just had a few questions. I'll run through them real quick. So the first one is the voice inbound. Ai inbound and outbound. The setup between the documentation and the video was very confusing. I don't know if anybody else experienced that when I when I set up the the inbound, I set up both the claimer, claim claim a listing, and then the other one was, I forget what the other one was, but it was the video was telling me to set up both of those in voice inbound. And then I think the documentation had it different. It said for the outbound, you set up this other one for the outbound, but you don't set up the claim listing. So I just wanted to clarify which one is right.

conversation, AI, doesn't give you the ability to fire some of those web hooks. It's more limited, but the inbound and outbound for both of those, you should connect the claim listing and the lookup listing for both. Yes, sir. Okay, all right. All right. Did you say you got an error?

you have to do is you have to use a different like, what you're doing when you actually fire that claim listing, the lookup listing should work fine both times. When you're adding it to both the inbound and outbound. You have to do the test to, like, validate it before you can actually update the web hook, right? So when you do that test, the lookup listing should be fine, but on the claim listing, once you do that test, on the first one, whichever one you start with, then you can't use that same both of those same email addresses to do the test on the second one, because what you're doing there is you're saying that this user is claiming this business, And that's like a light switch. It's either on or it's off. And so once you once you claim it with that first test for the the you know, whichever one you start with, you you can make that claim request tests, then that business actually gets claimed by that user. So that's why it throws you an error if you try to use the same two emails. When you do it on the second one, if you just do a different business email or a different consumer email, then it will work fine, but the same business, the same consumer, can't claim the same business more than once.

Okay, yeah. So, like I said, the training is very confusing, because first it says, Choose a business, and then it says, just choose any consumer. It doesn't say choose one that's claiming that business. So that's confusing there. And then using a different business and and users not in the training as well. So you guys might want to just update that so it's going to be a little less confusing.

Okay, uh, the other issue I had, which I think I got resolved, is this new menu builder. I just went in and to look that, look at that, and then all my business tags were duplicated. So I think I resolved that issue, so I won't dive too deep into that. So I think I'm good there, and I think I understand what the purpose of the menu builder is. In fact, I created my own funnel pages, new funnel pages. So I think I'm good there. The voice. AI snapshot doesn't include the dashboard. Is that on purpose? Yes, okay, yep.

So we just need to confirm that those actually are in the current smart directory, AI snapshot, and that the issue is not on our side. And when you go to update, you just load it into your account, and then you load that snapshot to your existing sub account. And then you can go through and actually just select the the assets that you want. So you just select the workflows for newsfeed created and and the other one new claim request.

Hey guys, how's it going? Good? Connect my share my screen. So I'm just trying to wrap my head around the profile image setup. You know, as you can see right here, the recommendations is, it's a one to one ratio, 500 by 500 so it's a square. I've automated the process, and so it just basically uploads the profile and cover images through the CSV. And so my system, what it's doing is it's generating a one to one, like this one right here, and then when I, when I, when it uploads, it's cropping it. So you can see here, it's cropping about roughly 100 pixels on the top and on the bottom. So by by doing the CSV upload and bypassing the cropping mechanism within smart directory and. I don't know if that plays into this, but again, I'm just trying to kind of figure out some solutions that I could do from my end to because it looks like more like a three two, a three two ratio. When you're looking at the directory, more like a 600 by 400 and not a 500 by 500 Am I, since I'm uploading, am I bypassing the cropping? And is that the reason it's cropping 100 pixels on the top and the bottom?

I'm trying to make some modifications to give people options to just assuming this is a three two. So if I do that, put the time into kind of changing my back end. I was just wondering, is there any plans to change it on the smart directory side? So I wouldn't want to make these changes to accommodate this three two now and then have maybe it goes to a true square one to one, and then all those would be kind of obsolete. So just kind of trying to again, figure out, you know, best way to move forward.

Yeah, I don't actually know, Mark, but I completely agree with you. I think this is probably closer to a three two. It's definitely not a perfect square, for sure. So I think any training that you do advising clients to create a three two image makes sense for here, for that profile image, just because if they do a perfect square, you're you're running the risk that something could get cropped, whereas, if you train them to do a three two here, even though the the ratio is showing perfect square, the odds are that it won't, it won't get cropped, so it'll look nice.

Okay, so there's no plans on the canny or anything like that, to go with a true, true one to one. So this is pretty I was thinking it probably won't, because if you've got, you know, 1000 people using the system, and all the profile images are cropped a certain way, I wouldn't think that maybe they would make that modification, because then it might, you know, kind of mess up the current profile images.

Yeah, I think, you know, I think if you're going to do any type of training, that's fine. I side with you. I think that, if anything I would, I would put preference over this image versus that little, tiny profile image you can, you can't even tell what that profile image is anyway, really, the only time would be if somebody had, like, an icon or something, maybe it might look a little skewed. But for the most part, I don't think that really matters. I think this one definitely matters more. So yeah, I think some, maybe some training around a three two, or at least if they're going to do the square, making sure that whatever they have that they want visible is within a three two within the square, if that makes sense.

Update, correct, Yep, yeah. If there's something crucial that you guys need, there may be updates that we do periodically. I know that there was one or two last year that were not crucial to the entire to the process at all. And so there was not a there was not a an email that went out, but anything that's crucial to the process or to any training that we do that requires you to update that snapshot. You You should receive an email from us, and we will let you know where to go to update it again. Rachika dropped the link directly to the snapshot section, and so you can always go there, and you can check the date of the snapshot, but you will also receive an email.

The next directory type will be a person directory, where you can add people, and people will be the listings, right? So that will be a new type that will be be added. I know that one's been really highly requested for quite some time, and a lot of people are looking forward to that. So that will be coming very soon. As far as the actual theme itself, like changing the theme. Oh, no, I was on a call with Norm yesterday, he was trying to help me out, but I have two issues, and only one side you could probably help me with, but I think one is is affecting the other. My my Google Chrome decided yesterday morning to not cooperate. It won't it'll open for a few seconds and close. And so, so I had to come out of Chrome. And now I had other windows of Chrome that I had, you know, separated, because when I was working with someone with working with someone I had their own chrome because I was trying to keep, you know, my stuff separate from theirs. So, but anyway, those open up, but mine no longer wants to stay open. And so you. Went to comment, I to use that, that that browser, and so I was able to collect some of my, my my links that was over in Chrome, but my go high level app some kind of way, because I had to sign back in at, you know, or did a forget password and all of that, because I sure get into Chrome, you know, To, you know, get that information. So now it's my, my, my, my app is not acting right. It's where I can't find my, my agency view it disappeared. I can't see both the so the agency view isn't there, and the so and the sub accounts, so I can't see both sub accounts at the same at the same time, since my agency view is not even working. And when I go to sign in using, you know, my regular Gmail, which I thought I had used, I would have had to have used that I would think to originally sign up would go high level, so, but when I use it to log in, it shows up in my conversations On the Asheville on the directory side, as my email. So that disappeared my email address for my directory and for since I had two, you know, sub accounts for the agency and for the directory. And they're, they're, they're not even together anymore. And I'm not sure how that happens, because usually an owner account, the only way an owner account, the user status of an owner account, can be changed. Actually, I don't even think you can. I think as an owner on an agency account, the only person that can change it is high level. I don't believe that you can change your even yourself, so I'm not really sure what happened, but what and you don't have access to, it looks like you don't have access to the Help Desk at high level either. So the only person that's going to be able to tell us what's going on there is going to be high level. So I did drop that support link for high level in the chat. And I mean, it's all set up fine, but my first sub account, I created my, what should have been my separate agency account, and that's where I screwed up, and I started building my SDA site within that account, I downloaded the app and all that good stuff. And now I realize that I need two sub accounts, one for the SD AI and one for my actual agency, which is Apex media. And so my question to you is, I'm so deep into building the apex media part of the site with logos and this, that and the next thing, and, you know, workflows and blah, blah, blah, that what I need to do is create a separate sub account for my SDA listing, which is support local dot Vegas. But my question to you is, if I uninstall it from my Apex media sub account, create the new SDA i sub account and then reinstall it there, will I lose any of my information that I've built on my listing site so far? And it's, I guess it's a yes or no.

I mean, it depends on, you know, if you're really worried about SD, AI, my, my suggestion would be to create a snapshot of everything that you've built right inside of that same sub account and then use that to create a new sub account for the agency and leave SD AI alone, because if you do move SD AI, you will lose everything. That's what rachika was just saying. So like, if you uninstall the app and then reinstall the app in the same sub account, nothing gets lost. If you take a sub account that has it installed, and move that from an eight one agency, agency to another agency. So to me, the best route would be just create that snapshot, right? That'll be that's going to be your quickest way that you don't, and you're not losing a ton of, a ton of headway that you've you've made on the agency side.

I just did a new submission about a week ago, but I went through and I read all of the updates and all the changes that they had made, and I added quite a bit of new language to my terms and my privacy policy and my submission went right through. It took four days. It got accepted first time around. So I would definitely go through all the documentation and just make sure that you're up to date here. Because again, a lot of this has changed recently, over the last couple of weeks, and it's continuing to evolve, and it's one of the reasons why we haven't added anything new in the training on this is just because everyone's actually trying to figure it out. It's not like it hasn't been fully flushed out yet. The problem is that these, the the compliance department, is not really clear as to what what needs to be there. But there are some some basic things that should be there, cookies policy, for sure, age policy, so like you need to disclose, you know that the site is not for children, and that you know that the site needs to be used by, you know, 18 years and older individuals or adults. So that kind of language needs to be in there. There's several different things. I mean, if you, if you look at all of these, that'll they'll tell you, they'll give you some information. The other thing that I would say is submit a ticket with high level or try and get on a zoom. Call with them and show them this screen, and they'll walk through each one of these with you and tell you exactly what you need to add for each one of these. They'll compare it to your terms and your privacy policy, and they'll let you know, hey, this needs to be this needs to change. This language needs to be removed. They'll let you know,

No, the the the site is actually part of the actual app that you install into high level. Yes, there are some pages that are built inside of the funnel builder within inside high level that you have control over. You can customize some of those pages, or actually all of the pages you could add to those pages, if you'd like to have your own kind of custom page show up on the site, but actually controlling the design of the site at this time is not available, but that is something that the team is actively working on. They are adding different features that will give you more control over kind of the look and feel of the site itself.

Yeah, because I. See the system pages as home, blogs, news, events, jobs and pricing and that that goes into the the navigation area. But when you go look into the preview, you only get like the hero page, the spotlights middle page, which is just like, you know, a small blurb, and then discover our listings, and then business businesses by tags. So I was hoping that I can add like, at least the event on the first page. So in that way, when they are scrolling through on the first page, they can see like, you know, events happening. But structurally, I was, like, hoping that I can add, like, an element on here so in that way, it can show right away.
