All right, welcome everybody. How's everybody doing? Everybody doing today? Good, good arm is here. Hey, Ramesh. I think your microphone might be echoing again.

0:20
Going again. Oh, okay, sorry, sorry, let me change my microphone. Awesome,

0:36
right? Guys. Well, welcome to the SDA. I call

0:39
is this better?

0:40
My Yeah, that seems to be better.

0:43
Thank you so much.

0:44
Jason, yeah, no worries. Well, we're already a couple of minutes late, so we might as well just jump right in. Ramesh, I know you had your hand up first get started.

0:55
Yes. Somehow my Google Business Profile link is broken in this in smart directory app, and I see their settings, and all are good. So let me show you my screen. Okay, okay, sure.

1:21
Let me share screen. I Google Drive is Google is not my share screen, not this screen, okay, let me this screen. Okay, okay, you can see my screen right?

1:37
Yep, I can see it,

1:39
okay, so I go to smart directory, and I go to any business, for example.

1:46
So it is happening across all businesses. That is something I don't know. What changed I used to work when it's not like the first time. So let me take anything. Say, let me take let me take this one. Say Cupertino, Electric Company. And I go there. I do business detail, and I go here, Google, type Cupertino. See this? What I get? I don't know what is going on every time I get this.

2:20
So what it probably it's got to have to do with your

2:26
show you, yeah, API right. Key integration, right. Okay, and I see you see the Google Map API keys. These are all correct. I went to I can show you

2:42
the take. Ramesh, Hang on one second here. The call is recorded, so you will want to change those API keys, since you just showed those to us. Oh, okay, okay, okay. But yeah, it that's, that's the only thing that I can think of. I mean, it looks, looks like you do have the keys there. Have you tried just disconnecting and reconnecting?

3:05
No, I have not tried that.

3:06
Okay, I would definitely try that, see if that and how do you disconnect?

3:11
Simply delete the keys because there is no disconnect button there. I see there is a disconnect for Skype integration, but no disconnect for the Google keys.

3:26
Yeah. So what I mean by disconnect is just delete the keys, okay, and refresh and then re add the keys, okay. Are are the keys restricted to your Yeah, your website, your domain, yes. Okay, so

3:43
I've checked everything. This exactly restricted as we thrive. And the two URLs you guys give those two URLs exist for the API keys. Got it. Yeah. So the keys have not changed, and this was working, as I said. And so I can try, while you go on to other ones, I will try this, and I'll be on call, and I'll get back to you.

4:04
Okay, okay, yeah, I would do that. Let's try that first and see if that doesn't fix anything. Okay, I don't think it's, I haven't heard of any issues on our side, on SDI, so I'm thinking it might it must be just a Google API issue, but we'll get it sorted out for you. Okay, thank you, sir.

4:27
Yeah, I'll get back.

4:29
Perfect. Thanks for mesh, right?

4:32
Lavon, yes, hi, hey, I'm just starting to use the prospecting tool and go high level. And when I get to a certain point to add in bulk prospects, it asks me to select the category, but I don't show any category, so I'm assuming I've done I've missed a step, or I've done something wrong.

4:59
You. Sure you want to pull up your your screen so we can take a look here. Okay.

5:18
This was it. Go, can you see it? Yep, we got it perfect.

5:28
So right there, when I click it, it doesn't have any categories for me to select from, so I'm not exactly sure what to do.

5:40
So we are in the are you in the prospecting tool? You are okay and you're inside your sub account? Yes, got it okay.

6:01
Why is that? Can you close this box for one second for me, sure, and you've got that selected. Can you scroll up to the top?

6:20
Let's go back where it says, back to prospect accounts on the left hand side, there,

6:26
oh, here, yep. And

6:34
then let's go to settings. Seems like it's taken a while to load there, but I

6:47
right, scroll down for me A little bit. Yeah, just pull that down. Okay, I'm

7:08
hmm,

7:15
yeah, go back up for me. Lavon, please, sure, yeah, just scroll back up. Let's go into you're already inside. You were in prospect AI, right? Or were you in all accounts? I think you were in all accounts.

7:34
Not really sure. I can see the sub account my directory, sub account, right?

7:40
But under where it says prospect accounts, can you click on all accounts? I think that's where we started, right? I think so it's so

8:14
I'm not sure why it's taken so long.

8:16
Yeah, and I don't have see if I have a sub account that has an active prospecting report inside of it. Let me see if I can pull it up and give me a second. I'm

8:44
okay, I have it now. Okay, there we go. Okay, so there's you click on categories, right there. It says categories. Okay, there we go. And it does allow us to manage a category. So go ahead and see if we can. You click on Manage Categories. I'm there we go. Now we can add a new category.

9:06
Okay, so just based on what I already have set up in my directory, just go ahead and type that in.

9:16
Or did you do? Was it general search for businesses, or did you do a specific niche when you did when you pulled those prospects in?

9:28
Yeah, I was doing plumbing niche, niche and yeah,

9:32
that's what I would do here. So everyone that's in the list inside in the prospecting report, that's those are plumbers, correct, correct? Yeah. Then I would just put plumbing here, or plumbers, whatever you'd like, as your category,

9:48
and then just add them. He add them all here, and then when I go to select the category, it should show up exactly. Thank you so much.

9:59
Of course. Yes, any other questions? Nope, that's it awesome.

10:04
Do I have to release it or you will stop presenting? Yeah, just, just hit the

10:08
stop share. There you go. Perfect. Thank you. Yeah, no problem. All right, Brian, looks like you're up next.

10:27
Brian, you still here?

10:37
Yeah, he might not be here, okay, Lance, yes, hey, can you hear me? Okay, yeah, I can hear you just fine.

10:50
Since our last week, I've gone through a bunch of videos. I've got a lot of stuff done. The one, there's a couple places I hit a roadblock past my skill set. Let me share with you. Okay,

11:12
okay, yeah, it's pulled. Yes. Pull right, you know, right, you know. And we're getting a little bit of an echo of an echo.

11:25
Yeah, I don't know why that is.

11:28
Oh, there we go. It went away. Okay, yeah, go for, go for it stuck

11:33
on these APIs. I think I first of all, the video has some screens that are different. So, you know, I was trying to follow it step by step, but, and then they said something about, what about put your card in you get, you know, so many, whatever minutes or whatever, that is enough. But what I found out was, it's only for 90 days, and then I start getting charged, and I have no idea what they're going to charge me. So it was a little bit different than what the video said. So I have done the three. What would you call them? API's, I guess. And yeah, so now I'm kind of stuck on the last steps here to to get this into my system, and I know I have to be careful not to show what anything is, right, right? But yeah, so this is where I've left with the API's. I don't know what to do next to get them into my system so I could pull up Google reports and things like that, right?

12:41
So you've, you've already created them. Have you restricted them to your domain?

12:50
Screen differed a little bit from the video screen. But where do you want me to go?

12:57
Well, let's go. Have any haven't entered them into SDA, I yet,

13:03
I don't think so. No, okay, I have other restrictions or something. I think I have. It was turned from the video.

13:17
Sure. I said, Say that one more time. Lance, I missed that

13:22
I got to the point, and I think there was one tab with restrictions or something that was not on the video. And so I finally gave up after about an hour, and just thought I'd wait to talk to you. So where do I need to click to show you what, where I'm where I'm stuck?

13:41
Well, I don't want you to reveal your API key, but essentially, what you're going to need to do is, once you grab, once you get your keys, do you know where you need to enter them into SD AI,

13:55
I only got, I did. I did put it on my notes so I didn't lose it, but only the first one had, like, a long key to it. The other two didn't, well, there should just be, yeah, go ahead. Sorry. So I do have that on my on my notes, and it's for the one, but the other two that I guess signed up for or whatever, didn't give me a key.

14:27
Okay? And did you follow? So Richie, just put the link in the chat. These are the videos and the step by step process for the API keys. Is that the process that you went through? Can you just pull up that link? She just dropped that in chat. I just want to make sure that this is what you went through.

14:50
I don't know if I could show you what on my other screen here. Sure I.

15:07
I sorry. Are you telling me what to do?

15:20
Yeah, Lance, did you? Did you see the link in the chat?

15:25
My video turned on here. Sure. Where's the chat.

15:34
So if you click on there's a Google meet link. There you go. Yep, in your browser, go there and then just click on the chat icon. It's, I think it's covered by your by that floating Google meet screen.

15:58
Yeah, I think that's what's right there three dots. No, yeah, you should be able to move that out of the way. Can I exit out? Sure, yeah, you can close that. There it is. Okay.

16:33
Okay, so this kind of looks similar to the one that I watched, but again, the screenshots were a little bit different. So I was, I was trying to go inch by inch, and I got a lot of stuff done, but with this one, I hit the roadblock. I think it was around the restricted part.

16:51
Okay, so what we might need to do then, just because I don't want you to expose your keys and have to go through that process again, generating new keys. What, what we may do is just do a private session after this call with either rachika or Stephanie, or we'll get, we'll get somebody else on the team to just kind of walk through it and make sure that you've got the keys, the correct keys, and then we'll, we'll just get those put into place inside of the back end of SDI, okay, send the details to lens about the call. Okay, perfect, awesome. Thank you. Rachika, no problem. Sorry. What did she say? She's gonna send details to you. She's gonna reach out by email, by email, yes,

17:46
okay, okay, and there was just a couple other ones I that are going to be quicker, so I got this all set up. Where's my

18:04
are you still watching my screen? Yep, we are okay. I'm trying to get to my trying to get to this. Where's the main page?

18:26
Let's get rid of plans.

18:35
Okay, so this is my main page. So a couple things under Services. I wanted to put these services for the electricians, these ones here. I didn't want them under more. I wanted them under services that they provide. Okay? And, yeah, that's, that's the biggest, the biggest drawback. And then I need to get I got sent by you guys. 97 prospects. I put them through a cleaning company. Clean them all off. Got rid of duplicates. 83 I've uploaded them into my Go ahead, my go high level, sdni, SD AI, so they're sitting there. So I don't know how to get rid of all this stuff, because I'm not a restaurant. I'm dealing with electricians, and I need to get my 7080, whatever, 83 from my contacts now into here, so that it looks proper with proper clients.

19:43
Got it, yeah. So what we'll do, I'm gonna see here. I was going to try and find we do have a section for this, but let me, let me, if you want to go in the back end of SDA, I'll show you. Mm. Okay. Oh, thank you, rachika. And rachika just dropped the link to the menu builder as well.

20:06
I went through, I went through the menu builder, and I managed to get rid of all the restaurant stuff off here. The only thing the menu builder here is, whoops. I

20:26
Yeah, so I got rid of all that stuff, but I wanted under Services. I wanted to have these actual services, and I guess, set them up as tags, so that if people are looking for an ED, charger person, you know, we could, we could set these tags up for each one of the clients, right? But I don't think, I don't think they should be hidden under more. I think they should be under Services,

20:49
yeah, so you're going to do that under the menu builder. So if you go into SD AI and then go over to branding, so if you scroll back up and then click on branding, and then you'll click on menu builder, and this is where you're going to put it. So right now, what you're going to do is all of those different things are going to are going to go under services. So I don't have your live site. Which ones are they? EV, charger and charger? Yeah, so move that up and put that underneath the Services section. So you just drag that up and then move that over to the right underneath services.

21:39
Okay. And I get it to go over to the

21:44
right, drag it. Just hold, yeah, hold your mouse down. And then just kind of drag it to the right. There you go. See how it kind of indented.

21:55
Oh, there you go. Okay, okay, so I can, I can move all those that's great.

22:01
And then, like I said, Richie good did drop the link to the menu builder in there. I don't know if you've been through that video. It's about a 16 minute, 17 minute video, yeah,

22:13
I went to the menu one. It was just so polluted with with restaurant stuff on there that it was hard for me to follow. But I did. I did, I did actually clean up my menus, and I got rid of all the restaurant stuff off of my site and and the services. So now I just need to so that has moved that from it's no longer to be under more, it's going to be under Services, correct, yep. Okay, well, I can do that without wasting everyone's time. Okay, so I'll get that fixed, and I will talk to somebody who's going to send me an email, correct?

22:47
Yeah, rachika is going to send you an email and help you get the API sorted out,

22:53
okay, and then to get my 83 contacts into the system. So I have a page with a bunch of people on it, and we get rid of everything that's not electrical. Can she help me with that?

23:11
Yeah, yeah, that's a that's just a simple CSV upload. But yes, she could help you with that as well.

23:19
Yeah, I have, I have uploaded the CSV. They are in my contracts. Okay, so I just need them to get on to the web page, the main

23:30
page, right? We should give, we should give Lance that video as well. But yes, she'll help you. It's it. There's a there's a video that walks you through how to do that as well. It's a business tag. So every contact inside high level needs to receive a business tag in order for that contact to show up as a, as a business listing on the live site.

24:00
Okay, okay, well, I'll work on this without bothering picking up time, and I'll check for it's going to be in my emails, right?

24:12
Yes, yep, and rachika just dropped the link to the business tag.

24:19
Okay, yeah. I think I saw that video again. It was in different places, but I think that's how I got my screen cleaned up with all that restaurant stuff on. So got it okay. Well, I'll wait for her email and I'll let you carry on with the next person.

24:37
Awesome. All right, thanks, Lance.

24:39
Go ahead. Share.

24:41
Yep, yeah, just that. That looks like a laptop screen. There you go. Perfect, awesome. All right, thank you, Lance, yeah.

24:51
Ramesh, yeah, so I did delete the keys and re entered and refreshed and problemed. Hasn't gone away. Okay, I can share the screen. Hang on.

25:07
What the problem is? He does go ahead. Geo encoding, API turned on, and he has an enabled billing.

25:15
Okay, wait, wait, sorry, sorry. Could you tell me again, please, I'm really

25:20
not activate your geo encoding API. You need to enable it and you need to attach a billing account to it. That's the errors I'm getting on your site.

25:35
Okay, so I'll look at it, geo encoding. Okay, fine. I will. I will certainly look at it. Okay, thank you so much for the tips.

25:42
Okay, thank you, sir. Thanks. Dorn, alright, Brian, are you here with us?

25:52
Yeah, I'm here. How are you

25:53
okay, perfect, cool. I'm good. How you doing today?

25:57
I'm doing all right. Well, I was here like week ago, but with my my site, for some reason it's not up and running. And then I changed the DNS record so it's not.com it.net's now, and it works for like a good week. And then all of a sudden it just stopped. And then I was looking and I had the DNS checker see if it propagated, and it's just about propagating all but one. But it's been like five days. I don't know why it's taking so long. I don't know if there's an issue with something else. I don't know. I can share my screen and show you.

26:33
So we did do an update. Okay, I'll get, I'm getting some feedback for some reason. But, yeah, we did do an update to the the domain setup the the field that allows you to connect your domain inside of SDI, there was an update done on that over the last week, maybe was week and a half. So it may have been that you had tried to connect your domain right during that update, and that may be it. So it may be just as simple as disconnecting and reconnecting, and everything will go right through. So we can just try that real quick.

27:09
I didn't do the D connecting, the disconnecting, reconnecting. You did. Okay, it still didn't do it. But I mean, I can share my screen and show you, yeah, let's

27:20
go ahead and just take a look. And I'll look at your domain here.

27:40
All right, so this is the, yeah, so this is where I was, and then domain.

27:55
So I disconnected this, and I reconnected it, and I

28:07
see it right there. But the thing is, like it used to give me, like an A record or a C Name record underneath when I connect it, like it flash, but I don't even know what that is anymore. I was gonna check the DNS records to see if that was in there, but I don't really know, right? Yeah. And then when I go to preview here, I get about this bar, yeah,

28:33
that's what I'm seeing, too. I'm just getting a white screen, yeah,

28:38
really good. So I don't know if I should, like, take, go into the DNS record and take the directory extreme like record I have off under the main domain, BC, two, core, seven.net, and have You guys just added in or something like that? Yeah. I

29:05
can you pull up your your DNS records?

29:09
I'm trying to say that again.

29:11
Can you pull up your DNS record like? Are you logged into your like the very beginning? No, your domain registrar everything.

29:22
We start talking, start breaking up. It's really weird.

29:24
Sorry, okay, okay, the domain registrar where you registered your domain. Oh, okay,

29:33
yeah, it's registered at a go high level. So, oh,

29:36
okay, so that could be the problem. Is that the problem? Yeah, there was somebody else that was having the same issue. Yeah, go under domains and URL redirects, yeah, domain

29:53
and then should be that that you.

30:00
So you're able to come in here. That's good, because the last person wasn't able. This is records at all.

30:08
Oh, I think I have all the records correct, if I'm not mistaken. I know this is one that go high level uses, and this is the C name for graduate extreme. You I don't know. Do I need a game record and a C name at the same time? Is that the right

30:28
IPv address in the a record that doesn't look right to me? Yeah, I don't think

30:35
that is. Oh, is it different?

30:37
Okay, Stephanie put the correct one in chat.

30:47
Awesome. Thanks, Steph, yeah, Brian, let's try it. Let's try it. Record, record IP address that Stephanie just dropped in chat. Do?

31:11
Them. Don't see it. Oh, Okay, Assistant, right here the a record, please add Yes, correct, correct.

31:49
Of update.

31:57
No, the a record, but I'm, I'm changing the a record right correct for the main domain, okay, all right.

32:25
You've got an extra character in there.

32:34
Okay, and update. Okay. Now, should we check that?

32:44
Yeah, it'll probably take a minute, 1520 minutes, maybe to propagate. Maybe propagate.

32:51
Okay, well, hopefully That'd be nice. Cool. That's the only question I have. So thank you guys appreciate it.

33:01
Yeah, just keep an eye on that. But that should go through. Eye on that, but that should go through.

33:04
Brian, awesome. You guys are great. Thank you so much. Appreciate it. No worries. No worries. Take care. Guys. Stop

33:24
right, Henry,

33:31
are you with us? Henry, hi, you hear me now? Yep, I can hear you.

33:39
Okay, I tried to, in the business section, try to upload the profile image of the business and the cover image. It doesn't seem to want to pick up the upload. It doesn't want to seem to pick up the image from Google. Is there a setting in there after change or something?

34:02
Well, let's take a look at can you share your screen with us? We can, yeah, sure, put in there real quick and take a look.

34:22
Where's the share image? Haven't tried Google?

34:28
Yeah, bottom of the the Google meet window that looks like a laptop with an arrow in the center of the screen pointing up and

34:56
yeah, I see it now not getting. Not yet. There we go. Now it's pulling up.

35:04
Yeah, I ended up doing manually those images it wouldn't pull up like if I click on here, it says Upload from Google.

35:14
So can you scroll down for me? Just real quick? Yeah. I

35:24
Okay, see where it says, link to Google business. Is that the correct business right there? And you've tried, can we just delete that and try reconnecting there it is, right there. Click on that. Go back there. Yeah, yeah. Go ahead and delete it, retype it, And then let's try to reconnect. Oh,

36:18
and then you click the Update button for me.

36:26
Okay,

36:37
yes, not picking it up. Is

36:42
this the only one that you're having issues with?

36:44
Tried it on this particular business.

36:52
I know. Are there any other businesses that you're having issues with?

36:57
I haven't tried it with any other ones. Is the only first one.

37:01
Oh, you haven't Okay, let's, let's try another one, if you, if you don't mind, okay,

37:11
let me see what I have put it in the premium section first and then,

37:19
no, no, you can just go to your list of businesses. So I'll just go back.

38:23
David

38:29
construyen

38:47
There we go. Let's go ahead and update that.

38:56
Oh, there it goes. Okay,

39:01
cool. So it could have just been a fluke with that one could have been either maybe the images were really large files, yeah, or maybe he didn't even have any images. I'm not sure. I wasn't able to pull him up. I did pull them up. I did pull up David, David off roofing, and I do see he's got plenty of images here.

39:27
Okay, it's probably, like you said, probably the what I choose, probably the issue too, right? Couldn't pick it up from there. Is that worth picking from the website or from Google business profile?

39:40
No, it's pulling from Google business profile. Okay, okay, yep. Now what I have not from the website. I would have

39:48
to update this, or would it save it on its own?

39:56
I Yeah, yeah. I think you have to click on. Date, I'm pretty sure. Yeah, just go down to the bottom and hit update. Yeah, that'll save those. Okay. All right, yep, saved it. Okay, thanks a lot. Yeah, no problem, Henry. All right, Jay, looks like you're up next.

40:24
Good afternoon. Jason, how are you I'm good. How are you doing? I'm well. Thank you. I think I have a pretty much, pretty easy one. I need to correct my footer menu. It's not clickable. I see the text down at the bottom, but it's not clickable. And it's probably something I did, adding the sub domain or something like that.

40:50
Okay, what links aren't clickable,

40:56
all of them. I think I have the terms of service and just the privacy on there.

41:01
Now, got it? Okay? So we can take a look at that. Whenever you're ready, go ahead and just share your screen. Okay?

41:34
Oh, there it is, there we go, there we go.

41:44
Okay, and then, can you just show me a live version of the site?

41:50
Yeah, okay, can you see it now?

41:56
Not yet. No, I can just see small country. AI, yeah.

42:14
All right, what am I clicking here? Hold on.

42:24
Okay, now you can see it. Not yet. No, I'm still still seeing smart directory. AI, maybe just try stop sharing and Then just reshare.

42:42
I mean, it was saying,

43:13
I Okay, no, yeah, we can see, so I can see smart directory AI overview, Yes, yep, that's what I see. Yeah, that's,

43:26
that's what I wanted you to see. Oh, okay, okay, got it, yeah, yeah, yeah, okay, okay, so then

43:34
if you click on branding up at the top and then go to the menu builder, yeah. And then switch that to the footer, yeah. So. And then under Terms of Service, go ahead and click on that for me. Navigation label, okay, can we what is your what's your actual domain? So I could just pull up the live site and just take a look, sure and

44:07
DMV elevate.com,

44:09
DMV Elevate,

44:19
got it okay. So Terms of Services working for me, privacy policy, they're both working for me. That's

44:35
crazy. Talk honestly.

44:51
Can you see my website on there now? Yep, I can, yeah, and you see my Oh, look. Now it's working, of course.

45:01
It might be that that chat widget might be in the way, you might might want to try

45:07
just kind of zooming out. That's right, you're probably correct. Um, okay, I don't

45:14
it kind of looks like you're zoomed in. You could try zooming out the the browser window a little bit.

45:21
Okay, yeah, I know how to do that. Okay, that's cool,

45:25
yeah, because they work perfectly for me.

45:29
Yeah, okay, perfect. That's what I needed. Thank you very much.

45:35
Of course, any other questions? No, sir. Okay, awesome. Thank you. Yeah, no problem, right? Anybody else? Lance? How you doing? Did you get that figured out? I

46:06
How's everybody doing? Any other questions? Can you hear me? Yeah. Oh, there he is, nice. How are you good? How you doing rich? Good, man.

46:20
I've just seen that. This was on, I thought, hey, I'm working away, and may as well drop in and say good day and catch up with everyone. I didn't, didn't expect to see Dawn here, but that's always good man, getting the gang back and the band is back together, right?

46:32
Yeah. This is great, yeah.

46:35
So some, some interesting questions coming up. There lots of work throughs. And I think it's just shows how, I mean, there's, there's many steps to putting one of these together. I was doing an exercise last week. I think I'm going to change Nash local to being specifically about more, more about restaurants and different types of restaurants and and also, just like visitor activities here in Nashville. So being called Nash local, if you come here and you're getting the intel from locals, then it's got a user group that's much more likely to engage with the businesses that are on there. So I think repositioning it might be a pretty good idea, but we've got a lot on the go, so I've sort of got it as a bit of a back burner project at the moment, but I think a relaunch might be just what it needs.

47:20
Yeah, that sounds awesome. Yes, a place where you can put local events as well. Yeah, you're doing a lot with restaurants, so that that makes a lot of sense to really gear it towards restaurants.

47:30
Yeah, 20 million visitors a year. And you know, got an available market of about 1.61 point 7 million. So may as well aim for the visitor traffic, because it drives more into businesses. And I'm offering more value by by actually having a resource that people go and get. I mean, I think the biggest challenge with smart directory and with any kind of directory, and that thing overall is, is to, pardon my language, but SEO the crap out of it, and you've gotta have something that actually pulls and ranks to to to really bring value to businesses. Otherwise it's like, why would I want to be on there? And all they're really getting from being on your directory is a kind of a loose citation. So, you know, I think we need to aim at that being. The reason for being is like, Hey, this is the punchy pool, and it goes both, but you've been connected to this is good for you in local search. And that's certainly the position that we've taken, is is chased down, that it's better for local search to be here than not to be here, as opposed to a listing on a directory, which they just go, Well, why? You know, I mean, yeah, that's so certainly that's, it's a beam that I've had for the last couple of years, but certainly in the last 12 months, been talking about a lot, and that's all we do with buy local, is just aim it at being a what we call an AI SEO citation. You know, we talk it up a bit. We over inflate it as to being the real reason there, because a profile on a directory is a very minor thing in this day and age with the advent of AI and stuff, but you start talking about having direct links from you to us, and the juice that comes with that, people are more likely to engage in it,

49:11
no, especially if it's local too.

49:14
And the more local it is, the better. And I mean, I've been saying this for a long time with with all directories, and people have come and go, Hey, I'm going to do one for swimming pool installation USA wide. And you're like, mate, you're just completely wasting your time it. It will not work. It'll take you years to get any traction with it. But if they've used Happy Hunting Grounds your backyard, and if you can connect to confirmed online local presences, like a good directory, community based directory, then, you know, Google actually likes to lap that up. Ai goes looking for it. So why not be something that actually attracts juice and and offer that? But this is tech fix. I want to talk about the sale and the prospecting side of things too much, but just want to drop in and say hi to everyone. So, yeah. Yeah, nice.

50:01
Oh, it's good to always good to see rich.

50:04
Well, I've been, I've been moving house the last 10 days, and I, yeah,

50:08
it looks a little different.

50:10
Yeah, I'm kind of in the hallway upstairs. Mandy got the prime office, but I'm actually, I'm off to New Zealand for a few weeks, and then I get back, I'm going to a the Nashville Entrepreneurial Center, and I'm going to have have an office there, so that's going to be quite good. And then I'll just have a home base that I do some work from, but I'm going to be actually based out of out of home and in an office. Oh, cool.

50:37
Very nice. That sounds exciting. Yeah, yeah, it's real good, yep.

50:44
So cool. Yeah, you carry on with your Tiki stuff and everything else. And, yeah, I think the platform's becoming a lot more pliable. You can do more with it and and the like. So that's pretty exciting, because they need to be fitted to you and what you're doing, as opposed to a generic thing that that anyone come along and do. So I think it's, it's really heading the right direction tonight.

51:08
Directory, yeah, no, I agree. Definitely Awesome. Well, thanks, rich, appreciate that. It's awesome to see that. Yeah, too. We'll catch up soon. Okay, sounds good. All right, guys, questions you want to chat, feel free to unmute, even if it's not around SDA, I if you guys got questions about high level, happy to answer those questions. So feel free to raise your hand. Unmute. We can jump in. I was

51:44
I got one if nobody's got anything the yeah about regular websites, if I wanted to use the templates or anything like that. Are there videos on making the Google sorry, the go high level, just a generic website that we can install. Are there instructional videos on that? I've been messing around with the templates and stuff like that, but I've been kind of winging it on my own right, right? There was a stream. I don't think we

52:15
not that we have, I don't believe we have any, any videos on high level websites, but there are tons of different videos out there. Their YouTube channel is fantastic. You can always check that out. But yeah, there, there are tons of different resources that you can find, training resources, specific, specifically on YouTube, all around building websites on high level and use, you know, their their website builder, whether you're building in the funnel builder or the website builder, it's the exact same drag and drop builder. If you're familiar with you know, things like Divi or Beaver Builder, Elementor any of the standard WordPress builders, I think you'll find that it's pretty, pretty similar, and in a lot of ways even more simplified than those builders, so pretty easy just to kind of play around, but Yeah, certainly the, I mean, their template library has grown exponentially over the last few months. Specifically, they've really pumped a lot of resources into the that template library. And I mean, there is just an unbelievable amount of templates that are in there right now. And some, some of the older ones, you know, from a few years ago, were not the greatest, but the new ones, specifically, I would say, over the last six to eight months, the designs have they've really stepped up, and they're really nice. And you can certainly take any one of those designs, regardless of what niche you find the design and so say, you've got a roofer, but you find a really cool design in the plumbing niche that you like, you can certainly rip that apart and gear it towards roofing in heartbeat. That's real simple to do.

53:54
So Jason, one other thing you might not know is they, yeah, they just dropped, I think, like, two weeks ago, they've got an AI website builder in there now as well. And so we've been, we've been doing a lot with, like, just building websites straight out of code and and loading them into high level and we've done a couple that come up really, really good, and they're all and all the linking is structured out in them, and everything as well. So there's AI tools of website builders. And if you're pretty familiar with a bit of code, familiar with a bit of code and manipulating code and stuff on that, you can just drop it straight into high level. But high level actually offer a AI website building program in there now. So you can go to that and just say, I want a website for a coffee shop that does this, this and this, and off it goes and makes it

54:39
Do they do. They charge you for the AI?

54:42
I imagine they do. They don't. They don't skip on giving you a bill when they can. So yeah, but I mean, every everywhere charges you for that AI. But I don't think it's ridiculous. It's it's an economical way of doing it. So yeah, that, but they come up pretty good and, yeah, I can. Show you an example, if you want, yeah, I

55:02
was messing with an AI one. I'd love to see it if you want to share one, just to add that I use on, what is it called, on one second, unstoppable domains. And they just added an AI builder. And I built one out. And I got right up to the publish point, and then they were like, hey, send us more money, and let's stop. But it was super simple. I mean, I just spoke in, change this, add this, do that, and it was great. I haven't used the one on the inside of go high level yet. The AI version, I tried to do a template, and it was messing around. But I would love to start exploring with that. But if you got something that you've done or can,

55:50
this is like Google meet, hey in

55:53
in chat, Tim, I posted a link in the school group you have high level in a hurry. They have one video in that course about using

56:01
the builder? Yeah, I tried to skim through that the other day, but I didn't find that exact spot the right way, but I clicked that link already. So that's my next soon as we get off here, I'll go study that a couple times.

56:16
So yeah, we just, we built this, but it's exactly the same principle as as what you what you get in in high level. This is actually in high level this website as well. So it, yeah, I'm going to go straight through to an order function. It is long and deep. And as I say, we, we put the the linking structure with what we're after here. This, this website is not so much, you know, branding driven, if you like, this is data driven and and that's because what we've found is that the Internet doesn't care how it looks. It just cares about the data structure. So discoverability and ranking and everything else that comes from the data structure, it doesn't come from pretty pictures on the internet but, but this goes through to, you know, a number of specific pages that that have links to to other pages as well. So like, you know, breakfast sandwich has got its own page too. And then you've got your quick links that all sort of support that content as well.

57:19
FAQs, you name it, and you just write the data code in there. And this should honor that's not going through that step. This one is supposed to go direct, yeah, direct to the order page. So that's, you know, something else. You just plug that in

57:35
and easy that order pages. Is your order page, or is that it's service that Kelly's coffee has that you just linked out to, yeah, we just linked out to it.

57:45
That's existing website, yeah? And then

57:49
when I'm creating this, do I create a its own sub account for this site?

57:55
Oh, definitely, yeah, yeah, yeah. Always stand on there because, I mean, that's the there's the upsell. I mean that you don't just want to be pumping out a website. You want to be doing, you know, review replies and and other things like chat bot and and that kind of stuff, you know. So, yeah, its own sub account is always the cleanest and easiest way to to wind up perfecting it.

58:17
Right, right, right, right. Beautiful. Thank you. I guess I got a project for the afternoon here.

58:25
Awesome. Thanks Rich for jumping in on that. Yeah, I second everything Rich said, I think that's the way to go, especially if you're if you're doing a website for a client, you definitely want to put them into their own sub account that like exactly what Rich said, you know, that's a perfect opportunity to do an upsell, not only for reputation management, but also just basic crm management. So like giving them access just to the CRM so that all their leads flow directly in there. One of the things that I did early on when high level released their lead connector mobile app, which is their gray label version of high level. It's the exact same mobile app. So if you go to the App Store, whether it's an, you know, iOS or Android, and you type in lead connector, it's the exact same mobile app that that it looks just like the high level mobile app. The only difference is there's no mention of high level and every client that I've gotten hooked on that mobile app has never left me so that that mobile app is probably the stickiest thing that I have ever sold, and I don't actually sell the app. The app is just a convenience to access to their CRM and all of their leads all in one place. And when you get a client that where that becomes a daily habit of them checking that app, and, you know, interacting with their. Leads and with their database through the lead connector app, again, it that becomes so sticky they never want to lose that and so that they'll continue to pay you for years to come. Lance. You got another question.

1:00:19
I love that idea. Thank you. I've been playing with the lead connector. Just earlier in the call, I scanned a business card just looking for something to do while I'm listening here. And, yeah, and, and, so I've been playing with that for the first time. So yeah, it's cool.

1:00:38
Yeah, that business card scanner is actually really good, not bad. Yeah, anyone who does like networking, you know, real estate agents, that's like, perfect for them, you know, because they're constantly networking and constantly grabbing people's cards, things like that. So, yeah, that works really well for someone like that. Yeah, okay, can you hear me? Okay, yeah, Lance, what's going on?

1:01:06
Okay, well, I got my menu stuff sorted out, perfect. I'm still waiting for your person to call me, email me, I guess after this is over, so we can get the API stuff sorted out, the privacy policy. I look at terms feed, but by the time I have all the add ons on there, they're free. Version is no longer free. It's very expensive. I went to chat GTP, and they built one for me before, and they said I could, I need to host it somewhere. So they said I could go into go high level and create go to sites funnels or websites create new two new pages. So is that where I would host it? I need to host the two policy somewhere where I could get a link I could put into my footer.

1:02:01
Yeah, we've so that's all part of the training. Inside sites. Under funnels, there's a folder called Smart directory, AI, inside there that that smart directory, AI, funnel, there's several pages. There's a terms of service and a privacy policy page already created if you'd like to add to that, or modify it, or, you know, do whatever you'd like to those pages. You're more than welcome to do so. And that's where you'll do it. You'll do it inside that funnel, and then those pages, you can automatically link those pages to your SDI site.

1:02:36
Okay, so I go into my

1:02:40
you go into sites, and then you'll on the left hand menu. Inside high level, you'll click on sites, you'll then click on funnels, and you'll see it just says smart directory.ai. You'll click on that, and inside there, you'll see a page for Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. I think rachika just shared link. Awesome, perfect. Thanks.

1:03:05
Rachika. Other sites that says, create a new funnel. I don't want to create a new funnel.

1:03:12
Do I? No, no, you should see smart directory.ai. Do you see that? No, just have you loaded the snapshot into your sub account, yeah,

1:03:22
yeah, let me share.

1:03:41
Is that working? Yep, just pulled up.

1:03:51
Okay, so we're not there, we're here. Okay, so I'm under sites, and I get this.

1:04:04
Okay, yeah, you may not have I wonder if you didn't install the snapshot, can you click on automation for me? I

1:04:24
Are you in the right sub account?

1:04:29
Yeah, I don't think this agree, yeah, okay, yeah. The the automations aren't in here. My best guess is that you didn't install the the snapshot. How do I do that? So you'll have to do that at the agency level. Steph, is that the link? Okay, cool, awesome. Yeah, it looks like Steph just dropped in the link. So you'll go to that link. You'll grab the link to the snapshot. You'll want to import that. It at the agency level, and then you'll have to copy that into this sub account, the directory sub account. Okay, where is my chat?

1:05:20
Trying to close all this stuff off my screen. Here's chat.

1:05:37
Okay, I'm smart directory snapshot, okay, so click on this,

1:05:51
yep, and then directly into the video, you'll see where it says resources. Click Here To import. That's What you'll click on. I'm

1:06:22
so I was thinking, is it importing the whole snapshot?

1:06:28
Not yet. No, you'll once this pulls up, it'll get to a screen that will allow you to import it

1:06:39
if I didn't, if I didn't do this before, how I've been able to do what I've been doing

1:06:45
because the app. So SDA I app is completely different from the high level snapshot that's included with the SDA I app.

1:06:54
Okay, yep. So this app here I'm downloading the

1:07:04
you know this is you're not downloading an app right now. What? What's trying? If the system is trying to load the snapshot link, once that loads, then you'll be able to copy it or import it. There it is. So you'll click on Import now. So you're going to import it directly into your agency account, and then once it imports, then you'll be able to copy it into an actual sub account. Perfect, awesome. So now you're going to go over to sub accounts on the left hand side, just yep, right there. And then you'll click on your directory, sub account, just click on the name, directory,

1:07:54
and then the top right corner, under Actions, you'll click on that drop down menu. Get rid of this. Okay, actions, and then load snapshot. And then from that drop down menu, go ahead and choose that, and then you're going to select that top one smart directory, AI March 5, and then hit proceed.

1:08:26
Wow, we're gonna printed this one out.

1:08:29
It's, it's all in the videos. Like, if you, if you go through each one of the videos step by step, this It walks you through this whole process. Go ahead and click Proceed. Okay. And then just select all one more time and then proceed.

1:08:59
Why is it grayed out? Because you misspelled confirm. That's why, yep. My dad, perfect. Okay, now if you go back into your directory, sub account, I think, yeah, you can do it from there. That's fine.

1:09:34
Just click on in the top left where it says, Click here to switch. Just click on that drop down menu, and then just click on directory from there, yep, and then click on sites.

1:09:53
You can close this box, and then there's smart directory, AI, right. There. So now you'll click on smart directory AI,

1:10:08
and there's your terms of service page and your privacy policy.

1:10:13
Oh, okay, and they're all okay. They're up to date. Everything's okay.

1:10:18
No, I mean, I definitely would recommend customizing these, obviously, you know, I'm not an attorney, but I would definitely have an attorney look at it, if not purchase it from a site that does these professionally and has, you know, a team of lawyers that looks over them. That's my suggestion, publicly. That's what i i I advise to do for sure.

1:10:43
Okay, what if I just use this for now?

1:10:48
Yep, that that's up to you, but sure, yeah, you can go ahead and just use those.

1:10:52
And how do I get these onto the footer of my site?

1:10:57
So you'll have to, you'll have to add a sub domain. Again. These are in the videos. I don't know if Steph is that the link that you just dropped. It is okay, cool. Looks like she just dropped the link to the sub domain. So you'll have to create the sub domain. Once you create that sub domain, then you'll connect it to this funnel or these funnel pages, and then you can add the links under the menu builder so you know where inside of SDA, I under the footer menu builder. So if you go under SDA, I app and you go into branding the menu builder, you can select between either the header menu or the footer menu.

1:11:43
I've seen that. What is the sub domain I have this. This is my main domain. Is that right?

1:11:51
Correct? Yep. Stephanie just dropped a link in there for you, but yeah, you'll have to set up a sub to host the internal pages, okay, yeah, right there, yep, That's it, right there. Okay,

1:12:20
custom pages. Okay, so what do I do? Follow this.

1:12:24
Yep, just follow that. That'll set up your that'll set up your sub domain. You'll then connect that sub domain to the that, the that funnel that we just that we were just looking at the SD AI funnel.

1:12:40
Okay, sorry, I'm not. So can chip up my pay grade on this. I have a CNAME record. Oh, my God, okay, okay, maybe when she calls me, we can walk through this together.

1:12:59
Yeah, it's pretty it's it's pretty straightforward. It's just, you'll go into your DNS settings, you'll add that record. You'll then be able to add the domain into high level and then connect it to that funnel page, those funnel pages, and then from there, you can connect the appropriate links in the footer menu under the SDA I app, okay.

1:13:26
When you say go in for my C name stuff, are you talking about go high level or Name Cheap, right?

1:13:33
Yeah, you purchase the the domain at Name Cheap, yeah. Okay, so then that's where you'll go to add these that add the C Name record.

1:13:45
Okay, okay, well, I don't want to use up everyone's time. Maybe I'll talk to her when she emails me. Does she can she give me a time that she can email me? We can have a meeting?

1:14:00
Yeah. Rachika, are you still here? Rachika, I think she is. See if I can. Um, yes, Jason, Oh, you are okay, perfect, awesome. Are you going to reach out to Lance after the call? Yep, sure. Perfect, awesome. Thanks. Rachika, so Lance, yeah, she'll reach out to you after the call is over.

1:14:22
Okay? And when is that like, an hour? Half an hour, I'm just trying to right

1:14:29
after the call. I'll send you an email. Oh, okay, yeah, probably about another 3040, minutes, something like that.

1:14:36
Okay, I'll wait for 40 minutes, and we'll get this finished. Okay, thank you a lot.

1:14:41
No problem. Have a good day. You too. Lance.

1:14:54
All right, guys, anybody else? Any other questions?

1:15:05
Doran, you got anything just a headache and a bad attitude? Would you say headache and bad attitude?

1:15:16
Yes, sir, headache and a bad attitude.

1:15:21
Nice. Felix. Hey guys.

1:15:29
Hey, yeah, Norris, so this is our there's our first directory. So what's the I don't know. I know all the automations are in there and they're pumping out emails and stuff like that. But where, what have you guys found success doing, is it cold calling these businesses and kind of just letting them know that there are directories available, basically like, What's What have you heard has given the most success as to making these as defined as possible column?

1:16:00
Yeah, definitely. I would say 100% Yeah, you'll definitely want to call, depending on especially if you're going after, you know, businesses that typically get hit up quite a bit via email. You know that you're going to want to have to you're going to want to cut through that noise, and calling them is going to be the fastest way to cut through that noise. So obviously, email is great and you want to continue to use email as a channel, but I would not, definitely not use that as my only means of outreach and my own and my only channel got it. So yeah, definitely follow up with a phone call, probably multiple phone calls continue to let those emails run and yeah, I A lot of times. I'll even do social, social messages. So I'll, I'll do, I'll hit them through email, phone and through one of the social channels. So either Facebook, Instagram and DM them through those social channels.

1:17:05
Okay, all right, perfect. And then another side note, the Okay, thank you die. And then the other thing, the only thing that's updated more recently is the dashboard, right from what

1:17:18
I've seen, correct. Yep, okay. All right, perfect, yep, and that got pushed live to everybody,

1:17:25
yeah, I saw that. That's cool. All right, I appreciate you guys awesome, right?

1:17:32
Janet, you got a question?

1:17:43
Hi, Janet. Can you hear

1:18:00
me? All right, I don't know if Janet, Janet must not be able to hear me. Anybody else? Any other questions?

1:18:28
I have a question. Yeah, go ahead. Dorn, have you or anybody else in here done a page feed insight on your directory site, and are there any plans to improve the core web vitals, I've been seeing very, very low, like 50s or below on pretty much everything, which is not good.

1:18:52
Yeah, I know Cameron. Cameron and I talked about this. I don't know it. It may have been three weeks ago, something like that. I know he's been pretty busy with the recent changes. I don't know where this is at on his radar, but I can bring it back up to him and get an update.

1:19:16
Noting because even though we're not really worried about SEO, it's still pretty vital, and I think we're next. Js, it shouldn't be that low. You wouldn't

1:19:31
Yeah, I'm making a note right now.

1:19:54
Thanks, awesome. Cool, thanks. Dorn, yeah, Brian, what's going. On another question.

1:20:16
Brian, can you hear me?

1:20:52
Right? Anybody else, any other questions? I know we've got two people's hands up, but doesn't seem like anybody can hear me, or they can't. But anybody else? Any other questions?

1:21:10
Any status on the coupons?

1:21:15
Yeah, I haven't heard anything on that, Tim, but I can go ahead and put that in my notes as well.

And then I was thinking about since, and anybody who has something more important jump right in. But if there, if there were plans that were available, like, if I was running a Mother's Day special, is there a way not to display like, I can explain display that as more like a like a secret page that I send out to someone because I heard the plans don't delete. If I had a $29 month plan or or $29 a year plan special, just trying to get people to do that and then not not show it, just like, not display it in the regular plans page. Just have that be a special link that I give out. And then when too many people hit it, I can delete it or or change the address of it. You know, just I was thinking out

1:22:16
so you can, yeah, you can set up your own. You can set up a custom link under any one of the plans. And so what you could do there is either have, maybe, if you don't want it to display on the actual live plans page, you could create another internal page where you could have a button so you could use, you know, the the the funnel or website builder, inside high level design the page, create a button, and then link that button to a different stripe plan, and then, you know, advertise that page or or just show that page to certain individuals. But you can, you can link the payment plan any, any one of those plans. You can link out to an outside, an outside link where you can collect payment. That makes sense. So, like with stripe right, you can create, you could create a separate payment plan inside stripe, and then you could also do a, like a coupon code inside stripe that was limited in number. So you could say, you know, here's the code, and we're only going to allow 10 redemptions, right? And you can set that inside stripe, and once it hits that, that 10 redemptions, that code will no longer work for anyone.

1:23:50
And then that's that all that will be synced up to the SD, AI.

1:23:55
So that's the thing. It wouldn't be synced. You'd have to that. Would it have to be manual, so like you're talking about making somebody premium, right? Running a discount on the premium, yeah, so, but it's real simple. I mean, you log into SD AI inside the app, and then go to the businesses section. You can look up the business, and it's just a simple toggle. You just toggle on premium or toggle it off, right? So you can, you can manually turn that on and off real easily. I got you, yeah,

1:24:24
yeah, I've done I've done that before. It was just the whole doing it outside in stripe is really your answer, not creating

1:24:34
there's no right now, because there's nothing. There's nothing available, like directly connected to SDI right now, but you could accomplish the same thing, yeah, just exactly how I just described, either creating the plan, creating another plan that does appear on the plans page, but links out to a stripe plan that's highly controlled, like you said. You know? Only a certain amount of redemptions, that sort of thing, or if you don't want it to appear on that plans page, build out a new page inside the SD AI funnel, right? So you know where the terms of service, page, the contact us page, all those other pages live. You could just set up a new page in there. Design it however you want drop a button on that page and that, but have that button link to that stripe plan.

1:25:31
Got it? Okay? I'll keep working on that.

1:25:37
Yeah. So there's several different options that you can kind of play around

1:25:41
with, I'm sure coupon codes are going to come fast, because Dorne wants them.

1:25:46
Yeah, I got it on my list, so I'll get a status update, and hopefully I'll have a status update for you guys next week.

1:25:53
It's quite the opposite. Generally, when I request something, it goes to the bottom of the list. Oh, dang it. I Felix,

1:26:05
yeah, and I probably along the same line. So if I wanted to charge extra for extra categories to align a business with, maybe I offer them the first one, and if they're part of a second category, you pay on, I don't know, another 100 bucks or 25 bucks? Is that another way to do that?

1:26:26
Yeah, because there's no real simple way to build that into SD AI, the way it is right now. So, yeah, creating that separate plan inside stripe. Now. You know, high level does allow you to on any funnel or website page. They do have the payment widget that you can drop onto any page. So you could, you wouldn't even, I know I said in the last, my last comment was to drop a button and then link that button out to that stripe plan. But you could, you could actually just drop the payment widget onto that page and connect it to that same product, so you could collect credit card info right there on that page. You wouldn't have to link out.

1:27:15
Got it? That makes sense? Yeah? Okay, I'll look at that

1:27:19
so you can do that for sure.

1:27:21
Awesome. Yeah, thank you guys.

1:27:24
And you could set it up to where, if you did do that, and you use the I use, the payment form, or the payment widget on a on a funnel page, you could set up several different products and connect them all to that payment widget so that they could essentially choose, so you could say, you know, one category, 25 bucks, two categories, 40 bucks, you know, three categories, 75 and so they could just choose, right on that page, how many categories they want to be a Part of, right? Yeah, it's a good shot. Yeah.

1:28:08
All right, I'll try. Janet. Janet, are you? Are you here this time?

1:28:24
