Welcome to the SDAI call. Bottom of the Google Meet window, there's the little hand icon. Go ahead and click that. If you guys got some questions, we can get you in line, and we'll start taking everybody's questions. Hope everybody's having a good day so far. Cool. Looks like we've got what was it, Ed? Looks like you're the first one up, Ed.
Speaker 2 0:35
Hey there, thanks.
Jason 0:36
Yeah, no problem.
Speaker 2 0:38
So I just I'm getting started. I've got my site going and started putting some some businesses in there, and then I run into that challenge that I've seen in the school group about duplicate contacts with using the same email address, and I did some digging and saw that there's some information about adding plus consumer or plus user to the email for the user, and I just wanted to find out what's the latest on that, especially if someone doesn't have a Gmail or Google Workspace email address.
Jason 1:13
So the system should automatically add the plus user to the email. So it's nothing that you have to do on your end.
Speaker 2 1:22
When I did that, I got the duplicate contact issue.
Jason 1:27
When you did what? When you,
Speaker 2 1:29
I added the business first, and then I added the consumer second, and then I got the duplicate email address error from high level.
Jason 1:38
Um, so SDAI does it by itself. It's you shouldn't have to do it. Like so, basically, you add the business, then the business owner comes to claim the listing, and when they sign up, the system automatically adds plus user to their email if they input the same email.
Speaker 2 2:01
I I hear you, but what if I'm following the instructions and the onboarding guide to manually create the user so that I can kick off the automation for outreach?
Jason 2:21
So the user user is part of the claim process. So when a business owner goes to claim a listing, they will sign up as a consumer, as a user consumer, right? So, but before that process, basically to kick off the automation, all you need is the business listing itself. So the business listing gets added. You can then, and the email address is added to the listing, and then you can kick off the automation that emails the business owner and says, "Hey, is you know all this information correct? You know, if so, you can go ahead and claim your listing.
Speaker 2 3:06
Okay, so so I add the business, and I don't have to create the the user.
Jason 3:11
No, you do not.
Speaker 2 3:14
So the instructions I was following in the onboarding guide seemed like there was a step next to create the user with a video,
Jason 3:25
let's let's pull it up here. Let me see what you were looking at. Do you have a direct link? If not, I can pull up and
Speaker 2 3:32
let me see. Create a consumer. So it's under the consumers heading, under the help. Smart directory. AI slash help page, and then the first one is create a consumer contact. I think it's that one. It's the one that Tom did the video for. I believe.
Speaker 3 4:01
Um, Jason, I think that is for the testing from the consumer side. I believe.
Jason 4:07
Oh, okay, just to run a test.
Speaker 3 4:09
Yeah, and can you share again where exactly it is?
Speaker 2 4:15
Share the the page on the direct the help docs.
Speaker 3 4:19
Yeah, is it under listings and then consumers?
Speaker 2 4:23
Yes.
Speaker 3 4:25
Yeah. So that is just for you to test your system. How exactly you create the consumer and how you can test
Speaker 2 4:34
it? Oh, so that's only for testing.
Speaker 3 4:37
Yeah.
Speaker 2 4:38
Hmm. Okay. So I should only be adding the business, and then what is it that specifically kicks off the outreach workflows?
Speaker 3 4:49
That is the that is the manual part. So you need to select all your contexts, and then you manual you will manually add them to the automation, which is with the name. Free listing outreach in bracket new and approve new and improved.
Speaker 2 5:06
Okay, so I I select the contacts and then I manually add them to the automation. Add them
Speaker 3 5:11
to the automation. Yes, absolutely, and that's it.
Speaker 2 5:14
There's no then automation will
Speaker 3 5:15
do the work. No, so that is the only mental thing that you would
Speaker 2 5:20
do. Okay.
Speaker 4 5:22
Yeah.
Speaker 2 5:23
All right. Does that make sense, Ed? I think so. I have to try it out to. I don't know if I've ever manually added someone to a workflow yet.
Speaker 3 5:36
I think we can quickly show just. Yeah.
Jason 5:38
Yeah. I'll pull it up and I can show it to you real quick. Give me one second here, or is there just a
Speaker 2 5:45
help doc that you can point me to? I don't want to take up too much time.
Speaker 3 5:50
I think Jason is sharing his screen.
Jason 5:52
Yeah, it's a good opportunity to show everybody as well. So if anybody else has questions on this, so I don't mind sharing my screen. So give me one second. Let me just pull up the right account.
Speaker 3 6:03
Thank you, Jason.
Jason 6:04
Yep, no problem. Okay. So. Okay. Can you see that? Okay, Ed.
Speaker 2 6:47
Yeah. Thank you.
Jason 6:48
Oh, perfect. So you're going to just go under the contact screen here. You're going to select however many contacts you want to add. You can do them one by one. You can just click this box to select all on this page. Got it. And then, if you want to select everyone in the entire database, you'll click this text right here, where it says "Select all 49. But once you do, then you're going to click on this button right here, "Trigger Automation. From there, you can just give it a name. You can select which automation you want to trigger, which is going to be this one right here, free listing outreach, new and improved. So that's what you're going to select, and then you get an option to either send everyone in there all at once, or you can do it on a schedule, or you can do it on a drip mode. Drip mode just means from this list of contexts over here. How many are we going to pull from here and then put into the automation? So you could say, "Hey, I want to put I want to pull five contacts from this giant list every like one hour. So every one hour, we're going to pull five people out of here and put them into the automation. Does that make sense?
Speaker 2 8:03
Yeah, but thank you.
Jason 8:04
I think for you, send all at once should be fine. You know, it's not it's not that big of a deal. You can just drop them all in at once, and then they're going to follow the sequence. Depending on how many, I don't know how many you have, but I'm assuming you probably only have a couple 100. Is that correct?
Speaker 2 8:20
I'm not even there yet. I haven't actually pulled the contacts yet. I was just doing it manually to start testing.
Jason 8:24
Got it. Okay, cool. Yeah, not then. I wouldn't worry about doing the drip. You could just do all at once. Okay, when you don't have that many.
Speaker 2 8:32
And so that's
Jason 8:33
that's as easy as it. I mean, it's that simple. It's literally just you know give it a name, grab like pick the pick the automation here, and then pick the mode that you want to throw them in there. Cool.
Speaker 2 8:45
So if the the business owner comes and creates a an account that has the same email address, and the system automatically adds plus user or whatever. Yes.
Jason 8:54
Yep.
Speaker 2 8:56
If they don't have a Gmail or Google Workspace email address, will it Still work.
Jason 9:02
I think it works for any email, right, Rachika? It's it'll just automatically add the plus user, won't
Speaker 3 9:09
it? Um, sorry, Jason, I missed that.
Jason 9:12
So Ed was saying, well, does it only work for Gmail or for Google Google Workspace? But I I think it's it'll add the plus user to any email. I I don't think it's just
Speaker 3 9:22
right,
Jason 9:23
right.
Speaker 3 9:23
Yeah, if they're using same email address for business and for the consumer, so it'll directly just just add plus user. I
Speaker 2 9:33
understand that it adds it in the system, but let's just say let's assume it's a Yahoo or Outlook. I'm not sure, but I, I thought that this was only a Gmail feature, basically, or Google feature that email addresses could use the plus feature in the email address. It's
Jason 9:51
just for high level. It so it's oh, I see what you're saying, Ed. Yeah, it's you're right. If if we want to be able to send. Email to that address, but that's not what we're doing. What we're doing is we're bypassing the high-level system. So high-level does allow you to create duplicate contacts, but we found if you turn that feature on, that it it just screws a lot of other things up. So what we've done is we've turned that we keep that feature off inside High Level, and the way we get around the duplicate contacts thing is we programmatically add the plus user to the email so that High Level recognizes it as a new email address, and because High Level recognizes as a new email, it adds the contact, and then that's how we can make the connection between the contact and the business. There's a lot going on here. High Level doesn't allow us to use the company object for Smart Directory yet. That's something that hopefully will eventually come. But because of that, everything has to run through a contact object, and so because of that, companies and people are contacts, right?
Speaker 2 11:14
Yeah, I understand. I guess my only concern was making sure that the user account itself will receive an email, but maybe are you telling me that like they don't receive any emails? That all emails go through the business contact record.
Jason 11:29
So it's only if the email addresses match. So like if they punch in, so the email that you put into the bit to the the business listing. If that email address is the same email that the individual uses when they go to claim their listing, then the system will add the plus user, but it will send the email to the email address that doesn't contain the plus user,
Speaker 2 12:04
which is the business,
Jason 12:06
right? Because it's the same email address, right?
Speaker 2 12:09
Right.
Jason 12:09
It's the exact same email. It only happens when the emails match perfectly.
Speaker 2 12:13
I see. Okay, that clears up. I think.
Jason 12:16
Yep. It's literally just to get around high levels limitations. That's all we're doing. That's the whole reason why we've done it this way.
Speaker 2 12:24
Okay, I understand. Thank you for clearing that up for me. I appreciate it.
Jason 12:27
Yep. Yeah. No problem. Any other questions on on this?
Speaker 2 12:31
I submitted that question along with some other error I was getting last night, but it was late, and I can't. You know, since I submitted it through the web form, I don't remember what it was, so I'll just wait on an email on that, I guess.
Jason 12:45
Rachika, are you able to pull up Ed's ticket?
Speaker 3 12:49
Let me check
Jason 12:51
and just see what it was. Might as well just take a look, and if it's something that we can answer easily, then I'd like to just get it out of the way. That way, you've got some clarification on it. Okay,
Speaker 3 13:03
that's the ticket, but the reply is pending on that
Jason 13:07
one. Okay, and what what was the question that he was asking?
Speaker 2 13:11
Oh, it was the SMX.
Speaker 3 13:12
You get contact. I added this. No, it's for the plus user which you just asked.
Speaker 2 13:21
I think I also had an error on the SMS that was sent out onto my first test
Speaker 3 13:25
account. This contact was texted, but it failed with this error message block due to the carrier pulse phase. This often okay, yeah. So that is the failed SMS, Jason. I think that is due to the A to P. Like, do you have A to P verification done? Do you have the phone number?
Speaker 2 13:45
Yes,
Speaker 3 13:45
purchased and everything. Can you share your screen and maybe share?
Jason 13:50
What was the error code? Yeah, what was the error code? Error
Speaker 3 13:54
code is three triple 07. That is message block due to career policies, message block due to career policies. Yeah.
Jason 14:16
Okay, so I just pulled that that error code up. It says yeah, message was filtered. It indicates that your message was successfully accepted, but was subsequently blocked by the wireless carrier, either AT and T or Verizon.
Speaker 2 14:38
Okay, so it sounds like it has to do with the fact that this is the first time I've messaged that contact, and maybe I'm wondering, is AT&T or Verizon? I guess I think it's Verizon. Is Verizon being a stickler on what has to be included in the first message that goes out?
Jason 14:54
No, it's probably it was probably just filtered because you sent a link, so a lot of times. When you send any type of link as the very first text message, those types of messages will get filtered. So that could have been it. So what I would do is break up the text. Is it was this a test of yours or was this an actual real contact?
Speaker 2 15:18
This is my first test. It was to my own email address, my own phone number. I think it's actually a ring central phone number, but I mean, I didn't ever, I didn't set this up. This is already preloaded in the the account. This SMS.
Jason 15:40
Yeah, that's what I'm guessing. Is that I mean that just looking up the error code that you received. Sorry, I'm just reading through it again.
Speaker 5 15:58
Sure.
Jason 16:13
Is that a shortened link? No, it's not a shortened link. Spam language. Let me look at the language So, just reading through why it was potentially failed, most likely because this is the first message you've ever sent. It's probably due to a low trust score. You've never sent text messages from this phone number, so that's that's what it looks like to me. Just reading through all the potential reasons why it was filtered by AT and T or Verizon, and so what what I would do is. Is I would probably start. You can just send messages to your like. You could add yourself as a contact here, Ed. You could add your wife, or you know, if you have kids or family members, whoever, and you can send text messages back and forth from the system to any one of those numbers, that'll at least get you a little bit of
Speaker 2 17:52
traffic. That'll just
Jason 17:53
kind of increase the trust, especially if like you have those those numbers. Like you know, if if you have wife or whatever, have her respond to the message that you send. That way, the system recognizes that. Also, the carriers recognize that. Hey, a message got sent from this number, and it actually received a response. Right. That'll help to increase that trust score.
Speaker 2 18:18
Okay. Great.
Jason 18:19
So I would definitely do that. Yeah, that's what it looks like to me. It just looks like it's a brand new number. You haven't sent really any messages from it, and I would just send out a bunch of test messages to help increase that score.
Speaker 2 18:37
Sounds like a plan. Appreciate it. That makes a lot of sense.
Speaker 5 18:39
Yep. No worries.
Jason 18:43
All right, Bobby, what's happening, Bobby?
Speaker 1 18:48
Oh, just working on the back end of a lot of stuff. I was the way I finally figured out what I want to, how I want to do it, you know, the one of the directories I'm building right now is for sign companies, you know, and the limitation on the the scanning, the lead scan is 25, and they told me to add, you know, that to suggestions to lower it so I could do 10 in each city, because that's about the the number that each city has in that category. You know, what I
Jason 19:39
found out on that, Bobby, and I'm glad you. It sounds like you did add it to the Canny board as a suggestion, which is good. the The main reason why we went with 25 is because programmatically we have to send all those requests through an API. And through the ape, we're actually limited by the number of API requests that we can do in a 24-hour period, and that's why we the decision was made to keep it at 25. Because if it was any lower, then that means that every user on the system could potentially do a lot more searches, which every time you do a search, even if it's just if it's 10 or 25, it still counts as an API call, meaning that we can we will hit our API limit a lot faster in a 24 hour period. So we're looking at ways around that, about, and that's how we would be able to fix it, but that's the whole reason behind why 25 was chosen as the lowest. So it wasn't we weren't purposely trying to limit it at 25. We you know that the reason is is because of limits that we face.
Dorn 20:58
Yeah,
Jason 20:58
every time the API gets hit. So,
Speaker 1 21:01
well, the other question that concern was on that same thing. Can I send? Can I? I haven't played with it enough to know this answer. But can I put two cities in there and pull 25 from two different cities?
Jason 21:22
Ah. Yeah, I haven't played with that enough. Ruchika, do you know if that's possible? Can they do two cities at once?
Speaker 3 21:32
No, that picks up just one region at a time. It
Jason 21:35
is one location.
Speaker 4 21:37
Yeah.
Jason 21:39
Okay.
Speaker 1 21:41
Well, that was my other brainstorm. I thought, oh, maybe I could just add two cities at once, you know.
Jason 21:48
Right,
Speaker 1 21:49
but that. But I did
Jason 21:51
have a long conversation with the team, and we are kind of along the same lines here. We're reworking all the entire credit system. So the credit system is going to be a lot. We're simplifying the credit system. So it's going to be one bucket of credits that you get along with your SDAI subscription. Now you can purchase additional credits, and there's two different ways you'll be able to purchase additional credits: either on a monthly basis, like an additional monthly plan, where you just automatically get them, or you can purchase one-off credits, like purchase a bucket of credits that will never expire that you can use at any time, but there'll be a single bucket, basically, of the promotional credits that you get every month with your with your membership, your SDAI membership, and those credits will be good to pull leads, verify leads, and enrich. So all three things, a single credit will cover all of that. Does that make sense? So, like when you get 100, you get 100 credits, right?
Speaker 1 23:10
Yeah,
Jason 23:11
you'll be. That means you can pull 100 leads, you can verify 100 leads, and you can enrich 100 leads. So you'll be able to do all three.
Speaker 1 23:19
Yeah.
Jason 23:20
Yep.
Speaker 1 23:22
Well. right now I'm just working on the back end of everything, and I don't have any questions about anything at the moment, other than that. So, just wanted to ask that.
Jason 23:36
Okay. Cool. Sounds good. But yeah, if you've already put it on the canny board, great. If not, then I would definitely add it because we are looking at you know different alternate ways to be able to increase the amount of searches that that our users can do on a daily basis, and if we can get that sorted, then we can certainly lower the amount. Okay. Okay.
Speaker 1 24:06
Am I supposed to get with you tomorrow?
Jason 24:10
Yeah, I sent you an email. I think I haven't checked my inbox. If did you respond to my last message?
Speaker 1 24:17
I think I did.
Jason 24:18
Okay. Cool. Yeah, we'll we'll we'll get a time squared away for tomorrow.
Speaker 1 24:23
Okay.
Jason 24:24
Okay. Perfect. All right, Donna.
Speaker 6 24:30
Well, I just got the system last Thursday, and I've got a couple of questions as it relates to setting up the site. I don't know how many I'm allowed to add, but I guess you'll stop me if I'm asking too many. Sure, I'm trying to to integrate with Google Analytics, and to do that, I need to set a Google tag for all my pages. Is there a place where a site wide script can go?
Jason 24:55
Yes.
Speaker 6 24:56
And where is that?
Jason 24:58
Yep. If you go into. Let me just load the page so I can direct you properly. I'm just waiting for it to load on my end here. So you're going to click on once you get into Smart Directory AI. Let me share my screen. You get into Smart Directory AI. You're going to click up here on Settings, and then you're going to click right here on Custom Code, and you can see here's your your header code or your body code. You're probably going to put it right here in the header, and this is site wide.
Speaker 6 25:39
Okay, great.
Speaker 3 25:40
Jason.
Jason 25:41
Yep. Oh. Sorry to interrupt.
Speaker 3 25:43
Yep. We have one more under integrations.
Jason 25:46
Yep.
Speaker 3 25:47
That is the to directly add the Google Analytics measurement ID.
Jason 25:51
Right. Yeah. I completely I completely blanked on that. I would as soon as you said it, I'm like, oh, that's right. Yep. No, we have the measurement ID here. Yeah. Yeah. So under integrations, you'll go to Google Analytics, and you can put it right in here.
Speaker 6 26:05
Okay. Well, that I have a related question about getting a Google Maps API. I'm not finding in my account anywhere like I'm seeing here on yours. Enter the Google Maps API. I'm not finding that entry on my account at all under integrations.
Jason 26:23
You mean you don't see the box here?
Speaker 6 26:25
Correct. There, there's not an option, right? You mean get a tech support ticket for that?
Jason 26:36
Yeah, that's kind of odd. Have Have you seen that, Rachika?
Speaker 3 26:41
What was it, Chizen? Sorry.
Jason 26:43
She said her Google Maps API key box, the the this actual input box is missing,
Speaker 6 26:49
and there's there's nothing that says your Google API key either.
Jason 26:54
Yeah, this this all this is missing. I
Speaker 3 26:56
mean, that can't be the key. Can we see here on screen share?
Jason 27:06
I mean, have you entered in any keys? So there's no keys at all on this page. Well,
Speaker 6 27:12
I have. I have entered Stripe.
Jason 27:15
Okay. But there's just no. That's okay.
Speaker 3 27:18
I think yeah, because Stripe. There is nothing to hide on the stripe part, Jason. So we can check on the screen share.
Jason 27:26
Okay. Okay. Do you want to share your screen there, Donna?
Speaker 6 27:32
Yes, I'm trying to to get to where I need to be here.
Jason 27:35
Sure. No problem.
Speaker 6 28:15
Well, for whatever reason, I'm not at my. I think my internet must be slow or something. I'm not able to get to that page at all, so I'll come back to that. I guess. Okay. My last. I think we
Speaker 3 28:25
can check if you are on standalone account or you're using your Go High Level account.
Speaker 6 28:32
I'm not. I'm. I'm on a standalone. I don't have anything to do with Go High Level.
Speaker 3 28:37
Okay. Can you confirm your account name, like what it is, so that I can check from my side.
Speaker 6 28:43
Local biz buzz.
Speaker 4 28:45
Okay, let me check.
Speaker 3 29:08
I can see the fields here in your account.
Speaker 6 29:14
Okay, go back to looking at the. Could you pull up your screen share and show me? Would that be a problem?
Speaker 3 29:24
Yes, I'm just logging in with your access. So just for a quick second.
Speaker 7 29:46
Okay. Do I share?
Speaker 3 29:52
Okay, I'm sharing it. All right. Can you see my screen? Yes. So I'm logged in with your access, and I can see both of you.
Speaker 6 30:19
Okay. Interesting. Okay, I will have to go back and see why I'm not seeing that. Then,
Speaker 6 30:27
Jason, my last question is: I'm trying to add a privacy policy to the site. Where do I go to add an additional page? And then I assume I just you know put it in the menu after that, but I'm not sure where to add the text for the another page,
Jason 30:45
yeah, here I'll show you. So if you come over here on your left-hand menu and click on Sites under Funnels, you're going to go to the Smart Directory AI funnel, and then right inside here, this is where our About Us, our Contact, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy pages are already in here. And you'll just click right here, Add New Step, give it a name, and that'll just create a new page in here. Then you can just click the the Edit button, go in and build the page. You can visually display it any way you want. Add whatever text you want, images, all that good stuff.
Speaker 6 31:28
Okay. All right. Great. Well, that does it for me. Thank you very much.
Jason 31:32
Cool. No worries. All right. Who's up next? Is it Kays? Is that how I pronounce your name? Is that right? Or Keys Kays? The keys on mute. So let's go to Simone.
Speaker 7 32:08
Hi there.
Speaker 5 32:09
Hey.
Speaker 7 32:10
Hey. Hey, I have a question. So I decided to after I got started the normal way to put everything on your system. I decided I wanted to pull it down to my Go High Level system. The only way I'm stuck on the domain. So, do you guys have to release the domain on your system so that I can get it on my system?
Jason 32:38
Yes, yes. So you were, so you had a an account with us. What what was the name on your account?
Speaker 7 32:48
Like what I made it. It's called Home Services 808.
Jason 32:54
Okay, let's see if I can find it here.
Speaker 7 32:56
Or if you want my email,
Jason 33:00
Home Services. Oh yeah, I just saw it. Home Services 808. Got it. Okay. So I'm just gonna pull up, and now you're on your own high level account. Yeah,
Speaker 7 33:16
yeah. I did that last night, and then it's like it didn't pull it, and I was like, "Oh yeah, it's because it's hanging on a different one.
Jason 33:24
Right. Yeah. The domain's not shown for me here. Looks like it's been removed.
Speaker 7 33:39
So if I go on preview. I still get. Yeah, you
Jason 33:44
want to share your screen for me and let's keep a look because I've got your account pulled up. There's no domain. See if
Speaker 7 33:52
it is still doing it or if it is because I did a bunch of times. All right. Let's see, and then I will share. Sorry, I'm a Zoomer, so I have to find the the share thingy.
Jason 34:13
Yeah, no problem. It's that little looks like a laptop with an arrow. Yeah. In the center. Yep.
Speaker 7 34:19
Allow, and I have a ton of windows open, so let me pick one. Yeah, I have the same problem like somebody else. It's not coming up. Let me go this way. Okay, so if I do the preview now, it's not coming up. Let me move. So this is this was the the one on your side, and let me see if I let me do I have to move it over. How do I can can I share a different screen? Do I have to go back, or what does that look?
Jason 35:24
Yeah, I think there's a. When you click the share screen, I think you can do entire screen, and then you can pull tabs. You can move tabs between screens. You might have to stop the share and reshare.
Speaker 7 35:44
This is the wrong one. Let me see. Maybe this one. Okay.
Jason 35:52
Oh, there we go. Yep.
Speaker 7 35:53
So this is the one on on mine. Okay.
Jason 35:58
This is your high level account.
Speaker 7 35:59
Yeah.
Jason 36:00
Okay.
Speaker 7 36:01
And so this has still the old one because I couldn't I couldn't move it over. So let's go.
Jason 36:18
So if you go to branding. And then domain,
Speaker 7 36:26
and then I do.
Jason 36:31
Yeah, let's try to add it here.
Speaker 7 36:34
It will just sit and spin. And this record
Jason 36:42
has this record been added?
Speaker 7 36:44
Yeah, I added it already when I was still on your system. Is there something I need to change?
Jason 36:52
No. Can we? Where is the domain hosted? Where did you purchase the domain?
Speaker 7 36:59
Can you guys see it On Namecheap.
Jason 37:02
Okay, if we can just double check that the records is there, let's go to your Namecheap and just make sure that the record is there.
Speaker 7 37:11
Let's do that. So I have the C name on this. I have it on www, and I have the redirect. I put all three of them on it.
Jason 37:26
Okay. I wonder. I wonder if that redirect is causing an error.
Speaker 7 37:36
Well, it wasn't there, but I can delete it.
Jason 37:40
I would, yeah. I think that. Maybe try refreshing the page if it doesn't do it. Yeah, that redirect could potentially be causing the issue, but the other two should work just fine.
Speaker 7 38:11
Let me see here.
Speaker 4 38:24
Okay.
Jason 38:25
Perfect. So those are done. So let's, and it may take a moment. We may have to circle back around while we kind of wait for that to propagate.
Speaker 7 38:38
Yeah, I can also try, and if it doesn't work, yeah, I will. I can also make a, but that's that that would be it. It would automatic will automatically release your domain and then allow my domain to pick it up.
Jason 38:59
Yeah. So under the inside of SDAI, under the domain section, where there's the box that you enter your domain and then click connect. Yeah. As long as you remove it from there, then that's fine. See, it never
Speaker 7 39:14
showed there. That was the weird thing. So whenever I go there, it didn't show.
Jason 39:22
Even when it was under our SDI account, it never showed.
Speaker 7 39:26
Yeah, but it worked. So when I did preview, it it would pull the correct domain of.
Jason 39:38
Well, let's let's give it a shot. Let's let's wait a minute, and let's see if it doesn't resolve once once that record propagates. Once we were since we've removed the the redirect, I think that's what may have caused it. I'm not seeing anything on my side inside your old account.
Speaker 7 40:00
Yeah, I mean, it wasn't there when I when I tried a bunch of times and it didn't work, and then I added it and it still didn't work. But yeah, let me let me see if it maybe changes something now.
Jason 40:11
Okay, yeah, and what I would do just give it about 30 minutes and then raise your hand again, and then we'll take we'll take a look. Or if it's working, just drop it in the chat, just let us know.
Speaker 7 40:21
Awesome! Thank you so much.
Jason 40:23
Yep, no problem. Thank you. All right, let's see. Let me just close this. Cool. Awesome. Is it Kay's?
Speaker 8 40:40
Yeah,
Jason 40:42
Keis. Keis. Okay, perfect. Awesome.
Speaker 8 40:44
How you doing? Good.
Jason 40:45
How you doing?
Speaker 8 40:46
Good, man. Good. I I had my call with um. I I forgot. Is it Rushnick? How how do you say your name?
Jason 40:56
Ruchika.
Speaker 8 40:56
Ruchika. I don't like it. Um. But before I forget, I I know we we did a little a video recording, and I I don't know if it takes a while to get that back or not because I haven't received the email on it.
Jason 41:14
Rachika, do you have the recording? Yes,
Speaker 3 41:17
you do. Yes, yes. I think I'll just send that to you through the email. Okay, thank you so much for sending that. Yeah, thanks for reminding me. Yeah, accept that.
Speaker 8 41:28
Thank you. And I have quick, I think, quick questions here on the mobile on the phone. I noticed that that things don't like text wise, size, color kind of changes a look, not changes, but the way it looks on the mobile obviously is different than the desktop. Is there a way to control the it being like more mobile friendly on my end, or is it just through customization?
Jason 41:58
You're talking about the directory site
Speaker 5 42:01
itself, right?
Jason 42:02
So currently, no, not yet. That is something that we've been talking about. It's something that we want to give you guys more flexibility on. But as of right now, no, it's not. If there's something very specific that you're interested in controlling, I would definitely recommend adding a post to our canny board,
Dorn 42:25
okay?
Jason 42:26
Because I know for a fact that design-that is definitely something that we are actively working on right now.
Speaker 8 42:34
Okay,
Jason 42:34
and if there's something specific on mobile that's not showing up correctly, or that's off, or that you would like more control over now would be the time to put that in,
Speaker 8 42:44
okay?
Jason 42:45
Because the team is working on that, so I would definitely do that. Do you have a link to our canning board?
Speaker 8 42:51
I don't think so. I just grab
Jason 42:53
that for you. Okay, yeah. Give me a second here.
Speaker 8 42:56
Thank you.
Jason 42:56
Let me grab that for you.
Speaker 8 43:01
And while you're doing that, the other question I have is regarding the Google API keys. I connected them. I followed. You know, I'm not great at this tech stuff. It took it, saved it, but I just get in. It says like "Oops, error like in the maps. It doesn't pull up, so not sure if that's something that we're actually able to troubleshoot or not.
Jason 43:28
If it just says, "Oh, oh, I I get it, meaning in the map itself, yeah. Usually, from what we've seen, I think that that's mostly related to billing.
Speaker 8 43:43
Okay,
Jason 43:44
so if you don't have you connected a billing account to Google Cloud?
Speaker 8 43:50
Well, billing meaning I have to pay billing isn't what that means.
Jason 43:55
No, so like the way that Google works, so you get a you get you get a ton of free credits with Google, but they they require that a credit card be on file just yeah. I just
Speaker 8 44:09
do that. I do do that process. Yeah.
Jason 44:11
Oh, you did okay.
Dorn 44:12
Yeah.
Jason 44:12
And the billing account is connected to the project that you've set up for for the maps where you have your maps keys,
Speaker 8 44:23
correct? Yes.
Jason 44:24
Okay. Trying to think if there's anything else we could try. Oh yeah, Rachika, that's a good idea. The was it the Places New API that you enabled inside Google Cloud, do you know? Because there's two different places. Yeah,
Speaker 8 44:46
I only chat only told me to select. I think like three of them, and one of those was that
Jason 44:54
was places new.
Speaker 8 44:55
Yeah, they had a different one. Was places new with like some. I don't know, like something parentheses. I just don't remember what what that what it was.
Jason 45:06
Okay.
Speaker 3 45:09
Only Places API. So try enabling places API new. Yeah, and then check if that is working or not. Otherwise, you need to submit the ticket with us so that we can connect with you and get it sorted,
Speaker 8 45:24
right? Okay.
Speaker 3 45:25
Yeah.
Speaker 8 45:26
And then the other question I had was more, I guess, on a personal level regarding like name, like naming conventions. I've, you know, I have a business name, but I, you know, I have like a my own website for that, and I'm not. I don't obviously need to create a different domain name, and I don't know if a lot of people will do a like a subdomain, like a subdomain with it, or a.or a forward slash. Like, does that any of that stuff really matter in in this doing this?
Jason 46:06
My recommendation's always been to have some sort of a local brand name for the the directory site itself, and then because yeah, I mean we've seen other people, we've seen other agencies use their agency domain, and then, like you said, create a sub, and that's what get gets connected to the directory. I think building a secondary brand for the directory itself on its own domain, separate from the agency, to me, is the the better way to do it. Personally, that's my recommendation. I think separating the two is a good thing because what it does is it lowers the gate. It will it lowers people's, I guess, kind of resistance to it out of the gate when you're when you you lead with a marketing agency, a lot of these local businesses have been hit up so many times with other marketing companies. People are a little bit more hesitant, a little bit more resistant when it looks like it's like it should, which is it's a local resource, and that's really what it is, you know. And leading with that, people are definitely more more open to the idea of becoming a part of it, and they want to contribute. And I think that opens the door to to more conversations on the marketing side.
Speaker 8 47:34
Got it. Okay. Okay. Yeah, because I'm I'm um I'm actually I have a a digital newsletter that I want to combine with this, so I'm thinking of just keeping that naming convention together. But it would be the you know the newsletter forward slash you know directory or something.
Jason 47:56
Yeah, to me that sounds cool. Yeah, I I like that idea. Yeah, if you already have a newsletter that you're sending out in your local community,
Speaker 8 48:04
yeah,
Jason 48:04
this is just yeah, this is just one more, one more avenue to connect with those same business owners.
Speaker 8 48:12
Yeah, literally in the middle of building something when this came across my desk and is just like, okay, this just makes too much sense. God's paying attention over here.
Jason 48:21
Yeah, no, 100% I love that idea. Yeah, yeah. How big is your your newsletter? How many how many subscribers do you have currently?
Speaker 8 48:29
Um, I I started it this year. It's been a little bit of a slow grind, but I'm a at 1000, little over 1000. It's
Jason 48:36
awesome.
Dorn 48:37
Yeah,
Jason 48:38
it's awesome. Yeah, that's great. So yeah, no, I 100% I mean, that's that's really cool. I love that idea.
Speaker 8 48:45
Yeah, and I haven't. I've just been keeping it all local. I haven't sold a single thing on it. I've just been, you know, trying to create a, you know, value over.
Jason 48:58
Yeah, I mean, that's how you build goodwill and trust in the community,
Speaker 8 49:02
and so now I'm slowly want to trickle in. You know, local sponsorship and more hyper focus on on on businesses and doing it through this method here. I believe is a great way to kind of introduce businesses to it.
Jason 49:20
I love it. No, I think you're doing it right. I love I love the idea, and I think, yeah, definitely. Whether it's the exact same name, or whether it's kind of a play on the same name with the word directory, or however you want to do it, I I think being under that same brand makes the most sense. Yeah, yeah,
Speaker 8 49:40
I think creates just more value and attraction.
Jason 49:44
Yep.
Speaker 8 49:45
All right. Well, I think you already have 1000
Jason 49:47
members there. I mean, you've already built some some level of trust there. So, yeah, this is just another avenue to connect with those people.
Speaker 8 49:57
Right. Right.
Speaker 5 49:58
Cool.
Speaker 8 49:59
Yeah. Right. Thank you.
Jason 50:00
Yeah, no problem. Right, Eric. Looks like you're up next.
Speaker 9 50:07
Yeah. Hey, thanks, Jason. You hear me? Yeah,
Jason 50:10
I can.
Speaker 9 50:10
Okay. Just, I have a question, but I I want to throw something out. Is it Case? Is that how you pronounce the name?
Speaker 8 50:19
Caisse. Kais.
Speaker 9 50:20
Kais. Okay. So Kais, Richi can can attest to this. I just got done dealing with that oops message. It had nothing to do with billing at all. So let me screen share this with you. Okay.
Jason 50:43
Eric, just make sure not to expose your keys because this call is recorded. Okay.
Speaker 9 50:52
So this is what your when you click on how to restrict API key. This is what it tells you in your smart directory to put into your put into your API. Let me see if I can do this without. Let me let me stop sharing just for a second. So that I put into that.
Speaker 8 51:19
Yeah.
Speaker 9 51:20
Okay. And it gave me the oops message. It says,
Speaker 8 51:24
"Oh, that's what I did. I put that in there too.
Speaker 9 51:27
Okay, it says, "Oops, error message on the map usually means that the Google API key is not configured correctly. That's the message you got.
Speaker 8 51:34
Yeah,
Speaker 9 51:35
right.
Speaker 8 51:35
Yeah.
Speaker 9 51:36
Okay, so let me make sure my keys aren't showing. No keys showing. Okay, so then what you do is you go to your Google Cloud. Okay, this should save you a lot of time without a trouble ticket.
Speaker 8 51:57
Yeah,
Speaker 9 51:58
this is what you have to put into your bag. Oh, I don't have the asterisk.
Speaker 8 52:04
I I remember removing the asterisks.
Speaker 9 52:07
Yeah. So Stephanie sent me this and says, you put in HTTPS colon backslash backlash, then your UI URL, your domain, mine's DFW local choice, then.com backslash asterisk, and then the second one. If you want to write that down or take a screenshot,
Speaker 8 52:26
yeah.
Speaker 9 52:27
And then you have to have one thing. Ritika taught me was I have.
Speaker 8 52:33
Can you can you drop that the screen down a little bit again?
Speaker 9 52:37
Yeah, yeah.
Speaker 8 52:39
Thank you.
Speaker 9 52:40
And what I'll do is, this is what she sent me. See if I can just put it into.
Speaker 8 52:50
But what if I, what if I'm not, I don't have my domain set up yet. It won't. You won't use it.
Speaker 9 52:57
Then you keep. You have to get your domain set up.
Speaker 8 52:59
Oh, okay. That's why it's happening. It's not just the asterisk.
Speaker 9 53:03
Yeah, no, you have to have a domain. You have to connect your domain.
Speaker 8 53:06
Got it. Okay, and
Speaker 9 53:07
then you put this into your API keys, and here, and you have to make sure when you select your APIs, you're selecting All four, because it tells you in the video to select places API. You kind of have to dig for the places API because now they have the places API new.
Jason 53:32
Yeah. So the
Speaker 9 53:33
video teaches you only to choose three, but this new one here, you get a lot more access, you'll see. So anyway, hopefully that helps. Maybe it'll save you. Maybe it'll save you two weeks of banging your head again. Don't laugh, Rachika. Banging your head until it's bloody against the wall, trying to figure this stuff out.
Speaker 8 53:58
Yeah, I know. Sometimes it's crazy.
Speaker 9 54:01
So let me go to my question. Thank you
Speaker 8 54:06
for thank you for your help, Eric. I appreciate
Speaker 9 54:09
it. You bet. We're all learning, right?
Speaker 8 54:11
Yes, sir. Thank
Jason 54:11
you, Eric. Really appreciate you sharing that.
Speaker 9 54:14
You bet. Can you see Jason my screen? Yeah, I can see your screen. Yep. Okay. So my question is this: I use Northwest Registered Agent for my email as my email provider, and so it's kind of like it's kind of like a Outlook, if you will. It's not Google. I don't have a Google account set up. Do I have to for the lead connector? So Tom explains that if you have a lead connector toggled and set up, when you do your templates here, you see that. Yep. Okay. He says you have to put this information in here so that when the emails go out to your prospects, your leads, if they if they reply, it should come right back to. In my case, my Northwest account, which is like Outlook. But if they copy and paste, it may or may not go my email. It may or may not go back to that. It's only if you hit reply. In here, I want. So my question is: Do I have to use a Google Gmail in order for it to integrate into my inbox, all of the conversations. No, no, no, no.
Jason 55:49
So there's two things you can do. You need to set up SMTP, which is high level uses Mailgun. That's their default. And so, what you need to do is, and we train on this, is set up a subdomain that you can send email from from the system itself, from high level. Okay, and then the second thing that you can do is, if you go under the email settings, so click on settings in the bottom left there, and then click on Email Services on the left-hand side, and then at the very top, go ahead and close that box. Click on Reply and Forward Settings.
Speaker 9 56:37
Now, it's a stupid question for you here. I I've been I went through all the videos, or most all the videos. I don't remember seeing a training on the quick start for this. Is there another place I needed to go to for training on that?
Jason 56:49
Should be in there. Let let me see. Let let me finish telling you what what I was going to tell you here, and then then we'll we'll dig into that. What this is this is global forwarding settings. So what this means is that any reply you can have it forward to any address that you want. So if you want, you know, you were saying you have this other inbox that's similar to Outlook. If you want to put that email in here in the forwarding box and hit save, that means that any any reply will also end up there inside this inbox, if you want it to, okay. But if you're just looking for replies to show up inside the inbox in High Level, then what we need to do is help is is help you get set up with a dedicated domain inside High Level for sending email, which will be different than what you see here. It'll be different from this Northwest email.
Speaker 9 57:54
Okay, so this is my email address right here.
Jason 57:57
Got it. So what we need to do, we can use the same domain, but we'll set up a sub that could be, you know, mail dot dfw. What was it? Dfw local. Is that what it was? What was it? Local choice. Okay, so mail dot dfw local choice.com.
Speaker 9 58:21
Yeah, is it? It sounds like there's a lot of stuff involved here. Would it be would it be simpler for me to just set up a Google Gmail? It's the same process.
Jason 58:33
You're going to have to do it either way.
Speaker 9 58:34
Okay.
Jason 58:35
Yeah. So again, if you want to for if you want to forward emails to that inbox, the info@dfwlocal.com, then you need to put that in the forwarding address here.
Speaker 9 58:51
I want everything to be in my centrally located in my inside high level. Inside high level, yeah.
Jason 58:59
Okay. Well, then then don't worry about the forwarding settings. You'll go to SMTP service. So click on SMTP service across the top there. Click on the button over there on the right that says Dedicated Domain and IP, and this is where you're going to click Add Domain. And now here, this is where you choose what you want that subdomain to be. So it doesn't have to be the word mail. It can be a single letter. It can be. I mean, you can see the example here: lc.mydomain.com. Right, that's their example. I've used the letter M, little letter R for reply. I've used it. It doesn't really matter, but choose something as your sub and then type that in here.
Speaker 9 59:52
So it says mg.my domain.mg. You could do
Jason 59:56
mg. Yep, doesn't really matter. Yep.
Speaker 9 1:00:01
Like that.
Jason 1:00:03
That's it. Now you'll hit Add and Verify, and what that's going to do is High Level is now going to generate the records that you're going to have to add. So go ahead and click Add Record Manually. These are all the records now that you need to add in order to make this to make that domain work at mg dot dfw local.com.
Speaker 9 1:00:31
Where do I add these?
Jason 1:00:33
Wherever that domain is located. Okay, so I just
Speaker 9 1:00:37
have the Northwest Registry.
Speaker 5 1:00:39
Yeah, so
Speaker 9 1:00:39
they have to add it on their end.
Jason 1:00:42
You don't have access to it.
Speaker 9 1:00:44
I don't think. I don't know that I do. I know that when I had to do my C name for my domain settings, I had to get on with our tech support, and then I had to do the C name, give them the at symbol and all that good stuff, and then they were able to do it from their end. So I'm gonna probably have to get in with them, and then we'll manually add it. Usually, what I do is I just email them this. In this case, I would just take this and I would email this to them, and then because they're the host for my for everything that I've got. I mean,
Jason 1:01:22
you should, yeah, you should be able to. They they should give you access to do that yourself. But if you need help, by all means, take advantage of their support. But yeah, it's a real simple process. It's just adding, making sure all these records get added as soon as they get added, and they propagate. When you click verify, everything will turn green. It'll be fully verified. That means you can start sending and receiving email inside the high-level system from that domain, and you're good to go. Any responses will come back into that inbox. Perfect. Okay. So yeah, just copy all those if you want to use their support, just make sure you copy all those records, send them to them, and then and then go from there.
Speaker 9 1:02:08
And then the only other question I had was, let's see, sender. Oh, I think it was Donna that asked this question here, I didn't see training on this either for the Google Analytics. Maybe I missed that. How do I get the? How do I facilitate that? The measurement ID. Where do I get that from? Or is there a training to watch to do that?
Jason 1:02:37
Yeah, I was just looking up to see if we had a training on that. Give me a second here. Hmm. I just typed Google Analytics into the search bar, and nothing came up, but it doesn't mean that there's not something in here.
Speaker 9 1:03:06
I mean, if I can, I could probably go to ChatGPT and you get a step by step. I just, you know, sometimes that's vanilla, and I want it specific. Obviously, it's not
Jason 1:03:18
terribly hard. Yeah, you could either do that, or you could go to YouTube. There's tons of videos online. If you just go to YouTube, type in setting up the the the latest version version is GA4 Google Analytics 4. So when you do a search, type that in GA4, and like GA four setup, it'll walk you through it. It's really simple, but it'll give you the code. You can see the example there, just below the box. It's a G hyphen and then a set of letters and numbers. It'll give you that, and you'll just drop that into this box here, and that's all you need to do. It's real simple.
Speaker 9 1:03:58
Okay, good to go.
Jason 1:04:00
Okay,
Speaker 9 1:04:01
thank you.
Jason 1:04:02
Anything else, Eric?
Speaker 9 1:04:04
Nope, I'm good. Okay, awesome. No
Dorn 1:04:07
problem.
Jason 1:04:10
All right, looks like we've got GHL support is next.
Speaker 5 1:04:22
Hey, this is Lee Mansfield. Hey, I have two questions. Yeah, one is when I add a business in the contacts, and I tag them as a business, and it throws it over to the directory. How do I add the Google information for that business? How do I pull? How do I pull that information? And when I mean, I know where the spot is where you put in the the name of the company, but does it does it pull? Does it automatically pull the Google business information, or does it use one of my. Credits. I mean, how does that work?
Jason 1:05:02
You're talking about pulling the images and the reviews over.
Speaker 5 1:05:05
Yes.
Jason 1:05:06
Okay. Yeah, you just go into the listing inside SDAI,
Speaker 5 1:05:11
yep,
Jason 1:05:11
and type in the business name,
Speaker 5 1:05:14
yep, into
Jason 1:05:15
the field, and then it should it should automatically show up in the dropdown, and you just select it.
Speaker 5 1:05:20
Okay. Does that use one of my credits?
Jason 1:05:28
I think you're talking about the leads credits, right? But when
Speaker 5 1:05:31
you get it, when you get a leads credit, you get that information from Google My Business, and it pulls that credit down, and it pulls all their information. So my question, and it pulls their Google, all their Google information, which includes their reviews and their photos and all that. But what you're telling me is, is that if I do that manually and pull all that information from Google My Business, it doesn't count against my my 100 pulls.
Jason 1:05:58
No, no, no, no. Yeah. So there's two different systems here that we're talking about. Give me a second. Let me just pull up my screen so I can show you. Okay, so the leads tool, the lead scraping tool that we have that's built into SDAI now. Depending on which plan you have, you either have the I believe it's 100, 500, or 1000 leads per month is what you get with your plan that's included, and that allows you to scrape, run a scrape in any city in any niche, and then pull those leads directly in. You can then verify those leads. You can so verify the email addresses of those leads. You can then enrich those leads, right? And then add those leads
Speaker 5 1:06:58
directly. Yeah, that's another thing. What exactly do you mean by enrich?
Jason 1:07:02
So enrich does a couple of different things. It it scrapes. It does a a deeper scrape on the internet, and tries to find additional properties, additional email addresses, additional information for that business. So you're familiar with like different like online directories, correct? Okay, so that's one of the things that it will scrape. It'll scrape different directories. It'll scrape different social media profiles. It's literally it's looking for more information on that. Well, there's
Speaker 5 1:07:33
well, there's nothing else to populate in the in the directory listing other than socials.
Jason 1:07:40
It's looking for. It is looking for socials. It's also looking for additional email addresses, and oh, you only get
Speaker 5 1:07:53
one. You only get one email address per
Jason 1:07:55
correct per
Speaker 5 1:07:56
business. Right. Right.
Jason 1:07:58
Okay. Yep. Okay. Right. Well, I don't
Speaker 5 1:08:01
just to let you know. I don't enrich mine. I pull them in and then I save them, and then I just go over to my contacts and just add the tag, and it throws it all throws them all in there.
Jason 1:08:11
Totally fine.
Speaker 5 1:08:12
Okay. Yeah, you don't
Jason 1:08:13
need
Speaker 5 1:08:15
to. Okay. So, but my question is, you're you're not charging me for pulling that data from Google Business when I add one manually.
Jason 1:08:30
No, so that's what I was going to show you. There's two different systems. So that's that we just went over the leads tool, right? Yeah. Then what we have is your actual business listings here, right? Right. And so when you go into your business listing and you go under business details, this is what we're talking about. We don't have a Google Maps key hooked up to to this account, this demo account. But if we did, we'd be able to type in the business name down here, and we'd be able to select it, and that would bring in additional images from the Google profile. It also connects this profile to their Google Business listing, which allows it to pull in the reviews. This is this is not this this is using your API key. This is not using the lead scraping tool. Okay, so the
Speaker 5 1:09:17
lead scraping all the lead scraping tool does is scrape leads, basically?
Speaker 2 1:09:23
That's it. It does.
Speaker 5 1:09:24
It doesn't actually. It scrapes the leads, but it. I still have to manually populate the Google My Business in every business.
Jason 1:09:34
Correct. Yes.
Speaker 5 1:09:35
Okay.
Jason 1:09:36
Once you add it in. Yep.
Speaker 5 1:09:37
Yeah. All right. I understand. I get it.
Jason 1:09:40
Okay. I have
Speaker 5 1:09:41
one more question. Of course, you told you you mentioned to the other lady who wanted to add a page, okay, and you showed her how to add a page in the in the funnel,
Jason 1:09:57
right?
Speaker 5 1:09:58
And that's awesome. But what you didn't do. Is you didn't let us know what's the URL for that page because if you try to type in the URL with your domain slash that page name, it doesn't come up.
Jason 1:10:10
Right. So what you need to do is need to add it to the menu. So are you familiar with that? Let's go back here. So if we go under, let's see, where am I at?
Speaker 5 1:10:24
Go find the page first, so we can get the info.
Jason 1:10:29
Yeah, we can go over here. So inside of the directory, let's just go. Let's stick with these pages for right now. So let's add a page.
Speaker 5 1:10:38
Well, I don't. I need to add a page. So let's add a page.
Jason 1:10:42
Sure. Yeah. What do you want to call it?
Speaker 5 1:10:45
New page. Right. Slash new page. I don't need a path for it.
Jason 1:10:51
It's going to automatically create it using that same name. So what you'll do now is you'll go under Smart Directory, and we're going to go into let's see here. Where is it? Here we go. Menu builder, and then we're going to go under funnel page, and we're going to select our smart directory AI funnel, and then we're going to select our new page, and this is the page we can add it to the menu. Oh, here, let me do this new page. Okay, so here's the new page.
Speaker 5 1:11:43
So those pages that are created in the funnel are only available through the menu selection.
Jason 1:11:50
Well, that's how you because you usually you typically are going to want to show it somewhere on the site, right? So you'll want to put it into the navigation. But that's the answer,
Speaker 5 1:12:00
though. Only show those pages that are created in the funnel is to put them in the menu items.
Jason 1:12:10
Well, not not necessarily like you're talking about a brand new page, but the about us page and all of those those are under. Give me a second here. I just have to remember where it's at. I think it is. So here's our privacy policy URL here, and there's one more spot. I think it's content. So, sit address con. No, that's not it. Contact us.
Speaker 5 1:12:56
That privacy policy URL is for a different URL, not the one that's on the menus. Is that true? Not the one that's in the funnel.
Dorn 1:13:10
Should hang on one second here.
Jason 1:13:20
No, it's not that. Rachika, where where are those different pages? The URLs for those pages.
Speaker 3 1:13:30
Which one, Jason?
Jason 1:13:33
Yeah, that's your that's your that's your cookie consent. There was one. There's one other spot though. I think it's.
Speaker 5 1:13:43
It's not there. Trust me, I've looked. If you're looking for the about,
Jason 1:13:49
yeah, that's contact us.
Speaker 5 1:13:51
There's nowhere. There's nowhere in the system where you can put the about page. You have to put it in a menu.
Jason 1:13:56
Okay.
Speaker 3 1:13:58
Jason, can you hear me?
Jason 1:13:59
Yeah, barely. Yes.
Speaker 3 1:14:01
Oh, sorry. Which pages are we looking for?
Jason 1:14:05
So I was looking for the about us, the contact us, privacy, and terms.
Speaker 3 1:14:11
So those are under the funnels.
Jason 1:14:14
Right. No, I know. But what we were, I I could have sworn there was a a place where you can enter those URLs in the backend settings.
Speaker 3 1:14:25
Where do we want to show them?
Jason 1:14:28
In the footer.
Speaker 3 1:14:30
So that's gonna be under the menu, under the footer menu. You
Speaker 5 1:14:34
you pretty much menu.
Speaker 3 1:14:38
You'll go to the branding.
Jason 1:14:41
Yep.
Speaker 3 1:14:42
And then menu, and then you will select the footer menu from top.
Jason 1:14:46
Got it. Okay. Okay. So that that's where my confusion was. Eric, are you still with us, or wasn't Eric? I'm sorry. Lee, Lee. Yeah,
Speaker 5 1:14:58
still with you.
Jason 1:14:59
Okay. So yeah, Lee, it's it's it's so that drop down. That drop
Speaker 5 1:15:04
down is you can you can select the footer menu if you want to.
Jason 1:15:07
Correct. You got a
Speaker 5 1:15:08
header. You've got a header and a footer.
Jason 1:15:10
Yep. Okay. Can you still see my page?
Speaker 5 1:15:15
Yeah, I can still see my screen.
Jason 1:15:17
Got it. Okay. Yeah, but
Speaker 5 1:15:18
you answered my question. I can't use any of those. Any of I can't add a page to the funnel, and use it outside of the system. It has to be used in a menu item.
Jason 1:15:32
Well, you can just not inside of here. Now you can create a you can create as many funnels as you want inside HighLab. Yeah, that's not what I.
Speaker 5 1:15:39
No, no, no, no. I realize that I've been using High Level for five years. What I'm saying is, is that you've got your funnel set up on your Smart Directory AI funnel. That the only way to use those pages that are created in that funnel are through the menu system because you add what's needed on the URL to the front end automatically?
Jason 1:16:05
Right, correct.
Speaker 5 1:16:07
Okay, so if I want to know if, and that's fine. I just needed to know because I tried to create a page and then use it, and the URL doesn't work if you just use backslash, you know, your domain backslash that page name.
Dorn 1:16:18
Did you try creating a subdomain specifically for your funnel.
Speaker 5 1:16:23
Oh, yeah, yeah. I've done all that. I'm just asking specifically,
Dorn 1:16:28
and I just wanted to make sure because if you create a subdomain, you can use it wherever you want to use it. I do it all the time. So there's something you got a glitch somewhere.
Speaker 5 1:16:39
I don't have a glitch. Okay, you're right.
Dorn 1:16:42
The system has a glitch.
Speaker 5 1:16:44
Right, right, right, right. No, I just wanted to know that in the smart directory AI funnel, if I created a page, can I use it outside of the menu system? As long as I have to use it inside. So, like like
Jason 1:17:02
Dorn just said, yeah. As long as you connect that subdomain. So, a lot of times, what we teach is just to connect the subdomain pages. So that's what a lot of people do. They they create pages.yourdomain.com, and then yeah, you can use it anywhere else. It doesn't need to be inside the high level or inside the menu system on that on that on your directory site. Once you connect that sub, I get it. Yep.
Dorn 1:17:30
You can also put custom links in your menu too. So if you wanted like a standalone page from the funnel, you can do that with a custom link in the menu.
Speaker 5 1:17:40
Right. Right. Yep. Right.
Dorn 1:17:42
and none of that's working.
Speaker 5 1:17:45
No, it's all working. Everything's working. I just wanted to know one thing specific about the SmartDirectory AI funnel.
Speaker 8 1:17:52
Okay,
Speaker 5 1:17:53
that's it. So I'm good. I got my two questions answered. Thank you very much.
Speaker 1 1:17:59
Cool.
Jason 1:18:03
All right, Kim, you're up next.
Speaker 4 1:18:06
All right, hi Jason. Can you clear something up for me? I'm going to go ahead and share my screen here.
Speaker 9 1:18:13
Sure. Let's
Speaker 4 1:18:19
see. Are you able to see my screen or not yet?
Jason 1:18:25
Not yet.
Speaker 4 1:18:26
Okay, let's see. Oh, there we go. Okay, I am still a little confused. So when I'm, let's say that when a a business is in my contacts over here, you know, because I have the high level account, that's where I have my directory.
Jason 1:18:52
Yep.
Speaker 4 1:18:52
And okay, so this is the customer's name, the business name. That's his personal email, and he's a consumer. The tag, and then this is the business name, business email, and business tag on directory. And I have to have both of those right because I can always, if he has other businesses, I could always list him. He has to have a consumer, so I could list all his businesses under his name. Correct.
Jason 1:19:26
So correct, yeah. As a consumer, you can claim multiple businesses and have them all be connected to your one consumer account. Correct.
Speaker 4 1:19:36
Okay. So do I have to have both contacts in there? Because one has to be a consumer, and one has to. Okay, so every business that's on my directory has to have two contacts.
Jason 1:19:50
No, not necessarily. It's only if there's only if the the business owner has claimed the listing, then you'll you will have two. But you can have a business listing can exist without a consumer connected
Speaker 4 1:20:06
to it. Oh, okay. The the only reason I would want to do that is if they had multiple businesses. No, so so a so
Jason 1:20:17
a business listing, a business listing again can exist on your site as a standalone listing and and not be claimed, not be claimed.
Speaker 4 1:20:28
Okay,
Jason 1:20:28
okay, that still means that other people could see it. So the listing can still be viewable. It can still be on the site. You can search it. You can find it. You can view it, but it can it can be unclaimed on the site, meaning that the business owner who owns that business has not claimed the listing and has not laid claim to the listing, right, and connected it to a consumer account. Once somebody does, then it is it's once somebody claims the business listing, it's now connected to that consumer account. That same consumer can claim multiple businesses. So if they own, you know, five different businesses locally, they can claim each one of those five businesses and have five separate listings on your site, all connected to one consumer.
Speaker 4 1:21:23
Okay, and then once they claim it, it creates that consumer contact in the directory. I mean, in the high level in the contact area, like it is. But they don't
Jason 1:21:35
need they don't need to create multiple consumer accounts unless they want to. Now they can, right? But they could use the same consumer account that got created the first time they claimed a listing to claim all the all of their listings.
Speaker 4 1:21:50
Okay, but once they do go on to claim the listing, then it automatically con it automatically creates a consumer contact in my contact over here in
Speaker 10 1:22:03
the correct,
Speaker 4 1:22:04
okay, yeah, it'll automatically create that.
Jason 1:22:07
Yes, you don't need to do that manually. It will, yeah. It the consumer contact will get created automatically.
Speaker 4 1:22:14
Okay, and then which which is best for the email? Because I know they're both of them can't be on there. Like this is a personal email. This is a business email. Is it better just to have it in the business? I don't want to change anything that I don't, you know. As far as how they log in or any of that,
Jason 1:22:35
they log in using their email on the that's listed under the consumer account.
Speaker 4 1:22:41
Okay, so that's the email that
Jason 1:22:42
they're going to use to log in. Yeah, they're not going to use the business email that's listed there. Now, this is unusual because a lot of times consumers, when they're claiming a business, will use the exact same email address that was used for the business listing, you may have heard me talk about that earlier today. That's where the system will automatically add the plus user.
Speaker 4 1:23:11
Oh, I've seen that. Yes.
Jason 1:23:14
Okay. Okay. That's when they're using the same email. So that that happens when a consumer tries to claim a business, and the email address that they type in during the sign-up process is the same email that's listed on the business listing.
Speaker 4 1:23:30
Okay. Okay. Yeah, I've seen that before. I wondered what that was. Okay.
Jason 1:23:36
That's what that is.
Speaker 4 1:23:37
Okay. Okay, that makes sense. And then, should I put the phone number underneath the business listing here? Because you can't have the same phone number too, correct?
Jason 1:23:49
Correct, but I would check because that might be his personal number. I don't know if that's the business number or not. So if that personal cell phone, yeah, I would leave it. Yeah.
Speaker 4 1:24:01
Okay. Yeah. Okay. All right. And then let's see what was my other question. Okay. Um. So I had some issues with my my workflow. Okay. I would go in, fill this in, and then save it. Go out of it. Come back, and it's all disappeared. So we got that fixed, okay. And then I did put in a ticket because let's just say, okay. So I'm going to go to my directory and I'm going to act like I'm a new new user, okay. So I'm going to put that in, and then because I already know I have an account, but I just want to show you what it's doing here. I'm going to put that in. Try to create account, and so it tells me that this email already exists. Okay, so then I'm going to try to log in. And let's say I just am going to do forgot password. So now I just feel like some of this workflow mapping may not be correct because when I'm doing this, I'm getting that error message.
Jason 1:25:23
Hmm.
Speaker 4 1:25:25
And I had a problem, like I said, with the workflow mapping, like disappearing. And so somebody had gone in, and then they emailed me to say, "Hey, it's all working. But I don't. Can we
Jason 1:25:38
check to see if you actually got an email to that address. The password reset.
Speaker 4 1:25:44
Uh huh. Sure.
Jason 1:25:54
Doesn't look like it. Yeah.
Speaker 4 1:25:56
No, it usually goes right to my inbox.
Jason 1:26:00
Okay. Um. let's go go to the contacts section. Let's look up that contact real quick. There it is, right there. 10 10272, right. So one day ago, go ahead and click on the contact. I want to see if the password is saved, and then go to additional info, and then scroll down. Keep going, keep going.
Speaker 4 1:26:40
I think it might be under another one. Oh, there it is.
Jason 1:26:43
Okay, let's let's test this. Go ahead and and grab that password.
Speaker 4 1:26:48
Okay,
Jason 1:26:48
test to see if this password actually works. Is it not letting you sign in? Yeah, it's
Speaker 4 1:27:06
real slow for some reason. Whenever I click sign in, it's like it don't do anything. I have to click it another time. I don't know why that's real slow, but yeah. So it's giving me
Jason 1:27:17
okay. So let's lastly let's let's Delete the contact,
Speaker 4 1:27:21
okay.
Jason 1:27:23
And then let's try the process over again. But that is weird. It should be should be sending that, and it doesn't have anything to do with the mapping. But we may need to put in a ticket for you. Yeah, go ahead and just let's delete this contact.
Speaker 4 1:27:49
Let me go in and register it again.
Jason 1:27:52
Yeah, I just want to make sure that it's the same email. Yeah, let's go ahead and put the same email.
Speaker 4 1:28:16
Did you see that message pop up there?
Jason 1:28:19
I did. Yeah, it may be. I wonder if that same phone number is being used.
Speaker 4 1:28:30
I think. Can I look up the phone number?
Jason 1:28:33
You can. Yep. Okay, it is. Yeah. Go ahead and delete that. Okay. There we go. So that worked.
Speaker 4 1:29:09
Okay.
Jason 1:29:10
Okay. Let's see if the email with the password went to That email address. You should have received an email. Okay, perfect. There it is. There's your password. Okay, great. Okay, now let's go back. Let's log out. Let's test resetting the password.
Speaker 4 1:29:47
Just click forgot password. Yep. Okay.
Jason 1:29:51
Yeah. Click the forgot password. Enter that same email.
Speaker 4 1:30:17
My internet's down. I had to hot spot my phone, so it might be watching it a minute.
Jason 1:30:22
Right, that's okay. Yeah, it's really taken a minute here.
Speaker 4 1:30:44
Yeah, it really is. It hasn't been. It's been going right away. So we just try to do it again.
Jason 1:31:15
Yeah, maybe try it one more time. Maybe refresh the page.
Speaker 4 1:31:36
Yeah, still showing it's connected. Hmm. Well, I can go back to that in just a second. I just wanted to show you one more thing too. That
Jason 1:31:54
okay? Yeah, I would say even after we get off the call, if you're still having issues, if it's not sending that password reset, I would definitely submit a ticket for that.
Speaker 4 1:32:03
Okay, okay. And then the other thing is, they're still working on this. I was talking to you last week about this, about my leads still not working, and they're still not working today. Still not
Jason 1:32:17
pulling in.
Speaker 4 1:32:18
Yeah, still not working.
Jason 1:32:20
I actually had sent a message about your account a couple of days ago.
Speaker 4 1:32:26
Yeah,
Jason 1:32:27
Rachika, do you see anything new on your end for Kim's ticket?
Speaker 3 1:32:33
No, Jason.
Jason 1:32:39
Can we ping the dev team again because it's been it's probably been three weeks.
Speaker 3 1:32:46
Did you submit the ticket?
Speaker 2 1:32:48
No, she did. Sorry,
Speaker 3 1:32:49
did you? No, did
Jason 1:32:51
no. Kim submitted. I I reached out to Cameron and the dev team and told them like, hey, this has been sitting for a while. Like, what's going on
Speaker 3 1:33:02
for the leads, right?
Jason 1:33:04
Yeah, she can't access the leads dashboard at all.
Speaker 3 1:33:09
Okay, it's still in progress. Let me send a follow up to Todd. And please
Jason 1:33:17
esc, please escalate it, Rachika. Just let her let them know. This has been this. We've been waiting on this way too long. We've got to get. We've got to get this escalated ASAP. It should not take this long.
Speaker 4 1:33:34
Yeah, and then I just did the forgot password, and it gave me a tarot code. So I'll submit a ticket on it,
Jason 1:33:41
okay.
Speaker 4 1:33:42
And I'll send a loom video with it.
Jason 1:33:45
Awesome, that would be great.
Speaker 4 1:33:46
Yeah, I still think it has to do with my my maybe my workflows. You know, see where is that in settings that workflow mapping? Just because I've had issues with that, so I don't. I mean, it looks like it's all correct, but it may still be throwing an error because of that. But yeah, still. Well, we'll get
Jason 1:34:12
to the bottom of it.
Speaker 4 1:34:13
Okay, but I'll submit a ticket on that.
Jason 1:34:16
Okay, perfect.
Speaker 4 1:34:17
All right, and that's all I had. Thank you.
Jason 1:34:20
Okay, thanks, Kim. Yeah, look out for a response. Ruchika is going to follow up with the team on that. I'll send another message again after the call, and we'll try to light a fire under somebody so we can get get this going for you. I apologize.
Speaker 4 1:34:38
Okay, thank you.
Jason 1:34:40
Yep, no problem. Right, Bobby, you're up next.
Speaker 1 1:34:50
I think I'm going to pass. I forgot what I was going to ask.
Jason 1:34:55
Okay, no worries. That's all good. Anybody else, Brett?
Speaker 10 1:35:04
Hey, Jason.
Speaker 5 1:35:05
Hey. Hey
Speaker 10 1:35:06
there. Quick question. I know I've heard Tom talk about this a few times. The website needs to look good, right, for people to gage or want to spend money with it. Does that mean we should probably go ahead and build logos for the businesses so that the when they see it, just something that works with the one by one
Jason 1:35:34
ratio?
Speaker 10 1:35:34
Yeah, the space that we have is that that a good idea? Yeah, I know
Jason 1:35:39
a lot of people have done that. Yeah, I know. I know a couple of people just created templates inside of Canva, and they'll just drop the logo into that template, and then re-download it. So it's already pre-configured, you know, in the in the correct ratio that you need, and they just size the logo to fit within that box, you know, on Canva, and then download it and then throw it up. So yeah, I mean, something as easy as that, I wouldn't spend a ton of time on it, you know. But I think if you just make something simple like that, yeah, I'd say go for it.
Speaker 10 1:36:16
Okay, you probably have three, at least three businesses in each category before you, just so there's content sort of preloaded. If they,
Jason 1:36:25
yeah, you just kind of what I think he calls it seasoning the site. You know, you just want to throw some stuff up there, so it's not completely empty. You know, so whatever categories, however you've broken out your menu, whether that's by region, city, county, or whether it's categories, whatever it is, however you've done it, then yeah, I would just make sure you've got some some businesses in each one of those sections, so that you know somebody doesn't click on a section and you know just see an empty page.
Speaker 10 1:36:55
Right. Okay. And last question with the training the AI agents is how. levels training on that. If we want to do FAQs and load those up, or am I missing some training?
Jason 1:37:12
Yeah, no, I I would definitely take advantage of that. Take advantage of the the FAQ, the knowledge base. You can connect a knowledge base to it. You know the web scraping stuff. I don't use the web scraper when it comes to the when it comes to training bots. From what I've found, it seems to seems to scrape everything, which includes the code, all the HTML, the CSS, so I I tend to stay away from that unless I just need a proof of concept real quickly. So like if I'm selling a a chat bot or something and I just want to do a quick proof of concept, then I'll you know I'm I'm okay to use the scraping tool. But if I'm building anything permanent, I'm not using it. I'm using the FAQs, the FAQs, and then there's another. I forget what it is. It's some sort of a doc. You can do well. You can do. You can do Google Docs text upload. Thanks, Dorn. Yeah, Dorn said it. Text upload. So basically, that's just like a markdown file.
Speaker 10 1:38:26
Okay, I missed that chat looking at the camera. But okay, okay. I guess at some point, will there be more training on that just within your ecosystem, or is that something that's
Jason 1:38:42
I thought we I thought we did have something. Give me a second. Yeah, look through it.
Speaker 10 1:38:50
Yeah, a little bit. It's so AI pre not training the agents though that I could find.
Jason 1:39:04
Yeah, you know what I would I would recommend, Brett, is just go through anything that High Level has published recently because it changes so often. So if you're looking for more detailed stuff on training, I would definitely just go through High Level's documentation because that I mean at the end of the day that's the tool we're using, right?
Speaker 10 1:39:21
Yeah. Okay. All right. That's it for me. Thank you, Jason. Cool.
Jason 1:39:26
Yeah. No problem. All right, guys. Anybody else have questions? Now we're getting to the end here, but we still have still about 20 minutes on the clock, so I'm happy to stick around.
Speaker 8 1:39:49
Yeah, Jason Kais here again. Oh
Jason 1:39:52
yeah, yep.
Speaker 8 1:39:53
Regarding the GHL. The account itself, for for instance, I have GHL prior to the the this smart directory AI. So right now, I'm keeping it outside just to get familiar with it and understand it. And then I was planning on then bringing it in. Is is is there any benefit other than logging in, is am I able to do more if it's within my other accounts? Not with you know what I mean,
Jason 1:40:28
right? No, I know exactly what you mean. No, I mean so SDAI is an app that we've built that you can install from the app marketplace if you have an account. So it doesn't, yeah, it doesn't matter which whether you're using a high-level sub account underneath us or your own license. That doesn't matter. The reason why we built it that way, and the reason why we're giving you a sub account underneath our agency account, is just so that people didn't have to pay for two different subscriptions, so that if they were interested in trying it out, they could get a sub account and get up to speed, get it all, and have it come pre-installed, ready to go. And you just need to set things up. So we did that really for the new people to make it as easy as possible to kind of get onboarded.
Speaker 5 1:41:18
Right. But yeah,
Jason 1:41:18
whenever you're ready, if you want to transition? High levels made it super easy for us, so we can actually export the sub account on our end and transfer it directly into your account for you. So it's not a very difficult process at all.
Speaker 8 1:41:36
Okay, and then regarding the how are people using the deals or the offers? Sorry, not deals, but the offers.
Jason 1:41:51
Yeah, right.
Speaker 8 1:41:51
Because you can set up an offer. A business can set up an offer to give, hey, show this ad, right, and get $25 off or something, right?
Jason 1:42:01
Yep.
Speaker 8 1:42:02
How do how do you control like if you only want the customer to only be able to use that one time?
Jason 1:42:12
Yeah, I mean that's that's a little difficult. There's nothing built into our system that controls that at this point, right? Yeah. So, yeah. It's it's unfortunately that that's there's nothing that that really can control that side of it. So it's really just kind of like a a general coupon or discount or something, and that somebody could take advantage of. But yeah, actually controlling how many redemptions is just not possible right now.
Speaker 8 1:42:45
Right. Okay.
Jason 1:42:46
Yep.
Speaker 8 1:42:47
Okay. Thank you.
Jason 1:42:49
Yeah. No problem. But I would say just experiment with it, kind of play around with it, and look at other people's sites too. Like connect with other people in the community, we've got a fantastic school group. I don't know if you've joined the school group yet, but I
Speaker 8 1:43:08
did. Yeah.
Jason 1:43:08
Okay. Cool. Yeah, I would say you know do a search in the school group for for other sites. Yeah. Try and connect with other people. This is a great call too. A lot. You know, a lot of people join this every Tuesday. We do this every single Tuesday, usually for about two hours. Sometimes it goes a little bit over depending on if people have a lot of questions. But a lot of great people here to connect with and kind of network with, and you know, exchange ideas back and forth on how they're how they're building and using the site. Yeah. So yeah, I would say just dig into the community and and see people have come up with some really creative ideas around these directory sites. I've seen some really cool stuff.
Speaker 8 1:43:49
Right. Okay. All right. Thank you.
Jason 1:43:51
Of course. Happy to help. Yeah, Simona, I I saw that on my side. I I just pulled up your site and it's loading perfectly, so I think it was just that redirect that was causing the issue inside Namecheap. Because yeah, the site's loading perfect on my end.
Dorn 1:44:18
Simone, if you make changes in your GHL, do they reflect on that site?
Speaker 7 1:44:24
No. Yeah, but it loads as AppGo High Level. Yeah, it doesn't load as Home Services. That's still connected to
Dorn 1:44:39
what doesn't load his home services.
Speaker 7 1:44:43
The changes I'm making on my GHL. So if I go in and can you can you share your
Jason 1:44:54
screen, Simone? That might
Dorn 1:44:56
be a white label issue.
Speaker 7 1:45:00
Well, I just switched last night, and I think the domain is hanging still on on the original.
Dorn 1:45:09
I don't think so.
Speaker 7 1:45:12
Let me let me go and see. Okay. Good audio. All right. Can you guys see this? So this is on mine. So this is on mine. So if I do the preview, see, I get. Oh, hang on, hang on. If I do it in here, does it come off? No. Let me see. I need to switch screen again. you pointed
Dorn 1:45:48
out, you are logged into the SDAI side, not your own DHL. In that,
Speaker 7 1:45:54
I'm I'm logged into both. I'm logged into both.
Dorn 1:45:57
Well, that's part of the problem.
Speaker 7 1:45:59
Oh, really?
Dorn 1:46:00
You got to do it one at a time, or do it one in incognito. Anytime I I log into my account and another account with the same login, I get all kinds of conflict.
Speaker 7 1:46:11
Oh yeah, I'm. You know what? I because I did the snapshot, I didn't do the move of the data, so I'm trying to transfer the data, but I can I can get out of SDAI and see if I'm just logged into mine if that fixes the problem. But if I yeah,
Dorn 1:46:36
I was telling Wayne I was a good catch.
Jason 1:46:40
Yeah, your your site is loading just fine,
Speaker 7 1:46:44
but that's my old site
Jason 1:46:46
on the domain. Do you have a different domain now?
Speaker 7 1:46:50
No, no, my domain is on Namecheap, so I had I started on your system.
Jason 1:46:59
Yep, I no, I realize that I know. So what happened was, yeah, you you you had homeservices 800 eight.com connected to an instance of SDAI underneath our high level agency account, and then you disconnected the domain homeservices 800 eight.com from that instance.
Speaker 7 1:47:25
I did not.
Jason 1:47:28
Well, when when we looked at your screen earlier, it was not connected.
Speaker 7 1:47:32
Well, it's always has always been empty, but it it was connected.
Jason 1:47:40
Okay, and then we,
Speaker 7 1:47:47
yeah. So let me let me test it. Let me let me get out of the old directory completely, or shut everything down. I have millions of tabs open usually. I
Jason 1:47:59
think yeah, there there could be so potentially Simone. There there could be an issue where the domain is still connected somehow to the old instance underneath
Speaker 7 1:48:11
us. Yes.
Jason 1:48:12
Okay. Yeah, I think I think that's that may I could potentially see that. Okay, because what you're saying is that the instance that you've set up underneath your agent agency account doesn't even have any business details under it? Correct. Doesn't have any. You haven't added those business contacts. I did. Yeah,
Speaker 7 1:48:35
I did. I last night I imported most of the stuff, and I'm just adding a whole bunch of things back, but it when I go to preview that I will see preview easy right direct. No, I understand.
Jason 1:48:51
So let's set set the preview thing aside for a second. So the way that we can determine whether it's still connected or not is if you go into your agency account, okay, high-level agency account. Go into the sub account under your agency account where SDAI is installed. Let's go ahead and add a new business listing. Make sure that the business tag is connected to it, and then let's check the live site to see if it shows up. If it does show up, then we know that it that the domain and the site is connected to your instance and not still connected to our instance. Does that make sense?
Speaker 7 1:49:32
Yeah, I mean, I I can see that the old data and the new data are different. I don't have all the pictures loaded, so so both sides look very different right now, because I'm just I should have asked you guys to make a copy and just copy it over, but I decided to do the snapshot and start over. So I know that both of them are very. I have very few pictures in the new one, so so I would see a difference,
Jason 1:50:06
right? But what I'm saying is, if we can, if you can add a listing inside of your account, and if if it if that listing shows up on your live site, then we know that it's not getting hung up on our side. That's what that's what I'm trying to figure out. I'm trying to figure out is it still connected on our side? If it is, there's something there that we need to take care of.
Speaker 7 1:50:34
Okay.
Jason 1:50:35
Or yeah, I can.
Jason 1:50:36
Yeah.
Speaker 7 1:50:37
Yeah. Yeah. I can just then text or email you guys back. Okay.
Speaker 7 1:50:45
Let me let me log out of all the smart directory I places that I'm in so that we don't confuse the systems either. So and that could always be a problem. All right. Thank you.
Jason 1:51:02
Of course. Yeah. No problem. All right, guys. Any other questions? Anybody have any other questions out there? Okay, I think we're going to go ahead and wrap it up here. Thank you guys for joining the call today again. This is our SDAI call. We do this every Tuesday, noon Eastern for about two hours. You guys obviously saw how we handle these calls. We take questions, share screens, and dig into whatever issue you guys are facing. That's the whole point of these calls. We really want to offer that level of support to you guys, and really help to to get you guys squared away and and sorted out. In between now and next Tuesday, we do have the our support desk. You've heard me mention it several times on this call here today. What you can do is, if you have an issue, you can go to smartdirectory.ai forward slash contact support. I'm going to go ahead and drop that link in the chat right now. If you go to that page, there's a simple form on there. This goes direct directly to our ticketing desk, and we've got agents there seven days a week now, getting ready to take whatever questions you have, and you know get get the help that you need. So some of the stuff does require our dev team. So please kind of be patient with us while we get that passed off to our desk dev team and get it queued up and get to to get fixed. But that's the fastest way to get help outside of these calls. So I definitely recommend taking advantage of that. Take advantage of those support tickets. Input that if you guys can. Loom videos or some sort of screen recording is always really helpful to isolate the issue that whatever you're facing. If you don't have screen recording software. Obviously, screenshots that definitely helps. If you can't take screenshots, then just describe your issue as best you possibly can in the box there, and we'll get you the help that you guys that you guys need. Anyway, thank you guys again for joining the call. We will see you all again next Tuesday again noon Eastern. Make a great week. We'll talk soon. Take care, everybody.
