All right, what's happening everybody? Welcome to SDA. I call everybody's doing good. Happy, happy Tuesday. If you guys have questions. Bottom of Google, meet there at the bottom bar, you should see a hand icon. If you go ahead and click that, that will allow you to raise your hand, and we'll start calling on people and answer some questions and dig right in hope everybody's doing well. So anybody that's got questions, feel free raise your hand. Let's see. I want to make sure I've got everybody, and I apologize if there's anybody here from last week that was trying to get I I wasn't paying attention to the chat, and I think there were a few people that were trying to get in and didn't weren't able to get in. So I apologize for that. We'll make sure that we're always looking at that so that people can get in. But yeah, if you guys have questions, please feel free raise your hand. We can jump right in satira. I know you always have questions. There's got to be something satire. I see you're sitting there. Is there something going on? Yes, no. Jam, okay, jam, I see your hand
1:43
up. Hey, how are you? I just installed everything. And quick question on Bill high level under the business profile, do I need to set up a branded domain in the business profile?
1:58
You don't have to now, I like to, I usually set one up for all my sub accounts, just because any type of links that are generated, like system generated links, will then follow whatever that branded URL that you're using is. So like,
2:17
Oh, is that something like app dot domain name?
2:22
Yeah, I typically don't use the word app. I reserve that mainly for the application itself. But yeah, that, but that, you get the idea, yeah, it's a sub domain, and then your domain, and it's those links are used for system generated links, like calendar links, whether those are one time calendar links or like calendar booking links, where you can go and schedule anytime they're used for funnel page and website page,
2:56
Okay, what would you recommend
3:01
as a what I'm sorry
3:03
to use as a sub domain for that
3:07
I do. I usually use the word link, or links. That's what I do, yep,
3:12
okay,
3:13
just because it's, it's all encompassing. Like I said, it's used across the board for several different things. Include, including, I think they use it for the review link that sent out as well.
3:26
Okay, got it another quick question. So I had I installed everything under my sub account, and the app was working previously, but I just noticed I go back and it's I'm clicking on, and it's just a blank page. Now,
3:45
can you share your screen by chance and we can take a look? Yeah. No problem.
4:05
All saying I can't share it real quick, let me try something else. I Okay, yeah, we'll see that.
4:30
Yep, just pulled up. Okay, go ahead and right click anywhere in the middle of the screen there, can you right click? The menu, pop up. I'm not seeing it, okay,
4:46
basic menu.
4:50
Can you see something that says, like, reload frame. I think is what it says,
4:57
yeah, yeah.
4:59
Go ahead and try that.
5:04
Thinking,
5:07
Yeah, I can see the wheels spinning. There we go, okay, cool,
5:10
there we go. That was weird. Okay, cool,
5:15
yeah, sometimes things happen. It's this is I framed in so it may be, who knows what could have happened. Sometimes extensions in the browser can mess with it. Sometimes the browser itself, so I yeah, that reflow reload frame option tends to fix a lot of issues.
5:34
Oh, that's good to know. The last question I kind of have at the moment is just kind of basic, can I connect my same Stripe account to this subject my agency,
5:47
of course,
5:48
all right, cool. That's all I have for now. I just got to sit down and kind of plug through the help document and kind of go through everything
5:55
cool. Have you been following along through the quick start guide?
5:59
Yeah, yeah. So I literally just got the license key and set this up, so I'm kind of digging in.
6:05
Perfect, awesome. Yeah, it's the best place to start. Anybody else here on the call that has questions or issues, it's always good to go back to that quick start guide. There's three different phases in there, and we kind of walk through, step through each one of those, those sections, obviously, you'll probably still have questions, but that should get you about 95 98% of the way there.
6:26
Cool. I appreciate it. Thank
6:28
you. Awesome. Yep, no worries, right? Guys. Any other questions, please? We got plenty of time. So anything you're struggling with, you want to talk strategy. You want to talk SDI, high level?
6:43
I got another question.
6:44
Yeah? Jim, yeah, go right
6:45
ahead.
6:46
So I branded my site to be a state site, although I'm going to start off in one small area,
6:54
okay,
6:54
and I haven't dug into the to the directory at all yet, but is it possible to kind of like filter things down so it's just by county,
7:03
sure. Yeah, you could, you can create categories for counties. Okay, yeah, that's not a problem.
7:10
Cool.
7:12
Yeah, there's quite a bit of flexibility with the we changed the name of it. I think it's a listing label, is what we're calling them now. But yeah, there's, there's quite a bit of flexibility with that.
7:24
Okay, cool,
7:25
yes.
7:29
Great questions, please, guys, come on.
7:32
Did you have a way last time where you showed how to insert code, and could you show how to do that again? And if we're able to do that, could I insert, like, a video player or a video slider on the homepage? You know, if that's possible,
7:49
not on the homepage, on the homepage of the SD, AI site,
7:56
right?
7:57
Yeah, there is no option for that. There is a custom code section for the SDA I site. Mainly what people are using that for is either analytics or like a site wide chat widget. Now there has been a new custom code section that was silently rolled out, and we're not really talking about it too much, because there are couple of bugs with it that they're trying to work out, but that will be officially announced here really soon, and that's at the actual business listing level. There will be, and you may even see it in some of your accounts. There's a new custom code section there at the listing level, and that will allow you to using the chat widget for an example, right? So you, as the SDA I site owner, could have a chat widget that's site wide, that answers question questions about the SDA I site, but then for a premium listing, if you wanted to use that as a potential upsell, you could, because now that we have the custom code option at the listing level, you could also offer a chat widget specific to the business that would override the site wide chat widget and only show on that businesses listing. Hopefully that makes sense. Hopefully I didn't confuse you too much on that, but essentially, you have control over setting up a business specific chat widget, and that could be a premium option that's included in a premium plan,
9:36
okay, but even on that listing page, with the code, I would not be able to insert a video player or a video
9:44
No, but there was Dorn, do you remember that field was that, I know you and I talked about this before. I think that they fixed that where you can't embed a YouTube video anymore. But there was an option, right?
9:59
Yeah.
10:00
At one point,
10:03
to my knowledge, you could still add one YouTube video on an individual listing, but it replaces the images on the sidebar if I'm not mistaken,
10:13
okay, that's what it was. Yep, yep,
10:16
okay. Do you know how I'd find out how to do that?
10:20
Yeah, we can, we can show you here, hang on one second. Yeah, it's right here. So let me share. Give me one second. Let me share my screen.
11:05
Yeah, I was just enjoying Dorn AI image there is that a dumpster fire behind you. Dorn. I
11:26
Yes, it's a dumpster fire. Sorry, I'm doing some stuff for my wife.
11:32
Nice.
11:38
Okay, Kim, can you see my screen? I Jim, can you hear me? Can you see that? Okay,
11:52
yes, sorry, I cannot get to the mute button. Yes, I can see your screen thing.
11:56
Okay, so inside of a business listing over here on the right hand side under links. This is where you would go, right here.
12:05
Ah, okay, perfect. Thanks.
12:07
Yep, no problem, but nothing for the actual site itself so on. So if we go back here, nothing where we can embed a video. Oh, that's not going to work. But embed a video on the actual homepage of the SDI site.
12:23
Yeah, so they have to click through to that businesses listing that on that page. Okay,
12:29
yep.
12:29
Thank
12:31
you.
12:31
No problem.
12:33
Jason, sorry to interrupt and you need to enable this inside of the plans as well.
12:39
Oh, that's right, yes. Kim,
12:42
okay,
12:43
yep, so if we go into how did you
12:49
get to plan, sorry,
12:51
where?
12:52
Let me close this here, right up here.
12:54
Okay,
12:55
yep, and,
13:04
there it is, right
13:05
here, video and that, okay,
13:06
yeah, so you would toggle that on.
13:09
Okay, thank you,
13:11
of course. Thanks for Chica. Appreciate that.
13:34
I noticed on my site that the little buttons on it are kind of overlapped by the tags sometimes. Do you know, if that's just, you know, like a spacing problem that does that just, does that happen on everybody's site?
13:50
Can you show us what you mean? You mind sharing your
13:53
screen? I
14:06
I like here. It's not a bad example, right there, but you see how it's kind of,
14:12
Oh, got it. You know, it kind of looks like you're zoomed in. Are you zoomed in in the browser?
14:17
Possibly, I'm elderly.
14:20
That could be what, that's what's causing that. I
14:24
just put it back to reset, though, and it doesn't look like I am anymore.
14:30
No, let's hear what. What is your site looks like? Local,
14:35
local, grow, dot biz.
14:37
Let me try it on my side here. I
14:50
me i stopped sharing.
14:56
Yeah, it doesn't seem to be overlapping for me. I think.
15:00
Okay,
15:01
yeah, it could be something on my browser.
15:05
That's my best guess. Yeah, that's what it looked like to me. But yeah, no, it looks fine.
15:10
Okay, thanks.
15:11
Yep, it looks nice on my side. Right? Guys questions, go ahead and raise your hand. Be happy to call on you and get whatever you're struggling with taking care of here. Yeah, Jim, go right ahead.
15:39
Okay, just thinking ahead if I'm adding in filler data, like so businesses I'm not going to target as a client, but I want to make the site look really good, and I'm going to just give them a premium listing. Sure. Any advice on strategy of tagging them? Should I just tag them with business and then add another tag like they're promoted for free or something,
16:04
so that you can find them again in the future, or what
16:09
future I know, hey, I'm not charging these clients. I've comped them up. Comp them in the site,
16:14
right, right? Yeah, that's fine. I The only thing that I would do, I wouldn't tag them inside SDA. I would tag the contact inside high level, because that won't show on the front end of the site. So
16:33
contacts in my sub account for the site,
16:38
exactly. Yeah, right. You go to the contact section inside high level, and then you could add a tag to that that because every business listing has a corresponding contact inside the contact section in high level, right? So yeah, and if you add the tag there, it's not going to show up on the actual SD AI site. So yeah, that's where I would do it. And then what you could do is then create a saved smart list inside high level, or those, those free, free premiums, got it anytime
17:13
based on what you said. I'm assuming there's some need to tag people in the site that's different.
17:20
Yeah, once you go through it, you know, once you get to the menu building section, that's where you'll find out that that's, that's those listing labels we talked about little while ago.
17:30
Okay,
17:30
so that's where you can set up your different categories, and you essentially are tagging them so the listing falls into the appropriate category, but there's only one tag that's used on the high level side to make sure that that contact shows up inside SDA, I and that's the business tag, yeah.
17:53
And then I'm assuming, if I'm loading these in, and I don't want to get I don't want any outreach to go to them, I just pause or keep my workflows in draft mode
18:05
Correct, yes,
18:06
and then when I'm ready to launch just
18:08
one, yep, got it, yeah, yeah. And did you already install the snapshot?
18:15
Yeah, I haven't touched it. I mean, I literally installed that and been waiting for license key. That's done, and I'm just paying attention now before I dig back in.
18:23
Got it? Yeah? So that, yeah, I would go to the, go to the automation section in the snapshot, and go ahead and pause all of those automations for right now. Okay, if they're not already paused, okay, that way. Yeah, you don't have any chance of one of those firing, okay? And then, yeah, just go back to that quick start guide, and that should just keep following that. That'll walk you through each, each phase. Gaddis, SDI,
18:55
all right? And then, how soon do you guys send out? I guess there's 100 leads that go out to us or something. What's the deal with that?
19:04
Yeah, um, I think, I think we have to submit a support ticket for that. Get You
19:12
There is a form that you need to submit.
19:15
Oh, there is okay. Rajika, do you have a Do you happen to have that link?
19:19
Yes, I'll share that too.
19:21
And is that, is that monthly, or that one time
19:26
you can request monthly through that form? And
19:30
does anybody have any experience? I'm looking at d7 but does anybody have any experience with outscraper or anything else?
19:40
I mean, I've used outscraper, I've used e7 I've purchased lists. I've used list brokers. I mean, they're, I think they're all, you know, I've used AI to scrape together lists. I would say, bang for the buck. Uh, I like d7 I think I feel like the, I guess the quality that it returns seem to be for the cost. I feel like they do a really good job. So I kind of default to them.
20:18
I'm sorry,
20:20
right, yeah, yeah. If I need to find a I'm looking to do, like, a really detailed list, like, if I there's specific people that I really want to target, there's another company that I've used. Give me one second. Let me see if I can Pull it up for
20:47
you. Is hmm,
21:28
yeah, it's not popping up yet.
21:30
No worries.
21:31
Looking for jam, if I find it, I'll, I'll shout it out here later on in the call.
21:35
Yeah,
21:35
that's great. I mean, I got plenty on my hands. Yeah,
21:39
yeah. I mean, d7 is fine. Like I said, I've used it for years. I think, I think it's a great tool. You can't go I don't think you can go wrong with it. It returns some good data. You can filter. You can ask for email addresses, which a lot of these tools. That's one of the biggest things. It's hard to find email addresses.
22:06
Thanks, Jason,
22:07
yeah, no problem.
22:14
Is there a good walk through of once we get those leads, how to get them uploaded and then get them started on the email sequence. Is there a video for that? Or that's just kind of covered in the quick start?
22:28
I think it's in the Quick Start. Let me just go over there real quick email templates.
22:38
I think she might have put something in the chat.
22:41
Did she adding and removing listings? Let's see
22:50
which I was able to do. And I went through and hooked up a lot of the Google Plus. So is there a backup? Should I be doing any kind of backup or anything, or is that taken care of going on in the background,
23:04
backup of the site. You said,
23:06
yeah,
23:08
yeah, no, that's that's being taken care of by us on SDI. And then the contacts, all of your business listings live inside contacts, inside
23:18
high
23:18
level Gotcha. You one
23:23
more question I can't remember. Oh, so once we get these uploaded, these, how do we get the emails going out? Is that what you were going to see? If it's in the Quick Start?
23:38
Yes, that's going to be under workflows, outreach. So here is, I can drop this in the chat. This is the link to that.
23:49
Awesome. Thank you.
23:51
But yeah, that's all part of that outreach, or part of the quick start. So there's three phases. There's kind of like the setup phase, all the technical stuff. Then there's kind of the outreach. What do they call it? Let's see here. Phase one is customize the website, custom or phase two is customized emails. Phase three is operate. So each one of these topics so that I think that's covered under operate.
24:15
Okay, great. Thank you.
24:16
Yep.
24:24
Yeah. Dorn, what's happening?
24:27
Can I share my screen? I just did an experiment. I think people might like to see how it came out. Yeah, let's do it. I don't want to share entire screen. Okay, can you guys see my screen? Yeah, it just popped up. Okay, I'm on my chest business listing. I embedded I frame code from YouTube, right, and save the code this. On an individual listing. This is how it populated. The video went at the very top of the listing.
25:08
Okay,
25:10
you can embed videos. They don't show up where you want them to,
25:15
right? Thank you. I wonder though, if you could also put a frame on there, you know, like a video player. Maybe
25:22
you cannot, because on that particular part, you're in your business details, and you're right here in business description. You cannot embed formatting there.
25:39
Okay,
25:41
but let's try. Let's just see, because this seems to be an ongoing thing. People really want this.
25:51
Yeah, it'd be nice as an upgrade.
25:55
Oh, wow. Okay,
26:00
I love that. Thanks.
26:03
You're welcome. That's all I had. Cool thanks to horn.
26:18
Right? Guys questions? Anybody's got questions, please feel free raise your hand. Unmute. Yeah. Kerry, you Yeah, Carrie, feel free unmute.
26:52
Sorry. So what Doran just did was he took an iframe code off of YouTube and dropped it in the business description,
27:02
correct,
27:03
and it showed up on the bottom underneath the listing,
27:08
correct. Cool.
27:12
That's that opens up a whole new world. Thank you.
27:15
Yeah, no problem. I I'm still looking for that list broker that I was talking about. They're actually they're a way that it works. I got to find the site. You can actually tell them exactly what you want, and they'll go out and curate a list for you. And it's combination of software and and humans. So it's not just software, it's actual people that verify it and check it's a really good service, and I apologize that I can't think of it right now. I keep looking for it, soon as I find it that I'll share it with everybody. But please feel free to unmute anybody or raise your hand if you have questions. Yeah, Carrie,
28:31
I was going to say Brian Anderson has a database deal that's cut a little bit out of the ordinary called Big Data profits. And there's all kinds of stuff you can get out of it. And at different times, it's, sometimes it's fairly expensive but, but it's, it's especially valuable if anybody ever wanted to do direct mail. So it's big data profits.com it's kind of a company underneath Brian Anderson stuff.
29:07
Okay,
29:09
cool, okay.
29:17
I got leads great from AppSumo, if anybody ever goes there. I'm not sure if it's still there or if there's something similar, but it's a good place to check because you can often just pay one time and not have to pay a monthly fee.
29:30
Yep, yeah, I love app Sumo. I've got some, lot of times you could find some really good, really good gems in there.
29:40
Yes, I.
30:03
Everybody's quiet today. This is a real quiet group. Usually, we're jamming with questions.
30:16
They'll all come to us when we get off.
30:18
I know, right.
30:21
Okay, I have one for you.
30:23
There she is. All right, finally, win for you. Satiria Koch, man, keep me in suspense here.
30:31
Okay, this, I've been noticing for a while, and I'm not sure where. Let me share my screen. Okay, I move y'all out the way.
30:59
Okay? Gaddis, yeah, we can see it.
31:02
Okay. What is that? Oops. Why is that? Because my Google,
31:08
yeah, that's your Google Map.
31:11
Okay, so how do I turn that on? Because this is for, this is one of the ones I made, one of the business I made premium, so I kind of went on and did her stuff. And I do know her, or met her, and we've talked a couple of times, but what is, how do I get that fixed? What? Because I took care of the Google as far as I went on and paid for it. Does that have anything to do with that? Because it's not affecting anything else.
31:51
Yeah, you're talking about the Google Cloud. You added a payment method to Google Cloud,
31:56
right?
31:57
Okay, it could just be that you don't have all of the right API's turned on.
32:08
You
32:08
know where you go into the library, the API library inside Google Cloud, and you turn on, you enable the different API's. Do you remember doing that?
32:18
No,
32:19
okay, that could be what it is. And offhand. I know Doran remembers, because he does this all the time. I can't remember all the different ones. I know it's Maps API. I think there's a Maps new.
32:37
You don't need maps new yet. You need geo encoding JavaScript and and places.
32:46
Got it? Okay, so did
32:48
you put that link in chat? Please?
32:54
Who
32:55
the player
32:56
on your screen? Can you put that in chat? Please?
32:59
Oh, okay.
33:01
Thank you.
33:09
No thank
33:20
Hmm,
33:27
okay,
33:29
got it.
34:00
It is a refer, not allowed error.
34:05
Okay,
34:07
so when you say your thing, it's working on everything else, right,
34:13
yeah, as far as I know.
34:15
Well,
34:16
I mean, yeah, the Google ads. I mean, you know,
34:24
okay, I show a refer, which suggests your key is not properly set up.
34:32
Okay, so how do I correct that?
34:37
I don't know. Let me look around.
34:38
Okay. Do Allah glaukabush. You could just put something in
35:02
the Yeah, that's the Google Maps setup that she just dropped into the chat. All part of the quick start guide. There.
35:25
She said she thinks, I just need to add my site URL to the created app in Google Cloud. Now, y'all don't really went over my head.
35:40
Yeah, that's that's to basically restrict map loading to your URL. So the Asheville, what is it? The Asheville, thrive directory.com, basically what you're saying is, once you set up that API. So the three API's that Dorn just said, which were, was it Google geo encoding places and Maps JavaScript. So those three once those are enabled, then, yes, you can restrict access to those via just your domain, so that somebody couldn't potentially steal, you know, the access to your keys and and, and run up a big bill unless it was on your website. But once you restrict it, restrict it to your domain, then it's only being it's only you can only use it on your domain,
36:38
okay,
36:41
and I don't know if that's part of the setup. Let me just go through what richika shared real quick. It looks like it is configure front end, key name, the key Setup. I'm Yeah, it looks like it is. It's step. 13. Oh, she's saying step four. I thought it was step 13. Let me go back to step four. What was step four? Copy restrictions, I'm looking for it for you. So Tira,
38:02
okay, I'm looking to know what I'm looking
38:06
for. Jason, like, was it working before? Was that map working before?
38:13
I don't recall ever seeing a map. I think I didn't. I started seeing this, I think, after the update. But I didn't, I didn't even do the up, the up update of the SD AI, because I had already, you know, customized and everything, and so I didn't want to lose, take the chance of losing anything.
38:40
But it was already there. Like it was there,
38:44
okay,
38:44
with the smart directory, yeah, so probably it is due to the API's.
38:51
So there's a, there's a map that's supposed to show up there,
38:55
yes,
38:56
on that listing, yep.
38:57
Okay, I did, I don't recall. I and it doesn't matter if they're premium or or free, right?
39:09
That you can control through the plans,
39:12
okay,
39:13
you can enable or disable.
39:20
Who
39:24
is it? Do we have access to your account?
39:31
I know you did at one point at least a couple of times. Do I need to?
39:36
Okay, let me check
39:39
Satura. If you want to share your screen. I'll show you where it's at on the plans,
39:43
okay?
39:44
Because that, that was a good idea. I completely blank to check that. Okay, yeah, scroll back up to the top. For me, and then click on plans. And I guess we could start with the trailhead. What was she a premium?
40:14
Yeah.
40:16
Okay. So which one did you put her into? The scenic or the mountain,
40:20
view, I think.
40:21
Okay, so let's go ahead and just click the Edit the pencil icon next to it, and then click on Next. And then, yeah, scroll down. You should see it's Google. There it is, Google Map. Okay, so that is turned on. Do you see that halfway down? Yep.
40:48
That means it's probably due to the API. Maybe you can check on the home page. You can maybe enable or disable that and check if it is working there or not. Okay,
40:59
that's
41:01
a good idea. That's a
41:02
good idea. This is due to the APIs. Yes,
41:05
yeah, if you scroll back up there satire, and then let's go to what is it? Businesses, it's going to be under branding,
41:31
okay,
41:32
and then under Content, I believe. And then if you scroll down, yeah, right there where it says Display map, you scroll back up just a little
41:43
bit a
41:45
little bit further, a little bit further. There we go, right there, under hero image so you can toggle display map on,
41:53
okay, but then I don't have the hero
41:57
Right, right? What we're doing is just testing to see if it is the API keys,
42:02
okay,
42:03
so here I can Let me check. Nope, so that maps working perfect, interesting
42:32
for any other listing as well, Jason on the same website,
42:41
yeah, let's go to, yeah, they're not showing so do you have a link to her site? Rachika,
42:52
yeah, I'm just checking that. Yeah.
43:04
Okay, yeah, we have access to the account.
43:07
Okay,
43:09
I'm just gonna put this with the dev team to look into it.
43:24
Yeah, the maps showing just fine on the homepage. It's just not showing for individual listings.
43:30
But
43:34
if you go Satura, if you go and just open up a new tab and just go to the Asheville thrive directory.com, you can see there's your map,
43:48
right? So
43:49
that's where it's working perfectly here,
43:52
but yeah,
43:54
when you click on any of these featured listings, it's showing that error message.
44:11
Are the reviews Coming through?
44:13
Yeah, Mm, hmm. Yeah,
44:50
rachika, are you capturing this? Are you writing
44:54
a ticket? Yes, I'm just testing on the other listings. But yeah, definitely. Will create a ticket, and I'll share this with this.
45:03
Okay,
45:05
okay, so I can go back and change
45:07
back. I'll send you an email with the update.
45:11
Okay?
45:11
About the prompts? Yeah,
45:12
okay. Thank you.
45:15
No problem.
45:18
So if you want to revert that map,
45:20
yeah,
45:21
and just go back to your hero image. You'll just go back to the content section, which I think you're in right now, right? Yep,
45:30
oh, here it is.
45:31
Yeah, so you just toggle that off, Yep, there you go.
45:35
Okay, all right. Well, that's it for me that I know of
45:44
all right. Well, this is a good one, of course, yeah, we'll try to figure out what's going on here,
45:52
and can I be added to that ticket. I think mine is doing the same thing. I don't know that.
45:59
Yeah. Who was that?
46:01
Who just Kim? Oh, this.
46:02
Kim, okay, got it.
46:05
It's doing something on some listings, they don't even seem to have anything. I'm not sure exactly what a plain listing should look like, but some of mine look very strange.
46:20
Well, remember that the it depends on the plan that the business is associated with, right? Because you can turn that on and off at the plan level. So if it's if maps are turned off at the planned level, then it will not show,
46:39
right?
46:40
But if it's, if it's turned on, and then you go to the listing, and you're experiencing what we just saw here with satire, where the box is showing but it's showing it's obviously there's an error. And then I would definitely test to see if the map, when you toggle the map on the homepage, if it displays there or not.
47:02
Well, I guess
47:03
if you get an error,
47:04
yeah, some of them, it just says undefined, and that just shows my logo. Jimmy show you.
47:12
Yeah, that would be great.
47:20
So I clicked on this landscaping one, and I guess the Google's coming through, because he has this picture. But this is what happens when we
47:31
go name on the listing, undefined. It's a blank field
47:37
I see. So this one should that? Oh, okay, yeah, but shouldn't this have something else? Like, should it just be this?
47:49
Again? It all depends on what you've turned on and off. I don't know. That's not a featured listing, so that must be a free listing.
47:56
So, and I didn't alter at all. So is this what all the free listings should look like.
48:03
Again, you'll have to go back to your plans and look at what's turned on and what's turned off.
48:09
But I didn't alter it from what it was set up as. Is that what it should look like as a free listing?
48:18
I mean, it's, it's really whatever you want it to look like. You have that that's, that's why we give you that ability to set what is on and what is off at the at the plan level.
48:34
Okay,
48:35
slightly different.
48:36
So I would go under just community listing.
48:39
I it,
48:43
and that's still sharing,
48:44
if you go under you are, but we, all we can do is we can just see the front end of your site.
48:50
I I got the right screen. No. Oh, well, I'll just, I'll figure it out.
49:11
It's, it's just under. If you just go under SDA, I you'll see, at the top navigation, you'll see an item called plans. If you click on plans, there'll be a list of all your plans. You should see one that's free, and then any premium plans that you've set up, and they'll just be a little pencil icon where you can go and you can edit that plan. And you'll just have to just click through to the next screen to see what's visible, what's toggled on or off for that specific list or for that specific plan, there you go. Yeah, you're in the right place.
49:45
Okay, so I go here to community,
49:47
and
49:48
so I would go here,
49:52
right? Yep. And then you click Next,
49:55
and
49:56
that's going to show you
49:59
I want. Why these aren't on? Shouldn't those be on? Oh, they are on,
50:06
yeah,
50:07
but they're not in. They're not included. So that second column is what's included.
50:13
Okay, oh, sorry, I need to turn these on,
50:16
yeah, so that's not so they're not included. So you're showing them, meaning it's, it's showing so there's two, there's two toggles. It's like you can display it, you can show it on that plan level. And I think it's what is it grayed out or crossed out or something. And then you can include it, and then it's not crossed out.
50:37
That makes sense. Now, I'm sorry I don't get it.
50:40
So let's go. Let's, let's actually pull up your site. Let me go. What was it again? Grow,
50:46
local, grow dot biz,
50:48
local grow dot biz, and we go to pricing. So if you go to your pricing page,
50:59
okay, how do I get there? Oh, on the on my outside pricing. If
51:05
you go to local, grow, dot biz and look at your, look at your free community listing, there's an X next to everything. So it's showing it, so you can show it and not include it, or you cannot show it and not include
51:27
it. Sorry, I did not get it. Can you show the screen so you can show me what you're looking at?
51:33
Yep, give me one second here. I So here's your plans. You've got your community listing plan and your local spotlight, and you can see there's an X next to all of these, right? So you're showing these, but these, just because they're showing doesn't mean they're included.
52:04
Okay? And that's the way the directory loaded, like none of those are shown on a free site. Is that typically what everyone's doing?
52:14
I think that's the default, yes. So you can go in and you can turn these on so that you can include more things basically right in that free listing.
52:27
Okay?
52:31
And Google Map configuration, so that's turned off,
52:37
right?
52:38
So that's why that Google Maps not showing for those listings.
52:42
Yeah, okay.
52:47
So again, like, the reason why we give you this flexibility is some people may say, Well, you know, like, I'm never going to offer social media,
52:55
right,
52:56
so I don't even want this to show. So that's why you could just completely turn it off. It doesn't even show,
53:03
I gotcha,
53:04
that's what the show. Yeah,
53:06
that finally got through. Okay, I get Thank
53:08
you, yep, but
53:20
I'm going to turn on a bunch more stuff on my free Don't you think I think it looks really weird to have nothing on there. What are most people doing? Do you do most people just have nothing when you click on the free listing?
53:35
No, I would say, I would say it's kind of a
53:41
to each is on, I guess,
53:43
yeah. I would say most people will include some form of, like a business description. Some will include an address. Yeah, so business description, I would say address, phone number, website. I feel like that one is kind of, it's kind of 5050, some people will include it in the free. Some people say that the website is that's actually a premium upgrade to include the website link,
54:11
yeah. And
54:11
then things like, you know, just, you know, hours of operation, additional links, blogs, events, things, all those things. Those are all for premium.
54:22
Okay, thanks,
54:25
yep,
54:27
I can show my site so she can see what I have on mine.
54:32
Yeah, sure, yeah.
54:50
Now I didn't mean to leave that embedded code there, but it doesn't matter, really,
54:57
I don't even see it. Okay, I'm gonna just, I'll go look at your site. Your site looks good. Okay, thank you. Oh, and you named your plans. That's, that's cute.
55:15
Yeah, I'm here in the mountains, so,
55:18
yeah, I love it.
55:22
Yeah. That custom code option that's, that's a new feature. So it wasn't that you, like you accidentally left that out satire. That's something that we just pushed again. That was something I talked about earlier on in the call. It's kind of a silent feature that we're, we're slowly releasing. They're working out a few little bugs left in that before we make an official announcement. But that's the option to add custom code at the listing level itself.
55:55
Okay,
55:56
that's why that's showing there so but yes, you can go back into your plans and you can turn that off so it doesn't show which I would probably recommend at this stage. And then at some point, maybe you want to turn that on for, you know, the Mountain View plan, or maybe even scenic view. But definitely that would be a paid feature, because that would give them the ability to add, say, like a custom chat widget directly to their listing that could send leads directly to them. That's what that custom code option allows you to
56:38
do. Okay, repeat that. What? What that's for
56:42
so it's you can use it for multiple things, but one of the best use cases, and one of the reasons why we created it was so that as a premium offering, right? So like your you have your free tier, and then you have your premium offerings for for paid listings, you could have an additional offering where you can turn on a custom code box that only you as the admin has access to at the listing level, where you could copy and paste a chat widget code for that specific listing so that when a user of your website goes to your site and then happens to land on that specific businesses listing page, right on their listing, they could see a chat bot that pops up that could collect lead information specific to that business only, and could send that lead information just to that business? Yes? Dorne, yeah, the chat bot would be just for that business. So the way that this custom code box will work is there's a custom code option at the site level, right, where you can paste what you already have satire, which is your chat widget right there, right,
58:09
right? So
58:10
you already have a chat widget and that, but that's site wide, and that's for you,
58:14
right?
58:14
What we're talking about is a chat widget specific to each individual business.
58:19
Oh, right.
58:21
And when somebody goes to that listing for that business, if you have a chat bot or a chat widget embedded in that listing, it will override the site wide chat bot. Does that makes sense.
58:48
So the site wide would be mine.
58:50
Site wide is yours,
58:52
okay,
58:53
site wide is yours. And then, and we can show that like if you want to go back into your SDA, I site the back end. That way we can kind of show people as I'm talking about this. So
59:10
if
59:11
you click on just click on settings up at the top center of the screen. Yep, right there. And then number five, see where it says custom code, perfect. And then scroll down for me. Cool. So you see where it says Body Code, and there's a script in there, center of the screen. Okay, so that's, that is your chat bot. That's what that code is right there, that script, okay,
59:52
oh,
59:52
that's for the that's for the entire site, for the entire website. Now, if you scroll back. Up to the top, and then go to businesses. And then let's choose this first one here. Yep, that's studio. So go ahead. You have to scroll over so you can get to the pencil. There you go, yep. Click the pencil icon, and then at the top of this listing, scroll that top navigation. Scroll that little bar. Yeah, right. Your mouse was just over it. Go right back down where it says analytics, account owner, business details. Go ahead and scroll that bar underneath there, move that all the way over to the right, and keep going.
1:00:51
Haven't enabled. So it's
1:00:53
not enabled. That's what it is. Yeah, yeah. Go. I'm sorry. Go back to plans. And then let's go to your let's go to your scenic view, or Mountain View. I'm not sure which plan she was in. Do you know which plan she was assigned to that listing? We were just looking at satira
1:01:19
Mountain View
1:01:21
Now, okay, so let's okay we're in Mountain View, so click Next, and then scroll down and custom code, there it is. So go ahead and toggle that on. There you go. Then hit next and submit. And then now we can go back to that business listing under businesses, and you'll see it once we pull her listing back up. So yeah, scroll over to the right. She must be in a different plan. Let's go. Let's go back to businesses. Let's see if we can find one that's subscribed to Mountain View. You. So go to businesses for me. And, okay, yeah, she was part of scenic view. Okay, there's yours. Let's go to yours. Yours is Mountain View, yep. So go all the way over to the right. Let's edit yours. And now let's scroll to the right. Here. There you go. So now you see there's a new option called custom code, so go ahead and click that. So essentially gives you the same freedom and flexibility at the site level, at the listing level. So here we are now. We're at the listing level, right for your agency, and if you scroll down, you'll see the same you've got a header code box and a Body Code box, right? So you could paste a new chat bot directly here under the Body Code specific just to this listing.
1:03:27
Wow. Okay, okay, oh, that's cool. Alright. And now, when would I want to do that for it? Would I mean for, for the businesses on the on my direct?
1:03:42
Yeah, I mean to me, this is a really big upgrade, because this is essentially almost like lead generation for your for your premium listings, right? So you could, you could set up an individual chat bot specific to that business, paste the code right here for their listing. And if you're getting, if you're getting a lot of traffic to your website, anytime somebody lands on that listing and they engage in that chat bot, that chat bot could be designed to collect name, email, phone number, and then you could have an automation that automatically sends that lead directly to the business. So to me, this is definitely an upgraded feature that you'd only include in in one of the paid plans,
1:04:35
probably the Mountain View.
1:04:37
Yeah, exactly.
1:04:38
Yeah. Okay, okay.
1:04:42
Well, this allows you to have for any premium listing. It allows you to create a chat bot specific to that business.
1:04:56
Well, that's definitely a cool feature that was added. I like it. Thank. Cute.
1:05:00
You'll be hearing a lot more about it here real soon. Like I said that, we kind of quietly rolled this out, but this will be, we'll be talking a lot about this because this is a, this is a big deal. So I know Tom's going to be, he'll, I'm sure he's going to shoot a couple videos on it and talk and really promote this.
1:05:19
I'm a, I'm a, I think I'm a few videos behind Tom, so I see what he's, what he's
1:05:29
been, yeah, cool. So you get it now, so you see we've got, we've got two different spots now. Yep,
1:05:37
yes,
1:05:38
cool, awesome. Hopefully everybody else understands now, and they can, they can see the value in that. Cool. Anything else? Satira,
1:05:50
no, I think that'll do it for me.
1:05:53
Okay, cool. Looks like we got melody. You've got your hand up,
1:05:59
yeah, I did get an answer. I put in a ticket and I got an answer. I just want to know if anybody, if perhaps you have a work ground for this. So when I go to so when somebody goes to claim their listing and they set up their own consumer thing, it'll take them to a directory page that says, Thank you for claiming your listing, and do you want to do more with it? And it gives the plans, but they're out of order. And I was told that it's hard coded, and there's nowhere for me to fix it. Did you want me to show you where I'm talking about?
1:06:42
Sure, yeah, that'd be great. I'll we can definitely let the team know.
1:06:47
Okay, so, yeah. So when they go to claim your listing, this is this they get to. And so these are definitely out of order, and I'm still playing around with what I want to call mine, but and and it my, my partner also would like to, even though you they've already claimed their listing, he'd still like them to see what the difference is of the three one, so that
1:07:20
they can
1:07:21
look and see what it is that they get different.
1:07:27
And do you have a free tier?
1:07:29
I do? You
1:07:30
do? I
1:07:31
will let me yeah,
1:07:34
this was intentional. I'm sort of thinking that this was intentional, just because it was an opportunity to try and upsell, and so that's why they're presenting the most expensive package first.
1:07:47
Okay, that's kind
1:07:49
of
1:07:49
what I'm thinking. But I do think giving you, the business owner, flexibility as to if you want, if you want to leave the default, or if you'd like to reorder, that is, that is a nice feature. That'd be a nice option,
1:08:06
yeah,
1:08:06
where you could go in there and reorder that. But I could see, I could see benefit both ways.
1:08:14
I can as well. My business partner, though, is a master salesman, and he would like it the other way. So that's why, because I understand, I do understand the psychological reasoning for doing this. The one thing that we we have found, though, is that a lot of people will actually go to the right first for for looking for the highest tier, so they might get confused.
1:08:40
Got it
1:08:42
so. So you've never seen this issue before. Nobody's,
1:08:46
I don't think any, not that I remember. I haven't heard of it, at least recently. I have not
1:08:52
okay,
1:08:52
but I did. I just took a screenshot of your screen. And yeah, I'll definitely pass this along to the team, for sure.
1:09:00
Thank you so much. I appreciate
1:09:01
it. No problem. Anything else you said you had a ticket, right?
1:09:06
I did have a ticket, and they've already resolved it. They said this is hard coded. I was just wondering if anybody else had a workaround.
1:09:14
Okay? Rachika, yes, go ahead.
1:09:17
Yeah. I think it works this way because we are not showing the free plan over here. We are only showing the premium ones over here. So are you saying like? The issue is why the like, largest number is on the first place and the other one is on the Yeah?
1:09:34
We're
1:09:35
talking about just Yeah, reordering, Yep,
1:09:38
yeah. And my partner would also like to put in the free listing which they are current, so that they can see. This is what you're currently getting. Here's what you could get,
1:09:48
right,
1:09:49
which does show up properly if I'm on the plans page. But this is not the plans page. It takes you somewhere totally different. When you click on the click on that,
1:09:59
you.
1:10:02
What's the URL? Can you? Can you share that URL with me?
1:10:05
I can, that is, it's upgrade plan, but let me
1:10:12
That's right, yep,
1:10:14
so I will put it in the chat.
1:10:17
Perfect.
1:10:21
Yep. Got it Okay,
1:10:26
and just so you can, and if you just change it to plans, you can see the difference for what we have. It's just free starting and growing on the plans page, because I figure out how to add plans, I just can't figure out how to do what I want. But yeah, if you haven't seen this before, you could check with them, that would be great.
1:10:52
Yep, no problem. And where is or is your plans page here your pricing page,
1:11:00
if you just go to truck accessories, dot directory, slash plans,
1:11:05
Oh, got it okay. Slash plans, got it perfect, yep, okay, yep. I'll go ahead and submit this.
1:11:16
Okay. I appreciate
1:11:17
it cool. Thanks. Melody,
1:11:19
thanks. Okay,
1:11:29
right? Guys questions, any other questions, feel free to just unmute ask your question.
1:12:00
A totally, just a random question, where I was, I'm in Panama, the country, not the city, the the site went down for about half an hour a few days ago. Did the Did anybody ever figure out why it did that? Was it a Cloud Flare issue or something
1:12:25
about a week? Was it a week ago? I don't remember anything, couple of days ago?
1:12:38
Yeah, it might have been a week
1:12:40
ago. Okay, yeah, there was, I know we talked about it. I don't remember exactly what the issue was. I don't think it was a Cloudflare issue. I think it was we pushed an update that broke something on the site. The dev team pushed that we were pushing some sort of an update. I don't remember exactly what it was, Melody, I'm sorry it escaped. Sorry. It escapes my mind right now, but yeah, it wasn't, I don't believe it was a Cloudflare issue. It was some sort of an update that we were pushing that ended up breaking something. But yeah, we got that result pretty quickly. Yeah, I believe it was on a Friday, right? It was a Friday, Saturday,
1:13:18
I think. So, yeah,
1:13:19
yeah.
1:13:21
Fixed. I just, I keep the whether it's up or not. I've got that, that page going all the time, and get with it. Man, put it on, put it on automatic or something.
1:13:41
Melody, have you tried? I know. So we have the reorder under the pricing plan section,
1:13:52
yeah, and that just doesn't affect that page itself. I can, I can do whatever I want with Yeah. Order there, but it doesn't,
1:14:01
yeah. Man, I wonder. Yeah, I guess it would just be, it'd be good to just add a third tab there. Then that would probably be the best option.
1:14:15
Yes, that would be great
1:14:17
just for reorder. Okay, cool, all right, guys, more questions. Anybody,
1:14:41
if anybody's interested in the page that I'm talking about for showing up time, I've put it in the link for you guys.
1:14:50
Awesome. Thank you.
1:14:52
As you can tell, I'm a tech nerd,
1:14:56
that's great. I love it. Yeah, that was the 25th was that? Yeah? That was Saturday. Yep, Friday, Saturday, Yep, yeah, that was that update. Melody. I remember that because we had the team show up and we got it pushed. I think early Saturday morning we got the push, or the the fix pushed live after it went down, because it went down some sometime around, I think, nine or 10 o'clock at night on Friday.
1:15:30
Yeah, I don't remember. I work when I feel like it. I just show up at my desk and work when I feel like
1:15:41
it. Awesome. But yeah, that is that is great. Great share. Thank you for reminding everybody about that. So we do have an uptime monitor for the entire system. Just shows the status. I'm sure anybody here who's worked with any tech tools or SAS products in the past, everybody's got something very similar. So SDI, we have that same thing. So you guys can always check the status if, if there's a known issue, it's going to appear on this status page.
1:16:22
That was all I needed. So thank you so much.
1:16:24
Sure. Yeah, no problem. Satira. Anything else? Are you good?
1:16:36
I think I'm good for now. Thank you.
1:16:38
Okay, all right,
1:16:39
between you and going, I should be up to date by now.
1:16:43
All right, just making sure. Well, if there's no more questions, I'll let it go a little bit longer. Here a couple more minutes, but yeah, if there's no more questions, I guess we can wrap this call up. Let you guys go home early. Everybody's probably already at home. Doran, you got anything?
1:17:25
Just a bad attitude, a lot of anger.
1:17:32
What else is new? Right?
1:17:36
I had a fun client call yesterday at nine o'clock. Been in a bad mood ever since,
1:17:42
oh yeah,
1:17:48
I read about that. I don't know why you're in a bad mood. I think you did a great job.
1:17:53
Went downhill after that, not just that, but soured my whole attitude.
1:18:02
I That's a tough Monday morning.
1:18:05
Yeah, I got an email late last night. He fired both of his sales people, which was the appropriate response. He had 191 leads in a month Jason and he was complaining we weren't doing our job, and his sales people answered the phone three times and did zero follow up on the rest of it.
1:18:30
Yep, been there. That's that and but that's I mean, one of the main reasons why reporting and setting up tracking is so important because if you've got the data to back it up, then yeah, it's a pretty easy conversation, although not all clients will see it that way. But yeah, that that's that sucks. I think anybody who's been in the business long enough has been through one of those calls, that's a lot of leads to 200 leads.
1:19:14
Jeez,
1:19:15
yeah, go ahead, Tim,
1:19:17
if there's if there's time before we shut it down, the Where can I find the best options for the GHL kind of resell services like, what are we offer them, the The review of the the site and stuff. Hold on, I'm just get to that page. So when we were working with them and offering them stuff, and you know, you're going to make a 32nd video or or an online visibility report that's from you. GHL, right? I'm just making up my menu and plans. And of course, these things are, if somebody signs up and says, Yeah, I signed up and I get one of those online visibility reports, what other reports or things are that are there that are just click easy for me to sell and upgrade a a plan,
1:20:24
yeah, let me, let's go over there and just kind of look at them. I mean, certainly that visibility report, that's a great upsell, because it's pretty easy. I mean, you can just punch the clients information directly in Right, right, generate that report, and you can send it over via either a PDF or an actual live link that they can scroll through. So that's really nice. As far as anything else that high level offers, ah, yeah, not really anything that's super easy. What types of software do you use for your business right now?
1:21:34
Well, well, I'm subscribed to the go high level. But
1:21:38
right
1:21:39
Other than that, I mean, I can make the 32nd video, I do. I have a lot of video editing stuff and just do that.
1:21:47
So
1:21:48
huge value, honestly, I really do. I think that's a that's a big that's a big value add, especially if it's the videos personalized. It's not just kind of a, like an ad hoc, like, pre recorded, something for for everyone, that's real general, but, yeah, if it's more personalized, even if it's short, I mean, that's that could carry a lot of value, a lot of weight, so I think that's awesome. Yeah, I would definitely, definitely do that. You use loom to record those.
1:22:17
No, I have a couple different stuff. It's more of a stylized slideshow with a custom voiceover,
1:22:28
and,
1:22:28
you know, pulling everything from their site, and, and so it's, it's pretty good, yeah, you know, and, and fairly basically, you know, it's not super customized, but for 99 bucks. It's definitely worth that,
1:22:43
right? Okay, cool.
1:22:45
And then, and then, just looking at some of the other things that people had out there, there was a, I think Tom puts out, like, 30 days of social media posting. And is that one of the things that we were we have a snapshot for or something like that.
1:23:12
I don't believe that's included in the SDI snapshot. I think that was called something else. And I was like, Honey I was at the honey pot snapshot.
1:23:25
J I post in profits.
1:23:28
Okay, got it.
1:23:31
I put a bunch of things in the chat Tim that you can fulfill with GHL, fairly reasonably. Some of them you would add, you know, you would upgrade the plan to cover the cost of some of it,
1:23:45
right? So, so GHL has small fees connected with those
1:23:50
Absolutely, absolutely. Now, if you're doing management that's a sub account content, you can use your sub account AI or create a sub account this call, text back, SMS or listing updates are all going to have associated themes with them.
1:24:08
Right, right?
1:24:09
So you got to price accordingly.
1:24:14
Okay, I'll look into those. Yeah, I just thought there would more, let more options like that visibility report that is kind of, you know, not no
1:24:28
visibility report, if you focus on the listings, that's a fairly low key upgrade. It's not very expensive in GHL, maybe 20 bucks a month. I think we got to update their listings once,
1:24:45
right? And then I think you get, I think you get five of those reports a month or something. You
1:24:50
get five premiums a month. You get unlimited free, but the free is very limited,
1:24:56
right?
1:24:57
But I'm talking about if they have their. Citations are not in order, you can create a sub account, and I think it's 20 or 29 bucks a month to update all their citations. That's a pretty good low level putting the door add on. But again, you've got to upscale your price on your plan so you're not losing money, right? You understand what I'm saying,
1:25:24
right? So I can cover the well, I got to make money on the extra nine extra dollars a month.
1:25:30
That may be an upsell, that may be a better foot in the door. You're not going to make a lot of money on the on a premium listing. You're just not. It's a foot in the door offer. So they're paying you some it's more like a trip wire, and then you have more conversations to potentially upsell them to higher ticket services. And that, I think it's 29 bucks a month per sub account. That's a pretty good low end foot in the door with high perceived value.
1:26:00
Okay,
1:26:01
right? But again, it's entirely up to you what you want to do. Richie on his directories, has a pretty good value stack that's easily fulfillable with like Canva, right? So I think Norm has a pretty good value stack on his as well.
1:26:25
Yeah, I reached out to him this morning. He's got some AI search configuration, but I couldn't find anything about that, but that sounded good too.
1:26:35
Yeah, that's you're going to have to use some AI to do that,
1:26:41
right?
1:26:41
Like to see where they're landing, and then you've got to know about AEO, which is basically SEO with a couple of tweaks, but you've got to know about that to drive them up in the rankings,
1:26:53
right?
1:26:54
So, but it's a good, high perceived value,
1:26:57
yeah, right,
1:26:58
but it does have some cost of fulfillment on that,
1:27:02
right, right?
1:27:03
Nothing else, even if you're doing it yourself, it's time.
1:27:07
Yeah,
1:27:07
exactly.
1:27:09
But yeah, I just hell. I go look at everybody and see what everybody's offering, right, right?
1:27:15
I see what people are offering. I just wondering where, you know, there's no what product I have to get to fulfill that. You know,
1:27:24
I did the stuff we offer you could do with Canva and the AI social creator inside high level. And we just like, we give them 30 days of social content, but we generate that in my agency account, so we don't post it for them. We just give it to them. They want to post it. That's an upsell.
1:27:46
Gotcha, gotcha,
1:27:47
right, and you can generate all that just in your agency account. You got to tweak it a little bit, because it'll want to brand to your agency, but it can be done or you can just do it in Canva canvas. Got a hell of a good new AI tool they just launched that you put in basically a logo and your branding colors, and it'll go to town on social creation. It's crazy,
1:28:10
right,
1:28:12
but not everybody has access to it yet,
1:28:17
right, right. Okay, cool. That was, that was kind of my just sorting out my plans and trying to put that together.
1:28:27
Yeah, this is great. This is really good Tim. And great ads there, Dorn. I think all of those things are, those are really easy upsells and opportunities. And I second the citation, because similar to what you were just talking about, Tim with the, you know, just kind of a push button, easy, you know, generate a really nice looking report and not have to purchase any other additional tools. There's the, you know, the citations. Now, you do have to purchase those, right? But that is a that's a real easy as a super easy upsell, because it's, it's literally you punch in all their details, and the software goes out and creates the citations and fixes things, and fixes duplicates and all that. And it does it without, without you having to do anything except for enter the information. Again, there's, there's a cost associated with that, but that could be a real easy upsell with the with the premium listing, right? So it's either baked into the cost of the premium listing, or it's just, it's an add on, right? You could say, Hey, here's a premium listing. Once you subscribe to premium listing there, you get a discount, or whatever, you get a discount on these additional add on, you know, services, and that could be an add on. I mean, there's so many different ways to price it and package it, but as far as fulfillment, super simple, literally, just plug in their information and hit go, and the software does its thing. Same thing with that report. I mean, you know, you've probably. We generated those reports before. Those are real easy to do. So I love that. And then what Doran was talking about, you know, social creation. I've done the same thing using the AI image generator inside of high level, or Canva as well. I totally agree with Doran. I think that's, it's awesome. The other thing that I started doing, that I was testing was the Ask AI feature, if you've used that inside a high level, but I did that to generate social, social images, and it was phenomenal. Like, I was really blown away with, like, how good of a job the Ask AI tool inside high level did. All I did was give it a prompt. I trying to remember exactly what it was. I think it was for, like a med spa or something like that. And I said, you know, generate me some social media posts. And it created, I think I said, create, you know, create the content, the post, content with a call to action. Here's the business info, and I just gave it, like the address, the phone number, something like that. And then it went out and it created the images. It went out to the website, it pulled the logo off the website, and then added the logo to the images. I mean, it was insane, really cool. And this all took me less than five minutes, you know,
1:31:23
right, right?
1:31:24
So something like that that's into a business. I mean, it looks like a graphic designer spent at least a couple hours putting those together, you know what I mean, and I generated it using AI. And like I said, five minutes
1:31:40
I've been using ask AI. I love it. For the posting, it's taken days and hours off the time to go to different apps and try and create a video, or that's the only part I have to do. Is they it doesn't do a video it, but it gives you instructions on where to go to create it, and how to create it and all that. I'm like, okay, whatever. I'll stick with the images for now,
1:32:17
right?
1:32:17
Even though I've done videos, but I just wasn't feeling, feeling that at the moment. But I love the AI, the posting, and it it if I don't want it to post, I asked it to put it in draft mode so I can, I can view it, and then I go back and and ask it to post it along with the captions that it gave me.
1:32:40
Yeah, that's the other like, just absolutely crazy. Thing about ask AI is, not only does it create the content, but then you can tell it, hey, go and schedule all this content to be posted, and it will go and it will just automatically set it all up in your social calendar and post and get it scheduled to post, to go out,
1:33:01
yes,
1:33:02
which that's crazy, because that saves you having to download the images, copy and paste the text, you know, choose the day and the time. It just does it all for you, just puts it all into the scheduler. Yeah, Dorne,
1:33:17
I love it. The first time I used to I'm like, Oh, I'm in love with a machine.
1:33:23
Yeah, it's pretty wild. I was gonna tell Tim, there's another idea. I don't know how advanced you are technically, but Richie and I and several other people have integrated membership areas for the businesses that are on premium. And that gives you a couple of advantages. A you can give them contents that's useful value add through the membership. And you could do it in high level. You could do it school. You could do it on Facebook. It also gives you the opportunity to have like webinars or meetups or whatever, to help the businesses and potentially upsell them. And it's a very, very good value add, but it does take time to manage it right. Once you get a system set up. It's not horribly time intensive, but it's a great, great perceived value. Value Add. Get the businesses, get in there, get them engaged. Talking to one another. You're talking you're providing value. And every so often you drop a little semi pitch self, close, right? Great value add, and you can run the membership in your SDI sub account. I don't know. You're on your own. If you're on your own, you can. I don't know if our sub accounts will allow that. We I'd have to check that. But if you're on your own GHL, you could build a member. Membership for the directory right in GHL. It's a killer idea.
1:35:06
Yeah, the memberships in GHL do cost. Of course you'd have to.
1:35:11
No, they don't
1:35:12
upsell. They don't
1:35:15
they should. No, no,
1:35:16
there's no additional cost for the membership
1:35:18
included.
1:35:19
Okay, well, then I'll look into that, because that's
1:35:22
like learning curve, but it's like
1:35:25
running your own DNI kind of, yeah,
1:35:31
if you really want to get sophisticated, run two of them, one for consumers, and one for although I probably wouldn't do a GHL for consumers, I do a Facebook for consumers, but then you can tie them together and monetize that. It's just a high perceived value thing, right, to add to your premiums,
1:35:57
right? And then what's the software you guys are using for citations?
1:36:03
There's a software inside high level. I forget what that's called, but we run them through a different tool called Lead snap. Same basic cost, but we use a different tool. But if you go to your agency level and look at or go to a sub account. Go to your own sub account,
1:36:22
right
1:36:23
in sub accounts at the agency level, click Manage client and look at rebuilding and reselling. That'll show you everything you have the ability to resell someone. I believe it's in reselling. It's in one of the two, rebuilding or reselling, everything you have the ability to upsell people in high level will be listed,
1:36:47
okay,
1:36:48
and the listing specific option is under reputation. Tim,
1:36:53
reputation,
1:36:54
inside the sub count, yeah,
1:36:55
inside the sub count, yeah, yeah.
1:36:58
And
1:36:58
it works pretty good. Jason, have you? Have you used that and then turned it all
1:37:05
I have Yep,
1:37:06
and the citation, good, more Yext,
1:37:11
yep, they actually stuck.
1:37:14
Okay, cool,
1:37:15
yeah,
1:37:16
I hadn't tested GHL because we use lead snap and they don't revert either,
1:37:21
right? Yeah, no, I was pretty impressed with it, especially for the price. And there is that new GBP optimization, which uses AI to optimize the profile as well the Google profile. So there's, I guess that's technically and there's no, I don't believe there's a cost for that. So that could be potentially another, an upsell opportunity for you. Tim, inside a high level, it's just your time to do it right.
1:37:53
Which one was that? I'm sorry I missed the
1:37:55
here. Let me share my screen. I'll show you exactly where it's at here. I can you see that?
1:38:09
Yep.
1:38:10
Okay, so I'm under reputation over here, and here's listings. So this is where you'd sign up for the listing service that we were just talking about. This is citations. Got it so you you literally just add the businesses info once, and it goes out and does it for you. It's super simple.
1:38:28
I don't
1:38:29
remember what the So, 30 bucks. There you go. 30 bucks a month
1:38:36
for unlimited businesses, and
1:38:39
it's
1:38:39
per is per This is per business.
1:38:42
Oh, it's
1:38:42
per business. Yeah,
1:38:43
okay,
1:38:44
yep, yeah. And that might be, that may be the retail price. I'm not sure I'd have to look at it again, but anyway, this is where you find it. And then here's that GBP optimization section right here. So you'd connect your connect to GBP, and then it'll use AI to basically scan the GBP and see, like, what it can do to, you know, further optimize it, what needs to be, you know, filled out. If there's anything missing, it's going to tell you, basically give you a step by step on what to fix.
1:39:21
And there's, that's another up charge, or is that one? No?
1:39:24
High level doesn't charge for this? No, there's no. This is just baked into their software. This is just a new feature, but I'm saying you could easily charge for this,
1:39:35
right,
1:39:36
right? Yeah, and it's, it's very, you know, push button, easy for you,
1:39:41
right, right?
1:39:42
Just looking, looking at things like that that are, again, like, what Doran was saying, high perceived value, right? Low cost or no cost to you, and then low to little time on your part. Those are like, that's the sweet spot. That's what you want to offer
1:39:58
Exactly. That's what I'm. Looking for,
1:40:00
Yep, yeah. Dorn,
1:40:05
question for you, did you see the update where we can now use an external phone number inside high level?
1:40:18
I saw it. I haven't played with it though,
1:40:21
okay, that's what I was gonna ask you. I haven't chatted either, because we have people that they they've had same phone number for 25 years. They're not switching phone.
1:40:31
Yeah,
1:40:32
okay.
1:40:33
Twilio has offered that for forever, and I did use it with Twilio, but this is like going back, I don't know, several years ago, and I don't really remember the experience I had with that client. I honestly, I can't remember, but I do know that, you know, Twilio has offered that for quite some time.
1:40:52
Yeah,
1:40:53
yep,
1:40:54
okay, cool,
1:40:55
but, yeah, I haven't tested it here, but here's the I was telling you guys about the Ask AI. So here's some here's some examples. Here's some social media, images and content that it generated, which I thought was pretty cool. I'm I'm not a I'm not a graphic designer. And this would have taken me forever to try to figure out what to put here, what to write like, what image to choose like. This would have taken me forever, and this, this was just generated instantly, which is really cool. The other thing that I did, I used ask ai i I told it to create a web store, and I called it modern monkey. I wanted to feature three different products, a t shirt, a hoodie, a hat. And what it did is it generated mock ups of all the products. And this was totally fake. I just wanted to see what it could do. And so, yeah, it created this store. It actually built the store inside a high level. And it generated this mock up of a T shirt, a hoodie and a hat. It created all the products. So, like, if we go into payments and we go under Products, it actually, like, it literally did all this setup. It created all the products. It added the images. It set pricing, even though I didn't even tell it what the pricing should be. It created pricing. It was pretty wild. So I literally just from this one prompt right up here, it generated this whole thing, which is pretty wild. So and it created, you can see, here's all the here's the product description. I did tell it the variance. So I did say in the prompt, I can't remember what I put up here, but there's, yeah, quantities. Here I go, like, you know, five small t shirts, eight, medium, 10 large. So and it, and it ended up adding all the inventory properly, but pretty wild that it can do that.
1:43:23
Does that? Does that hook up to printify or, or you
1:43:28
could
1:43:28
easily hook it up to printify, yeah, so there's an app inside of the App Store in here, there's a printify app. So if we go in here, I
1:43:43
Yeah,
1:43:44
printify and Printful, yeah,
1:43:46
yeah. Is that? Is that on a separate domain? Or can you put that on a shop site, a shop page of your SDI,
1:43:58
so you probably wouldn't put it on SD AI, just because the only pages that we can add to SDI are going to be funnel pages. And in order to create an actual shopping experience, like an econ site, that's going to have to be done under websites right here. So these stores, when it generates a store, it adds it to an actual website, an internal website here, inside high level so you'd create a new domain, or if you didn't want to create a new domain for it, you could just use a sub domain,
1:44:31
right?
1:44:32
Yeah, Doran, I guess that's it. That's a good idea. You could use a custom menu link so you could, even though you add it to say, like a sub domain of your SDI site, then, yeah, you could still add it to the menu there. You're just not going to do it under the funnel pages, because, again, like any type of E comm store has to be built on websites inside high level,
1:44:56
right? So if I did shop.my, dot. Domain.com,
1:45:01
yep.
1:45:02
Then just link that from the menu to right, to that which is then built on go high level,
1:45:10
right? So that so you so the sub so shop dot your domain.com needs to be added into the domains and URLs, right? So you add that sub domain here, you then connect it to the site that you create right that has the E com store on it. And then the last step would be, then add that to a custom menu link on your SDA I site, yeah.
1:45:35
And
1:45:35
then everything's connected. So then that that sub domain is connected to the store, and then that that domain is also added to the menu inside SDI.
1:45:48
Very cool.
1:45:49
Yeah,
1:45:50
yeah,
1:45:50
you could generate stuff and print it all day long through them.
1:45:54
Yeah. That gives me a very busy week until next Tuesday.
1:46:00
Good.
1:46:01
I love it.
1:46:06
Thank you very much.
1:46:07
Yeah, no problem. Anytime, right, guys, anybody else? Any other questions, or let you guys go. All right, cool. I think we're going to just go ahead and wrap it up here. We're basically to the end of the hour anyway. Thanks guys. Thank you for joining the call today. Thanks for all the great conversation. And yeah, appreciate you guys. So if you guys have questions between now and next Tuesday, obviously we've got our amazing support desk that's available seven days a week, so you guys can always submit support tickets there and get your questions answered. If you need more context, you want to just kind of shoot the breeze. You want me to take a look at your screen, or I get some some feedback from the group, then that's what these calls are for. Again, we do these every Tuesday. 12 Eastern usually runs for about two hours, and the whole goal here is to answer your questions, get to the bottom of whatever you're dealing with, help you strategize those types of things. And yeah, that's what we're here for, and we're committed to your success. That's why we do these each and every week. And we just want to see you guys succeed with SDI high level and your marketing journey in general. So thank you again for joining me on today's call, and we will see you guys all next week. Take care, everybody.
