tarnished and your domain gets tarnished, it can get blacklisted. Emails can be filtered automatically; they won't even land in the inbox. They'll just be filtered to spam, or they'll be completely filtered out by the email providers and not delivered all at all, not even to the spam box.

27:21
Okay, so you're recommending that the other 500 that I have, other than this latest list, I get rid of all those too. Yikes!

27:30
Oh, I I wasn't okay. So you have two lists that you've uploaded. Is that what you're saying?

27:35
No, I have. That's just the last list I uploaded. I have about 500 or 600 contacts in there that I've uploaded, but I never, I never. You haven't done anything with them,

27:50
yeah, Paul. If if you haven't done anything with them, then there's no reason not to delete them. Like if you don't have any history, like you haven't you haven't emailed them, you haven't talked to them, then my recommendation would be to combine the lists. So if if the combined list is 500 contexts, that's some that are already in high level. That's some that are in a spreadsheet somewhere. I would combine all of them all together and then upload them to Never Bounce. Do it as one giant list.

28:17
Okay, and then just go in and delete the bad ones instead of and just go

28:20
ahead and delete everybody out. Yeah.

28:23
Okay. Okay. I have another question. Thank you for sure.

28:27
Of course.

28:27
And this is just not knowing how to use high level, but we have this workflow for free listing outreach, and it has this thing here, email warmup. I can see that we have an email one, an email two, an email three, and an email four. But what what is this email warm up? I don't have anything for that.

28:55
Go ahead and click on it, and then scroll down on the right-hand side.

29:02
Oh yeah, go ahead.

29:04
Yeah, go ahead and click on it. If you click the three dots, should be able to open that up. Yeah, go ahead and edit design. So here's the email. the The reason why we call this a warm up email is we're not really we're not sending any type of link or anything in this email. We're we're essentially just trying to get a response out of them, and that's what this email is really designed for.

29:37
Okay,

29:38
and that's why they're calling it the warm up email. It's kind of the first email in this in the sequence, right? Okay, and this is really geared to get a response. When you're when you're doing cold email, every metric is measured by these email providers, including response rate, right? Like if you. Call were to send me an email, 99.9% chance I'm going to respond. Right, like we're sending emails between each other. Like anytime you send a an email to somebody you know, they they most likely respond. And so, like all these email service providers, they keep track of those types of things. And so, when somebody sends out like 500 emails at a time, and the response rate is like less than 1% or really low. That immediately raises a red flag. Like why why are people not responding to this? This is not normal behavior. This must be spam. This must be like something else, right? So, what the goal here of any type of cold email campaign is to make it look as human as possible. That involves trying to get responses, because if we can get responses, that sends positive signals back to the email providers. Hey, this this email is legit.

30:57
Okay. All right. So how do how do I initiate this? Like how do I start the process? I know I need to clean my list up first, but how do I actually engage this free listing outreach?

31:20
So it's already published, and I believe is it turned on? In let's go ahead and check out your Smart Directory AI, but it should be turned on inside there as well. Let's see here. I'm trying to find my demo account so I can direct you the right way.

31:47
Wow, people are really staying on there for five minutes.

32:02
Okay, I think it's under, yeah, it's under settings. So if you go ahead and click on settings there, Paul, and then workflow mapping. Oh, I'm. I apologize, Paul. It's at the. So if you click on SDAI, you go back to SDAI.

32:28
What

32:29
aren't we there now? Where am I going?

32:33
So scroll to the very bottom. There it is at the very bottom. There.

32:39
Okay.

32:42
And then go to settings at the top. Sorry, at the top of the page. Yep, your your your mouse was just on it right there. There you go. And then underneath here, workflow mapping.

33:08
I guess the Verizon one gigabyte isn't really one gigabyte. Not really one gigabyte, huh?

33:19
What in the world? go

33:33
back and try it again,

33:41
Rachika. As long as his workflow mappings are correct here, when he uploads that list, it should trigger off correctly. Or I mean, correct

33:50
for free listing outreach.

33:52
Yes.

33:53
No, we need to add manually.

33:59
Yeah. Don't do. I have to select each person I want to send it to. Yes,

34:03
so the process is like after you added your CSB, you you will add the tag business so that they are added as business listing, and then you will select all of them from the contacts, and then you will manually add them to the free listing outreach workflow, and that's it. That's the only manual thing that you will do.

34:25
Okay, and since I haven't sent any out yet, I should start. I shouldn't send them all, right? I should do 10 or 20 or.

34:33
Yes, you will start in a drip mode.

34:36
Yeah. Okay. I don't know why this isn't loading. Okay.

34:41
Yeah. So the drip mode is under the contacts, Paul. So when you go ahead and select all the contacts that you want to add, there'll be an option. When you click after you select all the contacts you want to add, you'll click on Add Trigger. I believe is what they're calling it now. What is it? Let me see. It's under contacts trigger automation. Sorry, so it's called trigger automation. So you'll click the trigger automation button, and then there's a selection in there. It's called mode, and you'll click on send in drip mode, and that will allow you to schedule contacts to be slowly dripped into that automation.

35:27
Okay.

35:28
Okay.

35:31
Okay.

35:32
When this loads, though, what I would double check is on the workflow mapping. You want to make sure that all of your workflows are mapped correctly and that they were selected in here. Once that loads, so we we could circle back around if you want, but I would just watch this page, just double check it, make sure because once you kick off that initial automation, it's important that these are all mapped correctly so that the lead follows the the proper process through the the additional automations.

36:04
Okay. All right. Well, it'll either be later or next Tuesday at this rate.

36:11
All right.

36:12
Thank you.

36:13
Awesome. Thanks, Paul. Stephanie, how can we help you?

36:18
Hello. I was in that crowd of people this weekend having domain issues.

36:26
Oh, okay.

36:28
Well, little one sec. I so it was cool to hear that it got fixed, but I so I went and tried it again, and it's still not really comfortable. No cares. So when I let's see when I where to go when I tried it again earlier, it doesn't let me use the at as the host at sign,

37:02
okay.

37:02
If I put in www as the host, it'll let me actually save it. But then when I try to connect it, it says my DNS record is invalid. So either way,

37:14
who are you on? Are you using GoDaddy or I'm on Pork

37:17
Bun?

37:18
Pork Bun. Okay, yeah, I know pork bun. I think we were having issues with both GoDaddy and pork bun because of that. So, what you'll need to do with pork bun, I believe, is you'll need to create some sort of a redirect. So, basically, what the way that it works is you're saying, "Hey, if so, you were able to add the www, correct? Right. So you're able to add www. So what you need to do now is you need to set up a redirect that takes the regular domain and points it to the www. And Port Bun should give you an option to set up that redirect. Sometimes they call it something. Every register is a little bit different. I would look for something like redirect or what's the other name that use? Yeah, I would just look for that. Let's let's see if we can't find that first, because that's most likely the issue. If it accepted the www, what it's saying is that the root domain is still not accounted for, and so that's why we need to point the root to the C name, which is www, and www is then connected to our servers, so it should fix should fix all all aspects of the domain pointing.

38:54
See if I can get this up. So, do we we don't need A records anymore?

39:00
Well, it I guess the so the whole idea, the reason why we made this change, is that with A records, it's a static IP address, so it's one IP. If for whatever reason the IP address that we use has to change, like something gets compromised, something like there's an issue with our IP where we need to rotate it. What that means for all of you guys is that the second we rotate it, all of your sites break. So what we're trying to do is we're trying to prevent that for the future. So by using a C name, if we rotate the IP, nothing breaks for you guys, all of your sites continue to work. We continue to function as a company, continue to improve upon the platform, and make things better. Right. So that's the whole reason why we made that shift because it's better long term. If you're having, if you're still having issues, I would say. You can revert to the IP to the A record right now. If that works for you, then I would stick with that for right now until everything else gets worked out. But I know that they are coming up with a solution for. I know Pork Bun was on that list, GoDaddy was on that list, something else. I there was another one or two registers that were on that list, where they're creating kind of a workaround for you guys. So you can either like, depending on like, if you need the site up and running right now, I would say maybe revert back to the to the A record and just run that. But just know that in the next probably week, we're going to send out a statement and tell you that you know everything's been fixed, and there's there's also been an update for these other registers.

40:48
Where do I find the A record if I need to go that? I don't need it like today or tomorrow even, but if I need it before the big fix comes,

40:57
Rachika, do we do you have that a record by chance? I

41:05
can check, Jason.

41:06
Okay.

41:07
Yeah, I can check.

41:12
Great. Well, thank you. Appreciate it.

41:13
But I, yeah, I would look into also maybe just testing like that redirect that I told you about.

41:19
Yeah.

41:21
And see see if that doesn't work for Pork Bun. But like I said, I know the team's aware of it, and they are working on a solution for both Pork Bun, GoDaddy, and a couple others.

41:33
All right, sounds good. Appreciate it.

41:35
Okay, yeah, no worries. We'll keep you updated. You still have a ticket with us, Stephanie.

41:41
I think I haven't been told that it's been closed. So

41:44
okay, good. Okay, yeah. Just just communicate with the team through that ticket, and oh, awesome! Richika just responded with that A record or with the IP for the A record.

41:57
Got it. Thank you both of you.

42:01
Cool. Anything else? I'm

42:02
afraid. Do Do you think that this IP address work, like this A record would work?

42:10
I'm not sure. I I haven't been told by anybody that it's been shut down. Yeah, because

42:15
if if your existing website is not working on the A record, then it is recommended that we add C name record, and this has been told by Cameron and the dev team.

42:27
Right, right,

42:28
yeah.

42:31
But the, as far as I'm, I was aware of the, the plan was to institute this new procedure with the C name because of the IP address, but we were not going to force everybody to move over to the C name just yet. So the IP. So that's

42:51
correct. Yes, but if the website is not working on the A record, that means we need to move to the C name.

42:59
Right. Right.

43:07
So, Stephanie, I would just try

43:09
both. Testing that record right now.

43:11
Okay, cool. Yeah, see what see what works for you. And like, and the error is

43:18
that. Sorry, Jason. You can go ahead.

43:21
No, no, no. Go, go ahead, Ruchika.

43:23
Okay, I was just saying, like, if the and the error is like triple W version is not working, right?

43:32
Oh, the error. Oh, it might like the A record for me. Let me try the. It was like I couldn't have a a C name on the root. That was my original issue. The A record worked for me.

43:52
Yeah. So some name registers, Rachika, they prevent they prevent having the the. at symbol used inside of a C name, which the at symbol is what applies the record to the entire root domain. So, in those instances, that's where we have to come up with, like I was just explaining to Stephanie probably a redirect, so you would add the www and the C name, and then add a redirect that points back to the www version.

44:34
Okay, I think if the website is still not working, then maybe we need to submit this to the dev team.

44:42
So she currently has a ticket.

44:45
She Stephanie currently has a ticket with

44:48
us. Yep, I got it to work on my because my my domain's funthingsorlando.com I got it to work with the A record just with the root.

44:59
Okay.

45:01
For now, awesome.

45:02
It's functional.

45:04
Can you, Stephanie? Do you mind just replying to our ticket and just explain? Just write. Just just write down exactly what you did, and write down exactly, and also put in there that you're using pork bun. Just explain that you changed it back to the A record. It's working perfectly for pork bun, all that kind of stuff. Just detail that out in the email. That way, it's just saved in our system under your ticket.

45:28
Sure.

45:29
And that way, we can we can also hand that over to the devs so they know.

45:32
Great. Yep, I do that.

45:33
Thank you.

45:34
Awesome. Thank you, Stephanie.

45:36
And just just for information, Stephanie, Jason, we already have a ticket with the dev team around this, so I think I'll probably add a comment over there regarding the scene.

45:47
Okay, perfect, awesome.

45:49
Yes,

45:51
sounds good, guys. All right, thank you. Anything else, Stephanie?

45:57
That's it. I'm working on updating or customizing all my templates and all that stuff, and hoping to get some stuff sent out today. So, haven't broken anything else yet.

46:06
Cool. All right. Well, if you break anything, we're here to help you fix it.

46:11
Appreciate it. All right.

46:12
No problem. Bobby, how you doing? I think you're on mute.

46:34
Okay, finally,

46:36
there you are.

46:38
Um, I was wondering, you know the thing that in the media storage thing that supposed to be fixed months ago. Well, mine still got 20 something 1000 in there.

46:53
Well, the good news is we finally got through to high level on this issue. Two two things. One, they they believe that whatever the issue was that caused this has now been fixed. They can't 100% confirm, but they can confirm that it hasn't happened since this first instance, which was like what two months ago, something like that, two and a half months ago.

47:24
Yeah.

47:24
So that's one good thing. Secondly, I know that you for sure are on our list. We've already submitted to High Level that you're and you're one of the people that High Level is actually going in and removing and cleaning up all of those images out of your account, so you're on that list. So I don't know when High Level is going to go in there and clean it up, but I do know that they've already started. They've already been working on a few other people's accounts, and they've been removing images from their accounts. So, and and you are on that list. I saw your name on there, so I know that at some point they're going to get to you, and they'll get those images removed.

48:03
You know all this stuff that you've been telling other people, far as the email sending, and I don't know if I ever activated mine. All these months gone by, I really need somebody. to go through my whole system and just help me with all this. I I got so many things to do. I I can't do everything at once. It's just impossible, you know, to focus on. There's so many different things, and I can't keep up with it all. Is there anybody I can hire to just do the directory stuff for me and get get that squared away and make sure everything's set up right?

49:00
Yeah, why don't you, Bobby? Can I

49:04
really don't have time to do it myself. If I just focused on that by itself, I might be able to work myself through it with the directions that y'all already got. Or should I hire a VA that all they do is the directory for me, because I'm probably right now. I've got two directories I need to start and get, you know, get built. Plus, I need to clean up my first one. But I got other things that are are going to pay me instantly that I need to work on,

49:42
right?

49:43
This is a long term thing, and my my directory is long term, and but I've got some things that I've worked all day on one website that that is paying me, you know?

49:56
Yeah, yeah, yeah. I recommend, obviously, you know, if if you've got paying clients and work, that takes precedent. Like you, you should definitely focus on that and make sure that you know those things get handled. The directory, you're right, it is it is like a longer play, and there are there are several moving parts to it, I would say. You know, if you tackle it kind of systematically from start to finish, you know, we've we've set up that that really good help site that kind of walks you through all those different sections.

50:34
All there, and I like I said, I could probably do it, but then I'll be taking myself away from

50:41
right the.

50:42
the it's opportunity cost is what I'm talking about.

50:46
Yeah, let me. Can you drop your email? Let me see if I can connect you to a couple of people.

50:54
Let me open this up here. How how do I get? I'm so used to Zoom. I don't know how do I get to the part where you you can type in, you know, your messages.

51:09
Are you talking about the chat?

51:11
Chat. I don't see it anywhere.

51:14
It should be at the bottom of the Google Meet window, on the far right corner. There's like a little message bubble. I've

51:22
been looking in the middle. I didn't. Yeah, yeah. It's over here. Okay. And what you want my email?

51:29
Yeah. If you want to just drop it in there. Yeah, I'm not a big fan of Google Meet. I don't know why we switched to it. I'm not. I use Zoom. This is the only time I use Google Meet. Is for these meetings.

51:50
If you don't mind, send me. I I signed up on a a thing with you know on offline shark guy, what's his name?

52:06
Tom? Are you talking about Tom?

52:07
No, but his partner used to be partner.

52:10
Nick, Nick Ponti.

52:12
Yeah, I signed up something the other day with him for SEO thing, and I was hoping I could get on the meeting with you on that. I was wondering if you could email me that information while you're at it.

52:32
Um, I'm not sure what what is it that he that that you signed up for.

52:39
It was he he was you I don't know it's a tool that he was using and he promoted it with with another guy it was an SEO tool and I bought it through him and I think that he included you know I'm already on his list and I get his stuff because of the partnership. But I don't know if that. I think he included his his group with that as a bonus, you know. So I don't know if I can come to that meeting or not, but I'd love to check it out and see. I even emailed him and asked him about it. But you said you were doing a class for him too.

53:33
Yeah. Well, yeah. I teach a class once a month inside of his membership group, and yeah, generally around AI, AI tools, things like that. But yeah, I'm not familiar familiar with the latest tool that he just released or recourse that he released. This

53:53
guy had been doing using. Yeah, he built it. It's basically he built it with AI, and it's just a really easier tool to do scans on your Google Maps and then show people ways for them to get better ratings in all parts of the area they're in. They may be number one at their office, but a mile down the road, they're number 10. You know,

54:23
got it. Okay.

54:28
It's more of a convenience tool because the way he explained it, I could do what he's doing without it. Just write articles about other parts of town. You know, to help spread that in your Google Maps, but the tool makes it so much faster and easier. So yeah, it wasn't that expensive. So I bought it.

54:53
Got it. Okay. And and did they not send you anything? You didn't. Well, I

55:00
actually I did part of it on the phone, and then I couldn't get logged in. I'm still waiting for. They sent me the link on an email, but I still couldn't get logged in. So I'm waiting for, and I pushed the forgot password 10 times and and I still can't get logged in to them. But that wasn't what I was asking you about. Is I wanted to get to your meeting when you know once a month or once a week, whatever you.

55:34
Oh, okay, got it. Okay,

55:36
yeah. What I'm asking you about is to see if I can get into your meeting.

55:41
Oh, oh, okay.

55:44
Because I joined that thing, I thought maybe that included your meeting. Hopefully, because he said he threw in a bunch of bonuses.

55:53
It might. Yeah. Let me see if I can get the. See if I can get a link for you real quick,

56:14
because out of all the people I've ever dealt with, different groups and everything, and some groups have really good things, like the group I'm in on my high-level affiliate. They're great group, and they have tons of resources, but they don't have what you are offering. You, I mean, you are the best I've ever had, far as you know, helping people with this directory thing, it's by and far 100 times better than anything I've ever seen. Where you go in and just help them, you know, fix things.

56:54
Well, I really appreciate that, Bobby. That's that's awesome. I'm glad that you're you're getting some value out of it. I mean, that's the whole point why we do this. You know it's not just me. I mean there's a huge like I may host this call, but there's a a massive team behind me. Obviously Richika, she's a huge, huge, huge help, and everybody else on the team. I mean yeah we we've got a fantastic team that's kind of the engine behind it. I may be the face and the one that kind of interfaces with you guys, but yeah, we've got a big team behind us that's that's working on all this stuff. So, but I will definitely pass along the sentiment because that's really appreciated. Like I said, we we work hard at this, and we want to make sure that you guys succeed. And

57:43
yeah, if I was focused on this 100, I mean, this actually the directions and your your meeting, everything behind it, like you said, is the best I've ever seen. But I just I've got this make some money, and and this is long term, and I need to keep this moving while I'm working on something else.

58:08
Yeah, I was just looking at the chat. You know, Tim had a really good idea. Tim, I really love that idea, and that's something I think I'll probably bring that back to the team because that's I really like that, Bobby. Tim was saying it would be great if we could train basically an agent, an AI agent that's specifically trained on SDAI and helping you answer questions and get your SDAI site set up.

58:44
Yeah, that would be cool.

58:47
I think. I mean, I don't know how who else here on the call would find that valuable. I mean, to me, that sounds extremely valuable. Somebody that has basically an unlimited depth of knowledge on SDAI that you could ask questions to, it would be really great if there was some way we could actually build it into the tool, so it not only could answer your questions, but it could actually go and do the work. Yeah,

59:18
Ask AI does does that on a high level really well,

59:23
right, right? Yeah. So I I love all you got to do is

59:28
give them your recordings right here from every Tuesday afternoon, and and it'll learn everything it needs to do.

59:36
Yeah,

59:37
just getting to all those things is is the issue. But if it trains itself on those on these videos from every Tuesday, every every problem, every issue is going to be solved, and then you know asked, answered, and they can do it. They would, if not, give you the three steps process of how to get it done.

59:59
Yep.

1:00:04
And then whatever they charge, I mean, to run AI, I mean, it's going to be less than a an assistant, which you know you got to keep after and all that kind of stuff. It would kind of be a really good deal.

1:00:20
No, I think it's a fantastic idea. I I love it. I already made a note on it. I'm definitely going to bring it back to the team. I think if we can just figure out, I mean, I think getting an agent that's trained up on the material that can answer questions, that I think we can deploy. That that could I think that's something that could be done fairly quickly and deployed. the The more the better option, though, is an agent that's actually baked into the tool that can then actually do work on your behalf, going through scanning the site, scanning your scanning your high level sub account, you know, applying consumer tags, removing consumer tags, applying business tags, fixing business listing issues, whatever it is, changing colors, updating images, like that-that's where I see the real power of the agent is in just being able to give it instructions and have it go and actually do the physical work, rather than just like give you a list of things for you to just go and and click and do, but again, I I think like we could probably get a version one of this out fairly quickly. But I love I really like that idea, Tim. I think that's awesome. What do you think, Bobby? You think that would be? Oh well, that

1:01:37
would definitely help because you know it would pinpoint what I need to work on. You get like the email thing y'all were talking about. I need to do that. I need to activate. Make sure it's actually running. I need to clean up my list. I I got so many things that my brain just checks out after about four.

1:02:01
Yeah. Yeah,

1:02:03
you know it says too many things to do. I'm gone. I'm

1:02:06
done. Yeah, I'm clocking out. Yeah, I get it. I get it. I think that's a great idea. I mean, I I think I really like it. Anybody else here? You can just feel free to throw up an emoji if you guys think that's a good idea. Cool, nice, awesome. Yeah, I think, like I said, I'm going to definitely bring it back to the team, and we'll see what we can do about getting something like this out. I know obviously doesn't solve the immediate need, Bobby, but I got your email. I'm going to see if I can possibly connect you to some people and at least get you some help initially right now. But I think long term, that would be really helpful to have something on demand baked into the tool that can actually answer questions. The other thing I was kind of thinking about too, as as worth talking about this, would be some sort of like a like a checklist, but it's like a an automated checklist that's built into SDAI where it it knows like what's been connected, what hasn't, like what things still need to be done, that sort of thing. Where like maybe on the dashboard screen,

1:03:27
yeah, visual dashboard. Say hey, yeah,

1:03:29
just says like hey, like like the like your email's not connected, your phone number's not connected, you haven't done this, whatever, like whatever it is, like be great if there was just a visual checklist of like those pillar things that need to be done for every SDAI, and the checklist is automated. So as soon as you do one of those things and market it, as soon as you like complete it, it automatically shows up as checked off, and it goes away, or it just shows as crossed out, or something visual to just let you know, hey, everything's been done. My site's good to go. Yeah,

1:04:06
people waiting. I guess, I guess I'm done for now. I'm just listening. Okay.

1:04:14
Yeah, I was just thinking if it was if it if it read the dashboard and that dashboard was a little more dynamic that. you know it would say oh your emails are approaching you know 5% actually we have to clean up this list or you know whatever and then you know when it says oh you you don't have whatever the file is for AI language model. models. You know, you don't have this file. We have to create this and put it in your site here, or you know, all the all the stuff that's goes deep into setting one up. Because I mean, I've I've thrown up sites real easy, but then to go deep and to get them to really work. Where they're humming is is a different story. I mean, yes, the quick start guide is is wonderful, and everybody can kind of you know bang that out and get it up, and and you can start talking to people. But the real, you know, where it really becomes powerful is when you go deeper and and are proving people and showing the results that you know it's a dynamic site that that an agentic AI would be the guy that's working you know 24 hours a day on on making sure these little things are are getting checked off.

1:05:40
So other than email, I just want to kind of put a bow on this real quick, Tim. So, like, other than email stats, kind of keeping track of that, like, what are the what are the kind of the other things that you envision us kind of tracking on that dashboard, like metrics that you really need to see?

1:05:59
Well, every everything that that needs to get done, like because I mean I I have an ultra limited thing, and and I've tried to you know I launched one, and I have my baby of my hometown that I'm you know really going deep on, and then I have the town next to me on on both sides of me that I have up but not deep, and then I forget where I am in that process, right? So you know it's it's inefficient. It's not right. And they said you know they you guys say all the time just take one and and build it out completely. And that that is my hometown is my baby. But having the unlimited sites and everything, I'm like I really need to you know put together at the same time, but I don't have an active checklist, and you know, and and it it feeds my ABD like big time. Like, oh, I'm gonna go over to this town and and and do this little thing on it, and then I see, oh, that wasn't done, and I'm you know going down these rabbit holes. I mean, I would name the the AI, you know, my rabbit tamer, because it would it would corral all these little rabbit holes that need to be managed on each different site, so that I can utilize the unlimited package, and and and so when I go into these and say, okay, you know, this is missing, or I have to update this, or I need to go out and find plumbers because you know I've obviously I like to go after pizzerias and ice cream shops first because that's what searchers might be looking for, and people who want to use the town, you know, want to find some good stuff to find. They're not. Everybody doesn't look for a plumber or or electrician. You know, weekly they want to. You know, you you want to get traffic and everything like that. So I go after pizzas and ice cream right now. But going deep on, you know, electricians and plumbers and all the people that want, you know, traffic and and and set them up with AI answering systems. It's not a pizzeria or an ice cream shop. It's that's where the money is on the, you know, HVAC and roofers and whatever. But you know, when you're running unlimited sites, all that stuff is it just gets away from me, real fast.

1:08:22
Yeah, yeah.

1:08:22
And and like Bob was saying, you know, then then I just you just implode and gotta go take break. But yeah, so I mean, a real a checklist and and a a dynamic checklist for that AI to run through and scan your site and saying, okay, you're at this step, or you need to come back to this. Yeah, because I know the the quick start guide and the four things. That's great. I can rock that out on you know a bunch of sites, but that's not that's not the deep really building out the site type thing. yeah,

1:09:03
yeah. It's more about management and expansion, like managing these sites, offering suggestions on how to expand, but like you said, having it be dynamic, and if it's agentic, then it's really like sky's the limit on how like what dynamic looks for like for you, right? One thing that I I was just I'll we'll just wrap this up because I know we got tons of hands up, so I need to wrap this up. But one thing I was thinking about as you were talking was, you know, maybe you know as simple as like the agent scanning the site and saying, "Hey, you're now at you know 90% businesses and only 10% consumers. You really need to start driving your focus towards getting more consumers." Consumers on this site, so that you can continue to grow the business side. Because without the consumers, the businesses don't want to be there, right? Things like that, where it can just automatically scan and know what those percentages are. Things like that. To your point, like you were talking about different niches. Like if it was agentic, the site would know. Hey, like in Bobby's case, you know he's going after sign companies, so it would be able to scan and say, "Look, Bobby, you've got a lot of sign companies, but they're really concentrated in the southeast. Like you really need to start expanding. Maybe the northeast, maybe the Midwest. Like you need to start expanding. Like you, you've got you don't have any coverage in, say, like Washington State, or you don't have any coverage in Arizona. Like you really need to expand into these areas. Like it could be that dynamic where it could tell you where, especially for these national sites, like where you're lacking. But then on a on a local level, same thing. You're really heavy on this one industry, or you're really heavy in this one section of the county, like those types of things. So it could be geography based and business based, where it could analyze those things and help you to kind of expand in the areas where you're lacking.

1:11:24
Yeah, and I mean, and like you said to wrap it up, but I mean, a lot of these custom GPTs now, you know, my conversations are saved off to the side. So if if we had a custom GPT for this, I would know where I am in that process and whether you know you got a sign directory or or I'm doing a local you know a true local thing where I'm doing ice cream pizza and everybody else in between you know if I could follow along in that in that checklist and in that GPT saying okay this town is is this site and then you know, if I did have a what was the other one? I like a pet, a mobile pet groomer. I have one of those that I wanted to do a mobile pet groomer. I haven't gotten to that yet, but that's a different type of niche and a different type of business, like the signage for national and whatever. But my regional peckroomer, mobile peckroomer thing, should be pretty cool. But that's different than how I handle a town site,

1:12:29
right?

1:12:31
So a custom GPT is probably the the quick one that you guys could probably bang out, saying, "Okay, if you start a conversation on this, is my town site, and and that dynamic checklist lives in that conversation with that ChatGPT. Then you know that's cool. The agentic one will be able to go out and make those changes and do that stuff. That's you know deeper, but you know it's a that's a an idea I had when you know when you're doing repetitive tasks and you're like, I think I'm supposed to be training some AI to do this for me. Yeah,

1:13:13
I know the feeling. I know the feeling.

1:13:15
Thank you, thank you. I'll I'll let somebody else jump in.

1:13:18
Awesome. Thanks, Tim. No, this is good. This is really good. Hopefully, everybody here. I know there's a bunch of hands up. I'm getting to you guys right now. I promise. I totally promise. I'm not going to skip anybody here, and we'll stay on as long as we need to to answer everybody's question. Just so everybody knows that. But I thought that this was really important. I know we kind of went down a small little rabbit hole here, but I thought this was all really good stuff, and I've been taking notes the whole time. This is things that I'm going to bring back to the team. I think this is really valuable. These are the types of things that pop up on these calls. That like, when they do, I definitely want to make note of them because this just helps everybody level up. I think there's a lot of really good stuff here, and technically, all this stuff is possible. Like, there's nothing here that we've spoke on, that's not possible in 2026, which is crazy. Like this is all easily like we can definitely implement this. It's just like you know, when can we get it done? Technically, how are we going to do it? Like, what does that look like? But that's for us to figure out. I think this is really good. Thank you guys so much for contributing, and Tim, thanks so much for dropping that that in the chat. I really appreciate it. So, Rayma, I'm going to go ahead. I'm I'm going to start stop talking. I'm going to start answering some questions. So, go ahead and unmute.

1:14:33
Thank you so much. This has been great to be here and listen to everyone. I have the same problem with Stephanie. That's when I stepped into the conversation. I'm a go daddy, so I need some help. Like I, I, I listened to you tell her to do a redirect. So it was the same exact situation. He used www, and it and it took the record. But when I used the a asterisk sign, it did not take the record. So tell me how to make

1:15:06
the magic in here real quick.

1:15:09
Yes. Yeah, sure.

1:15:10
Go ahead, Stephanie.

1:15:11
Okay, because I think I I went into Pork Fund's help, and I'm gonna paste in what they told me, so it probably makes sense in your brain, Jason.

1:15:20
Okay.

1:15:20
I followed their help doc doing this process, and it worked. So it says for

1:15:26
the root domain, if your host only provides a host name, not an IP, you can use your C name, flattening alias record, or URL root domain to a subdomain.

1:15:37
So I made an alias record with the preview thing that Rashika sent some alias record in with the

1:15:47
IP

1:15:48
and no no I could I got I got to take the IP address off so the host was blank with the alias flattening record and then did the C name record with www and it worked.

1:16:02
Okay, okay.

1:16:04
So I guess the alias flattening thing was the redirect. That's the

1:16:08
redirect. Yeah. So like I said, every every register calls it something different. I wish that this stuff was all universal across the board, but everybody handles it a little bit different, which is kind of a bummer. But so, Rayma, I know that GoDaddy was on our list. This was this is pork bun was an was on our list, and so was GoDaddy. Okay, and there were a couple others. So this I would try what Stephanie just posted in here.

1:16:38
All right. So

1:16:38
you you still set up the www record as a C name, right?

1:16:44
Okay, if that's here, it's here, right? The C name, and then she

1:16:50
what she said is setting up an alias record, and essentially what that does is that redirects the root back to the C name, I believe, is is how that works technically. I would look for alias. See if you can find that.

1:17:08
See if I can see that in here.

1:17:10
Mine. I had two different options. I had alias and alias flattening, and flattening is the one that worked for me. I don't know if you have that on yours, but that's not

1:17:17
an option for me. I'm looking through the type. That that's called a type, right under the it would be called.

1:17:25
Ah, so it's different every in every place. Sometimes it would be under type, I think, and then other times with GoDaddy, I believe it's probably going to be a separate section under DNS management.

1:17:40
Oh, it's not going to

1:17:41
be an actual type because type, you're going to get your.

1:17:45
So manage DNS templates, maybe go there.

1:17:49
If you want to share your screen, Rayma, I'm I'm happy to look at it with you.

1:17:53
Thank you. Please tell me how. I don't know how to do that.

1:17:58
We we haven't come up with an actual fix for. I know the devs are working on this right now. They're trying to come up with a fix for the majority of the registrars across the board.

1:18:08
Uh huh. How do I share my screen with you?

1:18:12
So the bottom of Google Meet, it looks like a little like laptop screen or desktop screen, and it's got an up arrow in the center of it, if you click that icon, that should allow you to choose the screen that you want to share.

1:18:27
All right, hold on. Sorry,

1:18:33
you said go to. So if you're inside

1:18:37
Google Meet, yeah, bottom of the Meet window.

1:18:40
Okay,

1:18:41
you should see like a a rectangle. Looks like a laptop or a screen with an arrow inside of it pointing up.

1:18:49
Okay. Oh, it looks like a camera, and it's got a um like a line through it, a horizontal line.

1:18:58
Nope, nope. The one right to the right of that. There's a. It's like a rectangle with an an arrow pointing up.

1:19:05
Okay, I'm looking. An arrow point. Oh, I see it. I see it. Okay, okay. Share my device's audio. Okay, thank you. Sorry. No,

1:19:18
no problem.

1:19:19
Sorry, this is new. I'm Sharon Tyler. screen, I guess. Let's see. Uh oh, that to return to

1:19:33
all. Oh boy.

1:19:42
Where are you? Oh my God! Did I close you out? Are you there?

1:19:46
Um, we're still here.

1:19:47
Oh, good. Where are you? Um. Oh, there you are.

1:20:20
So, Rema, I was just doing a Google search right now, and what came back was GoDaddy does not allow an alias

1:20:29
record. So

1:20:30
looks like the process for you is going to be different than Stephanie. Okay, I would, I would potentially look for the redirect option. If not, what you can do is temporarily you can use the A record IP address. So let me just copy that from Richika from earlier. I'm going to paste it into the Google Chat right now. So I just dropped it. That's the IP address. If you add a single A record with the at symbol under, it's usually called the host field. So it'll be a record. Then you'll put the at symbol under the host field, and then the value with that number. That that number I just pasted into chat. That's the IP address. You can give that a shot and see if that doesn't work for you. Like I said, the devs are working on it. We're going to have a fix for this. We should have that fix in the next couple of days

1:21:31
for

1:21:31
everybody else.

1:21:33
All right.

1:21:34
That a record should still work for you if you do that.

1:21:37
Listen, listen. Let me. I'm sorry. I was so busy trying to share the screen that I didn't write down what you just said. So

1:21:45
okay, yeah,

1:21:46
repeated. I apologize. Of course,

1:21:48
yeah, no problem at all. So

1:21:50
say it again.

1:21:51
I I dropped. So inside the the Google Meet chat, I just pasted the IP address that you will need. So you'll copy that first.

1:22:01
Okay.

1:22:03
You're then going to go into GoDaddy. You're going to create an A record. The A record is going to point, or it's it's going to have the host is going to be an at symbol, and the value is going to be that number, that IP address that I just pasted into chat.

1:22:27
Okay, and the the type you said was going to be

1:22:31
a record, a

1:22:32
record. Okay.

1:22:34
Yep.

1:22:34
Great. Well, I'm going to try. So you're saying, and I don't need to do the C name with the www that's working. I mean, it accepted it.

1:22:43
If it's if it's if it's working for if it's not working for you, then I would remove it. If it is, then leave it. That's so everybody here on the call. Just just so everyone's clear, I'm only having you try this if it's not working. If it is working, then I would leave it alone.

1:23:01
Okay. Well, I don't know that it is or isn't, frankly, since nothing's working.

1:23:06
So you can tell if it's working if you actually go to your domain. So if you pull up your domain in your browser, if the website shows up, like if you're able to see your your SDAI site, your directory site. If it shows up, then you know it's working.

1:23:24
Okay.

1:23:25
If it doesn't show, if not, if nothing shows, okay. Nothing

1:23:28
shows.

1:23:30
So then, what I would do is I would delete the C name and try and go with the A record.

1:23:36
Okay.

1:23:37
For now, until we have a fix for you.

1:23:40
Okay. Delete the screen and go. Okay, okay. Just a sec. Can I really do want to show you my screen though, real quick? Because I just had a follow up question. Yeah, I'm trying to do it. Let's see. Continue share on app, and then go here. Does it work? Do you see it?

1:24:00
Yep, we can see it. I

1:24:01
can see the screen. Wow! Yay! Okay, any little wins. I'm just happy. All right. So okay. So these are the records that are there, and I'm going. This that's the C name right there, and so now I'm gonna make a new record. Nope. Actually,

1:24:21
your nope. Your your A record's already there. Do you see that? It's the very first

1:24:25
one. Yeah, yeah, I see it. I just put that in there. But when when Rashika said it earlier,

1:24:31
then you're good. So now you just need to remove the C name.

1:24:35
Just get rid of. Okay.

1:24:37
Yep. Just delete that.

1:24:40
Wow. Okay. So now I want to. I want to. Can can I try to go into my browser now? I want you guys to.

1:24:48
I want to do this

1:24:49
with you. Thank you. Sure. All right. Let me see. I guess I'll just try. No, that's what I get all the time. Okay, so

1:25:06
well, we just removed the C name record, so it it might take a few minutes. Yeah.

1:25:11
Okay.

1:25:12
So I would say give that, give that, I don't know, maybe 45 minutes to an hour, something like that, and see if it doesn't resolve. I if it if it's if it's still not working in the next couple hours, technically speaking, it can take 24 to 48 hours with GoDaddy. I don't ever see that the being the case. They're usually pretty fast, but I would say give it a give it a couple hours. If it's still not working, what you can do is submit a ticket to us so that you will get on the list. I'm going to drop the list. Oh, I

1:25:48
have a ticket. I've been on your list. I've been talking to you guys for like over a week about this. Okay, it's been a long time. Okay, good,

1:25:55
good. Well, at least you're you're already in in the system. So I would give this a shot. Let's see if this doesn't resolve over the next, like I said, couple hours. Okay. If it if it does, then please just respond to the ticket and let everybody know on the team that the A record is working for you, but you still need a fix for the C name.

1:26:16
Okay. All right. I will absolutely.

1:26:19
One

1:26:20
more thing, last thing. Now, before that, I had the trouble with the website. It kind of just stopped working all of a sudden. But before I had started my email campaign, my first ever email campaign, and I was getting some. I was being told that I guess I forgot to do the drip mode, and so I was getting. I guess I have a bad rating now, and I want to ask you how to repair it. And also, because my website was down, I think I lost probably a lot of traction because I think people were probably looking at it and seeing an error. Should I start the camp? Those are two questions. Should I start the campaign over? And number two, how do I improve my my rating since I messed up the first time?

1:27:13
Yes. So, answer to your question is 100% You can definitely start over. I wouldn't be worried about sending the same email to the same people again, I yeah. So you can definitely start it over again once we get this resolved. In order to repair, I'd have to look at, I'd have to kind of dig into your stats. It looks like you're sharing from a phone. Is that right?

1:27:37
Yeah, I don't know how to share the screen. Otherwise, can I share? You want me to go to the laptop because I don't know how. Oh, yeah. The

1:27:46
laptop would be the only way that I could show you, or we could dig into your stats and see. I don't know. Were you around when I was talking about earlier how to set up or the tools to use, like Never Bounce, to run your list through and scrub your list.

1:28:06
That's exactly when I got on the call. I heard the end of it.

1:28:10
Okay, so yeah, that's really important. So what you will want to do before you send any more emails is you'll want to take that list, you'll want to run it through the Never Bounce tool.

1:28:22
Okay. Then

1:28:22
you'll take the list that Never Bounce gives you of fully verified emails, and that's the list that you'll ultimately upload into High Level, and that's where those are the only people you'll actually send an email to.

1:28:37
Okay. All right. That's fine. I I hear you. That's what I'll do, and that's an app that I can get in in our high level.

1:28:47
So Never Bounce is just a website, and you can sign up with them. It's not a monthly service. It's just you just buy credits. I think you mean I think

1:28:56
you mean zero bounce, right? Never bounce, zero bounce.

1:29:01
Uh, zero bounce is another one. Never bounces the one that I recommend. It's the one I've been using for years. There, they've been around the longest, and yeah, that's that's the tool that I recommend. And it's a it's a credit system, so you'll you know purchase maybe $10 or you know $15 worth of credits, upload your list, and then it'll just deduct from that wallet balance every time you have a list. Yep,

1:29:26
that's awesome. Okay, I'm gonna do that today right away, and then my last question was. Hold on a second, let me think. Now, okay, so oh yeah, I was getting some responses, and that was really exciting. And and then I wanted to ask when I put when I when when they check their listing, like I the email that goes out that says check this and see what you think of it. Where does that. Where does that link take them? Does that take them to the their their specific listing, or does it take them just to the site?

1:30:08
No, it takes them to their specific listing.

1:30:11
How does it know who they are? I mean, I guess it's all in the tag, like the way it's set up, or

1:30:19
correct. Yep. Yeah, because every every obviously every contact has a unique email address, and every unique email address is tied to a unique business, and so when you send that email out from the system, it knows it creates a a link that's unique to that business, and it opens their specific listing. Yep.

1:30:40
Okay. So now when I when I make the business myself, like if I just I just if they're not part of this list, and I just reach out to them myself and send them an email and all that, then I have to link their listing myself, right? Does that make sense? I like if I I have somebody that's not in the list, and I just I'm out talking to people, and I say I would like to add you to my listing. So I go home, and then I I send this letter to them, and then I put their their email into the into the link, or

1:31:20
how would I do? Yeah, in

1:31:22
that case, if you're manually adding businesses to SDAI, you would go through that process. You would add the contact to High Level. You would make sure that it has the business tag inside the section inside High Level. That would then trigger the SDAI app to create a listing for them. Once the listing is then live on your SDAI website, I would go to the actual listing itself. I would copy the link in the browser. I would then go into my email and I would write an email to them and paste the link in the email. So it's more of a manual process, but that's what I would do. That's what I would recommend for you.

1:32:01
Okay, all right. That's very cool. Very cool. And last, last, last. Okay, very last question. No, there. Um, in order for my emails to be successful, I was wondering if you could look at my DNS to see, um, if there's anything I need to add here for emails, like so that they can be, you know, to just-is there anything I can do to make the emails, you know, to send the increase the send rate, or is there anything I need to know in the DNS settings? Is is that? I'm looking. Yeah, looking

1:32:38
at it right now.

1:32:40
This is page two, and you

1:32:42
got you have a DMARC record for your. So I'm assuming your subdomain is.is LC, is that right?

1:32:50
Yeah, I think so.

1:32:52
Yeah, LC dot and then your domain.

1:32:56
No, I don't know. See, I'm so I'm I'm so new to this stuff. I really don't know what that means. What you just said.

1:33:06
Well, I just saw the reason why I say that is I saw it in one of your records, so I'm I'm just assuming that there's there's another LCMX record. So that MXA record for Mail Gun, that's a high level record. So those, I'm pretty sure that's what your subdomain is. Okay, like it's set up correctly. But to fully verify that everything's set correctly, I'd have you'd have to be able to pull it up on your on a laptop so that we could dive into all the settings.

1:33:35
Yeah. Okay. All right. But if you if you

1:33:39
want to do that, maybe next week or something. We I'm happy to dive into it and go through all your settings and make sure that everything's set up correct.

1:33:47
Okay, all right. So I'll be here next Thursday, but I'm gonna I'm gonna move on. I'll let you move on, and I really appreciate your help. Thank you.

1:33:54
Of course, yeah, no problem at all.

1:33:56
Next week.

1:33:57
Yeah, just just have your computer ready to go next week, and then that way we can go through the entire dashboard. We can look at everything there because it's it's you just can't see everything on the mobile screen. That's all. Mobile doesn't allow us to see the settings that we need to see inside High Level.

1:34:13
Yeah. Okay. This is my first time in a meeting, so I'm learning a lot. I will be ready on. Thank

1:34:20
you for

1:34:20
your so patient with me. Of course. All right. Yeah. Thanks

1:34:23
so much.

1:34:24
Yeah. No worries. No. Happy to have you. Happy to have you here. Look forward to to working with you next week as well. And we'll get to the bottom of it. We'll find out exactly what's going on. I'll make sure that everything's set up correctly. And if you know if your reputation did get slightly tarnished from the last sending, which I highly doubt that it's it. I mean, I don't know how many emails you sent, but I doubt it's it's anything that we can't fix. So we'll we'll get to the bottom of it. I'll help you.

1:34:52
Yeah. All right, man. Thanks a bunch.

1:34:54
No problem. Happy to help. All right. Who's next here? What do we got? We got. Is it Paul? Yeah, I think Paul. I think you're not. You're up, Paul.

1:35:06
Oh, I thought I was number two. There's. I thought there was someone in front of me, but that's okay.

1:35:14
Oh,

1:35:14
can I share why this one's still up?

1:35:17
I think you can. If you try sharing, it should take over the screen, Rayma. You're you are still sharing. I don't know. Oh, Emma,

1:35:24
I didn't know. Sorry. That's okay.

1:35:26
No worries. I'm

1:35:26
trying to get out. Wait. It's okay. Let me try to mute. Hopefully. There

1:35:33
goes. No, Paul. Paul was able to take over. You're good, Rayma.

1:35:35
Thank you. No

1:35:37
problem.

1:35:39
It showed up finally.

1:35:41
Okay, cool, awesome. All right, so yeah, looks like everything's set except for new listing added. Can you scroll down? Is that one set? Okay, yeah, yeah, that one's set. Reset password set. User applied for job. Okay, new blog added. That one isn't set yet. New claim request. I guess that's the only one. So new blog added. Yep. So you'll just select from that one. You'll select the new blog added workflow. I believe.

1:36:12
Yeah. When I get around to the blog, right? Yeah.

1:36:14
Yeah. But everything else looks like it's good. Okay. Yeah, you're good then.

1:36:17
Okay. Awesome. Thank you.

1:36:19
Yep. No problem. All right. So, what do we have here? Customers now. I'm not sure who that is, but yeah, go ahead and and unmute.

1:36:32
Hey, Jason. Hey, guys.

1:36:33
Hey,

1:36:34
my name's Andy, and Andy.

1:36:36
Awesome.

1:36:37
My special education directory is finally up and running, and I've been getting playing requests. I forget you were

1:36:42
doing that. Yes, yes, I remember

1:36:44
several a day. It's going crazy. I haven't tried to sell them anything bigger yet. Just trying to get the directory filled with active clients, and it's going pretty well.

1:36:55
Awesome.

1:36:55
But someone tried to upload upload an image today, and it gave them some sort of geo code error. I put it in the chat. Scroll back up. It's technical question. It was.

1:37:07
Oh yeah, I see it right there. Okay, thanks so much for the source.

1:37:11
Under the management section, update. I get the following message: internal server error validation. Geo code source null.

1:37:20
So I asked her to send me a higher. It was a pretty blurry image too. So I have asked her. I've put her off by asking her for a better quality version of the image. So, but I was wondering if that was an image problem or if you've seen that before. If it's a server thing,

1:37:37
I haven't seen it before. But look, can we go ahead and pull up her listing and see if we can we can take a look at

1:37:46
it? We can sure try. Yeah, let me share my screen. Let me put it on my other screen so everybody can see it.

1:38:08
She

1:38:09
put her name in there. It was okay

1:38:13
school,

1:38:14
so she got an image in there.

1:38:16
So that's the default image when she had to upload her image. It didn't work.

1:38:23
That one didn't work.

1:38:24
Yeah. So, and I don't have her image, so I don't want to go through and waste everybody's time. I was just wondering if you'd seen it before. I'm going to also squash the image. So I don't know if you guys ever seen squash. I wonder

1:38:37
if it was

1:38:38
dot app. So I was also going to run it through here to see if I can reduce the file size. Got it. Load and upload it that way. So I'm going to try a few different things. So I was just wondering if you'd seen it before.

1:38:55
But I haven't, Rachika. Have you seen before?

1:39:01
I'm sorry, Jason. I was not following. What was that?

1:39:04
So it's Andy, correct? Yes, it's yeah. So Andy had a question. He dropped it in the chat. One of his customers tried to upload an image to her directory listing, and she got an internal error, internal server error. If you scroll up in the chat, you'll see Andy's message under technical issue question. Yeah, he's highlighting it right there on the screen. So the error message that she got, so not Andy, but Andy's customer got, was this internal server error validation when she tried to upload her image to her listing.

1:39:44
There was a kind of Google image upload outage. I think. I think it was today's Tuesday. I think it was on Sunday or Monday. Okay. Could we do to that?

1:40:03
It just happened today, so I think it was.

1:40:05
No, then I think it's something else in that case. Okay,

1:40:11
Andy, can you can you submit a ticket for us? That way, Rachika can kind of keep track of it.

1:40:18
Let me see if it does it again.

1:40:20
Okay,

1:40:21
I don't. I don't want to waste anybody's time. The other question I had, I had somebody call in to ask questions about their own listing, and my AI agent was unable to find them. And I was just wondering if that's something that is supposed to work, or if it's in progress, or if I need to update something. The

1:40:42
voice agent, and do you have that connected to your your SDAI? Yeah.

1:40:46
Okay. I went through all the setup and stuff,

1:40:49
and they and the agent was not able to find the listing.

1:40:52
No. Should I just go back through it and reset it up because I probably missed something? Because it's supposed to, right?

1:40:59
Oh yeah, yeah. No, it's

1:41:00
supposed to be an A. Okay.

1:41:01
Yes, yes, it should be able to find the listing. That's the whole point of the agent.

1:41:07
Okay, I'll go confirm my settings, and then I'll submit a ticket if I have more issues.

1:41:11
Okay, okay, that sounds good. Anything else?

1:41:15
Nope. Awesome. Well, I'm

1:41:16
glad to hear that things are there. Things are moving in the right direction. You're seeing some good success, and that's exciting.

1:41:23
Yeah, it definitely is exciting for sure.

1:41:25
That's cool. Well, yeah, continue to report back to us. I'd love to hear how it continues to go. We'll do. We'll do. Awesome. All right, Sean.

1:41:34
Okay. Yeah, I'll share my screen. I guess. Yeah, in smart in the Smart Directory AI website, I think I submitted a ticket with Rashika. Just how would I? Is this the second times this happened? Do you know how I would enter? How I would find my license key for smart? Is it buried in like spam or something, or is it is it on my smart directory AI website. No,

1:42:01
no, that that that comes directly from us. So it probably it would have been an email that you would have. I think it would have been an email that you would have received from

1:42:11
us. Okay,

1:42:11
Rachika, can you can you help Sean locate his?

1:42:17
Yeah. Actually, what happened? So we are not sending the license keys initially, and we are giving you access to a sub account from our Go High Level Agency account.

1:42:31
Got it.

1:42:31
So if in case you are not using that sub account, and if you want to use your own Go High Level account, in that case you need to submit a ticket, and then we will give you a license key.

1:42:42
Okay, all right, cool. So I'm just sending you

1:42:45
a license key right now.

1:42:47
Okay, thank you. Awesome.

1:42:52
Yeah, Sean. So we've we've kind of updated our our our offering and we're now including a sub account with SDAI when. when you purchase SDAI, we still allow anyone that has their own existing high level account to install the app, but a lot of people have opted to just get a a sub account underneath us, and the license key is automatically punched in in that case, but yeah, we're we're happy to facilitate and help you or help anybody else that wants to run this on their own high level account. Yeah, that so Rachiko, get that that license key to you here shortly.

1:43:32
Thank you.

1:43:33
Awesome.

1:43:34
I just shared the license key.

1:43:35
Sorry, Rachika. Thank you.

1:43:37
Perfect.

1:43:40
Right, Stephanie.

1:43:42
I'm back. Apparently, when I a couple last this past weekend, my preview wasn't working, and so I assumed earlier when I hit preview after connecting my domain, and it it looks like it's supposed to. I was like, oh, it worked. I was like, let me just double check on this different window because I think the preview is just doing what the preview is supposed to do now, and it looks like the real thing with my domain, but it's not loading on a new window. So I don't know that I found a fix, or maybe like you were saying, it just takes. I'm getting. I'll put in the chat. I'm getting this error now when I try to load it on new.

1:44:20
Let me see. Site keeper a secure connection. Okay.

1:44:30
So that's just an SSL mismatch issue. Yeah, I Stephanie, I would just wait. Let's see if it doesn't resolve anything that has to do with DNS, like technically speaking, it can take 20-four to 40-eight hours for for records to propagate across the internet. Usually, with most of these companies, it does happen pretty quickly, especially here in the U.S. So, I would anticipate, you know, if it's if if if it's. Gonna work. It's gonna work probably in the next hour or two. If it's not gonna work, then yeah, you you'll still see that same error. If that's the issue, then I would just reply to the ticket and just let everybody know what's going on, just so you can keep our dev team in the loop as they start to work on as they continue to work on the fix for both Porkbun and and GoDaddy. Cool,

1:45:23
sounds good.

1:45:24
All right,

1:45:25
I'm I'm with the what Bobby was saying earlier, like the support and just like the quick just like responses to everything. I've only haven't even quite been in here a week yet. It's just mind blowing. It's just different than any group or course I've done before, so yeah, kudos again to you guys for doing all

1:45:44
sweet, awesome, that's great to hear. Well, I appreciate that. I know everybody else does. Like I said, we've got a a really good, solid team here, and I think everybody's working towards the same common goal, which is really good. And yeah, we just want to help everybody, so that's awesome. I'm glad that you're getting some value out of

1:46:04
it. Tons. Can't wait to be in Andy's shoes where I come back and share some wins.

1:46:10
Yeah. Cool. All right, guys. Oh, it looks like we got through everybody. Does anybody else have questions or comments or anything you guys want to talk about. We're getting close to our two-hour mark. We're usually on here for about two hours. Sometimes we go over, but lately we've been right around that. Sometimes we we finish early, but if you guys still have questions, I'm here. I'm happy to stay on and and answer anything you have,

1:46:50
Jason. Yeah, too about the the new. I have a Go High Level, I guess, agency account. I'm not a huge Go High Level guy yet. Of course, I had dreams of maximizing that, but given that unlimited now can go on there, how do I move them back instead of paying 300 bucks a month to go high level? If I can do, you know, the the ones I have set up through SDAI. What's the best way, or what's the best way for me to move them back off the agency account that I have through Go High Level? And what is it that I really should be looking? What is it that I'm getting out of go high level that I'm not going to get out of SDAI for me to maximize that value. What am I missing? Just kind of a whatever you want to call that kind of conversation. It's not really a

1:47:55
yeah no I I understand the question. So are are you using high level with your clients at all?

1:48:02
No,

1:48:03
you're not okay. And do you do you plan on ever giving them access? I have

1:48:07
I had dreams of, but I I'm not there yet because I'm still trying to build out and and maximize these you know directories local right directories.

1:48:20
Yeah, I mean that's the biggest thing. I mean, if you're using High Level to manage clients and give clients access to sub accounts, then that's the real benefit of High Level. Obviously, there's additional features that are available at the agency level that, if you give that up, you won't have access to. You won't have ultimate control. So, like, if you did want to bring on a client or give a client access to a sub account, technically, I guess you probably still could. I don't know. I don't know if we really. I actually may. I I better be careful what I say there because the unlimited license is really centered around unlimited licenses for just SDAI. Right. I don't know if it's if it really would allow for an unlimited use of sub accounts if you're not using that sub account for an SDAI site, so I better be careful what I say there. But that, like, that's something that you would lose access to potentially, right? If you ever want

1:49:39
giving clients access high level,

1:49:44
right?

1:49:44
I'm not even using it enough to feel comfortable selling so high level stuff. So I'm really wasting that money, right?

1:49:53
Yeah, I mean, if again, if you if you're not using it for clients, if clients aren't logging in, if they're not using the service. That's really the benefit: is a CRM system, an all-in-one CRM system, to help clients with their marketing, to manage their customers, to manage their social media, to manage their reputation management, to manage their funnels, their paid ads, all of that stuff is what's rolled into high-level tool, right? And every sub account gets access to those things,

1:50:31
right? So, so my three towns, you know, four towns around me would have their each each have their own sub account, which I could utilize all the you know marketing benefits and all the emails the same way. Everything that I'm doing now, obviously, because I don't have clients that I'm signing up sub accounts, but but all the AI features and everything else would be available to me in that SDAI sub account

1:51:04
to manage your business, not your customers' business. Right. Yeah, because

1:51:08
it's it's only about me now. I haven't I haven't signed up any customers for yep any of that stuff. But if I well, I mean we're we're we're out trying to recruit people so that we can give them AI agents or analyze their Google pages or all all that stuff. I'd still be able to do. It's just not setting them up inside GoPath level is what I can offer if I just go with the main program. right?

1:51:43
And then the other big thing is again, and this only applies like if you're if you have clients going in, but obviously you can't control the branding. So, like everything's going to be on the smart directory AI domain. It will carry our logo, our branding, that sort of thing. That those things can't be updated or changed. So yeah, they're they're just like, but if you're not using those, then I would say, yeah, I mean, might as well just move it over. And technically speaking, it's it's not a difficult process. I would say you'd submit a ticket with our team, and what we would do is you have to institute basically a transfer of those sub accounts. So you transfer those sub you you start the transfer process of those sub accounts from your agency account into ours. We have to then accept the transfer once the transfer is accepted and completed, which you know once it's accepted, it's it's basically instantaneous. The sub account then moves from your agency into ours into the SDAI agency account. So it would just vanish. It would just completely disappear out of your account. You we would then give you login credentials to our agency account, where when you logged in, you would see that same sub account, but now under our agency. If that makes sense.

1:53:14
Yeah. No, I I understand that. I'm just I'm just trying to confirm what features I'm missing out on? Like everything for SDAI is going to work exactly the same way. It's just

1:53:29
correct

1:53:29
onboarding, you know, my customers as GHL white labeled clients. But I'm not doing any of that now, so I'm I'm wasting the 300 bucks a

1:53:43
month. You won't be able to import snapshots, so that's one thing. I'm just looking. I'm just just switching back over to agency view to see what you'd lose access to. So snapshots. So any custom snapshots from any other developers or programs that you've purchased in the past, you wouldn't have access to those. You wouldn't be able to import those and add those to any sub accounts. Let's see here. What else? I don't know if we've changed this, Rachika. Maybe you could speak on this or not, but when you're under somebody else's agency, you don't have access to high-level support. And I don't know if we've instituted our own support. That's correct, right? And and we don't have besides like these calls that we do. There's no direct high-level support that that they have. Is that okay? Yeah. So you definitely you lose that, Tim. So you don't have you you can't call high level and submit a ticket to high level or go directly to them for any issues.

1:54:52
Right.

1:54:52
Yep.

1:54:54
Okay. So if I want to make that switch over. I just see that just start a support ticket with the names I have listed already.

1:55:11
You already have a ticket listed. You said

1:55:13
no, no, no. That that's what I would do. Just start a support ticket with the with the four or five that I have active. Yeah, yeah.

1:55:21
Just explain in the ticket. Just say, hey, this is what I'm looking to do. I have my own agency account. I'm looking. I have the unlimited license for SDAI. I'd like to dissolve my current agency account. I want to transfer all my sub accounts into SDAI. Can we, you know, go ahead and get that process started, basically. Yep.

1:55:45
Because just as easily, I could go back the other way if I wanted to add customers and do all that kind

1:55:52
of. Yes, I believe so. Just make sure I would get that in writing from our team, just make sure, like, like I mean, as long as I'm here, yes, like I will make sure that if you needed to, we'd get that over there. But I, in the ticket, I would just say, hey, you know, if any point in the future, if I do want to start up my own agent or my own high level license again, you know, will I be able to move these sub accounts back out? Just get it writing, just so you have it.

1:56:27
Yeah,

1:56:27
I don't see a problem because you have the unlimited license, so I don't see why that would be an issue. I would just make sure to get that

1:56:36
right. Okay, cool. Thank you very much.

1:56:40
Okay,

1:56:40
great call today. Thank you.

1:56:42
No worries, Tim. Happy to help. Raymond, did you have another question, or is your hand just still up from the last time?

1:56:48
Yes, just a quick follow up. I apologize for stepping back, but before you go, okay, I really want a solution today because I've been working trying to get this done, and I would like to share my screen real quick because I've gotten on the laptop. Okay, and I have a quick question. I think what I want to ask is: Should I just transfer my domain over to transfer it over to high level, and then I can control everything from there.

1:57:24
I don't recommend that, Rayma. I'll be honest. I, when it comes to domain names, I think it's really important that you retain control over those domain names. Having your domain registered through something like GoDaddy or Porkbun or Namecheap or Cloudflare or a third-party service gives you a lot more flexibility and a lot more control over the domain name. If you were to import it into High Level, you lose a lot of that control. Second reason why I don't recommend it, I would say over the last six months there's been several cases that I've been involved with directly where people have had some pretty major issues with their domain inside High Level. The domain purchase and transfer feature for High Level is fairly new. It's maybe it's been around for a year or something like that, but they're still they're still kind of working through the kinks. There's still like issues that pop up here and there, and because of those things, and because the domain is such a crucial, a pivotal thing in everything that you do. I mean, it controls your email, the website, everything. It's it's basically it's the the one digital asset that you can control. I don't recommend it. So

1:58:45
okay, all right. So okay. Having said that, then I have I have the domain in here, and I just want to ask you: Is there anything I need to do to to can I manage anything from here? Do you see anything I can do? Like it's, I have this here, Tampa Bay Thrive. That's my domain, but I see it there too. So should I just, you know, try to connect it again? And

1:59:12
oh well, this is probably why. I wonder if this is why you're having issues with your actual website not showing up, yeah, because this is creating multiple records. So let's go ahead. Can we go back into your GoDaddy account, please?

1:59:30
Yeah, and here's the records. Here, you want me to go down? Can you see it all?

1:59:38
All I can see is your high-level screen?

1:59:42
Oh, oh! I have to switch it. Okay, I don't. I mean, let me see. How do I? When

1:59:47
you share your screen, if you share the entire screen, then you'll be able to switch between tabs.

1:59:53
Okay. But

1:59:55
right now, I could just see the GoDaddy screen.

1:59:59
Okay.

2:00:02
Is that? Uh oh. Okay, there we go.

2:00:06
Yep. Now I can see GoDaddy. Okay, so let me look here. So scroll up to the top for me. Let's just go down. Okay, so there's our A record. NS. So a MX open exchange. Okay, so that's your primary email. Okay, keep going down. Then we've got MX one, MX two, MX A mail gun, MX B mail gun. Again, priority 30. Perfect. Okay, scroll back up to the top for me. Let's just do a filter.

2:00:45
A filter. Top

2:00:46
right, yeah. And let's filter by C name.

2:00:49
Okay.

2:00:54
Oh, there's no C name records. Interesting. Okay. Go ahead and close that out. Let's just page through. Yeah, let's just go remove that filter. Okay, there we go. Yep, go all the way to the bottom and click the next page and scroll up for me. Okay, so there's LC. So that is that's your SPF? There's your DKIM. Another SPF DMARC record. Okay, scroll down for me. DMARC, DMARC, and that's it. Okay, all right. Let's go back into high level.

2:01:35
Okay. I know I'm I'm learning how to. I'm sorry. I'm I don't see an option to share the whole thing, but

2:01:43
that's okay.

2:01:45
Okay, I'll I'll get better. All right.

2:01:50
Okay. Um, we're gonna leave the LC. That's your email.

2:01:56
Okay, and this one, I think these are both the same thing. I don't know why they're in there twice. I probably did that, but one doesn't have the www. Does that matter? Which one should? Did you

2:02:11
did you try adding these yourself here?

2:02:13
Yeah, I think. Okay,

2:02:15
let's go ahead and just try to delete. Go on, click the three dots.

2:02:19
Hey,

2:02:20
and let's just click delete on this

2:02:22
one. All right.

2:02:23
And let's do the same thing on

2:02:26
the www. Okay.

2:02:27
Let's just remove that right now.

2:02:30
Perfect. Okay. And then over on the left-hand side, in the dark blue menu, go ahead and scroll to the bottom. Actually, click the go back button in the dark blue menu on the left hand side, far left side.

2:02:45
All right. Oh, sorry. This one. This

2:02:50
one. It says go back in the dark blue menu on the left.

2:02:53
Dark blue menu on the left. Okay. Oh, sorry. Okay.

2:02:59
And then click on SmartDirectory AI.

2:03:04
Okay,

2:03:17
and then let's click on Settings at the top.

2:03:21
Okay, settings. Where are settings? Sorry, this is blocking. Oh, oh, there it is. Okay. Oh,

2:03:30
actually, sorry. I meant to say branding is where we need to go. Sorry. Yep. Branding. And then from branding, we'll click on domain.

2:03:42
Sorry, it's super slow. I don't know why it it freezes a little bit.

2:03:47
That's okay. And then click on domain for me from that menu, kind of towards the center of the screen. If you go, if you scroll, if you look down.

2:03:58
Oh, it's down. Okay, okay, okay. Up

2:04:03
a little further.

2:04:05
This isn't a way.

2:04:08
Okay.

2:04:11
Up a little further, right there. There's some. There we go. Okay. So this this says that it's connected. Give me a second here. Let me let me just look here. Tampa

2:04:24
Bay drive.com

2:04:40
Let's try. Just click the disconnect button, and let's try to re-add it here.

2:04:50
All right. Okay. Then

2:04:52
go ahead and type it into that box again.

2:04:59
Connect.

2:05:02
Now it wants me to do this again,

2:05:04
right? But we're not going to do that for right now. We're going to we're going to hold off. Checking DNS configuration. DNS verified successfully. Okay.

2:05:25
Now it's generating the SSL. Hopefully that goes through. Perfect. That went through. Okay. All right. And

2:05:47
your site's working.

2:05:49
It is. Oh my God! Wow. Can I? How do I verify while you're here? Can I check the preview? Is that how I would know?

2:05:59
You can try that. Yeah, try that. I just went to it in my browser. I just typed it in, and it the site loaded right up.

2:06:07
Oh my god, this is what I wanted for two weeks. Oh my god, thank you so much.

2:06:13
Of course.

2:06:14
Happy. Oh gosh. Okay, life is good. All is well.

2:06:19
Thank

2:06:19
you so much. All right. Of

2:06:21
course. Well,

2:06:22
that was it. Now I can. Now I can leave the day happy. I'm so yay. Thank you guys. Oh, I love the little cheers. You guys are awesome. I'm so happy. I'm just crying. Okay. Thank you. Okay. Of course. Of course. Yeah. I'm just gonna just go cry right now and go have a drink, and then I can get back on board with my campaign. Oh, that's

2:06:51
exciting!

2:06:51
Yeah, next week I'll show you guys. I want to tell you guys good stuff. Cool.

2:06:57
Well, we're excited for you.

2:06:58
Yeah. And

2:07:01
don't forget. drip mode. Yeah,

2:07:04
don't

2:07:04
yeah.

2:07:04
Don't forget the drip mode. Yeah.

2:07:06
Oh yes, I got it. I'm not going to mess that up again. I learned my lesson. Thank you.

2:07:13
Of course. All righty, guys. Well, I think. Are there any other questions? Anybody else need anything before I let you guys go?

2:07:27
We're good. Okay, cool.

2:07:29
Looks like we're good. All right. Well, thank you guys so much for showing up. Another great call. Appreciate you guys. If you have questions between now and next Tuesday, like I always say, please, please, please take advantage of our support desk. I'm going to go ahead and drop a link in the chat here. Where is my link? Give me one second. 111,

2:07:57
second. Here it is. Support. Awesome. Okay, I'm dropping that in the chat right now. Cool.

2:08:06
You mentioned that you don't recommend high levels thing. I I thought that that would be the best choice, and and I put a bunch of domains in there, and I, I you know, are they constantly making that better, or should I? Can I export them back to GoDaddy?

2:08:29
I think you probably can, Bobby. I would. You'll have to. You know, probably submit a ticket to to high level in order to do that. The reason why the

2:08:40
main reason I did it is because GoDaddy went from $12 to $80 and high level it stayed the same.

2:08:50
Well, I'll tell you, I so I prefer. I know a lot of there's there's controversy controversy around each one of these name these registrars, right? You know, people are going to tell you one thing. People are going to say, "Hey, I prefer this. I prefer that. For me, for what I do, Cloudflare has always worked well for me, and same with Namecheap. Namecheap doesn't have a direct integration with High Level. Cloudflare does have an integration with with High Level. So, what's nice about Cloudflare is that, unlike GoDaddy, they don't mark up their domains. So you basically just you know every domain, every .com I think is I don't know 12 bucks or whatever it is up per year. GoDaddy continues to you know mark up their domains and continue to increase prices. So I don't have that problem with Cloudflare. Namecheap they mark them up a little bit, but Namecheap also allows different extensions that Cloudflare doesn't offer. So that's why I have both of those. So like, if Cloudflare doesn't offer a specific extension, like a I don't know, I don't think they offer like a dot I/O. If. Looking for a .io domain, then I would go to Namecheap, vice versa. Right? Anyway, what I would recommend-the reason why I don't recommend high level is because, like I said earlier, I've just seen several instances where people have had issues with their domain, and you're not able to do anything. Like you don't really have any recourse because, and you don't have full control over the domain name itself inside of High Level, versus if it were inside something like GoDaddy or Cloudflare or Namecheap or one of these others, you do. So, when it comes to your domain, it's really the only digital asset that you can control. As long as you pay that bill, like your site will be live, right? Like Facebook could go down, they could take away their your page, they could ban you, they could ban you from Instagram, ban you from YouTube, like all these other platforms. You don't really control your domain and your website, or whatever your domain is connected to, your SDAI site. That's like the only digital asset that you really have control over. So that's why I I really try to gear people towards. As same with my clients, like I always, you know, even if my client says, "Hey, can you just purchase the domain for me? Like I really don't like to do that because I really want to, and that's why I'll spend time with them. I'll actually get on a screen share with them and walk them through how to do it because they really do need to retain ownership over that. Again, that's the only asset that you really can control.

2:11:37
Talent your keys,

2:11:40
100% Yeah, I mean, if you have control over the the domain, like you have the keys to the castle, like you can do anything with that domain.

2:11:50
Yeah.

2:11:50
So, yeah. I mean, look, if you're not having any problems with it right now inside high level, then I I probably wouldn't worry about it. Um. I don't know. That's just me. Like I, I don't. Unless I absolutely have to. I have purchased. I'll be honest. I have purchased. I think two domains through High Level. Those were because I had to, and then one was because one was because I had to for a reason with a client. But anyway, and then and then the other one was I was just teaching a class on it, and I was showing people how to do it if they wanted to.

2:12:26
Yeah. Okay.

2:12:27
But other than that, all my domains. No, I

2:12:30
just I just wanted to see your opinion on it again. Yeah. Review it. Okay. Thanks, y'all, and goodbye.

2:12:38
I mean, I like I don't high levels a great company. I trust them, right? Like I've built my entire business on top of their platform. All my clients are inside of High Level, inside my agency account. Like I do a lot of business through their platform, so I trust their platform. I've been with them since the very very beginning. I was part of a small mastermind group back in 2018, and Sean Clark, the one of the co-founders, flew out to San Diego and presented High Level to our small little mastermind group. And this was before High Level like had anybody on the platform before like they had the name High Level. I mean, this was like pre pre High Level before the launch, and so I I believe in the mission. I know the founders. Like I I love their software. I just believe that when it comes to domains, that that's the one thing that you should retain control over. Hopefully that helps.

2:13:38
It helps. Thank you. Cool.

2:13:41
Alrighty, guys. If there's nothing else, I'll go ahead and wrap it up here. Appreciate you guys. Like I said, if you got questions between now and next Tuesday, please, please, please take advantage of our support desk.

2:15:24
Yeah, I'm just I'm dropping it back in chat right now. If you just go to the support that support page,

2:15:31

2:15:31

2:15:37
Okay, I just do that.

2:15:39

2:15:40
