Hello, hello, hello, everyone. Welcome to the Tuesday tech call for Smart Directory AI. I am filling in here momentarily while we wait for Jason to arrive. He's running just a few minutes behind. My name is Cameron Rote. I'm the operations manager here at Smart Directory AI. So, if you haven't been on one of these tech calls before, the way that it works is we basically raise, you can just raise your hand inside of Google Meet, there's a little hand icon at the very bottom of your screen, and let us know that you have a question, and then we will go through the list one by one and do our best to get you the answers that you need on All right, I'm gonna just jump into it. Chris, you are up. What can I answer for you, Chris?

0:52
Hey, Cameron, how are you?

0:53
I'm doing great. How about you?

0:55
Good, thanks.

0:56
Good,

0:57
good. Yeah, so I've had it paid like three months so far with high level and and and the smart directory separate and stuff, so after I signed up, it was saying about how you could not have to use high level, but if you have it already, you might as well keep it, so that's fine, because I know I might need it for customers later, but I want to start getting customers. That's the thing. So the video, yes, I pretty much set up the directory and added some businesses, but I want to know about that automatic email that you could send out to businesses. How do you like, how would you get businesses' emails, and the chat agent too, like that sells for you.

1:46
Yes, so have you gone through the, the, have you looked at all at the knowledge base around the, the workflows, the free listing outreach?

1:57
No, just I just used it to set up

2:00
the direct gotcha,

2:00
so we do have some training specifically on this, especially the well, I guess both pieces. So, if you check out the here, let me share my screen, and I can show you what I'm talking about,

2:14
okay.

2:24
Alright, so you should be looking here at my screen. Workflows explained. All I did was I just came to help dot smart contractor.ai

2:32
See that,

2:33
and if you look here on the left under the operate tab, you'll see workflows category for workflows and workflows explained start here and this watch this video and then this next one is actually what talks specifically about setting up the outreach workflow with the email warm up and customizing some of the emails specifically for you how to add contacts to that warm up, and to get your free outreach flowing right, so that you've got contact going out to those businesses,

3:10
and how are we getting their emails?

3:13
So there's a couple of ways. The first thing is, as part of your Smart Directory membership, we will send you 100 leads every month, so if you haven't claimed that yet, I can get you a link for that, but that is like that's 100 leads that you get free just for being a Smart Directory AI member. Yes, yep, beyond that, if you want more leads than that, you can use a variety of scraping tools, you can buy a list, like there's really a lot of different ways. What we use, for the most part, is a scraping tool called d7 d7 Lead Finder, I believe. Yeah, d7 Lead finder.com This is an older tool, but we've been using it for a while, and it just, it kind of does what it does well, and the pricing is very reasonable. So, if you want to exceed the 100 leads a month, and you want to pull bigger lists and pump those into your site, that's the tool that we recommend. But again, there's there's probably 100 of them out there that are comparable to d7 lead finder. Any of them will work, so if you, if you just find, you know, any lead lead finding software that you like, that will work, and then no matter how it exports the list, you should be able to just drop that into high level and make sure that you map the fields properly, right? Make sure that all the info is going to the correct places of your contacts, but as long as you do that, you should be good,

4:44
and in the 100 that they send you, so they use d7 for that, for those 100 to get me emails.

4:49
Yes.

4:50
Okay. So then it goes, gotcha. So in those 100 of the emails, now the first one they got me was for restaurants, so I think I had a three month. On, so far, so I'm going to see, like, reach out to them about maybe getting at least 100 maybe 200 and, but that you have to do it by category, each 100, right?

5:12
Um, I think we allow you to pick a few categories, so if you want to, like, if you want to give us a city and give us a list of, you know, five or 10 different categories that you want, I believe we can do that. I don't know, there might be a limit on how many we say at one time, because we are pulling those lists manually, like somebody on our team is pulling those lists. So, yeah, we might limit it to the the amount that you can get, the number of categories you can give us at one time, but I know you can do multiple.

5:38
Got it? Okay. And then with that email I'm able to set up, like, for it to get they're getting an automatic email, and then then speaking them, okay? And then I have their phone number too, I can call them,

5:53
and you can call them. And then the other thing is, the you asked about the AI agents, and that's the section here in the knowledge base as well. That is just a heads up. There is a little bit more of an evolved setup for that, because you have to actually update, like you have to generate an API key, and then plug that into your AI agents. We do walk through it step by step. If you just go through these videos, starting at the top, and go through each of these articles in the AI agent setup, this will, this will show you everything you need to know to get those AI agents working, and then it's the same, the same basic process, for, you know, for actually generating leads and getting those flowing.

6:34
So, go through those, and if I have, like, any jam of the group, the school group, or on these calls.

6:42
Yes. Yep.

6:44
Okay. Alright. And for categories, anyone's that you recommend, because I know in the Monday call when I told them I got like restaurants, I think it was what was his name, not Neil

7:00
Norm,

7:01
Norm, yeah, Norm was saying he focuses like on home services because he's like restaurants don't really have money like that,

7:09
yeah. As far as, so if you're talking about like which niche do you want to focus on in terms of serving in your agency, that really is kind of a personal thing. I mean, there are definitely.. it kind of depends on what services you want to sell, and then also your background. If you, you know, if you came out of the.. you know, the.. if you're an auto mechanic, like Nick Pawn used to be, then you've got a kind of.. you know, the language, you may have contacts already in that industry, it may make sense for you to focus there first, right, but that again kind of depends on what you've done in your background. If you have any personal connection to a specific industry, the truth is that there are a ton of industries that are good clients for digital marketing services. What changes between them most of the time is which services you're going to offer, right? So, a restaurant is not necessarily going to be the same, is not going to be buying the same types of service as an HVAC provider, but again, that kind of depends on you and what you want to sell in your agency, what you're focused on, all of that, like even if you do decide to go after one specific niche, what most of our users do, unless they're building a niche site, so unless you're going to build, you know, you decide you're going to go after HVAC contractors, and you build a smart directory that's all about heating and cooling and is only focused on that industry, but and that's one way to do it, but what most people tend to do is they focus their site on their local geography, right, their specific city, and it's supposed to be more of a general use directory for their city, and in that case, what they do is even if they only want to sell to HVAC contractors, they usually add a wide variety of businesses to the site, at least at the beginning, just so that it's full of the various types of businesses that are in your city, right? So it's actually a useful resource for somebody who wants, like, a guide to the city's businesses, and then as far as who you're pursuing beyond the addition to the site, then you would focus just on the HVAC contractors, or just on the dentist, or whichever industry you've decided that you actually want clients in.

9:33
Okay, and that's, I guess, like, I have some ideas, but that's something else too. I don't know if you guys help with that. Is like, what's a good thing to sell to businesses too, as well, in addition to just the upgrade to premium.

9:50
Yeah, absolutely. So we actually just recently put together, let me get the link for you

9:55
here,

9:57
so Smart directory.ai Okay, sorry, I've got so many. When

10:02
you put it, can you put it in the text?

10:07
Sure. Yes, I will. Smart directory.ai/services right? And you can see the link here in my address bar as well.

10:16
Okay, if

10:16
you come to this link, this is a brand new guide that we just, I think Tom released it on the live call on Friday afternoon, so it's three days old. What this is, is this is a five page PDF here. This is a guide to exactly what services you can sell after, like a premium listing, or even if you don't want to necessarily focus on the premium listings, if you're just focused on making contact through your site, and then immediately trying to upgrade them to some other paid service.

10:49
This is

10:49
a list of this is like a walkthrough of the services that we use, and that we see people in the community using most often, and it's got for each of them links to resources about how to actually deliver these services, and in a lot of cases how to sell these services.

11:10
Okay, like, like fulfillment, like how to fulfill it as well as sell it.

11:14
Yep, exactly. So, AI agents, Google Business Profile Management, Review Management, Social Planner, and posting missed call text back, that's that's definitely a big one. If a business doesn't have that pre-built websites, appointment booking the directory site itself, and then a little thing here about how to create videos for listings, which you know, some people, that's that's all they do is is video production in their agency, so that's definitely even though we've got it at the end here as a little minor thing, like again, depending on what you're kind of gravitate toward, what you like and what you, what your goals are for your own agency, you know, there are there are tons of agencies out there that just do video production, any one of these you could create a successful agency from, or you could do what a lot of users do, which is a combination of things, right? A menu of different services that you offer,

12:15
the AI agent is that, like, it'll pick up the call for them, like a reception AI receptionist.

12:23
Yes, you could do, you could do like that, would be like an inbound phone agent. That is definitely the easiest entry point for local businesses. There is definitely more you can do with AI agents, you can do outbound agents, you can do, you know, voice agents, you can do like conversation AI, you can do a chat widget on their website, that where they're actually chatting with an AI agent, as opposed to a real human. So there's a lot of different applications, but usually the easiest entry points for businesses are the inbound phone agent and the website chat agent

13:03
and the inbound phone agent, that's the AI agent video that you have right there, right?

13:08
Yeah, Tom, that's what this one is focused on. He might actually talk about a couple of the other applications, but that's the big one that he's talking about here.

13:16
Okay, and then I did get something to that I didn't have when I originally purchased, but then he sent it. I'm trying to remember what it was about selling. It's like a sales system, forget what it was like. How to start selling, and it was like a styling seller

13:35
sales system. Yeah, that's in the side of the school group. Actually, maybe it's not. No, I'm sorry, it's not that, that is, you should have received a link to log into that

13:45
one. Okay, and then that helps me basically sell like what these these services that you, that you have up right now, right?

13:55
Yep. Okay, that's more of a prospecting method, so that you can take contacts who you've gotten, your, you know, at least somewhat warm audience. Okay. And then reach out and actually upgrade to them to some of these services.

14:08
Okay. Awesome. Thanks, Cameron. It's starting to come into picture,

14:12
puzzle pieces fitting together.

14:14
Yeah, starting like, how can I make money off of, like, stop wasting time and, and getting charged, and, but, like, you know, make it worth my, like, what I'm paying.

14:25
Sure, yeah, absolutely. And I mean, the number one piece of advice I would give you is make a choice, and then start with that, right? What I, what I see a lot of people happen, happen with a lot of people is they get overwhelmed by all of these, and they go, 'Oh my gosh, I don't know what this one is. I don't know what this one is. I'm gonna have to take two weeks to learn this before, and then they get bogged down, and they never make any progress. So, I would suggest, like, picking one of these that you're most comfortable with, and then start moving on it. You can always switch it up later, right? At any point, you're not. Locked into this, like you can make a change at any point. Well, he's taking action with it, and start following, you know, follow the process that we lay out, start reaching out to people, start getting in contact with them, start making pitches, and then you can adjust from there. Exactly. All right, cool. And this is more the tech side, and I guess the school group, there's not another class like for selling or anything, right? This is just tech, it's not like calls for weekly, for no, the best place for that would actually be Tom's weekly Friday call. He usually does some kind of training on that call, for like the first half, that's something around more of the selling side, the prospecting side, and then she opens up for questions after that. So that's probably your best resource for like direct feedback, but the school group also is great. Like, the nice thing about the school group is not only do you get feedback from Tom or whoever's hosting the call, but you've got the entire group there, and there's a lot of people who have experience, you know, across people who were, have been running agencies for 20 years and are using smart directory AI. People who have sold all kinds of different services, so you're really tapping into a huge pool of knowledge there from the whole community if you ask those kinds of questions in the school group.

16:19
Perfect. Thanks, Cameron. Thanks. Yeah,

16:21
absolutely. Thank you.

16:23
Yep.

16:26
All right. Jason, are you here?

16:29
Yeah, I'm here, Cameron. What happened when I clicked the link to join? I didn't have admin access right away, so I couldn't get in. Oh,

16:39
I just wanted to make sure people weren't waiting, and we got started with one question, but you can take it over. Thank you very much.

16:46
Yeah, thanks, Kim. All right, Adam, looks like you're up next.

16:53
Morning, how are you, Chase?

16:55
Good. How you doing?

16:57
I'm good. So I just signed up. I'm also an agency owner, so I'm looking for the license key, and it's not as easy to find as everybody's telling

17:12
it. Okay? Did you get, did you get an email from us with that key?

17:18
Hey Adam, I'll have our team reach out right now with a key for you, because since we've done the the the installation, the done for you installation, Jason, they don't get a key by default only if it's requested. So there may be Adam, where we didn't, where we've got old language or something that said you should have received a key, but I'll, I'll have our support team reach out to you right now and get you that key.

17:42
Okay. okay. And then that will allow me to use the smart directory under my agency sub account versus going to the standalone app site. Is that right?

17:53
Exactly right. Yup, you'll be able to install the app and use it right inside of your own existing high level account.

18:00
Okay. And then do we are we locked into the user interface that I always see Tom for the Vegas Thrive, or can we kind of make our own site, or is it just better to use the Vegas Thrive kind of template,

18:20
you are locked into like the whatever the smart directory, like it would be very difficult for you to to create your own site for smart directory, or to really, you know, to like whip it up from scratch. You are kind of locked into the options that we give you, but there are quite a few options available within the app to customize the look of your site, and in fact, we've got, I was just talking with Jason before this call about a new option that we've got that should be live tomorrow, that's going to expand that even further and allow you to rename a lot of the elements of your site as well. So, in terms of the actual, like the look in the field, the design, the colors, the fonts, all that kind of thing, you've got a lot of control over that, and then we've also got additional updates coming that will give you control over, like, what all the things on the site are called, what listings are called, what consumers are called, all of that kind of thing.

19:18
Got it? But is it, is it going to be using the AI studio, is it still going to be locked into the old like legacy

19:26
sites?

19:27
Yeah, no, you're still locked into what the site that Smart Directory AI produces. We don't have, like, there is no way right now, and we've, we've talked about this, and it is on the board as a future potential update an integration with the AI Studio, but it's such a new feature that there really isn't the backend like high level. The way they tend to do it is they roll things out a little bit at a time. Once they've got something that users can see and update, they tend to push that live, and then the developer side of it tends to come. After, so right now, there's not a lot on the developer side to act to allow you to like integrate your app with the Studio AI, but we would love to do that if that's possible. At some point, we want to pursue that. Just right now, that's not - that's not available. So, you could still use the Studio AI to whip up sites for clients, or for your own like agency brand or whatever, but when it comes to the smart directory site, that has to be generated through the app.

20:28
Okay, no problem. It does, that is, that does that stand for the Ask AI part of it as well?

20:36
Yes,

20:37
GHL. Yeah, we cannot use Ask AI for Smart Directory at this point,

20:44
correct.

20:45
Okay, yeah, all right, perfect. And then someone's going to reach out to me via email for the license key.

20:52
Yes,

20:53
or

20:54
let me make sure. Yep,

20:57
I'm Cameron. I can send the license key. Oh, yeah, Ruchika, you're here. Great,

21:01
Ruchika

21:02
will be the one reaching out to you, Adam, which I saw. There's a post in the comment from Adam in school, I believe, as well, about this.

21:10
Yeah, man, I've been on it. I've been on, yeah, all morning.

21:17
Yeah, well, we'll get you all taken care of. Sorry for the inconvenience there with the license key.

21:23
No, I know. I know you're doing a lot of changes and upgrades, so it's fine. Thanks a lot.

21:28
But thank you very much. Thank you,

21:30
Rachika.

21:31
No problem.

21:31
All right, Jason, I'm really out now. Thank you.

21:33
It's all good. All right, Sam. Bye. Sam, you here all right. Well, we'll, we'll come back to you, Sam. Bobby, what's happening? Haven't seen you for a while. How you been?

21:56
Good. I just. I've been working on all this other stuff to connect to the the and I finally got some help too, so what I'm curious about on Tom's videos, one time he said that you can add a AI agent to to the people that sign up on your customers, I mean, on the, you know, on the directory, like, you know, a sign company, or like my son signed company, or other. I got a couple other people that are signing up on it now, and can I put a chat widget on their directory, and how do I do that? Is there a video for that?

22:48
So, yeah, we, you can easily put a chat widget on your directory. That

22:54
I got that. I got that.

22:55
Okay,

22:56
he was talking in one of his videos that you could actually put a simple chat widget on their directory.

23:05
Oh, on their listing. Yeah, yeah, yeah. That was a new feature we just rolled out. Yeah, we can. You can certainly do that now. Yeah,

23:15
how do you learn how to do that? Or where is it? Is it in the help thing, or can you show me something.

23:22
Yeah, let me see if I can pull it up real quick here. Just give me a second,

23:29
because I'd like to offer that as an upsell, you know. Oh,

23:32
of course. Yep,

23:36
he even talked about giving it to his premium listings and just charge a little bit more, but

23:44
yeah, so it's got what you need to do here. Let me just bring this screen over here, so I could share it with you. So it does need to be part of the plan, so you have to turn it on at the plan level, and then once you turn it on at the plan level, can you see my screen? Okay,

24:06
yeah, we're

24:06
okay.

24:07
Where do you..

24:10
so, yeah, so you'll go under, under your plans, right? And usually it is.. it is a premium feature, yeah. So you would go in here, and it's called Custom Code, it's right here, this last one, Custom Code, so you would just turn this on, okay, on the plan itself, and then let me show you what it looks like, though, so if we go into, so here's a premium listing, if we go in here, you'll see it's this new option called Custom Code at the end,

24:40
yeah,

24:40
and this is lit, this, this is, this is different than the custom code that you saw at the branding level. This is actually in the listing, right? And this is where you would do it, so you would create the chat bot inside High Level Name, it, you know, you could have it in the. Same sub account, you could name it, or you could put it in a different sub account, up to you how you want to sell it. If you're going to sell access to it, I would put it in a new sub account, and then I'd create the chat widget in that new sub account, and then copy the code, and then you'd paste it here

25:19
in

25:19
the body section,

25:21
so that sub account could be for that company, if you want to sell them other services,

25:26
right? You just

25:27
keep building that sub account up.

25:30
I mean, the real basic service could be chat bot with access to leads, right, to access to your chat leads, and literally all you turn on is the conversation section here on the left the contact section, and that's it. So they can, they can access the contacts area for basic CRM features, and then the conversation area for real-time chat as it comes in. And then you turn all these other tabs off inside their sub account

25:57
until you sell it to them, and then

26:00
until you sell it,

26:01
yeah. Okay, okay. But this

26:04
is where you'd paste it, yeah. You just create that widget, and then just paste it right here. And to create the widget, it's real easy. You go to sites, you go to chat widget, and this is where you can create those chat widgets

26:16
for each, each listing, if you want to.

26:20
Right, right, yep,

26:21
okay,

26:23
yep, but yeah, smart directory, go into your, your businesses, and then you know, find the business you want to add it to, and as long as they're subscribed to the plan that includes it, you'll see this option right here, this custom code option,

26:39
okay, okay,

26:41
yeah, that's a huge feature. I know we talked about this, I don't know, was last week or the week before, I can't remember. We talked about this on one of our calls, and I don't know how many people that are on the call here today heard that discussion, but this is huge. What this allows you to do, just as a refresher to everybody else on the call, what Bobby's talking about here is a, an actual chat bot on an actual listing. So, when you go to your site, right, here's the, here's the overall, of course, this one's not set up correctly, but anyway, you've got your overall directory listing, or I'm sorry, directory website, right? And you can have a chat bot on that directory website that helps people get their business listed on your directory, helps them claim their listing, all of those types of things, right. So that shop chat bot is designed for your business alone, what we're talking about here is being able to install a chat bot at the listing level that's specific to that company's business. So, right now, I've got Evergreen Landscaping pulled up, so we're talking about installing a new chat bot just for Evergreen Landscaping, so when somebody visits your directory site, they'll see a chat bot that's specific to your business, but then if they clicked on Evergreen Landscaping Pro on your directory listing, and then went to the actual listing for Evergreen Landscaping, that chat bot would be replaced with a chat bot specific to Evergreen, and that happens automatic, so that was one thing I didn't mention there, Bobby. If you have a site-wide chatbot installed for your directory and somebody goes to a listing that has their own chat bot, the listing chat bot takes precedent over the site wide, so it basically shuts it off, and it, you only see one chatbot, you don't see both.

28:47
Okay, that's great.

28:49
Yep,

28:50
I've got my support guy AI to, I mean, VA. I hope he's on this meeting to help me do some of this stuff, but I need to get back on my site and do some maintenance on it. Connect all these categories to the people, they're not. Could you just show me real quick without me going through all the videos how to connect, like restaurants to all the restaurant listings.

29:26
Yeah, that's under your menu builder. Remember, Zoe, I

29:31
can't in

29:32
a couple months, but

29:34
it's is it in the menu thing or is it in the categories? You know, the

29:39
what's in both. It's in

29:41
both. Oh, okay.

29:42
So this is where you set up your structure, right? Yeah, yeah. So all of your different categories that you want, and then we have what's called listing labels, right? That was a new thing that we added, and I'll show you that in a second.

29:53
I had them connected at one time, but they all updates disconnected them.

29:58
Hm.

30:00
Somehow, I mean, only one or two are connected. I mean, I could pull up near me and two sides through up or show up, but I put restaurants or anything else, or I just added to 20 roofers and it didn't show up anywhere, so I got to connect them.

30:18
Okay, yeah, you're going to do that, so you're hanging on one second here. Yeah, here's your listing labels right here. So, if you go under businesses, go to listing labels, here's, here's the list of all of your different listing labels.

30:38
Okay,

30:38
okay, so this is where you'll set those up and add any additionals that you want, as well as images, if you want to add those, and then once you have all of your listing labels in here, then you go over to your menu builder, set up the structure of the menu, but now that these are in here, you can just start assigning these right, and we have that mass assigned member. You can select multiple just by clicking this button, or you can select by just clicking these boxes, right. And then you can click this button right here, add listing label, so you can just group them all together and say, okay, for these, you know, five, I want to add, you know, this specific listing label, right?

31:23
Okay, okay, that's that's good. I couldn't, I hadn't watched the video on it, so I didn't know how to rearrange them.

31:35
Yeah, that should help you quite a bit. It's pretty, it's actually pretty simple, and the new menu builder makes it really easy, I think, to organize everything, but yeah, just make sure that you've got all of your listing labels in here. So I've come under this tab, so again, this is under businesses, go over to business listing labels, and then come back here to your businesses, and then just mass assign them.

31:56
Okay. Okay. Well, that's good for now. I'm good.

32:02
Cool. All right. Well, good to see you again, Bobby.

32:05
You too.

32:08
Right, Sam? Looks like you're up next.

32:11
I guess it's me. So, yeah, I had a problem with the microphone earlier. This is Sheila. I'm just using a different person's computer, so anyway, I had three issues. One is that I have my VA here, and he was trying to do the pricing table, and it allows him to edit, but it doesn't save it. And then I went to the team, and I made sure that he had administrative access, and everything is fine there, and he showed it to me how he still couldn't save any changes he made to the list to the pricing table, so so he's here. If it's okay with you, I'll ask him to share the screen and show you the problem that he was having.

33:02
Yeah, of course. Let's do it.

33:04
Justin, can you, can you, can you show your screen, please? Yeah,

33:13
okay, perfect. I

33:39
Yeah, that's the problem. It says an error occurred. Something you know,

33:46
you guys have stripe. Oh yeah, that's.. I was just gonna ask, do you guys have Stripe connected?

33:52
Oh, is that.. is that the possible problem? Okay, I have.. yeah.

33:56
In order to create.. yeah, in order to create a plan, Stripe has to be connected, so if you're, if you don't have your stripe connected, then I'm sure that's probably the reason why it's throwing an error.

34:06
Okay, because when I do it, it does allow you know that that was what I didn't understand why, why I could do it and he couldn't, you know. So anyway, I'll check on the stripe, and then I'll come back if I still have a problem. I had two other things that I wanted to ask you about. One has to do with the membership issue, and I, you know, Cameron left, unfortunately, but you know, I put in a ticket asking about that. I had two questions on that, and they answered the tech question, but they did not answer the membership question, so if it's okay with you, Ruchika, I'll just put in another ticket and explain what my question and issue is with regards to the membership, okay? Okay, so again, yeah, the last thing I wanted to ask you was I heard you explain about the. A chat widget, and my question is, Where will the that chat widget get the information to answer someone? Where is it gathering the information from?

35:13
Yeah, great question. That, that would come again. This is a premium feature that we're talking about. You're not going to want to set up chat bots for every single business listing. This would be a premium additional add on that you would charge for, but when you build out that chat bot for that specific business, you would train it on that on that business's specific information. So, inside High Level, there's multiple different ways to change, train a chat bot. You can train it via a website, pages, Google Docs, Google Spreadsheets, FAQs. There are multiple different ways that you can train

35:52
it. Okay,

35:53
so yeah, that, that's that's what you would do.

35:56
So it's, it's pretty much like, like a full blown chat. It's not something that's going to just look at the listing and answer questions, or it's not going to go to their website and look stuff up, or anything,

36:07
that's up to

36:07
you. Well, that's up to you. Again, like this is what we're, what we've done is, is basically given you the keys to be able to decide how you sell this and how in depth you want to create this, like, what you know, what type of service you want to create, but yeah, it's up to you. It could, you could train it just on the business's listing information, or yeah, you could train it on its, its actual website, and the history of the company, and all the information that's available online, completely up to you.

36:40
Okay. Thank you. I'm done, thanks.

36:42
Yeah, no, no problem, Sheila. Yeah, Adam, go right ahead.

36:49
Hey, how's it going? So quick question here. Oh, so I have the. so this is my agency sub account, and then underneath them has a smart right click there down here, but when I look in here, are all of these listings? These are just pre-populated listings,

37:20
right? Yeah, you haven't added any businesses, correct?

37:24
No, I have not.

37:25
Okay, so yeah, no. So, so the site comes with some, some dummy

37:29
listings,

37:31
so that's what I'm sure you're seeing right now.

37:34
Okay, but I would be able to change things,

37:38
right? Yeah, you can

37:39
delete, you can delete them. Yeah,

37:41
okay. All right, yeah, perfect. All right, that's that one. That answers my question.

37:47
Awesome.

37:52
All right, guys, any more questions while you guys are deciding somebody's got a question here. Oh, Bobby, yeah, go right ahead. I was gonna pull something up, but go ahead.

38:09
I know you said we got the keys to the kingdom on that on Tom's video. He was doing a small one and actually giving it away, is anybody used it enough to know what working forest price?

38:30
Oh, you mean what you would charge for something like that?

38:33
Yeah, I know that it varies based on the training, but you know he was using it for a way to really motivate them to work with him, you know, bigger scale, but far as agency type stuff, I just didn't know if I thought I'd just throw it out there and see if anybody's priced it, anybody's played with

38:57
it. Well, I know I've sold quite a few of these, and I can tell you there's two different ways to sell them. One way is, then the more basic way is just a just a chat bot, no connection to a phone number or SMS. So, live chat on a website, we've all seen live chat where you ask a question, the chat responds, or somebody on the back end responds, and you can chat back and forth on the site, but as soon as soon as you leave that website, there's no connection back to the website. When you rejoin the site, it'll restart the session, and there's no connection, like you lose connection with that lead, right? That's just live chat. The benefit of live chat is it does offer it offers the business another line of communication with their customers, and it's a really easy sell for you, because it's, it's like, you know, it's essentially just copy paste a script onto their website. It, and then you're done. You can train it a little bit on the site, but then you can pretty much walk away from it. As far as cost to run something like that, there's real, there's really no real cost. And so that's probably what Tom was talking about. Is

40:15
that text only, or is that voice?

40:18
Yeah, that's what I was just going to describe. So that what I'm just describing right now, that's just chat only. There's no SMS, there's no voice involved in that, and with that option, though, there's no real cost. And so that would be something that, yes, you could easily just give away for free when you get, when you start getting into SMS or voice, there's two different aspects of it, there's the actual phone number cost or usage cost associated with the phone number, so SMS or minutes, right? So there's an actual cost there from Twilio, and then there's the AI component, where there's an actual cost, so if you're gonna, if you're gonna do anything that involves the AI and phone number, my, my suggestion would be somewhere between the three to $500 a month range, depending on their volume, and that would be just an all-encompassing cost, so that would cover all of your usage, so you're not charging them, you know, 500 bucks a month plus usage, that would, that would, that would include the usage charges, and that would, that should be more than enough for most local business websites in order to cover your costs and have that still be profitable for you, so I would say typical cost, like I can give you some real-world examples. I've got one power user who, you know, he's making lots of phone calls, he's sending tons of text messages every month, and I think maybe his busiest month he may have sent, you know, $50 worth of Twilio charges, he may have spent $50 worth of Twilio. I mean, that's a, like, that's a power user, that's he's, he's doing a lot, so even at 50 bucks a month, if you were to say Twilio, and then maybe you know, worst-case scenario, another 10 bucks on top of that, or 20 bucks on top of that, even at 6070, bucks, um for Twilio, and which call it Twilio and AI charges, you're still making a very healthy profit margin.

42:35
Okay, now going back to the directory site, and we got voice, and we got everything on it, and we got our own 8t a 2p or whatever's approved, everything's done. Where do we turn on the automations, or is it already on to get to send emails and text out to these people that are already on the site, and turn on the once they click on that check box, it says we can call them. Is that automatically turned on, or do we need to go back in the back end and publish all those automations?

43:20
Yeah, you need to set that all up, and that is right here. Let me show you.

43:29
I know I've been around for a long time, but I just really hadn't implemented,

43:39
so that's going to be. So, have you ever been to this site right here? Help dot directory,

43:43
I went through it, but it's updated and changed so much, I need to go through it again. And

43:51
yeah, we

43:51
try, we try to make it super easy for you guys, and we've broken it out in these different sections, so you've got your customized section, and there's a couple sub tabs here, we've got operate, and there's, you know, four different sub tabs here, and then we've got account and billing, couple of sub tabs, and then here's some help sections down here, but under operate you've got AI agents, and if you click on AI agents, you got several sub categories here, starting with the agent overview, and this is where I would spend the bulk of my time, so I would go through this. There's a setup video here, and a full step-by-step tutorial walkthrough on how to get the agent side of things set up and running for your directory.

44:35
Okay, I hope my VA is on here, because he's supposed to be on here, and I sent the link to this, it will, is it an open link, or does he have to have a password?

44:46
No, yeah, that's that's the beauty, yeah, you don't, you don't have to log into anything, you can go right here, help dot smart directory.ai

44:54
okay, great,

44:56
right here, and then you just scroll down, and like I said, under operate. You'll see AI agents, just go ahead and click that, and then you'll come into this section. You can see it's broken up by seven steps. This first section of the overview, there's seven different steps, and you can just scroll through each one of these, go through all of this, but it starts with this video, and then you'll move on to the next section down here, all the way through to the end.

45:22
Last question is, is there any way I can get a recording of this meeting?

45:28
Yeah, these meetings are live, or I'm sorry, these meetings are recorded and then put into, let's see here, where is it at? The QA calls right down here, past call recordings.

45:40
Okay, okay, great deal. So

45:42
just go to the same place. Yep,

45:43
yeah. In case he didn't get in,

45:48
yep, yeah. And you can always go back and watch all the past recordings in here. So all the calls that we do Tuesdays, they all go in here.

45:57
Okay, great deal. Well, I guess I'm done. I hope there's somebody else who wants to ask a question.

46:03
No worries. All right.

46:10
What I was going to do. Feel free, anybody, if you guys got questions, but while I'm waiting, I was going to pull up

46:22
Cameron talked about about an upgrade that's coming anytime.

46:29
Yes,

46:30
is that going to be in your snapshot, or just, I mean, do we have to do anything? Is basically my question.

46:39
No, so there's just, there's some, so Tom is doing a webinar tomorrow, and there are some changes that are coming to Smart Directory on kind of the foundation of how we run things. We're just kind of changing a couple different things, so I'm not allowed to give away anything here on this call, but if you guys are interested to learn what, what the latest, what's going to happen, you can sign up for the call. So I'm going to drop the link. Here's the link right here. So again, Tom's doing that webinar, it's tomorrow. I just dropped the link in the chat if you guys want to sign up for that call. It's mainly so he's going to go through a lot of the new features, he's going to go through, so I can't really tease some of those because I know he wants to go through those tomorrow, but there are several new features that have dropped, or that are dropping, I think they're actually saving a few of them to drop tomorrow, right before the webinar, and he's going to walk through each of those new features, and then there is kind of a, they're kind of restructuring the licensing and how the licensing will work, and a couple other things, so but again, to get all the info, I would say just, just sign up for the webinar, go there, watch that, join that with Tom tomorrow, and he'll walk through all that stuff, but some of the stuff that I can talk about that's new is the, so I think we talked about it last week, there was a cookie consent banner. Do you guys remember me talking about that? I can let me share my screen here, see. But that went live, so let me go back into Smart Directory AI, and we'll go under, believe it's under Branding. branding, and I think it's right here. Yep, so right here we now have the cookie consent banner section. This is again right under branding, and down here you can now enable or disable this just by clicking this toggle. You can set your own text right here, you can add a privacy policy URL, and then you can change what the button says, as well as all the different colors, and what that looks like. So, if we just go here and open up this test site here, it should see if I can hide this,

49:22
I I

49:24
think. Let's see. Okay. Well, it does. It usually doesn't look like this. Give me one second, guys. Let me show you a good example. Let's see, st on a. Okay, this one should work. Yeah, here we go. Okay, so okay, so now we're in here. Let's turn this one on. There we go. Let's refresh. There we go. So you guys, can you see that down there? So it's this dark blue. We've got the text here, and we've got this accept cookies button. So now this, you can enable this or disable this, and again you can put in whatever text you want, here you can link that to an actual privacy policy. You can change the background color, the text, the button color, and if I just disable it and then come back to the site and refresh, that should go away. Probably, let's see, it's probably trapped in my cookies. Okay, well, it might take me a minute to clear this, but you guys get the idea. So, you can enable or disable that cookies banner right there. So, that's something that's brand new. Couple of other things, we've done some work on the back end to the SEO schema, not something that I can really show you, but just know that we've done a lot of work to the backend schema for the site itself, which is really going to help you guys in getting these sites to rank better in search to index better, and for Google Bot to understand really what the site's all about, so that is something that's kind of behind the scenes. Easy filter, I think this one is live. Let me see here, for businesses, yeah, so we can filter this is our listing, these are our listing labels over here, so we can now filter easily by different listing labels, so you can find those specific businesses real fast, right? So, if you wanted to find a group of the electricians, or whoever is associated with, let's see, your insurance agencies. I'm trying to find one that's got more than one Mexican restaurant. It looks like all these just have one single I that's okay. Anyway, you guys get the idea. So, you can filter quickly and easily by your listing labels, and then you get a filtered list here. And this would.. this will really help you, Bobby, because you know we're just talking about redoing all your listing labels. You can filter by those by those businesses, and we can still, we can reapply or add new listing labels to that filtered list, right?

53:14
Yeah, that sounds great.

53:16
Yeah. Oh, this is cool. This, I think, this is live, right? It looks like it's showing, so if we go into see here, Summerland, this is not the best site, I think. This is the search, yeah. Here it is, right here. So, you'll see a new search icon in the header, and this provides site-wide search, regardless of where you're at on the site. So, let's go into, like, I don't know, blogs. Oh, we're in blogs. Let's go to news or pricing, so we could be on the pricing page, and you still have access to the search up here, so you can still search. So this search bar basically is the same search bar as what you see here on the front of the site. So what's nice about this is, again, this carries over, so regardless what page you're on, you can use this search. So somebody, some you know, deep on the website, on one page, and they want to search for a completely different business. Maybe they're actually on a listing itself, so they're in, maybe they're looking at this account listing, and they want to go and look for a dentist, right? They can just use this search bar right up here and search for a new business right from that same page. So I thought that's pretty cool. So again, that's just that site-wide search. And I think anything else there might be, there's one other thing I can show. Let's see under here. Okay, now that one's not live yet. Okay, I can't show that. Let me see, I or go here. Okay, I think everyone has seen this before, right? The homepage settings, so you guys can turn each one of these sections on and off. Just know I won't give it away, but there's something new coming here, which is going to be really cool. There'll be additional toggles that you'll have, but this is for the homepage. So, when you go to that homepage, what this is.. so this is business by tag on the homepage, so if you scroll down to this section right here, so if I click this toggle, it essentially hides this entire section right here. This is the premium listing showcase, so that is this right here. So if I want to hide this, if I don't want this to show on the homepage, I can just toggle that on and off right here, and then you've got your blog section, so if you have a blog, which this site does, here's the blog right down here. If you don't want to show the blog on the homepage, you can just toggle that on and off, but basically what we're doing is we're giving you guys more flexibility as to what you can see or not see on your sites what you can change. I know one thing I did talk about last time, it's not live yet, but I am allowed to talk about it. All the text, so like, let's see here, let's go back here. So things like this, discover our featured listings, you'll be able to change what this says, you'll be able to change what this says. Here, you'll be able to change this text, you'll be able to change this, you'll be able to change this, even all the way down here into the footer, like phone and email, these little headers right here, you'll be able to change what these say. So, if you wanted this to say, you know, call me or call this number, or whatever you wanted to say in here, instead of just phone, you can do that. So, little things like that, where you'll be able to change what these, these little titles say all across the site, really are going to allow you to kind of customize each of these sections, and again, you'll have the toggle to turn each section on and off, and then by customizing what it says, you can really kind of gear it towards your site and really customize it for you. So, I think those are all the updates that I can talk about. Let me just make sure I covered everything. Yeah, it looks like that's about everything, but, like I said, if you guys want to see the latest and greatest stuff. I would say click that link that I dropped in chat. Join the webinar with Tom tomorrow, and he'll kind of walk through a lot of this stuff, right questions? Anybody have questions? Yeah, Warren,

58:32
Jason, is this a Q and A as well as a troubleshooting call?

58:39
Oh, yeah, yeah, definitely, yeah, we go through, go pretty much, yeah, just gonna say, so every Tuesday we do these calls, noon Eastern, and most of the time they last about two hours, we will go through everything, it's it's geared towards SD AI, but SD AI and high level are very intertwined, as well as you know, agency services and those types of things. So we cover, you know, pretty much anything SD AI related, GHL related, some of the stuff we can't troubleshoot because it might need, might you might need the support of high level in order to troubleshoot some of the stuff, but we'll do our best to help you troubleshoot, and then you know, if you have questions around running an agency, pricing, packaging services, any of those types of things, we can cover those here on this call.

59:34
Gotcha. I had a question, really, about SD AI. Recently went through the ATP process.

59:43
Okay,

59:44
got approved. The, we created some custom steps within the site, right, the funnel, the, you know, the contact and privacy policy, all that stuff, but we were adding a couple ad. It on, so we created a custom page, and everything was working, but because of the new ATP process and all that, I called High Level Support first. They told me to take some other forms. We had a whole bunch of stuff on the site, so we took all of that off to get ATP, and now when we're adding the thing, the pages back in, they're not showing properly inside the, and I'm not sure if there was an update within the last week or so that might have changed things. I put a support ticket in, but you know, I was hoping to launch this thing like yesterday.

1:00:37
Let's

1:00:37
take a look. Why don't you, if you can, if you're someplace where you can share your screen, let's go ahead and take a look, and

1:00:43
yeah, so I replicated it in a dummy account, right? We have a, we have the unlimited license, so I just set up a real another quick account, and I can replicate it within this account, so Which one is

1:01:04
it entire screen,

1:01:10
alright? So I think, can you see this, the menu builder and the menu we have set up.

1:01:15
Got it. Yep.

1:01:16
Okay, so what we did was I created two test pages, and on the test page they basically see, yeah. Well, so this is a directory. So, what's happening is all the sections are not showing, it's getting clipped off at whatever height the div is set to, I think. And then, oh,

1:01:39
yeah, yeah,

1:01:40
whole bunch of sections that are not showing up here. If I go back to the main site and go to the smart directory, and we go in here, so you can see this test page I set up, and when you look at it natively through the preview, I mean, you can see I just dropped in a whole bunch of sections, so yeah, so for whatever reason this is getting clipped, and it wasn't this way a couple days ago, and then, like I said, we took some of the custom pages, had additional forms and stuff, so we took all that off, and then when we re-added it, all of a sudden I'm noticing like it's not showing up properly, so and then I

1:02:22
create

1:02:22
this account, replicated it, so it's something definitely on the SD AI side, but I didn't know if I don't know anybody else mentioned it, if there was a quick fix or whatever, so

1:02:33
yeah, there

1:02:35
is, there

1:02:36
is, yeah, there is a fix, I'm just trying to locate it, give me one second.

1:02:41
This happened like a year ago, or a long time ago. I think it happened to me as well, and I can't remember or find where my quick fix was. So,

1:02:52
yeah. Richika, are you on the call?

1:02:59
He's chasing. Yep.

1:03:01
Um, do you remember where is that code for the page to extend the iframe length? Where is

1:03:09
that stored?

1:03:13
Let me

1:03:14
check. I can't remember where it's at. I know it's in here somewhere.

1:03:19
Yeah, I, before I was, I thought I was pretty thorough about copying all the custom code we had in the site, so I copied it into a, you know, into a text file, and then added it back in, and I don't know, maybe I didn't copy all of it, which is very possible, because we had a whole big string of custom code in there, but, but that makes sense. Yeah, that it would be a snippet of code.

1:03:44
Yeah, it is, and it's because we're iframing that page.

1:03:49
Yep, exactly.

1:03:50
And so, yeah, we had to override it with a custom script.

1:03:55
Yeah, and that makes that makes sense. When I did a, you know, an inspect, it showed that it was a div, and it was only like 1500 pixels high, or whatever. So,

1:04:05
yeah, we have it. So, the script will allow you to auto adjust the height based on whatever contents on the page, so you'll never have to adjust it again. You'll just automate, you just put the script on the page, and it'll run. Okay, I just.. I don't remember where the script is. I cannot find

1:04:23
it. Do you think it would be in the help docs? Maybe it

1:04:28
used to be right inside the app itself,

1:04:32
Jason. I think that got changed with the new update.

1:04:36
Oh, it did. Okay.

1:04:38
Yes. So trying to find it,

1:04:44
okay?

1:04:44
Maybe I can send you through the email,

1:04:49
okay. Well, it's gonna go to Warren. Um, Warren, can you, can you do we have your email on file, or have you seen us before? Or no.

1:04:58
Yeah, yeah. Um, I do. It's a Warren at Grumpy Monkey designs.com

1:05:04
Um, can you share in the chat, please?

1:05:06
Sure,

1:05:10
I have to butt in. But Warren, thank you for mentioning that, because I fixed that a long time ago, but now it's back to cutting and cutting all my pages off. I need that, I need that too.

1:05:22
Okay,

1:05:22
yeah,

1:05:24
I'm glad I hopped on and brought it up. I was like, I have a support ticket, and then you know, maybe I'll just wait, but I've grown impatient and wanted to get it fixed. So, where is the chat on this thing? When do I not see it?

1:05:40
It's over on the far right. It just looks like a chat. It's next to the nine dots, little chat bubble, bottom of the Google Meet window. You should see

1:05:54
all right. Can I stop? I'm gonna let me stop sharing. Maybe that's why.

1:06:00
Yeah, might be easier.

1:06:01
Yep, there is.

1:06:06
Gotcha. Um, okay. I think I found this one. So, it's in the school.

1:06:11
Oh, do you have.. do you have a link, or I can drop my email?

1:06:13
Yes. So, I will share the link of the school post, and you will see a comment by Tom. So, there is a code, he pasted the code over there.

1:06:26
Okay,

1:06:28
it's for Tom, posted it correct.

1:06:33
Yes,

1:06:35
okay.

1:06:35
You will see in the comment, I think it's the fourth or fifth comment.

1:06:43
Okay, yeah, I got.. I found it. Thank you.

1:06:47
Perfect. Bobby, did you find that?

1:06:51
Not yet,

1:06:54
Jason. Do you want to share your screen and show? Maybe.

1:06:57
Yep, I'm going to do it right now.

1:06:59
Perfect. Thank you.

1:07:07
Am I still here? Where'd my screen go? All

1:07:15
right, I'm just going to share mine real quick here, guys. Okay, so this is the this the link that Rachika just shared right here. If you scroll down on this post, you'll see Tom's comment right here, march 29 you click see more. This is the script right here. So, everything from right from this section all the way down to right there, that's what you'll want to copy. Okay, and let me show you how to do this, though. So, once you copy this script, you'll come back in here to your sub account, you'll go to sites, you'll go to go to sites, you'll go to funnels, you'll find the smart directory AI funnel, you'll open that up, and then whatever page that you're having those issues on, so say it was this about us page, we'll just go into it, we'll click edit and wait for that to load, and then you'll click on the plus button up here, add element, and then we're going to look for the code element, and it's right here. So you just grab that code block, drop that anywhere on the page. I usually put it right at the top, you'll click into it. Once you click on it, you'll see this menu open up on the right, where you can, where you can select open code editor, and this is where you'll paste that script. So, you'll paste. Come back here. Let me copy this again.

1:08:57
So every one page that you put on your directory, you need to put that on every page,

1:09:05
right. Yep, you'll add that in there and hit save, and then save and publish this page one more time, and that should fix your issue.

1:09:17
Okay,

1:09:19
Jason, is can we add that into the custom code within Smart Directory itself? Because I don't, I don't think I have that on every page. In fact, one of the pages I had cloned my entire funnel before I cloned my entire funnel into another sub account and then deleted it out of smart directory AI to get a to p, and then just copied the funnel back after we got approved, and so all of that custom code would have carried over, but I'm still, you know, with pages that we had from the existing funnel aren't showing up, so I think that code might have been in the custom code inside of the main SDI. My settings area,

1:10:07
when we originally fixed it, we put it in the directory custom code, but this, this actually goes to every page, so I think this is a better fix.

1:10:20
This needs to go page by page.

1:10:24
Yeah, okay. I don't think it was set up that way originally, because I had five or six custom pages, and we didn't. I never added the code to every page, so I'm wondering. It was fine. I mean, if that's how it has to be done, we could do it. I'll do it that

1:10:40
well. You know what, I've never tested it. You could try adding it here,

1:10:45
okay,

1:10:45
under body tracking, but I don't know if it'll take here or not. But I mean, you could try it and see if that works across all pages inside that specific funnel, but the way I've always done it in the past, when it was for what I remember before, I don't, I don't remember adding it in a single place under SDAI, but I do remember when we had to add it per page, and we've always just added a code block at the top of the page, and then copied and pasted that script, but it was part of it was inside Smart Directory, meaning it was that the instructions were there for you to copy the code and then add it into the page, but that's been removed for whatever reason, I'm not sure.

1:11:36
Okay,

1:11:37
but I would say, yeah, give it a shot, try adding it here under the settings in this section, why is it to all pages in that funnel?

1:11:48
Yeah, I'll try it there. I was thinking more like if you went to Smart Directory AI on the left menu and then went into settings there, and then custom, and I could have sworn that's where we had it all set up originally,

1:12:04
so this, so the difference here, what we're talking about is the site pages that inside the funnel that we've created for you that allows you to use the native builder inside high level, the website itself for SD AI is completely different, and there's no back end for you to control that website, except for what we're building, like the controls that I talked about earlier, but those pages, like I said, those are set, those pages have always been separate, they've always utilized the high level builder, and those pages have always been iframed into the website, and so I don't remember ever adding it here.

1:12:54
Okay,

1:12:56
yeah, so I would try it. I mean, it's not going to hurt, it's not going to break anything if you add it here, and if it works, it works great. I would love to hear it. Just come back and report to us that it worked here, because that's that would be nice if we could just add it in one place and have it applied to the entire to any page that you add in the future. But that's why I say, if it doesn't work here, I would try at least at the funnel level here under the settings. Okay, if that still doesn't work, then I would go page by page.

1:13:27
So, maybe you can do this and show people this real quick. If you go into one add that code section, you can save that code section out as a template, and then that way you don't have to like copy and paste on every page, you can literally just drop that templated,

1:13:43
oh yeah, actually

1:13:44
code in, yep, so that maybe that'll, I mean, that's the workaround for getting it done quickly, so people might not know how to do that, so that,

1:13:53
yeah, yeah, so what he's saying, I'll just, I'll point that out, that was a great ad, so grab the code block, you'll drop it onto the page, and you'll have to put it in a new section. Okay, because the new section will give you this little disk icon, right here, which is the save section icon. Here's the custom code block again. You'll open this up, you'll go ahead and paste that code in there. That's the script. You'll hit save, and then now that that's done, let me actually just save it on this page here. Now, what I can do is I can hover hover over this entire section, and I can click the little green save section icon, and in here I can say, you know, custom, you know, custom page script, right. And then what you'll do is, you'll save that as a section. You'll, you don't want to save it as global, just in case. Actually, let me think,

1:14:59
you. Could do it either

1:15:03
to tweak any of the code, like if you were

1:15:05
just going to say yeah, yeah, global probably be better, because yeah, if we do ever have to make changes to the code, then you'll only have to update one page and it'll update all of them across the entire site, so yeah, you could choose the global section and then hit save, and what that does is saves everything in there as a template that you can now access. So, how you would access it is again, click the plus up in the top, then you're going to go to your saved assets right down right here on the left, and then you'll click on global sections, and you'll see it right here, and so in the future, all you need to do is just click this and just drag that onto the page, and then save the page, and it's got that script for you right there. So, yeah, Warren, that was great, that was great ad. So, hopefully everybody understood that. Did you guys, everybody get that? Any questions on that? Bobby,

1:16:04
the only other question I had, I tried to solve it by on the menu, putting in, opening a separate tab, and it didn't work. It still opened in the, you know, in the directory is offering,

1:16:25
and you added the code. Where did you try adding the code?

1:16:28
I didn't add the code, because I didn't know where to do it, like you just explained it, but I went to the menu and clicked on the button says open a new tab, so it would show just that page, not in the directory, and it never would open in a new tab. It just opened in the directory like normal.

1:16:52
Oh, you're talking about adding it to the

1:16:55
when I add it to the menu, the

1:16:57
menu, right?

1:16:58
Custom page, and when I, when I edited it, I clicked on open a new tab, and it didn't work. It just opened inside of the directory and cut it off. I wanted to open a new tab, so I didn't have to worry about it cutting it off until we fixed it. You know,

1:17:16
got it, got it. Okay, that makes sense. Well, I would try this first, Bobby. Try this, see if this works again for anybody that missed it. Let me just go through it one more time, real slowly. I'll come back here. So we pasted this link in the chat. I'm going to go ahead and paste it one more time in the chat right now. So this link is in the school group that'll take you directly to this post, so you'll come to this post, you'll scroll down, you'll find Tom, you'll see this is where he added the script. This is the script you want, so you'll copy this entire script. Somebody,

1:17:54
can you hear me?

1:17:54
Yes. Yep,

1:17:56
I'm so sorry. I shared the link, so it's in the training as well, so I'm sharing it here again.

1:18:03
Oh, okay,

1:18:04
yeah.

1:18:05
Let's see,

1:18:06
I just shared the link. It's on the custom pages. If you go to the website section, so there is the custom pages. Yes, if you scroll down, so it's in the between a little more, yeah, that should be in the black box, black colored box, done, yeah.

1:18:31
Oh, here we go,

1:18:31
yeah.

1:18:32
Okay, perfect, yeah. There's the script, okay. So, same thing. So, this is the exact same script, perfect, and you could see it looks like in the training here he's saying to add it to the page just like we were going through, choose the funnel page, finalize the menu. Yeah, so, yeah, so talk. So, basically, this help article that Rachika just shared, this, this goes through exactly what we just did. But for those of you, I'll just, I'll just go through it one more time, just so you guys fully understand it. But, yeah, you'll come here, you'll copy this entire script that's in this black box. Okay, you'll come back to your page. So let me exit out of this. Come to your site, you go to sites, you'll go to sites, funnels, you click on smart directory. You'll open that up, and then whatever page that you're having issues with, you'll click on that page, you'll click edit to go into the page. Once you're inside the page, we're going to add that code block, right? So we're going to click the plus button up here, we can search for it in the box, if you want, search for code, there's that code block. You'll click on it, you'll drag it over, you'll drop it, you'll click on it to open the code editor. We'll then paste that script, wrong one. Come back here,

1:20:22
Jason, the the copy button, is

1:20:24
there? Yeah, yep,

1:20:27
we'll paste that in. You'll hit save, and then, just like Warren was saying, we can now change this. We can save this as a global section, so we can reuse it every time. You'll just hover over on the green side here, where the little disk icon is. You'll click the save, you'll give it a name. Select global, so you know, I'll just call it new section right now. I'll hit global, I'll hit save, save one more time. And now that's available to us. So, at any time in the future, let me exit out anytime in the future. Say I needed to add that now to the privacy policy page. I can click on the privacy policy and click edit. Now we're in the privacy policy page, right? Say I was having issues with this page, I now click the plus button again, I click, I come down here to save assets, I click on global sections, and then here it is. Right, these are the same ones, but you can just grab it, drag it onto the page, and then now hit save. And if we were to open this back up, you'll see there's the same script. Cool, everybody feel good about that. Awesome.

1:21:50
And

1:21:51
I'll can I'll confirm this grip works by dropping in the code like that. So we just fixed. I just set it up while you were doing that, and it's working for me, so it's not showing awesome

1:22:02
page, so

1:22:03
perfect,

1:22:04
cool. Thank you, Jason. Appreciate it. Of

1:22:06
course, yeah, no worries. Yeah, everybody, bookmark this. I would say save this link right here with this script, so if you ever need to come back to it, this is a really good page to save in your bookmarks, because that's something that may happen, so it'd be a good, good thing to have, and if we ever update the script, I'm sure they'll just update this single page here, so I would definitely bookmark this page. Bobby, you feel good about that.

1:22:45
Yeah, can you put that that on the so I can bookmark it on the chat?

1:22:53
Yep, I'll put it in the chat right now again, I Kim's asking, can we search by would you say search fix frame height, that may work. Let's go ahead and just try it. Let's see here, if I just go search, would you say fix frame height? not sure if that's going to pull it up or not. Okay, so it's only pulling up Q and A calls. Yeah, so I don't think that's going to work, Kim. This is under custom pages, so

1:23:35
yeah, I'll just save that link. Thank you.

1:23:37
Yeah, I was going to see if that pulled up. Yeah, that pulls up custom pages.

1:23:42
Okay, thanks.

1:23:43
On here, yeah, I would just bookmark that. Yep, cool. All right, guys, questions? Anybody else have questions on what we went through here. Anything else?

1:24:04
I have a question. If send out our, like, the email warm-up email, and they respond yes. Do we then remove them from that sequence, that automation sequence or workflow?

1:24:21
If they respond, yes, it, which, which email is this? Let me go back in here.

1:24:27
Very first one, we're adding into our directory. Are these the correct details, and it lists their, you know, business name and address, and whatever,

1:24:37
right? I remember right, I don't think we do. I don't think we want to remove them just yet. Let me see. Free listing outreach, so it's going to be this email.

1:24:54
No, it's the warm up, or is the first one? Oh, it's the first one. Yeah, okay. On yes, if it's correct.

1:25:08
I'm just trying to remember what was said in here. This place simply reply yes to this email, and then what happens, yeah, I don't think that we, I don't believe, because this is, we want to make sure that they get all these,

1:25:53
they all say the same thing, don't they? So, if they do respond yes, then aren't we supposed to say awesome? Well, you know, the best thing to do is go here to claim your listing, so then we've sent them that, and then they're going to get like four more emails that are like here, go claim your listing. So I don't do, they stop getting the emails if they claim their listing.

1:26:14
Rachika, do you remember? I thought we, I thought we were leaving them in this sequence if

1:26:20
they responded,

1:26:23
so if somebody responds to the initial sequence inside free listing, aren't we supposed to leave them in there in that sequence?

1:26:30
Yeah, if they're responding with maybe yes or no or whatever, so we are not taking them out of this sequence, they will still receive all the emails, and whatever response we get, we need to manually check inside of the conversation, and we'll, that is just a simple way to start the conversation, and yeah, that, that is just about their reply. Their reply is not automated anyway, right? But

1:26:58
we,

1:26:58
we want them to go through the entire free listing outreach sequence. Okay,

1:27:04
even though they've claimed it, if they claim it,

1:27:07
as soon as they claim, they'll be out of this free listing outreach sequence.

1:27:12
Okay?

1:27:12
Right.

1:27:17
Okay, that was good. Thank you.

1:27:19
Yep, no problem. Bye. Yeah, anybody else? Any other questions out there?

1:27:28
Well, I had a, like, a request, I guess, for our our listings and our tags. It would be great if we had, like, sort options, because right now it's just like oldest to newest, and that's it. So, whenever someone goes to our website, they will always see the same things there, unless we manually move them. So, it would be great. So, to have, like, even alphabetical would be good. So, there's someone else comes in alphabetically, but random would be awesome to show you know, random ones on the front page,

1:28:02
I think we've already have that in the on our canning board as a feature request, because I know we've talked about that in the past, I know there's quite a bit of interest around that, and I second that as well, I think that's a really good ad, being able to randomize the order, especially, especially for featured, because you know if somebody's paying for a featured spot, you don't want to always show the same business in the featured spot, and as I remember, I think what the plan was for that is to have it on a rotating 24 hour clock, so every 24 hours it would reset and randomize.

1:28:42
Okay,

1:28:42
on the back end. Yeah, so I think that's what they're working on.

1:28:47
That would be awesome.

1:28:49
Yeah, all right. Anybody else?

1:29:00
Just a question for the future.

1:29:03
Yeah, Bobby, I'm

1:29:04
going to build a nationwide directory later on for certain companies, or just, you know, a niche.

1:29:15
Yep,

1:29:16
is there a setup for that in the works where you could just upload the thing, and it's more set up for just one niche. I don't know

1:29:33
if

1:29:35
I don't know if that describes it the way I'm what I want to do is just one company. Well, I mean, not one company, but one, like all signed companies in the whole US,

1:29:50
right? Yeah, so like some of the things that we talked about today, and some of the things, the features that are going to be released here in. Next couple of days give you more flexibility on the design of the site and the layout, so I think those are the types of things that you're going to want when it's when it's like industry specific, because right now it's very broad and it caters just basically to all types of businesses, but yeah, for like, you know, let's just take this section, for example, right. Discover our featured listings, so you know, let's use like real estate agents, for example. You know, if you were building a directory of real estate agents across the country, you know, this could say, you know, discover our discover our top agents, right? Something like that.

1:30:46
Yeah,

1:30:47
so you can really customize this, and then, for your example, sign companies, right? Like, you can customize the language across the site to be very specific. As far as, like, any other types of customization, we're all ears, we're open to ideas, so if you have other ideas on what you'd like to see, but I think those, at least those things that are going to be coming out here in the next couple of days, are going to give you enough flexibility where you can change a lot of the language around the site, where it's going to feel like it's very custom to that industry, you know, and I think it'll probably work.

1:31:19
I just remember when we first started, when you go to branding or something that had coming soon on there, it's like different categories. Yeah, you know what was,

1:31:37
yeah, what we were originally thinking was to create different themes, I think that's what you're remembering.

1:31:44
Yeah,

1:31:45
and the way that we were thinking about themes was, you know, this is like a business theme, and then we were going to create like a people type theme, so a directory centered around individuals,

1:31:57
yeah,

1:31:57
and we were going to kind of expand on that when we looked at the development side of it, it was, it was pretty, it was pretty, pretty heavy, and I think what the team ultimately decided is more flexibility around the site itself, and like being able to customize all different areas of

1:32:20
it, yeah, yeah, and

1:32:21
that's what you're going to see here very soon. So, again, like, we're, we've given you the ability to hide, show, and hide specific sections, and there's going to be more of that coming, where you can hide or show specific sections that may or may not apply to you, and then being able to customize all this text and I think that's where we're kind of doubling down, we're really making it so that you can customize all areas of it as much as possible, so that you could tweak it for any type of industry rather than creating these themes,

1:32:58
yeah,

1:32:59
trying to keep it simple, but also

1:33:01
glad I didn't build it until you know that's my ultimate goal. But I'm glad I didn't try to build it early on. I did try to build one that was for something like that, but you know, step back to try to perfect the Owensboro hub first, and then go from there. Can you save these directories in a snapshot?

1:33:33
No, I don't believe so.

1:33:36
Okay,

1:33:37
so snapshots are independent of the directory, is an app, right? So,

1:33:42
yeah,

1:33:43
it's an app that's installed through the app marketplace into a specific sub account. Snapshots are high level specific, and those are assets specific to high level. Those include things like, you know, funnels or websites, automations. They can include like templates, email templates, website templates, things like that, SMS templates. So that's what snapshots are. I don't believe, as of right now, I don't believe they've included apps like third-party apps as part of a snapshot. So I think the answer is no to that

1:34:21
reason why I ask is because if now I don't know if you know, but if you can explain, or Tom, how I would sell or give a directory to say I signed up to sign shops all over the country that on high level and I want them to part of the program would be for them to have a local directory for their customers to get on and then they sell high level services to their customers in my group so. Basically, I'm either setting them up in my, in my high level, or giving them a link to sign up in high level themselves, and I'm affiliate, and they build their.. I just teach them a whole sales thing, would be a high ticket item to show them how to expand their sign company into an agency on top of their sign company, in other words, sell services to the regular customers.

1:35:27
Got it, got it. That makes I love the idea. And so your thought is then to on top of that give them their own directory, directory

1:35:39
for their city,

1:35:41
for their city. Yep, I love that. That's

1:35:43
awesome.

1:35:44
Would I just do that on a, you know, I know that there's a difference between I can't really sell a directory because I'm not the owner of directory AI. So, how would I do that? Do I just build it for them and put that in the package that they pay me for, and

1:36:04
yeah, I, I would say so. I mean, you could, you could set up the framework, and then they could customize it.

1:36:14
Let now,

1:36:14
yeah, let them customize it. What I would suggest, though, definitely, definitely sign up for that webinar tomorrow, because I know some things are changing around the licensing, so if that's something that you're really interested in, yeah, I would definitely go to the webinar tomorrow with that. Tom's going to do, because that for something like that, you would want to be able to have essentially unlimited licenses that you could then resell, right?

1:36:47
Yeah, to

1:36:48
these different sign companies. Yeah, so like I said, I would go to that webinar tomorrow, because I think things are changing around that, so I would definitely go

1:37:00
do that, yeah,

1:37:03
yeah, cool,

1:37:06
yeah. I love the idea, I think, yeah. So, to answer your question, the short answer would be no. I don't believe you can add it at, in, in part of the snapshot, but that doesn't, that's not, that's not a huge deal. What you could do is, you know, essentially have all of these assets ready to go as part of, you know, similar to like what we've done here, where we give you kind of a starter site with these different logos and things, you could have, you could basically set this up and have all of this stuff that's custom to the sign industry ready to go in a sub account that you own, and then you could copy this over into somebody's sub account, and you can give them some basic instruction on how to set it up themselves, or yeah, it could be a premium service where you build that out for them,

1:37:58
yeah,

1:37:58
right, and then they just run

1:38:00
it right, they get the leads in their sub account, in either with me or as an affiliate, if they want to buy their own high level.

1:38:12
Yeah, I would definitely set them up in a separate sub account, just because that's going to keep things,

1:38:16
they want to, they want me to run everything and do the fulfillment. I would just leave it in my, my agency, but if they want, they have support. I mean, if they have a tech person and they want to buy high level, and I just give them my affiliate link and and help them consult with them.

1:38:40
Yep.

1:38:41
Okay, okay, yeah. That's my long-term goal. I've been working on this off and on, and what my thoughts were to perfect the one for my local business and get that going, and then I have the example to show them what they're going to get.

1:38:59
Yep, no, I think that's a great idea. I love it. I think that's a huge value add on, and I love that, you know, it's industry specific. I think that's, and especially like the sign community, that's a, that's a natural fit, because they're already working with all the small businesses within the community,

1:39:24
right? Because they already got the contacts, yeah. And, and I think it would really work good for a number of them. I, you know, not everybody's going to sign up to anything, but I think it would sell. I just have to implement,

1:39:42
yeah. And that's your wheelhouse, though. I mean, that's the industry

1:39:45
I read my own sign company for 25 years, you know. So,

1:39:50
yeah, I bet that I mean that you're the perfect person to do that.

1:39:55
Yeah, I hope don't get out there before I get it done, do. Because nobody's even if

1:40:01
it does like I said, like nobody's going to have your industry knowledge, which that'll, that goes, that's that's going to go huge, it'll go far, right, and getting people to convert, getting people to buy into your system, because you know, any, any Joe Schmo off the street that you know doesn't know anything about the sign industry trying to create something like this is not going to have nearly the success I think that you'll have just because of your industry knowledge, like you said over the last 25 years. So,

1:40:34
yeah,

1:40:35
I wouldn't be worried about

1:40:37
it. Well, I got, I've got some help now from a company that's certified with high level, so I'm getting them to help me get all this stuff together.

1:40:49
Cool, awesome.

1:40:53
Okay. Well, nice to talk to you again next week.

1:40:58
All right, sounds good. Bobby,

1:41:00
Bobby, before you go, I just wanted to add to the, you know, some of what you were doing, because I'm doing similar. I'm a 20 plus year assigned veteran myself, who's migrated to high level, like we.. we.. I don't do science anymore, but I work with a lot of people in the industry, not just sign people, but web developers, marketing, etc. So, what we're doing is we are partnering with other non-techie or people that could leverage high level, but aren't able to do so, or don't have the knowledge or the capacity. So, we partner with them, and we're doing something very similar, where we'll run an affiliate program, or where they can just help us get a foot in the door with their database, and then we'll give them a high level account of their own, or we'll build them out a directory, you know, under the same premises what we're using the directory for, and then they can either pay us monthly for the directory where they manage the directory, and we'll split the cost, but again, it's ultimately they get a consulting call with us as their, you know, their preferred partner, so it's a foot in the door. So we're partnering up with other companies, I'm not doing sign companies myself, so you know that's a good idea, but we are looking at other specific verticals like you are, so I would, I would say continue down that path and pursue that, because I do think that's a very viable strategy. So, I mean, actually, I would call in half an hour with another company, we're bringing in a third partner, and we're setting this up, we've got five different directories we're setting up for these people already across different states, so yeah, pick your niche, and then follow, follow that, so yeah, it works. And if you're, if you're in the school group, I'll connect with you, and

1:42:51
I'll definitely, definitely, yeah, my thoughts were to have two options, like partner with them, like you're saying, and do the fulfillment for them, and split the profits somehow.

1:43:05
Yeah,

1:43:05
or or let them do it all, and just be my affiliate.

1:43:11
So, in full transparency, what our partnership looks like is we'll set them up a directory, we're going to charge them $1,000 a month licensing fee, where we fully manage it, but the value add on that is, you know, all they have to do is refer a couple clients to us through their database, and then that'll pay for their directory for that, you know, like sub licensing thing. So the idea is we let them keep all the monthly, you know, or the annual subscription, so if they're charging 300 for a premium, they can keep all of that. I just want the foot in the door to upsell my AI and my other, you know, missed call and all the other stuff that High Level offers. And then anybody who does sign up, we're giving them a 30% commission, so you know, one or two clients literally pays for, but they're going to have skin in the game up front, that's the key, right? If you, if you don't, if you're not willing to put a grand up upfront, right, for the licensing for the monthly cost, then you're not serious, right? You're not a serious business owner. So that's our, that's our requirement. You gotta put skin in the game, and we will help you get that money back within 30 days. So,

1:44:15
yeah, that's a good, good way. I was thinking along those terms, but I didn't have a specific track, you know, like you're saying, 1,030% and all that, that sounds really good.

1:44:30
Yeah, you're, I mean, your numbers may vary. This is what you know, based on the niche and the research we've done. This is what we're looking at, is you know, we want $1,000 a month, for, you know, building it out. We're going to build it for them, we're going to brand it, we're going to do everything right, set up all the automations and all that stuff, and then literally they just manage it, you know. And then we become their preferred partner, so all the audits and everything are set up through our company, and then. You know, anybody who signs up, we just give them a 30% monthly recurring kickback, so

1:45:04
that way they don't have to worry about,

1:45:06
yep, it's all it's literally, it's hands, it's hands off for them, so

1:45:11
yeah, that's good, because I know my son runs the sign company now, I don't, and he, he didn't, he's so busy, he didn't want to feel with anything fulfillment wise,

1:45:24
exactly. Yeah, exactly. That's a great, that's a great point too. Right, a lot of sign guys are busy, right? They're busy doing signs all day, and they don't want to mess with a lot of the tech or add on different services, so it's a totally a viable strategy.

1:45:38
Yeah. Well, I appreciate your sharing that with me,

1:45:41
and then the directory does not. This is the downside, right now we're manually creating directories for every one of these people. There's no way to copy that within the snapshot, so what Jason is saying is, yeah, you can't do it. However, we are creating custom automations, and you know, adding on to the funnel site and all of that will carry over into a snapshot, so literally you're creating a baseline snapshot with all your custom automations and the funnel piece, and then you're just creating the directory, you know, the directory and branding the directory through Smart Directory AI,

1:46:20
that's that's kind of the way they did it, split it off, so the sites actually carry the automations with

1:46:28
it,

1:46:28
yeah,

1:46:30
yeah. All right, so hopefully that was helpful. Like I said, I'll connect. It was great,

1:46:38
that was really helpful, Warren. Thank you so much for chiming in. I think, I think that was, that was great. I think that was good for everybody to hear. Yeah, there's just so many different ways that to monetize this business and to utilize these tools, and I think everybody here on the call, you guys just heard, I mean, this is, it's there's so much business out there, there's so many clients that need our help, and I think you guys, everyone here, you guys are all in a very unique position, like Warren and Bobby just talked about, you know, whether it's a sign guy or whether it's an electrician or an HVAC company, these guys are so busy, they don't have time to run this aspect of their business, and a lot of times they, they want, they know they want to be in the space, they know they need help, they just don't know where to go. It's hard to find somebody that's trustworthy, you know. The barrier to entry for our industry is so low, right? It's a cell phone and a laptop, that's basically it, right? An internet connection, so it's a beauty and a curse, because it allows you to get started really quickly and really easily with very little capital. But the curse is that not everybody has the best intentions in this world, right? So there are a lot of bad apples that can kind of sour some of these business owners, and a lot of them have been burned by these people, but the beauty is I think the majority of the people that come to these calls and that are part of this group are all really good intentioned people that really want to make a difference in their community, and that for those types of individuals, there's a massive opportunity, there's a massive opportunity in every one of our communities to really make a huge impactful to make a huge impact on our local businesses and our local economy by helping these people that really genuinely need this help and that genuinely don't have the time to do it, so I encourage all of you guys to really dig deep onto this stuff and really figure out, I know early on in the call we talked about some some basic services that we can sell, Cameron shared a great link, I think I still have that link somewhere, give me a second here, see if I can pull it up, I thought I still had that link. Oh yeah, here it is, right here. Cool, I'll drop this link back in the chat if you guys join the call after Cameron left, but I thought this was really good, a really good link that he shared. This is something that Tom created and gave out on last Friday's call, I believe he said, and it's just a one sheet PDF, and basically what this is is some basic services that all of you guys can get started with that are running an SD AI site, so on the backbone of your SDAI, so we tell you how to sell premium listings, right, but there's so much more that you can do on top of that, and you've heard, you know, you heard Bobby, you heard Warren, you heard a few people talk about that here today, but what this goes through is just some very basic services, goes through how to set it up, the fulfillment, and kind of the. The setup process for each one of these basic services, so we've got AI agents here, you've got Google Business Profile Management, Review Management, Social Planner, and posting, missed call text back, pre-built websites. So I'm going to drop this, I'm going to drop this link back in the chat right now, so you guys can have this, but go ahead and check that out, because I think again there's just such a huge opportunity, like even if every single one of one of us in the group went out there and deployed these exact same strategies and all had SD AI directory sites, all did the same services, we're not, we're not even touching close to 1% of the market across the entire United States. I mean, there's just so much opportunity. So, I just want to encourage everybody, don't ever feel discouraged, don't feel like there's too many people, that the market's saturated, it's not saturated. I can guarantee you that. I've been in this business for 15 years, and I can tell you early on. Yes, I used to think it was 15 years ago. 15 years later, there's no.. it's.. it.. I can, I guarantee you, is not saturated one bit. So, just encourage you guys to really dig in into this stuff and really start building these sites out and expanding in your market, anyway. That was my rant. Sorry, guys. Tim, I know you have a question you had here, hand up for a while, so I'll let you chime in.

1:51:32
Thank you very much. Enjoying all the conversation and all this stuff is good, good time here today. If you. I'm trying to bulk add some businesses, and I'm having an issue. I tried three times today, but none of them show up in what I'm doing. And if I go back to bulk actions, I see them all, and it says complete is supposed to be 23 names and businesses, but they're not showing up.

1:52:04
They're not showing up in the directory, or they're not showing up in high level.

1:52:09
Are they

1:52:11
showing

1:52:11
up inside the contact section in here, or are they just not showing up in the actual directory itself? Here,

1:52:19
they're not in the directory, so this is the directory, and you see I tried three times to do this, so this is a CSV file with 23 names in it, and

1:52:35
then

1:52:36
when

1:52:36
I go to the directory, only, well, one was there manually, one came through this bulk upload, but that was

1:52:47
it. So, go to your smart list, click on smart lists up at the top there.

1:52:50
Smart lists, yeah, yep.

1:52:59
What's under advanced filters what's can you click on advanced filter there? So go ahead and

1:53:05
just,

1:53:06
yeah, remove that filter, and then apply. Okay, so there are, and let's go ahead and refresh. This was the

1:53:14
one that I did manual, manually, and then this was through this morning, right?

1:53:21
Got it.

1:53:21
And so you want me to refresh this page?

1:53:24
Yeah, just refresh the page for me. See,

1:53:31
yeah.

1:53:32
Interesting. So only one contact came through.

1:53:37
Yeah,

1:53:40
and I tried it three times, so

1:53:42
can you go back to bulk actions for me,

1:53:44
bulk,

1:53:47
and then let's click over on the far right, just go ahead and click those three dots,

1:53:53
any one of them,

1:53:54
yeah, let's do the most recent one, which is the most recent, that top one, yeah, so view details for me, okay. Close the box. Let's look at, click that one more time. Might be, yeah. Let's close that. Let's click on was it show imported or the stats. Click on the stats for me, yeah.

1:54:22
Show imported,

1:54:24
yeah. We can, we can look at that first, but it should show a list. Yeah, it's not, it's not going to show them. Okay, so go back to the stats. Let's look at that stat screen one more time. So just go to, you'll have to clear that out there. That's fine, you can do it from there. Yeah, just click on, see over on the far right, where it says statistics.

1:54:42
This one,

1:54:43
yep. See if you can open that up. Okay. Okay, so what it looks

1:54:59
I. So this is the emails, the same, it's it's a directory of my directories that I'm kind of setting up, so they're the same email for them.

1:55:11
Oh, okay, so that's what happened then. So, what you have turned on, you have, so by default, high level only allow does not allow duplicate contacts, and it looks at phone numbers and emails to decide what is a duplicate contact. So, what you need to do is just turn that off, and then these will all import, no problem. So, go over to settings, click on settings in the bottom left,

1:55:35
settings in the bottom left, this

1:55:39
one, yep, and then I think it's under business profile, yeah, I think it's in this section. If you scroll down for me, should be on the right. Keep going down, keep going. Yeah, I'd allow duplicate contact. So go ahead and just turn that on

1:55:57
this

1:55:58
one. Yep, there you go.

1:56:02
So now where's

1:56:03
the save for this?

1:56:04
That's it. It just auto saves.

1:56:06
Auto saves,

1:56:07
yeah. It should auto save, yeah.

1:56:09
And now go back to contacts.

1:56:11
Yep, and redo, and do that import one more time.

1:56:16
Contacts, and now

1:56:18
them should come in,

1:56:20
so

1:56:23
so you have to go back to Smart List, right? I have to re-import that same spreadsheet, so click on import.

1:56:30
Okay.

1:56:31
Yep, go through this process again, I There you go, yep. Create an update contacts, perfect. Next,

1:56:50
and yeah, because I saw all this, I'm like, yeah, these are some of the towns, and whatever.

1:56:56
Yep, that all looks good. Perfect. And then just confirm at the bottom. There, you don't need to create a smart list out of it. I think it'll be fine, unless you want to add a tag. Yeah, there you go. Yep.

1:57:12
Okay. And then

1:57:14
just click the confirm box.

1:57:16
There you go. Yep, do all right,

1:57:25
so yeah, you can click on go to contacts now, and that should work.

1:57:34
I would remove that filter, refresh. Oh yeah,

1:57:42
I and

1:58:02
and I do take this off. Nope, still only two. Let's go look over here. It's still processing. Okay,

1:58:16
yeah. There you go. All

1:58:18
right, so I'll wait for that.

1:58:21
Yeah, I would wait for that. If it let's go check the settings one more time, click on the settings in the bottom left. Just make sure that that's stuck on business profile. Scroll down for me. Yeah, it's still on. Okay, yeah, you're good. Yeah, no, it should go through, no problem. Now that I'm, I'm 99.9% sure that was the issue, because again, by default, high level doesn't allow you to create duplicate contacts, and again, it looks at email or phone, and because that email address was the same for every contact, it just looked at it as one contact.

1:58:53
Yeah, yeah, okay, cool.

1:58:55
Okay,

1:58:56
that was my hang-up today.

1:58:59
Awesome. Well, glad we can get you sorted.

1:59:02
Yes, yes. Thank you very much.

1:59:03
Yeah, no problem, Tim. Alrighty, guys, I would stay on and ask a few more, see if anybody else has questions, but I do have a call coming up here in 10 minutes, so I'm going to have to bounce.
