Hey guys, sorry I'm late. I was stuck stuck talking to the team, but thanks for sticking around, and welcome to the SDA SDAI call. You guys have questions, you know the drill. Bottom of the Google Meet window, just click that little hand icon, raise your hand. We'll start calling on people, and yeah, excited to be here. Excited to answer some questions. I got something really cool to share too a little bit later. So, new feature that's that's coming the next few weeks. So, pretty pumped to to share that with you guys. But Carleen, it looks like you're the first one up. Go ahead and unmute.

0:45
Hey, hey, hey! Thank you, Radio. I'm just trying to understand the sequence of events here. So what I've done is I've reached out to some people, and they've reached out back saying, "Yeah, they would like to have a listing. So I'm going to put put their details on. Now I'm not clear what the process is for them to then claim the listing. You know what is the process that I need to do? Because from what I understand, they need to click that red button. So do I now have a call with them and just say to them, "Oh, you know, your listing is there, and you you just need to click that button. What what is that process?

1:31
So, are you? Did you use the automations that we've already built out for you?

1:37
So, with so with so the answer is is yes and no. So I have I used the automation yesterday, but prior to that, my outreach was in Facebook groups. So I'm having a couple people responding to me now. So I'm just asking them for their details, and then I'm going to put those details in the app in the contacts.

2:04
Got it. Okay, so it's a little bit different than what we, the way that we've we've set up the system to run. Usually, the way that we've we set it up and the way that we teach is that you do your prospecting first, so you generate your lead list. So you go out, scrape the internet. Either that's either manual or you use some sort of a tool, or you know we've got the 100 leads that we give you for free. So you can take those leads and then you import those into high level, which then automatically generates the listing for those businesses.

2:40
Yeah. Then,

2:41
when you start the automation, the link to their business automatically gets inserted into the email that goes out to them, and then all they need to do is click that link and then accept and claim the listing. Right. So, what you're doing is a little bit different. So, you're you're not building the listings first, you're reaching out first, getting people to raise their hand, and then you're going back and building the listing. Correct?

3:09
Yes.

3:10
Okay. So because you're doing it that way, I think you're doing a fine job. Just yeah, wait till they respond with all the information. You can always, if they respond and say yes, I'm interested, you can always do a quick Google search on them, search for their business on social media, and gather quite a quite a few things. Probably everything that you would need. In all honesty, you may not need much from them. Maybe just their logo, but you may be able to get everything just from their website and social media properties, and then just create the listing. And then, if you've been communicating on social media, you would just, you know, enter all that information into into SDAI, and then you would grab the link to their listing and then just share it back on social media. Say, hey, your listing's ready and live. Here it is, and you could share it back, and then they can just go and click it and claim

4:08
it. Got it. Okay, I think that was the bit I wasn't quite clear on. So once I've put them on the directory,

4:18
yep,

4:18
and get the link that directory will generate, send that to them, and then just say, you know, everything's all set up. Just click this red button here, to to claim it.

4:30
Yep, exactly. Yeah, so it's just a little bit different process than what we teach, but yeah, you you can certainly do it that way, and I think it'll work just fine.

4:39
Yeah, because I I reached out to people on Facebook groups, and a few people, about three people, responded. So I thought, yeah, I was excited, and I thought, oh, I don't know what to do now. Yeah, but yeah, thank you also for just outlining your process again. So. I did scrape 68 leads, and I put them in the automation. I don't know if my directory is working because I haven't been able to log into it today for some reason. I'm not sure why. So hopefully those emails did go out, and people will start responding. But you're saying with the automation that you've given us, it will send that link to their listing on the page and tell them to click the red button to claim it. Yeah,

5:31
right. Because so the way that the the app works, we use high level to store all of the business information, right? All the contacts and all the business information. You can still see the business information inside the SDAI app, but we're using the CRM inside of High Level to store all of that info. Once you create, once you add the business tag on the High Level side to a contact record, what that does is that sends a signal to the SDAI app that says, "Hey, take this contacts information and go build a listing on the website for us. And so then it goes and it builds it, and then once it builds it, it has a link, a direct link to that listing, right? And then that link then gets saved back in high level associated with that contact, so now when you send out an email, it just whatever link is associated with that contact is what gets sent in that email, and so it's it's so that's how you can do these mass mailings, and every link and every email is going to be different and unique to every business.

6:41
Righty, yeah, I think that's what I've already done. I'll just put my my directory in the in the chat there. Yeah, I just wasn't clear on the last bit, but I think from what you're saying, the automations. So I'm doing it slightly differently with reaching out to Facebook groups, but the automation will send them the link to their listing, and they just click the the red button and claim it.

7:08
Right, right. But for your in your case, you're you're doing this manual. You're going to set it all up, and then you're just going to go. You're going to grab the link. So the the the link still gets generated automatically, but instead of using the email campaign to send it out, you're just going to go back. You're going to grab that link off the site. It's all it's stored at the contact level and high level as well, so you can grab it from there. But or you can just go directly to the the front end website and grab it from there. But either way, doesn't matter. You can just get the link, and then just go back into Facebook group where you're communicating, and just send them the link and say, "Hey, here's your listing. Go ahead and click the big red button that says 'Claim this business, and walk through the process, and that then that listing will be will be yours. It'll be connected to to your profile to your account.

8:00
Perfect. Now, yesterday, I think it was yesterday or the day before, I also went through the videos to set up the the Google API, so that is completed. So the other I'm not clear on is so the listings all just say Harrogate local at the moment, but to personalize it and make it with their images and things, how do we do that bit? And it could be that I just haven't gotten to that video in the training yet. But yeah, I was just wondering how do I now make this listing with their their videos and description and what else? Whatever else go goes in there to make it not look generic like everything else.

8:46
Yeah. So you'll do that inside SDAI, and it's it's a little bit of a manual process. You you click into the business itself inside SDAI, and it's under business details, so here let me just share my screen real quick. Yeah, that would be amazing.

9:06
Thank you.

9:07
Yep. So I'll share this.

9:14
So you're inside SDAI.

9:17
Uh huh.

9:17
You'll click on businesses, and then you know you'll select a listing. So if this is if this is the business that you want that image to show up, you'll click on Edit over here, and then under Business Details, once you have the Google API in, it'll it'll. I think this there's a second blue button here, I believe, that says a Google profile image or Google Business images or something like that, and you'll just click that button and it'll bring the images in.

9:49
Got it. Okay, perfect.

9:51
It's it's right in here. This this one doesn't have it connected, so can't show you exactly. But it's it's right. You basically just come to this page and you'll be able to import the.

10:01
Perfect, thank you. And then, do we need to write a description for that business? What What is the next process after pulling in

10:12
down here? You mean

10:14
I haven't to this part on the site yet? So is that where we would write a disc? So I think I'm trying to understand whether a description gets pulled in from Google Business Profile or whether we write a description for the business.

10:34
I don't believe it does.

10:38
Got it. So no,

10:39
yeah, not that I remember. Yeah, I don't believe it does. No, I think you have to customize that yourself.

10:45
Okie doke. And is there a training on this part? Because I haven't seen the training on this part. Yeah. So there is, but I just haven't gotten to it yet.

10:58
Let's see here. So I'm not sure. Listings, add and remove listings might be in here. Alt listing labels,

11:36
or it might be that there isn't there isn't one. I'm not sure. Yeah, here's

11:42
business detail. Okay, here we go. So this this is talking about business details, which we just went over: blogs, reviews, hours, team members, upload images, add links, social.

11:56
Right. So I

11:57
guess yeah, there's a little bit here,

12:00
and that's in listings. I'll go check that out. I have yeah. You

12:04
have this link, right? The help smart directory.ai.

12:08
I believe I do, but you could drop it in the chat as well. Just

12:12
I'm dropping it right now for you. There you go. Yeah, I would go there, and then if you ever get lost, just come right up here to quick start. That's the fastest way to to get back on track. Just click on this quick start up in the top left. These are the three phases: phase one, phase two, phase three. It's broken out by different categories, so you can kind of jump around. This is all linked here on this first page, so you can also just scroll this page if you want, but you'll see here's phase two: customizing emails. So if you jump in there, email templates, right? It's going to open it up here on the left, and then it's got videos and walk through stuff here. But you, you'll if if you ever get lost, like I said, always just come back to Quick Start.

12:59
Yeah,

13:00
the search is actually pretty good. Something like I have noticed though, like it's not entirely accurate. Like some things are left out of this search for some reason. So that's why I always just come back here and just try to find the appropriate category, like what you're trying to do, and then dig in there.

13:19
Radio. Okay, that's great. I did have another question, but I've

13:23
sure, yeah, yeah.

13:24
So I can't remember what it was. So I'll come back.

13:29
Okay, yeah. Just whenever you're ready, just raise your hand again. We'll we'll circle back around to you.

13:33
Okay, that's great. Thank you so much.

13:35
Cool. Yep. Oh, Jason. Yeah.

13:39
Um. Sorry. Sorry to interrupt. I'm not sure if you discussed this. One more thing I would like to add that we need to make sure that first name is like filled with the business name and not the first name of the content.

13:55
Got it. Yeah, I have that. Thank you very much. Yeah.

13:58
Oh, perfect.

14:00
Awesome. Thanks, Rachika. Yeah, great, great addition. Yeah, always want to make sure that.

14:05
Yep.

14:08
Perfect. All right, Richard. Looks like you're up

14:10
next.

14:12
So I'll piggyback on her a couple questions. I was confused at the flow of going from a free listing to a premium listing. I put a post in a Facebook group. I posted the link to register their business. Got like 2425, of them. I started approving them, and one the link didn't work, which is another question because the www wasn't attached, and so I wasn't sure. I'm working with tech support right now through email, trying to figure that out. But when they put the listing in, and then they we send them the link. Does that link allow them to go in and update like all the other information, or do we have to? Change it to premium for them to update, like you know, pictures and additional links or whatever is included in our premium listing offer. Do they do that, or do we like if once they upgrade, we go in and do add all the that other additional information?

15:18
Yeah, great question. So first off, they they only have access to the plan that they're assigned to. So if they're they're signing up for a free listing, then whatever you have associated, whatever you've turned on, basically under free, is what they'll have access to. Once they upgrade, same thing. Like they only have access to access to what you've turned on inside of premium, right? So you have to have you have to have that turned on first. So the answer to your question is kind of both. Like you can go in and you can edit that stuff for them, and you can add it, but they can go in and add it as well. So they'll be able to add their own stuff. They'll be able to add their own images, edit their details, all of that. But you can do it as well. And usually, so like that's kind of like what we teach, right? So our process is go out, create a you know scrape the internet, get a list, you know clean that list, upload that list into High level, that then generates the the free listing inside SDAI. Then you start sending out that the cold email campaign to get people raising their hand saying, "Yep, that all my info is correct. Yeah, I'd like that listing. They go, they then claim it, which then drops them into the upgrade sequence. Right. So once once they're claimed, then the the auto sequence to to get them to upgrade triggers off.

16:51
Okay. But at

16:51
any point, you can go in. You can add details to their listing if they've claimed it. They can add their own details to their own listing, both on free, both on and on paid, they can only add though what you've allowed for that plan.

17:09
Okay. Follow up question on that. I was talking with Tech because it was generating emails. I believe when they initially sign up for the free listing on like add your business the add your business page, and it would send them an email and under the password it wouldn't list any password. I had a couple people go in and click on forgot my password, and it would send them another email with no password, Tech told me to look inside the contact under the password field, and then just copy it and send it to them. But it was completely blank. So when and then they responded just before this call and said that the only people that have passwords are the consumer account the businesses do not have a password to log in, which I was a little confused with because I was like, well, how do they log into their own listing without a password if only consumers have a password, or is it like attached somehow, like they have a consumer email and password, and then the business is attached to that consumer, so where they can edit it.

18:24
Exactly. Yeah, you just nailed it. Yeah. So, so the system, like when you when you say, "Hey, I want to claim this business, you create a consumer account in order to claim the business, and and then the the associations made between that consumer and the business account,

18:44
and that's why there's almost duplicate listings except for the email hack with the plus one.

18:50
Exactly. Yeah.

18:52
Okay. So can we just go into the consumer account or consumer record, add a password, and now that is the password. Like update it for them, or no?

19:05
Yeah, that's a good question. I don't think I've ever tried that. I would say, yeah, give that a shot, see if that works. Rachika, do you know? Have you tried that before?

19:16
Jason, as far as I know, the password should be system generated, and manual passwords doesn't work. It

19:23
might already be there. I didn't know until I just thought about it to look inside the consumer or like record. I was only looking in the business record. Oh, I thought that became like the master. Yeah, I saw. I thought that became the master record.

19:39
Right,

19:39
was the business one, and so I was looking in those. I didn't even think to look in the consumer record for that password to help them log in.

19:47
I would check check the consumer. Do you mind? Can you check it real quick right now? Oh

19:52
yeah, give me one second. Yeah, it should be

19:54
there. Like if if the consumer tag is there.

19:58
Yeah, because I've never seen it where. It was just blank.

20:03
They responded and said that it was a temporary error or something. One second, let me check his. So in both for this person, Derek Stern, which is Metal Fitness, both fields in the password on both records are completely blank. I only approved like three or four just to make sure like everything was working before I approved like all 20, and then had all hell break loose. And so, so yeah. So they said they were. Go ahead.

20:49
Maybe can you share your screen and show us like how exactly you're doing that?

20:55
Oh yeah.

20:56
So that we can check

20:58
your screen. Entire screen. Okay, so I believe it is right here. Move this out of the way. So Derek Stern, he's the one that registered, and then Metal Fitness is his business. Under password for Derek Stern, it's blank, and under Metal Fitness, password is blank.

21:33
Can you go to the contact card instead of the conversations, and go to the context from the left. I'll

21:43
open this one. Yeah, open this one. So that one's blank, and let's open this one. Come on, and this one's blank,

22:16
and there's a consumer, and this consumer claimed a listing already, right?

22:25
This consumer right here is this business, and we could probably verify that if you'd like to. If we pull up, so Derek at Metal Fitness Co. And then this one, we go. We get rid of this. Derek plus consumer. I did send an email a little while ago giving you guys access to the agency admin access because they requested this morning to make for two issues: one, the password issue, and then also the dough. I think is it this one? This one. We had a problem with the redirect right here. That was the link that was sent. It says it can't be found, which this is the link that's being sent. If we add the www to it it pulls it up just fine, but when I attempted to change this right here and just add www, so that way the link would go out, and I just put a wait step inside the automation, so I had enough time to add to www. After you click save and then refresh it, it automatically reverts out or reverts back to no www.

24:05
I think for this one, best is to maybe go to the hosting account and then add the redirection for your domain.

24:14
I already did, so yeah, so I did that on the root level. So if you just go to businesspdx.net with no www, it automatically redirects to www, but none of the other links that are being created redirect for some reason.

24:37
That's strange. What do you think, Jason?

24:41
Yeah, that's really strange. I was going to say the same thing. Needs to be done in DNS. Yeah, I did it in DNS. I got on the

24:50
phone with GoDaddy the other yesterday, and they couldn't figure it out either because they're like, "Well, all these other pages, all these pages, all redirect just." Yeah, but it's only the listings that don't redirect. I know they had to get in touch with you, and I was like, "Well, I don't know whose problem it is because it seems like it works part of the time, and then the only things that don't work are the listings, and I can't update this with a rule or manually in order to make sure it actually just sends the the correct one. I just does that link

25:26
work. Adding the www does that does that work?

25:30
It does. Yeah. So like this gentleman got to automated text and it didn't work. And then I added it here, attempted to send it again through email, and when because I had it as the field attaching the business link field, when you save this, I can do this right in front of you. So we save it; it's there. You refresh it, and it deletes it.

25:55
It strips it out. It

25:56
strips it back out. So with this one, I just manually typed it in and sent it to him, and it worked just fine. Yeah, see, it stripped it out.

26:14
That's so weird. Okay.

26:19
Hmm.

26:31
Can we can we set a rule to do the opposite? Can we say like instead of redirecting to the dub dub dub version, can we just do the opposite and redirect it inside

26:51
of the the DNS?

26:53
Right. Yeah. Like redirect dub dub dub to

26:58
without it.

27:00
Yeah, the non W version.

27:04
That I do not know. I'd have to talk to GoDaddy. I've never done that. I've always done it this way on any of my other domains that I've had.

27:19
Well, you gave us access, right?

27:22
I did. Yeah, I gave it gave you access, and I sent it to

27:29
Stephanie. Okay,

27:30
Stephanie.

27:31
Yep. And then, is did you include that? So, is this issue included in the ticket that you submitted? Domain issue.

27:42
Yeah. So. think this issue. Well, actually, no. So this issue was to Stephanie. That's who responded to this one. Where was it? Without www. was to Ray J, and he said he was going to escalate it to the dev team, and then I pointed out this that to also note that the business link when we add it and save it, once you refresh it, would revert back. So I added that to it, and that was yesterday.

28:17
Okay.

28:20
Okay. Yeah, that that's the main thing. I just want to make sure that everything's documented and that the team has access to what we need. I don't know if I have anybody anybody

28:31
wants to jump on a Zoom or anything. I'll just and you guys already have access, but if we need to talk, we'll just jump on a Zoom or something.

28:39
Yeah.

28:44
That's all I got. Chika,

28:44
do do you have anything? Do you do you have any idea on the domain stuff? My only thought is to try the the opposite, the reverse on that.

28:54
Exactly, that is what I was thinking. Like usually, we see domains are being redirected from triple W to non triple W, yeah. But here the default is from non triple W to triple W, so that is a little different in this case. So that change I think we can test. But this ticket is already submitted with the dev team, so I would say like let's wait for devs to come back with a reply, and then I think we can try that way.

29:27
I agree. Do you have any update for Richard? Can you see? Can you go into his ticket and just?

29:33
It's still indulged into with the dev team actually, so I can just send a follow up. Maybe I'll reply that to Richard on the same ticket with the progress.

29:43
Okay.

29:43
Yeah.

29:44
Awesome. Okay. And can you confirm, Rachika, that that the team has access to his agency account?

29:53
Let me check. What is the agency account name Richard?

30:08
It should be referral masters.

30:10
Okay, just give me a second. I cannot find any email with the access.

30:37
The email that she gave me. Where did it go?

30:46
I can see your response, like you shared the access, but I cannot see the access.

30:55
Yeah, I just named it SDAI support, and then help smartdirectory AI, and she said, "Leave the phone number blank, and it is right here. Yeah, so here's your user right there.

31:12
Okay. Yeah, I cannot see.

31:51
No, I'm on my own high level.

31:57
No, that's correct. I'm just checking the email address that you added. Can you maybe resend the access? I cannot find it.

32:14
Do I do it in edit?

32:16
Yeah, maybe send the verification email, and that's it.

32:26
Okay. Okay.

32:27
Let me check. Okay, we got it. Awesome.

32:38
Cool. Perfect. All right, Richard. Well,

32:41
appreciate we've

32:42
got the access. We've got the tickets, so we'll get to the bottom of it. We'll figure out what's going on.

32:47
Awesome. Thank you.

32:48
Okay. Thank you. Right, Joe. Joe, can you hear me?

33:00
Yeah. Can you hear me now?

33:01
Yeah, I got you.

33:03
All right, what's going on, guys? All righty. So I do have a couple of quick questions.

33:09
Sure.

33:10
So, what's the best practice for contacts to allow duplicate contacts or not?

33:19
I would say no. Do not allow duplicate contacts.

33:22
Okay, for whatever reason, I don't. I don't have it allowed, and it's creating duplicate contents like the consumer and business with the same email. So, not sure how to how to fix that.

33:39
Do you want to share your screen with us. We can take a look.

33:42
Yeah, absolutely. So let's see. I'm gonna normally use Google for this. One second. All right. So share. Let me know if it's sharing.

34:01
Yeah, I just pull it up. There we go. Cool. All righty.

34:06
Okay. Yeah. So as you can see here.

34:14
Yeah, I can see that ABC.

34:15
Yeah. Yeah. So this too, I was just testing. It's creating Both, so damn, this thing is-it went wild on me. Hello, but anyway, you you're able to see that it's still generating, so I'm not sure.

34:35
Let's click on settings in the bottom left for me.

34:38
Yeah, yeah. Just

34:39
double check.

34:40
Yeah, one second. One haywire.

34:44
That's okay. No worries. Yeah, let's click there.

34:48
Yeah. So I just verified, and it doesn't say a little allow duplicate, but um,

34:54
yeah. That's what I was just gonna check. Yeah. Okay, that's turned off. Okay. Hmm. It created two user accounts, two consumer account emails, though.

35:12
Yeah. So let let me let me verify that it it actually no no actually. I I just noticed something. It added the plus consumer.

35:24
Oh, so it says plus testing, plus consumer. What's the first one say?

35:29
Just testing.

35:31
Oh, there you go. Okay, there you go. Okay, so it is it is working then. It's it's not changing.

35:36
Okay, so I just because I didn't see the second part of it. Okay, so it's working correctly.

35:42
Yes,

35:43
got it. All right, so

35:44
yep.

35:45
My next question again, it's going to be a quick one. I um, I added the Google um API. Excuse me, the API keys. But if I go to add, for example, if I go to add the if I try to link the Google Business Profile, it doesn't pull it. So what's the proper way to do this? Can you just try typing the name there? If I try to type it, it will just do the S. It won't go because it locks the moment I do. Well,

36:30
it looks like there's an error. That's why that little I is there. Right. It must be an it must be an error with your API keys. So

36:38
so.

36:43
Yeah, I would

36:46
regen. Should I would probably regenerate

36:49
those keys. Yeah, I would generate new keys. Yeah,

36:51
that's what I was saying.

36:53
Yeah.

36:53
Okay. So, and I guess that's going to be the same issue because my the recaptcha is good. However, if I add it, it's an error there. So okay, I think I'm gonna do both. I just do new API keys for both or the secret keys.

37:13
Yeah, I would do that and then come back, refresh, do a hard refresh on the site. But that should work.

37:20
Okay, and you make

37:21
sure. Did you follow our our our guide for API keys?

37:25
Yeah, absolutely. I went step by step and everything. Okay,

37:29
perfect. Okay, yeah, I would just regenerate those. Sometimes that you know the keys can be a little wonky. Something can go off with those. So yeah, I would just regenerate it and try it again.

37:42
Okay, perfect. So that's all I had.

37:44
Awesome. All right. Thanks, Joe.

37:46
Thank you.

37:48
Great, Andre.

37:52
Hi there. How are you?

37:54
I'm doing good. How can we help?

37:56
Glad to hear that. Well, you know, I'm pretty new with you guys, and I have a quick issue. I'm trying to translate all my page to to Spanish. I have translated already almost everything, and I reached Tom yesterday and told me that I can reach you guys today in this meeting. So, well, like I'm not sure if this is possible already, or like how can we do this? Or well, you know, I'm trying to translate this because it's for a like all my customers will be Spanish speakers, so they won't be like you know English. They they won't understand everything inside the page. I already translated almost everything I can, but there are several things that I cannot. So I'm not sure if you can help me out with this.

38:55
Yeah. What what areas are you having trouble? I'm saying it's just on the front of the site, right?

39:01
Yes, yes. I mean, for me, it doesn't matter. But if it's for for like the front end,

39:08
yep.

39:09
So let me share my screen. Okay. So you're seeing right now.

39:21
Yep, it should be pulling up here. There we go.

39:24
Okay, so well, I have like basically this, like this. I cannot change this more section like to translate it to mass. It's like Spanish here. When I go, like if I click something that doesn't have any businesses, it shows no businesses found. If I go here, I have this button that says search, but I I can translate like almost everything. Even this inside the the search. Bar here it says CEO. It should be like something else. I changed this, but I cannot change this. Inside the listing, I have this business description. I cannot change this. Like almost this information I cannot change to this either, this button and well, the address and well, our reviews. There are several things like this that I cannot change, but I change almost everything. Is there?

40:38
Can you? Do you have any of these documented? Do you have this, like, just in a quick, like a Google Doc or or some sort of a file? All these different places where, because this is an like we're we're really actively trying to make the the app and the website fully customizable. So these little things, these are definitely oversights. I mean, I can tell like just by the things that you're pointing out. These are definitely oversights that we want to make sure we get to the team so that they can address these. So we can get these updated. If you can, if you could just give me like a list of all of these different things,

41:23
yes, I don't have it right now, but I can create it for you guys. Even if you need help with this, I can do it by myself and leave it be like inside your platform. I don't have any issues with doing that for you.

41:37
Yeah, if you can, if you can just create it, like I'm going to be on this call for another hour, so if you have time right now and you can just create it and then just circle back around, raise your hand again, and then I'll grab it from you. That way, it goes directly to me, and then I can submit it directly to Cameron and the head of the development team because this is something that we definitely want to make sure that we fix very quickly again. This is this. I know this is this is one of the top priorities is making this app fully customizable, so you can really customize all the different text in all these different areas. And I think I know I know that we've talked about language, you know, being able to switch languages. It's not it's not available yet, but this is the first step. So, like, yeah, I know. Obviously, like, if if we can just give you those fields so that you can change what it says, then you can go and you can update it to whatever language you'd like, Spanish. Exactly. So we just need it. This is that first step in doing that. So yeah, if you want to just put that together for me, that'd be fantastic,

42:41
for sure. Okay,

42:43
awesome. And then when you're ready, Andres, just just raise your hand again, and then I'll I'll grab it for me. Okay.

42:49
Sure. Thank you. Perfect. All

42:51
right. Thank you. Right, Kim.

42:56
Hi, I was hoping you could point me to the tutorials for setting up new directories. So, if I have unlimited directories that I can set up, how do I set up new directories?

43:13
Are you on your own high-level account? Are you under SDAI? I can't remember.

43:16
I'm under SDAI.

43:18
You are okay. All right. I think. I think we just Rachika. Is it? Does she? She just need to submit a support ticket, and then we'll we'll create another sub account for her. How does that work? What's the process? Is that

43:34
it? Yes, that's the way best way to do it. Like, just send us a ticket, and we'll process it from there.

43:42
Got it. Okay, cool. So I'm going to drop this in chat for you right now, Kim. So there's the that's the link to support.

43:50
Okay. If

43:51
you just fill out that form, and just say hey, and if you want, I'm I'm sure that if you wanted to do like two or three, um, and just have the sub accounts created. I'm sure the team would be fine with that.

44:05
Okay, so you can kind

44:07
of get ahead of it. Yeah, just like just say, hey, can you create you know three sub accounts for me? I'm looking to create three more you know directories that sort of thing.

44:16
Okay, and then once they have created those, is there a you know quick start guide or tutorial for the steps. Yeah, okay. Yeah,

44:25
the quick start is on that same domain. I just dropped that link. It's that help dot smart directory.ai. Yeah, but

44:34
if I'm setting up a directory, do I just you know I don't know. It's confusing to me because are they gonna be able to? I guess maybe whatever you send me will tell me. But is there a whole tutorial set up for how we go about supporting? You know, once we set up these directories and that kind of thing, is there a separate tutorial for that kind of thing?

45:00
For supporting your clients and their directory, is that what you're saying?

45:05
Yeah, you know, just so I can understand the workflow. Like, are these people able to email from this directory, and are they going to just be logging in? You know, if I'm setting up a sub account, you're setting up a sub account for me. So then I'm going to be setting this directory up for this person. I just don't. I need to understand everything. Is there somewhere that that is all mapped out?

45:39
In our training, I don't believe so, but what I would recommend, so you you'll have the ability to add users to the sub the the sub account. I believe, Rachika, correct me if I'm wrong. She'll be able to because she'll be an admin and a an account admin to the sub account, which yeah, you can as an account admin, you can add a user to to the account. So you'll be able to add users. So whenever you're ready, so you'll go, you'll do you know the setup process, create the directory, and then you'll be able to add however many users you want to add. You know your clients and their staff. You'll just go under settings, then you'll go under user, or you'll go under my staff, and inside there, there's a button to add a user. Okay,

46:32
is there a tutorial for that? All that stuff that you just said. I

46:36
don't believe so because selling directories, like agencies selling directories was never really. It's kind of like it's become a thing. I would say over the last like year, nine months or so, we've had a lot of people that have expressed interest in it, but we've never like created any kind of training around it. It was really designed for the agencies setting it up in their local market to get marketing clients. That was the whole idea behind SDAI and and local business directories. That's why we you know we've had a couple of people express interest in us white labeling it, but I know that the team they've looked at it and they're at this point they're not ready to commit to going down that path,

47:22
yeah. And

47:23
so, I like I said, I don't think that there's ever been any training on it. I'm not aware of any training. It would really be you would basically have to design that yourself. You know, like you would take what we've created as far as like the setup, and then any other thing that you want to do to help support your customers and their directories, that would be something that you'd have to create on your own.

47:47
Yeah. Okay. So I was searching for help in the in the section and not coming up and ding it because it wasn't there.

47:57
Yeah. Yeah. Like I said, I I not that I know of. I know, like I said, it's come up a few times. There's been a handful of people that have asked about it and that have expressed interest. But I would say the vast majority of people are using it the way that I described the way that we initially intended it. And so I think for those reasons, that's why the team has not decided to commit any more resources to creating a version of it, or a white label version, or another version that that really supports that other use case.

48:33
Yeah.

48:34
Okay. Thanks. But I still think it's a great idea. I know that there have been some people that have been really successful with it. My like, trying to think like where where would be the best resource. I mean, I'll I'll bring it back to the team again. I've brought this to the team several times, and it's always been the same response. Maybe if you you know if you really feel strongly about this and this is something that you want to pursue, I would say maybe reaching out to Tom directly and having it come from if it comes from you guys. Sometimes that can move the needle a little bit quicker.

49:24
Yeah, and do they have something in mind like a workflow or a path or something for you know the people that did get the unlimited? Because maybe I'm just misunderstanding what they intended us to do with this unlimited amount of directories. But I'll move on. Thank you.

49:45
No, no, no, Kim. This is this is great. I I I really appreciate you bringing this to the to to our attention, and yeah, that that's a really great point. I I wasn't even thinking that way.

49:58
Okay,

49:59
you're you're right. Like with that unlimited license, there should be some sort of additional support. I agree with you there.

50:07
Yeah, I'm feeling lost.

50:09
Yeah, you know what? I I'm gonna put this down. I'm gonna I'll I'll definitely send this ahead to everybody. Rachika, correct me if I'm wrong. There is nothing right. You heard what Kim was saying. Rachika, are you there?

51:03
Um. Yes, Jason. No, we don't have this kind of support at the moment.

51:09
Yep.

51:09
Yeah.

51:12
Um. Yeah, Kim. I just made a note to myself. I I will definitely push this on to everybody. I will let them know because you're right. I I wasn't even thinking about when you said unlimited license or originally. I wasn't. I don't know. My I guess my head wasn't there. I wasn't thinking. Yeah, we definitely need something to support those people that purchase that unlimited license package. And even if it's not like a huge course, there should be some sort of supportive material there, that just at least at least gives you guys some guidance as to, like you said, how to sell these, how to support it, that sort of thing. So I will definitely push on that.

51:55
Okay, thank you. Appreciate

51:56
it. Yep, no problem. All right. Looks like we've got Casey up next.

52:05
Hey guys, thank you so much for for all the value. I'm very new here, so forgive me if it's a it's a basic question. I just want to make sure I'm understanding everything at a high level. So I'm gonna. I've just set bought my domain. I'm about to link that all up and get it up and running. But the questions about emails. You mentioned that when you're prospecting, you send out emails to the list that I'm assuming you can bulk upload a list of profiles in and onto the platform. Is the first assumption is that correct? Okay, that's correct.

52:43
Yep.

52:43
And then when you're emailing those prospects to say, "Hey, claim your claim your listing, when you send that email, if you send a link in the email, does that not just give it a hyper target for being cluster spam?

53:00
So in inside of our automation, we have the very first email that goes out in the sequence does not include a link, and the the first email in the sequence is designed to get a response. And once somebody responds to an email, it's the likelihood of deliverability goes up quite dramatically, and that's the reason why we include that email in the sequence. The second email in the sequence does include a link directly to their profile.

53:31
No, that's smart. That that answered the question in terms of that. I do have a part B. I currently have like an email infrastructure where I can send around 250,000 emails a month. So I was kind of hoping that I could use that and and send, let's say, the first email or at least a couple of emails that are set up in your automations, just to kind of get some volume going quickly. Is that okay, or what would be your recommendations?

54:04
Yeah, I mean, you know, it's not something that we support. Like, you know, I can't give you like direct support on something like that. You know, everything that we support here is going to be either our SDAI app directly or high level directly. But yeah, certainly, if you've got another platform that you're familiar with that you'd like to test out, you can most certainly take our templates, take our system, and you can use it to deliver those emails using your your system. So yeah, I 100. If that's what you're comfortable with, I would say go for

54:38
it. All right, perfect. And then I think that was it. Time frame from going from let's say purchasing purchasing a domain to then going live. What would you say that is on average across the clients that you have?

54:55
Well, I would say everybody's different. You know, everybody's level of experience is different. It all. Boils down to that, you know how experienced you are with high level and just technology in general. But I would say somebody who's relatively experienced and understands high level, I think you could easily scrape a list within an afternoon, get a list of businesses together, get that uploaded into high level, all within the in one day, and maybe a day to to get maybe a day or two to get your site kind of customized, the colors, the logo, that sort of thing. So I would say certainly within three to four days, you know, somebody who's technically savvy could easily get a site up and running.

55:40
Great, yeah, yeah, I'm, I'm nearly there, so yeah, that's been right about that. And then I'm hiring a VA to actually make these cold calls, specifically as a strategy to get more booked appointments for our tax savings business. Any recommendations on the best way to frame that after they've reached out and kind of let's say added the value of hey confirm the listing just like Tom says right once we've been through all that that last transition piece into getting that prospect onto a booked call for really what I want which is hey you want to learn how to save taxes? Are you open to saving taxes with one of our sponsors? Any recommendations on on the best way to frame that? I'll kind of set that up for my team.

56:32
So you're using you're using the directory as a way to to get more accounting clients. It sounds like

56:40
Yes.

56:40
Right. Okay. Yeah, I would say using the the listing and the you know once a listing is ready, I think that's a great opportunity to you know book somebody into a call say hey we've you've confirmed your listing everything's you know we we went ahead and you know customized it or added whatever we did to it, and it's ready to go live. We just want to jump on a quick call to show it to you, make sure everything looks correct before we go ahead and push this live. You know, something something along those lines. Once you get them on a call, you can confirm all the information looks correct. They that they like the listing and say, hey, you know, while we're here and we're on this call. Have you ever? Are you interested? You know, it looks like you've got a pretty good business. Are you are you already working with a CPA? Are you interested in bookkeeping services? We've got a great partner here. We'd love to set you up on a follow up call with them. Some something along those lines. But basically, the the call to to okay a listing would be kind of an intro into your next pitch.

57:45
Would you do it like that, or would you say, hey, one of our sponsors is offering a free consultation or free review or something along those lines?

57:54
Sure. Yeah, providing any type of value up front is always a great lead. Yeah, leading leading with any type of value. So yeah, if you're providing some sort of a free audit of their business, of their expenses, or whatever it is that you're providing, I think that's a great way. That's a great intro into that. Yeah,

58:15
I could do that a couple of ways, and we could ask them if they're using like QuickBooks Online as an example, and give them a quick report because that doesn't really cost us much, and we can get that done very quickly.

58:26
Yeah.

58:28
Okay. All right. Perfect. Thanks so much, Jason.

58:31
Of course. Yeah. No problem, Casey. Dave.

58:38
Yeah. Hey there, everybody. I'm fairly new to this, about a weekend, but not new to high level. So I guess when I signed up and I asked the chat bot or or whoever was was answering it if if I could integrate this into my own Go High Level, since I have A 2p and emails already warmed up there, if I could bring the app in there, they kind of said no. So I'm just curious. I'm hearing some people do have it already loaded into their sort of high level and not on the SDAI platform. So just just wanted to get some direction there as to what's possible.

59:10
Yeah, who who told you you weren't you couldn't do that?

59:13
Well, I was talking to someone in your chat, like on the on the website, as I'm asking the questions of how does this work? I can see it's in Go High Level. Can you port it in? And the person just whoever was responding just mentioned that it's an app, standalone app that. And so basically, as I as I bought it and got all set up, I'm set up in the SD AI, and I'm like, well, I have my own High Level. Why not? What now? Now I have to go do A to P and email and everything else again. So I'm just just curious as to if this can be ported into my. Yes, it can. Yeah. Okay. That is. So I

59:50
would I would submit a support ticket. Here's the link to support. I'm just dropping in chat right now. Okay. Yeah. Just submit a ticket. Let them know you've got your own high level. You want to transfer it in there, and that's not a problem. Yeah, we can definitely get the app transferred in there.

1:00:06
Okay, thank you. And that, yeah, that was my as I go and get integrations like Stripe and other things like that. Before I get too far down the line, I wanted to ask that question, so I appreciate it. I guess my second question is, as you span other sub accounts for outreach, as I know, you know it's set up, warm up, and then kind of start beginning to do outreach. And I and I add a Casey's question as well. As you're doing outreach from other sub accounts, because they're not connected, maybe with the custom values that are sending out those actual signup pages and links is that a snapshot that can be loaded, or what do you recommend there? Is

1:00:47
there a reason why you want to use a different sub account

1:00:51
just to scale, just to just to you know be be able to go a little harder in the beginning than than I can with one account?

1:01:02
And are you are you looking to have multiple directories, or is this all marketing for a single directory?

1:01:08
Probably marketing for a single directory.

1:01:11
Okay,

1:01:15
man.

1:01:18
I mean, unless you want to go the route of what was it, KC? I think it was KC that was talking about the. He had his own, you know, email system that he wanted to use outside. Yep. Then yeah, there's no real easy way. I mean, you said you had an email account that was already warmed up inside High Level. Had Okay, and what type of volume are you looking to send? I

1:01:46
mean, I also use instantly for cold outreach, so I would probably utilize some of the domains and and Gmails that are warmed up in that platform to send out the initial message, understanding that the first message should not have any links. Second message can sometimes have links. I would wonder maybe what link I should send because I know the custom link is sent out by your platform in the workflows, which is awesome. But is there like a general link that I should send out that might be a good sort of recruitment?

1:02:20
Yeah. So the way you want to do this is you, if you're going to use something like Instantly, is you're going to take you're going to you're going to scrape together your list. So you're going to build your list however you want to build your list, whether that's you know purchasing a list of of emails and business owners, or whether that's scraping it using a tool or using AI. But you're going to go through that process of building that up. Then you're going to go and you're going to verify that list. You're going to go through, verify all those emails. From there, you're going to upload that list directly into High Level, and you're going to add the business tag inside Contacts inside High Level. What that does is, as soon as that business tag gets added. What it does is it triggers a signal to SDAI to go in, go ahead and create a listing for this business. And so what it'll do is it'll go create that listing, and then it'll save the link to that to that business's listing back at the con inside the contact

1:03:18
record. Right. Once

1:03:18
all that's done, all your listings are created. Everything's good. Then you're going to go. You're going to have to go back into the contacts section, and now you're going to do an export. You're going to export all of your contacts that now have that link that's already been created. Sure. Now you take that exported list, and that's what you upload into Instantly or whatever platform you want to use. That link's already been created inside SDAI. That link works. Doesn't matter where the email comes from.

1:03:46
Great. Okay, and that's where I would use maybe custom value from Instantly to bring in the link, and then it would be in the email. Perfect. I appreciate you you breaking that down for me. It helps a lot. That's all I got.

1:04:01
Cool.

1:04:02
All right. Thank you.

1:04:03
Yeah. Best of luck. Thanks. Right, Michael Jason.

Yeah. Go ahead, Richika.

1:04:09
I'm so sorry to interrupt. I think Dave asked, like, if he can transfer the GA the sub account from standalone to his own agency. Yes, that the question?

1:04:23
Yep.

1:04:24
Okay, so one information on this one, like we are not allowing to transfer from standalone to their own agency, whereas they can transfer from their agency to our standalone.

1:04:38
Oh, when? Okay, so when did that happen?

1:04:41
Because

1:04:42
is that new? That must be new. No,

1:04:45
that that no, that's not new. Actually, we don't have this system at like at the moment that they can that they can get it transferred from our account to there. We are in process of. It possible. I think very soon it will be live, and they'll be able to transfer it from ours. Oh, okay.

1:05:09
So the so I think in his case, he doesn't have anything set up, so it wouldn't be a transfer. You're talking about sub. You're talking about sub account agency to agency transfer. It sounds like this. What he's what he was asking. Yeah, no, that's not what he's asking. What he wants to do is just get when he purchased SDAI, he got SDAI installed into our version of High Level into the SDAI high-level account, he wants the app in his own. He already has high-level, so he wants to run the SDAI app in his inside his high-level account. So he's not looking to transfer. He just needs the license. Yeah, yeah.

1:05:57
All right. Okay.

1:05:59
Yeah. I

1:06:00
thought we are transferring you. Okay, no, no,

1:06:03
no, no. Yeah, no, no, no. So, Dave, yeah, you're you're good. Just go ahead and submit that support ticket, and we'll get you a license key. And then all you'll do is you'll just install the app inside your high level account, whatever sub account you want to use, whether it's your main sub account or whatever one you want to use doesn't matter. Just install the app and then you'll just use that license key that we give you to activate.

1:06:28
And it would probably be recommended to do another sub account inside of my agency so that there's no conflicts with tags and all of the work. That's what I

1:06:38
recommend. Yeah, I don't I don't recommend running it inside your main agency account. I recommend just having two separate accounts. So you got your main agency, and then you've got your account that you run SDAI out of. And then if those people turn into clients, then you transfer them into the main agency sub account.

1:06:58
Correct. Thank you.

1:06:59
Yeah. Yep.

1:07:01
Sorry about that, Michael. Go right ahead.

1:07:04
Yeah, yeah, no problem. I got just a couple quicky questions on my main on the main page of the of the directory. You know, there's a couple tabs that have learn more and contact us, and when we have on our on our site when we hit those those boxes nothing happens it doesn't go anywhere. I was wondering we have to do something or configure it so that it can go to a a certain place on the site.

1:07:42
Yeah, you might show me which buttons you're talking about. I think which ones. Yeah, sure.

1:07:46
Just share the. Let's see. Let me share. Pull it up too. You know, I'm sorry. My my computer's frozen up. Oh shoot! I can't hit any buttons. But it's just you know right below like the the hero page, and then we have a our directory's geared towards into like a real estate directory. But right underneath where we have the our listings, there's there's two there's two boxes. One that says learn more, and one says contact us. And then when we hit them, it just it says 404. This page could not be found. And then same thing with when when we hit the learn more button. Same well, it doesn't doesn't go anywhere.

1:08:42
Yeah, I was trying to find. I think this is it. Is this it? Headline, sub headline, connect form address. Shoot,

1:09:10
Rachika, isn't that under the con? I thought that was under content. Isn't that under content under branding?

1:09:17
For learn more, Jason.

1:09:18
Yeah.

1:09:20
Yes, it's under content. If you scroll down, it should be on the left side.

1:09:26
Okay, under

1:09:27
social and external links section. Oh,

1:09:29
okay, maybe I was looking the wrong spot here. Let's see, under social external links. Oh yeah, right here. Sorry. Oh, you guys can't see my screen. Hold on one second here. Do that again. That pull up. Can you guys see that? Okay, now.

1:09:58
Yes.

1:09:59
Everybody see that? Okay. Cool. So here's that. Here's the. Here's that section right here. Social and external links. This is under branding and then content. And let me scroll back down. Here's learn more. So this is where you just put the link for learn more. So if you just drop that link right there, then you'll be able to that. Then that learn more button will link to whatever page you enter in in this box here. Did I lose you guys?

1:10:39
What's going on there?

1:10:41
Can everybody

1:10:41
hear me? Oh, okay. Did we lose him? I don't know. I can't remember who we were talking to. We must have just lost him.

1:10:52
Yeah, I think it was Michael.

1:10:54
Oh, that you're right. Yeah, it was Michael.

1:10:57
Yeah, I cannot see him. Still here.

1:10:59
Okay, so he wants to dropped off. Okay, well, if he comes back, we'll we'll circle back around to him. Awesome. Who's up next? Who do we have here? Carlene.

1:11:14
Hi. I didn't realize you so soon. All righty. Okay. Let me just go to my my site, and then I will share my screen.

1:11:26
Sure.

1:11:28
Thank you. My screen here. Okay, let me know when you can see it.

1:11:41
Yeah, I think it's pulling up right now.

1:11:53
Yeah, we can see it now. Yep.

1:11:54
Okay, great, fantastic. Now I feel a little bit silly because some things here, I'm like, I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do for them. So where it says custom code embed, what do we do? What is the deliverable for that?

1:12:12
There is no deliverable. It's it's just an added feature. It allows you to add custom code on the listing itself, so you can-I don't know if you saw the video that Tom talked about this, but there is-you can add a chat widget specifically for the business. So if you wanted to upsell a business owner and give them an actual chat widget on their listing itself, that custom code embed allows you to drop that code onto their specific listing, and then they have a chat bot that can answer questions all around just their business, and it appears only on their listing.

1:12:56
So the custom embed isn't any custom code that they give us-it's the custom code. No, no,

1:13:04
yeah, exactly.

1:13:06
Perfect. Okay, extra links, like I wasn't sure what that meant.

1:13:13
Yeah, I think that just refers to just extra links, like the. Let's go into, just pull up a premium business real quick here. I think it's just the. I think it's just the socials. I believe so: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube. I bol. I don't think. Just going through, making sure. Yeah, I think that's all

1:13:46
it is. Radio, okay. Yeah, so it's

1:13:47
just the extra social links.

1:13:49
Jobs fine. Newsfeed. What I'm a little bit unclear on that. Is it? Yeah. What does that mean? The news to put there. or are we putting stuff there? I wasn't clear.

1:14:07
Yeah, so that's that's for them to post, so they can yeah, so that they can post things in their news feed. You know, like there is an events tab, but that's what I always kind of default to is like events or things going on, or maybe I don't know. We we also do have like a specials or a what is it coupons? I guess is what we're calling it. So there's that option too. But yeah, news feed just kind of like general news around the business, but yes, that that allows them to post things to their listing.

1:14:46
Got it. Thank you. Yep. And then teams. How many team members? Is this referring to team members that can also be on their account?

1:15:00
Um,

1:15:03
that one I've never used. I don't.

1:15:09
I don't know. I've

1:15:11
added.

1:15:12
I'll I'll tell you that I've added those team members. They don't get a a login per se. It's just like I've added chefs under their team, or managers or people that are going to be in the store for them to look at

1:15:24
whatever you're doing. Okay, got it. That makes sense. Okay, so it's kind of like an about us page where you're just you're showing off the different members of the team there.

1:15:34
Ah, right, perfect. Thank you. Now, site reviews is that the yeah? Let me not guess. What does site reviews mean?

1:15:45
That's their. That's just their reviews. Oh yeah. Oh yeah. Yeah. Yeah. No. So there's there's two different types of reviews. There's Google reviews, which we can pull in, right? And then there's site reviews, meaning like your your directory site reviews, where people can actually leave reviews through the site itself.

1:16:08
Ah, okay, so it's them. Okay, because I thought that meant website review. I wasn't quite clear on that. Okay, and then the Google reviews is pulling in the the the review from Google directory from the right from Google perfect

1:16:24
yeah so so if you go to Google and leave a review that review could show up on your directory site but the site reviews if that's turned on they could go directly to your directory and leave a review for that business on the directory itself, and that review would show up in the same place. There, I forget. I, I think the way we're doing it right now, and I believe that the the dev team is looking at this because this came up several weeks back. But there was a the Google reviews show up on top, and then any platform reviews show up below that. I think they're going to swap those. So if if reviews come in from your directory, those reviews will show up at the very top, and then just below that will be the Google reviews.

1:17:13
Got it. But

1:17:13
right now it's right now it's flipped. Yeah.

1:17:16
Got it. Is it

1:17:17
reciprocal so that any reviews left on the site will also then get posted onto Google or not?

1:17:23
No, no, no, no. Two completely different platforms. Yep. So reviews cut. So the the the review the Google connection with the business profile allows us to stream in and bring those reviews in from Google, but it does not allow us to take reviews from our platform and then post those directly to Google. Google does not allow that. Allow that. The only way to post a review to Google is through Google directly.

1:17:53
Got it. And then where it says a video embed, what is that? Because I'm assuming it's different to the promotional video that we do, so I wasn't sure what this video embed meant.

1:18:08
Yeah, there is a spot. I'm trying to find it for you.

1:18:16
So I'm going to be talking to someone tomorrow. So I want to make sure that I know what I'm talking about,

1:18:22
right?

1:18:23
Um, Jason, it's inside of the links, and it allow you to add any YouTube.

1:18:29
Oh, there

1:18:30
it is. Yep, exactly. Yeah, so it's yeah, it's under the links section, and it's just called embed video. So if you just go to YouTube and grab the share link it'll embed the YouTube video.

1:18:44
Okay, so it's for them to embed any videos that they have. Got it. Thank you.

1:18:49
Correct. Yep.

1:18:50
Google Place images. I wasn't sure what that meant.

1:18:55
Yeah. So those are the images that are pulled in directly from the profile.

1:18:58
Got it. Okay. We discussed that earlier. That's fine, and Google Map configuration. Not sure what that is.

1:19:13
Google Map configuration. I'm not sure what that means either. I think that might just be the API connection that we have with Google Maps, maybe.

1:19:22
Yep.

1:19:25
Yeah, we have like little map snippet shown for each listing. If this is on.

1:19:32
Oh, okay, got it. So on the listing itself, that that makes sense. Yeah. So on the listing itself, there's a small Google Map that will show up on that listing, so that's what the Google Map configuration is. Okay,

1:19:44
got it. Okay, that's great. That's it. Thank you so much.

1:19:47
Cool. Yeah, no problem.

1:19:49
I think we could use like a document that explains each one and what each means, but that would be helpful.

1:19:59
Yeah. I would find that helpful, also, yeah, just to be able to refer to that.

1:20:06
And I don't know if we have that inside of our

1:20:12
help docs. I'm just looking for you guys right now.

1:20:16
Thank you.

1:20:41
Yeah, I don't see anything

1:20:52
here. Hang on, guys. I'm just doing a search to see if I can find any tutorials on plans. There is a plan section, but I'm just browsing through it, and it doesn't seem to go into any detail on each of those things. It just goes into detail on creating a coupon.

1:21:32
So

1:21:36
this might be somewhat helpful. This is just talking about premium listings. I'll drop this in the chat for you guys. Yeah, I can't. Is there anything, Rachika, that that goes over all of the the items that are available in plans? Because when I do a search for plans, I'm not I'm not showing anything in here. It's just talking about cue balls. I don't

1:22:01
think so.

1:22:02
Yeah.

1:22:02
No.

1:22:04
Okay.

1:22:05
I think indefinite yet. I can. Yeah.

1:22:09
Yep. I think that's a really good idea. We definitely need to get that added in. So. Yep. Cool. I just added it to my notes too.

1:22:41
That's great, thank you.

1:22:43
Awesome. Yeah, no problem.

1:22:44
Just one more thing. I wanted to add co-working spaces, and I wasn't sure where to add it and and how to create. So this is a label, yeah. How to create that label under services. So I'll stop sharing so you could show. Yeah, those

1:23:05
those are listing labels, so yeah, I can show you where to go for those.

1:23:11
Thank you.

1:23:31
Can you guys see my screen? All right.

1:23:33
Yes, I can see it. Okay.

1:23:35
Perfect. Yeah. So you're just going to go under businesses, and then here's listing labels right here. This is where you can add a listing label. You'll see all the ones that have already been created here, and then after you do that, you're going to want to go under branding, and then menu builder, and you'll want to add that to your menu. So wherever you want it to show up in the navigation, you'll you'll add it here.

1:23:59
Got it. Excellent. Thank you very much.

1:24:02
Okay. Awesome.

1:24:03
Perfect. Thank you.

1:24:05
No problem.

1:24:06
Hey, Jason, while you have that menu builder open, or

1:24:09
yeah,

1:24:10
was there a status on copying the menu and and being able to move them over from one to another? You know, if I build one menu out on one directory, I can import the menu to another directory.

1:24:24
Yeah, you know what? I don't know, Tim. Let me. I'll make a note to myself here. Let me see if there is an update on that. Can you can you shoot me your email too, real quick, if you don't mind, in the chat.

1:24:43
Sure.

1:25:01
Awesome. Yep, I'll just drop that. Yeah, I'll get back to you on that, Tim.

1:25:05
Thank you, sir.

1:25:06
Yep. Jason,

1:25:08
while you have that open, real quick, if we wanted to separate a metro area, like north and east or south, whatever it is, do we need to add tags to the specific business, like they're a south business that's a contractor, and then have a menu for each of

1:25:28
yes

1:25:29
okay

1:25:30
yes yeah if you want them to all show up in in just those designated areas because if they share the same tag and they'll show up in like yeah if you had, say, plumbers in north, south, east, west, right, then that same plumber could potentially show up in all four, right. But if you just want to, if you just want to designate, you know, so essentially you'll have a plumber tag just for that area as well.

1:25:56
But the plumber tag doesn't need to be south plumber. It just needs to have the south tag and then the plumber tag.

1:26:07
I think we need. I'm trying to remember. Hang on. I no. I I think it's the opposite. I think it does need to have. Give me one second here. Let me just double check. Pretty sure though. It needs to have both.

1:26:35
Yeah. So it needs to have two tags, not one tag.

1:26:38
Right.

1:26:39
Okay.

1:26:42
Yeah, and it's got to have. Yeah, it just depends on how you're going to break it up. If you're going to break it up, are you going to lump everything together, or are you going to break it up by category?

1:27:00
Well, so like in our metro, we have like kind of central. Then we have the west side, the east side, south, basically northeast, southwest, and then central. And so I was just going to break it up into five categories because most people, especially for smaller stuff like restaurants and things like that, they want to be able to see, you know, where stuff close to me, not like 30 minutes away, and so I thought about just breaking up into four or five different categories or sec areas, and then just adding like all the tags to that category, also or that area. I guess if that makes sense.

1:27:40
Yeah, I mean the the like if you group it into small, like in more like larger groupings, like think of like like local shops, services, restaurants, places to stay, things like that. Like those are kind of the top level categories, and then those all exist with the location. So you have maybe five top level categories, with like five top level north categories, five top level south categories, and then everything fits within those. Does that make sense? Rather than trying to break it all down by, like, like vertical specific, like plumbers, HVAC, electrician, you know, pizza restaurant. Like the more granular you you get, the the bigger that menu is going to get, and it's going to be a lot harder to manage

1:28:36
and navigate.

1:28:38
Yeah.

1:28:39
Okay.

1:28:40
So I would try to I would I would try to simplify it as much as possible. Is what I'm saying. So I yeah you could have the five different like geos, and then within those five geos, you have your five main categories for each. So

1:28:57
like let's say they drop down services, and then they go to plumbers, kind of like a third level of it, because it'd be services plumbers. And then when they go to plumbers, they can choose one of the five areas.

1:29:12
Yes, you could do that. Yes. Yep. Yep.

1:29:16
Cool. That makes more sense.

1:29:18
Yep.

1:29:20
Jason, one more quick question before you move on. How do you move somebody to the top position? So the top left position in a directory. I believe I did see a video on how to do that somewhere, but I couldn't find the video.

1:29:37
Great question.

1:29:38
Yeah, you mean like. How do you organize the listings? Is that what you're saying?

1:29:45
Yes, yes. So I've got a listing that is number seven at the moment, but I actually want it to be number one, and I just couldn't remember how to do that.

1:29:55
Right. Yeah. Let me just show my screen real quick.

1:29:58
Thank you.

1:30:02
So under your businesses, right here, you can you've got a list of all your businesses, all of your listings. If you just select them, you can click on reorder, and then once you go to the reorder, this is where you can just drag and drop. You can move these around.

1:30:20
Ah, right. Okay, so click the reorder, and then that. Yep,

1:30:24
and then you'll just be able to move them around. Yep.

1:30:27
Okay. So as they appear here is how they'll appear on the site in terms of order, and I just correct.

1:30:34
Yes,

1:30:35
that's great. Thank you so much. Right.

1:30:37
Yep.

1:30:38
Yep. No problem. Right on the. Did you get that list together?

1:30:46
Yes, it's awesome. I have the link on the chat. Okay, I'm gonna send it right now so you can find it. And you know, I missed something when I talked to you before. You know, I've I've tried these emails. Okay, so I send myself an email for the first step just to check everything was good. So you know, when I answer the email to say it's to to to confirm the information. It's not reaching the system. I mean, I I received the email, but on the email, not on the system. I'm not sure what step I missed to track that answer.

1:31:36
Were you trying to claim one of your own businesses? Is that what you were doing?

1:31:40
No, I mean I I sent myself an automatization because I have a business, okay, and it's some premium status. So I sent myself an email from the system, like triggering an automatization. So when I answer the email from my personal email. I like I didn't receive it on this on the on the system. You know. Oh,

1:32:10
I see what you're saying. Oh, the response didn't come through.

1:32:12
Yes, exactly. So I'm not sure what step I missed to make this like reaching the system instead of my my email, I mean the email of the of the directory.

1:32:25
Hmm. Well, let's let's take a look real quick because it should be should just automatically showed up under conversations.

1:32:36
That's what I thought.

1:32:43
So yeah, if you want to just share your screen real quick,

1:32:46
yes, we'll take a

1:32:47
look.

1:32:50
Sure, it should be this one. Okay, so here it is. I I sent myself this email, and this I I mean I tried twice with two different emails just to confirm, but I didn't receive the answer here. I I received it like Here, answered like it's it's high everything that's good thank you, but it didn't reach the system. Where was it? Here it is. If I go to conversations, there is no answer from myself.

1:33:39
And when did you send that response

1:33:46
two hours ago.

1:33:47
Two hours ago,

1:33:48
and here I already three hours ago. So yeah, tried twice, but it never reached the system. So I went like to the right

1:34:10
email,

1:34:11
right? Email services. I'm not sure if this is like here is the the. You click

1:34:17
on view configuration for me.

1:34:20
Um, Sorry, what? A

1:34:22
view configuration right in the center.

1:34:25
Oh,

1:34:26
yep. And then click on dedicated domain at the top left. Towards the top, there you go. Yep. And then the three dots next to it. SSL issued. Let's just go ahead and look at verified domain. Just want to make sure that all records. Okay, so every record's been added. Okay, click on back to dedicated domains in the top left, and your headers are set. So everything's good there. This domain looks like it's good. Oh, one thing that is different. Actually, let's update that. Yeah, let's update that. Go ahead and go to set headers. Yeah, so let's add the sub in there.

1:35:11
So it should no no

1:35:12
no no no no.

1:35:13
Oh no, here. No, you

1:35:14
want yep. There you go. Yep, just put mail dot. There you go, and then you can have Andres at the at the front of it. So you can delete mail dot. Yep, perfect. Yep, that's the way you want it.

1:35:25
Yeah, I knew like somewhere here it wasn't the issue, but yeah,

1:35:30
that could be it. Let's go ahead and test

1:35:33
it. Okay,

1:35:34
let's see. Let's send another email from the system. Okay.

1:36:13
Where did I send it?

1:36:27
Oh no, my mistake! It won't be sent because I trigger an automation, an automation again, the same again. So it won't send anything.

1:36:43
Oh, did you turn that off?

1:36:45
Yeah, yeah, I

1:36:46
did. Yeah,

1:36:47
it's where is it?

1:36:51
So you can go back to builder. Just click on builder or settings. Sorry, settings. Settings.

Yep. And then oh, allow reentry is turned on. Okay.

1:37:00
Yeah. So you should be.

1:37:01
You should have done it. Go back. Go back to builder.

1:37:05
Go back to builder.

1:37:06
Yeah.

1:37:09
There you go. And then the top top right where it says test workflow. Just go ahead and drop your test contact in there. Yep. There you go, run test. Yeah, now that that'll fire. Oh, unless they're already in there. I saw somebody sitting in the wait step.

1:37:31
Yeah, that's myself. That's what I told you. I I need to cancel. Oh, you just need to

1:37:36
remove that person. Yeah, just remove him right. Yeah,

1:37:38
it's like I'm not sure if

1:37:41
I missed that. I apologize. I didn't see that till just right now. You can do it from the builder. So just go ahead and click on it. Yep, and then just click delete. Just select it, and then just delete that contact out. Yep, there you go. And now you can go ahead and do the test again.

1:38:00
Okay.

1:38:17
But ah, here it is. So now I answer the email, and it should get the system.

1:38:47
Yeah, that should go through.

1:38:49
Yes, now it is.

1:38:50
Yeah, that came.

1:38:51
That was the issue.

1:38:52
Yeah, so yeah, it was just it was just a mismatch. So it was trying to respond to the wrong wrong domain email. Yes,

1:38:59
I knew the issue was over there, but I I can find the issue actually. So well, thank you so much for your time and for everything. Awesome,

1:39:08
no problem.

1:39:08
Sure, if you already picked the the link, I did.

1:39:11
I've got the doc; it's already saved in my notes. So, yep, I'm gonna go ahead and pass that along, and we'll

1:39:16
we'll

1:39:16
make sure to get those things updated.

1:39:18
Thank you so much.

1:39:19
Yep, no problem.

1:39:20
Hope you're a good one, Mike?

1:39:21
You too. Bye bye. All right, Mike.

1:39:25
Hi, it's me again. I got booted off my my other computer, so I I was back on earlier this a few minutes ago. We were we were talking and on my homepage, you know the two, the two, I guess boxes where it says "Learn More and Contact Us. Yeah, yeah,

1:39:45
yeah. Yes, and I go

1:39:46
into. Do you want me to show? I can probably share my screen now. I think your browser can't share your screen. Oh my god!

1:39:53
I can show you where it's at. Yeah. Yeah. Let me go. Let me go back there real quick.

1:40:01
Let's see. Share screen. Okay.

1:40:10
All right. So that was under branding and content. So yeah, when you go inside of SDAI, you'll click on branding up here, then you'll click on content, and then if you scroll down, and let's see here, yeah, social and external links. This is it right here. Here's the learn more button.

1:40:35
Oh, okay. So,

1:40:36
and here's the contact us. So whatever page you put in here, yeah. Just just drop the link in here in both of these, and that's where it'll direct you. Yep.

1:40:46
Okay. Perfect. Oh God, I understand now. Yeah. Thanks. Got I've got another quickie question or a couple. Yep. These should be really easy. Under the the become a member, I guess box. You know, is there any way to edit that form, just because a lot of a lot of you know we're sending out quite a few emails, and I just want to tell them to check the. You're talking about this

1:41:15
form here,

1:41:16
correct? Yes.

1:41:19
Yeah, I don't think that there is at this point,

1:41:22
okay, okay, yeah. What what is

1:41:24
it that you're looking

1:41:26
to edit? Well, just just to put something in there, just to say, you know, check your check your when checking your email, check for you know check under the spam just in case it doesn't go to your main email. A lot of our a lot of our a lot of our emails are going to are going into the spam, and not sure why that's happening.

1:41:53
Yeah, I don't think we can do anything here.

1:42:01
If not, then if you can't do anything with that, no problem. I was just also just wondering, on the main page, is there any way that we can add like a video onto the main page to just kind of show how the how to you know have have the the contact add to add to a listing.

1:42:33
I let's see here. We might be able to add it. Background headline subheadline.

1:42:57
I haven't tried to see if like any of these boxes would accept an embed, but you could try it.

1:43:06
Okay. That's what that's the page that we we'd have to do it.

1:43:15
Yeah. So like right here, this explore shops. That's this right here. I mean, I don't know if it's going to accept HTML or not. You could try, though. I mean, it'd be worth a shot. See if you can get it in there. The other thing, I know, I've seen people do a custom homepage. I saw somebody do a custom homepage here. I don't know how they did it, what they did, because I just haven't played around with it enough to to test it myself. But there was somebody, Rachika. Do you have any ideas on adding a video to this homepage?

1:43:56
No, Jason. I don't think we can add. Maybe we can try through the custom board, but there is no direct way. I think

1:44:06
right.

1:44:07
Okay. Well, just just that was just just wondering. That's that's not a any deal breaker. Lastly, when we send out our emails on the automation, at first I was putting you know our our domain name is topdmvrealtors.com, and I was putting www in front you know, but it wouldn't do that. We had to do HTTPS. Is that something that I had to contact our domain provider? about?

1:44:45
Yeah, somebody else was having that issue earlier. We were just talking to them with the dub dub dub version. I I don't like oh Mike. Okay, yeah.

1:45:00
I think the issue I had when I put in the domain is I didn't put www, which is why the redirect wasn't working because I was redirecting to the same thing. So when I put it in, it's propagating now to try it. But inside of the smart directory app part I put www this time and it seems to be working.

1:45:26
Now it's working. Okay, that makes sense. Yeah, so it it might it could just be a mismatch of what you've got set up. So I would check if you added it in the domain section to begin with, and then check your DNS settings.

1:45:44
Okay,

1:45:46
that's that's the first place that I would try. If it is mismatched, then that that's probably what's causing the issue. Who's your provider?

1:45:55
Namecheap.

1:45:57
Okay, I haven't seen any issues? I don't think with Namecheap. The main issues we've seen is with GoDaddy, and I think now there was one other two cows or something like that. I can't remember, but it wasn't it wasn't Namecheap. So you should be fine. I don't think Namecheap has has caused any major issues that I've seen. So I would, because you're saying that it's it it is redirecting to the www version.

1:46:31
No, it's not. It's not redirecting. When I put in, you know, our kind of like our offer email to join, I was putting www topdnbrealtors.com, and it wouldn't accept. It wouldn't go to any anything at all. So, but then I put HTTPS into colon, you know, and then and then it would go straight into our our account.

1:46:58
So it's you might just need to set up a redirect inside Namecheap for the dub dub dub version, and have that just resolve at HTTPS. So without the dub, so I every register is different, and they call it different things. Some call it a redirect, some don't. I I don't know what Namecheap calls it, but I would. That's what I would look for. Is you're essentially wanting to to redirect any traffic from that version to the non WW version.

1:47:34
Okay, got it. What

1:47:36
what that means is that if you if somebody does type in the WW version, it will automatically just forward directly to your site.

1:47:43
Yeah, yeah, that's what I need. Okay, yeah, all right, I'll I'll check that out. Okay, perfect. Thank you.

1:47:49
Yep, no problem. Yeah, Peyton, looks like you're the last one.

1:47:54
Yeah, so I'm doing smart directory AI inside my Go High Level account. So I already have pretty much everything set up, but I'm trying to get the domain connected. And the video that I was watching for the setup, it's kind of looks like it's out of date. But so the regular go high level connecting a domain, you do the C name and the at record, and then it kind of just tells you all the one, all the DNS settings you're supposed to do. Now for the directory, it says like I went to the branding, then domain, and I put in my domain, and it connects. But it just tells me to do the C name, which I'm pretty sure I need also need the A record, and I think other records for like email and stuff. So I was a little confused about how to set that up when I'm using inside my GHL.

1:48:37
Okay, well, so there's one thing if you're using the domain that you're using for the directory site itself, if you've used that domain in the past inside High Level at all or anywhere else, you'll have to disconnect that domain first.

1:48:54
I have. I just bought it. It's brand new.

1:48:56
Okay, there you go. So you don't have to worry about that. So you're not going to connect it inside of High Level. The only thing that you'll connect in High Level is the email side of it, which you're going to use a subdomain for that. Okay, right. And then you'll go to the domain section, like you said, under Branding Domain, and then you'll enter in the domain. We recently switched to just a single CNAME record, and the reason we we switch to a single C name record is so that in the future, if anything ever happens and we need to change our IP address, it doesn't break anybody's website.

1:49:34
Okay,

1:49:34
so we're not using A records anymore. We were originally, and we still have A records because we didn't get rid of them because some you know a lot of SDI users SDAI users still have that A record in place and obviously we didn't want to break the connection but moving forward any new accounts that are getting connected should just use that C name

1:49:59
okay. So having

1:50:01
issues with it, that's another kit. That that's something else. So that's what something we'd have to look into.

1:50:07
Okay, yeah. So I have the C name as the preview.easyidirectory.com. Yep. And I've I've had it connected before, but I've kind of disconnected and connected it, trying to figure out how to get it to work. But even after, like, after the domain said you're connected, when I went to preview, it wasn't pulling up my site. It was giving, it was throwing me an error. So I wasn't sure. Is there other domain things we need to do inside our DNS settings besides that?

1:50:39
So we're again, we're we're trying to switch to just a single C name record. Who's your who's your registrar?

1:50:46
GoDaddy. It

1:50:48
is GoDaddy. Okay. We have had some issues with GoDaddy in the past, so my recommendation, um, you know, prior to this week, we were we were advising people to go ahead and and re-add the old A record, but I know we're really trying to get away from that because we want people to be on this C name so that in the future, if we do need to update our IP address, it's not going to break website. So we just need to get this resolved. So what I would say is just submit a support ticket. I'll get you the link to support, and

1:51:22
then I sent one earlier today.

1:51:25
Oh, you did. Okay, awesome. And have they gotten back to you yet?

1:51:27
They haven't.

1:51:29
Okay, Rachika, can you pull up Peyton's support ticket and let's see. Let's check the status on that, please.

1:51:40
Okay.

1:51:42
Give us just one second, Peyton. Let's just check the status on it. Let's find out what's going on, so I can get you some answers before we get off the call here.

1:51:56
So I found two tickets. One is for the license key, which

1:52:02
yeah, that was completed,

1:52:04
and the other one I think it's not answered yet. Yeah, it's not answered yet. So I think we'll answer. Maybe team is gonna reply in some time. Yeah.

1:52:21
Okay. Can we? So, do we have access to his account?

1:52:31
For GoDaddy or Go High Level?

1:52:34
I would say both.

1:52:37
Both. Are you in standalone account, or you have your own agency?

1:52:46
Peyton, do you have high level, or do you have SDAI installed inside of your own high level account, or are you inside of ours?

1:52:53
Yeah, I have my own GHL agency. Okay, I've already created the sub account,

1:52:59
and do we have access to that agency account,

1:53:03
that I do not know.

1:53:05
Okay, if you can create us a user, Rachika, can you just send him the email? Okay, yeah. So Rachika is going to send you an email with the email address that you'll add and instructions on how to add us as as a user to your account. That way, we just have access to your account.

1:53:27
Sure.

1:53:28
And then we can we can help get this resolved for you.

1:53:31
Okay. Is there is GoDaddy going to be compatible for the future, or is is it kind of just the transition that's causing issues?

1:53:40
I think it's just the transition. So, yeah, there. I know that we've gotten other GoDaddy accounts connected properly, so it may just be yeah. There's just something else that we need to do there.

1:53:52
Okay. And then for like the side of having the SDAI function with Go High Level and all the other things, the email domain-I mean, the the domain gets set up like I did for the branded area, but then like all the other automations and stuff. I assume that's something else I have to do as well and go Go High Level, so that's that stuff functions properly. Is that correct? You're you're talking about the email. I'm just talking about like all like the automations and stuff, like using utilizing Go High Level along with our domain and our the other stuff that we use Go High Level for on our other sub accounts, like to connect stuff like that. I assume is that just the email and like the phone numbers. It has nothing to do with the the the subdomain because like for like subdomains, you usually like for like the email on a Go High level, you have to do the whole mail. Like if you did mail dot the subdomain for a mail, do that in Go High Daddy as well. You'll still need to do that, yeah. So the email, so that like, so email does not go through the SDAI app. It goes through high level, right? Yeah. Okay. And

1:55:11
yeah, yeah. Go ahead.

1:55:12
This one's only connect. This this branding domain area is, I assume, is only supposed to reroute to our domain. That's it.

1:55:21
That's it. Yeah, it's just for the website. It's just for the front-facing directory site. That's it. That's all you're doing. Yep, yep. And then the email that will be separate, and that'll just be set up inside High Level under the Email Services settings.

1:55:34
Okay.

1:55:35
And you'll set up a subdomain there. You'll add those records inside GoDaddy, so that email routes perfectly through high level, and you can send an email for for all your automations. And then A 2p, if you want to do text messaging, right? That's that's a whole separate process,

1:55:52
right? But not done in Smart Directory. It's just done normally, like in GHL. Just done

1:55:56
normally. Yep.

1:55:57
Okay.

1:55:57
Exactly. Yep.

1:56:00
Okay. I don't think I have any other questions, but I assume they said that she was going to email me today or sometime soon. Yes,

1:56:08
Rachika, you're going to send Peyton an email.

1:56:11
I just sent. I already just sent

1:56:14
it. Okay, awesome.

1:56:16
And so I'm going to add

1:56:17
level access, and I requested for GoDaddy access as well, so that we can check the DNS records.

1:56:24
Awesome, perfect. Already need

1:56:28
system idea, my GoDaddy account because that's kind of like my login and password. Like I know how to do all the DNS. No,

1:56:36
I shared the tutorials as well that you need to follow to share the access with us, so yeah. There's a

1:56:44
yeah, Peyton. There's you're not going to share your your username and password. There's a way to add what's called a delegate access on GoDaddy, which you just give us access to your account with our email address. So

1:57:00
okay.

1:57:01
Yep. Alrighty. Anything else, Peyton?

1:57:11
No, I think that's enough for now.

1:57:16
Sounds good. Awesome. All righty, Jeff.

1:57:41
Appreciate the help, Jason.

1:57:42
Yeah, no problem. Jeff, can you hear me? I don't think he can hear me. All right, Brett, go ahead and unmute.

1:58:01
Hey, Jason, thank you. You and you can make a great team. I just want to say thank you for all your conscientious help. I know everybody appreciates it.

1:58:11
Sure. Yeah. No problem.

1:58:13
Hey, my two questions real simple on on Tom's biggest thrive description. He has an AEO business description as one of his options or service deliverables. What is an AEO business description? It's an AI generated.

1:58:34
Yes, correct. Yes, you said AEO. Is that what you said?

1:58:39
He's listing it as an AEO business description,

1:58:44
correct. And you're and you're asking what

1:58:47
is it, right?

1:58:49
Yeah, that's an AI description. So, so yeah, go ahead.

1:58:54
Is that just him putting in the business and into AI, and it makes makes its own description.

1:59:02
Well, I guess maybe I'm confused. Where where is he telling you to add that?

1:59:07
He just list. It's in his his plans, his plans page. It's a list of features of deliverables under the ad social media AEO business description site reviews, Google reviews. It's just one of his options. At Vegas Thriveforecry.com, and I was just trying to understand what he means. There

1:59:31
is AEO is like SEO for AI.

1:59:36
Okay.

1:59:37
So he does. I forget what kind of file it is, but he puts the site file into whatever language the AIs pick up and plugs that into. Oh, I

1:59:49
see. So he's talking about an LLMS file. Okay, got it. Okay, yeah, I just wasn't sure what he was talking about. Okay, yeah. So he that's what that's what he's talking about there, Brett. So LLMS.txt file, which is it's not like it's not officially supported by all the LLMs, but it's it's kind of like a it's become something that people are talking a lot about. Again, it's not. It hasn't officially been announced that it is a file that every LLM uses, but it's a format that's just kind of sprung up. I would say over the last year that people have started using specifically for large language models to read and to to be able to put context around your site, your listing, whatever it is, so it's it's very similar to schema. I don't know if you're familiar with schema. Schema is like structured data. So when when Google crawls a website, structured data schema allows the the bot to know exactly what the website's about. When there is no structured data, there is no schema on the website. The bot is left to just interpret what the website says it's about, and sometimes it can get that interpretation wrong. The point of schema is so that it never interprets something incorrectly. It's the same type of thing with this LLMS file. It's a way that you can tell a large language model exactly what this is about, and it can read that file and never get confused and never like make up or hallucinate about what the what this business

2:01:41
is. Okay, I guess maybe there'll be a. I could probably search what that. There's a ton of stuff out

2:01:50
there. Yeah. If you if you just Google LLMS.txt file, there's a ton of stuff out there about it.

2:01:58
Okay. Okay. Last question, I guess. Second question to follow for that part B is, I suppose there's some value there that that that Tom might coach us on at some point as far as offering that business description.

2:02:17
Yeah, I'm not exactly sure what what he's doing differently, or where he's adding it, I'm a little unfamiliar there. But yeah, I would say I would ask him definitely pose that question to him and say, "Hey, can you maybe go into a little bit more detail on how you're delivering this? That's probably AI.

2:02:37
Kind of a robust description of the business, and AI'S built it, so I get it. Last question on this on the plans page. I don't need to share my screen. I don't think, but is there a way to add descriptions or detail to these services? Like, is there a way to modify the plans page beyond just the listing? I'm not sorry. Those things-that's the wrong word. The services, like above the above the chart, below the table, or whatever whatever we're calling the plans. Is there a way to change? Yeah. So that's

2:03:14
that's actually something that's coming really, really soon. That's in production right now and should be released. That's going to be one of the newer features. Gets released here in the next few days. It'll it will allow you to add a couple different things to plans. One of them being kind of like a tooltip, basically where you hover over something like that's listed in that plan, and you can give more description as to what that is, right? Oh,

2:03:41
great. Okay. So that will

2:03:43
be available, and then the the second thing is kind of a label that you're able to put over a plan that says, you know, like this is the like preferred plan or you know best value, most popular things like that. Yeah, like a label that goes over a specific plan. Yep.

2:04:01
Okay, it's good to know you guys pushing pushing the development. That's great.

2:04:06
Yeah, yeah, we got some cool stuff in the works.

2:04:09
Okay, that's it for me. Thanks, Jason. Awesome.

2:04:11
Yep. No worries, Brett. Righty, guys. I think we're going to go ahead and wrap it up here. Oh shoot! I guess we got one. Is Jeff?

2:04:23
Yeah.

2:04:23
Oh, Jeff.

2:04:26
Yes. Are you here? Hear me?

2:04:27
Yes, I can hear you.

2:04:28
I I had my microphone computer connected to a different computer.

2:04:34
Oh, got it. Okay.

2:04:35
Anyway, I'm back now. I have a kind of weird problem. I did put in a ticket already. I connected my custom domain through HostGator, who is hosting it, and you know, with the C name and all that, everything was working fine on HostGator site, including the SSL. But when I tried to put the BurnabyShopLocal.com. Is my domain into the address bar? It even shows HTTPS, but Google says it's wrong. It says it's not safe. So I went back to HostGator, and they said that the problem may be on your side. And I did put in a ticket, and I can, if you like, I can share my screen and show you what I see. You know, when I put in my address.

2:05:30
Rachika, do we have a ticket for Jeff?

2:05:33
Do you see my screen?

2:05:36
Yes, I can see your screen.

2:05:37
Yeah, you see, you see up there in the address box is HTTPS. I don't know. It's small, probably for you, but anyway, it's HTTPS, and yet Google says it's not safe. Hmm. So I did put in a ticket, and I'm waiting for a response, but it is kind of a weird problem. So,

2:05:59
yeah, Jeff, do we have access to your account?

2:06:03
My account.

2:06:04
Yes, to your SDAI account.

2:06:07
I don't usually use it on this computer, but do you want to? I could probably try to. Why do you need to get in there and see it now, or what?

2:06:23
I just want to. I just wanted to verify that we had access. Rachika, do you do you see a ticket for Jeff?

2:06:31
Um, it's Jeff Dot.

2:06:38
Correct. Yep.

2:06:39
Yeah, SSL problem.

2:06:42
Yeah. we have a ticket, but it's not like we didn't reply yet. We're still yes. Yeah, and let me check if we have access.

2:07:02
Okay, we're going to find out here for you, Jeff. Ruchika is looking into it right now, and if we need access, we'll get it from you. But as long as the ticket's in the system, then we'll we'll get to you. Okay, I know we've had a few tickets around this, so the team is is working through each one as they come in.

2:07:26
I understand. Okay, but anyway, so that's but yeah, we'll

2:07:29
def we'll definitely get to it. And if we need, Wichita, do you see if we have access yet?

2:07:37
I have like I can see the access, but it's under a different email address.

2:07:44
Okay. So maybe,

2:07:46
yeah, I think you had the access before. So

2:07:48
yeah.

2:07:49
Got it.

2:07:51
Yep.

2:07:52
Okay.

2:07:53
All right. Thank you for your help,

2:07:54
Jeff. Yeah, keep an eye on your inbox, and we'll we'll be responding to you, I'm sure, shortly. So just keep an eye on that, and if we need something from you, we'll let you know. But we'll we'll definitely look into it for you. Okay,

2:08:06
okay, great. Thank you so much for your help.

2:08:09
Of course.

2:08:10
All right.

2:08:11
All right, Tim.

2:08:12
All right, last one is for Rachika. Really, I was gonna drop go high level and just go with the SDAI hosting of these, I have probably well three that I'm working on. I have the unlimited plan, but I have three that sites that are live. How long would it take to move the sites that I've created over to the individual SDAI so that I can cancel GoHighLevel?

2:08:41
You're saying like you want to transfer to our standalone account, right?

2:08:46
Correct.

2:08:47
That's pretty much quick, actually. If you're sharing, so we'll give you a kind of form to fill. Yeah, and I think it'll be pretty much like within 24 hours.

2:09:00
Okay. Do I put a ticket in, or you'll send me a form? How do you? So

2:09:06
you send us a ticket, and we will reply back with a form. And make sure you mention that you are you want to transfer three directory websites or the three sub accounts.

2:09:18
Okay. So I name the sub accounts that I need transferred over.

2:09:22
No, initially, just mention that you want to transfer like three sub accounts, and I need a form to fill for that, and we will just share the forms with you.

2:09:32
Okay, that's it. I'll send that ticket in now. Thank you.

2:09:36
Yeah. Cool. Perfect.

2:09:38
Perfect. Yeah, Tim, that's a real easy process. So once once you get that form filled out, and the tick and the team submits it. I've done several of these transfers, and they're actually fairly quick. So yeah, I think definitely within 24 hours, once that gets submitted, those can get transferred over. So it's pretty seamless process. Alrighty, guys. I think we're going to wrap it up here. Thank you, guys, so much for all the questions. If you have questions between now and next Tuesday, please, please, please take advantage of our support desk. They're available seven days a week to answer questions. Just go ahead. I will drop in the link right now into chat. You can go straight there, fill out that form that goes right to our desk, so that people so you can get those questions answered. If you need more help and you need maybe need to provide more context around around your question, that sort of thing, that's what this that's what this calls for right here. So we do these every Tuesday. We usually hear for about two hours, and the whole point of these calls is to get your questions answered, to dig a little bit deeper, share your screen, and help you guys get to that next level. Help you guys break through and give you that that support that you guys need. So we we're really committed to that. We want to make sure that you guys get that help that you need. We want to make sure that you guys succeed, and that's why we do these each and every week. These calls are recorded and they are available to you at that same link, the help.smartdirectory.ai. If you guys ever want to go back and listen to these calls, they get uploaded in here as well. Okay, I'm going to let you guys go. Thank you so much for joining us. We will see you guys all next Tuesday. Take care, everybody.
