How's everybody doing? Hope everybody had a great Fourth of July. Got to celebrate the birth of our country. That was really cool. 250 years. Let's see here. If if you guys are new, I'll just tell you the drill real quick. Bottom of the Google Meet window, there's a little hand icon. You can go ahead and click that, raise your hand. If you got questions, we'll get you in order. We'll start answering some questions. And this is the SDAI call. We'll talk out all things SDAI. But obviously, if you guys got questions on high level agency, you know, running an agency in general. Happy to answer those questions as well. So, you know, please feel free ask away if you if you're struggling with anything. We definitely want to get you some help. So, with that in mind, let's go ahead and get started. Looks like John's the first one up. So, John, go ahead and unmute and ask away.

0:57
Yeah, thank you, Jess. Of course. You know, I've been here for. I mean, this is my second time, but I kind of screwed up with my my setup. I tried to start, but now I can't get to where I need to be. It goes back to Godaddy instead of going to that template which they gave us.

1:20
Okay, are you talking about connecting your domain to SDAM?

1:26
I did, and I think I did the DNS, DNS, and other stuff. And but then when I come back to go back to the template they give us to you know those thing they set up the you know. the one we use, we look at it. I can't get back to. I mean, it takes me to go that instead. You know.

1:51
Well, do you want to share your screen? We can go ahead and take a look and see if we can help figure it out for you.

1:56
Let me. I don't want to take too much of your time. So I don't know if you can see my screen. Maybe go to Go High Label. I don't remember where. Can you see my screen?

2:17
Yep, I can see it. Yeah, just go ahead and log in there.

2:28
Okay. So. Sorry, guys.

2:50
Oh, don't worry about John.

2:52
It's propagating. Oh shoot! It's taking too long. I know why it's taking too long. Okay, how how will I get back to my store? Do I go under settings?

3:31
No, is this the correct sub account?

3:34
No, I need to get my sub account.

3:38
So it looks like you're inside of junior medic. Is that is that correct?

3:42
No, yeah, but that's not the the kind I'm looking for.

3:47
Okay, so just click on the name in the top left, and then you should be able to switch from there. Yep, should be able to switch to a different. Oh, looks like there's only one there. Yeah. Well, you're under Smart Directory AI, did you do you have your own high level account as well?

4:05
I have I have my I have my own.

4:08
Okay, that's why. So you're you're logged under Smart Directory AI. So top right corner where you're where you see the initials J M.

4:16
Yeah,

4:17
just go ahead and log out from here. So you're in the wrong account. So go ahead and sign out, and then you'll sign in again. Yep, continues, John, and then should a menu should pop up. There it is. That allows you to switch.

4:37
Should I go to smart?

4:38
That's the one you were just in. That's the one you were just in. Yep. So it's going to be one of these other two.

4:45
This one. Yeah. Okay. There you go. This one. Okay. So I go under smart. I SDI SDI.

5:20
Yep, that's where you go.

5:23
Okay. All right. So I'm here. When I click preview here, it takes me to go there instead, and I'm stuck there. You see. That's.

5:40
So, I wonder if this, Ruchika, is this the same issue that we? So we we've had a couple, John. We've had a couple of issues with SSL over the last couple of days. So what what happened was we switched from an A record to what's called a C name

5:59
record,

6:00
in order to point your domain at our servers, the reason why we made that change is an A record points to a single IP address. So if that IP address ever changes, it instantly breaks your website. Whereas a C name, you can change that IP address. That IP address can be dynamic. If we ever need to change it in the future, it won't ever break your site. So that's why we made that change. That's one of the the things that

6:30
we

6:30
did. We updated that on the back end.

6:32
Okay,

6:33
but it seems like it has caused a few issues with some of the older sites. So I wonder if this is under that. Ruchika, have you seen this before? This redirect issue.

6:46
No, Jason. I'm

6:47
wondering if that's that has anything to do with that.

6:51
Can we go back to the website again? I just want to check the redirect again.

6:56
Where do I go?

6:58
So let's go to go to branding for me real quick,

7:02
if

7:02
you don't mind, there, John, and let's check something. Go to domain. Let's see if your domain. Okay, so your domain is in there.

7:12
Yeah.

7:13
What is it? Health

7:14
local

7:15
directory. Okay, and then if you click, so let me try and just look up the domain itself, healthlocal directory.com Yeah, you're right. It's still pointing to GoDaddy. So it looks like. Can we disconnect? Can you try hitting that disconnect? See if that works. See if we can disconnect the domain here. Okay, so it did work. Okay, let's go ahead. Let's try and re-add the domain, please. So go ahead and type in healthdirectory.com connect. Okay, let's go. Can we log into your GoDaddy account and make sure this record is present?

8:01
Yeah, but last time I didn't have that. I it gave me a. I said,

8:07
I'm Jason. As I'm check, can you hear me? Okay. Yes,

8:13
I can hear you. As I'm

8:14
checking the DNS records, so these are not the DNS records that we give for the smart directory AI, so I think this is due to the incorrect DNS records.

8:28
Okay,

8:29
that's why the read rate was happening.

8:31
Yes, that is why it is going back to the GoDaddy. So I just sent you the DNS records which I found. So the none of these are from our side,

8:44
right. Those are the that's the IP address. Oh, I see. Exactly.

8:47
Got it.

8:48
Yeah, yeah. I think those are those are GoDaddy IP addresses. So let's just go ahead and find that domain. Oh, good. Thanks, John. Yeah, go ahead and search right there. That's perfect. Okay, so over on the on the top right, you see where it says filters? There you go. Yep, and then just click on C name for me, and then apply, and that'll show us all the C name records. Okay, so this is what we currently have. So yes, we do not have one in here. So let's go ahead and add, let's add that C name record. So if you want to go back into high level, high level record, yep. So there it is. Copy that value. Copy the value right there. Yep.

9:54
Because before it was giving me number was number.

9:57
Yeah, that's what I was trying to explain to you right before we we. Into this, so we made a change. It used to be a number, which was the IP address. We've changed that to a CNAME record. So go ahead and click Add New Record, the black button there in the top left, and then the type that's going to be C name in the name field value name field. We'll just put the at symbol, so that'll apply to the entire domain, and then the value you'll just paste what you copied. There you go. Yep. Now let's go ahead and click save on that. Invalid name provided.

10:41
I've never seen this. This is easy. This is a different name. It's not my name.

10:47
Right. Yes, that's where we want to point it to. Can you go go back into high level for me? Thought it said it was an at symbol. Yeah,

11:01
it is. probably

11:04
because it's got a conflicting A record. So let's go back. I'm guessing that's what it is. So go back into into GoDaddy for me, please. And first thing, let let's go to let's just cancel this, please, John. Just cancel that. Yeah, yeah. Go ahead and cancel. That's fine. And then go to filters and go to a record. Select a. Yeah, that first one.

11:35
This one.

11:36
Yes, correct. And you can deselect C name. Yep, and then just hit apply. It

11:53
sure does. It's it's double A. Just A. That's the problem.

11:58
And go back to your filter, just remove the filter, and let's just. Okay, so there is that that parked domain. So yeah, let's go ahead and delete that that part.

12:11
What this this one?

12:12
Yeah, that a record. Go ahead and delete that. That's just a GoDaddy record for a domain that's parked. So we'll remove that, and then

12:26
go back to the filter.

12:28
This www health directory. I think it looks like that's it. Yeah, go to filters. Now let's go to that C name again. So actually, he didn't really need to filter, but that's fine. Yeah, we'll click Add New Record, and let's just go ahead and try and add that CNAME record again now. So we'll choose the type a C name, and in that name field, we'll we'll put the at symbol, and then we'll paste the value that we copied earlier.

13:01
See if I still have it. Yeah, there you

13:03
go. Now try and click save for me.

13:08
Should no

13:09
invalid still. Why is that popping up invalid? The only thing I can think is it's this www record that may be conflicting. So right below it, let's go ahead and just delete that C name, that www

13:25
one. Okay.

13:29
So just cancel this

13:32
one. In the

13:34
right, the right corner, you can click cancel.

13:39
Cancel.

13:43
Next to save, there's a cancel button.

13:46
Oh yeah, yeah. So I see. Sorry, I see.

13:49
Yeah, sorry. I wish I could annotate on the screen with Google. No, no, it's okay.

13:54
I'm not able to.

13:56
Yeah, just click cancel on that one.

13:58
I'm not able to click on it, so okay. my screen is frozen.

14:09
Up here.

14:11
Ah, here. No. Yeah. No, the screen is frozen.

14:16
Okay, so sometimes this happens when you're sharing screens. So just go ahead and hit stop sharing, and that should unfreeze the screen.

14:26
Okay.

14:27
Did that work?

14:29
Yeah, but let me see. So you can

14:31
re you can reshare now. Yep.

14:33
Yeah. Go back here. Let me say again. Okay.

14:49
Perfect. Yeah, go back into GoDaddy.

14:54
Oh, I tried frozen. So

14:58
it froze again.

15:00
Yeah, I don't. It's done. Oh my gosh, it doesn't. Go ahead.

15:10
It's okay. I can I can try and describe it to you if you want to stop share. What you'll do is you'll go back into GoDaddy. You'll want to delete that www record. That's a C name,

15:21
yeah.

15:23
And then try adding that new C name record that we got from high level, and hopefully it shouldn't produce an error because we've removed both records that could potentially cause a conflict. So I don't believe there's any other records in there that should cause the conflict.

15:39
Yeah. So what I'm going to do? Yeah. What I'm going to do now is where the problem is. I'm just going to submit help and help thing, you know, and then they can try to help me, and then I'll come back because my screen is frozen. I can't get back to anything.

15:57
If you click stop share, yeah, it is, and it won't. Okay, here, let me let me see if I can stop your share.

16:16
If I take over, change over.

16:20
There we go. Did that help? Did that stop it for you?

16:24
I see that. Let me go back here. Oh, now okay. So let me let me reshare here again. Now it's back. If if the

16:44
share is causing you issues again, John, where it's freezing your screen, we may not be able to do this. Okay, there it looks like it's working. Yeah, go to GoDaddy, the tab to the left there.

16:55
Yeah, I'm trying to look where I was supposed to be.

17:00
Up to men over there.

17:02
There you go.

17:04
This one here.

17:06
Yep, that's it.

17:08
Let me move this down. So go back to DNS. I'm here.

17:16
Right. So you'll want to delete. Go ahead and delete that C name record right there. That www c name record. Yeah, let's go ahead and try remove that one.

17:30
Delete. Delete this

17:35
one. No, no, no, not that one. Not that one. Oh shoot! Shoot, I don't know what that one was.

17:39
I don't know. I can't go back. I don't even think I can.

17:45
Yeah, I don't. That wasn't the right one. I'm not sure what that was.

17:50
Hey, to interrupt, guys. It was the second one that you want him to put in. That was the top one he deleted.

17:57
I did. Just

17:58
redo it.

18:00
I'm. I'm going back in. Okay, I know why my screenshot now.

18:23
You can expand the screen if you just pull it down. Oh, just

18:26
pull it down.

18:27
Yeah, should be just.

18:31
Don't see it. I don't know. Okay, let me just swap from here. Okay, so

18:38
that one right there.

18:41
I'm going to click on that. Should I delete down here? No, no, no.

18:44
Just delete from right. Yeah, right there. There you go.

18:52
Okay.

18:55
Okay. So now let's go ahead and try to re-add the CNAME record.

19:02
Okay,

19:05
so I need to go back here. Can I go back here and

19:11
just copy that?

19:12
Come back here.

19:15
Add new record a block button right there.

19:17
New record, change this CNN. and then go to add, and I'm afraid it's gonna be the same thing. But let me see. Yeah, but

19:37
maybe try refreshing this page for me. And then let's try that process one more time. Yeah. And if this doesn't work, what I'm going to have you do? Last shot effort. Okay, let's change the at symbol to www. Let's just try that. So keep that same record. There you go. And then now hit save.

20:20
Oh wow!

20:24
So now let's go back to high level. High

20:29
level is where now?

20:32
Yeah, I think that's it right there. Yep.

20:36
Sonate.

20:40
Maybe try refreshing this page. See if that triggers it.

20:44
I'm coming. I'm coming. Go to branding.

20:54
Branding, correct. And then domain is at the top of that.

21:02
Domain

21:04
here. Yep.

21:07
So now I think I need to go to preview and see.

21:13
Okay. Well, it's not pointing at GoDaddy anymore because I just tried to look it up myself. You can click on preview. So that's a good thing. So that means that the the record that we added, it's probably in proper propagation right now.

21:28
Okay.

21:29
So I would give this give it give it 30 minutes or so. Yeah, maybe an hour, and it should start to work for you.

21:38
I'll come back. We'll come back to this at the end. Yeah, thank you.

21:43
No problem, John. Any other any other questions?

21:45
Not right now. I'm just going to sit back and wait. Thank you.

21:48
Yeah, no problem.

21:50
Okay.

21:51
Right, Tim. How you doing, Tim? Tim, you still with us? There. Yep. Yep. Okay. Sorry,

22:05
I'm muting and and sharing. Sound good. So it had a similar issue, and I was trying to work through it at the same time. Okay. Trying to see if I could get this right as well. So if I go back to share this tab first. This when I woke up this morning, this was actually blank, and I reconnected it, and or actually before I went to it, I went to preview, so I got to this page, which is all the improvements that I had made, and it's under the preview dot easy directory. You can't see that, but the URL is preview easy directory and my individual code name. So then, if I go back to this and I hit preview. It goes back to the default one. This one, which has no no improvements, no anything going on there. So when I go back to I'm through Namecheap, and I was running these things through here, kind of doing, following along with what you were putting in just now. This one is still there. Worry

23:35
about that one. That that one's fine. That one has nothing to do with us. That that's high level. Brand dot ludicrous dot cloud is high-level server, so, and that subdomain won't affect anything we're doing with SDAI.

23:46
Okay.

23:47
So that records, there's nothing there. It's just the the www or the at record. Those are both pointing to the same one. So I would try maybe because we were having trouble with the at, maybe remove that and keep the www record, and see if that doesn't fix the issue. There you go,

24:08
and

24:09
then yeah, I would go back, disconnect the domain, re-add it, and see.

24:18
Okay, you want me to go take this? Let me go back here,

24:22
right? Yeah, just hit the disconnect on that, and then re-add it in here.

24:30
And then before when I I I did this also after, and the instructions didn't come up underneath it, just so that I could see. Maybe I'll do the same way.

24:44
Okay,

24:45
but branding domain. So usually you get the do this now and

24:52
right. If you you should just click or should type in the domain, then hit connect, and then I think the. Instructions show up.

25:10
See, that's the that's my domain.

25:12
So then, go ahead and hit connect. Let's see. Okay, so they didn't show. It looked like they flashed for a second. Yeah,

25:18
it flashed for a second, but I can't confirm or deny what it said.

25:24
Well, it's the it's the same. It's it's what you already have in there. That preview dot whatever. Let's go ahead. Actually, let me let me see if I can pull up. What was your domain again? Local

25:36
locals join.us locals join us.

25:40
Okay. Yeah, it's not pulling up on my side, but let me look at

25:49
the. See, this is the I'm sharing the preview one now, which has you know all my modifications in it.

26:08
So I'm going to CNAM, and

26:11
so here I am, and this is all I've got left inside of Namecheap.

26:20
Okay, when did you add that preview dot easy directory?

26:26
While you got moments ago. Oh, you got your job.

26:29
Okay, cool. So then let let's just kind of hang tight there. Then Tim, let let's wait a minute. Let's give it a few minutes and see if that doesn't resolve, since you just recently added it, and. let's see by the end of the call if that doesn't if that doesn't resolve. I I'm thinking that it probably will.

26:56
Okay,

26:58
because I just pulled up your domain inside MX Toolbox, and that C name is not showing here, which tells me that it hasn't propagated yet. So if it hasn't propagated yet, that's why if you go to that domain, it's not pulling up your website.

27:13
Gotcha. Okay. So yeah,

27:16
let's just give it a minute.

27:18
Okay, this is under the preview, and now I had this site up and working, and then I did a press release, and I just show this off for you and anybody else that's interested. But so I put this under the news feed because this locals join us is my hub, and I'm working on a bunch of local, you know, bunch of local directories up and down my train line, right? So, in the press release, the the company that I was using, and let me share that one. They went and and before, or I didn't realize what I was looking at was modified, but then it reverted back to the the unmodified version, and they pulled up this logo for my press release.

28:09
Oh, that's weird.

28:10
And is because that's the default was the one that was published, right? So then they went, and so you know it's the local join us, and this whole press release that I did based on the locals one because I have multiple towns I'm going to be running with, but if I show off my my main one that I work on daily, this is oh I stop share and go back sorry. but this is the you know my main Greenwich one, which I have quite a few businesses and everybody signed up on this site.

28:53
Right, but the the other

28:53
one is my you know multi multi site version one. But it but they, but the press release company pulled that logo, and you know the the details I gave them, they wrote about, but but it doesn't look like the hub I want it to be, so it was kind of important for me to get that straightened out.

29:15
So

29:16
through here,

29:16
I'm just trying to figure out how they pulled that logo, though,

29:21
because when you went to like the default is what is is being published. So so when I go to locals join us locals join.us.us this is the site. It's the it's the it's the preview site that's published or whatever. That's that's what's there. That's what I'm seeing. I don't know what you're seeing. I'm not seeing

29:50
anything right now. You're not seeing anything

29:52
right now. Well, maybe it's in transition, but I mean that's the. If I copy this, and if anybody else wants. Go and and and push on this. That I just put the site in there, and if they click and see what comes up for them, but this is what I see when I do it, and that's why they the press release company went and pulled this logo and

30:16
right

30:16
and this stuff off there to put into the press release. But then there's nothing of substance on this on this site, unlike the where is the.

30:28
But you've replaced. See what's odd. This is the

30:32
preview site that I had published and everything like this, and then whatever went wrong with the propagation or. or the SSL certificates and all that stuff that we've been having issues with, right? This should be the main. So this is the towns that I serve, and all that kind of stuff that I want to be published and work in,

31:00
right? That aren't

31:03
anyway. That's that's my situation, and that press release hit this morning, so I was like, "Oh, I got to get on this call today and see how fast we can figure this out. Well, let's

31:15
let's now that we updated that record, let's give it a shot. Let's wait a few minutes and let's see if that doesn't resolve. Like I said, I tried to look your domain up in MX Toolbox. I'm just going to pull a new pulling it right now. Let's see CNAME lookup. See if it's showing now. Yeah, so it's not showing

31:38
yet. Yeah, Kim, I put the link in there. Locals join.us Locals join us. Chris put it in again. Thanks. The preview site is in your cache. Yeah, and and that site can't be reached. Right. Yeah. Yeah. I I get that. I'm just trying to fix it before. Hopefully, that press release catches some traction, but yeah, that was my biggest issue today.

32:06
Yeah, you know what? I'm gonna. Are we connected to your account, Tim?

32:14
I I think that was the last. I was that was the last question through support because I I made I sent in a support ticket saying this was an issue and they said they wanted my access to the in inner workings of my

32:30
okay Ruchika can you confirm do we have access to his account we have access Tim's account

32:36
okay let me check we are doing it for Tim, right?

32:42
Correct. Yep.

32:45
I

32:49
believe we have the the only other

32:52
while we're looking for that. The only other idea I had was because I've been working on updating these this menu and stuff like this. If I wanted to, what's the best way for me to basically copy this site so that I get? I think I mentioned it last week, but I want this menu, which I've done so much customization to, to be able to put that into my other another directory that I spin up another local directory because otherwise I have to rebuild the whole menu operation.

33:37
Yeah, I don't know. When I go back,

33:39
when I go back here. I mean, this is this just the this is the local one, right? Which is just about the towns that I serve. But if I switch back over to my Greenwich site, which is the one I've done so much work on, the menu, you'll see that I just basically want to be able to use this as my template rather than, you know, his Vegas. You know, I get

34:05
it. Yeah, I just sent a message to the team to see if there's an easy way that we can do this. Um,

34:14
so because

34:15
yeah, you've done you've done a ton of work on it, and I I totally get that. That's a that would be a major pain to have to rebuild that. So I'm going to see if there's an easy way. I just sent the team a message right now. There's nothing that I know of, and yeah, there's no way that we can. I mean, you you can move a sub account from one agency to another, that doesn't solve the problem. There's, and even if even if it did, that's that's that's just inside high level. That doesn't include any third party apps that are installed in high level, which is what Smart Directory is. So. The only thing that I can think of is maybe on the back end, the devs could create some sort of a duplicate shell of what you have here and move it for you. But there's nothing inside the UI that allows you to do that currently right now.

35:19
A a save menu or export menu would be, you know,

35:24
right, right.

35:25
Another button right here would be very cool. This way, I could, you know, build my menu or or whatever, and then that stuff would be there. That would be cool. Save, import, export. That'd be that'd be great.

35:51
That's the message right now.

35:54
Yeah. Other than that, I'm here to learn.

36:00
Okay. Cool. Well, hopefully, I'll have an answer here. If you just want to hang out, Tim.

36:05
Oh yeah, I'm here.

36:07
Okay, cool. Yep, no worries.

36:10
Um, Tim, Jason, sorry, we don't have access to the account.

36:16
We don't.

36:17
No.

36:18
Okay,

36:19
Tim, did you receive any email from my side, I sent. I believe on july 4, I asked you to share the access, but I didn't receive any reply because it was the

36:31
fourth of July and I was, you know, under the influence.

36:36
Do you want me to send that again?

36:39
That would be helpful, and then I'll send you that straight away.

36:42
I'll end it right now. Okay. Thank you,

36:46
Ruchika.

36:48
You're welcome.

36:50
All right, fantastic, Paul.

36:54
Hi.

36:55
How you doing?

36:56
I'm doing good. I'm I'm maintaining my streak of rookie mistakes that I need help with.

37:03
Well, that's why we're here.

37:06
Yeah. No. Can I share my screen?

37:08
Of course.

37:23
I don't know what I did wrong when I imported this list, but I can't get any of the contact names to show up.

37:35
Okay, like you want to just open up one of the contacts. Let's take a look, see if it stored the name somewhere else. Okay. So yeah, first name is blank. Last name is blank. Go ahead and scroll down for me. Maybe click on general or additional info. So there's the business name. So a couple things, Paul. Did you did you happen to watch the training on this on importing these leads? Okay.

38:13
Yeah, I I did a while back, but didn't we used to say that we put the business name as first name? And I think that's what I. That's exactly

38:21
what I was just going to tell you. Yeah, I was just going to tell you that. Yep. Um. So yeah, we need that in that first name field. If if you don't have an actual name for the the business owner, we want to the way that the the system creates listings inside SDAI is by that first name field. So, by adding the business name to the first name field, and then adding the high level tag business to the contact record, that's what creates the listing inside SDAI.

39:00
Right. So, so if I go back to manage, well, what we can do

39:06
is we we can either do one of two things. We can either just delete everybody out of here. It's only 147 contacts. We can start over, or or if you really want to keep these in here, then we can create an automation that will just update that field with the business. No,

39:26
I

39:27
so I

39:27
have I have the CSV file right on my computer, so we can can we bulk delete these or have to delete them one by one?

39:34
Yeah, yeah, we can just bulk delete them. Yeah, if you haven't done anything with them, there's no reason. Yeah, there's no reason to worry about. I'm Jason.

39:41
Sorry, sorry to interrupt. I have another. I figured out another way. Instead of removing all the contacts, maybe we just update the contact with the first name, and that's it.

39:58
Right with an automation.

40:00
No, I mean we re-upload the CSV. We map email and phone number, and then again it'll just match it.

40:10
Yeah, yeah, we could do that too. That's true. Yep. So sure, Paul. Let's let's just go ahead and click the the import up in the top right, and if you've got that spreadsheet ready to go, just go ahead and hit next. That blue button, and then dump that spreadsheet right there, and see the setting right below it. This is what Ruchika was referring to. It says create an update context. Just leave that alone. So basically, what what's happening is we're just going to tell it, hey, let's just add the business name to the first name. If that contact already exists, don't don't change anything on it. Just change what we want you to change. That's that's the update means. So like we're going to tell it put the business name in the first name field. It'll just update that contact. Okay, because already created. Yep, go ahead and click next, and then right down here where it says business name map to business name. Let's just change that and map that to first name. That's it. Everything else, telephone. Make sure we bring that in. So go ahead and map that to phone. Emails mapped correctly.

41:34
What about website?

41:35
Yeah, did one bring? Yeah, I would. I guess

41:37
we can leave just unmapped because this data is already there, so we basically just want the first name to be updated, and the system will take telephone and email to match the content.

41:51
Right, but we he wants to bring in website, which I think is a good idea. Yeah, website, and then do you have a field for LinkedIn or any of these others.

42:03
I don't think. If not, it's

42:05
not a big deal. It's not. It's not that big of a deal, honestly, because we're not using it inside of SDAI. It would just be if you wanted to use it somewhere else. Those are all just fields that we pull in from when we do our scraping to generate those leads for you guys.

42:21
Okay, so I need to check this here. Don't

42:23
correct. Yep, yep. So you're basically just telling the system all the ones that we haven't mapped, don't import those. There you go. No need to create a smart list. We don't need to worry about that. We don't want to add them to to a workflow. We don't need to add a tag to them. We're good. We just want to reimport and add that business name in the first name field, and then we're adding the website. That was the only other thing we're doing. So yeah, start import and. And you can click on Go to Contacts now, and you should start real soon. You should start to see that contact name change here. You can try refreshing the page. Go to all.

43:43
Go.

43:45
Click on all. Yeah, right there. See if any. So nothing's popped in yet.

44:02
Quick. could have sworn I chose first name when I imported that list the first time. But well, if this doesn't work, I'll delete it and I'll redo it and choose the right field next time. Click on bulk

44:15
actions, please. Sorry, I don't know who else was talking? Just click, yeah, poll catches. Thank you. Okay, so it still says zero process. So just give that a second, Paul, and that should process.

44:32
Okay,

44:32
and then once that finishes processing, yeah, if if you're still having an issue, just raise your hand again. We'll circle back around. We'll take a look. Did you have any other questions other than this, though?

44:44
Not today.

44:46
Okay, cool. So yeah, let's just give it a couple of minutes. We'll circle back around, and that should process here real shortly. And you should see that change. If not, then just raise your hand again. We'll we'll deal with it. We'll walk through it again.

44:58
Fantastic. Thank you.

44:59
Yeah. Problem. All right, Lars.

45:03
Yes, can you hear me?

45:06
I can hear you just fine. Yeah, how can we help?

45:08
Okay, quick. I have three quick questions. I have the A record in my DNS. Should I change it to the C name? We'll leave the A record with the IP address.

45:18
So, if you're not having any issues right now with the site itself, I would not change anything. Okay, the way that we did this, it was not supposed to cause any issues. So the team was advised to just leave it alone, especially if nothing's happening. If you're having issues with it, then yes, remove it and do exactly. I don't know if you were here earlier on the call when we were walking through that with John, but yes, if you're having issues, by all means, remove the A and then try and add the new C name record. But if everything's working as it should, then I wouldn't touch it. I would just leave it alone.

45:57
Okay, then I'll share my screen. Screen. That was one question. The other one. I have problems getting the business link to work in emails. Can you see my screen?

46:18
Yeah, it's it's pulling up. Yeah, I can see it's just real blurry. But okay, so the the link, the contact. So this business link. Yep.

46:33
Yeah. So this does. If I preview it, it populates the name, but the link is always empty, and I have in stuff in the business link, so I know the business link is populated. So, but it never comes up on my email.

46:52
Oh, on the preview. Have you tried sending that to yourself?

46:55
I've tried sending it to myself, and it was still blank. And this is highlighted in in whatever, and this is not. So I'm not sure what's going on, but I can't get the business link to be in an email. It's blank. Are you trying

47:12
just replacing that that custom value or that merge field?

47:16
I've done that multiple times at the same time. If I do it again and go to business, let's do link. We have let's do this. Let's do this. See if I can get back contact custom value custom fields, and we have business. Where is the business link? Business link. It's the same. It's the. I mean, I can't get it to work.

48:05
Business name. Maybe

48:18
it's a go high level issue. I might be go high level issue.

48:24
Well, see now it's highlighted. Yeah, but if

48:27
I if I save the template and go back, and then go to email two, which we edited, it's not highlighted anymore. The first, the

48:39
first name is yeah, hmm.

48:43
So there's something going on. Maybe it's a high level issue. I need to reach out to high level support.

48:48
Ruchika, have you seen this with the business link?

48:53
No, Jason, no. So the issue is basically it's not popular. We are adding this on the template. It's not populating, or it's not visible on the template.

49:06
It's not populating when I send. It's not populating in the preview or when I send the email, and I know the information because I have the field here, so I know that the field is not

49:18
empty. Okay. Can you try this sending as a maybe add yourself to the automation and then you receive the email?

49:28
I've sent it manually to me, but I'll send it to automation. So I'll figure that out. Yes,

49:33
and I would suggest that you remove the other one which you just added and send this. Maybe add yourself to the automation, and then it will work.

49:44
Okay. It usually

49:45
doesn't work on the test emails.

49:48
Okay, I'll try that. Then the next final thing I have the listing labels. Is it possible to get them sorted? Now they are entered in the way I have them entered. Sorted alphabetically.

50:04
That I need to check. Do you have any idea, Jason?

50:08
No. So I guess where do you want to sort them on the back end?

50:13
No. Well, I wanted to sort them alphabetically. So now I can change them here. I get that, but I have 90-two line 90-two, and it's a nightmare to change. But now, if I go to the listing labels, they have changed here. But it would be nice to have them here alphabetically. Now they're all over the place.

50:35
Oh, I see what you're saying. So just a quick filter at the top of this list for alphabetical

50:43
something you know to get them because now they are basically based on the physical list that we have created. But it would be nice to have them sort alphabetically because if I need to find something, you know, it's impossible for the users to find this.

50:57
Do you want that to be automatic, or are you asking for an actual filter at the top of that list.

51:03
I think it would be nice if it was automatic that we display this alphabetically.

51:12
Yep, it

51:13
makes more sense to me that it's alphabetically because then the end user will basically search for Jim, for example. He goes to the letter G and go to the gym instead of finding, you know, oh, a woman's appeal is here. It's like doesn't make sense at all to have them in this order. And yes, I know I can, you know, manually do that, but it's a nightmare with a lot of listing labels.

51:38
Yep. All right. right, I'm just putting this in, Lars. I'm going to send this into the team.

51:48
Um, Jason, can we also get it added to the canny board?

51:54
Yep.

51:56
You want me to add it to the candy board?

51:58
Sure. Yeah, Lars, if you want to do

52:00
that, that'd be great. Yep.

52:01
Okay, I'll add it to the candy board.

52:04
Thank you. Okay,

52:05
I'll try to add the automation and see if the link works in the automation. So that was it for me.

52:12
Perfect. Thank you, Lars. Awesome. Yeah, I just got that added, Lars, on on my side. But yeah, if you can please add that to the canny board, that would be excellent. And then if you do want to share that in the group, I think that's a really good one. You know, not everything that we add to the canny board, we want to like you know promote or share. But I think that's that's definitely one of those features that I think is just good for everyone across the board for all users, which I think would be a really good one to share. So I would say put that once you create it, just make a small post in the group and see if we can't get that upvoted. But I'm also going to send a note internally to the team on this as well.

53:04
Yep, no problem. Thank you.

53:08
Cool, Paul. I see your I see your message there. So it looks like it it worked. Everything's good. So that's amazing, John. How are we doing? Are is your site working now? Connie, you still with us? I know, Tim. I was just pulling up yours. I'm looking at yours right now. I was just trying to delete my cookies for your site to see if I could pull it up, Tim. If you want, let's. If you want to unmute and share, and we can just look look at your namecheap account again, because I'm not even showing. Yeah, it's not even showing up at all for me. Oh, never mind. Nope, I just ran it again. It is okay. So the C name record is now showing for me, Tim. So that's a good news. That means that it's propagating. It's actually moving. So, but it isn't resolving at the domain yet. So it's not. It's still showing a blank screen. But let's see here. So you've got yeah, that's what I'm getting to right now. But inside MX Toolbox, it is showing that the record exists now, so that means that it is moving across the internet, which is a good thing. But let's look at this. So we still have that A record. Did you re-add that a record.

55:21
I might have.

55:23
Okay. I

55:23
get rid of

55:24
it. Um. Let's leave it for right now. I mean, that could potentially cause a conflict, though.

55:32
Well, then I get rid of it.

55:33
So.

55:35
Because this is the one you want, right?

55:37
Well, so here's the thing. Like the the instructions. I don't know if you saw when I was working with John when the instructions popped up for him, it told us to add the a or told us to add an at symbol, which applies the record across the entire domain, right? But for him, it was throwing an error, and so that's why we added www, and that record went through. So I don't know. I'm I'm kind of torn on which one we should delete. It's potentially why it's it's throwing an error. So let's just try let's try deleting the www first.

56:17
This

56:18
one. Yeah, let's try that one first for you, and then let's see if that changes things here. I mean, it's going to take a minute. Under automatic, can we switch that? I think Namecheap allows us to change TTL to like one minute. Can we do that? That might force the record to go through faster. Yeah, I think pretty sure Namecheap allows for yeah one minute. There you go, awesome. Yep, and then hit save. Perfect. Okay, so let's.

56:57
Should I be one minute on everything? Is that faster than automatic?

57:00
Well, I mean, usually, unless you're doing like actual DNS work, like we're doing right now, and we want things, we want things to get pushed through as fast as possible, then because we need to check a live site or whatever, we're making updates to DNS. Then yes, then you know, setting it to one minute. But for all other things, usually you're not doing it, and you're not pressed for time. You're just setting it up, and automatic's fine. But if you're really if you're working in the moment on it, you really need it to work. Then, yeah, changing it to one minute's probably the best option.

57:34
Okay, then we'll give it another minute.

57:40
Yeah, it's not showing on my side, but what we can do, we can test both of them and see if if one works, or and we can re-add the WW. But I think having both of those is going to cause some sort of a conflict.

58:00
I'm

58:04
not going anywhere.

58:10
I'm just trying something. See if that works. No, that doesn't work. Okay. All right. Yeah, I'll keep an eye on yours. Is John still here? Yeah, John's still here. John, are you still having issues with yours? Anybody else? If you got issues, you got problems, questions, whatever, raise your hand. I'm just jumping back to these guys because I didn't see any hands up. I'm not sure if John can even hear me, but John, if you can hear me, just let me know if you're still having issues, or if yours went through. Yeah, Albert, go ahead.

58:55
Hey, Jason, can you hear me?

58:56
I can hear you just fine. Yeah,

58:58
Jason, I have worked on my site a while ago, and I'm kind of out of touch. And I was wondering if you can quickly take a look and see where I am and where what my next step would be. I haven't touched it in a while.

59:13
Sure.

59:14
Thank you.

59:18
Yeah, you want to go ahead and share your screen?

59:19
Yes. Can you see it?

59:36
Yeah, I can see it.

59:38
Okay, that's where I left off. I mean, I do. Let me just quickly go through. Let me just. I have added these, and I haven't touched much elsewhere. I just added these just to make it look pretty good. Nothing substantial there.

1:00:03
Got it.

1:00:06
Where do you want me to go from this point on? Like I said, this was done. I don't know nine months ago.

1:00:14
Have you have you added any business? It looks like you've added a few businesses, right?

1:00:18
No, no. I just added these images.

1:00:22
Oh, got it. Okay, yeah. I mean, I would say let's start populating the site. Tom likes to call it seeding the site with some actual local businesses within your community. So I would say that would be the next step. Have you gone through? Let me just share this with everybody here. This is our quick start setup. I'm just dropping the link in the chat. There are three main sections inside here: customize, operate, and then what is it? Customize. All right, let's hear. Yeah, customize, customize the website, customize the emails, and then operate. Those are the three phases for the setup. That link that I just dropped in chat. I don't know if you've been through that yet, but that's always a good place to go back to and make sure that you've done everything in that list, and that walks you through each three of those phases: the customizing the website, the customizing the domain, and then operation of the actual site. Customize, I'm sorry, customizing the website, customizing the emails, and then operating the site itself.

1:01:38
That's what I have not done: the emails.

1:01:41
Oh, okay. Yeah, then you'll definitely want to go through that. If you pull up that link that I just dropped in chat,

1:01:47
yeah.

1:01:48
When you first open that on the right-hand side of the page, you'll see there's a tab that says Phase Two Customize Emails. Go through that section. That will walk you through step by step.

1:02:06
And Bishop, what is there to change quickly if you can, like the services, or what is there to change

1:02:17
inside the emails?

1:02:18
Yes.

1:02:20
Well, you you probably want to brand the emails. We always recommend you know like customizing the templates, going through the copy, just kind of updating it for you know your local market. You know the the copy is good, but I I definitely recommend going through it and customizing it to you, your brand, your voice. Don't just send the templates as is, the email templates as is. I would definitely go through and kind of re rework some of the copy inside those emails.

1:02:55
Okay. So other than branding it, I should change the email itself too, so it's not the copy. It's not. It's just a base to work on.

1:03:08
I mean, look, you could you could just send it as is, like that's what they're designed for. But me personally, I would say customize it. I think that everybody, I and I encourage everyone to customize it. I, you know, I wouldn't, I wouldn't send anything that I just get off the internet, whether it's you know part of a course or not. You definitely want to customize it to your voice, to your brand, and to your unique geography. You know, like,

1:03:39
yeah, yeah, you know, here, here,

1:03:40
you know, in the South, you know, people say "y'all, right? Like that's not something that we say in Utah. Like that's that's a stupid example, but that's what I mean. Like the even just the the basic language and the nuances of the country. Like someone's gonna they use different words in different parts of the country, right? So you want to you want to customize that to your your local community,

1:04:02
okay. From you know, from what you see, is that decent enough, or anything I should do to to the site itself? Is that image all right? Is like anything else? I have anything I should do to this from the just the look of it,

1:04:25
well, like the business tags down there, that section. I would definitely add images for each one of those tags. So, if you're going to display that section, so where it says plumbers, right? Like have a picture of plumbers, HVAC, or like have a have a picture of an AC unit or whatever. Like have images that represent each one of those categories.

1:04:53
Okay. Yeah.

1:04:54
Yeah. All right. As far as like the colors and the logo, the branding, I think that. Looks great. The the logo in the top left. I don't know if you could get a maybe redo that logo. Anytime you have like really tiny text,

1:05:10
yeah,

1:05:11
underneath the logo, that makes it really difficult to read. So I may like just do another version of that logo without that small text. The Stanistrive, like you can leave that, but then, but maybe remove that small text and maybe make it a PNG with a transparent background, and then maybe add that logo here as well as well. The the AMA lead agency, I I may remove that. Like the the whole idea here, even though like you have an agency and you're running this as a local directory, I'm kind of of the mindset of not putting the agency front and center. So I would probably keep this thing fully branded as the local directory and not as my agency.

1:05:57
Yeah, so don't get them involved.

1:05:59
Just because sometimes that can turn people off. You know what I mean?

1:06:03
Yeah, yeah. So first look,

1:06:05
and you know the other the other part to this is that you know if you really want to build this as a thriving community directory, like local site, you're gonna you not only want to attract business owners, but you want to attract consumers too. Like that's the whole point, because business owners are going to want to be where the eyeballs are, right? Correct. If you have consumers that are using the site, then you're you're going to you're going to want business owners or business owners are going to want to be there, and vice versa. If business owners are there, consumers are going to want to be there. Sure. So again, the agency thing may throw off consumers too, so I just remove the agency stuff altogether. I would just focus on really branding this as a local community site.

1:06:51
Just fix this then, this logo right there, and then

1:06:54
and then that logo right there, the AMA lead agency logo.

1:06:57
Yeah, bye bye. I

1:06:58
would I would probably remove that. Yeah.

1:07:01
All right. okay, great. Appreciate your help. Thank you.

1:07:05
Yeah, and then just if you if you just check my the chat, once you stop sharing, you'll see the link in the chat from me, and just go there. And like I said, on the right hand side of that page when it first loads, the far right side of the page, you'll see phase one, phase two, phase three. Under phase two, it says customize emails. A bunch of stuff there, but just make sure you go through each one of those sections, and you'll be good.

1:07:30
Right. All right. Thank you very much. I appreciate. Yeah. No problem,

1:07:33
Albert.

1:07:34
Thanks.

1:07:38
Right, Tim. I did something happen. I saw you.

1:07:54
No, no, no change here yet.

1:07:56
No change yet. Okay. Yeah, I just tried to load your site. No change yet. Okay, I Tim. What I would do, let's give let's give it another 10 minutes. If we still don't see a change, then let's reverse that. Let's add the WW back in, and let's delete the A A record. So we should see some change. Usually, namecheap is pretty fast. I really want to

1:08:34
get this

1:08:34
resolved for you. I know because you you put that press release. So I'm really trying to get this resolved before we end this call,

1:08:43
and I think she's Ruchik is asking for my agency name. I I think I gave her my the the subdomain name. Where do I find the agency name? So what

1:08:56
is the actually? We didn't receive the access, so I'm not able to locate this,

1:09:03
so Tim, when you when you first log in to High Level,

1:09:06
yeah,

1:09:06
you're at the agency level, right?

1:09:08
Right.

1:09:09
Okay. So, what's the name of the company that you signed up under? So, if you go under Settings and you go under what is it here? Let me go back there. Switch to Agency view, go to settings, company. So under company, it'll say company name. So if you're at the agency view, click on settings in the bottom left. Then you'll click on company, and whatever that company name is, that's what Ruchika needs, so that she, when she's going through our giant list of of access to multiple agencies, she can just look for the name. That's the name.

1:09:45
Yeah, I found it. Wonderful. Okay, I'll I'll get that to her right now. Thank you.

1:09:49
Awesome. Yep. No problem. All right, Brett.

1:10:07
Hey Jason, just share a screen here. So, a recurring theme here for you. I had a a ticket last, I guess, late yesterday with on the same, same challenge,

1:10:23
on the DNS, right? Okay,

1:10:26
and

1:10:38
looks like we lost Brett. Oh no, you're he's still here, Brett. You're you're muted.

1:10:48
Oh, sorry about that. I guess when you leave leave this Teams screen at mute for some reason. Okay, so I've got an email. If I change screens, what mute me?

1:11:06
Yeah, you're muted now. Yep.

1:11:11
Okay. All sorts of challenges. Okay. Well, the email had several like an A record or a C name record. Are we able to have 2c names? I guess that's my main question. You know, with I use I'm using Squarespace.

1:11:27
Yeah, you can have multiple C name records. They just can't be pointing to the same place. So, like, if you had 2c name records that were both www, that would create a conflict, right? So, if there's a C name record and they both say www. Then that's going to create a conflict. If you have, but you can have multiple C name records. So you could have a C name record that's W W W. You could have another one that says Pages. You never like it could it could be any word that could be part of the C name record and multiple C name records. It's just if they're they're two of the same. So, like when it comes to the root domain itself, there are two there are two records that can control the root. An A record, which is and typically an A record is going to be pointing to an IP address. Typically, you're going to be using the at symbol, which applies to the entire root domain, and then a C name record again. If it's if it's a www record, sometimes with certain registrars, an A record and a www record that's a C name can conflict with each other. So this, yeah, this is interesting. So you've got you've got two A records. Those are both competing against each other, and I'm not sure. Did you set those two up? Let's. Let's see. Oh, you're muted. That's why. Okay, so I'm gonna try and see.

1:13:13
Is that better if I do that?

1:13:16
Yeah, I think you're still. Yeah, you're unmuted now. Okay. Yeah. So you've got two A records both pointing at two completely different IP addresses, which that's going to cause a conflict because the registrar you're telling the registrar hey point this domain here, but also point it over here. So it's like it can't be in two places at once. So that's going to create a conflict. Well, they gave me a

1:13:39
new new one to point to, so I'll I should delete these, and and

1:13:46
are these where did you where did these come from? These two IPs are that did those come from us?

1:13:53
I feel like they did from the training, but I've got a new new instructions over here from

1:13:58
Jason. The first one is the Go High Level default IP, and the other one was the A record that we had.

1:14:06
Okay, the 124 is

1:14:09
us. Yeah, and the other one is Go High Levels default.

1:14:13
Okay, got it. Okay, so yeah, let's delete the the other one then.

1:14:17
So delete the 162

1:14:19
That one, yeah, 166 Yep, that one we need to delete.

1:14:24
Okay, I need to change cancel this. I was getting ready to add that new C name they gave me, but so delete the 162

1:14:36
Yep, that one needs to go.

1:14:41
Where I do this screen, okay, okay. I'm sure I'll just follow the instructions in the email, but just wanted to get. And what and

1:14:54
what did Stephanie say? So she said to add the A record.

1:14:59
Yeah. It was just this

1:15:02
one, okay. And then in your domain settings for the CNAME record, add the following www and your value. Okay.

1:15:18
I think that's it. Yeah, this is really

1:15:21
confusing. It's like we're getting we're we're getting multiple conflicting answers on this. Ruchika, can you would you mind real quick just reaching out to Cameron and just get the official word on this because this is getting pretty confusing. You know, I know we're switching to the C name record, but if people are still on the existing A, is that the IP address? Let's just confirm the IP address.

1:15:52
Yes, I'm just going to send him a message right now.

1:15:55
Yeah.

1:16:09
Okay.

1:16:10
My site has gone from blank to back to the what do you call it? The the default mode support local page.

1:16:22
It has okay,

1:16:23
yeah.

1:16:24
And that was after what? What did you do again, Tim? Did you add the www back in, or what did we do? Remind me.

1:16:34
No, that one only has the at preview easydirectory.com

1:16:40
with the A record,

1:16:43
with a C name record. I do not have an A name record at all. You need just to text them and see.

1:16:52
Yeah. Hang

1:16:55
on a second here. If you want me

1:16:57
to show you, I didn't mean to jump back in, like, but

1:17:01
no, I but I hit

1:17:02
refresh in there. There it is. So this is the only two that I have in there, and now we've gone back to I share that page

1:17:10
name record. This

1:17:11
one.

1:17:12
So now you're back to that,

1:17:15
not the not the preview page, which is this one, the original preview, right?

1:17:27
Yeah.

1:17:31
So we're back there. Okay.

1:17:40
Let's

1:17:46
and change this to dub dub.

1:17:48
No, what I want to do is, Ruchika, do you have that IP address, the old IP address for for the A record?

1:18:01
No, but I can try to find out. I think I

1:18:04
have it in one of my other domains. I can look it up.

1:18:08
Yeah, I was just going to say, let's try and just re-add that, Tim.

1:18:12
As an A record or as what?

1:18:14
An A record, exactly. Yep. All

1:18:17
right, let me go get that in my other domains, and then I'll come back to you.

1:18:22
Okay, cool. All right, guys. Anybody else? Anybody else? Any other questions right now? Yeah, John. Of course, yeah, yeah.

1:18:44
I re I know he's coming back, but I rechecked my. It never came up, you know.

1:18:51
It didn't come up. What was your domain again?

1:18:54
Health local directory.

1:18:58
That's right. Health local directory.

1:19:01
Yeah. yeah.

1:19:04
Is it.com.com

1:19:06
yeah. Sorry.

1:19:07
Yeah, healthlocal directory.com Okay. And what do we have for you, John? We

1:19:16
did. We we you know about

1:19:18
GoDaddy.

1:19:20
I'll go back to God and yeah,

1:19:21
yeah. Let me look here. So okay, yeah. So we added the C name for you, and we we removed

1:19:30
the the art

1:19:31
with the A record.

1:19:33
Also, we changed the we removed the art and put a W W. Was

1:19:41
yep. Yep,

1:19:42
it's not coming up.

1:19:46
Yeah, we're going to get to the bottom of it. Ruchika is going to grab the IP address right now for A for the A record, and then that's what I'm going to have both of you guys try. I'm going to try just re-adding that A record. Back in and for the C name, what we'll do is we'll keep a www c name, but we'll try to point it to the actual directory. Some some registers are different, though. So we'll we'll see. I don't know if GoDaddy is going to allow it or if Namecheap will allow it, but we'll try it on both and see if it allows

1:20:25
it. Okay, so I'll stop sharing then.

1:20:31
Yeah, let's just wait once Ruchika. Listen,

1:20:33
I just shared.

1:20:35
Oh, you did. Okay, awesome. So, John, if you want to, you want to. We can work on yours first. You want to reshare?

1:20:43
Yeah, yeah. Okay.

1:20:46
Go ahead, reshare, and let's try just adding that A record back in. Can't get this resolved here.

1:20:53
Yeah, I found that one and added it back in as an A record and the host as an at symbol, right?

1:20:59
Okay, perfect. Okay, and then what I would change the other thing I would do, Tim. This is what I'm going to do with John right now, is on the C name where it says where it's pointing to www for the C name, the points to instead of the preview dot local directory whatever that domain is, delete that domain and put in your domain, which is the localsjoin.us.

1:21:30
Okay, try that.

1:21:30
Some some some registers will let that fly. Some won't. So I don't know if it's going to work for Namecheap or not, or if it'll even work for John's GoDaddy account. But try that first. If that doesn't work, then you can try the at symbol in the value. If that doesn't work, then just delete the WWC name record altogether. Okay, John. Let's let's jump into GoDaddy real quick, please. All right, and then let's so that CNAME record. Let's go ahead and change that. So let's edit that record. You can actually just close this Google Meet window. You can just X that out. It won't it won't exit you out of the Google Meet, just close. Just click the little X next to it. There you go. Yep, you're fine. Perfect. Okay, so then we're going to edit that CNAME record. So you'll click the little pencil. You've already selected the record. Just click the pencil icon there. Yep, and then what I what I want to try is in the value. Let's remove that, and let's put in health your domain, which is healthlocaldirectory.com. Right. Let's see if this works for GoDaddy. Some some registers it will. Some won't. They won't. So we'll see if this works here. and then hit save. See if it saves that. Okay, it looks like it took it. Okay, that's awesome. All right. Actually, let's edit that record one more time, John. I'm going to change the TTL from one hour. Let's see if there's. I think we can switch it to half hour, maybe. I don't think there's anything lower on GoDaddy. Yeah, it's just half hour. Okay, perfect. Okay, so now let's go ahead and add a new record. So click that black button right there. Says Add New Record, and this time let's add an A record, and then in the name field we'll put the at symbol. Yep, and then the value is going to be 104 period 236 period. Period five three. Period 124 Perfect. And then just go ahead and hit save on that. Okay. So let's give. that a few minutes. Let's see if we can't get that to work.

1:24:47
Hey Jason, on with Squarespace, it wouldn't take that easy directory C name either. So, oh, it would

1:24:58
not.

1:24:59
Would not. Wouldn't save, but it your your idea of using this our domain did save,

1:25:05
so that's okay. That worked for the C name record for www. Right. Okay, got it. And Tim, I see yours. I was able to pull your site up. It's now resolving at the template. like you were saying. Okay. Yeah, Lars, go ahead.

1:25:48
I was just going to say to Ruchika that the automation had the link, so the preview didn't have the link, but automation had the link. So we're all set. Thank you,

1:26:01
Ruchika. Did you

1:26:03
hear that? Yes, Jason.

1:26:05
Okay, cool.

1:26:09
Thank you, Lars.

1:26:30
Okay, John. I just pulled. I just ran your domain through MX Toolbox, and that the record is not resolving yet. So that means just hasn't propagated. So let's just give it a give it a few more minutes. I'll circle back around. I'll check it again here, and we'll see if it doesn't doesn't fix itself here. And Tim, I don't know what's going on. Yours is now connected to the preview site, so it's pointing at our servers, which is a good thing, but it's not pointed towards your instance of SDAI, which I'm trying to figure out why here. Are you seeing anything different, Tim, on your side?

1:27:32
I still have the template site to look at.

1:27:35
Do yeah, that's what I'm seeing too. Okay. Any word from Cameron, Ruchika?

1:27:50
Not yet, Jason.

1:27:51
Not yet. Okay, Brett, were you about to say something?

1:27:58
I was just saying, do we need to inside the app? Do we need to reconnect or disconnect and then reconnect after we do these these C name changes?

1:28:10
You can try. Yeah, I mean, definitely give it a shot. See if that doesn't help.

1:28:16
I tried that.

1:28:17
Did

1:28:18
you? Yep.

1:28:19
Okay. Yeah, I mean it's it's worth a shot. I mean it's not going to hurt anything if you do. So yeah, I'm just trying to figure out what what combination, which records work. Yep.

1:28:40
Can you hear me? Yeah, I'm going to create our submitter ticket with the dev team for Tim. Oh, you

1:28:49
are okay. Can you include John too? Make sure that John's on that. Okay.

1:28:55
For John, let me check if we have access.

1:29:05
And Brett, are you you're having the same issue, right?

1:29:11
Yes, but I think I mean I'm following the instructions you have, so I trust it's going to get working.

1:29:19
Okay. If not, what what what we can do though, Brett, is I can get you added to the ticket. So, John, Tim, and and yourself, we can put all three of you guys on there just in case. That way. way, because after this call ends, that way, if a ticket's created and you guys are all on it, if there's if there's still an issue or you guys are still facing an issue, we can get it resolved after the call. So probably be a good idea to just get you.

1:30:02
Good thinking, Jason. Thank you very much.

1:30:04
Of course,

1:30:10
Jason, can we get tickets submitted by John and Britt so that we have this in track?

1:30:18
Yep. So. John Brett, I'm dropping a link in the chat right now. I don't know why that link is so crazy long. That's weird. Anyway, that's the that's this. If you just go to that link, there's a form to submit a ticket. Just go ahead and submit the ticket in the question box. Just let Ruchika know you were on the call. That way, we we I just want to group all these all these together in one ticket. But it needs to go through the system. So just go ahead and submit there with all your info.

1:30:59
Okay,

1:30:59
and then she'll make sure that it gets added. All all three of these get added together, and that way we can track them and make sure everybody's is working after the call.

1:31:09
Thank you. Yep. See.

1:31:59
Okay.

1:32:20
Any other questions from you guys? I'm still working on all these domains here, just trying to see what we can do. But if you guys have questions, happy to take some more questions. If not, I could let you guys go home. But I do. I just want to make sure, John. Have you filled out that form yet?

1:32:44
I'm working on right now.

1:32:46
Okay, perfect, awesome.

1:32:47
I need help with this issue.

1:32:49
Perfect.

1:32:51
Screenshots. And Tim,

1:32:53
we have access to your account.

1:32:57
I'm working on that now. I think.

1:32:59
Okay, perfect. Stacy,

1:33:01
you have a reference number you want us to put in this support?

1:33:06
Ruchika, do you want do you want them to put in a reference number?

1:33:09
No, that's okay.

1:33:10
Okay, no, don't worry about it, Brett.

1:33:12
How about the screenshot? You need a screenshot.

1:33:15
Screenshot is also fine. That's okay. We just mainly need your email address with the ticket, and maybe I'll just ask you to share the access with us. I'll I'll just reply back to your ticket after that.

1:33:28
Okay, I I submitted it.

1:33:32
Perfect. Awesome. Thank you, John.

1:33:36
Richika, I just added the help desk again onto that account and took a screenshot of that and sent it back to you.

1:33:47
Thanks, Tim. By the way, I submitted your ticket with the dev team already, so yep.

1:33:54
Okay, thanks.

1:33:57
And I received one for John as

1:34:02
well. Ruchika, can we on Tim's just put an extra note on his? Just let the team know he has an active press release that went out today.

1:34:15
Okay,

1:34:15
and so just try. I I just want to get him help as as quickly as possible.

1:34:24
I am marking that as the highest priority.

1:34:27
Okay. Perfect. Awesome. Thank you.

1:34:29
Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

1:34:31
Yep. No problem.

1:34:46
Right, guys. Doesn't look like we've got any more questions. Oh, maybe we do.

1:34:54
I'm just gonna. No, it's just me. I'm just going for a last look because I know you're gonna jump off, which is cool.

1:34:59
Let's see. A record, yeah. There's the the A record, and then you've got the www.

1:35:11
That's it. They're set to one minute. It's been a minute.

1:35:14
Yeah,

1:35:15
and it's on that page. And if I hit refresh, it's still there.

1:35:19
Yeah, I'm getting the same thing.

1:35:22
All right.

1:35:23
Yeah, and the www record doesn't seem to be working on my end. Let me see if that's. Give me one second. Let me just run it through MX and see if it's propagated here. CNAME record. Yeah, it doesn't show that it is. C name. I have the domain right. It's locals. Locals join.

1:35:52
Locals join us, but it.us's

1:35:55
Right. Yeah. No, it's not pulling up for some reason. Interesting. Let me try something else.

1:36:21
All right. Well, I'm just going to sit here and click refresh all day.

1:36:25
Yeah, it's not. I'm not able to see that the record is propagated on my side yet, Tim.

1:36:30
Yeah.

1:36:30
So it may just still be in transition. So, yeah, I I wish I had some better news. I'm trying to get you the help that you need right now.

1:36:45
Now I haven't gone through, you know, because I got more than half a dozen names up. Just a couple that I have. The one site Greenwich is is my main one, which I've done so much work on. But I wanted to. I guess I got to go make sure that that SSL thing or whatever we're doing here hasn't happened to the other sites that I haven't been as active on. You know, I kind of threw up the shell and made a a logo for a couple of the other sites, but I haven't done any work, so I got to go back and and check that. But

1:37:23
yeah, just go back and see and and see if those are having any issues or if those are the those are active right now. I would definitely monitor those. Obviously, this one's high priority just because of that press release.

1:37:36
Yeah.

1:37:37
So you know the logo. You know as much as as it's like it. You know it doesn't help the brand, but I don't think it's going to hurt you. Even though that that logo got pulled into the press release, just because it's the logo is pretty generic. It just says support local, which that kind of that kind of could help anybody. You know that kind of goes with any brand really. So I don't think that's going to do anything any damage. Like I think that's actually not a bad thing, but obviously the link's not resolving to the site. You know, if somebody clicks on it, and to get that press release picked up, obviously they're going to be reading it and they're going to be clicking and making sure that it actually goes somewhere, right? Yeah. So, yeah, but as far as the logo, like pulling in that that local that support local logo, even though that's weird, I don't know why that happened, but I don't think that's going to be too damaging.

1:38:35
Yeah, I'm I'm looking at it's it's just funny because that's the the press release is based off that one site. That's my hub site, right? Right. You know, kind of lists all the other directories, and then I got, you know, just to show off the the other one, which I haven't built this out, but you know, it's a Bronx NY dot U S, and you know. it's not built, but it's there, and you know it still has all the the demo stuff in it, right?

1:39:10
Yep. So I mean,

1:39:11
and that and that's another reason why I wanted to, you know, even if I'm demoing, you know, my my other locations, my more local locations than Colorado or or Vegas or wherever wherever his demo stuff's from, you know that would be cooler.

1:39:28
Yeah,

1:39:29
but yeah, it looks like the other ones are working. It's just my hub site, which you know I would rather it

1:39:36
be the other way around.

1:39:37
Yeah, be looking like this because this is my hub site, which you know,

1:39:41
right?

1:39:42
This is my hometown, and then you know these are the two on each side of me, and then I'm going to build out the rest of these that that I kind of just put up here as placeholders. So it kind of goes with everything I was trying to launch.

1:39:57
No, I totally get it,

1:39:59
but.

1:40:00
There you have it. So, but thanks for your time. Appreciate it.

1:40:06
Of course, yeah, yeah, yeah. Ruchika, can you can you please follow up with all three of these guys today? Yes.

1:40:15
This afternoon, just just kind of keep tabs on all three of them and make sure that these things keep moving forward. Just give them an update if you can.

1:40:24
Yeah. Okay.

1:40:26
And and all three, you guys. If you guys see any movement, if you you know if the site all of a sudden resolves or whatever, please just email Ruchika back right away if you can. That way we can just take it off the list, and you know she's not bugging the devs on it. Absolutely, just just keep the communication channel open and just yeah, just let everybody know, and so we can move this forward if we need to. If not, then we can we can move on to somebody else. But yeah, that'd be really helpful.

1:40:54
Well, there's no just a side note. I agree with that. the The preview site that's up. There's no way for me to forward that for the next couple days since this press release is out there, even though it's not the site. But I mean, I just don't. You you know what I'm saying?

1:41:15
I I know exactly what you're saying. I just don't understand why it's it's pointing to the preview site. It's not pointing to your instance. I don't know. I can't figure that out. And there's no way. You're saying can can we just do an automatic forward, or can you set up a forward?

1:41:36
Right.

1:41:36
Right. I wish there was a way to set up a forward, but yeah, there's no like. Once you add that domain, that's the whole point of adding having that domain connection inside of your specific instance. Is that it's supposed to connect your domain to your instance, but in your case, it's not. It's connecting it to the preview site, which again, I'm not sure why that's happening. I don't know what's going on, but hopefully, we can get to the bottom of it, there. But yeah, there is no redirect to your actual. Well, I wonder, Ruchika, do those preview domains? Do those change? Are those dynamic? No, that

1:42:20
is same. That is

1:42:25
same. Same for it's not the same for everybody. Obviously, everyone has a preview.

1:42:30
Yeah.

1:42:30
Yes.

1:42:32
So Tim, so that's

1:42:33
my. So I just entered my preview domain, which is still, I mean, it's it's there, and if I hit refresh, it doesn't change. That's the site. So maybe,

1:42:46
maybe you could do that then, Tim. Maybe you could set up a redirect inside Namecheap to forward to your preview. You know what I mean?

1:42:55
Yeah. But what's going

1:42:56
to happen is it's just going to be it's just going to so if somebody goes to locals join.us it's just going to automatically switch to the preview domain, so the domain's going to change, but at least it shows the correct site.

1:43:08
Yeah, I mean the other one's just blank and says local,

1:43:12
right?

1:43:12
Whatever support. So if you

1:43:14
want to try that, if you know, if you want to hang out, wait for another, you know, 2030 minutes, if nothing happens, if you want to just try that,

1:43:22
I'd rather do that now since the press release is out. I mean, that's a published press release, so you know if anybody's clicking on it, the the main site goes nowhere. the the The other ones that are mentioned in the site are are legit, but the main one, you know, saying we've launched is it goes to the demo site, so I agree. I

1:43:43
agree with you.

1:43:44
Yeah, no, I agree. So how

1:43:47
do I do that? That forward the whole thing to it right now.

1:43:51
So,

1:43:56
and then once we figure that out a couple different ways, I'll go back to it in a couple days or something.

1:44:04
Yeah, there should be a. We're on the domain

1:44:08
domain forwarding. Go to locals manage.

1:44:22
Redirect domain right there. You were just there.

1:44:27
This one.

1:44:28
Yeah, right there.

1:44:29
Add redirect.

1:44:30
Yep. So go ahead and paste, and then paste the source.

1:44:37
What's the source?

1:44:39
Locals dot locals join.us

1:44:41
Okay.

1:44:42
Yeah. Actually, I would double check that press release. Did you use? Did you use like www dot locals join.us or did you was it just the naked domain, which is just the without the www. Oh,

1:45:12
it's HTTPS.

1:45:14
Okay, then just go ahead and add that here. I don't know if they if Namecheap appends that or not, so I would just add it in.

1:45:24
So we're

1:45:30
there. You go. Oh, I guess it does append it. So I guess you can delete it. Yep.

1:45:35
So we're just going anything. So this is in everything.

1:45:39
Yep.

1:45:40
Name, and then this will go to

1:45:42
the the preview,

1:45:43
and so don't mess with anything else in the advanced side.

1:45:48
Nope, nope,

1:45:50
and leave that at and just that's it. Do we add a

1:45:55
wild

1:45:55
card

1:45:56
one? Nope, I don't think we need

1:45:59
to. Okay,

1:46:00
that should be all you need to do,

1:46:02
and then you think if I'm hitting on this page at some point, this is just going to redirect.

1:46:10
Yeah, once that goes through. All

1:46:15
right, which I'm not seeing

1:46:17
yet, but yeah, just keep an eye on that, and it should, and then it'll just it'll just land on that preview link,

1:46:24
right?

1:46:25
But at least it's working. Then at least they see what they're supposed to see.

1:46:28
Correct.

1:46:29
Yeah,

1:46:29
that's that's what I need today.

1:46:32
Okay.

1:46:33
All right. Thank you very much.

1:46:34
Yep. No problem, Tim. Alrighty, guys. Like I said, just keep in touch with Ruchika, and if anything pops up, if you guys see any movement, just let her know. That'll be really helpful for her and the team. All right, guys. Well, it looks like I don't think we have any other questions, so we'll go ahead and let you guys

1:46:56
go.

1:46:57
Yeah, go go ahead, Ruchika

1:46:58
interrupt. I'm very sorry. I just have one question for John and Brett about the Go High level accounts they are using. I just need their access.

1:47:09
Okay, John, can do you know how to share access with Ruchika?

1:47:17
I mean, I shared the video with John already. I just want to know if they are using their own Go High Level Agency account or they are under our account.

1:47:27
I know John is. John's using his own. That's he also he has a sub account under SDAI, but he also has his own high level account. We were able to log into that. Brett, do you have your own or you under SDAI? Are you still with us, Brett? I see him here. Yeah, just shows he's muted. Brett, if you can hear me, can you just confirm, Ruchika? Did you already send the email to Brett?

1:48:13
Not yet. I think his domain is working. It is. Yeah.

1:48:23
What was his domain?

1:48:25
Let me share it here. Just for a quick second. All right. This one. I found this domain connected inside of our agency account.

1:48:46
Oh, you did okay.

1:48:47
Yeah, for his account. Yes.

1:48:51
Okay.

1:48:56
Okay. I think I'll just reply back to his ticket, and maybe I'll keep in touch with him over there.

1:49:04
Yeah, his looks like it's working perfect. Yeah, so strange that some of these work and then others don't.

1:49:12
I can't figure it out.

1:49:14
I have this page camera on. I have some dev team, so hopefully we'll get something, some progress on these.

1:49:26
Got it. Awesome. All right, guys. Well, I'm gonna go ahead and let everybody go. Thank you guys for for coming and joining the SDAI call. If you got questions between now and next Tuesday, please, please, please, please use our help desk. We definitely don't want you guys struggling. We want you guys to get the help that you need. That's what we're here for. So please reach out to our support desk. Use that support. Ticket page that I shared earlier. Submit those tickets so that we can get you guys the help that you need, and we will see you guys next Tuesday. So we're here every Tuesday, noon Eastern. Usually do about two hours and help you guys get all your questions answered. And yeah, appreciate everybody showing up. Hope everybody has a great week ahead, and we'll see you guys all next week. And then everybody that we talked to, Tim, John, and Brett. Brett, if you can still hear me, Ruchika will be in contact with you guys via email. Brett, we were able to pull up your page, so it looks like your page is working just fine. We'll we'll definitely be in touch with you guys. And like I said before, if anything changes, if you guys see any movement, please just let the team know. That'd be really helpful. Anyway, thank you guys again. We'll see you guys next week. Take care, everybody.

1:51:00
Jason, thanks so much.

1:51:01
Yep, no problem.

1:51:01
Thank you, Ruchika.
