All right, all right, all right. What's happening, everybody? Everybody's doing good. Oh, Bobby, awesome. I'm so excited you're here. I need to talk to you. So, I'm.. if you have questions, obviously, we'll get to yours, but I definitely want to talk to you about the whole image thing. I just got off a meeting about that, so we'll talk here soon. But before I jump in and get started, hope everybody's doing good. I got a couple of, or I guess one housekeeping item that I just want to make sure that I get over to everybody before we get started, so if you don't know, today is the very last day to get unlimited licenses for Smart Directory. That plan is going away. Couple things I want to say about it, though. First, if you, if you plan on selling SD AI to like, if you plan on selling directly directory websites to your customers or clients in the future, then you probably want to upgrade, because again, this plan is going away, and this is the this is the unlimited license plan. Today's the last day for it. If you have no use for selling directories, if you have no plans in the future of selling directory sites to your customers, your clients, and you're just going to run your own directory, then you're totally fine. There's no reason to upgrade. This is only for those people that want to eventually sell this to other clients, so right now the price is 299 a month, and that's unlimited licenses, smart directory AI licenses. After today, the price will still be 299 a month, but you'll only get five licenses with that with that package, so and five may be enough, five may be that, that's all you need. So you may say, hey, like there's no reason to upgrade, but I just wanted everybody here on the call to know that it was going away today, unless you guys already knew, I wasn't sure. So I wanted to let everybody know, just in case you did want to upgrade. Today's the last day for that unlimited license plan, so the way, and I guess I can kind of tell you a little bit about how what's happening with these plans. So after, after today, that 299 plan will still be available, and it's actually going to get re-released. I can give you guys kind of a sneak peek on this. I can't tell you too much, but I can tell you that it is going to get re-released in July, I think it's mid-July or something. And basically, what's happening is on that 299 plan, we're going to continue to develop new features, and those features are going to be available to everybody on that plan, there'll be a lot of like additional things that get tacked on, so new software, new updates to the software, the main SDAI app, that's not going to change, we're talking about additional like high-level features, additional ways to sell it, things like that. The app itself, that like everyone will have access to that same app, even if you're on the $99 plan. We're going to continue to develop on the app itself. The 299 unlocks additional high level features and other things if you don't already have a high level account, and there's something else in the works I can't tell you, but that will be available on the 299 The reason why I tell you all this, I'm not trying to confuse anybody, hopefully I didn't confuse anybody, but what the reason why I'm telling you all this, guys, is that if you did want to sell this in the future, getting in now rather than later is a lot better, because you're grandfathered in for everything. It's going to happen come mid July, so that's all I'm going to say about it. Anyway, I don't want to, I don't want this turning. I'm not trying to sell you guys on anything, that's not what I do here. I'm not trying to run a sales webinar here, I'm just trying to tell you guys what's what's out there, what we've got available. And since today's the last day, I just wanted to let everybody know.

4:27
So I'm done with my spiel. If you got questions about it, feel free to raise your hand. I'm happy to talk about it, but let's, let's get into it. Lance, did you? I can't, I don't know if it was it Lance or Bobby who had their hand up first. Was it Lance? Did you have your hand up, Lance? Or no, Bobby? Okay, I'll just go. Bobby, Bobby, go ahead and unmute. I

4:54
can't hear.

4:55
Yeah, I don't know who was first, but anyway, a couple of that. One thing was, I think you, you said it there at the end if we're grandfathered in for everything, right?

5:07
Yes.

5:08
Okay. Yep. The other thing was, the, the, you know, I tried to post. We talked about it a couple weeks ago, posted on, I think, our school thing, and they cut it off. They wouldn't let me post on it. They said it wasn't allowed, because I was asking for, you know, a partnership or whatever. No, they said it wasn't allowed.

5:36
Who said that?

5:38
Somebody did came, come on school thing, and said I think it was admin, somebody, whoever the admin was, I was

5:48
told,

5:49
you know, find somebody that would like to partner up, but anyway, I sent a message to Sharita, or what, how I don't know if I can pronounce her name correctly, asking her if she had any referrals that refer them to me to anybody that might want to partner up, but and the other thing was you said something about that media thing, if you want to tell me about that,

6:22
yeah, so they, we think we found the issue, but so there are several people that have reported it, but in everyone's case, because yours remind me, I think it was like 20,000 right,

6:41
yeah, 20,000 oh over 20,000 of them,

6:44
over 20,000 yeah. Because all the ones that we looked at that people have reported have been like five or seven or like 10 duplicates, four duplicates, things like that, nothing to your scale. So, what I want to do, do we have access to your account,

7:02
I think. So,

7:03
you know, okay,

7:06
we can get up your

7:08
own. You're on your own high-level account, right?

7:10
Yeah,

7:10
Bobby, you are. Okay, can you just drop your email in the chat for me real quick? I

7:24
I'm thinking I signed up with this one, but I'm not sure, SB G I'm going to put both of them in here,

7:50
okay? Yeah, that's perfect. I'm going to copy them, and then Rachika, when Bobby drops those in, can you just double check that we have access,

8:01
okay?

8:02
And then if we do, I already told Cameron, I already told Cameron about Bobby. If you can, if we do have access,

8:18
we have access to his account, like his profile level, we

8:23
do okay.

8:24
Yeah,

8:26
if you can just, if you could ping Cameron and just tell him the exact sub account for Bobby, and just let him know, because I know he was going to work on it, I wanted to just, just remind him that Bobby's is the account that had his Go High Level

8:49
account,

8:51
what's that,

8:53
we have his Go High Level account, not the sub account, he's not on standalone, like we have his go-a-level account exit

9:04
right.

9:05
Oh, the sub account is Owensboro hub.

9:09
Yep,

9:11
and is it on? Is it on our account, Bobby, or is it your.. no, it's his standalone agency account. Okay,

9:19
his own. Yes,

9:20
right, but we do have access to it. You said

9:25
yes.

9:26
Okay, got it. Yeah, if you.. if do you mind, Richika, just pinging Cameron and just telling him, here is the sub account, here's the agency, and here's the sub account where that happened, the 20,000 plus images

9:43
right now.

9:44
Okay, perfect. Awesome.

9:45
And while you are discussing this with Bobby, we have the same issue with Lance. He was right here. I'm not sure if he's still here.

9:56
Yeah, he was here. I'm not sure what happened to him either.

10:00
Okay, yeah, so that is the same thing that he is facing right now, and he wanted to discuss this.

10:10
Okay,

10:11
yeah,

10:11
and how many images? What, how many was it duplicating on his side? Do you know?

10:16
I need to check how many in his account.

10:22
Okay,

10:25
these are like 1600 not in 1000s, not in many 1000s.

10:31
Okay, 1600 that's still quite a few. That's a lot more than what we've seen. Okay, so yeah, I would definitely include that one in the message to Cameron as well, so that they can start working on that. Okay, and then if everybody, if anybody is interested in that unlimited plan, this is that link. I'll just put it in the chat, just you guys have that. That's that, the unlimited licenses for Smart Directory. Okay, so Bobby, we'll get that figured out. But yeah, we, we, we found the bug for what seemed to be a smaller amount of images, and what it seemed to be, is like when you go to resize an image or go to edit the image at all, that's when it seemed to be happening. But I remember with yours, that's what I was telling him on our meeting, is that with yours, I don't think you had edited the image even a single time, it just, it just duplicated it across the board, right?

11:40
You know, it's been a while back, so I don't remember. I kind of remember trying to, to duplicate. I mean, to edit, okay? I think I was trying to edit it, because it wasn't - it was cutting off people, so trying it again, or something.

12:02
Okay,

12:03
because it was a group shot, you know, the people work there,

12:07
right? Right. Okay.

12:11
And Jason, I just want to add here a little information. So, how it happened whenever someone tried to upload any cover image or any profile image, so it duplicated that multiple times. So, maybe let's say if you uploaded cover images for maybe 100 business listings, so it literally like duplicated that around five or six times.

12:38
Wow, okay,

12:39
yeah.

12:43
When you did it, Bobby, did you do a bulk upload, like a did you have that image attached to a csv file?

12:49
No, it was just a download upload type thing, you know?

12:54
Right,

12:55
I just downloaded it, and I was uploading it into the, you know, into the directory,

13:04
crazy, but anyway, it

13:08
was so many of them, I couldn't do anything with it. I turned it in, but that's been weeks and weeks ago, maybe a month or more to high level, and they said they would go in and work on it, but I never seen changes.

13:26
Yeah, no, I know you were mentioning that last time. Well, like I said, I think we found an issue, but for your use case, and it sounds like for Lance's too, we're duplicated it hundreds or 1000s of times. I'm not sure if that's the same, the same bug, or if that's something new, but either way, we'll, we'll, we'll get it figured out. So, did you have any other questions, though? Right now, Bobby,

14:00
have you just, just an off the wall question. Have you seen this super, super agent thing that they

14:09
have?

14:10
Yeah,

14:12
I just started playing with it. Are you guys, are any of you guys in the Nick Pontes group in the AI, I

14:24
was.. I don't know, because they were together at one time. I get his emails and everything still, and I also got upgraded into the GHL Wizard guy and Dome or Dome, or whatever his name, he'd done a video on YouTube.

14:46
Yep,

14:47
so it was interesting. I haven't tried it yet.

14:52
Yeah, I, I teach a class on AI in his group every month. And I'm definitely going to cover that here in July, but yeah, I just started playing around with it, and it's, it's pretty cool. Have you gotten to experiment with it at all?

15:15
Not yet. I just watched that video, and the way he talked, you could actually put in a stack, different,

15:24
yes,

15:24
stuff on top of each other, right? You know, a prompt for this and a prompt for that. Keep building,

15:33
right? Yeah, it's pretty, it's pretty cool. They, I mean, high levels going all in on AI, and they're going to continue to do so. They're continuing to expand their AI offerings and products multiple different ways, and yeah, just going to get continue to get stronger and stronger. I covered AI Studio, covered it a couple in a couple different classes that I've taught there. I don't know if you guys have

16:01
ever used, I

16:02
could ask, I can't now, I can't remember. Ponte, can I ask him if I'm in her group, or can I get to that class too?

16:16
Yeah, I, I know that there is a free you

16:22
Is a free version a couple of times. I don't remember if I signed up when, when they were all together, you know? Right before Tom split off, I went through his stuff, and I still get his emails every day.

16:41
Yeah, there's a the free version. I'm pretty sure. See, I'm an admin in the group, so it's hard for me to see like what you guys would see, but I think if you go to the classroom tab, I believe even in the free group you still have access to the past recordings inside the classroom area.

17:00
Okay, well, if you can refer anybody to me, that's anybody here, or any of the admins. I really would like to have a partner that's a tech person. Yeah,

17:19
I'm just surprised that your, your post got removed. Um, did you see a post that that Bobby made? Rachika,

17:34
no. Just, I didn't,

17:41
maybe someone else

17:43
actually made a.. I don't know if it's worth sharing. Can I share the screen?

17:50
Yeah, go right ahead.

17:52
I made this entire string. Let's see, I made this.

18:09
Oh, very cool.

18:10
And believe it or not, I don't know if you'd see it all, but I'll scroll up. Basically, it's almost a waiting list for cities, and this is like reoccurring income for the sign business to join in a free listing, and, you know, an upgrade listing that I'm going to offer to them to make the profit on this, but they're going to pay me to build the directory for their local customers, their local

18:48
right,

18:49
yeah. And then this is just, I just put this up the other day, and I actually haven't promoted it, I hadn't done anything, but I got two people, two sign companies already got on the list.

19:06
I love it. That's awesome!

19:09
Wow,

19:10
one Nashville and one in Louisville. I mean, they're pretty, you know.

19:16
Yeah, that's great. That's really cool,

19:20
and this just goes to my, you know, of course, I don't know, yeah, it, it linked, I didn't know if it would link in that, in that app, but it just, you know, they can go look at my directory and see what, what they can buy, it's,

19:38
did you actually connect a domain to this site,

19:41
yeah. I connected domain to it, but I didn't. It's signed city.it a sub domain of my BW,

19:53
okay? Right, right, right.

19:55
But I don't know how they found it. I guess because it had. Signs in the word, and they were on the web, and it just showed up on this.

20:05
That's great, that's fun. I love that,

20:09
but it actually, if you put a city in there, say it's taken already, or congratulations, and then it asks you to claim it. So I'm just taking a list, then I'm calling, I'm going to call them, they put their name, address, phone number, everything in it.

20:25
Yeah,

20:26
and I'm just going to call them and say, look, it's a beta deal, and this is what I'm offering. If you're interested, we can talk further. You know,

20:37
that's great. I love it.

20:39
Well, I am going to join. I looked up some associations. Once I get everything, you know, if I, you know, I could do all this tech stuff. Eventually, I'm learning it slowly but surely, but it is slowing me down so much, and that I just wish I had a partner that we could speed the process up, you know, and, and have a, you know, specialize in that. I can specialize in the follow-ups, and, and even, you know, people like Louisville, Nashville. I can drive there and actually sit down with them, negotiate a deal, you know, or do it on Zoom, you know.

21:16
Right, right. Well, I'm going to find out what happened, Bobby. I'm going to get to, I'm going to get to the bottom of it. I'm going to figure out who's, who's kind of the admin for the group that may have flagged that, and because I don't think that, that there's nothing wrong with that in my eyes. I don't know, may, maybe for whatever reason, it is violating one of our policies, but I don't think so. I mean we're all about collaboration, we want you guys to find partners, we guys, we want you guys to partner up, we want you to collaborate, and we want to encourage that. So that's really odd to me that it got flagged and got taken down, but I'll get to the bottom of it, and I'll have an answer for you next week. Sure, I also had this AI studio build me an admin page that I can go to. It doesn't show up on the website, but it's got the list, and edit, you know, I can edit, take them off the list, put them on the list, talk to them, add a number to it. I mean, it's pretty cool. This this AI stuff's getting really incredible. Yeah, that's awesome. I love it, and I love that you're experimenting with it. I love that you're playing with it, and, and actually starting to use it. That's really cool.

22:38
That's all I got for now. Uh, let somebody else talk.

22:42
Cool. All right. Well, thanks, Bobby. And, like I said, I'll get to the bottom of that whole post thing and figure out what happened there.

22:51
Okay.

22:52
All right, Mike, I know you've been patient.

22:56
Oh, yeah. No problem. No problem. Yeah, I'm taking all the information in. I just have a few just quickie, quickie questions. We've got a, like, a real estate directory that we're putting together. Everything's kind of moving along pretty good. We've got the key and everything, but just have a couple kind of technical questions, you know, in the form where it says become a member, the phone, when we put the, when the person puts a phone number in, it has to, I guess, you have to choose the country, you know, the country code, and was just wondering if we can just make it permanent, because everything we're, you know, everything we're using is here out in the US, so it's just wondering, get a permanent, like US US number, instead of, you know, them, because it's kind of confusing when you're putting in your phone number, you know, then the country codes start, start changing around, and it's kind of gets a little confusing, so it was just wondering whether we can make it so it's just permanent US number.

24:06
I think it defaults. I'm just testing. Oh, you're right. No, it doesn't default to us, does it?

24:12
Yeah,

24:13
interesting. Okay, yeah, that's a good catch. I Rachika, we don't have have a fix for this already, do we?

24:29
I'm sorry. What is that, Jason?

24:31
So, add new business. So, on a live site, when you go to add new business on that form, there's a phone number field. The phone number field defaults. It doesn't default to us phone numbers, it just, it just, it just defaults to international. You actually have to choose United States from the drop down before you enter a phone number. Okay, do we want.

24:59
That will stick to us. I

25:03
mean, I think I think that would be helpful. I, what, what I've seen, I, and I know it can be done, is it based on your IP, it can, it'll default to the country in which your IP is located. So, and that's the way it should function, so that, like, you can still have the ability to change it, and the drop down menu for changing the country can still be there, but it should just automatically recognize the IP and Autumn auto select US if the person's located in the US.

25:37
I can share this with Cameron and the tip. Okay,

25:40
yeah, that would be, that would be great.

25:45
Okay, and then I had another little follow-up question. Is there a way to add a field onto the business listings that, where they can select the languages that they speak, because you know, in where we're from, you know, we're out of the Northern Virginia, and the realtors speak, you know, a lot of different languages, and we just want to, you know, with the realtors, we want to kind of, you know, say, okay, they speak Spanish or Portuguese, or you know, whatever language, and was wondering if there's a field that we can add on to the business listing that they can, that the realtor can pick which languages they can speak to their clients with, so

26:49
I'm still here, Mike. I'm just, I'm just kind of jumping around and looking back in. Yeah, yeah, I'm just seeing if I can't figure out some, like, a creative way to do that.

27:00
I had a thought on that, Jason. To is, is, is there a field that might could rename and use as such?

27:08
Right,

27:10
I don't, there wouldn't be a drop down, I don't think, but a thought, yeah.

27:39
Here I can share my screen, so you can see what I'm looking at here. So, this is what Barbara was just talking about here. This is inside here. These are all the different just titles for different sections, things like that throughout the app. And so we've made this available for customization, so that yeah, if you, if you're, if you're not running just like a standard business directory, you're doing something different, you could come in here and kind of customize the names of these things, but none of these that are in here really pertain to what you're doing, so I was, I was looking at our existing listings here to see if there was something that we could use, I mean, obviously the business description, you know, like inside here, you could, you know, they could certainly write in, you know, all the different languages they speak here. I know it's not ideal, but you could include that in the business description, right? And you could encourage them to do so when setting up their profile,

28:44
there's not something where we, they can put like a tag saying that I speak, you know, this language or that language,

28:53
you could, yeah, we could do a late, we would just be careful, because if we do it, actually, that might work if we use a listing label, but then don't apply that listing label to to your menu builder, Rachika, are you here?

29:30
Yes, Jason.

29:35
So I was just thinking about just having a thought. Mike was talking about, I don't know if you heard the conversation, but trying to figure out a way, a creative way to mark, like have some sort of a label or maybe a tag or something on a listing that shows that they speak multiple languages. Could we use a listing label? But not apply that listing label to the menu structure, so that it doesn't do anything as far as filtering, but it would show on the listing, so like they could put English, Spanish, Portuguese as tags or as listing labels, right, and they would show on the listing, but they wouldn't affect any type of filtering,

30:23
I think. The current functionality that we have, if we are adding the listing label and we are assigning that to the listing, it will definitely filter out the listings. Yeah, I think the best is we add this to the Canny board, and I also share this with Cameron,

30:48
so it would, it would still affect the menu exactly

30:51
if we are adding like listing labels and assigning that label to any of the listing, so it will definitely filter out,

30:59
yeah,

31:02
which I don't know if that's, if that's really a deal breaker, Mike, or not for you.

31:08
Oh no, it just, it just something that makes you know there's.. it's this.. this area is kind of, kind of international, and everybody speaks different languages, and you know that's what the I know, that the realtors promote. We speak this language, that language. I just trying to find an easy way that the realtors can just kind of promote which, which languages thing they do. But you know, there's only one way to do it, then that's there's only one way to do it.

31:40
I mean, like Rachika just said, I mean, if, if you use the listing label, it'll show up. It's just, it will change the way that people search and filter on your, on your site. And I don't know, again, I don't know if that's a deal breaker or not.

32:01
Yeah,

32:02
maybe it's not. Maybe that's fine, because you're only, are you only dealing with realtors,

32:07
correct? Yes. So maybe for a single,

32:10
yeah, so maybe for a single niche, maybe it's not that big of a deal. I was thinking about it in the context of multiple different businesses where it could get messy, but yeah, maybe just because you, you're doing a single, single niche directory, just realtors, then a language filter that may not, that may not be bad, so maybe try that, maybe give that a shot.

32:35
Okay. All right, we'll, we'll try that out and see. Yeah, that works. I would just

32:41
try it on a few and just make sure that it doesn't, doesn't break anything that or change the way that you envisioned the site working, as far as, like, being, you know, people being able to search, but yeah, that that may work.

32:58
Okay, we'll try that out, we'll try to, okay, for that, and one run really quick, quickie. Question, if we have time, just, it just, when the person, when the realtor claims their spot, is there like an easy way that they can change their password when they're like, when they're creating their account, or I know there's a little box that shows you know, change password, but I was just wondering if there's, if that's the only way, or if there's an easier way that, that the, I guess, the person claiming their list, they can change their password when they're creating their account,

33:40
I don't think so. I think it's just in that signup process, and then if they forgot it, then they can click forgot password.

33:49
Yeah,

33:50
the other thing, though, we, we store the password for you inside the contact record in high level, so if somebody ever forgot their password, you could actually look it up. You've go into the contact record under the password field for that contact, pull that, pull the password up. That helps. That I don't know if that would help.

34:13
It may, but that's that's good to know. I didn't know you can do that, so that's at least you're just trying to, trying to, you know, just the easy, try to make it easier, because the our directory, you know, geared towards the realtors again. The realtors are not very tech savvy, and I just try to make, we just try to make it as easy as possible for them to sign up and put their listings on the on the directory,

34:41
right? Yeah, no, I totally totally, totally understand. I'll show you where that field is, just so that you know. If you just click into any contact and go right here under additional info, you'll see the here it is right here, password, so whatever they. Choose as their password, it's going to show up right here, so if, if like you know you're talking to a client, like, hey, I can't, I can't get logged in, okay? Let me, let me help you get logged in, like you can actually grab their password for them and go and send it to them and say, hey, this is what you, this is the password you used when you signed up, so you can help them figure it out,

35:22
got it? Okay, perfect. Thank you very much.

35:26
Yeah, nope, no worries. Yeah, let us know how that works. Try, try out that listing label for the languages and see if that doesn't work. I mean, yeah, yeah, go ahead.

35:35
Sorry to interrupt. So I think for the languages, what we can do, maybe we create a listing label, and we assign that to the listings, but we don't add that to the menu, and they'll not be able to filter out in that case, and it will just work as a label on the listing. What do you think?

35:56
Right, that yeah, that's what I thought I had said that to you, yeah, that was my original thought, was just not adding it to the menu builder, but just creating, so the listing, it was just like the label doesn't really do anything, it just kind of sits on top of the listing,

36:15
yes, because I was thinking that maybe if I click on the listing label on the website, so it may be take me to a listing label page separately, but it is not doing that thing, so I think it is pretty safe that we don't add that to the menu, and we just add a listing label and assign that to the listing,

36:36
right? So, Mike, I think either way would probably work for you, because you know, like you said, you, you live in a pretty diverse community that speaks multiple different languages, so maybe people want to search, be able to search by language, since your directory is only geared towards realtors, maybe that would be a really, a really good way to search, so in that case, you would want it in the menu, but you could try it either way.

37:06
Yeah, I think we'll try both ways and see what you know, see what works the best,

37:11
right? Cool, I'm excited to see what you do with it. Yeah,

37:16
yeah, but thank you. Thank you. Yep,

37:18
awesome. Any other questions, Mike?

37:21
No, that should do it for the moment, unless I think my hand later on, of

37:26
course. Yep, we're here for a couple hours, so feel free.

37:30
Thanks,

37:31
Barbara. I don't know if you had your hand up next, or was it Alex?

37:36
Yeah, I did, but Alex can go first if you want. So I'm, I'm fine.

37:41
Okay, Alex, you go, you go ahead, then we'll go straight to Barbara, and then whoever's next.

37:46
Thank you, Barbara. Hi, Jason.

37:48
Hey,

37:49
all right, so share the screen, take a deep breath. Hi, Ruchika, you there?

38:03
Yes, I'm here.

38:06
Okay, let me just check if my headphones are connected. I thought they were okay. Let me just go to this guy here. This is what I get. My potential clients get when they fill up, they fill out add new business, new AI video business. They fill out the form, and instead of showing this, it's showing the 404 Just clicking on here. Hold on, so I added this third plan here, Scout, and since, since then, I think not 100% sure, instead of this popping, or the two plans here popping, the four four page pops, and for the past two weeks I've sent two tickets. So far, I haven't heard a word. I don't know what's going on, and I have critical people waiting for this to work, people who are extremely important for the well-being of this directory, and I don't know exactly what's going on, what's happening. I've spent more than $1,000 on this on this endeavor here. I haven't made money yet, and now that I'm at a critical point where it's going to pick up, we're excited about it, but I can't make it work.

39:52
So, what? Okay, so let's go back, Alex. So, when somebody goes to add a new business, right, they fill out that form. As soon as they submit, they're getting a 404 error instead of getting redirected to the to the plans page. Is that what you're saying?

40:09
You got that.

40:10
Okay. Okay. Rachika, can we pull his ticket and see if there's what's what's been going on with his ticket?

40:20
What's happening to check, so there is one on 29 which Steph already replied to, and it says that Alex, you saw the reply, and then there is another on 29 June again, which I think steps then to incorrect email address, which I'm going to send you now. Yeah, these two.

40:47
Sorry, I got audio problem for some reason. I'm just getting the audio from the computer, not from the headphones. So, can you just.. I'm just going to get rid of my headphones,

41:00
okay?

41:00
Yeah, no problem, Alex. So, it sounds like Rachika, can you hear me? Okay, Alex, just thumbs up.

41:05
I hear you hear me. Okay,

41:08
okay, perfect. Yeah, we can hear you. So, Rachika just said she found two tickets on June that were dated June 29

41:18
one

41:19
that was responded to, and one that it looks like accidentally got emailed to the wrong address, the wrong email address. A response got emailed to the wrong address. Is that correct, Rachika?

41:31
Yes, correct. So one is one wall seen by Alex, and there is another ticket that we have with the dev team, which they marked as done, and that is about 404 error after submitting new business form. So they said that they fixed it.

41:50
Okay, I couldn't understand what you just said. I'm sorry. Can you just repeat? You said you sent a response email on the 29th

42:03
Yes,

42:04
so yesterday I searched for it. Yeah, is it under your name?

42:09
Could be, should be with the name Stephanie, or maybe Smart Directory AI.

42:14
Okay.

42:22
Anyway, I don't see it here.

42:30
Maybe type in smart directory AI,

42:38
you know, is the issue supposed to be solved, because yesterday I spent nearly two hours with Claude trying to solve this issue, and it kept flying back to 404 error page for both cases, where once one case is when I had the three tiers showing, I toggled off the third tier to check if with you know the free and the premium one it would work, it was still showing me another four four error message, but a different url, there were two different urls,

43:17
actually this error was with the dead team and they said that they fixed it. So, can we test it now on screen?

43:29
I have a hard time understanding what you're saying. I'm sorry. I mean, maybe it's the sound.

43:35
Yes, Alex, let's go ahead. And so, Rachika, can you hear me? Okay, Alex. First, yes, I hear you. 2020

43:42
okay,

43:43
perfect. So, what Rachika is saying is that the dev team reported it, found the issue, and reported it as fixed. So, and that's what was trying to get sent to you yesterday. What I'd like to do right now, can we just test this live on the call, and let's

44:01
for you.

44:02
Yes, please.

44:03
Let's go. Can you see it?

44:05
Yes, we can see it.

44:06
Okay, I don't know how many times I've done this, but that's okay. I'm just gonna create another fake email with this now. Do I need to put a second email now? Is that, is that mandatory or not anymore? Just, just checking with I can you hear me?

44:48
Yeah, Alex on the email side,

44:55
I'll put it in there, but I thought I saw that it was going to. Be automatically created if it was missing like plus user or something like that,

45:06
I think. So, yeah, I think I saw the same thing. I believe.

45:10
Okay, I'm just gonna put this. Is the phone number mandatory?

45:19
No, I don't believe it is. I don't believe that's required.

45:23
I'll always put it anyway. I put like a variation with 555 anything like that. Hopefully, I haven't used that one. Use this name, do. Best, we don't care about that child, dress a fake address, I all right, should all be there, right? Okay. Submit.

46:21
All right, that's usually what I get. Click, okay.

46:27
Okay, now it's showing.

46:30
Okay,

46:31
bingo.

46:35
There we go. That's okay. I don't, but I. I wonder why I on my side the free plan is showing on your plans page,

46:50
um, Jason, so free plan is not visible after they,

46:53
yeah,

46:53
add the business because they already added it, they will only see the upgrade options, they'll

46:59
only see the upgrade options, you're right. Yep,

47:01
so then

47:03
that is working correctly. Then I click

47:05
on upgrade. This is a redirect. That's correct. Is great what it's supposed to do. People are supposed to fill out a form, and if I click here, there you go. That will, that's good. Okay. Well, that's huge. Thank you so much. I really appreciate that, because yeah, I'm at a critical point where I believe this is gonna really work out great.

47:36
So, I wonder, Alex, if it had something to do with your third plan, it's yeah, go ahead.

47:44
No, because it seemed to me that one, it's only when I added the third tiers that the problem started to happen, but

47:56
right

47:56
yesterday I turned it off and the error message would still appear, surprisingly, because it used to work before that with the two tiers, so now it seems that magically or not magically with sweat and tears it's been solved. I don't know what the issue was, but it was definitely on your, on your end, because I would call it. I tried every aspect of, you know, all the settings I could play with, and stuff like that.

48:33
Yeah. Chica, does the ticket reference the plan at all? Is that what the issue was?

48:41
I'm sorry, Jessica. What is that?

48:44
So, obviously, we just tested this. It works fine now. On the ticket back from the dev team, did they say that it was an issue caused by a third plan? Is that what was causing the issue with the redirect, the 404 error, redirect.

49:04
No, there is no such information on this one.

49:07
Okay, okay. I just thought I'd ask to see if we could get to the bottom of it. I mean, I'm glad it's working. Just wish we didn't know exactly what it was. Yeah,

49:18
I'm showing you my Gmail account here, and I see Stephanie's new email, which is great. This is another question I have, but I don't know, maybe I lost the other one, but it looks like her emails are getting through, so there

49:40
should be one on june 29 because it shows that you open that email. Okay,

49:47
okay, all right. Maybe

49:49
somewhere on june 29

49:50
Yeah, okay, good. All right, so let's move on then. More minor stuff, but still you. Yeah, well, she answered the question, maybe here regarding transparency of images. Let me just quickly read. Yeah, it's just a kind of a display issue, so you go here this AI AIF directory image in the center here is it's not transparent, it's against a white background. I've tried to, I uploaded a transparent PNG file, but it would turn it into a black with a black background for some reason, so it used to be transparent, but since you guys implemented the, like, more, more, more ways of, you know, adjusting the content, it looks like your transparency functionality has disappeared. I don't know if anyone else has noticed that, but I know that notice that yesterday

51:08
got it.

51:10
Okay,

51:13
yep,

51:14
I'm just trying to remember that is it's not under,

51:23
it's on the brand under

51:25
general, yeah. I know it's under brain, but it's not general, right? That's it's not the off logo,

51:31
no, it's right here, it's showing to you, it's it's content, content,

51:39
yeah, that's right, yeah, homepage main content. Okay,

51:42
here it's.. it's not transparent, and I tried, and it would show up as a blank background.

51:49
Weird, because in our demo account we do have..

51:54
and show it to you again if you want.

51:58
What local? What is that?

52:01
Think this is a trick? Yeah, we have a transparent logo in the demo.

52:07
Okay, many mistakes. So, if I do this, so if I. yeah, so I tried to upload the transparent logos. Is want me to go through it in front of you, or you believe? Yeah, sure. Yeah, that would be

52:32
great. Yeah, because I'm looking at it on my end, and this is the transparent logo for me, is working on the demo site.

52:41
Okay. Well, so

52:59
transparency, so I go to this one now. This is white. This one is white, transparent. Okay, 500 by 500 no, maybe this one transparent small I don't know if it takes a square 500 by 500 should it work? I could try it.

53:51
It's a two to one ratio. I mean, we could try it.

53:54
Okay, this one is it's two to one ratio. That's why,

54:01
yeah, it's supposed to recommend it. Is 300 by one to go.

54:05
This one, okay? It says transparent PNG, 1200 by 600

54:11
Okay,

54:13
okay, so I

54:23
see it's dark in the background, okay. But then, if we save

54:41
it, let's save button in there.

54:44
No, it auto saves. Sorry.

54:46
Yeah,

54:47
let's..

54:48
so if I..

54:51
oh yeah, you're right. It does apply the back, the black background. Why is it doing that? That's really. Weird,

55:00
I know, so I'm gonna just return to the white background

55:12
now.

55:21
Okay, so that's just a minor issue, though.

55:25
Yeah, minor, but really strange, because, like I said, no, on my end, I can't replicate it, but I will now mark it down. I thought maybe

55:35
it's my background that's not truly transparent, so I looked at, I went through Canva, also I, you know, reproduced the image on Canva, and it was truly transparent, so, but when I'm looking at the image here, back to the image on file, you know, when, when it's transparent, usually there are like squares, right, of various shades.

56:11
Yep.

56:13
And I just realized I don't see that it says transparent, but it should be transparent. Is there a way to a telltale way to say if it's transparent or not?

56:27
I usually just open the file up on my desktop, and you should be able to tell pretty easily in the preview mode when you look at the image. There shouldn't be any background associated with the image when you open it in preview.

56:43
Okay. Well, okay. Here we are. This is transparent. If I double click on it, I so the background is gray, so it's not, is it transparent in your opinion? I click this one same thing,

57:17
yeah, maybe that, maybe that's not transparent, then

57:21
this one did they all come out gray, so anyway, see I Okay, you know what, I'm gonna double check. So, do you want me to get back to you about that later on? Because I'm gonna, yeah, if

57:51
you could,

57:52
or just email Stephanie. Well, how do I get in touch with you?

57:57
Yeah, that would be, yeah, just email Stephanie and let her know, okay?

58:01
I'll spend some time on that, because I have doubts about my own assumption now, so I don't want you to waste too much energy on that.

58:11
Well, I still marked it down, just in case, but yeah, if you want to just double check when you get a chance, that would be great. Okay,

58:18
the other thing here is like my creators are divided into two categories, one is pro, so let me get the pro plan right, is there a way instead of having featured written here on on the homepage to have pro instead of featured,

58:43
I don't know if that was part of the setting change that we did.

58:50
I, I try and look at the change, the name changes that we can. Yeah, is

58:58
that in there? Featured, it is. Yeah, featured listings.

59:03
Well, the thing that it, that changes, unless I'm mistaken, because I have, okay, featured listing, I have pro profiles here, but it looks like what it does is it changes this here.

59:18
Oh, you're right

59:21
on the individual profiles that would be really major for me, because feature is not really doing it for us.

1:00:08
Rachika, do you have any ideas on that?

1:00:11
Yeah, there it's to the left of that. The badge text is modifiable under listing display settings underneath content right when you go to branding and then content,

1:00:30
oh branding content,

1:00:37
scroll down left side all right, just where it's red, yeah, that's the text. Oh, there we go,

1:00:49
yeah. Oh, wow, badge text, that's right. Okay,

1:00:56
okay. So, thank you for that. That's awesome.

1:01:03
So, that's featured and claimed, right? Got

1:01:07
it. Okay. Icons lightning background. Okay, cool. So, is there a save button on this page?

1:01:20
No,

1:01:21
no. Okay, so normally return here. So, okay, so if I refresh that page, oh yeah, baby, nice, there you go, okay, another question, so whenever I click here on the free guys, the free plan guys, like let's say on here I see all the pro guys first. I understand the logic behind, but is there a way to change that, and just have the the three guys showing like this guy's the first three plan here.

1:02:29
Yeah, I know we've talked about this several times in the past, Alex. I don't think that that is available to us yet, though.

1:02:39
Okay,

1:02:45
you can. Yeah, no, that's not going to work well. Let's see, maybe if we can, you go to the business tab. Let's just test it. Let's see. I think it's always going to put pro in front, but we could try just doing a reorder, so selecting a grab one of those guys that's got a free, what is it, Steve? Right,

1:03:13
yeah,

1:03:13
just select him, click the box next to his, his profile, and then hit reorder. Okay, yeah. Now it's just gonna put, can you grab? He's at the very top right,

1:03:41
yeah,

1:03:42
yeah, and you don't even see the pro guys there, you just see free, yeah, yeah. I don't think it's going to work then.

1:03:51
Okay, maybe something to consider in the future. If you say someone mentioned that before, it's probably in the request, Danny

1:04:02
board, yeah. okay.

1:04:04
All right. Oh, yeah. Well, little thing. I'm wondering why on my emails this is in my automation, but I can't find that. It says test, test. How do I change that? Is it like it's, it's an automated response to me, it's in the system, and your user has just created an account, blah blah blah, and I looked in automation, I couldn't find that test test,

1:04:38
it's a contact that you've created called test test, yeah.

1:04:44
Oh, okay, gotcha. So I made, I created a contact under test test. Okay, gotcha. You just

1:04:55
need to update the name, yeah.

1:04:57
Okay, okay, gotcha, okay. Yes, yeah. Okay. Now let's fear. Alrighty, that's that's it for now. Appreciate your, your, your wisdom and savvy, and glad the elephant in the room has left.

1:05:20
That's always a good thing, right? Yeah, perfect. All right, Alex.

1:05:25
See you. Have you got

1:05:26
more questions? We'll circle back around to you. But thanks for all the good ones. All right, Barbara, I know you've been patiently waiting.

1:05:35
Oh, all good. Mine, as everyone knows, I'm still in that introductory phase, so mine are going to be pretty boring questions, guys.

1:05:44
Oh, they're not, no questions a bad question, no questions boring.

1:05:48
Oh, they're all good. I know, I know, none of the questions are stupid, but they're boring. So, if you're looking, you could just use Alex's screen as an example for my first question, so when you're looking at his screen, you notice how it's a little grayer here.

1:06:06
Yep.

1:06:06
Okay, so he has his AIF, and then underneath it, I'm assuming that's a template. Is there a way to change that color, or is it even possible that's the background strip, or the container strip, whatever you want to call it,

1:06:21
right? I don't.

1:06:27
That's text button background. Yeah, I don't think we have that available.

1:06:33
Yeah, I didn't. I hunted, couldn't find it, but that's okay. If that answers the question,

1:06:38
yeah, I don't believe so. No, I'm not. I don't see it anywhere here.

1:06:42
No, no worries. Now, the next one I've got, that most of these are esthetics things. Now, when I've gone into the.. when I'm adding my listing tags, okay? Now, I do not have my own high-level account, so I'm using the one with the. I can have as many as I want, so when I add a listing tag and the label, there is a graphic to it. Now, what it doesn't do when I want to put a picture on the label or a graphic on the label, it doesn't use the media store, so it keeps adding on to it, so that could be maybe something to do with that little picture bug. So that's part A of that question, and the other part B of that question is, do I even need a label tag or a label graphic? Pardon me,

1:07:39
so the label graphic is like, I don't, you've seen the homepage, where,

1:07:46
yeah, I don't see it, yeah, I don't see the label graphic or the tag graphic anywhere, so I'm thinking, well, why do I even need it?

1:07:54
Well, because if you turn it on, it'll show up,

1:07:58
okay, towards

1:07:58
the towards the bottom of the homepage, there's a section that you can turn on where you see all the different graphics and all the different labels.

1:08:07
Okay,

1:08:08
it's optional, though, like you don't have to turn that on. So, if you don't want to turn it on, then yes, you're right. No, that's the only place. I don't believe there's another place where that, where that image actually shows, yeah, I

1:08:22
like the idea of having it, but because it keeps adding multiple graphics to my media storage, it just seems, well, that's just loading it up for nothing, potentially.

1:08:33
I don't, I think the media, so that that media storage is on our server, I think it's different.

1:08:42
It's

1:08:43
not the same. So, like, originally the way that we had this app is that we had our own media storage library where all images got uploaded to our database. The reason we made the change is because a lot of people, obviously, they use high level. This is, you know, SD AI is built on top of high level, and a lot of times you'll have images from other things sitting inside your, your media storage library that you wanted to have access to. Yeah, and so instead of duplicating it, instead of storing images in two places, we thought, well, it just makes sense for us to tie into the high level, high level media library where images already exist that you're already using. So I think this is just one of those places in the app where it just hasn't gotten updated yet.

1:09:36
So if I'm going to use the same image on, you'd have to know my, how I'm doing my menus, but that's here nor there. So, if I'm going to use a gym image for one town and then another town, it's going to be the same image. Image, pardon me, what it does is it uploads it to the media storage twice, so I just won't worry about that. Then

1:09:58
I wouldn't worry about it right now. Know, like I said, this will be updated to the high level media library storage or media storage library soon, and then you won't have to worry about it all. You'll just be able to select it from there. Now, every time you install SD AI into a new sub account, you're under a new license.

1:10:22
Yes,

1:10:22
and so essentially it's a brand new container, and that container doesn't have access to the previous media storage library, even if it's just using the SD AI library, right? So, yes, so the answer, the short answer, the question is, it doesn't matter either way, like you still have to re-upload, yeah,

1:10:41
yeah. I know it's going to get ugly, and I have to be well organized at the back end, so I get, get all that. But I just wanted to clarify, I like the dots connecting. All right, so now, yeah, some of my other questions have to do with dots connecting. Okay, I'm going through the, the, the help quick document, and it talks about custom pages, and those dots are not connecting at all. So it says to create a sub domain for my custom pages. So, when do I use that? What is it? I know what a sub domain. I know what a sub domain is, but the custom page part of it, I don't get that part.

1:11:26
Yeah, yeah. Let me, let me share my screen here. Okay, I'm so actually, here, let's go back, oh, here it is. This is the site, okay? So, here's our preview site, right? So, underneath more, we've got several different pages back here. Actually, the other pages aren't visible. Let me go into sites, go under under sites, under funnels. We'll see Smart directory.ai Here is the one funnel. This is where you can have your about us page, a contact page, your terms of service, and privacy policy pages, these will all like these two right here will show up under the more section. Okay, and then down here at the bottom, your terms of service and your privacy policy, that's where these links will go. They'll go directly to the pages that you create here once you set up that sub domain, and so what? Yeah, so what happens is you can come in here under this funnel, and you can create as many pages as you want. So maybe you wanted to create a custom page all around, you know, selling websites or something as a service, right, and that that ends up being a page here on your smart directory website under more, so somebody's interested in buying a website, they could go to that page and it could be a sales page all around selling, you know, custom local business websites.

1:13:15
Okay, so if I have multiple directories, let's, let's use Billy as an example, so he's got a number of people that he's targeting. So, could I have a sub domain on the master domain that all of those other customers would point to, or would I need to create a sub domain for each of those customers that make sense?

1:13:47
So, are you talking about creating custom pages for a business that's listed on your directory?

1:13:55
Well, I'll do it a different way, because the email.. I've got an email question that's kind of along the same lines. Okay.

1:14:00
Okay. Yep.

1:14:01
So, let's assume my master domain is actions.com or.ca whatever.

1:14:08
Okay, then

1:14:08
I'm going to create my mail, so it'll be mail.actions.ca

1:14:16
Yep,

1:14:17
then I'm going to create a directory that'll be for Manitoba, but I will have all of my Manitoba email go to mail.actions.ca and the domain for Manitoba will be actions mb.ca Is that doable? I

1:14:42
actions dot,

1:14:45
yeah, you have to write it down,

1:14:47
or do you mean I think you mean you mean md.actions.ca because the sub comes before the main domain.

1:14:55
Yeah, no, so I would want to say, if I have three different directories. Is so they all have their own domain, and then I want all of those different directories to point to a single male sub domain.

1:15:15
Oh, okay. Just, just for email marketing,

1:15:19
correct?

1:15:20
Okay, yeah, that's fine.

1:15:22
Okay, that'll work. I thought so when I was reading the high level training stuff and different things, that's what I thought, but I thought I better check.

1:15:32
Well, actually, let me..

1:15:34
I can test it, because I'm still in the entry phases. I can test all that, I or the beginning phases, so

1:15:50
okay, so here's some clarification for you. Every

1:15:54
sub

1:15:54
domain, I'm sorry, let me back backtrack, every sub account inside High Level. Okay, under every sub account inside High Level, you're able to connect an email account. Yes, okay. At one time, you can only have one, don't you? Can only have one domain active at one time within one sub account.

1:16:22
Okay,

1:16:23
okay. So, once you set it up, like you could set up multiple sending domains inside of a single sub account. Okay, but only one is active at one time, meaning it can only send and receive email. Only one domain can send and receive email at one time. Okay, so

1:16:42
yeah, so if just, just to, so if I have a domain for Manitoba and a domain for Saskatchewan, I could not use the same email sub account for both those domains or directories.

1:17:00
The only way you could do it is if all email is coming from one sub account, but the way that we teach is once all this is set up right, you've got your automations that automatically run inside this sub account, so what that means is essentially you have a duplicate, you're going to have to have a sub account for Manitoba that has all the contacts inside of this sub account, but then you're also going to have to have all the contacts for Manitoba inside your master sub account where you email from,

1:17:34
okay, gotcha.

1:17:35
So, you'd have to have a duplicate database, right? So, you'd have like a giant master database that has every location in it, and it's separated by tag or custom field, or whatever it is, and all email comes from there.

1:17:48
Okay.

1:17:49
And then,

1:17:50
yeah, I'm probably better. I'm probably better off. I'm thinking out loud now. I'm probably better off having a mail sub account for each one of the directories

1:18:01
I would do that, yes,

1:18:02
and then CC, or do something in the back end for making sure that that main email account that I want to manage things in gets it all, okay,

1:18:12
100% yeah, okay,

1:18:14
and so that connector product, or the the email forwarding product, whatever it's called in there, I've got the wrong terminology. So, do they charge for that, like that one? So, lead connector, there we go. Do they charge for the mail that it's that I'm using, or that I send out?

1:18:32
They do. Yes, it's very inexpensive. It's you're looking at for the oh,

1:18:43
don't worry about it. No, I just.. it, they charge, they charge, don't worry about it.

1:18:46
Yeah, it's roughly 70 cents per 1000 emails. Oh yeah, so

1:18:52
I'm not saving that many. I'm gonna, I'm going to do this very slowly, so that I want, I want to address each client and give them some very personal service, like everyone, but I want to do it slower. Okay, so the only other question I had is the last post that Tom did, he talked about an online visibility report. I can't find that, so because I don't have my own online or sorry high level account, do I not have access to that?

1:19:27
Oh, because I couldn't

1:19:29
find

1:19:30
it. Are are you under smart directory?

1:19:33
Yes,

1:19:34
you are. Okay,

1:19:35
I don't have my own high level account.

1:19:38
Okay, got it. Then I'm sure that's that's the reason why, and I don't know if that's something that we are offering users.

1:19:51
Okay,

1:19:51
what I would do, I don't know, maybe Rachika knows. Rachika, are you still here? I.

1:20:00
Get camera. Oh, sorry, Jason. Yep, that's okay.

1:20:04
Do you know if we are offering the visibility report to, like, the prospect

1:20:12
through the prospecting tool?

1:20:14
Yeah, exactly.

1:20:15
Yeah, yep,

1:20:16
yes, we are. But I need to check with camera, like, what exactly is the process? Okay, how that will work. So,

1:20:27
Barbara is interested. So, let's.. and we, Barbara is under Smart Directory AI, so we have access to her sub account. So, if you can just create a ticket and let's, let's find out for her, and get back to her on

1:20:44
this, sending a message to Cameron to check, like, how exactly we need to do this,

1:20:48
because, because for me, when I create that two or three plans, I haven't decided on that yet. What I can do is I can just make it invisible or invisible, and then tell we know if I'm going to do that. Yeah, okay, that's easy. That's an easy one for me, but yeah, like I say, I'm still in those setup phases, so I'm just working through that, and I had those email questions and those page questions. So now that I understand, I should have a sub domain for pages, a sub domain for mail for each directory I create that answers that question, and then I'll loop it or cc it to the other one.

1:21:30
Yeah, that's that's really going to be your easiest.

1:21:33
Yeah, and I like it. I like easy, I like easy.

1:21:36
And right here, Barbara. So, under email services, reply and forward setting, this is your forwarding settings. Yeah, so you could, you could forward responses to any address, so it could be an Outlook or a Gmail address, wherever, wherever you, you like to check your email. You could set this up so every sub account could use the same forwarding,

1:21:56
exactly,

1:21:57
and they all go to one inbox that you check, and

1:21:59
that makes it from the perspective of managing the back end. When I get to that number of directories, then I have only one email address that I'm managing everything from, and that's kind of the goal. Other than that, it can be the way you've described it, and that'll work. That works for me.

1:22:17
Okay. Cool.

1:22:18
Thank you. I'm done.

1:22:20
All right,

1:22:21
today for today

1:22:22
sounds good. Well, we'll find out about the prospecting report, and I'll have Rachika get back to you on that. We'll get an answer.

1:22:32
Yeah, and that, that, like I say, that can be a future one that I move into,

1:22:38
right? Right, but I think it's good for all of us to know too, because I have no clue what the process is for that right now, so that would be good. I'd like to know as

1:22:49
well.

1:22:50
Thank you very much.

1:22:51
Yep, thank you. Right, Paul.

1:22:58
Thank you.

1:23:00
No problem. We hope you,

1:23:04
boy, I wish I could have talked to you yesterday. What a frustrating day. I actually sent out my first invoice and got paid and couldn't find it.

1:23:14
And here's what I

1:23:16
did. I first set up my directory site,

1:23:23
okay, Lehigh

1:23:23
Valley Business Guide, and I hooked Stripe up

1:23:27
to it, okay.

1:23:28
Then I created, I guess, my agency account called Get Local visibility.net

1:23:36
okay. And

1:23:37
then I connected it to that Stripe account. Well, it turns out Stripe made two accounts, one for the directory and one for my agency site.

1:23:52
Yep,

1:23:52
and I went into the agency site to bill my customer. He paid it. It said it got paid, but it went out under the account number of the directory, not my agency site. And I'm just so confused. I don't know how to fix it. I have both of my account numbers. Is there a way to count number,

1:24:22
let's, let's pull it up, let's take a look, and if you want to share your screen, I'm happy to jump into it and get all this mess sorted out for you,

1:24:34
good, because it mostly broke my brain. Okay, so I'm in my,

1:24:42
you're in your

1:24:45
directory account,

1:24:46
you're in the directory account. Okay, so and you send an invoice from this account.

1:24:50
No, I sent the invoice from the other account. Should I go in that one?

1:24:55
Sure, yeah, let's take a look there.

1:24:57
Sent an invoice, I. From here,

1:25:06
okay, so if you go under payments on the left-hand side, there's the invoice,

1:25:14
right,

1:25:15
go on integrations in the very top, there's Stripe. Stripe, and go ahead and click on Manage.

1:25:26
All right, and see how it has both checked. I can't get this test mode unchecked.

1:25:34
That's just how it shows up. Yeah, yeah, there's no, yeah, nothing you need to do there.

1:25:42
My APIs are the live APIs. I was able to check that.

1:25:48
Okay, so what.. what you need to do here is, and this is the correct, or is this not the correct Stripe account that got

1:25:58
not a direct the correct stripe account. I need to change the account number,

1:26:04
so you'll just need to click disconnect, and then you'll reconnect, and you'll select the correct stripe account. So it says disconnect,

1:26:14
that's what I thought. But that payment, what if that payment hasn't cleared yet? Will I be?

1:26:19
Doesn't matter, doesn't matter, because what, because the payment, all payments, all the payment stuff happens on Stripe, right? Nothing gets processed inside High Level. High Level sent the invoice, so they created the invoice with a Stripe product and sent that out, and then when, when your client got that invoice, opened it up in their email, opened up the secure link, and then typed in their credit card to pay all of that data. All that information went straight into Stripe right away. High Level doesn't do anything with that. The only thing that High Level handles is just the visual look and feel of the email and the the actual invoice itself, but the payment side of it is it's all inside Stripe. It's already been captured, and whatever bank accounts connected to Stripe is where that money will resolve

1:27:12
to. Okay, yeah. When I talked to Stripe, they suggested that I wait because it's my first payment, and they hold it for nine days or something, but you're saying that money is already over there. This isn't going to change anything, so

1:27:25
this does not change anything. This is okay. Yeah, yeah, because they're the ones I'll

1:27:30
disconnect it and reconnect it. I appreciate it. Thank you.

1:27:34
That's all you need to do there.

1:27:36
Okie doke.

1:27:38
And then you'll, what you'll do is, you'll go back into your other sub account, where your directory lives, and there's a setting to set up Stripe there, and that's where you'll enter the Stripe keys, and you'll just want to make sure that those Stripe keys belong to the correct Stripe account. But it sounds like that's correct. It was just this, it was just the agency side, right?

1:28:00
Yes, yeah, I only need one set of APIs. I can have as many accounts hooked up. That's what they told me. I don't need separate API keys for my agency and for my directory site. I just need the account numbers,

1:28:16
right?

1:28:17
Okay,

1:28:19
that, that was easy, that was even a half hours yesterday,

1:28:24
man.

1:28:30
I couldn't find the money, I had no idea. I had two accounts in Stripe. I thought it was one account, and it was, and they couldn't help me. And then I finally got somebody that said, "Oh, why don't you just click here? You have another account, and boom, there was the money.

1:28:43
Yeah, it

1:28:45
was frustrating, but awesome. This, I, this is great. Thank you.

1:28:50
Yep, no problem. Glad we could, we could get that worked out all right, guys. Anybody else? Any other questions? No. Yes,

1:29:07
I'd like to go into emails.

1:29:12
Okay, sure. Yeah, Tim,

1:29:13
show off my screen here.

1:29:16
Let's take a look.

1:29:22
Which one is it here? Alright, so I was in now we have to go to how do I get to the email into

1:29:38
settings in the bottom left

1:29:39
settings

1:29:41
and email services on the left

1:29:43
lead connector app I was getting replied to by different emails that I didn't set up, some like Pat Paloma or something, so I think somebody was either using my emails. Or or set some stuff up, but I was just deleting that, and then trying to go in here and figure this stuff out, so and then I have almost 200 I think it's 180 businesses in, in on the website, but you know, this says I only sent out 25 emails, and this has been a, you know, it's our should we go back and filter more dates?

1:30:28
Yeah, that's less seven days.

1:30:30
Okay, so if I go, how do I look for the best month, or whatever?

1:30:37
All right, well, if you do last, you can do last three months, there's a filter there at the bottom, you see that, yeah, just go close that, go back to the calendar option,

1:30:48
this one,

1:30:49
and there it is, right over one more, there's one more that was last three months, there you go, so that shows you all the data over the last three months, yep.

1:31:03
Okay, so that's a, that's a little better. Sorry, this first time I saw that, but yeah, I figured I'd be sending more out than this, though, because they're supposed to be multiple. It automatically goes into the program, right, the workflow, and should be sending multiple emails to 150 different businesses.

1:31:34
I'm not sure. I don't know what we have. What you've got set up, we can take a look at your settings and look at it, but yeah,

1:31:42
yes, please. Let's see if I've got that set up properly.

1:31:46
Yeah, let's go into your automations.

1:31:49
Automations,

1:31:55
and

1:31:57
where am I gonna find. I gotta go back to automation,

1:32:02
mm. and then go into smart directory AI,

1:32:10
this one,

1:32:11
yep, and then outreach workflows, so free listing outreach almost shows 28

1:32:23
should have a bunch more than that,

1:32:42
I Let's see, here

1:32:47
we go into,

1:32:54
if you go into Smart Directory AI, on the left-hand side, there,

1:32:59
here, or, or this one,

1:33:01
yeah, right there, there you go, and then click on settings at the top, and then click on workflow mapping. Okay, let's make sure this is all set up claim request approve forgotten password new business request new event added so password new blog added that one's not set up but that's okay for right now. What's can you go down to the very bottom new claim request. Okay, so those are all set up, and it's published

1:33:50
to be blog or something. This one,

1:33:52
yeah.

1:33:54
Okay.

1:33:55
And then have you.. how many like have you been adding contacts into your sub account.

1:34:05
Yeah, so I mean there's a whole bunch in there,

1:34:10
207 there business tags on them,

1:34:15
probably. Yeah,

1:34:20
okay, so yeah, I can see they all have business tags. Do you have anybody that's pending? So let's go into Smart Directory AI, see if there's no..

1:34:31
there's nobody, nobody pending. I checked that and did that already.

1:34:35
Okay,

1:34:39
there's submissions,

1:34:40
so there's no business requests,

1:34:44
these were these were things that I did, so okay,

1:34:47
got it,

1:34:49
that was me, okay,

1:34:52
I was trying to make sure it worked, you know, and so these were getting some emails, and I was just wondering why you. You know, I haven't been getting any other success.

1:35:04
Let's go to conversations on the left hand side there, and go to all conversations under team inbox. Okay, so those are yours. This guy,

1:35:27
Matt, was the only one that you know when I sent out stuff, he replied and said, you know, everything's correct, and so he went on, but then nobody else, and I've gotten zero other success, that is not myself trying to make sure that it's working.

1:35:51
So, what I'm thinking happened is when you uploaded those contacts originally, the automations were probably paused, they weren't turned on, and now that they're turned on, and those contacts already exist in your system, it's not going to automatically fire, which is totally fine. What we can do is we can assign those contacts to the to the automation, and they'll start going through the automation.

1:36:22
Okay,

1:36:22
so you can just go to your contacts section, and then what I would do is go ahead and select everybody in this list, yep, and then select all 207 and then let's go to, let's see, I can't remember how to do it exactly. It's try manage fields over on the right hand side,

1:37:00
trigger automation.

1:37:02
No, no, because what we want to do is we want to filter one more time, so go to over on the far right, I think it's manage fields, so right contact activity, yes, so then go down to contact activity, the very bottom, and then workflows finished. Actually, you could select work active, probably won't, won't matter. Yeah, just just select act or finished, and then hit apply and hang on, so it should be workflows finished. Add custom field and Workflow active says finished free listing outreach finished now. Hang on one second, Tim. There, what I'm trying to do is create a filter for you, so you can get rid of those people

1:38:42
and when I go in and find these other places and their emails, do I have to go and do this again, or no time? I, oh, there it is, Melinda. It'll, it'll go active.

1:38:58
So, what I'm, what I'm going to show you here, I did it the wrong way, so scroll back up to the top. Let's deselect. Go ahead and hit deselect all 207 Click on advanced filters. There you go. Now from this box, type in workflow

1:39:18
in here.

1:39:18
Yep, in the search field, and then type in and then select active

1:39:25
this one,

1:39:26
yep, and then from the drop down go ahead and select, I think it's free listing outreach, yeah, free listing outreach, you just passed it, you there you go. Okay, and then under where it says add nested filter, go ahead and click that, and then go ahead and select. Oh, we don't want or though. Go ahead and delete this. Sorry. Go ahead and hit the trash can, had, and then click add filter, the add filter button. No, no, keep, keep that, keep that. Yep, right there. Yep, so it's so it's as what we're doing is we're creating a filter the other way was, and so that was going to, we, that would only show us context that were active and we're not active. What we want to do is show contacts that are active currently or have gone through it, so we want to select workflow again from where it says please select, and then we'll search for workflow again in this field, and we're going to select finished this time, and then we're going to select free listing outreach, so what we're doing is we're saying, hey, show us a filtered list of everyone who's currently active in the free listing outreach workflow, or show it, or someone who's already been through the free listing outreach workflow, does that make sense?

1:41:00
Yeah,

1:41:00
then hit apply. Okay, so these.. so, how many do we have? We've got.. so go ahead and click to select. So, 27 people.. so 27 people have been through.. have been through it. It list looks like, because all of them show workflow finished. So, what you'd want to do is, you don't want these 27 to go back through it, or maybe you do. I don't know, it's up to you, but what you could do is, you could add maybe another tag to these just says like finished or something like that, and then when you, there's only one

1:41:49
guy that claimed it, so I mean, if I uncheck him, just send them all back through it.

1:41:54
Yeah, you could send them all back through it. Yeah, the only

1:41:57
guy that claimed it, so if I uncheck that,

1:42:00
well, then if that's the case, then what I would do is I would go back to your entire database and only deselect him,

1:42:07
right?

1:42:08
And then add the entire list back in. Okay,

1:42:12
let's do that.

1:42:14
So, go ahead and deselect everybody here, and then get rid of that filter that we created, so under advanced filters on the left-hand side, there. Yep, just go ahead and hit clear all filters, and then apply. There you go. So now you're going to select everybody, select all 207 and now you're just going to deselect

1:42:48
Matt.

1:42:50
Oh, he's on the first page. Okay, so just go ahead, and I guess you'll have to deselect again. Go ahead and hit deselect all, then hit select all on this page from that that one checkbox at the very top of the table,

1:43:10
this one,

1:43:11
yep, and then deselect him here and then hit select all, see if that works. Nope, shoot,

1:43:20
I can.

1:43:29
Well,

1:43:30
if I.. if I still.. this is selecting all, and if I just do that, then I don't have to do that to.. oh, that's 99 so it doesn't matter because the rest of the page doesn't have them, so right. If I go to next page, let's see, there's nobody on the neck. There's one person, and I know them, so I'll go select them. Another,

1:43:56
oh yeah, you know what, that's something I didn't.. I wasn't even looking at all of those contacts on that second page don't have email addresses,

1:44:04
right? Right,

1:44:05
yeah. So they're not going to be able to go through the workflow,

1:44:09
right? And that was my question. If I, if I go and hunt these down, this, you know, harvest wine bar, and I add this in, once I put an email in here, does that automatically put them into the workflow?

1:44:23
No, it won't. No, you'll have to, you'll have to go ahead and add them, because the contact record's already been created.

1:44:30
Okay. All right, so yeah, you,

1:44:37
that's why you only have, you've only had 28 people go through, because you must only have 28 email addresses,

1:44:47
that's possible. Yeah, okay. So, I have to go. All right, so let's start these people up again, anyway. Right, so I, I don't. Does it matter if I've checked these off with no email address?

1:45:07
No, it's just they'll just error, they won't go through.

1:45:10
Right, so I, this guy who joined is off, so I can just add them to the workflow.

1:45:18
Right. Yep, so under trigger automation, if you just click that trigger automation button there at the top of the table. Yep, and then you just give it a name, and then you'll select the workflow, which is the free listing outreach. and then here, what I would do is, I would probably send these in drip mode, probably wouldn't blast everybody all at once, and I would do this over time, so we only got, how many people is that, 20 something people, 30 people,

1:45:59
right,

1:46:00
so you could do, maybe do like five at a time, every minute, or every two minutes, or something. Let's just, just kind of space it out a little bit, you know. Doesn't need to be crazy, but batch quantity, that's the number of people you're going to send at one time, and then you repeat that every one or two minutes, that's two days. So you want to select, yep, there you go, perfect. Start date

1:46:27
is, yeah, I would go,

1:46:28
or I would go ahead and select it anyway. So I think sometimes it's glitchy, so I always just select it, and I always put it 15 minutes into the future. So, what is it? Well, everybody's on different time zones, so yeah, go ahead.

1:46:45
And then an end is this end, end it.

1:46:49
Yeah, you can end it. So I would just put like 5pm tonight, or four, whatever. Yeah, that's fine. And then yeah, start date's going to be today. There you go. Perfect, everything's filled out.

1:47:07
Yep,

1:47:08
that looks good. Yep. So, go ahead and add automation. Perfect. So, not all 100 will get added,

1:47:17
right?

1:47:18
Obviously, just the ones with the emails. Yep.

1:47:20
Okay. Beautiful.

1:47:21
So, you can just go ahead and dismiss that.

1:47:24
Great, there

1:47:25
you go.

1:47:26
Thank you very much. I'll keep playing with that. I got to go back and search for more emails,

1:47:31
and I don't know if I told you guys about this, but if you go back into Smart Directory, I You into smart, yeah, exactly. I was just going to show you guys that. Yep, the new button for get your 100 leads, so that's now added right there at the top of the dashboard. So you can click that anytime you guys need to get more leads with emails, that's where you'd go.

1:47:59
But it's once a month, right?

1:48:00
It's once a month. Yep,

1:48:02
so I can hit that button tomorrow,

1:48:04
exactly.

1:48:06
Yeah, because I got some for this month.

1:48:12
Okay, cool.

1:48:13
Beautiful. Well, thank you very much.

1:48:16
Awesome, Tim. Glad to help.

1:48:19
Yeah, that was that was big, and I think I asked last week, and I just didn't find it or anything, but is there a hot spot or somewhere I can go for email marketing, you know, where this is all, is that in the regular setup that I just haven't gone through those properly,

1:48:39
as far as just like setting up your domain properly, is that what you're looking for, or what do you love? Oh,

1:48:46
let's go back to the fact that I deleted them, but like I, when I got replies in the lead connector, it was like replying to Pat at my local site.com and I was like, Who's Pat? I never set up a pat thing, you know. How do I find out if someone's scamming off my emails or whatever?

1:49:06
Yeah, can you show that to me? I

1:49:09
can't, because I deleted those emails, and because I was like, I don't know, you know, it was a response or was something from an insurance company or whatever, but they were replying to Pat, who I'm not Pat, at my domain name.com and and then I probably got half a dozen or a dozen emails like to that name, so I was just wondering if there's a place to look at what emails are set up. Can we can let me go open this back up? This one,

1:49:47
I've never heard of that.

1:49:48
So, the emails, can we check the email that I have set up, and if it's proper? And yeah, go ahead and

1:49:57
just click on settings, and then go to email services.

1:50:03
Okay, and then

1:50:06
email services on the left there, and yeah, mail greenwich.us yeah, that looks right. Go ahead and click on dedicated domain

1:50:21
or

1:50:22
view configuration, make sure that all the records are saved, and then go back to dedicated domain, and then yeah, everything's issued, the SSL, so join us was the one

1:50:38
I was using, but then it was coming back, you know, Pat somebody at Mail dot Greenwich, and it was, I was like, that's weird, I didn't send any of that up, and so anyway, so that's all good then, right?

1:50:58
That looks fine to me, yeah,

1:51:00
yeah, because I then I went and added businesses and added a backup email that I had, and so I was getting into the workflow, so I was like, it's working, but I wasn't getting anybody else signing up or doing whatever. So,

1:51:13
click the three dots. Let's just make sure there's no SMTP user set up. Click those three dots next to mail.greenwich.us yeah. yep. And then click on SMTP settings. Okay, so there's no user. Yeah, so nobody's, nobody's accessed it. Then no one's sending on your behalf except for you.

1:51:37
Okay,

1:51:39
so I'm not sure what those were. What did that, without being able to look at them. Yeah, look at the details of them. If it pops up again, if you see them again, save them. And then next week, join the call again, and we'll look, we'll take a look at them. But yeah, without being able to see it, it's hard to try and diagnose what happened there,

1:51:57
right? They were, they were in the app, the lead connector app, they would, they would, they came through there, and, and that, yeah, I think I was asking about where, where do I get more education on using the lead connector app, the

1:52:18
mobile app,

1:52:19
yeah,

1:52:20
that's a great question. I don't know if there is. I mean, obviously I would probably check YouTube for sure. There's probably somebody out there that's done a video on it. I don't know if High Levels done an official video on the Lead Connector app or not, but you can always check their support section, so if you go into here, it's helped up go high level. I'm going to drop the chat. There's their official help website, so if you go into that portal and just search for the lead connector mobile app, I can see if it's in here.

1:53:00
Mobile

1:53:03
accepting payments, so there are several things in here under mobile app. Yeah, there are definitely several articles in there under mobile app, I Here's another filtered search for you.

1:53:26
Yeah, all right. I clicked that, and I'm bookmarked that.

1:53:30
Yeah, and there are.. it looks like there.. I just found at least a couple of videos that High Levels put out on their official channel for the mobile app, I

1:53:43
Yeah, okay,

1:53:45
yeah, so that's where I would go first, and then if you still have questions after that, then we can, we can talk about it on this call. I could probably get access to a test version of the app that I could share on Google Meet, so yeah, if you guys want to, just, if you got, if everyone's interested in that, I'm happy to go through it.

1:54:12
Yes, yes, please.

1:54:13
Okay, so I'll try, I'll make a note to myself, I'll make sure that I get access to a test version that I can go through, and I can just share my mobile screen, and we can walk through the app together next week.

1:54:29
That'd be awesome.

1:54:30
Okay, cool. Let me put that down here.

1:54:32
And so, just to, just to confirm with that, that when I plug in the emails afterwards, I have to go and re-assign them to the workflow like we just did, right? Right, search them up and do that, but if I add new contacts, so if I'm adding, if I get my new leads tomorrow, and and I add them in, they'll automatically put in, be put into the workflow.

1:55:01
Um, yes, they should automatically start. Yep, because everything was turned on when we went through your

1:55:06
right,

1:55:07
we went through your automations, everything was turned on. So, yeah, it should, it should just trigger right off.

1:55:15
Okay. Beautiful. Thank you very much.

1:55:17
Okay, cool. All right. Who's next? Chris

1:55:25
Jason. This is Sheila. I'm using Chris's code. Sheila, what's

1:55:29
going on?

1:55:30
I have a five second question. Let me just share my screen. Okay, it's not showing me my Go High Level on the screen, but it has to do with I already have leads in Go High Level. I just want to add the listing labels to them, you showed it before, but then I couldn't find where it was. You can show it on your screen, because it's a different..

1:56:18
yep, that's what I'm going to do right now, I Okay, can you see that?

1:56:32
Yes,

1:56:33
is that showing up? Okay, all right. So, listing labels, so remember, contacts - all contacts have to have the business tag, right?

1:56:44
Yes, yes, yes. Okay,

1:56:46
so all make sure they all have that first, and then under smart directory, under businesses, you can come in here and you can add listing labels right up here, just by selecting the businesses, you can bulk add listing labels right here.

1:57:06
Got it? Got it. Okay. So, yeah, all you got to do.

1:57:10
Yep,

1:57:10
yeah. Okay. Sorry.

1:57:13
So, you can always add, you can add them individually too. I believe inside the actual listing, it's somewhere right down here,

1:57:23
no idea. Yeah, okay, okay, got it. Thank you.

1:57:28
Yep, no problem. Yeah, so just select multiple at a time, and then just go ahead and hit add listing label and add as many as you want.

1:57:35
Okay, thank you so much.

1:57:37
No problem, Bobby. What's going on?

1:57:44
I was going to ask you about instantly. Is it hard to set up? I've never been on it, a bunch of domains, and do a mass mailing, or should I just work through, like LinkedIn or something, and search for signed companies there, and do like three or four, or I don't know, 50 a day, and follow up on them there. What's your suggestion,

1:58:21
man? That's a tough one. I don't know, Bobby. I think I mean instantly it's.. I've used it before. It is a process to get everything set up, and I don't know, I just feel like if I send you down that rabbit hole, it's gonna.. I just don't know if that's the right path for you to go down. My thought,

1:58:58
I was watching a video that really kind of hit me really well today. It was about LinkedIn, and this guy was basically doing the same thing that I'm doing. He was looking for people that had audiences already in a certain niche, like I am.

1:59:20
Yep,

1:59:21
and he was having tremendous amount of success on LinkedIn, but he was also selling his coaching course on how to do

1:59:33
it right.

1:59:36
I mean, I've used LinkedIn for prospecting, and I've had a lot of success on LinkedIn as well. I, I've used a couple different automated tools on LinkedIn, but I'll be honest, the most success I ever saw with LinkedIn was when I did it manually, and I know that's not like super attractive. Active, and people aren't like interested. Everybody wants to automate everything, but what I did is I developed a process where I would just go in to LinkedIn every morning, and I would - my goal was 10 people, that was it. I would just reach out to 10 people every single day, and anyone that responded, I would go through and respond to them, and that developed into several different conversations. I booked, I don't even know, tons of calls through doing that process day in, day out, five days a week, and and it worked for me. It worked really well. So I love LinkedIn. I think LinkedIn is a great place to prospect. I, but I, the automation thing didn't work for me. I tried a couple different tools, one of them got banned, the other one, because LinkedIn doesn't approve of any of these automated tools, by the way. The only thing that worked well for me was paying for Sales Navigator on LinkedIn. I can't remember how much it was. They, the pricing may be different now. I think it was 70 or 80 bucks or something like that. I can't remember, but Sales Navigator, that was amazing because that allowed me to send more connection requests. It allowed me to send more in messages. I still didn't do a lot of the in message stuff. I would just do the requests, and then when someone would accept me, that's when I would send a message, and but the sales navigator allowed me to do really detailed filtering, so for you I think that would be worth the money, because if you want to use LinkedIn, because it allows you to find the exact type of company, the owners of those companies, it allows you to filter by geography, I mean, there's so there's like hundreds of filters on LinkedIn. I mean, it's, it's, they get really, really granular, like you can filter by a ton of different things, and I use that like crazy to find people, and that's why. And so, Sales Navigator, and then a manual process of reaching out to 10 people a day, that's what I did personally, and it worked very well.

2:02:23
Well, every time that somebody says yes to my offer, I'm going to have to build a directory and build them, you know, basic high-level sub account, so if I get 10 people signed up. I won't be able to keep up.

2:02:43
There you go, there you go.

2:02:46
So, maybe you

2:02:47
don't need something automated. Then

2:02:49
I think the well, you know, until I get a partner that can do a lot of the backend work, I might just start doing it manually at first and then add that to it, once I get something, you know, if I get a snapshot set up properly and everything ready for the next person, then I could go go that step, but I think that your suggestions.. I don't think I'm thinking about email, and I had one company want me, they would set it all up for me, but they basically were doing a bait and switch with that, they were selling that for $100 but they wanted you to join their group for, you know, 1000s, I remember, told

2:03:37
me about this, yeah,

2:03:38
yeah, so I canceled all that this week, and, and just gonna go back to LinkedIn. I think the

2:03:46
only thing that I would do, in addition to what I just said on LinkedIn, that I did do that, I completely forgot, is before I started sending messages, I updated my profile, I went through, I really dialed in my profile, I added videos. I added a bunch of stuff to my profile, so I would suggest you do the same thing, because what will happen is, as you start to reach out to people, start sending messages before they accept you. Yeah, they're going to check you out. So, on your profile, I would, you know, I would post a couple of videos, you know, maybe a couple of articles, anything that you can do to, like, talk about kind of what you do in your specialty, and the fact that you're an expert in the space, you've been in the sign industry for what is it, 30 years, 40 years, you know, all that kind of stuff, that should be on your profile, so that when they do go to check you out, they, they see you're a legit person, you know.

2:04:44
Okay,

2:04:45
you, they know, or you know what you're talking about in that industry. So that's the first thing I do, go like really trick out your profile, just go and totally trick it out, make it real cool, and and totally gear it towards whatever it is you're going to pitch.

2:05:01
Okay, sounds great.

2:05:04
Okay,

2:05:06
I'm just trying to narrow everything down to, to make it, you know, build my sub account, get get everything ready, so that it works really smooth as I get going. So, I think that LinkedIn is my way, that's all I needed.

2:05:25
Like I said, I did it. I did it the manual way, and it worked well for me. So I definitely suggest doing

2:05:36
it. I'll just step up as I need to. Yeah, I'll start out with the manual.

2:05:41
Yeah,

2:05:42
okay. cool. Thanks.

2:05:45
No problem. All right, guys. Anybody else? Any, any last questions before we wrap it up? All right, I think that's gonna do it then. Cool. All right, guys. Well, thank you so much, as always. I feel like you guys are like, like we're all friends, like we.. it's like the same group, everybody shows up, it's fun, it's what we get to hang out every week. So, I love hanging out with you guys. I appreciate all the questions. You challenge me to think in different ways and to solve problems, which I love doing. I've been in this space for 15 years, I've seen a lot of different, a lot of things over the last 15 years, and it's just.. it's an exciting space. I think we.. we're in a really unique field where we can really impact the lives of so many different people, and we do something that's.. that's really meaningful in my eyes, and it's exciting to share. It's exciting that you guys are excited about it, and I just want to encourage everybody on your journey, wherever that may take you. I know this is all around SD AI, but I love just talking business in general about all this stuff. So, I thank all of you guys for joining the call. It's been good. We will see you guys next week. Hope everybody has a real productive and great week. Any questions between now and next week, just always remember we do have our amazing support desk. Please submit those support tickets if you have questions. I don't want anybody just sitting at home spending hours trying to figure stuff out. I know we had a couple of guys, Paul going out to you. I feel bad that you were sitting there for a couple hours trying to find that invoice thing, but if you guys are struggling, please reach out to our support desk. That's why they're here. We're, we genuinely want to help, but if it does require more, you know, in-depth help, that's why we do these calls, so that you can show up, you can share screens, and we can dive in and kind of get to get to the root of the problem, figure out what's going on. Anyway, thank you guys so much. I'm gonna stop yapping, I'm gonna let you guys go home. Enjoy the rest of your week, and we'll see you guys next week. Take care, everybody.

2:08:19
