Right. Welcome everybody. Welcome to the SDA I call. Thanks for showing up. Appreciate you guys. If you guys got questions at the bottom of the Google meet window, you'll see a little hand icon. Just go ahead and click that, but allow you to raise your hand. We'll get you in line. We'll start answering some questions. Get going. Sorry. We're a couple minutes late. We're just meeting with the team and discussing a couple little bugs that we've seen. So anyway, I don't want to delay any longer, so let's go ahead and jump right in. Looks like Jason, you've got your hand up, so I'll go ahead and call on you first. You go

0:43
ahead and unmute whenever you get a chance to there. Jason,

1:04
Jason, can you hear

1:12
me? Okay, let's, let's go ahead and move on, Chris.

1:20
Here, Yep, there you are. Cool.

1:22
Hey, hey, how's it going good? How you doing good?

1:27
Thanks. So you got a question?

1:31
Yeah, yep. For me, I've been on the Monday calls. Now they try to help me, but I'm sure I didn't put in a ticket for for putting the map as the image. So I don't know if you want me to share the screen.

1:47
Sure. Yeah, go right ahead. Okay, so let's do that.

1:55
Okay, let me see I

2:28
one Second. No problem. Take your time. Thanks.

3:07
There we go. Okay.

3:16
Can you see it now? Yeah, I can see your screen. Yep. Okay, cool.

3:21
So, yeah. So then I go preview and, yeah, this, so this back here I changed for it could be like the maps. It could show, like a, like a Google map, but, yeah,

3:35
yeah, I can show you how to do that.

3:36
Yeah, that's the first thing I want to change.

3:38
Okay, so let's go back into high level, okay, and then click on branding at the top center of the screen. Oh, here, yeah, click on branding right there. And then click on content. And then right here, you've got the hero image. You've got an image there. So what you need to do is just delete that image, and then you see the display map option that's turned on. So you'll just need to delete that image.

4:11
Where do I go to delete it? Let's see,

4:24
actually, if you have that turned on, that should override

4:27
it, yeah, that's what it would trigger in Google API. I don't have it set up Google API yet. Do I have to

4:36
do that first? Oh, yes, you will, yeah, if you don't have Google API set up, then you will have to, you will have to get that set up. Okay, how do I do that? Yeah, so on Google Cloud. Have you gone through the the training? There's a whole training on this. On the Google Cloud setup.

4:53
Where do I find it? The training?

4:56
Let's see. Give me one. Second here, let me pull up the link for you. Okay,

5:12
okay, so click on that, and then that what? That'll walk me through it.

5:18
Yeah, I think rachika just dropped it. She was quicker than me. Yeah, that's it right there. Yep, that's the Google Maps. So if you click on that link, she just dropped it in chat, if you click on that, there's a video, and then there's some screenshots and a step by step

5:33
walkthrough, okay, okay, cool. And then to take out this stuff, like the blogs, I just have to replace this, like the blogs and summit interiors like this. Just want to make it more local.

5:47
Yep, that's all just dummy content. And, yeah, you can just delete those listings. You can delete the contacts inside a high level Okay, that's that's real easy to delete them, yep. Or you can

6:02
delete them. It'll take this off to this, because

6:05
that's that's tied to a Yeah, that's tied to a premium listing, or a feature

6:11
tied to this listing, okay, the feature this listing, and then the blog is same thing with the blogs.

6:21
Yeah, I don't know. Oh yeah, it says

6:24
summit interior. So I guess when I erase that, that'll race too.

6:30
Yeah, it's inside of, let's see, I think it's under. It wasn't settings. I think it is businesses. I

6:53
Let's see if we edit one of these.

7:03
Yeah, it's going to be it's tied directly to the listing. That listing, yeah, if you click into the listing, you'll see there's a blog section, but as soon as you that listing, then it'll go away. Yeah, the blog will go away.

7:17
Cool and and then I created one listing so far, where, how do I add the tags, like, so I could put this as auto repair and so it could be in the auto repair category.

7:28
So that's going to be under, it's going to be under businesses. It's going to be under listing label. So if you click there, see listing labels. If you click on listing labels,

7:43
listing labels,

7:46
top Oh, this one right here. No, yep,

7:55
Hang on, sorry, my screen so it's right at the top in the center of your screen, you're you're hovering over Premium accounts. See listing labels, one more over. Yep, right there. There you go. So here's all your different categories, right? We call them listing labels. You can go in here. You can edit these. You can assign these to different listings. So back at the business level, you can assign these to different businesses. So if you go back under all accounts, all accounts go to that one. Yep, you can click on it, and then you can assign it. So see the little black pill at the top where it says, Add listing labels. Oh, actually like with the

8:38
little pencil right here?

8:40
No. So if you look towards the top, there's like a little black looks like a button. And it says, Add listing label. Oh, yes, okay, yeah, right there, yep.

8:53
And then that'll add it for that particular

8:55
one, correct. Yep. Awesome, awesome. And now that's in Okay, cool.

9:01
So you guys send me the link. Chica also dropped a link to the training for the menu builder, so you'll probably want to go through that training as well, all the all the trainings on this page or inside this little repository, this knowledge base. If you click on that, you start at the top. There's a quick start guide, and you can go through all the videos starting at the quick start guide. Okay, there's also a search bar there, so you can search for any topic, and we've got videos and trainings on all of this stuff.

9:34
So if I click on that first one they sent me, which was the the

9:41
Google Maps, almost Google Maps, yeah, the

9:44
quick stuff, I see it there. Okay, cool, yeah,

9:46
yeah, yeah. And then there's a search bar on the left hand side there, so you can search any topic, and the training will be inside here.

9:54
Awesome. And those like this are just once a week.

9:58
I. Yep, every every Tuesday, every Tuesday at this time,

10:03
okay, every Tuesday, yep, noon Eastern.

10:05
Just go through the stuff, and if you run into anything on

10:08
Tuesdays calls, right, exactly, or the group in the in the school, okay, cool. All right. All right.

10:18
Thanks. Yeah, no worries. Happy to help appreciate it. Alright, looks like Jamie.

10:24
Next. Hey, good morning. I'm actually the placeholder. My colleague, Paul is in here as well. I just before him. So Paul, if you can go ahead and start, he posted a ticket yesterday. Now when, when you post a ticket, do you get an email with a ticket reference, is that or is it not how it's intended to work? Just wanted to clarify that part.

10:45
Yeah, you should have, yeah, that should be an automated email that goes out.

10:49
Yeah, we didn't. We didn't receive that. We did. Paul, go ahead and report the ticket that you posted yesterday, and we'll see if we get support on that. Thank you. Thank you, Jason, for your support

10:59
here. Yeah, of course, on it,

11:01
I did report a ticket. I don't know maybe if it's set to the purchase email, which belongs to a colleague, but I did input my my own email into it, but not didn't really receive you

11:12
didn't receive anything, not

11:14
that I know of. No, don't think so. I did that last night. Well, either way, now that we're here, at least, we can just solve it through here. That's good. So the issue that I'm having is part of the initial setup, or the setup ai, ai, agents, API key. So I did through the inbound, Samantha inbound. I did the second I did look up a listing and I tested the web hook, and everything went fine. But when testing the web hook on claim a listing here, it's always giving me the same error, which is status, 400 error. Status 400 I am using my own personal email as a consumer. I'm using one of our business points, which I understand haven't been claimed. This being a fresh install of

12:20
smart directory. Yeah, that's what I was just going to ask. Has that business? Has that is that email attached to a claim to business?

12:32
I do not think so. Is claiming, is the status of claimed seen through our own platform, or is it sort of like it can be claimed through other ways that it would affect us.

12:49
I'm not sure I understand the question, can you repeat that? So is

12:52
it only claimed inside of our platform? Because I understand that nothing has been claimed yet This being is being fresh.

13:02
Did you and you didn't claim it during a test? Like you were running a test and you didn't claim the business?

13:07
No, I've not been able to claim a single thing yet. I'm getting this error.

13:19
Apologizing. Can we quickly check if the business is already claimed or not? Yeah, you need to go to the smart directory. AI, oh, okay, and then to the businesses, Yes, and then check the business here. Second. I

14:05
Okay, you need to click on the pencil, like icon, yeah, yes, and then account ruler, all right, so it shows not claimed. Can you test it again now? Yeah, and is the consumer profile like that has the tag consumer?

14:32
Yeah, it does. I'll show you second. So I'm using my own personal email. I have the consumer tag. Okay, perfect.

15:15
Oh, that's a different error.

15:17
Now, can you try with different email addresses.

15:25
I have already. I even made a new business fresh and a new consumer account yesterday. Well, this is a different error. Now, never really gotten this one. I

15:46
did you add your API Correct?

15:50
I believe so, yeah, I because I also did the inbound, the inbound test, and everything worked Fine. There, I'll show you the of API key, who's

16:30
this one

16:53
back to 400 400 Yeah, so for rural is For like, when it's already used the email addresses. Yeah, I'm sorry. Can you repeat that? So 400 error is like in the situation when it's already claimed or the email addresses were used, okay?

17:20
And would it mean that it's been used inside our own platform? Or yes, that's strange. I did make a new one for a business as no relation to any of what we're doing here, just as a test, and I'm still getting that error for it.

17:42
I No, this is the business email that you're trying now that you just added.

17:50
Oh no, this is a different one.

17:52
This one here. Okay, so use this one. Yeah, correct. So, yeah, I'm

18:01
struggling to

18:02
find if you're randomly using can you create like two email addresses inside and then maybe test a new i

18:24
Does it need a let's not add one. No, no, yeah. You don't need a phone. Okay, let's add tags. Little not now, just save it for now, yeah, and then create the other. Okay.

18:55
Do I need a real functional email for this?

19:11
Or can it be just a made up email, at least for the sake of testing?

19:29
Now wait. Did it add as business listing over there? Let's wait for that. Can you check if it populated the Business Link? Oh?

19:47
All right, it's here. Yeah, that's it, yep, yeah, let's refresh this screen as well. Of

20:35
same error, perhaps I can show you the API key working as well on the inbound agents, tested and everything was good. There it is. It is a bit strange. I went through the Docs as well to see if I can find anything about this.

20:55
To know, I think it's not from API, but it's definitely from the email addresses that we are using. Can you share your email address over here in the chat so that I can reach out to you? Oh, sure, yeah.

21:27
Got it, I'll send you an email and I'll connect with you.

21:32
Okay, perfect. Thank you. Thanks, Paul, yeah, I think I agree with rachika. I think it might be something just connected to the contact. I've seen this before. There was, it's been a few weeks, but there was somebody else that had an issue very similar, where, no matter what, we kept getting this same error on on the outbound but I believe it was resolved from creating a new contact with a different email address, and that seemed to do it, do the job, so I'm guessing it has something to do with that. I don't think it's an API issue, but we'll get to rachico help get to the bottom of it

22:14
with you. So Jason, the follow up on this will be through a ticket or email. Is that we should

22:20
just, yeah, rachika has got Paul's email, so she'll follow up via email, and yeah, she'll test she'll probably ask for access to the back end of your system, and may end up doing a private call with you guys as well to get

22:36
that resolved. Okay, great, and Paul's point on that, but if, if if I hope you have my email as well.

22:43
Yeah, if you want to just drop that into the chat, or you can send rachika a private message on Google, meet then and drop your email in. Yeah, she'll make sure to include it certainly.

22:57
And then I noticed again, there's lots of people here. One last question. I noticed there's a like, onboarding call Mondays you have, is that still active? Is that first come, first serve? Or how does that work? If you could just

23:10
explain that? Yeah, I believe it's a group call on Monday. I don't remember the time. I don't know if Dorne is here, so I think he may know what the time is. Or rachika, do you know the time for the Monday call?

23:23
I can find that out. I just, I didn't know if the forum was group or now, is it, I guess, is there a way that we can maybe pay and get a VIP, dedicated session?

23:33
Sir, I don't know if we have that option still.

23:41
We'll just push through through the help docs, then

23:46
I'm not sure. Okay, well, thank you from

23:50
this report. This was good, sure, yeah,

23:56
awesome. That's Eastern time.

24:01
All right, bonita, Hi, Jason, hey. How are you? I'm good. Thank you. So if you want to go ahead and help the other people, I have a lot of questions. Okay, if you want to keep me to last, that's fine. I'm a little technologically impaired, so I kind of was hoping someone would maybe look at my stuff for me to make sure that I did everything right before I go live. Okay, okay, yeah, we can do that. Let's appreciate it. Thanks, Jason. I'll wait. Stay in the queue.

24:39
Just, just go ahead and keep your hand raised. Okay, that way I can I don't lose you. Okay, appreciate it. Thanks, of course. Yeah, no problem, right? Jason, looks like you're up.

24:52
Hey, can you hear me this time? Yeah, I can hear you. Okay, great. Let's add a bad pair of headphones. All right. So I have two questions I don't. Um, I just launched my directory last week, and I had one person use the AI voice agent to set up their account. What does that look like on the bad side or on the back side? Because the only thing I see is one contact and it doesn't have the business name or anything in it. It's only got the person's first name and their email address. How is that supposed to come through as as you know, so and then. So we know basically, basically, that it's happened. And you know, is it gathering the correct information? Because I thought if it was, if the AI voice agent was actually linked up. It would put the business name in the first name, which is, I guess, what we normally do, right, correct?

25:48
And it did not do that. No, it put

25:50
it put the person's name in there, and then, I mean, the transcript is kind of short. Let's see here.

25:59
You want to share your screen? We can just take a look at it there.

26:03
Let me figure out how to do that. I don't use this share screen. Let's see.

26:21
All right, can you see that? Yep. All right. So yeah, there's the thing. So it asked, seemed to ask most of the right questions, but it just didn't put it in correctly.

26:39
How did it tag this person. Go ahead and close that transcript. Let's just look and see. So if you scroll down, the tag here, keep going, keep going. There it is, oh, tag them as a consumer. Okay, so, yeah, that makes sense. Then. So, so it created a consumer. So it did save it in the correct fields. But did it create a did it create another contact for the actual business itself?

27:07
I didn't see one. And hold on. Let me get back to there. Yeah,

27:22
doran's got a good point. I just saw the chat. Thanks, Dorn. Was the was the business actually created beforehand? No, because, okay, so that's, that's your issue. So it needed to, the business has to exist on here first, I think, for the way the voice AI agent, the way it's supposed to be set up, okay? Because it's for claiming, okay.

27:44
I have a big favor to ask with these features. We need clarity like that. That needs to be announced, because this went out to like almost 100 people that I reached out to in groups last week. And part of my thing was is, you know, hey, the, you know, the AI agent will help set you up. And nowhere, anywhere have I seen that? It has to be in there first. So it's, you know, and I know that's just an overlooked thing, but you know, it's when I went, when I discovered that it couldn't. It couldn't actually find businesses on the website either. Because if you're a consumer coming to the website, you see that thing down in there and you're like, oh, I need to search for drain cleaners. It can't see drain cleaners unless you go manually put each listing in So, which I know you guys are working on, because that was a discussion Tom and I had before, but, yeah. I mean, if there are limitations or, like, requirements that have to happen with some of these things, they're all cool features. But you know, if it's not stated somewhere that, hey, you have to make this first, because when you are in a video and you go, it'll help this person set up their business listing. You know, I'm assuming it will actually help them set up their business list. And, you know, not just find it and claim it, right? So, which, I mean, it's great, what that it does it, but yeah, just a little bit of clarity. So, I mean, I didn't think to test it, because I just kind of assumed it would

29:25
I guess was that an outbound call that the agent made, or was that an email

29:29
that was an inbound call? I was I reached out to a couple groups and then just message people when they responded with a message, and he was the only one that went so I'll take that out of the message when I start reaching out again, but, and that's why he wasn't in there, because, you know, I wasn't following the traditional method. I was reaching to get some people in there. So the other question I have, and let's see here, if. That's not it. Roadmap

30:09
right here, where it says 51 the ability to control how many listings show on the first page. So what is that? And where can we find it? Because I can't find anything that allows us to control how many listings show up on the first page.

30:29
I don't think I'm seeing your screen right. I'm still seeing content. Oh, yeah, no, it is. Hold on. Let me see if I can find

30:41
it here. See here. All right. Can you see it now? Yeah, yep, see right there. It says 51 ability to control how many of those things. I figured this was something where we, oh, you're

30:56
talking about free or featured, yeah, that feature is available that's under your branding settings. Okay, yeah. So if you go under, if you go back into inside high level, go under smart directory. Ai, go to branding. I believe it's under the Content tab. And let me just look it up real quick. Content, yeah, it's called listings display settings. You've got featured listings per page and free listings per page.

31:27
Okay, cool, yeah. All right, yeah, so, all right. So sorry, I'm like, I'm like, a documentation person, so, yeah, I mean, like, when, I guess, when you guys do these, if it's possible to put, like, where, where the new feature is, that would be awesome to help us out. I know, I know you guys do videos and stuff, but it's very time consuming to go through, like, a ton of, ton of videos all the time to figure out how to use the new features so and then as a an extension of this. And I don't, I can't remember if I saw this request in there. Are we going to have the ability to pick which listings actually are featured on the homepage and or other future pages, like the category pages, say plumbers, or whatever it is, because that's kind of a an issue we have right now. Right now, it just, I'm not even sure, I guess it's the first one you created goes in there, and you have no control over who shows up. So that makes essentially being a featured listing, a useless feature at that point, because we can't pick who is featured, and clicking through to all featured listings page kind of defeats the purpose of saying, Hey, you get a special bonus for being a featured listing, right?

32:58
Yeah, you can, so you can reorder them.

33:01
Okay. How do I do that? Because I tried, like, turning them into free listings and bringing them back as paid listings, and that did not work.

33:16
Let's see here, if you if you go under businesses and then select, select the different businesses that you want to reorder, there's a reorder pill button that pops up. And if you click that, drag them and move them around so it doesn't automatically do that. So, like, you know, for featured, like, I do agree with you. I think for featured, what would be really nice would be, you know, maybe every 24 hours, it resets and, like, randomizes the featured so that, you know, someone never has a slot, has that first slot, more than 24 hours, something like that. I think that'd be great if you want to add that to the canning board. If it's not already there, I don't know, it may already be there, but that could be a great, great feature ad and that. And we are pulling ideas from that canning board to, yeah, absolutely I

34:18
can add. I've got a list. I just haven't had time to put them in there. Yeah, that that actually is a good idea. If you're gonna kind of go on, on, on the way that you're talking about, what I'd love to see is actually the more traditional feature where, so, you know, say, and I know this is not a traditional directory. The whole purpose is for lead gen and to get jobs and stuff. But like reaching out. I've already had people I reached out last week, you know? They're like, okay, what are the benefits of being in your directory? Before they even want to waste the time show up, because a lot of local businesses just don't see the value in the directory, you know? So typically, with with a featured business. You have, you know, they're either the header in your thing, which kind of I'm doing with mine, or you can sell, you'll have that featured business, a spot like we have now, where you can now, you know, pick three in there, you know, and you only let three be in there. So you go in and select who are your future people, regardless of what plan they're on, and then, you know, those are the only three that show up, and you can go on there and change them whenever you want. I think the automatic thing for the purposes that you're talking about is great, you know, but I think being able to do it the other way also at some point would be a big thing too, because we can pick and choose who we want to be there. We could monetize that if we wanted to, but, you know, it just, you know, or if you get somebody new in, you can say, hey, you'll be the featured person for, you know, first 24 hours or something, which I guess we can do now that we can do this. So, right? So, but yeah, I mean, flushing that out at some point would be, would be helpful in a couple of different circumstances,

36:11
and to expand them on that, to be able to categorize our to do featured based off of what tag they're on, would

36:19
be cool, yeah, if you go to like, select the tag and have a list of all the plumbers having a featured section at the top of that page, exactly, would be fantastic. Yeah, I'll put these in. I'll put these in in road map later today as feature request, and then, yeah, that's

36:41
what I was just gonna suggest, yeah, make sure you do that. For sure,

36:46
I'm catching up here. I think I was next, but my hand got down for somehow posting

36:53
Jason, post them in the group so we can all go up book them.

36:57
I will. I appreciate it, man. Yep. Thanks, guys.

37:01
Cool. All right. Jenna, go right ahead. Mine will be quick. Um, I don't have a ton of experience in like the Google console search cloud area, but I did get it working. I've done it one other time before, but feels like a dumb question. So for each directory, I need to do a new project in Google console. Is that correct?

37:26
Yes, I would definitely separate them by project correct, yep.

37:31
Okay, and even if I have this because it's the same IP address, is that correct?

37:37
I believe so. Yeah, I don't believe the IP address changes based off the the install. I think we just have one.

37:45
Okay, so I'm still creating a new project for each one, and then I'll have a new API key for each directory that I do correct. Yes, yep, okay, okay, thanks. That's all I got. Okay, cool.

37:59
Azer. Hey, is there here? Everything doing well, yeah, so I signed a ticket yesterday with my issue with our directory, so when it comes to contact, Hi, can I share my screen here?

38:17
Of course, yeah, great answer.

38:19
I got it. I'm sorry, window.

38:33
Oh, yeah, um, can you see my screen right now? Yes, I can. Yeah. So, um, so this scenario right here. So we added two new listing to our directory. We did the work like adding the business tag. However, after adding a business tag on this two new listing, it doesn't reflect on our directory.

39:00
Yeah, there was a there was a web hook bug that we became aware of a couple of days ago. As of this morning, I believe the fix has been pushed. So what I would suggest is, if you go to that exact business, just make any type of change on the contact, remove a tag, re, add the tag, and then just hit save that should re, sync it to the site, and you should see that pop back up. I just push that that fix. It was either last night or early this morning that that, that fix got pushed.

39:36
Okay, okay, yeah. So, um, when I try it again, it is surely do the it should reflect right after I refresh everything,

39:50
yeah, like I said, any type of change or edit to the content, yeah, like I said, even if you just remove the tag and then re add the tag, as long as the save button pops. Pops up for the contact inside high level, and you hit that Save button that should trigger the refresh and cause the app to pull that that that deep, that listing into the app itself. So if you just come here, yep, just remove that business tag, then add it again. You

40:27
okay, okay, so it didn't cause it to you want to make sure that it Yeah, so go ahead and just delete it again. Hit save. Got it. I think I'm okay.

40:41
The Business tag.

40:55
Okay, I added a new tag. Okay? Pushing you time, right? Okay, I will go to smart directory businesses, okay, yeah, it's working. Now. Got it. Thank you so much. Cool, awesome. Thank you. Questions, yeah, no problem, yeah. And then, so far, this is my issue. So far, amazing. So far. Thank you so much. Yeah, no problem, yeah,

41:27
all right, looks like we've got Bill. Think you're up next. Bill.

41:48
If you can hear me, just go ahead and unmute.

42:06
Bill, can you hear me?

42:13
Okay, so let's move on, bonita, let's, let's go ahead and just tackle your issues. If you want to go ahead and unmute. We can start to work

42:23
on Okay, So Jason, I am, I live in Sherman, Texas, so I'm going to call my directory Sherman thrive. And I actually, I bought a domain. I got Sherman thrive.com I wonder if I should maybe. How do I share my screen?

42:45
So at the bottom of the Chrome window, you should see an icon. It looks like a laptop screen with an arrow in the center of it.

42:57
Oh, now I pick one. Okay. I

43:12
Okay, okay, that's so can I work? Can I scroll now? Will it work?

43:24
So what we're we're seeing is your toll free verification screen. That's not what I wanted.

43:36
Can you see the other one now?

43:39
Not yet, no. So you may want to just stop, Stop the share and then re share.

44:16
If it's this one, okay,

44:28
okay, here we are,

44:30
perfect, okay, yeah, I can see inside your, your dashboard here, smart directory.

44:35
Okay, so I can't, I can't work on it now. Why? If I can't, can I show you my stuff?

44:43
You should be able to, yeah, yeah, we can see your smart directory, AI Dashboard right now.

44:50
Okay, but it's not going

44:57
scrolling. Okay.

45:08
It. Sorry, that's okay. No worries. I'm not a huge fan of Google. Meet anyway, I really think we should go back to zoom. Zoom was so much easier. Zoom allows me to have Yes, annotate new control. Yeah, well, I I can annotate which can point you in the right direction, Google, meet. I can't do that.

45:30
So streaming a little green dot, and it's not making me do anything.

45:36
Why don't we try? If you, if you stop the share and reshare. Can you share your entire desktop? See if that. How do I do that? Jason, just click that button again to stop the share. Okay. And then you'll click it one more time to reshare. And it should give you an option. Let me see what the options are. Let me try it on my end. So tab audio, yeah, so you can see Chrome tab, window or entire screen. Do you see that? Yes, okay, tire screen, I would try entire screen see if that doesn't work. Yeah.

46:23
Screen sorry, screen one.

46:37
There we go, Yep, and it looks like you can move around now, so go ahead and go into high level. So you can just go into

46:49
any tab. There you go. Okay. Now, thank you so much. Okay, of course. Okay. So Jason, first off, I wanted to ask you about my logo here. So is that my agency, or should I make a Sherman Thrive logo for there?

47:12
Yeah. I mean, if the site is called Sherman thrive, I would have a Sherman Thrive logo.

47:16
Okay, okay, alright, alright, that's what I wanted to ask you and the same on the footer. Footer one, it will be the Sherman so I need to make a different one. Okay, what was my other question? And then I the domain, the domain name, should it be? And is it my agency domain name, or is it for the Sherman thrive?

47:41
No, it's for Sherman thrive.

47:43
Okay, so I need to do that. Okay? And then do I need to buy an email? I did this through GoDaddy. I got my domain through GoDaddy. Should I buy an email through GoDaddy?

48:00
I would suggest not doing it through GoDaddy. I would probably go through something like Google workspace. Have you? Have you ever done

48:08
that before? I have not. I tried the other day and it looked so overwhelming. So I was like, yeah, no, I think I'll do it through GoDaddy, but, but tell me I want to do it the right way.

48:22
So Google workspace, Google, I don't know. Do you use Google tools at all? Do you use? No, sir, no, you don't. Okay. So I the reason why I suggest is those are the tools that I use all the time. So I use Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, and so it's just, it's an easy online platform for me.

48:48
Personally, I do use a lot of Google Docs.

48:51
So do okay, well, then yeah, if you're familiar with their tools. I like using workspace. It is paid, but it will allow you to have a professional email address, so whatever that is, whether that's Benita at Sherman thrive.com or whether it's support at Sherman thrive.com whatever you'd like, you can set up an email through them. I wouldn't suggest Google will try to upsell you and get you into one of their most expensive email packages. You don't you don't need it. Okay? You need just a basic email, which would be, I don't know what their pricing is. Now, it might be seven or eight bucks a month, something like that.

49:33
That's fine. So I don't need the most expensive one, and the and the the Gmail. That's okay, because some people say that it's not very professional, but Gmail is okay to have it as a business.

49:46
That's why I was suggesting the workspace, because that is a professional email, not using at Gmail. No, it would be your name at your

49:57
check it out. Thank you, Jason. And then. Um, my next thing is, so it says your connected funnels in high level will need to set up with a different domain. What? What does that really mean? Or the sub domain thing, what, why? And what does that really mean? Yeah, I know it's a little confusing. I'm way at the beginning. Guys, sorry,

50:19
that's okay. No worries. So these internal pages, we just need to connect the domain to them so that they show up on your SDI live website, which is what we're looking at now, right? Now, if you look at the domain, you're using a preview URL, right? This is not your actual this is just the preview. No, I haven't exactly, yeah. So what we you don't need us. You already purchased Sherman thrive.com Correct? I did. Yes. Okay, so we don't need to purchase a new another domain on top of that. In order to set up the internal pages, we can use the same Sherman thrive.com but what we'll do is we'll set up what's called a sub domain on Sherman thrive.com, and I think in the in the instructions, they say pages, dot Sherman thrive.com would be the sub domain you would set up.

51:14
Oh, okay, all right, I understand. So what did you just call the funnels? Did you What did you just call that

51:22
internal pages?

51:23
Maybe internal pages, yes. So that's what you that's the fun of so the pages

51:29
are going to be your about us page, your contact page, your privacy policy, your terms of service, right? Those pages, right? That's what we're talking about here.

51:37
Okay, if you go into high level, I know it's because that's the different steps we're going to take them through, right? Well, let me

51:44
just show them to you. So just go into high level real quick. Okay? And then on the left hand side, let's see here, go ahead and click on sites for me, yeah, and you'll automatically be inside funnels. See that smart directory. Ai, go ahead and click on that for me. So these are, these are the actual funnel pages. Now we're not taking like, I use the term funnel loosely. I'm using the term funnel because that's what high that's where these pages live inside of high level. They live under the funnel. Yes, yeah. These aren't actual funnel pages. These aren't actual funnels in

52:30
proper sense. Okay, I got Yeah.

52:33
So these are just pages that will live, yeah, these are just normal website pages that are going to live on your SDA, I site. Okay, rachika just dropped a link for you too. I would in the chat. I don't know if you can see that, but I would definitely grab that. Thank you very much. That link's going to walk you through setting up your domain.

52:55
Perfect. Thank you so much. And then what? What is the custom pages? And what is that? Add custom page of the code. Add that custom code. What custom code?

53:14
Jason, custom code is for any CSS that you want to add. Oh, is that okay? Yeah, under Settings.

53:20
Here, got it? Okay, yeah, no, no, I don't think it's anything you need

53:25
to worry about right now. Okay, so I don't have to worry about that. Yeah. And then I was also going to ask, so I'm having to. So Tom said we don't have to have our own business website, which I don't have yet, even though I bought a domain for that, for Heritage marketing, but in order for my stripe to connect my stripe, they want me to have a website. Is, is there a different way that I can do that, or should I just get my website done?

53:59
It's been a while since I've set up, you

54:00
guys, I'm so sorry.

54:02
No, no, and I do, I do know that you have to have a website. I would say it. I would make your SDI site live. And then when going to set up stripe, I would just make sure that you have a privacy policy, you have a terms of service set up on Sherman thrive.com and then I would use that website as the website that you submit in stripe. So I wouldn't even worry. I wouldn't even worry about heritage marketing at this point. You don't want to over complicate it.

54:32
Yes, that helps me a lot. Okay, and then where do I get that IP address to link my domain? Or is that in the notes that Sharika sent me?

54:44
So if you go under branding, so if you go back to so click the Go Back button inside high level there on that left menu, yep, and then scroll to the bottom, click on smart directory.ai. Bottom left, yep. And. Then you're going to click on branding, and then you'll click on domain right there. So what you'll do is go ahead and enter in your domain here, so just type it out. Sherman, thrive.com, okay, and then go ahead and hit the connect button, and that's record right there. Yep, yep. So did you get it on, GoDaddy? Yes, yes, I did. Yeah. So, yeah. So you'll, you'll just want to get that added. That's the only record you need to add.

55:34
Okay. And then I want to go back to my listen. If you need to go, Jason, or you've got someone else help. Please go ahead. You can, no, no, you're you're fine. We've got time. Okay, okay. And then I was going to ask about, where's my profile settings? Um, okay, let's go here settings. Now this would be, this is going to be, I think here, right? Here's my dashboard, my profile.

56:09
Okay, you're looking for your pro, your high level profile,

56:13
yeah, yeah, I think I got it. So here I went. So the email that I put here is the one that I'm going to get in the work, in the workforce, right? Workspace, workspace, that's the one I'm going to put there. Okay, sure, yep, that's fine. Okay, so that will work. That's my and then integration, if that's right. See, I think I did my Google Maps, right? Okay, so now you already answered my question about the sub account connector, and what is that they they suggest in the lead connector for us to get G suit or Outlook to get the number there. Do you know what I'm talking about? G Suite or Outlook number, lead connector, or your own email? I can't remember. I don't know what I wrote yet. Don't worry about

57:20
so you can get a so you're there are two things here. There's going to be email. You're going to set up an email inside of high level, but then you're also going to want your own dedicated inbox in Google workspace. So that might be what, what you're referring to, and that's called Lead connector email, and that's inside of high level that'll be set up separately than the email that we're talking about with Google workspace. Yes, okay, okay. And then we also have what's called Lead connector phone, which is your phone number. And so I don't know if I've been

57:59
I've been trying to get a phone number through high level, but I'm running into issues there, so I think they want me to do that ATP verification thing. So I'll do that once I think I've got all I get my email ready, and then I can go ahead and do all that. Okay? Dedicated, okay, and then I wanted to show you I made up. Where do I go to the funnels.

58:40
We had to go change.

58:49
I lost a value, a custom value link on one of my email templates, and I don't know how to put it back. Where's the email Well, since

59:01
you've never sent anything, you can always just reinstall the snapshot, and then it will just add it automatically back in for you.

59:09
Oh, okay, so I won't lose anything if I do that. I was wondering if I would lose, I mean, you

59:14
haven't sent, you haven't seen anything, you haven't customized anything. It sounds like

59:20
I get a little bit I you know, but just the logo and the letters, and I put Sherman thrive in that, so it's not a big deal. So I can just delete it and upload it again, right?

59:30
Yeah, okay, you don't even need to delete it. You can just override it.

59:34
Oh, okay, okay, perfect. Jason, I think that's it for now. Okay, perfect. I appreciate it.

59:41
Thank you, of course. Yeah, no problem. Happy to help. Thank you. So go ahead and just click that button one more time to stop share. Sorry, that's okay.

59:53
Stop Sharing.

59:54
I'm excellent. Thank you, of course. But yeah, no problem, right? Bill, are you.

1:00:00
Here. Yes, I'm here. I couldn't, okay, cool the unmute button before it wasn't worries. I I've had it set up for a long time. How do I know if I need to reinstall a new app, a new version of the app, or because I know someone was mentioning the chat widget that's not on my site. It's, you know, I set it up once and months ago.

1:00:32
So the app itself, you should unless you're having issues, you shouldn't have to ever uninstall and reinstall unless there's like some you're experiencing some sort of a bug or something like that. As far as the updates are concerned, updates are pushed automatically through the app itself, and so when you relaunch high level or refresh the page, you're getting the latest version

1:00:58
of the app. Okay, should there be a widget automatically in there for people to help? Widget or something, or that's something that I need to add

1:01:13
a widget for, for what for,

1:01:17
for chat, a chat widget like we're supplying for other people. Oh, okay, yeah, yeah.

1:01:23
So you'll have to, in order to get the chat widget on your SDA I site, you'll have to copy and copy and paste the code, the chat widget script, into the custom code section.

1:01:36
Okay, yeah, that's, that's what was throwing me off on it, because I thought it was automatically in there with the latest version.

1:01:44
Got it? No, no, yeah, no. You still have to copy. You'll when you set up the chat widget, one of the last steps inside high level it'll give you an option to embed, I think is what it says, And then that'll give you the script. So you'll copy that script code, and then you'll go into the custom code section and paste it in there.

1:02:04
Okay, is there a Help section that goes over how to do that? Yeah, I believe.

1:02:12
So. Let's see, see if I can find it. Conversation, AI setup, I think this is it right here. Let me drop this in, putting the link in the chat. I think this is it okay.

1:02:32
Thank you. That looks like it.

1:02:41
Yeah, it's hard to bump in here, but correct me if I'm wrong. But isn't there a separate snapshot for the AI voice widget which contains the knowledge base and everything?

1:02:50
Yeah, that's voice. What we're talking about is chat.

1:02:53
Just the chat, okay, yeah, yep. Okay, I'm good. Go to the next person.

1:03:02
Cool, awesome. Thanks, Bill, thanks, right. Melody,

1:03:10
hi. Mine's really simple question. It's probably a no, but, and I'm sure you've covered it before, but I do not remember seeing I can't find where it is, so it is too many screens. Okay,

1:03:37
so in when you're in the back end and you're clicking through all of these. Is there any other way to go faster? Because I've been adding when you go in to add the pictures, you got to go in, you got to update, you got to re update, and then it takes you back to first page again.

1:03:59
Yeah. I Dorn probably remembers this, but there was a guy. I can't remember who it was, but I thought he had created some sort of a workaround for this dorm. Do you remember that he posted in the school group? Um, there currently melody, there is no work around right now.

1:04:18
That was Mars, Jason, and it was specifically talking about the default image, not the individual.

1:04:26
Oh, okay, it was the default. Yeah, okay,

1:04:30
okay, that's what I thought. Yeah. Thought I would come and check whether I was missing something.

1:04:35
Yeah, no, that's it. Yeah. Sorry about that. I know it's not the best, but another great ad. So I would say I would suggest adding that to the canny board if you haven't already, like, that'd be a great ad.

1:04:50
Yeah, I wasn't sure if I had seen I figured I wouldn't add it until they asked the question. So awesome. Okay, thanks. Cool, no problem.

1:05:00
I have an addition here. Maybe melody. If this can help you out. If you know what images you want for the businesses ahead of time, you can map those when you're uploading your CSV, just load your images into your media library first, and then get the URL for those and put those in your CSV.

1:05:20
I have thought about that, but it was, it's more that we're putting in the Google My Business connection as well so that we can pull in the reviews.

1:05:30
So, yeah, I'm doing that myself. I'm mapping things ahead of time to the degree that I can and just uploading it all in my CSV. Okay, that sounds great. Thank you. Cool.

1:05:44
Right? Any other questions, guys,

1:05:55
there's got to be somebody who

1:06:06
I have one this satire Sure, satiric.

1:06:10
Haven't heard from you for a little while How you been good.

1:06:17
I really wasn't thinking about tackling this today, if at all, but I have my Google business profile set up, but as I'm looking on on Google, when It pulls it in. It also pulls in information that has nothing to do with me. It's it's somebody else, I think it's from India, his his qualifications, or what have you in, yeah. So I'm not sure if I really want to deal with this today, but maybe next week.

1:07:06
I mean, I'm happy to take a look and see if I can offer any suggestions. If you want to share your screen, let me, let

1:07:13
me find it again,

1:07:21
and then I need to change it where my marketing agency has its own sign in, into Google. You understand, you know what I mean. Like it, what, what comes up now in my let me. Let me slow down here. Let me slow down. If there's someone else who wants to step in at the moment while I'm trying to figure out where I'm going, here,

1:07:50
take your time. Satiria, okay, I don't think we don't have any other questions right now, so if somebody else does have a question, feel free to unmute if not, then we'll Just we'll hang tight.

1:08:07
Okay, let me share now. I

1:08:23
up. Okay, and then this isn't me here. This is my Can you see it? This is my profile.

1:08:44
That's your Google profile. Okay, perfect.

1:08:48
But when I scroll down here, when they ask, people also ask, what exactly is aura marketing?

1:09:01
A take AI, uncovering responsive audiences is a breakthrough. Ai, first audience discovery and optimization program.

1:09:13
Yeah. So people also ask, this is pulling from the web. So there must be another company with very similar name, if not maybe the exact name, and it's pulling it from those other sites into this. People also ask category, which is not necessarily a bad thing, that's kind of a cool thing, that it's pulling this for your business name. So that gives you an opportunity to actually kind of capitalize on this, and you could potentially take over. A lot of the people also ask questions, because it does match your your business name. So that is a that is a pretty cool thing. I wouldn't worry about it, though, right now. But is that your actual website right there, the Aurora. AI profit, okay, right here, but that's you Okay. Got it okay? What other questions did you have on the profile? Do

1:10:22
do you have a website tied to the profile? It looks like you do. Yeah, yeah, right here. Okay, cool.

1:10:28
Yeah, nice. And I just added the FAQ page because I'm working on the optimization of, you know, getting at the top of Google or Gemini, whatever, whichever was, I think one insane, almost, right, perfect. Yeah, I think that's, that's it. I'm not happy with this yet, but you know, it is what it is at the moment. And still trying to customize my directory with my logo, with the logo too small, so I need to redo that. But that right now that's that's not even an issue for me. So, oh, I know what. It was. Okay. Here I'm sending a link to a business associate of mine, a friend of mine who wanted to put a review on my page. Okay, I Okay. I clicked into that to see the link. What would what I would be sending her and, okay, this is what I need to change. And I think the only way I'm going to be able to change this here. Can you see what I'm talking about?

1:11:48
So no, that satirah, what that what's happening is because you're logged in as satyra, right? It's pulling your profile image here, right?

1:11:57
Okay, so that's what I'm saying. I need to get a I need to get

1:12:04
my or AI marketing email under Google, sign in under Google, so that when I sign in, that logo will be there instead of, instead of this here, this is, you know, my other business that had, had started before this year. So I think that's the only way that's going to change. I would have to be because right now I'm logged in with this Google email, so to speak. You understand what I'm saying? You know, like when we log

1:12:35
into, yeah, I know what you're saying, but that it's not when, when you send that to your colleague, it's not, it's not going to show that logo, okay, they won't see that when they when you send them that, that Google review link, they're not going to see that. They're going to see their their profile photo, because they're logged in as them. Okay, okay, so it has nothing to do. So I wouldn't worry about sending that review link. That review link is doing exactly what it's meant to do, what it's supposed to do, which is to take them directly to a place where they can leave a review. And if they're not logged in under any Google profile, before they're even able to see that page, Google's going to prompt them to log in. And then once they log in, then they'll see whatever profile photo is associated with, whatever Google account they've logged in as.

1:13:28
Ah, okay, okay, okay, all right, I didn't want to confuse them, you know, because it was certainly confusing me.

1:13:35
Yeah, yeah, no, no, no, they're not going to see that at all. So, okay,

1:13:38
okay, all right, great, then I would

1:13:41
definitely go ahead and send that.

1:13:43
Okay, I'm all set.

1:13:46
Then, perfect, awesome. Thank you. Of course, the chair, no problem.

1:13:51
Oh, and I wanted to mention, I mentioned it to Dawn yesterday, on the call. But I just wanted to let everyone know that the RE tagging of those businesses that their slug was missing, and I was instructed to, you know, delete and detach and re tag it. And I finally got around to doing that, and I had done that, but I hadn't checked to to send, I hadn't sent out the email again to the to the to the lead. And so I finally did that, and it worked. So it got correctly like it was supposed to, and and what else? Oh, and I found out also that those phone numbers I was getting with my AI voice is Google. Google called me and to to claim my listing. Telephone.

1:15:00
Numbers. I don't know. I find that hard to believe, because Google usually will not call but anyway,

1:15:09
but it's, it's, I listened to the voice, I turned on the voice,

1:15:13
the recording,

1:15:14
yes, and it's, it's, it's, it's Google, Voice of Google calling me to for me to claim my, my profile.

1:15:25
Well, your profile is already claimed, so, but not, not, not the,

1:15:30
not that logo that you're looking at, SWR consultants LLC, that one's not, not claimed. I haven't, I've been getting calls from them for for that. But I had, I just been ignoring them. So now, when I hooked up, or AI marketing Google profile, that's and I put in the telephone number that I'm using that bought from, you know, from high level it, and I turned on the voice and I saw that I had a voice message, and I went and clicked into the voice message, and it was Google asking me, unless it's, it's, you know, a robotic scam, but it was Google. I checked a few of them. It was, it was Google.

1:16:22
Yeah, well, I wouldn't call them either way. I would. I would just set it up, claim it, and then be done with it. I wouldn't. I wouldn't worry about calling them back.

1:16:35
Well, I wasn't going to. I would just listen to the voice to see, you know, okay, without that, had this looked up, let me see who, who, who's been calling. And it was Google Play, my, my, my other profile, which I have on there. But I haven't, I haven't hooked it up because I'm not really interested in that at the moment. I want to get this done here. So anyway, that's that. I think that's it for me. So I just wanted to let everyone know, yeah, that that that worked out as far as the retagging, to delete the tag and retag it. And so I sent the email through to that particular lead to see if it worked. And it did, awesome. Want to thank everyone who participated in helping me with that. And you know, I appreciate everybody's help. I really do.

1:17:30
Yeah, that's great, awesome. Well, thank you, satyra,

1:17:36
I have a quick question. Jason, sure, Jason, maybe I don't know, thorn. So sort of answered it, but it's regarding, I guess, including the the SDI and also my site that is on, you know, one of the three accounts for my agency through Gahl, I want to know how well I can that I can set it up for AEO with schema. You know, normally they just what I understand. You can just put the schema in each page of whether it's a funnel or website page or landing page, is that just the same? Or what is your what are your thoughts on that? Or use SDA I, or SDA I and my since I'm using SDA, I'm using the other account for my agency site. So, yeah, so both really, SDA, I of course, that's the app and but then you're also using, like, if I do pages outside of the app, then those pages also need to have, you know, SEO or AEO on it. So what are your thoughts?

1:19:08
Yeah, I would say, so you know, under what is it? Settings inside the app itself, we've got the custom code section where you can paste in any type of schema. I mean, I think, I think it'll take schema. I'm pretty sure it should. So you could place that, you could place it there, as well as inside of high level under those funnel pages. So any additional page that you create under the SDI funnel. You can, you can enter, or you can paste, you know, schema into, onto any one of those pages. So I would say definitely, you, if you want, if you want to place schema on the entire SDA I site, then I would put it in both places. Yeah. Yeah, okay, right. So you know what I'm talking about, right? The Body Code section under custom code inside the smart directory, AI app. And then if you go to sites funnels, you can also place it there inside the smart directory, AI funnel, and you can just place it at the funnel level. So that would be under there, the Settings tab at the funnel level, and you could place it in the body there. That makes sense, unless it's unless there's something very specific, unless you're doing like an FAQ schema or something like that, then you'd want that to be very specific to that page.

1:20:48
Yeah, I not sure if it needs to be that specific. I would typically do it that way. I wouldn't mix it all into one general thing I would just for, you know, the purposes of being able to work on it later, right? So I'd rather not do it all in general, but, and normally, I guess it would just go in the header, but I didn't know, like, what if you had done anything with it, and what you thought best practices might be, see my screen.

1:21:30
I'm sorry. No, you guys see my screen. Yeah, I can see your screen. Are you

1:21:34
showing me? Yeah, I'm on a funnel page. You go up here for what you want to do your specific page, you go to your SEO settings and hit add schema on your funnel pages. This is the best way to do it in GHL, not the funnel, top of the funnel schema, or specifically in the header. Go into the page and add it individually, even if it's the same schema which it shouldn't be, do it at the funnel page level, you'll get more juice that way. Does that make sense?

1:22:10
It does. I'm just trying to make sure I'm understanding where you're at in there.

1:22:16
Okay, so I'm in my funnel right Mark, directory, funnel, yes, edit, right. Then you go to the Come on, which one is it that one opens this sidebar, go to schema markup and add schema. And I have tested the AI, and it's doing a surprisingly good job at developing the schema for individual pages.

1:22:44
Okay, terrific. Thank you for that.

1:22:47
More than welcome. And then, as he was saying, for SDI, you put it in custom code, and it's kind of an overall schema. It's not individual page schema, like per each business. It's kind of an overall, generic schema for the whole site, for the whole app,

1:23:11
okay, how would I develop it? Something, you know, schema for the entire I'm not trying to do schema for every individual.

1:23:21
I would, I would go into AI and tell it what the app does. It's a directory site business listing to give it as much detail as you can, and then have a generate schema. Or I would go to a schema generator just on the web and start there and then modify as you need to, okay, but for ao schema, it's like one of the top ranking factors.

1:23:52
All right, then, thank you so much, man, you rock.

1:23:57
What is schema? I keep seeing that, and I would pick it as the colors and palettes of the of the website. What is schema?

1:24:09
Yes, schema, no. Schema is not, it's not colors and palettes satire, but it's more of it's basically like a markdown file. It's a way for Google bot, and for any bot, basically, to read your website in a structured way so it understands context and what what the page contains. It's it's just another way for Google bot to read the page and understand it so that it can get contextual awareness and then be able to rank it.

1:24:52
Okay? It's more of an advanced topic there. If you, if you just Google, like, I would go to YouTube. You. There's tons of videos on schema. You can go really deep on this stuff, but I think Doran had some great ideas. There's tons of different schema markup tools on the web that will generate the schema for you. You don't have to hand code it yourself. So there are tools out there if you just Google schema, you know, create generator, schema generator, website schema generator. There are tons of free tools out there that you can use to generate the schema and then for more specific things. I think Doran had a great idea. I would I would probably use something like Claude code. I'd go to Claude and I would type into Claude exactly what I'm looking to generate, looking to generate schema for my new my directory site, you can give it as much context as you can. I like to reverse engineer my prompts, or basically ask the AI what is the prompt that you need in order to generate the best schema for this site? So basically ask, you're basically asking the AI to ask you as many questions as it needs to get clarification on to what you're trying to create. Okay, and then from there, it'll ask you all the questions it needs, get all the context it needs, and then it'll generate the schema for you. Okay, all

1:26:18
right, thank you. I know I was working on something that had to do with that, and I wasn't quite sure what, you know, what all that meant, but I was also looking at it was saying about 150 chunk of words that it reads, how it reads it like 150 words at a time, and it's looking for specific context to be able to understand what the the website is about. It was part of the optimization, that's that's why I was asking, because I know it was part of the optimization I'm walking through. So, okay,

1:27:10
no, it definitely is. Obviously, you know, 8020 principle applies here. Like you definitely want to make sure you've got your heading tags. You want to make sure you've got your page title and your meta descriptions like those are the most important things for any page, right? And then schema, I would come next. Now, schema, like Dorn was saying, has become extremely important when it comes to AEO, I would probably say more so than traditional SEO, especially over the last couple of years, seems like we've gotten more juice out of it since these llms are now ranking sites and pulling data from these sites, so it's still relative or not relative, relevant. Sorry, that's the word I was looking for, still relevant and still something that you want to use, still something that you want to implement. So I would definitely learn about it. Like I said, you can go to YouTube, just type in schema. You'll get tons of videos on it. But, you know, Dorne has dropped a couple of links to different tools, generators in the chat, yep, and there's tons of them out there. So you know, you don't need to worry about, like, exactly what it does. You'll just go through the generator. Tools are really easy. It's like, you just plug in. It's almost like a form. You just fill in the details, and then it just spits out the code, and then you just copy and paste it. Okay, thank you,

1:28:49
Jordan, I know you had your your hand up there before, or just

1:28:54
gonna mention that Google now allows anonymous reviews. Okay, cool, which is because now anybody could stand bomb bad reviews, right? You? How do you respond to anonymous review? You're anonymous. I'm sorry you felt so bad. You know it sucks, but and I left you a review, secure. Oh, thank you. Make sure you reply in a timely manner, yes and do not reply with AI.

1:29:37
With what? Do not reply with AI, is that what you said,

1:29:44
if you do a standard AI reply, all the AEO juice get skipped, you got to do some manual. I mean, I do a lot of reviews on what AI write to review, and then I'll customize it, but I do. Do straight replies for AI, because it doesn't give you any ao views,

1:30:05
okay, it just gets it, okay. All right. All right.

1:30:18
All right. Any other questions, guys, anybody else out there? Yeah. Sam, what's going on? I

1:30:38
don't know what happened. Sam, are you there? Saw a hand pop up for a second and disappeared.

1:30:57
Anybody? Any questions? I

1:31:04
know, but thank you so much, Jason, you're awesome. You guys are really great.

1:31:09
