All right, guys. Welcome, welcome, everybody. SDAI call. Thanks for joining us today. You guys know the drill. But bottom of the Google Meet window, little hand icon there. Go ahead and click that if you got questions. That'll allow you to raise your hand. That'll get get you in line. We'll start answering some questions. Hope everybody's having a great week so far. Great day. Hope you guys got a little bit of time off for the holiday weekend. Got to do a little relaxation, at least here in the U.S. Anyway. Well, let's go ahead and get started. Looks like Azer. Is that how I pronounce it again? I I can't remember. I'm sorry if I butchered that.
Speaker 1 0:44
Hi Jaden. Good morning. Yeah, it's correct. It's Azer. Okay,
Jason 0:46
perfect. Awesome. Yeah. How can we help Azer?
Speaker 1 0:50
Okay. Um. Let me share my screen. Let me see. Yeah. Okay. Hi. Um. Can you see my screen right now?
Jason 1:02
Yeah, we can. Thank you.
Speaker 1 1:03
Okay, okay. Um, Jason, I have a problem since I want to add a new plan with our um directory. However, I get this issue. For example, so for example, this is a new um ah plan. So for example, I will put a price here and next, for example, and X submit, and I get this error always, like an error code during submission. So this is the error I always get when I try to add a new plan.
Jason 1:50
Okay, can you try that again? Can we try adding a? I think you just added monthly. Can we try adding both monthly and annual? Okay. if that works.
Speaker 1 2:04
For example, um, annual price will be um three times 1236, something like something like that.
Jason 2:13
Yeah, you just put anything in there for right now.
Speaker 1 2:18
It's still the same.
Jason 2:22
Okay. Can we just try reloading the frame or reloading this page for me?
Speaker 1 2:28
Okay, sure. Okay. Again, I'm go to plan, add plan, get ahead. P 40 736 next. I will just put here something. Next, submit, seal, get an error.
Jason 3:20
And you do have a plan name and description, correct?
Speaker 1 3:23
Yeah. Ah, yes, I have. I'll put a plan, for example. Ah, plan badge.
Speaker 2 3:36
Hmm. So get in there.
Speaker 3 3:42
Just, just FYI, I had that error too. Maybe you can take out the zero and put a number in there, and then take it back out.
Speaker 4 3:54
Uh huh.
Jason 3:56
In the currency field, is that what you were saying, Eric?
Speaker 3 3:59
No, not in the currency field in the in the trial in the trial period.
Jason 4:07
Oh, in the trial period. Okay. Okay. So adding a zero in the trial period is that what you said?
Speaker 3 4:14
Or yeah, taking it away and then, or you know, putting some time in there and then taking it out. It seems to kind of like reset it or something like that.
Jason 4:23
Okay, sure, sure. Yeah, I'm trying it on my end too.
Speaker 1 4:37
So get Rachika, have you seen
Jason 4:41
anything like? Has this been popping up? Have you seen this? No, just you haven't. No. Any ideas? I'm
Speaker 3 4:50
saying put a date, put some days in there, and then okay. So.
Speaker 5 5:02
I think we need to submit this as a ticket so that we can share with Dev team.
Jason 5:07
Okay. Yeah, because I'm getting the same error. I'm trying it on my side. I'm getting the same error as well.
Speaker 1 5:13
Yes. Um, I think I I already email a support team. So can you check that for me.
Jason 5:24
Yeah, Rachika, can we pull up Azer's ticket? Just make sure that okay, perfect, awesome, thank you. So let's get that. The
Speaker 5 5:34
last ticket we have for Azer, it's from September three.
Speaker 1 5:38
Yeah, correct.
Speaker 5 5:40
We are trying to add. Okay, is um you need to share? So RJ already replied back to you. So he said like you need to share your purchased email address so that we can track your purchase inside of our database.
Speaker 1 6:00
Okay, sure. Um, so yeah, please reply
Speaker 5 6:02
back to that email.
Speaker 1 6:04
Okay, yeah. Um, I'll check that. It's
Speaker 5 6:07
on the same day. It's reply is on the same day.
Speaker 1 6:11
Got it. Okay, sure. Thank you so much.
Speaker 4 6:13
Perfect.
Jason 6:16
Yeah, easier. I'll keep an eye out for this, but please, yeah, just go ahead and reply to that ticket. That way, we can get it escalated as quickly as possible and get get an answer to you. But the team needs your email address so that they can track your purchase and your installation with your key, and that's what they'll hand over to the dev team so they can figure out what's going on. If it's just isolated to your instance and your install, or if it's site wide, so that's something that helps us to determine what's going on. So yeah, if you can just reply to that email as quickly as possible, then we'll get to the bottom of it.
Speaker 1 6:52
Got it. Okay, thanks, Jason.
Jason 6:54
Yep, no worries.
Speaker 1 6:55
Thank you so much.
Jason 6:57
Okay, Bella, looks like you're up next.
Speaker 6 7:02
Hey Jason,
Jason 7:05
how you doing?
Speaker 6 7:06
Good. How are you?
Jason 7:07
I'm doing good. How can we help?
Speaker 6 7:09
So, kind of a out there question, but our company, like we are website designers and developers, and we really like using Smart Directory, but we were wondering what it would look like if we wanted to build the front end of the website, like it be kind of our own site, our own design, but keep Smart Directory on the back end. Obviously, still pay for our monthly like subscription, but if there would be a way to hook that up, or if not, maybe adding like some HTML or CSS embeds as a workaround.
Jason 7:51
Yeah, so there's so currently right now we don't support anything like that, but we do have a custom code section that we've opened up on the back end of the application that everybody has access to, and there have been several people that have taken advantage of that and have basically put an entire CSS style sheet inside there and just restyled the entire front page. So that's definitely open. Like you, you can do that right now.
Speaker 6 8:27
Okay. On
Jason 8:28
our roadmap, we do have one of the things that. So we have like four main pillars that we're working on across our roadmap, and one of the things is design and giving everybody more flexibility with the design, and not needing to do that through CSS or custom code. And now those are features that will be rolling out, I would say, over the next several months. So nothing that's available right now, but what is available to you right now? Like I said, is that custom code box, and I have seen several of our customers who have utilized that and have completely restyled the homepage.
Speaker 6 9:13
Okay, I did realize the last time I checked the custom code, it was HTML only and no CSS. So was that updated to support like the CSS?
Jason 9:26
Yeah, I do see that. Yeah, does say just HTML. That's interesting because I have seen, like I said, some of our customers. Have you tried it?
Speaker 6 9:44
Yeah, we have, and it just doesn't really format correctly. Like we tried, and some of the code that we've put in, like there's no control over where it goes on. On the like on the page, so that's kind of why we were looking into just completely like designing the whole front end and just hooking it up to all of your guys' systems because we really do like, especially the new lead system too. Like super cool functions. We just I think we would prefer it to kind of have our company's, you know, design style there too.
Jason 10:29
Right. I wish I could remember. There's I was trying to pull up some examples of customers that have redesigned it because they've done really nice job, and I cannot seem to find the one I was looking for.
Speaker 6 10:58
Gotcha. I'm going to send these now. The customer. Hang on one second,
Jason 11:02
Rachika. Do you have do you have any customer sites that have redesigned that homepage by by chance saved on your computer?
Speaker 5 11:14
No, just as
Jason 11:17
examples. No, you don't. Okay.
Speaker 5 11:19
Do you remember any customer that I can fix?
Jason 11:24
I just can't remember off the top of my head. There was one guy who he used to join this call. He was on this call quite a bit, and he had completely redesigned everything. Yeah, Bella, I just can't. I can't remember off the top of my head. I'm so sorry.
Speaker 6 11:50
No, that's if it comes to
Jason 11:51
me, I can definitely get it to you. That way, you guys can kind of take a look and see how they how they did it. I
Speaker 2 11:59
never, I never
Jason 12:00
asked him like what he did. All I know is that he said that he took advantage of the custom code box that we had and was able to restyle the whole page, and it looked really nice.
Speaker 6 12:11
Interesting. Okay.
Speaker 7 12:12
Yeah.
Speaker 6 12:13
Yeah. Because I'm seeing the header code box and the body code.
Speaker 4 12:17
Right.
Speaker 6 12:19
Yeah. So for right now, I'll see what we can do with that. If we can get it to, you know, format and stuff. If you guys ever do add some like the CSS, that would be super cool. That'd be really exciting. But yeah, well, thank you. Well, it's definitely something
Jason 12:38
that's on our roadmap. Like I said, we are very much interested in in opening it up, not only for you know custom developers to come in and really build what they want, but also for you know just the everyday person to have more design flexibility and settings that allow you to really customize the look and feel of the site, so that is something that we are we're definitely focused on, you know, moving forward. So you will see you will see us add additional options in that in that area.
Speaker 6 13:14
Gotcha. Well, I'm looking forward to it. Thank you.
Jason 13:17
Yep. No problem. Thanks, Bella.
Speaker 6 13:19
No problem.
Jason 13:23
Right, John.
Speaker 8 13:25
Hello. So I have two related questions about featuring somebody on the main page, and the simplest part of that is just in that section on the homepage that you can turn on that says featured and it has that automated carousel. How does the page decide who to display? Does it just cycle through your whole list, or randomly pick them, or do you tag somebody?
Jason 13:56
So if you go into the back end under businesses, you can reorganize. You can reorder those premium listings, and it just goes based on order. So yeah, there is no automatic cycling of them or anything like that. I believe that somebody we did talk about this at some point, and I think a canny somebody added something to the canny board. The idea was that I believe that if if you if a listing was marked as featured, then there would be like an autumn like an automation that would run in the background at midnight every night, where it would automatically just reorder those premium listings on the homepage. I don't know where that's at. I don't know how many upvotes it's gotten. I know we there were a few people that were interested in it, and then it just kind of vanished. I haven't heard much about it lately. I would definitely go if that's something you really want. I would go to. Candy board. I'd upvote that. Anyone here that's on the call that's listening to this, if you're interested, go to the Candy Board, upvote that feature because I I think that'd be a great feature. I think that'd be really nice to have, where just automatically shuffles those. Like I said, every night at say midnight or something, it would just go and automatically shuffle.
Speaker 8 15:19
Well, part of what I want to do is have the ability, like for example, if I had a select a more narrow group of businesses, let's say I had three that I that paid a pre an extra fee to have more prominent featuring on the homepage, so and and it wouldn't even have to be in that carousel. Like if and maybe this is related to Bella's question in terms of like styling via the extra code, like like would I wonder if I could use like HTML in there to add a graphic that's linked, you know, like to the bottom of the page, for example, the way the way you'd put a display ad, you know, on a on a page.
Jason 16:12
Yeah, just kind of call that business out, like have a more prominent feature for that business on a homepage. Is that what you're saying?
Speaker 8 16:19
Yeah.
Jason 16:20
Okay. Yeah, I think that does fall into like what we were just talking about with Bella. It's you know we're again we're really looking at opening up the design. Not only are we're looking at kind of redesigning the base layer of SDAI, so like what you get out of the box, we're work we're working to really kind of spiff that up and make it look a lot nicer, like out of the box. But then, in a long along with that, we are looking to really just give you guys a lot more control and flexibility on the design itself, and one of those things will be. I'm surprised that there is no custom CSS box because, like I said, talking to her, like I've seen other guys that were able to customize the entire look and feel of the site. But anyway, whether you whether you're a developer or not, we're going to give you that flexibility to to redesign the page any way that you'd like.
Speaker 8 17:27
Okay, well, yeah, it's not an urgent thing for me, but that's a feature I'd love to have because you know I have five web apps that have landing pages, and then I have three other websites, and and I I don't have like paid Google ads on my sites. I run my own ads to my own stuff on my sites.
Speaker 9 17:50
Okay,
Speaker 8 17:50
where you'd normally see ads. So I'd love to have the ability to like put my own ads somewhere. You know, like on the bottom, above right.
Jason 18:03
That and that's that's something else that we've talked about. Is yeah, running, running either your own ads or running local ads across the site. I believe that's believe that's on the board.
Speaker 4 18:22
I could try and pull that up real quick and just double check, but let's see.
Jason 18:43
And for anybody that's that's listening that's interested in going to our canny board, this is the link. I just dropped that in the chat. That's where all the anytime you have a feature request, that's where it's going to go is on that board.
Speaker 8 18:57
Yeah, and you don't have to do it right now. I'll go I'll go browse the board, and if it's there, I'll upvote it, and if it's not there, I'll write
Jason 19:05
it. Yeah, I could have sworn it was, but yeah, just go ahead and take a look, John, and see see if you can find
Speaker 2 19:11
it. Okay,
Jason 19:12
and then yeah, definitely upvote it because the developers we the the entire development team does look at this board in deciding you know what comes next on the schedule.
Speaker 2 19:23
Cool. All
Speaker 8 19:25
right. Well, thanks.
Jason 19:27
Thank you. Right, Sam. I think you're up next. Oh, I'm sorry, Paul. Looks like Paul's up next. Sorry, sorry about that, Sam.
Speaker 9 19:37
No, Larry. Hi. Can you hear me?
Jason 19:39
Yeah, I can hear you, Sam, or Paul? Sorry, I'm all screwed up. Can we
Speaker 9 19:44
start over? Yeah, let's
Jason 19:46
start over. How can we help you, Paul?
Speaker 9 19:58
Last month. I got my 100 leads and enriched them no problem.
Speaker 4 20:05
Okay, cool.
Speaker 9 20:07
And this month I downloaded another 100, and when I go to enrich them, I get this message. Probably going to work now. No, I get that message.
Jason 20:21
Okay, more credits are required. Insufficient credits.
Speaker 4 20:30
Your 5.32 overdraft is disabled. Okay.
Jason 20:46
Yeah, because it show if you close that box, I can see at the top of your screen says leads remaining.
Speaker 9 20:55
Yeah, I did download the 100, but I didn't enrich. I wasn't able to enrich them.
Speaker 4 21:01
Right,
Speaker 9 21:03
and it worked fine last month. So I don't know-is it this promo thing here that did it not get refilled, or do do I have to buy something? No, no, it
Jason 21:18
should just auto refresh every month, Rachika. Have you seen this? Has has this come up as issue
Speaker 9 21:33
with the? I think we
Speaker 5 21:34
can check if Paul has more than one account.
Speaker 9 21:38
No, no, he doesn't. Is
Speaker 5 21:41
that the only count? Okay,
Speaker 2 21:43
right.
Speaker 5 21:44
Yeah, then I think we need to check why this is happening.
Speaker 9 21:49
Okay, I did put in a
Jason 21:51
reset every month. Yeah, sorry, Paul. Go ahead.
Speaker 9 21:55
Yeah, I put in a ticket and didn't hear anything back. And then I reached out to Tom in the school group, and he said the dev team is working on it, but it's been over a week that I did this, so I don't, I don't know if I'm the only one having the problem.
Jason 22:11
Yeah, let's check to see if his ticket, please, Ruchika.
Speaker 5 22:14
Yeah, Paul, looks like Stephanie responded to you on September seven, can you check your email?
Speaker 9 22:25
What? Sure. What? Can you tell which email it went to?
Speaker 5 22:36
This is Paul 56.
Speaker 9 22:39
Okay. Yeah, I'm in september 7. I don't see it. Yeah, I don't. Maybe check
Speaker 5 22:50
your spam or somewhere. Okay, then I I'll just forward this
Speaker 9 22:54
to. Okay.
Jason 23:00
And what was the response that you got from Tom? Just that the team said the deaf team is
Speaker 9 23:04
working on it.
Speaker 4 23:06
Okay.
Speaker 5 23:08
Can you again share your screen?
Speaker 9 23:11
Yes.
Speaker 5 23:13
And then go to the leads. Okay, and just make a second. And. And then, can you click on your account name on top right? It's Lehi Wally Business. It's no, no, the other one, right next to billing, the other one on leads Dashboard to the right. Yes, yes, correct. And credits and billing details. Let's check current plan. The thunder emotional credits current period is August 31 to September 30 next three days cycle Subscription credits are not included on this plan. Never expired. This one we need to check. Okay, Paul, do we have access to your Goh level account? Did you ever share this with us?
Speaker 9 25:02
I have no. I don't know, but I'm happy
Speaker 5 25:07
to. Okay, just give me a second. Maybe I'll just reply back on that ticket for the access, and then yeah, we will look into it.
Jason 25:16
Perfect. So, Paul, yeah, if you can give Rachika access to your high-level agency account. That way, and all you need to do is just create a user for for our dev team, and and that could just be a temporary user so that they can gain access. They can go in. They can you know look at it on on their side, and make any changes if it's isolated to your account. Once they're done, you can go ahead and remove that user account or that that user access. It's literally it's just so that we can get in there and and poke around and make sure things are working correctly or fix anything that's broken if it does happen to be on your specific instance,
Speaker 9 26:02
okay. But that way,
Jason 26:03
yeah. If you just want to respond to her ticket, that'd be great.
Speaker 9 26:08
Okay, I'll do that.
Jason 26:13
Perfect. Yeah, because this should be auto resetting every month.
Speaker 9 26:17
Right. That's what I thought.
Jason 26:21
Okay, Paul. Anything else that you came across?
Speaker 9 26:25
Of course.
Jason 26:26
Okay, cool. Let's go through it.
Speaker 9 26:40
Um. This, I don't think I have that link set up properly. I mean, is it supposed to the person that I'm emailing it to? It's going to go grab their listing and then what? Send them right to their listing on my site.
Jason 27:05
That's correct. Yes.
Speaker 9 27:07
And is this the correct?
Jason 27:13
It looks strange to me, but so let's go ahead.
Speaker 9 27:17
Me too. Yeah,
Jason 27:18
let's go ahead and try to refill that. Click the tag option, and oh maybe it's not going to work. Hang on, doesn't look like we have access. Click on email. I don't think it's going to show there though. Yeah, it's not going to show. Okay, let me see if I can find out exactly what the link is supposed to be,
Speaker 4 27:48
let's see. Give me a second here, Paul. I'm just trying to pull it up on my side. Okay, we shouldn't.
Speaker 5 27:58
Um, are you still talking to Paul.
Speaker 10 28:01
Yes,
Speaker 5 28:02
Jason. Yeah. Yep. Jason, while I was checking his screen, his top screen says biz leads remaining are zero out of 100. That means he spent his credits. Yeah, I think after you resolve this one, maybe we can go back and check that.
Speaker 4 28:25
Okay.
Speaker 2 28:26
Yep.
Jason 28:50
Okay, Paul. I think what's supposed to be there. So just go ahead and delete. Yeah, just go ahead and delete the whole thing. That's fine. So what I'm going to do, I'm going to copy. I'm going to copy this and paste it into the chat. There you go. That's the merge field that should be there.
Speaker 9 29:16
Okay.
Jason 29:21
So contact dot business underscore link. Yep, there you go, and then go ahead and save that template.
Speaker 9 29:30
Awesome. Okay, so now we're going back to yeah.
Jason 29:42
What were you saying, Rachika? So inside of you're saying that his credit. Yeah, if you go to
Speaker 5 29:47
the leads, yes, and then back to the same screen from top right there. Yeah, from top right, you need to click on your business name. Yes, and then credits and billing details, and that's again on top under your business name.
Speaker 9 30:10
I'm sorry.
Speaker 5 30:12
To the top credits and billing. Yes, right here. Can you scroll down? Yeah. So it says your current period is between August 31 to September 30. So, do you remember when was the last time you used it?
Jason 30:34
I think he said he he just he just pulled a lead list recently, right? Yeah.
Speaker 9 30:40
Well, I did it. I pulled my first one towards the end of August, and then when September rolled around, I pulled the second one, and it gave me the second 100. I just can't enrich them.
Jason 30:53
Yeah, so that's the problem. I guess
Speaker 5 30:55
enrich also use the credits, and looks like you already finished your credits when you pulled your leads list because your current period is between August 31 to like September 30.
Speaker 9 31:15
So it's not 100 a month then. It
Speaker 5 31:18
depends on your billing period actually.
Speaker 9 31:26
Okay, so that means I have to wait until september 30 to enrich these, but then I'll be 100 behind again.
Speaker 5 31:36
No, but you already pulled like 100 for the month.
Jason 31:39
Yeah, Rachika, we need to get some clarification on this though, because so there's so before okay when when we had the old plan, the the way that it worked was they you know customers would submit a ticket, we would pull the leads and then send them the leads, right?
Speaker 5 31:58
Yes,
Jason 31:58
he's he's able to do that same thing. He's able to pull his 100 leads, but what Paul's saying is that he's not able to enrich those leads. Which
Speaker 5 32:07
yeah, because
Jason 32:08
so I guess and you
Speaker 5 32:09
also use credits.
Jason 32:11
Okay, so that's what we need to get clarification on. So how many credits does enrichment take? And if you pull leads, are you not getting are you not getting email addresses when you pull leads? Are you getting email addresses when you pull leads? Are you only getting when you enrich leads? How many credits does it take to enrich a lead? I think we just need to get some clarification on all of these things so that we can help to better direct. Yeah,
Speaker 5 32:38
gives the email addresses directly when they pull the leads list for enrich. I think it'll use. It is using the same credits as generating the leads list. Let me quickly check on the knowledge base.
Jason 32:54
So each enrichment also takes a single credit per. Yes. Okay. So so essentially, you can pull 50 leads a month and enrich 50 leads a month. You can't pull 100 leads a month and enrich 100 leads a month.
Speaker 5 33:12
Yes, but I'm cross checking with Cameron.
Jason 33:15
Yeah, I'm gonna I'm gonna message Cameron too. I think we need to
Speaker 9 33:20
get yeah. You know, I waited for Tom's Friday meeting to learn about this, and then I enriched, then I downloaded my 100, enriched them, and then when September came around, I did it again. This, if what Rachika is saying is true, I'm always going to be 100 behind. Doesn't make sense to me.
Jason 33:45
Give give us one second here, Paul. I'm we're messaging the team, trying to get to the bottom of
Speaker 9 33:51
it. Yeah, no worries. I'm not mad. I just confused. Jason, do you want to work with someone else and then circle back to me? That's fine with yeah.
Jason 35:04
I'm okay. Yeah, I'm just I'm just submitting one more note here, and then yeah, we we'll do that, Paul. So just hang tight until I get an answer here.
Speaker 7 35:15
Oh, okay.
Jason 35:34
Okay, I submitted that, Paul. I'm going to wait and and see. Hopefully, we can we'll hear back from the team. So just hang on the call, and as soon as I get a message back, then we'll circle right back around to you. Yeah, go ahead, Rishika.
Speaker 5 35:52
I'm so sorry. I just got an update from Cameron. So he said like leads are separate, and we will get a certain number of leads each month, like 100, based on Paul's plan, current plan, and the promo credits which are shown in the like center of that screen. I think screen is not shared, so that shows like what are used for enriching and verifying.
Jason 36:24
Okay, I'm. I'm not sure. I understand
Speaker 9 36:26
that, but that's not the way it was presented. It's you get 100 leads and you enrich 100 leads every month. Yeah,
Speaker 5 36:33
you will get 100. You will get 100. That is separate. But for credits, you have like separate credits, so that you can check under Promo Credits Reset on the same screen which you were sharing.
Jason 36:48
Can you pull that back up, please, Paul, so we can take a look. So Promo Credit Reset. Okay, so current period, august 31 to september 30. Okay, so the promo credits; those are the credits that he uses to enrich. Those are different.
Speaker 5 37:23
Those are different from the leads plan. So he will get like 100 every month, but promo credits are different.
Jason 37:35
Okay, hang on. I can see his free leads
Speaker 5 37:37
are 100 and promotional credits are 100 as well. If you see under the current plan and see like free leads are 100 and then promotional credits are 100.
Jason 37:55
Okay, hang on one second. I just got an answer from Cameron. Yeah. Okay, yeah, I just got clarification, Paul. So it is an error, Matt. It is an error. So everybody on the call. So the here's the official here's the official word, whatever plan you're on, whether you are on the 100, the 250, or the 500, and it looks like we hang on leads plans. Okay, never mind. Sorry, let me let me rephrase. Leads plans are 100, 500, or 1000. Those are the different lead plans that we have. So, whatever plan that you you're on, you should have enough credits to pull 100 leads and verify 100 leads. If you're on the 500, you should have enough to pull 500 leads and verify 500 leads. If that's not the case, it is an error, and we need to get that to the dev team. So yes, Paul, you're correct. You should have. You should be able to verify, or I'm sorry, verify enrich. You should be able to enrich all 100 that you pulled. So that is an error. So we definitely need to get to the. Bottom of it, so please get back with Rachika, message her on that ticket, then give her create a user account that the dev team can use to get access into your high level, so we can fix the issue. And anybody else that's on the call that's facing that same issue, please let us know. Again, you should be able to if you're on the 100 plan, you should be able to pull 100 leads and also enrich 100 leads.
Speaker 5 40:25
Jason, I just have one question on this one. So, if you see on top, it says like business leads remaining. That is zero out of 100, and then monthly zero promo is like five.
Jason 40:38
Yep.
Speaker 11 40:39
Yeah. So it
Speaker 9 40:42
never refilled the promo. That's what happened. If you look,
Jason 40:45
that's what it must be. Yeah. So he pulled. So like like Paul just said, the zero out of 100 that makes sense because he already ran his 100 leads for the month of September, but he doesn't have enough credits now to enrich those 100 leads, right? But Cameron just confirmed that yes, no, that they should have credit should be the same. You should be if you have 100 leads, you should be able to enrich 100 leads. So there's definitely an error. So we just need to get to the bottom of this. Okay, Paul. Yeah,
Speaker 9 41:17
maybe I confused the system because I did my first 100 august 31, and then I did my second 100 september 2, and in my mind it was two different months. So, but maybe that's what the problem is. I'm not sure, but
Jason 41:31
that could have been because yeah, when you pulled up the billing, it did show what was it August 31 was the start of the next billing cycle?
Speaker 9 41:45
Yeah. So
Jason 41:46
technically, even though you pulled them in August, they were counting for September's billing cycle. So that could be it. But anyway, regardless, we'll get to the bottom of it, and we'll get you the credits. Yeah. If you so click on the link
Speaker 9 41:59
that says business leads remaining. Click on that link that says, "Yeah, click there. Now you see september 30 is when it resets.
Speaker 5 42:19
Um, can you scroll a little downtime, yeah. So it says available credits like this one. So that is what I think I'll check with the team, like how exactly it is showing. Yeah. So according to this one, like you, you are just left with like 5.3 credits.
Speaker 4 42:45
Right.
Speaker 9 42:46
So apparently the month wasn't a calendar month, and that was no. It's a billing
Speaker 5 42:52
month.
Speaker 7 42:54
Yeah. Okay.
Speaker 9 42:59
Okay. I think I understand.
Jason 43:06
Yeah, Paul, just go ahead and respond to that ticket, and we'll get to the bottom of it, please.
Speaker 9 43:11
Thank you.
Jason 43:12
Yep, thank you. All right, Sam.
Speaker 12 43:17
I can give you my question in one word.
Jason 43:22
Okay.
Speaker 12 43:22
Ditto. My whole thing was trying to figure out how this platform works, and as far as the leads go. And Paul, thank you for bringing this up and getting it ahead of me here.
Jason 43:36
So, are you having the same issue, Sam?
Speaker 12 43:39
We had other issues before, and we had an an old directory site, and we couldn't get the site to show up, and so we've been fighting that battle, and so we've got that taken care of, I think. But in the meantime, now we have pulled our leads, and I don't know that we're getting all of them. I think we still got 25 to go. I'm just not sure how the how the point system works, and I'm just trying to get some clarification on what's here. Sounds like you guys need to come together a little better on explanation, so I know exactly what's going on. Well, we've
Jason 44:14
got three plans.
Speaker 12 44:16
Understand that part. I understand that. What
Jason 44:18
plan you're on? Yeah,
Speaker 12 44:19
I'm on the I'm on the 100 lead plan, and so, well, for example, I'm. I'll share my screen right quick. Just ask the question. All right. So,
Speaker 9 44:35
okay. The
Speaker 12 44:37
question becomes, for example, we we pulled this a while back, kitchen remodel we we pull for 25, but we only got seven of them complete. I don't understand now. It says three three out of three is complete, so I don't know what the difference is there. That's the email verification, and so now I'm showing complete here. Seven. Well, in my, I don't know how you figure the the credits in my charge for the 25, but yet I wind up with seven or wind up with three. I don't know what I'm what I'm paying for and what I'm getting, and it's just to me, it's just a very confusing situation. It's not very clear. So maybe you can fill in, and then when we look over here, and you were there before, I'm showing I've got 52.66 promotional credits. Is that is that so promotional credits are different from the pulling the lead credits-it's just confusing. I don't know.
Jason 45:47
So say that again.
Speaker 12 45:50
What does the 52.660? What does that apply towards?
Jason 45:58
So the promotional. So I think, from what I understand, the promotional credits are the enrichment credits.
Speaker 12 46:06
Okay. So and
Jason 46:09
when you when you verified an email address, that's considered an enrichment. And so if you go back to that previous screen that you were just showing, you showed three out of three, and that was under email verification, so those are three. So you were chart basically used a credit to verify that email address.
Speaker 12 46:31
Okay, so so let me see if I understand. I have one type of credit so that I can absolutely pull 100 leads each month. Am I correct with that?
Jason 46:45
Yes.
Speaker 12 46:47
Then secondarily, now want to enrich. So now, do I am I charged credits per enrichment? That's correct. Credit now, are these the promo credits here for the enrichment?
Jason 47:01
Yes, and I don't know why that they decided to to have two different names for these credits, but yes, the
Speaker 12 47:10
so maybe enrichment is different from email verification. So if I enrich it and and verify the email, is that two credits?
Jason 47:19
As I understand it, email verification and enrichment are the same thing. Now, enrichment because the enrichment process goes out and tries to find additional points of data, right for for that specific lead. The email verification is part of that that enrichment process. If it can't find anything else, but it does verify the email, then it still gets charged a credit.
Speaker 12 47:49
So in this example, in this example, the the 25 represents the comes out of the 100 lead. Understand that. So now I've got seven under enrichment, and I've got three under verification. So, and this pushed to high level. Is this also any credits here for that?
Jason 48:10
No.
Speaker 12 48:11
Okay.
Speaker 13 48:11
No, no, no.
Speaker 12 48:11
So I'm dealing with seven plus three. So am I dealing with seven credits there, or am I dealing with three credits? Or 10, I don't know which.
Jason 48:25
Okay, so if you look at the leads column,
Speaker 12 48:28
okay,
Jason 48:28
you ran. So it looks like what what the way that I'm reading this is you ran, you were looking for leads for kitchen remodel,
Speaker 12 48:37
right,
Jason 48:38
right. It looks like 25 were found. Only seven of those are what you consider good leads, right? So you chose seven out of those 20. No, I
Speaker 12 48:50
did not. That's the system has done everything you see.
Jason 48:56
Okay, so just walk me through your process then. How did how did you get to this list?
Speaker 12 49:00
Well, actually, my VA did it for me, but but he he just ran the list and then enriched it, and that's that's all he's done. And I guess the email verification being part of that.
Jason 49:13
Okay, so he enriched all 25. I see what I see what's going on. Okay, so he enriched all 25. Seven of those 25 came back with additional fields,
Speaker 14 49:24
okay,
Jason 49:25
enrichment fields. Three of the and three of the email addresses were able to get verified,
Speaker 12 49:31
okay.
Jason 49:31
But there's no additional credit, so the the only credits are those first two columns, leads and enrichment. That's where you're using credits. That's the only point point where you're using credits.
Speaker 12 49:40
So I used 25 lead credits, and in this case, I would have used 25 enrichment credits.
Speaker 4 49:48
Correct.
Speaker 12 49:50
Okay.
Jason 49:51
If you pulled 25 leads and enriched 25 leads, but I don't know if you enriched 25 leads. It doesn't look like you enrich 25 leads.
Speaker 12 49:59
Assume that we did that. I don't. I don't know. My suggestion would be, and I'll live with this. I mean, I don't have a real problem here, but I would love for you guys to come up with a much better clarification of exactly what's what. If I come over here and look down here, I've got 52.66 promotional credits. That's not jiving with what I see on the other screen, and so that's not a one for one point here. To me, it's just very confusing and not simple at all. A lot, a confused mine never buys, and I'm having trouble buying this.
Jason 50:49
Give me one second, Sam. I'm trying to get trying to get some get some. I don't
Speaker 12 50:54
I don't need it right now. I'd be glad to, but I just think overall for everybody, I would think Paul included that some clarification here would be very helpful, because the next thing is, if I want to run 200 leads, then what would that cost me? And am I buying what kind of credits am I buying? Am I buying lead credits? Am I buying enrichment credits, or I need to buy both. Do I make two separate purchases? I don't know. All
Jason 51:32
right, Sam. I just put in another message. Let's see if we can get somebody else from the team on to help walk through this. So I'll circle back around. Did you have any other questions? No, sir. Take care of that.
Speaker 12 51:45
I'd be tickled to death.
Jason 51:46
Okay, cool. Well, I just sent a message, so let's see if we can get somebody online and get some answers to your questions. Okay.
Speaker 9 51:54
Thank you.
Jason 51:55
Yep. Right, Kim. Looks like you're up next.
Speaker 11 52:01
Hi, Jason. Good morning. Can you hear me? Okay.
Jason 52:04
Yep, we can.
Speaker 11 52:05
Okay, I'm going to go ahead and share my screen. Okay, so the problem I'm having here's my directory site here, and I think I have changed something, and might have messed something up. So when I go to Home Services and I click on this, if there's anything in this drop-down menu, shouldn't that go ahead and show those businesses there? For example, like I have tree service and there's two, but when I click on home services, there's nothing. It all
Jason 52:49
depends on the it all depends on your tag system on your your oh shoot now I'm missing the the name
Speaker 11 53:00
set it up. The menu builder,
Jason 53:02
yeah. So under your menu builder.
Speaker 2 53:04
Uh huh.
Speaker 11 53:07
So there's home services there,
Jason 53:10
right? But the the the actual business listing itself needs to have the listing label. So if the listing label has not been applied to that to that to that business, then it's not going to show up when you click on it in the. Okay,
Speaker 11 53:24
so here's the business details, and see where it says tree service there. So I've applied that one,
Speaker 4 53:31
right?
Speaker 11 53:32
So it should, it should show up. So I mean, it's there if you click on it, but but when you just click on the tab, the home tab, shouldn't it show? Go ahead and show the businesses, or will they have to?
Jason 53:51
No, that's going to have another. That's going to have a different. So if you want it to show up there, then you'll have to have a secondary listing label for home services, and that business will have to be applied, or that that listing label will have to be applied to that business listing.
Speaker 11 54:10
Okay, how would I go about setting that up?
Jason 54:15
So, if you click on, I don't know if that has been set up or not? If you click on Home Services, was that set up as a listing label? That like, do you have a listing label? I mean, I
Speaker 11 54:30
changed some things, so I there may be something I changed on my end.
Jason 54:35
Okay, so you would have to first create a listing label for Home Services.
Speaker 11 54:42
Okay.
Jason 54:43
So you'll have to go into where is it at here? Branding, I believe, or no, no, no. Sorry.
Speaker 11 54:53
Settings.
Jason 55:02
Businesses, yeah. If it's under businesses listing labels, and you should have one. Do you have one for home services? I
Speaker 11 55:11
don't. Okay, so I need to make one. I need to make one of those, huh? Okay.
Jason 55:15
Yes. Yeah, you need to.
Speaker 11 55:17
I mean, I do have. I do have that one right there.
Jason 55:20
Okay, so let's try applying that to the actual listing itself.
Speaker 7 55:26
Okay, so if
Jason 55:27
you go back to the listing, so go under businesses, so all accounts, so that secondary menu, just below the mouse, just yeah, just scroll down just a little bit right there. There now, go all the way over to the left, click on all accounts.
Speaker 9 55:43
Okay,
Jason 55:44
there you go, and then Hatchet Services. You want to open that up? Let's apply under listing label. Let's apply that that homeless service one. Oh,
Speaker 11 55:55
okay.
Jason 56:03
I think it's that one right there. Yeah, there you go. Yeah,
Speaker 11 56:05
I think so too. So
Jason 56:06
now, if you go back to the live site, you should see it if you go under the main category. Okay, so if it's not showing there, so this is probably just a like a menu label. I think we call it. If you go back into go back into SDAI, and then go to the menu builder,
Speaker 11 56:37
which is let's see, is that in? Keep forgetting if it's under branding or yeah settings.
Jason 56:43
So now go to listing label and then add the home service one here. There you go, and then add to menu. And then now what you'll do is that will be the new top level category. So move that up towards the top. There you go, and then you can just save that. You'll get the idea once you save this. You'll see that main. Yes. You go to the live version. Yeah. It'll it'll now show up. Yep. Once you pull that.
Speaker 11 57:32
Oh, okay, got it. Oh, okay. Yeah, and I'll change that main category. Okay, perfect. Exactly. I knew there was something I probably had changed, and that was it.
Jason 57:41
Yep. And now, if you click on it, click on that drop down one more time, and then go down to tree service. That's what it was under, right?
Speaker 11 57:48
Uh huh. Oh, but my drop down's missing now.
Jason 57:52
Well, it's just because we we just created one top level category, but we haven't moved everything. Oh,
Speaker 15 57:58
oh, got it. Okay.
Speaker 11 58:00
Yes, I have everything under there. Yes,
Jason 58:03
yep. And then if you go to homes or if you go to tree care, then it will it'll show up.
Speaker 11 58:09
Okay, okay, I'll I'll work on that. I know how to move all those. Okay,
Jason 58:13
got it,
Speaker 11 58:14
got it. Okay, thanks for that.
Speaker 4 58:16
No problem.
Speaker 11 58:17
I was like, I think they should probably show up there. Okay, that that solves that. Okay, then my other thing is, do you guys have some kind of help document or something? So what I want to know is, when I go here into business details, some of these come out okay, and then some of them look a little like it's cutting it off, you know. When I go here, like that one looks okay, but then you know that one's cut off. And then when I go into it, I mean, I did that one. That one's fine. But is there something that says? Do you guys have something somewhere? Because this is supposed to be a one by one, but it even the shape is not, you know, a square. So, is that really a one by one? And is that really the size? And then also going into my blogs. Let's see. Like you know, you've got this right here, and then you go into it, and that says a one by one. I think that one's okay, but like this one, when you're going back to the site and going to blogs, they just don't-they're just not showing up well, like that's that. And then when I click on it, it's that. You know, I just want to make sure that the sizes that all this looks good and professional. You know, right? Because I do a lot of blogs.
Jason 59:53
Got it. So if you go back to those, like we we give you the image dimensions. If you saw that.
Speaker 11 1:00:00
Yes,
Jason 1:00:01
and have you used those exact dimensions for those images?
Speaker 11 1:00:05
Well, I have. I've even put it in Canva. They just don't seem to come out right. But are those correct? Would you say? Yes,
Jason 1:00:11
yes. That's why we have those there. Yeah, they should be correct. Okay. Yes.
Speaker 11 1:00:16
Okay. Well, maybe I'll work on a little bit more.
Jason 1:00:20
Yeah. If you're seeing something that's incorrect, it's not showing up right. I would say please submit a support ticket for it and just show us an example, and let's get it over to the dev team. But yeah, no, those are those should be correct. Should should be the correct dimensions for all of the things that you've just shown me. Again, if it's not displaying correctly on the front end, then that's an issue that we need to get to the dev team. So please submit a support ticket to us and be sure to follow up so that we can get an answer for you on that.
Speaker 11 1:00:52
Okay. Well, I do use ChatGPT to do a lot of my images, and it may be that I need to take them from there into Canva and kind of mess with it and try to get the correct image. So that that might be.
Jason 1:01:06
Rachika also just posted a link in the chat that you might want to take a look at.
Speaker 11 1:01:11
Okay,
Jason 1:01:12
it's a a link to our knowledge base where we have our help guide on resizing images.
Speaker 11 1:01:17
Oh, okay.
Jason 1:01:18
She's put that in the chat. Okay, I would definitely take a look at that article as well. But yeah, if you're if you are facing issues if they're not showing up correctly, please submit a support ticket so we can get to the bottom of it.
Speaker 11 1:01:30
Okay, all right, that sounds great. Thank you.
Jason 1:01:33
Yeah, no problem, Kim. Right, Eric. Looks like you're up next.
Speaker 3 1:01:42
How's it going, Jason?
Jason 1:01:44
Good. How you doing? Hello. Oh,
Speaker 3 1:01:45
good. Good. I'm. I'm doing, brother. I'm doing. So I got two easy questions and one hard one. Which one do you want first?
Jason 1:01:56
Give me the hard one.
Speaker 14 1:01:58
All right. So this is a multi.
Speaker 3 1:02:00
It's a multi. question. So I tested my site against Vegas Thrive in in a couple different ways. Right, I went through the Google Rich results test. Good, you know, the good news is it it loads both sites. It reads the business information. It sees the structured data, so the basic SEO looks good. The issue is that when we went to the AEO version, whether AEO search tools and AI agents can reliably read the listings, and some of those tests, both my site and Vegas Thrive return only loading, so the page is is in you know when the AEO or those bots search it, it says loading because it's a JavaScript, so humans can see it, but the A but the AEOs or the bots can't see it. So when I do my research, I guess you guys use Next.js to to to to use a lot of the JavaScript, right? Yep. So I'm not asking to change that because obviously for functionality we definitely want that because it's it loads quickly, but but for the public information, like the business name, the description, the address, the phone number, category, hours, the schema, can can can we have a more static or pre-rendered way so that AI AI engines can read it immediately without having to fully run all the JavaScript. So the the bottom line question is: Does Smart Directory already support that, or is there a setting or option that makes the core listing content more AEO friendly? Yeah. Again,
Jason 1:03:56
short answer: No, not yet. But it is something that we're aware of, and we're actually proactively working on it. So I already know that that's in the works. So yeah, we we do use Next.js for the application, and you're right. Yeah, that it is running in the browser, but we are looking at yeah rendering the page either in just pure HTML, serving up the page in pure HTML, which you know anybody, you know any bot can read perfectly. I don't know if the devs have figured out exactly if if that's the route we're going to go or not, but I know that we've talked about it, and they're already on it, and we're working on a solution for that.
Speaker 3 1:04:38
Okay, well then, if you guys are working on it, I mean, there's a couple of workarounds. I might implement that just to kind of get it pre-rendered. I'm meeting with a couple of small organizations that already have listings, and we ran the same thing, and theirs aren't coming up. Either so, you know, if we're blind, if if if our if our sights are blind to AEO, then we're kind of you know hustling backwards. But okay, got it. So perfect. So the easy, the easy one. Let me share my screen. Is this one? Can can you see my screen?
Jason 1:05:36
Not yet. Nope.
Speaker 9 1:05:43
Huh. All right. Hold on. All
Speaker 3 1:05:56
right. I'm sharing now.
Jason 1:06:02
Yep, got it.
Speaker 3 1:06:04
All right, so I'm trying to get the API for my voice AI, and when I and so I go to integrations, and when I go generate API key. It says generated successfully, but there's no way to to copy and paste it. Um,
Speaker 5 1:06:36
Jason.
Jason 1:06:36
Yes, sorry.
Speaker 5 1:06:38
Go ahead, Richard. We have this already with the dev team, and they are working on this one. So I already submitted this with the devs.
Jason 1:06:45
Oh, okay, perfect.
Speaker 5 1:06:46
Yeah,
Jason 1:06:47
Eric, one thing. So you've you've shared your you you shared your screen here, and it's exposed your Google Maps API key. I would recommend, please, because this call is recorded. Just after the call, please go ahead and and and rotate those keys. Okay. Since it's going to be on this recording, I don't want anything to happen to you and somebody to take advantage of that key and exploit it. So yeah, just go ahead and rotate those if you can, please.
Speaker 2 1:07:18
Yep.
Jason 1:07:19
Okay. And it sounds like yeah. So Rachika, you said that you've already submitted this to the devs.
Speaker 5 1:07:25
Yes, right.
Jason 1:07:26
Okay, awesome. Okay, and have we gotten any response back from when did you submit that, Rachika?
Speaker 5 1:07:33
No, not yet. I think it was. It was on Friday.
Speaker 4 1:07:39
Okay, it was on
Jason 1:07:42
September. Maybe we could tie Eric into that ticket just so that when we do get an answer, we can respond to him. Eric, if you can drop your email, your best email, in the chat, that way when we get an answer from the devs on that specific issue, we can also get that answer to you quickly.
Speaker 3 1:07:58
Okay, cool. Thank you, And the the last question is: There's a lot of businesses that I've started to to contact that are like small mom and pop, and there's service area businesses that have had difficulty getting Google, you know, business pages up. So where would I, if I just wanted to add them to the directory, and they wanted to be part of the directory? Where could I just add more description without having to pull the Google the Google Business Profile in to add in all those descriptions.
Jason 1:08:52
I'm sorry, Eric. You cut out on me. Can can you repeat that one more time?
Speaker 3 1:08:56
All right. So I'm I'm working with a lot of small to medium sized businesses that may not have a Google Business Profile.
Jason 1:09:04
Okay. Yep.
Speaker 3 1:09:05
But I want to add them to the to the directory, and I want to make sure that I'm putting in enough of their business description in there. How would I? How would I do that if if I'm not pulling their Google Business profile.
Jason 1:09:22
So that's one of the great things about the leads scraper that we have built in to the tool. But even if you don't use that lead scraper, if you use you know an outside source, you can scrape their information from the internet, including their website, their name, their address, their phone, email, all that kind of information. Put that into a spreadsheet and then upload that directly into High Level. Either way, if you're using our leads tool, or if you're doing it outside and you're just creating a spreadsheet and then uploading it, as soon as you do, all that information is now available in the listing itself.
Speaker 14 1:09:55
Okay.
Jason 1:09:55
So you don't have to use you don't have to tie it to a Google profile model or. To pull in information, the Google profile listing or integration is really helpful for pulling in like reviews, their business profile images, things like that. That's that's where that really shine. That integration shines. Obviously, it pulls in their website, their address, their phone, all that stuff automatically as well. But it's really that connection is really for reviews and for those images. That's what that connection is really for. So you don't need it, is what I'm saying. Like you can easily use that leads tool to pull in leads of businesses that don't have those listings, or like I said, you can scrape the internet, use your own scraping tool. You can manually scrape. You can put it into a spreadsheet and then just upload it directly into the system.
Speaker 3 1:10:45
Right, and I guess the use case is people are actually sending me their businesses, and I want to make sure that I'm that I'm uploading it effectively. Like, do I need to create a form, or should I just have them go onto the site and fill in their stuff? Like, what is the?
Jason 1:11:06
Yeah, I mean the site's built for that, so yeah, you can send them directly to the add a biz add a business site. Yeah, so they can go directly there and just use that form and just add their business directly. I mean, it's it's already set up. Then there's nothing you need to do. And as soon as they do that, a listing gets created.
Speaker 3 1:11:25
Got it. Okay. Yep. All right. Thank you, bro. And sorry for the long question, but it sounds like you guys are on top of it.
Jason 1:11:33
Yeah. On the on the AEO stuff, yeah, we're definitely on that. We're we're trying to figure out a solution, but yeah, the team is definitely actively working through that right now.
Speaker 3 1:11:42
Right then, you guys have a good one. Thank you.
Jason 1:11:45
Awesome, thanks, Eric. Right, Alex.
Speaker 14 1:11:49
Hey, good afternoon or good morning. How are you guys?
Jason 1:11:52
Yeah, good. How you doing?
Speaker 14 1:11:54
Excellent. Thank you. Can you see? I'm going to share the screen. Of course, you cannot see it yet. Hold on. Okay, so I have a page here. It's called Advanced AI Filmmakers Search, and I'm wanting to transform that granular search box, where these are all like tags on profiles, right? Into instead of doing that, I would like to have like just a prompt window for an AI model to sparse the information on the directory and come up with profiles that match what they're searching. So, for example, I have, you know, there are many employers in in my field here. These these are AI filmmakers. They they post on LinkedIn. We are hiring, and they're posting, you know, a job description, and I would like them to just paste that that job description into the prompt window, and click search, and then the the engine would come up with some matches with that. Is that something that I can be can be done using I don't know some type of AI capability inside of high level or inside of smart directory AI, or would I have to try to do this with an outside model like you know ChatGPT codec or you know Entropic?
Jason 1:13:41
I mean, the short answer is, can it be done? Yes. It's not going to be able to be done through SDI currently in our current settings, but I think certainly creating a. I feel like you and I talked about this maybe last week or maybe the week before. We talked about pit tokens before? Maybe it was somebody else. Have you have you ever set up a pit token with High Level? No.
Speaker 14 1:14:13
Just remind me what what it is a pit token again.
Jason 1:14:16
Pit token it stands for private integration token, but it's a it's it's High Level's way of essentially programmatically getting into a specific sub account and accessing all the data inside that sub account.
Speaker 7 1:14:34
Okay,
Jason 1:14:34
that's that's where I could see this potentially working. So where because that page was that was built somewhere else, right? Is that an embed that you have on that page?
Speaker 14 1:14:45
Yes, yes, that's that's
Speaker 4 1:14:47
okay.
Speaker 14 1:14:47
That's built, you know, outside of the of the app itself, but it's right.
Jason 1:14:53
So if you go to settings, if you click on settings bottom left, and then right down there where it says private and. On left-hand side, dark blue menu. That's where your pit tokens are. So this essentially works just like the API, and you can. Oh, remember
Speaker 14 1:15:11
we did talk about that. No, it's coming back. Yeah, remember. Okay, yeah, I thought it was you. Yes, it was me. Sorry. Okay.
Jason 1:15:18
So yeah, this is what you would use then. So once you give it a name and you go to the next screen, you're able to pick your endpoints, your read and write endpoints, just like you can with an API. And what this does is it gives you a token API token, basically. And then, so right here, this is where you select all your scopes. So this is all your read and write, right? And this is read and write capability for the entire app, the entire high level app.
Speaker 14 1:15:44
Right, right, right, right.
Jason 1:15:46
So for you, for what you're doing, it would be contacts. So it would be read and write contacts, for sure, right? Because that's what we use. We use contacts for. So it would be both of those scopes, read and write for both. Yeah, because we we use contacts for our business listings. Okay, I would also probably include tags in there. I think there's one for tags,
Speaker 14 1:16:14
tags or listing labels.
Jason 1:16:18
Well, I would do so. It's going to use tags, the high-level tag, right?
Speaker 9 1:16:23
Yeah.
Jason 1:16:25
What we, but what you might need to do, you might need to create a different tag system just for this search capability. So that's why I say read and write tags. There is no listing label here because remember, you're creating a private integration token that connects to the sub account, not to SDAI.
Speaker 14 1:16:44
Okay,
Jason 1:16:45
so it's kind of a roundabout way of doing it. So my my thought is the tag system, the contact system. Um, I think with those two things, because now now that you're the listing label is also saved at the contact level, correct?
Speaker 14 1:17:05
Yes,
Jason 1:17:05
it is. There is. We have a custom field for that. Yes.
Speaker 14 1:17:08
Yes. Okay. I think so. Yeah. Yeah.
Jason 1:17:11
So then that should this should work. So you should be able to tie this in with this token. You should be able to build an AI search that uses that token to go into the account and be able to, and then you create a front end search capability. See what I'm saying?
Speaker 14 1:17:31
Right. So I give this link to to my AI model,
Jason 1:17:36
right, and just say, "Hey, I created all
Speaker 4 1:17:39
the the
Speaker 14 1:17:39
inspires the information from from the sub into the sub account. I guess
Jason 1:17:45
right, and then you can display it however you want. Right, you can use whatever. Yeah, you can like code up a front end to to make it look however you want.
Speaker 12 1:17:56
Okay,
Jason 1:17:57
yeah,
Speaker 14 1:17:58
cool. Okay, we'll we'll try that. We'll see if it works. Yeah, that should
Jason 1:18:04
work. I I use these I use those tokens all the time to create integration. So, ah,
Speaker 14 1:18:09
okay, cool.
Jason 1:18:11
Yeah, they work really well. So,
Speaker 14 1:18:12
so, so if I had like a chat box, let's say on on on the homepage here, the chat box would not be able to fetch that information here, right? It would not be able to touch that. It's just a very superficial chat box. Not going to be able to access. Let's say you know I'm asking, give me a AI filmmaker that is doing UGC stuff. I mean, it's not going to be able to see that.
Jason 1:18:38
So, are are you talking about the chat bot that we have, like the one that floats in the in the bottom corner, or are you talking about
Speaker 14 1:18:46
well, whichever? I'm not sure. That's a good question. Is there a chat bot somewhere that I could, you know, activate and use it? Would you be able to to access the data in the in the context?
Jason 1:19:05
I mean, that's what our chatbot does. It does help you to. I I just don't know. It helps you to claim listings. I don't know if it'll just return listing information and act as just kind of a search. So you're probably better off just building a front end, which which is what you've done here, and what I would do differently is on this step one, maybe it's just an open text box, and that text box functions just like the text box inside Chat GPT, where you can ask questions and it returns an answer, right? Okay, and then that's connected to that pit token that we talked about before, where that's where it's pulling the data from. So I think that's probably the way I would do this. I think that's going to give you the better user experience that you're looking for because that's what you're looking for is kind of an interactive search, right?
Speaker 14 1:19:57
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Okay. I'll try that, and hopefully that will work. Cool. Another question: Is there a way to create like banner ads on the on the site at all?
Jason 1:20:14
Yeah, somebody else brought this up earlier today, and I know that we've talked about it, and I don't believe it's. We don't have anything yet. Rachika, have you heard anything on ads on the directory? Okay. Yeah, I haven't heard anything recently, Alex. Would I do go back to the canny board? I would try and and search on there. I'm pretty sure we have something on there, on the candy board. I would just upvote it. I know that there have been several people that have talked about it in the past, and we did have somebody else bring it up today. But whether those ads or for other businesses or for your own, yeah, I would I would love to see that be a part of the site.
Speaker 11 1:20:59
Could you
Speaker 7 1:21:00
theoretically though just you know, have that be one of your offerings, and then just add it, kind of do it yourself rather than have it be functionality already set up in Smart Directory. Like, because you could take deals or something like that, put it in there and kind of basically hack deals or something to accomplish the same thing, couldn't you?
Speaker 14 1:21:27
Well, you need to to display something like I need to display. So there's there's a AI filmmaking festival that wants to partner with me. I would have to put their their logo and their ad on the on the homepage. I'm thinking of doing this instead of having this photo here to put their photo there as a second option. But it's you know not ideal. I would love to have something at the top of the page where all my you know one of my partner company would be able to display their ads, so you know that's for publicity purposes.
Jason 1:22:08
Yeah, like I said, Alex, we we've talked about it. I know that we've had internal discussions about it. I'm pretty sure it's on the candy board. I would double check there. If it's not, make sure you know put something on there and just upvote it and let the community know, but I I do know that there is some interest here, not only on the front half of the site, but also at the listing level as well. Like we talked about doing, like a side ad or multiple side ads. Like if you click into a listing, yeah, on that right hand side, we've talked about opening that space up. There's a lot of real estate
Speaker 14 1:22:43
there. Yeah.
Jason 1:22:44
Yeah, exactly. We've talked about opening that up where it could be ads, like where you could do cross promotion out, cross promotional ads,
Speaker 2 1:22:53
yeah,
Jason 1:22:53
or your own internal ads, things like that. So, yeah, we there. There's been quite a bit of discussion around this. So, like I said, go. I would look on Candy first, and then yeah, definitely go ahead and upvote that because I think it's something that's definitely needed. And I'm going to make a note. I'll bring it up in my internal meeting with the team as well that we talked about ads.
Speaker 14 1:23:18
Yeah, because unfortunately, right now I'm kind of leaving business on the table just because I I don't have that flexibility on on the on the directory, you know. Right. Yeah. Yeah. All right. All right. Thank you for that. That will be it for me for now. Thank you.
Jason 1:23:34
Perfect. Awesome. Thanks, Alex.
Speaker 14 1:23:36
Thank you.
Jason 1:23:43
Right, Ken. Looks like you're up next.
Speaker 15 1:23:46
Yeah, how you doing?
Jason 1:23:48
Good. How you doing?
Speaker 15 1:23:49
Doing great. Super excited about your program here. Just getting started, and on the sample or on our site that we're just getting going, it has the sample data from Las Vegas, and obviously for a different market, we don't want it filled with Las Vegas. What's the easiest way to switch out the businesses there?
Jason 1:24:13
So I probably I wouldn't update or I wouldn't delete those businesses just yet. I know that some people have done that in the past, and they wish they hadn't because they wanted to go back and kind of see how things are set up. So I would I would probably wait until the very end when you're ready to launch before you remove those. Are you at that point, or you just like you said, are you just getting started? Have you have you added all of your businesses in that you want, or what point are you at right now?
Speaker 15 1:24:43
I want to load those in today, and and I have a side question where when we do have a business, when I go to the the site as it is right now and I click on a business, it says claim this business, so it kind of. Shows our hand that all the businesses that I have on there have not been claimed. I recall in Tom's presentation he was saying that the the prospect cannot really tell how many of your businesses are you know are free or haven't been claimed. Or did I misunderstand that?
Jason 1:25:23
I don't know. I'm not sure exactly what he said. So, but what's the what's the concern? So the concern on your part is that somebody may come to the site and click on a listing and see that it still says claim this business. Is that the the concern?
Speaker 15 1:25:41
Yeah, I I put in a sample business and see what happened. I I got an email and the second step says explore all the businesses on the site. And if if somebody does that and they see that every one of them says claim your business, then they're going to go, wow, this this is a brand new site. Nobody's on this site,
Speaker 4 1:26:02
right?
Speaker 15 1:26:03
So, I mean, that'll be solved as soon as we get a bunch of people claiming at least the free businesses. But in the in the beginning, it does kind of show our hand that they might be the only one on the site. You know, if they if they start looking poking around.
Jason 1:26:18
Yeah, I mean, technically, I guess if you're really concerned about it, you could create kind of a test user, and you could go and you could claim all the businesses. I would, if you're gonna do that, I would just make sure that you're really well organized, so you're not reaching out to the businesses which you've already claimed.
Speaker 14 1:26:39
Right. If
Jason 1:26:40
that makes sense, you know what I mean. So, like, you would organize it in a way that, like, okay, I know that I've, you know, I went through and I claimed 100 businesses, and we're not going to reach out to these 100 people just yet. We're going to reach out to, you know, a second list of individuals. Right, just
Speaker 15 1:26:57
just have enough in there that don't have that claim your business listing that would raise the credibility of the site a little bit more.
Jason 1:27:06
Yeah, yeah. I mean, you could do that. Yeah, you could you could certainly do that. I haven't I haven't seen it hurt anybody's chances of you know like spinning up a new site and getting started, a lot of times people use that to their advantage. Hey, we're a brand new community resource. We're just getting launched. You know, like they they like use that to their advantage. Like, hey, we're brand new, and that's part of the marketing pitch. We're just getting going, and we're trying to get businesses on here. And this is kind of what we're planning on doing for the community type thing, but yeah, I guess it just kind of depends on which route you want to go. But if you're concerned about it, that's what I would do. I would just create a a user and just claim a bunch of them, and and then just like I said, make sure that you have those that that list organized so you don't reach out to those people.
Speaker 15 1:28:00
Okay, and then
Jason 1:28:01
you can always unclaim as well.
Speaker 15 1:28:04
Yeah, yeah, yeah. And if they reply and they they like yeah the the business is, you know, they're verifying the business the information. Then we can, if we've already claimed it, then it seemed like it wouldn't be that hard to just say, okay, you're good.
Jason 1:28:21
Yeah, you can unclaim it from your. So the the user would be a user that you control, that you own. That's the user that would that would claim the business. On the back end, you can unclaim the business, and once you unclaim it, then that red button just pops right back up, and they'd be able to click it and claim it for themselves.
Speaker 15 1:28:43
Okay. And by the way, on my test, I didn't see anywhere in the back office that the lead showed up on that, you know, setup panel. The lead showed up in the Go High Level back office under leads. How do I approve that lead so that the that person so that business can follow, you know, it says that we'll approve within one or two days. How do we approve a business?
Jason 1:29:09
Yeah. So there's a when a when a a claim request comes through, you'll see that under under submissions. So if you go to Smart Directory AI and click on submissions, you'll see new claim requests underneath there, and then once that claim request is in there, then you'll be able to approve it from there.
Speaker 15 1:29:33
Okay, so it's under submissions. Yeah, perfect. One last quick question. So I'm in the school. Which of these, which of these schools would is specifically on the smart directory? Everything I need to know about smart directory is that this middle one here.
Jason 1:29:57
Both of those right there. The AI directory at. And then market domination, smart directory. Those are both for the smart directory AI. The other other resource is going to be our knowledge base, which is right here. Let me grab you the link for that.
Speaker 4 1:30:18
Just dropping that in the chat for you.
Speaker 15 1:30:21
Oh, great! Appreciate that.
Jason 1:30:22
Yep. So that's the knowledge base. If you follow that, what you'll do once you click on that link in the top left, you'll click on Quick Start. There's three phases: Phase One through Phase Three. You go through each one of those sections. There's tutorials. There's screenshots. There's videos. You can walk through the whole thing. That will help you get everything set up, get the entire site up and running. These courses, I believe, are more on kind of marketing the marketing the SDAI site.
Speaker 15 1:30:56
Okay, so that's smart direct help dot smart directory.ai.
Jason 1:31:01
Yep.
Speaker 15 1:31:02
Okay, perfect. Now I was on the coaching call Friday. Do you have those stored anywhere conveniently, or do I just need to find them on YouTube?
Jason 1:31:13
I think I know we store these calls there, and I believe last recordings. I'm just going to it right now.
Speaker 5 1:31:23
The Friday ones are on YouTube only.
Jason 1:31:26
They're only YouTube. Okay. So Tom's calls are on YouTube. Our calls. So this call that you're on right now, those are stored on the help smart directory. AI link that I just shared with you. At the very bottom, you'll see second link from the bottom. It says QA calls, and it just says past call recordings, and all the recordings are in there. But like Rachika said, I guess Tom's the only place you can get those are on YouTube for Tom's.
Speaker 15 1:31:54
Okay, yeah, that wasn't too hard to find. I just found what was the keywords in the first one and put it in the YouTube, and pretty much found all the previous ones, so that wasn't too that wasn't too hard. Okay, great. Yeah, I just need I want to devour this and short my learning curve as fast as possible. So if I do these two courses and do the smart directory, then I should be in a good shape then.
Jason 1:32:17
Yes, of course. Yep, I I would encourage you to go through the help smart directory AI first because that's kind of the core setup that's listed there under the quick start link, and then I would go into some I would go into these courses that you've got on your screen.
Speaker 15 1:32:40
Okay, because that's more specific about getting this thing started. Then
Jason 1:32:45
I I believe so. I'm pretty. I it's been a while since I looked at these courses, but I think they're more on the marketing side, like marketing the the directory and getting it up and running. Whereas the help dot smart directory.ai link that I shared, that's more the technical get the site built from start to finish.
Speaker 15 1:33:04
Okay, perfect. And then I'm going to be on the call coming up, the quick start call, and with that plus all these other resources, I should be able to have this up and running pretty quick. I'm hoping
Jason 1:33:17
I'm actually doing the quick start call next after this call, and yeah, we'll walk through all we'll walk through all the different resources for you on that call.
Speaker 15 1:33:27
Okay, fantastic. Yeah, it's I just barely signed up, so that'll be my first chance to be on that quick start call. So looking forward looking forward to it.
Jason 1:33:35
Cool. Yeah, sounds good, Ken.
Speaker 15 1:33:37
Okay, thanks. Happy to have
Jason 1:33:39
you here. Yep, no problem,
Speaker 15 1:33:40
Pete. Thanks, bud.
Jason 1:33:42
All right, Leah. Looks like you're up next.
Speaker 7 1:33:45
Hey there. Thank you. So I'm just getting started too. And as I was setting some of the things up, I was hoping to be able to create some additional side pages with some other information. And I was searching through all of that, and here, let me go ahead and share my screen. So, so can you see my screen?
Jason 1:34:16
I can. Yep.
Speaker 7 1:34:17
Okay. So when I go in there, and it talks about custom pages, and if I'm understanding this correct, I need to create a subdomain to create pages on it. Is that correct?
Jason 1:34:31
That's correct.
Speaker 7 1:34:33
Okay, so I did create. I just used your example and did pages, and so my directory is poolandoutdodododoreliving.com. So I did pages dot domain and set that up on Namecheap, where I have my domain hosted. So then I just tried testing this out, and I was kind of having some problems. So I thought it best to just make sure. I kind of go through it. So after creating that, I went to websites and then tried to. Ooh, actually, maybe I should go back just to make sure. So I went to websites and I said, "Add a new website. Is that the right approach?
Jason 1:35:17
No. So the way that you're going to do this is using the SDAI funnel. So if you go to the funnel section, not the website section. So I'm still
Speaker 7 1:35:27
a little new to go high level. Is what what do they? When do I use funnels versus websites?
Jason 1:35:39
So it it depends. If you're using it in the context of SDAI, then you're just going to use the funnel that we set up here. That's the way that we've built into the directory app that allows you to create additional pages with whatever content that you want to include on those pages. If you're talking about just using high level itself, running your marketing agency, well, it's the same as you would anywhere else with any other tool. If you're, if you want to build a funnel, which is typically, you know, other names for landing pages, squeeze pages, things like that, right? And I guess that's,
Speaker 7 1:36:15
but that's not it. I'm, I might want to just create some other pages with some additional information, so it's not really a landing page. So that's why I went over to website.
Jason 1:36:27
Okay. So again, if it's if you're doing that outside the context of SDAI, no, it's within
Speaker 7 1:36:33
the well.
Speaker 11 1:36:34
Okay.
Speaker 7 1:36:35
When you say outside the context, so for example, say one of the add-on offerings I have, I want to create a page and explain it in more detail. How would you recommend I do that?
Jason 1:36:47
That's that's what we've done here. That's why we've set up the SmartDirectory AI funnel, and you'll just add an additional funnel page again. Like like I said, if this were if you were doing this outside of SDAI, then I would tell you to probably go to the website section, but because the way that it's built into SDAI, we use the funnel. That's the way it's set up. Okay, just how you've created. So you're just funnel step.
Speaker 7 1:37:11
So I didn't actually need to create another subdomain. I can just create an extra page here, basically. Exactly.
Jason 1:37:17
Yep. You just create another page right inside this. So it's
Speaker 7 1:37:20
not really a step in a funnel. I'm just creating a bunch of independent pages,
Jason 1:37:26
right? That's all tied to a single funnel. Yeah. So technically, this is the way that we needed to do it in order for it to connect properly to the app that we built.
Speaker 7 1:37:36
Okay, and then so if I'm just going to create test page, then the path.
Jason 1:37:43
That's your slug, so it's your you know domain forward slash what, so domain.com forward slash and then whatever the internal page name.
Speaker 7 1:37:52
Okay, so pool living.com, and then
Jason 1:37:58
no no no no no. So the domain the domain's automatically connected to this. Oh,
Speaker 7 1:38:03
you're you're just saying do a forward slash,
Jason 1:38:06
right? Yeah. Okay. So whatever you want the internal page to be.
Speaker 7 1:38:09
So just for this purpose, I'll just call it test page, and then I'm not importing anything, and then just create funnel step.
Speaker 4 1:38:18
Correct.
Speaker 7 1:38:23
And then with that, so do I have any concerns about my? I've used ClickFunnels for a number of years, and I'm switching over. And so generally, with funnels, you know, they each page kind of moves from step to step, so I see the little down arrow. So are these linked, like linear, you know, steps, or they can they exist independent design? Yeah, they all. My question makes sense independently. They
Jason 1:38:58
exist independently. Again, that I know it's a little confusing, but we're using we're not using funnels here, and we're not using this funnel in the in the traditional sense of a funnel. It's literally just a holding place for these pages. That's all
Speaker 7 1:39:12
it is. Okay.
Jason 1:39:12
So just think of it that way, and you can create as many pages as you need. They're not directly connected to one another. As you can see, we've got an about us page, a contact page, a terms of service. Those are not interconnected whatsoever, right?
Speaker 7 1:39:28
Okay, okay, but this is where you'll
Jason 1:39:30
create additional pages that you can then link to your SDAI site.
Speaker 7 1:39:36
Okay, that sounds good. And then the other, I had actually submitted a tech support question about the fact that I was trying to verify. I created a Pinterest page and want to verify my domain, and to do so, it here. Let me just go to it really quick. It claim pool and outdoor living. So either wants an HTML tag, upload HTML file, or add a text record. Try to I think I tried to do the text record, and because there's other records, it was kind of competing, and the tech support person like recommended I go do this way more advanced thing, and I was like, okay, that's way more complicated than I wanted to get into. Is what would you recommend is the simplest way to accomplish this, considering the kind of controlled environment of smart directory? What
Jason 1:40:41
what happens if you click on Add Text Record?
Speaker 4 1:40:46
What did it give you? It gives me this,
Speaker 7 1:40:50
but then when I when I tried to do it in add it to Namecheap, it competed in some way, and it was I'd have to here. Let me pull up the message that I had with you guys. Yeah, it
Jason 1:41:09
shouldn't compete. Just looking at it, you should be fine.
Speaker 7 1:41:15
Right here. Let me just find my original message I had. So try to so yeah, there we go. So I need to add a text record to verify, but Namecheap will not allow a text record to coexist with the C name at the same host.
Speaker 2 1:41:42
It
Speaker 7 1:41:43
was claiming. You can see here. I tried to add that text record, and it said failed to save record. Please try again. And
Jason 1:41:57
can we try it real quick?
Speaker 11 1:41:59
Yeah.
Speaker 7 1:42:02
Actually, put it up here. So, add record, text record, and you know if it works this time, I'll just be thrilled. Okay. So, oh, wait a second. So, add at the hosts, okay.
Speaker 4 1:42:31
Yeah, there you go.
Speaker 7 1:42:32
Well, that's bizarre. Okay. Um, wonder why we have skimmed attitude before. Okay. Well, never mind then. It
Jason 1:42:40
could have been. There's so many things that it could have been, but yeah. Typically, text records are not unless the text record is directly competing with itself with another text record. But yeah, that shouldn't should never be an issue. It could have been maybe that you accidentally got logged out. I've seen that with Namecheap before, where I've accidentally got not logged out of my account, it still allowed me to make some editing stuff,
Speaker 7 1:43:05
so it wasn't playing. Yeah, then it would throw an
Jason 1:43:07
error. Yeah, so it could have been that, could have been that the browser was out of dated or outdated. It could have been there's a whole host of things that it could have been. But anyway, glad it worked. Nope. So yeah, we have to verify here real soon.
Speaker 7 1:43:21
Now, to to the previous person's point, I I don't want to go flip back to my screen. Do I need to be concerned since I just did a screen share in this with my namecheap stuff?
Jason 1:43:34
No, no. What what I was pointing out before, Eric was showing his screen and he showed his API keys.
Speaker 7 1:43:42
Keys, yeah,
Jason 1:43:43
yeah, yeah. I mean, but I guess the
Speaker 7 1:43:44
rest of the names, cheap stuff. I've got to be logged in, so it wouldn't be an issue, right? Yeah, you weren't
Jason 1:43:48
exposing any of your your login details so that somebody could, you know, log into your account. Good enough. His,
Speaker 9 1:43:55
okay,
Jason 1:43:55
yeah, exactly.
Speaker 7 1:43:57
Okay, no, that's that's all I had. Thank you very much, Jason.
Jason 1:44:00
Awesome. Yeah, no problem. Happy to help.
Speaker 7 1:44:03
And then, oh, actually, you were saying that there was another like quick start meeting or something. Yeah, there's
Jason 1:44:10
another call. It's at 3p.m. Eastern today.
Speaker 7 1:44:14
Oh, am I? I'm trying to see where that is. If I'm in there, so if I go into Smart Directory and then,
Jason 1:44:25
no, if you go to
Speaker 7 1:44:27
to go to Help, right?
Jason 1:44:29
Yes, go to Help. Smart Directory,
Jason 1:44:31
and then go down there, and it's it was probably taken out. Go scroll down to where it says the school group. Go ahead and click on school group there.
Speaker 7 1:44:44
Oh, right here.
Jason 1:44:46
Yep. And then go to the calendar. Scroll up and click on calendar.
Speaker 7 1:44:53
Ah, I had not paid attention to that.
Jason 1:44:55
And then right here, three 3p.m.
Speaker 16 1:44:57
Perfect.
Speaker 11 1:44:58
Okay, sounds good.
Speaker 7 1:44:59
Thank you very much.
Jason 1:45:00
No problem. All right, Alex, get another one.
Speaker 14 1:45:06
Just to follow up here, so I I told ChatGPT that I had a pit token, and it told me yes, that's great, but you also need an API, and I'm a little confused. Is that like on the model side that I need to integrate with, let's say, you know, ChatGPT and High Level?
Jason 1:45:37
Hang on one sec. Let's see if we can pull it up. Leah, you're still sharing your screen. You might want to stop sharing. There we go. Cool. Awesome. So, what did it tell you here? It says
Speaker 4 1:45:51
high-level pit API visit has natural language. Filmmaker records. Yep, important distinction. High level pit.
Jason 1:46:24
So okay, I don't see where it says that, Alex. So what? Oh, there it is. Okay, high-level pit API retrieves the filters,
Speaker 4 1:46:35
contact data. Okay,
Speaker 14 1:46:39
API model, AI model API.
Jason 1:46:56
Okay, so what is it asking? I don't understand here.
Speaker 4 1:47:00
Doesn't see.
Speaker 14 1:47:01
Okay, so my question was, do I need another level of integration like an API? It says yes, you need an API integration, but the PIT is the credential that authorizes it.
Speaker 4 1:47:17
Okay, let's see here. Let's go to.
Speaker 14 1:47:32
So it seems like even though I have the pit, it doesn't allow the Model to to to sparse the information in there, unless I have an API to do that. Looks like that's my understanding.
Jason 1:47:56
Yeah, I'm just trying to find the. There is a knowledge base directly for high-level API. I'm just trying to pull it up for you.
Speaker 2 1:48:09
Thank you.
Speaker 4 1:48:18
Here we go. Okay. v3. Okay, so here is the doc.
Jason 1:48:49
I just dropped that in chat for you, Alex. What you can do. I'm trying to remember what I I know I didn't need it. There was I just need the you just need the pit token. You can do the OAuth flow, which is through the API, but you're not going to need to do that. This doc will walk you through it. What I would do, I would just take this doc, I would dump that into chat and just say, "Hey, review the API docs here, and give me instructions on how to set this up. Because you shouldn't need to do that. You should be able to set it directly up to the token.
Speaker 14 1:49:33
Okay, okay, we'll do that then.
Jason 1:49:39
I'm just making sure That this
Speaker 4 1:49:43
integration,
Jason 1:49:47
yeah, it tells you right here. Here's the actual. Here's the pit token instructions right here. I'll drop that.
Speaker 2 1:49:53
I just dropped
Jason 1:49:54
that in chat too. So that should help you. That's what I would do. Second, just access that document.
Speaker 14 1:50:21
Private integrations, key advantage of private ingredient. So I drop the whole the whole URL onto chat, and it'll read the page and figure it out. Exactly. Okay, I got that. Yep. Okay, we'll try that. Thanks.
Jason 1:50:36
Awesome.
Speaker 14 1:50:37
See you later.
Jason 1:50:39
Yeah, let us know how it works out. Thanks, Alex. All right, Leah.
Speaker 7 1:50:47
So my follow-up. So I got Pinterest working, but now I did want to add in the Pinterest tag so that it can, you know, track, and it wants me to add the code into a head tag. Do we have that ability with Smart Directory?
Jason 1:51:04
Yeah, we do. Yep.
Speaker 7 1:51:05
Where do I go for that?
Jason 1:51:07
That is under the Settings tab, and then once you click on Settings, you'll click on Custom Code, and then you'll see the the Header Code section.
Speaker 7 1:51:19
Okay, settings custom. I here I'll share my screen because I'm being blind. I see custom fields and custom values.
Jason 1:51:38
So no, you want to be logged into Smart Directory, so you'll click on Smart Directory first, and then from there you'll click on Settings, and then Custom Code. So Settings at the top of the page.
Speaker 7 1:51:50
Oh, this Settings. Sorry. Yep. Okay.
Jason 1:51:52
And then Custom Code.
Speaker 7 1:51:53
Ah, I knew I had seen it before somewhere. Yep. Okay. And then I can just paste it in there.
Jason 1:52:01
Yep, you just paste it right in there.
Speaker 7 1:52:03
Save, go, perfect. Thank you.
Jason 1:52:05
Yep, no problem. Right, Eric. Eric, are you there?
Speaker 3 1:52:21
I'm. I'm sorry. Can you hear me now?
Jason 1:52:23
Yeah, I can hear you. Yep.
Speaker 3 1:52:24
All right. Cool. So thanks, Leah. I was trying to figure out how to add a page, and that kind of got me there. So let me share my screen. Um, when when I do add the page. Right here, you see it now.
Jason 1:52:54
Ah, it's not pulling up just yet, Eric. So give it one more second here. There we go. Now it's pulling up.
Speaker 3 1:53:02
Great. So, if I want to like say add this page for my Masonic group, right, Lodge 33. I want to make that a Lodge 33 page, right? Am I building this page from scratch?
Jason 1:53:24
Yes, that's correct. Yep. I mean, you can you can use one of the templates if you want. It's completely up to you. So if you click on so use existing, see that but now that you're on the squares and composer page here,
Speaker 3 1:53:42
yeah, yeah, square and compass, right?
Jason 1:53:46
Oh, compass. Yeah, sorry. Oh, actually, you know what? I don't think we can from here. Let me see. I don't think we can. I think we have to do it. Yeah, you're not going to be able to do it from there. Oh, we know what you could do. I think, yeah. So what you could do here, if you do want to use one of the templates, here's here's a here's a quick tip, Eric. Exit out of this. Just click the back button next to LA near you, so right above LA near you.
Speaker 3 1:54:25
Yeah, right here, up here.
Jason 1:54:27
No, no, no. Um, in the in the center of the page, above the funnel steps,
Speaker 2 1:54:32
there's a
Jason 1:54:32
little back button.
Speaker 2 1:54:34
Ah,
Jason 1:54:34
that's okay. Just yeah, you can click there. Yep, that's where I was trying to get you to. So from here, you could click Add New Funnel.
Speaker 9 1:54:45
Okay,
Jason 1:54:54
and then you could choose from template. And then from here, what you could do is you could scroll through, find a template that you like. Yep. And then once you find that template, so just choose any one for right now, so I can show you how you do this. So, like, if you wanted to find a design that you like, right, that's already kind of pre-designed, just choose just choose any one of these right now, and I'll show you what to do. So, yeah, hit choose. What it's going to do, it's going to load it into your account, and then from here. Actually, you want to exit out of this. This is the builder page, so you want to exit out of the builder. So you'll click the back button, and then the back button one more time. And then now, what you do? Click on Smart Finance, and then from here, so say so the landing page is selected, and say that's the design you really like. On the far right corner, see where it says "Clone Funnel Step. Yep. You can click that button, and then when the pop-up appears, what you'll do is you'll select the location. So you'll select the exact same location. So the LA near you location. Yep. And then, in the add add in multiple funnel, go ahead and select your SDAI funnel here. So the LA near you. That's your that's your smart directory. So that's how you'll do it. So you can go. You can find a template that's already designed that has the design that you like, then you can copy that design into the smart directory funnel, and then from there make all your edits and changes.
Speaker 3 1:57:08
So then add that selected bun there.
Jason 1:57:11
Yeah, exactly. Yep. Okay. And then what that's going to do is that's going to add that that styled that designed page into your LA near you, which is your smart directory funnel that you're using, right?
Speaker 3 1:57:25
And then, and then I'm going to have to just create my own workflows and and that whole process of if I'm gathering information on that page or whatever,
Jason 1:57:37
right? Yeah, if you wanted to have some sort of like a custom sign up form on that page, or something like that. Then yes, then you would have to set up another workflow that could automate off of a submission from that page.
Speaker 3 1:57:51
Got it. Okay. All right. This is good stuff. Thank you, man.
Jason 1:57:56
Yeah. No worries. Happy to help.
Speaker 4 1:58:02
Right.
Jason 1:58:05
Any other questions, guys? Looks like we're we're getting to the top of the hour here. We're about two hours in, so we should be wrapping it up. But if anybody has any last minute questions, please let me know. I did hear back from Cameron on the credit system for leads, so he wasn't able to join the call. But he did say, if anybody's experiencing any issues with the lead system, please, please reach out, submit a support ticket, so we can get you get it everything squared away and get you the credits that you that you need. Again, I just want to reiterate that you should be able to pull a full list of 100 leads, and you should be able to enrich a full list of 100 leads. As far as the dashboard and the metrics, I know Sam was saying it was a little confusing, and I agree, it is a little confusing. I'm going to bring that back to the team. We're going to see if we can't clear some of that confusion up. But on the credit side, it's 100 leads that you can pull, and then 100 leads that you can enrich. Okay, so that's what you get on the basic plan. And I think the next one is 500, and then the third is 1000. But if you're, if anybody's having trouble with that, please, it is a new feature. So that this is something that's brand new that we just recently rolled out. So there are, we expect that there will be some bugs here and there, and maybe some isolated issues, which we've seen here on today's call. So we just want to get to those as quickly as possible. Get those to the dev team ASAP, so that we can kind of minimize the time that we're dealing with this during this rollout phase. So we want to get all these bugs kind of figured out as quickly as possible. So anybody that's having issues, please, please submit a support ticket so we can get to it asap. With that being said, I think we're going to wrap it up. I don't see any more. Hands, so I think I'm going to end it here. Thank you guys for joining the call today. Again, we're here every Tuesday at noon noon Eastern, and we usually usually go about two hours, like we did today. Sometimes we'll go a little bit over, but usually it lasts about two hours. Try to get through everybody's questions. Make sure that everybody feels like they're taken care of. In between now and next Tuesday, we do have a support desk. I just want to make everybody everybody aware. We encourage everyone to take advantage of that support desk. We have people there seven days a week looking to answer your questions. This call is really to kind of dig a little bit deeper, figure out you know what those issues are. If you need to share your screen, that sort of thing. That's why we're here, but we don't want anybody just kind of fiddling around, you know, fiddling their thumbs and and trying to figure out what to do next. We really want to get you the support that you need as quickly as possible. So that's why we have these different support channels. So really encourage you guys to take advantage of those. Anyway, I'm talking too much, so I'm going to let you guys go. I appreciate each and every one of you guys. Thank you so much for showing up for the call. We'll see you guys all next week. Have a great week. Make it productive. Have a great weekend, and we'll see you guys in a week. Take care, everybody.
Speaker 15 2:01:19
Great job, Jason.
Jason 2:01:21
Thanks, Ken.
