So you need to type in the business name. And if they have a Google profile, what you'll do is you'll link. You're linking that here, there you go. Now you'll hit update.

And this year I gotta now I'm behind, so I gotta go fast. Everything's happening. You know, agentic is just taking over. So my question was, when I need support? I noticed Jeff Stark had a question in the chat about support. He said he sent an email in yesterday and hadn't heard anything back. How long is support normally take, and is this the I just joined two weeks ago? Alright, and so Tom Gaddis talked about the new smart directory. Doesn't require go high level, necessarily. It's got its own world, or whatever. This is the connection, or the plugin, or, I guess, marketplace version of smart directory we're talking about

I mean, it depends on how many you know, like, how tech savvy you are, how familiar you are with high level in our systems, which it sounds like you're somewhat familiar. So I would say, you know, a day, maybe a day and a half to get through it, maybe faster, depending on again, depending on your tech skills and your familiarity with high level. But yeah, every So, I guess that leads me into the to the second point that you made. You were you were saying, hey, you know you, you had purchased it originally. Things have changed. You now re entered the ecosystem. You come back. Yeah. So what we've done in our recent launch, our recent webinar launch, and I don't know if that's where you came in. But anyway, the what we've changed is, instead of you needing to get your own high level instance, so for you to pay for your own high level account, we've created a process where you can essentially get a sub account under us, under offline sharks, all set up with the SD AI app pre installed. So that's the difference. So you still, it still runs on high level. But the difference is you don't necessarily need your own high level license anymore. We now have a process where you can just have a single sub account under our license that already has everything, has the app pre installed into it, got it.

Maybe they just again, they don't have used for high level they just want to start working a directory and launching a directory in their local town. So that's why we created that process. If you already have an existing high level account and that you're using, and you already have clients on your SDA I site, then there's no need to switch at all, if, for whatever reason, if you think that you know you don't have a use for high level you're not really using it in your agency. The only reason you have it is for your SDI site, for your directory site. Then we could have that discussion. We could we have we do have a process where we can transfer your existing account along with all of your listings, all of your client information, in that one sub account. We could have that transferred into ours, but it's, it's completely up to you again, if you're, if you're using high level with your agency in any capacity, I wouldn't recommend it. If you're not, that's the only time I would recommend it.

In order to get these to show up on the actual site itself, we have to connect a sub domain to this to these pages, right? Okay, once that sub domain is connected, these pages will then show, or can show inside the live website. Okay. Does that make sense? Yes, okay. So we don't want to connect the same domain, Essex thrive.com because Essex thrive.com currently points to the live directory. So what we need to do is create a sub domain of Essex thrive. And what we do, what we've said in our documentation, the sub domain that we recommend is pages, dot Essex thrive.com, that's looked at as its own unique domain. Right? Once that's connected to high level, it'll be assigned to this funnel and that and it'll it will be assigned to every one of these pages in this funnel. From there, inside the SDA I app, we can connect these pages to the live directory. Hopefully that makes sense. Okay, I know that was a lot now. Now what you're doing that's different. Current though, is you've built a couple of page. You've built an about us page outside of the website built or the funnel builder here, correct? Yes. Okay, so in order to do that, under the menu builder, we can add an x, we can add a link. You can add a, what you call it, I can't remember the name, just just a rate. You can add a custom link. So this will go in that Host field, and then here are the value fields. So this will go in the value section again. Here's the host name, here's the value right. For the C name, this is the host name, right? This is actually, this is the you which got like a sub domain, almost right? And then here's your here's your value, and then here are your two MX records. The only difference with the MX records is there's going to be a priority box, so when you select MX record inside Namecheap or GoDaddy or whoever you use. And you go to set up an MX record, there's going to be an extra box for priority, okay, so you'll just add this priority. You'll add that that number 10 in there, and that's inside that priority box, and then you'll fill in the rest of the details here. Okay, this is for the system email. Okay, now for your profile. So if you go into your profile, you've got an email address here that you can add, and you can also scroll down here to two way sync. If you do this, though, if you sync your email to a profile and you're logged in under that profile and you go to send a one off email, it's going to use this connection to send that one off email. So what you can do once you once you connect your Google Maps API, connection under here, let's go under a real listing, if this one's real or not, but if we go under business details down here, there's an option to link this listing this business to that business's Google profile. Once you do that just by typing in the business name here. So I'll do like a, I know this isn't the right business, but there's a, there's a barbecue restaurant that I really like, R and R barbecue. Oh, looks like Google's not connected. So the Google Maps API is not connected here. But if it were, and I were to do a search for that business name, it would show in a list right here. All I'd have to do is click on it to select it, and then click Update down here. What that does is that now connects this listing to that listings actual Google profile, and then you can click on these buttons right here where it says, upload from Google, upload from Google, and it can pull in the profile image from Google directly. So rather than just putting in a default image, you can actually have an image from the actual business's real Google profile show up. So that's what he was saying. He was saying instead, you know, like you're already in here doing this, might as well just actually connect it to their Google profile and have an actual image, not just a, you know, like a default image showing,

So click here, or, I'm sorry, click here to import your smart directory AI snapshot. So this is the link that you'll click. You'll follow the steps to import that. Once that snapshot is imported, you're going to go into so we're at the agency level, right? You'll go into the agency level. You'll go under sub accounts. You'll pull up the sub account that you want to install that that snapshot into, yeah, and then over here in the top right hand corner, under Actions, you'll click that button, and you'll click Load snapshot. From here, you're going to select the snapshot that you just installed. So click this button, you install it, then it'll show up in this drop down. You'll select it from the drop down.
