That's where I would start. And then let's get that off to our dev team, and then we'll find we'll get an answer for you on that. Okay, if there isn't, maybe, maybe they can't, maybe they would be able to do a fix, like a quick I guess it's not necessarily quick, but maybe they could re organize these icons so that they each, each of them are each one of these tabs has their own class. If they could at least do that, then you could hide that using either the CSS box inside agency settings or inside SDA I

For instance, if I'm in the contact record and my listing label, when I tag it here, it category, categorizes the business properly on the smart directory and 1000s of leads that we put it are not labeled properly still, and I know your team is trying to send some information on it, but as far as I use till two and a half weeks ago, we would upload, put business, put the listing label properly, and go right in to the system. No problems at all. So I wanted to see if you guys found a solution for this.

But I think, as maybe I think Eric can show us like which business is not correct or properly synced under which menu, so that I can submit that with the dev team again.

And under that AI agents tab, there are several different tabs there that you can go through. There's the conversation AI, there's the voice chat. So there's several different ones in there.

Yeah, let me. Let me walk you through it here. So what happens is, when you're trying to set up that outbound agent, it needs a test it needs a test listing to go through this process. If that test listing that you're using to when you're running this test right here on this page, if that test listing, or even if it's an active listing, has already been claimed, then it's going to throw an error. So what you need to do is create a listing on your site that has not yet been claimed by anyone, and then use that as the test to set up this web hook under the custom action. Does that make sense?

when I first set up my Google API account, there was a weird thing where it was, like a 30 day thing, and then it went in and you had to, like, reintegrate your card. It was, like a really weird thing I wouldn't have thought of. So I would go in there and make sure everything with your and there was this like, banner up at the top that you had to, like, click a button and it activate. It took you out of trial. So then it actually worked.

And then do you currently, after you do all that, if you're still experiencing issues and it's not working at all, I would definitely put in a support ticket if you haven't already for it, and once you get that support ticket in, I would submit a video along along with that support ticket, and our devs can go ahead and take a look and see if there's anything behind the scenes with your install. Okay, so the reason why I wanted you to go to reporting is under the reporting tab, you can go go to your call report. From there, we can see what call, what phone numbers are calling you, if what phone number they're calling. So what if it's the bot or another number, and we can see if it's the same number calling over and over and over, or if it's a different phone number that's engaging your bot every time. So Jenna's idea was, was a good idea, if it's the same phone number, you can go and you can create a contact record, and actually GHL automatically creates a contact record every time a phone call is received, and if you go into that contact record at the bottom on the left hand side, there's a DND section, and what you can do is you can turn on DND for that phone number. What that means so if that person tries to call you, it won't let the call go through, but it has to come from that exact same phone number. A lot of these bots, they use a rotating like a pool of numbers, and it just dynamically changes every time they call you. So that might not work. So what you may need to do until you can get on the DND list for this company is or the Do Not Call list for this company is to disable the bot temporarily.
