All right, all right. Welcome everybody. Welcome to SDAI. If you guys have questions, hopefully everybody knows the drill. But go ahead and click on the hand icon at the bottom of the Google Meet window, and go ahead and get in line, and we'll start calling on you guys. Looks like Tim's in the house. Tim, what's happening, man? Carlene, looks like you're the first up.
0:30
Hey, can you hear me?
0:31
I can hear you. All right, yeah. How you doing?
0:34
I'm welcome too. I'm just in a little bit of an overview area, so I'm not sure. Right. Okay. So I'm having some challenges with the Google Maps. I've rotated the API keys, put new keys in, but I'm still getting them on on the page, and I'm not quite sure what to do. So what I'll do is I'll just share my page. One moment, let me just go and
1:02
find it. you? I remember we talked about this last time. Did you check your your billing and make sure that that was all updated? And you've had a yeah. Okay.
1:13
Yeah. Yeah. So I'm just gonna lucky again. When you have things ready, it's an opportunity moment. Yeah. So yeah, I'm just not sure what to do. So I went through and I followed all the instructions again to make sure I done everything correctly, and yeah, that big message is still there. So before coming to that radio,
1:55
okay.
2:08
So maybe what we can do, Carlene, Rachika, do you do you have any thoughts here? Because what I was going to say is maybe we could just connect you guys, and maybe you can jump on a call with Carlene and and try to work through on Google Maps. Okay, cool. So Carleen, yeah, if if you're still having trouble, what we'll do, we'll just connect you with Rachika, and that way she can, you guys can share screens, and she can kind of walk through it and get you all sorted out.
2:38
Radio. Okay. When did that happen? When could we arrange that? Because I've got somebody who wants to do a launch. Haven't sent
2:51
you any. Sorry.
2:54
Yeah, if you want to share your email address, Carleen, in the chat, if you can do that, then Rachika will just shoot you a message.
3:04
Okay, I'm just trying to find the chat when y'all. I just find the chat when y'all share. I suppose. So, did you want to still have a look now, or did you just want me to connect with another machine?
3:37
I would say that's probably the best bet. Like I said, I don't. I don't want you to expose your keys again. I. We know the problem. Like the the the map's not showing up. Correct. That's that's the issue.
3:50
Yeah. Yeah. Jeff, yeah.
3:55
Got it. Okay. Yeah, I think that's probably going to be the fastest. I I just don't want to like you know have you kind of poking around, and and I don't want to waste your time. Like we'll we'll just get you and Rachika connected, and then you guys can meet after the call and get it all sorted out.
4:12
Yeah, that'd be amazing if we could meet after the call.
4:18
Rachika, did you grab Carleen's email? You've got it right there.
4:23
Yes, just
4:24
okay. Perfect. Awesome.
4:28
Yeah. Can you see this message? Sorry. Yeah. So yeah, would like to sort that out before my co-working space is willing to do the launch, so can't then see this. The last time I yeah, we'll get we'll get you we'll get
4:52
you fixed up. Usually it's something simple. It's it's usually nothing like I haven't seen anything like. Crazy before it's usually something really small and simple, but we'll we'll help you get it sorted out.
5:09
Thank you very much.
5:14
Did you have any other questions, Carleen, or was that it?
5:18
You know, I think he did. I can't remember what it is, so I'll circle back round if I
5:24
do. Okay, perfect. Yeah, sounds like a plan.
5:28
Alrighty,
5:30
thanks, John.
5:31
Yeah, no problem. Right, looks like Anitra.
5:37
Hello.
5:38
Hey.
5:39
Hey. Okay. I think I have the same issue. I think I have the same issue with this stupid Google Maps thing, and it's it's just not working. Like, let me share my screen real quick. And I did send an email. I'm trying to find the message to see who sent me the message to. Here it is to post. And Stephanie sent me a message to send screenshots of my API settings for the backend and the front end to support, and I did that. And I haven't heard anything back, and that was three days ago.
6:12
Okay, Rachika, can we pull up her ticket as well?
6:19
Yes, I'm just checking.
6:20
Okay.
6:21
All right.
6:22
Yeah, we'll we'll pull up and take a break now. And and you did set up billing inside your Google Cloud account. Yes,
6:28
yeah, billing set up. Yeah, billing set up. Let me share. Hold on. I don't know. Can you guys see it?
6:44
Yeah, I think it's pulling up right now.
6:46
Okay. So, and then my other, so that was what I was trying to do. I remember Tom was going through a training, and he clicked on that, and then next to that, it said G H Google Business Profile or something, and he selected
7:00
it. Yeah. How do I get
7:00
that to appear here? That's missing. So I guess that has to do with the issue that I'm having.
7:06
Correct. Yes. Where it's not connecting.
7:08
Okay.
7:09
Right. Yeah. Because that what that'll do is that'll connect. Well, actually, if you scroll down on this on this business, can you scroll down for me? Go to where it says link to business profile. Uh huh.
7:19
It's in there. Is it
7:20
okay?
7:22
Yes, right. I wasn't
7:23
sure if it was already connected or this, and
7:24
then then I get this.
7:26
Okay, so yeah, it probably is a Google Maps API issue.
7:32
All right, and then my second. Okay, all right. So I guess if she pulls, yeah, give me give me
7:39
one second, Rachika. Were you able to locate the the ticket for Nitra?
7:45
No, just not related to Google API.
7:49
Oh, we have heard
7:50
the business leads request.
7:54
Nope, I sent the I sent a screenshot to Smart Directory AI contact support, I believe. Let me check and see when I sent that email. Hold on. I think, and because it made me go to some other website and upload the the the picture. It made me go to a different made me register for another website. I'm gonna tell you the name of that website that it made me register for. I M G U R, and then it told me to paste the link from where I uploaded that pic, uploaded that in Emger or Imger or whatever it's called into the ticket and send it that way, and I did.
8:53
Can you reply me back on that same ticket so that I can say it again? Just send a reply
9:01
to that. Yeah, just send a reply to that same email real quick right now, so Rachika can see if it's coming through to our system.
9:10
So when I click on that, what you're telling me the link that says contact support is not an email. It brings me to a page that says contact support, and then it says my you know your name, first name, last name, email. Here, let me share. Can you see my screen or no?
9:29
Yes, we can see your screen. All
9:30
right, hold on, hold on. Um, um, um, um, yep, hold on. All right, that was lead Generation is there a faster way to search here? And then she says, "Go here." And when I go here,
10:03
yep,
10:04
this is what I get, and then it tells me to do that. So then I did that, and I submitted and hit send. There is no email,
10:13
and you have not gotten a reply from that submission.
10:16
No, I have not,
10:22
Richie. are we not showing that?
10:27
No, Jason, I cannot find this in other cards.
10:30
All right, I'll do it again. But I did it because I, I put in like I said, I it made me do here. It says go here and yep see mgur.com or Loom and paste the link. So I went in there, I pasted two links, and then I hit send.
10:50
Not sure what happened on that part. Maybe I think you can share the screenshots now. I can see that your Google Maps are connected, but there is something when you are adding or selecting the business on the listings, so I think we need to share that with the tech team to look into. So definitely yes, we need the screenshots from you.
11:16
All right, how do you want me to send them? You want me to put them here again?
11:19
Yeah, you can just fill in this form, and while we are on this meeting, I'll just confirm you that if we are if we receive that or not.
11:27
Okay, I'll do that again. And the other thing is, I'm trying to. Can you guys post a link for me to get this in my Go High Level? How to do it? How to move this over to go high level and not use the standalone? But I have a question. Do I lose features or functionality when I do that?
11:53
Actually, you will not lose anything. But nowadays, we have paused the migration or the transfer. I would say, for some time. So yeah, I think we are not doing the transfer at the moment, and dev team is working on some fixes while you move your directory from standalone to your Go High level. So I would suggest that you don't do it at the moment, and maybe I think in in coming few weeks, we'll start it again. So maybe we'll just update you.
12:26
Okay.
12:27
Yeah.
12:31
So Anitra, what I would do is please go ahead and fill out that support ticket again, and then once you do, just go ahead and drop a message in chat, and Rachika and myself will will kind of monitor the chat, and we'll look for a message from you, and just let us know once that's submitted. That that'll just give Rachika a second to go and check, and just make sure that it actually came through this time, so that we we can create a ticket for you and get to the bottom of it. Okay. Uh huh. Perfect. Anything? Anything else?
13:03
Nope. Thank you.
13:04
Okay. Yep. And then on the just to echo what Rachika said, yeah, temporarily right now we have paused migration from SDAI to your own high-level agency account. We will be bringing it back. There were just a few bugs that we saw that popped up that the dev team is working through, and we're trying to streamline that process and just make it easier on everyone. Right now, it's a little cumbersome, so that's why we paused it. Once they finish with the the bugs and working through that process, we will reopen that again. We definitely want to ensure that you guys, if you do want to move out on your own, that you have the ability to do so. So that will be coming back. Just kind of keep tabs on. You know, you can always come to these meetings, or you can always shoot a message over to support just to get kind of a a feel for where we're at in the middle of that process. But as soon as we are, as soon as we're back on track to allow that, we will announce it. We'll let you know.
14:06
Okay.
14:10
All right, moving on. Jillian, looks like you're up next.
14:13
Great, thank you. So I'm trying to change the what's showing in the plans, and I can do it for the free tier, but not the premium tiers. Is this a thing, or am I doing something wrong?
14:30
Yeah, no, you should be able to change everything in all plans. So, if you want to just share your screen, yeah, and we can take a look, sure.
14:53
Okay, so you you can see that I've made this smaller because I took out. A whole bunch, okay. Yeah, and that was easy to do. I love it. But then when I try to take out address, phone, website, email, like all the basic stuff I want out of here, and I'm trying to add the words, everything included in free plus the good stuff. So just get rid of the basic stuff, and for some reason it just won't let me. It I get the error message. If I come over here, how do you get rid of this thing?
15:35
You can actually just close it. You can just hit the the X on that. It's not gonna. It won't. Yeah, if you just hit that, yeah, it's not going to remove you from the meeting.
15:43
Okay, so like this is my lower premium tier.
15:47
Okay,
15:48
and you'll see I tried to hide certain things or not include certain things. I wanted this to show up everything in Valley, the base of the free plan, Plus, and I just I only want to have the. Let's see, I guess I've tried so many different ways to make it work. I'm not sure what's happening here, but I want it to be included, but I don't want it to show. So if I turn it off, let's see if I. So then you
16:27
just no, no, no, yeah, yeah, exactly, yeah. If you want it included, you just don't want it to show.
16:33
Yeah, I always get that error updating plan.
16:42
And which what which one did you just try to edit?
16:45
This is the mid tier, and I just I just tried to not show address.
16:50
Address address.
16:52
And if I like, I don't want to show address or phone. Those are basic. Like that's in the free plan. So I want the mid tier to be everything in the free plan plus all this extra stuff, and the same with the top tier. I don't have to. I don't have to put phone and address and website all over again, right? Because it's kind of confusing to the eye. I just want to make it really simple what they're getting with each plan, without having a huge page like this showing all this stuff, right? But when I try to get rid of all this basic stuff, I get the error message.
17:29
And you have Stripe connected.
17:31
I do.
17:32
Okay. Can we just try refreshing the page? Just reload. If you go back into SDAI, okay, and then just close this menu before you hit reload. Just close this.
17:46
Just close
17:47
it. Yep, and then just click right click on the anywhere on the screen. Just kind of right click, and then go down to refresh frame. Let's go ahead and try to edit that one more time. Go to address. There is no other address field, is there? The only one.
18:20
I don't believe so.
18:21
Okay.
18:26
No.
18:30
Um. Hmm.
18:37
Yeah, that you shouldn't be getting that error, and I don't know what's causing that error? Let's go ahead. I think we'll have to submit a ticket on this.
18:47
Okay.
18:49
So let me get you the link real quick here. I'm dropping that in chat for you right now. So I would go ahead and get that submitted right away.
19:18
Okay.
19:18
So we can so we can find out what's going on? Yeah, because I, you know, I've tested it on my side. It's working just fine. So I'm not sure why, what's wrong, what the what the bug is inside your account. But yeah, there there shouldn't be any issue there. You should be able to just mark that as not showed, and for that plan, for that paid plan, and it should work just fine. So there's obviously something going on.
19:40
Okay, awesome. The other quick question is, when I put the put when I try to do my own page, you know how you can put this. I forget where I click to do this, but you can put the this UI, the plan UI, on a separate page. Does does the UI go with it? I mean, is it something I would set up and then put on a different page, or do I have to reset it up?
20:19
So you're trying to where where do you want to display the pricing?
20:25
I'd like to have my own page. Okay, so what I'm trying to do is when they click on get listed, I know somewhere we have the option to put it on one of the extra pages that we get, you can create a page in Smart Directory to put it on, and that way I can put my calendar right there. I can put some words and title. And my question is just: Is does the UI go with it, or am I rebuilding a whole new plan page? And does that mess up the backend?
21:04
No, I believe I haven't done it in a while, but I do believe yes, you are able to like the basically the plan structure, the way the visuals of the plan structure moves along with it.
21:18
Yeah,
21:18
Rachika, can you remind me where where is that setting?
21:25
Um, sorry, Tiffany, I was not following.
21:30
So, what we're trying to do is Jillian wants to move her plans, like her her paid plans, onto a custom page, and I just can't remember where that setting
21:47
is. That's inside of the plans itself. If we go to the advanced settings, so you are trying to use a separate page.
22:05
Yes. Yep, that's what she was trying to do.
22:11
Okay. Can you edit any plan? It should be there.
22:19
Yeah, but I'm having trouble with
22:20
it? No, you need to go to the yes. You you need to edit any plan. Yeah, if you scroll down, custom redirect is is that the thing you think we want?
22:34
No. So
22:35
or external checkout?
22:37
No, not not external checkout. So what she wanted to do is put the actual plans onto a custom page, so that she could, you know, put more text on that page, design it, add some more stuff to the page itself. I know we had a setting for that.
22:56
Yeah, I just found it the other day, and now I don't know where where I was. Oh, is it? is it this? I'll look
23:03
into it. Maybe I'll just get back.
23:10
Upgrade page settings.
23:13
Do custom redirects. Where do those go? Oh, to a web website web page URL.
23:24
Yeah, those are redirects after, like it says right there, after claiming a listing or after adding a new business. But what you want to do is is a custom page for the plans themselves. While Racheek is looking that up, do you have any any other questions, Jillian?
23:57
I don't believe so.
24:01
Okay, so what we'll do, I'll have her continue to look that up, and then Rachika, as soon as you find something, if you can just drop it in the chat or just speak up, that would be great, and then we'll we'll circle back around to you, Jillian. Okay.
24:18
Okay. Thank you.
24:20
Yeah. No problem. Right, Eric.
24:24
Good morning.
24:26
Morning.
24:26
Yeah, so I'm brand new, so forgive my ignorance if I sound crazy. But you did answer one of the questions. I do have a my own personal GHL account, and I was trying to get it set up through there, and it didn't work. But then I went back through the the app, and I think I did get my website up and going with my logo. But I think need to make sure that the a name and the TXT and all that stuff is. Correct. So, if I'm seeing my website with my domain, does that mean that it's correct?
25:08
Yep. Exactly. Yeah. If you can go, if you can type in your domain into the browser and it and it brings up your website, then everything's working.
25:19
Okay. So that so that's the first question. So the second question is: When we start sending out these cold emails to these business owners, do I need to warm up, or do I need to buy some additional domains so that these emails aren't coming from my domain?
25:42
I mean that that that's a huge that's a pretty loaded question, Eric. I mean there there's so many different ways to do cold email. The way that we teach, though, I'll be honest, is just using a subdomain inside of High Level using their built-in email service. I think the biggest things that you always want to keep in mind are the list first and foremost. The email addresses that you're sending to. So wherever you get those emails, whether you're scraping them yourself, you're using AI to scrape them, you're buying them from a list broker, wherever you're getting those emails, you want to run that through a third-party service to verify that those emails are legit. The service that I've been using for years is called Never Bounce. I think that's the most critical piece of the whole puzzle for cold email, is because if you scrape a huge list and you got a bunch of emails and a lot of them are dead emails or unverifiable emails that can instantly ruin your sender reputation pretty quickly. So I definitely recommend that. So that's first and foremost. So wherever you're getting your emails, just run it through a third party like Neverbounce, and then only send to those only send to those email addresses. Those are the only email addresses that you would then upload into the system. And then, secondly, as far as like domains, like buying a bunch of domains, I don't think it's necessary. You know, I haven't done it for all the cold email stuff that I've done inside High Level. I've stuck with a single domain, and I've stuck with a subdomain of that single domain. The reason why is that's best practice is according to high level, and the other reason is it's kind of a hedge against the domain. So, like, if I happen to burn that sub, I can swap that sub for a new sub, right? And and I'm not burning the entire domain, so that's why I've always done it that way as well.
27:47
So the subdomain delineates or creates a firewall from our main domain.
27:53
Essentially, yes, yeah.
27:55
And then last question, and I I may not even be here yet, but so should I, because I did set up a sub account under my directory in my personal. Should I now delete that sub account and just work out out of you guys your sub account, and then just wait till you guys can get the migration done, or should I have them both? Because I I'm trying to figure out which don't which which app should I be working out of, and I'm assuming it's your personal proprietary or your GHL sub account. Is that correct?
28:42
So a couple things. The SDAI app is is just that. It's an app, so it's an app that can be installed into any high level sub account. Okay. Right now, if you have the app, so if you bought into SDAI and we gave you a sub account, and you're running out of that sub account. The app came pre-installed.
29:06
Yeah. Okay. Yep.
29:07
So right now, like you heard me describe earlier, we've paused transferring sub accounts to your own to to your own high level agency account. That we we will be bringing that back shortly, but what I would say is yes. If you're running SDAI, so if you, I don't know if you have a marketing agency, but if you do, if you have a marketing agency and you're running SDAI, I always recommend two sub accounts. You run SDAI out of your out of a single sub account, and your marketing agency out of a single sub account, yeah. Don't mix the two.
29:42
You know, no, that's what I set up now. But I don't need to deal with my GHL sub account. I just need to deal with your SDA for right now.
29:53
For right, yeah. And so then once once we get to a point, once we unlock that again, and. You can transfer it. It's up to you. You can either keep it where it's at, or you could transfer it. And then once you go through that transfer process, everything that you've built up until that point, everything's saved. Like you're not going to lose anything. The entire sub account transfers over under your agency account, so you're not losing anything. Everything will be there.
30:22
Got it. And then last question, as it relates to ATP and all that stuff, I am I setting up a separate ATP for the SDAI?
30:35
Yes. Yep.
30:37
Okay. Okay.
30:38
But the one thing to keep in mind, because most of us only have you know one LLC or one business that we're running out of, you can temporarily switch the name, business name, and all the business details inside the sub account that you're running SDAI out of to whatever your business name is, so that you can get approval for A 2p, and then once that approval comes through, you just go and switch the names back inside a high level. So, yeah, you'll you'll you can and you can use this. This is this comes up like seems like every other meeting or something, but you can use the same business information, your same LLC, your same EIN number, all that same information you can use to go through the A 2p process multiple times on multiple sub accounts. It does not matter.
31:32
Okay. Okay. All right. Great. So thank you, and I'll let the next person go. Thanks. Awesome.
31:38
Yeah. No problem, Eric. Anthony, you're up.
31:45
Hello, I have a question. Let me just share my screen real quick. Sorry, I have Windows here. I'm trying to figure out how to share just the window I want. Okay. So I set up a dedicated domain. Can you see my screen?
32:28
Yep, got it.
32:30
I set up a dedicated domain. It was called. Sorry, I I created a name a domain called Chino businessdirectory.com, and then I went back in here and I created a subdomain info.chinobusinessdirectory.com, and when I went to verify that, there's two fields inside my DNS records that need to be updated, and I can't figure out how to update those. So I was wondering if you could show me in.
33:18
Yeah, can we take a look?
33:20
I don't know why, but Google Meets or Zoom like really slows down. Yeah,
33:26
it takes a lot of bandwidth.
33:28
So I apologize; it's just spinning right now. I'm trying to figure out how to speed it up. Maybe I need to refresh.
33:38
If you've got, I don't know if you have multiple browser windows open or multiple browsers. If you shut those down, that can help.
33:45
Yeah, I think it's just a combination of my internet today. Let me try this, and then if it doesn't work, then maybe I'll just have to put in a ticket or try later. I don't want to take up everyone's time.
34:00
You can always circle back around too. Like we'll be here for a while, so if you get it working, you can just raise your hand again, and then we can we'll circle back around. I think
34:08
it's gonna pop up now. One, one second. There we go. It should be popping
34:16
up. Um, Jason.
34:17
Yes.
34:18
While we are waiting, so I received a response from Cameron about custom pages like pricing plans on custom page. So he mentioned that you can create your own custom page with the checkout, but the pricing plans are not going to be the built-in SDI pricing plan or the listing. And then further, they need to manually upgrade the buyers to premium for each purchase.
34:49
Say that one more time. The last part, we need to upgrade.
34:55
Yeah, they need to upgrade the listings manually, so it'll not be the built-in. I think plans.
35:03
Oh, okay. So if she wanted to create a custom pricing plan, then you they'd have you'd have to go in there and do it manual. Okay, I got it. Got it. Okay.
35:14
Create a separate checkout page inside of the funnels, and then just add that to the menu. And but it'll not be connected inside of SDI at all. The functionality will not be connected yet.
35:30
Okay, I think that was
35:33
okay. Real quick, can you can you tell me? I have to leave it in the the SDA unless I completely recreate it on my own outside of it right in my own go high high level basically is that what she said
35:52
no Jillian what what she was what she was saying was that right now if you were to customize the plan page itself. You can do that. You can create a custom plan page, but when somebody upgrades or purchases one of those plans on that custom plan page, you'd have to manually upgrade them on the back end. So there's no automate automated process to then make sure that they get into the proper plan, that would have to be manned. Okay,
36:25
gotcha.
36:26
That's what you're. Would I
36:26
get it? Would I get any kind of notification of that? Right, like I would still get the notifications.
36:32
You could build. You'd have to build your own automation inside of High Level to to notify you of that. Yes.
36:40
Okay, great. But high
36:40
level does have that functionality, and you could do that.
36:44
Okay, thank you for clarifying. I appreciate it.
36:46
Yep, no problem.
36:49
Okay, I think I'm back. Can you see my
36:52
Anthony? Yep, we can see it, man. Thanks for being patient.
36:54
Oh, no worries. So I created. Yeah, I
36:57
can see that. Yeah, go ahead and click on Verify Domain for me. It
37:07
says these two are not verified.
37:10
Okay, the two MX records got it. Okay, but everything else is. Can you scroll up to the top?
37:15
Yeah, it says everything else is.
37:17
Okay, cool. All right. So yeah, we just need to make sure that those two get updated. So, where who's your your provider?
37:24
I'm in Namecheap, and I came into their domain list. I see the main domain that I created, but I don't see anything info.it.
37:36
doesn't matter. You just got to go into the main domain.
37:39
Okay, so I'm in the main domain. Oh, can you see the? Do I have to switch screens or can you see the?
37:44
No, we. I'm. We're still seeing. There we go. Yep. Now we're seeing your name cheap. That's okay. So yeah, just go ahead and click. Go up to the filters. Actually, click on filters for me, and then let's filter by MX.
38:02
MX.
38:04
Yeah. Oh, that's right. Namecheap does it different. They have a different section. I think it's it might be below this. So go ahead and just kind of scroll down, either above or below. Yeah, there's mail settings right there. Okay, cool. So oh, you have email forwarding set up. So we're going to have to change that. You're going to have to change that to where it says email forwarding, and it'll have to switch to custom MX. Yep. There you go. Now you can add those MX records.
38:40
Oh, okay. So
38:46
now you go back to high level.
38:48
I'm looking. Yeah, I see. So it says MX Info. Okay, I think I. Let me just see if I'm doing it correctly, real quick. Um, so host would be info. Value then would be
39:16
that should be like mxa something melvin.org. Oops.
39:40
Oh, I don't know what happened, but like my computer just froze, so not letting me edit. But I think I got it now.
39:49
Yeah, just add just once you get both of those MX records added in here. The only thing I would change is that TTL. It says automatic. I think Namecheap lets you. To I think one minute or five minutes something like that. I can't remember what the lowest is. I just set it to that. That'll just push those records through a little bit quicker. And then
40:10
I'm sorry, what was that? It was
40:12
inside Namecheap. That last field it says TTL. It's a drop down
40:16
where it says automatic.
40:19
Yeah, it says automatic right now. Just go ahead and switch it. I think I think you can switch it to one minute or five minutes or something like that. Yeah, switch it to that. That's the only thing. Other thing I do, but yeah, just get those two added in there, and then usually I would say within you know sometimes it's real quick 10 minutes. Sometimes it might take 30 minutes or something, but those those records will resolve.
40:41
And then what do you put in the priority field? Is there like a priority 10 of 10?
40:45
Priority 10. Yep.
40:46
And then one
40:47
one
40:48
final question on this subject. So if I'm inside of high level or my smart directory, it said. It's a dedicated header, email or name. Name not provided. Email not provided. What would that? What would a dedicated header be before?
41:15
So your from name and from email address. So yeah, those are really important, and I definitely suggest setting those up. So whether you want the from name to be your first and last name or you want it to be the business name doesn't matter. You you decide. Me personally, I usually use my first and last name, so it looks like it's coming from an actual person. And then on the email, that's what you have to be really careful with, you want to make sure that you include the subdomain in the email address. So you're using info. So it could be info at info dot and then your domain.com, or it could be, you know, your name at info dot your domain.com whatever, but it doesn't matter what what the address is. the The only thing that matters is that you include the info, period, and then the domain, and then you can put an at symbol in front of it. You can put anything in front of the at symbol. Doesn't matter.
42:18
Okay, and then what? Where's the best section to set that up in because I know I think there's a few different. It's right there.
42:26
Now, if you set it there, that that's why that that's why I highly encourage you to set it there inside the inside the header settings because if you set it there, you don't have to worry about it in any automation and any email that goes out. You don't like it'll always default to whatever that set up and inside there.
42:44
Okay, cool.
42:45
Yeah,
42:45
I'll work on that. Thank you so much.
42:47
Yep, no worries. All right, who do we got next? Is it Kaylin?
42:55
Yeah. So we integrated into To high level, maybe like a week ago with ours, and I'm having trouble getting the businesses on our page. Like I think there's some something wrong with maybe the workflow or something, or how it got integrated.
43:19
Yeah, sometimes we see this. It usually has to do with the business tag itself, and so typically, if you just remove that business tag and then re-add it, that usually kicks the system back off and it adds the listings. Because you're saying that the listings aren't showing on the on the front end of the site, correct?
43:40
Yeah, like I've I've tried to untag them and retag them, and that hasn't really worked either. But for some reason, when I tag something with the business tag, it doesn't post on our website or directory. I should say. You
43:56
want to you want to take a look? You can share your screen. We can take a look real quick and try it out.
44:00
go here. So I tried to. I'm trying to implement it with the rest of our contacts, and I actually have a whole opportunities tab that I have, and as you can see, all these are already tagged with the business.
44:26
Okay.
44:27
Tags.
44:27
So, and this one does not have a listing.
44:30
Yeah. So I literally have. We just started, and I've. There's no listings on here. Okay.
44:35
So let's just take that first one as an example. Let's just pull it back up, and let's just delete that tag, and then let's just refresh the screen real quick, if you don't mind. Perfect,
45:01
and then retag it now.
45:03
Yes, please. Yep. Okay. So let's go to SDAI. What one is that? That was Colorado.
45:19
Colorado facility,
45:20
Colorado Springs,
45:24
and see we don't have like if I look at all the listings, I still don't see anything. I guess I can go through Jason's
45:35
screen
45:36
hasn't changed. Yes,
45:38
can we add something to the first name, I mean, the first name is. Oh yeah,
45:44
that's a good. That's a good point. Yeah, I didn't real. I didn't realize that. Yeah, there's no name in the first name field. Thank you, Ruchika. I completely glossed over that.
45:53
Oh, in this.
45:55
Yes. Yeah, you have to have the business name there.
45:59
Okay, and so maybe that's why they're not going over. Like if I just said here, I'm gonna try a different one with like a better name because that. Oh, that's just Colorado Springs Utility. I'm just gonna name it utility for now.
46:23
Yeah, that's fine.
46:25
And just
46:26
hit save.
46:27
Save.
46:28
There you go.
46:48
But that's my issue. Is like there's still nothing in here.
46:54
Go back to the
46:55
search form
46:58
up here.
46:58
Search, yeah.
47:00
Let's type in utility. There we go. Oh, okay.
47:08
Thank you so much. Yeah. So
47:11
make sure all business names are in that first name field, and then you can do a bulk tag remove and a bulk tag add again to those, and that should kick off the remaining of them.
47:25
Okay.
47:26
If you're having any issues, yeah.
47:27
Yeah, I got you. And then the last thing here was when I try to edit our. I think it was the subscriptions. I can't remember which thing it was. You know, like when there's a list and it says, like for example, it says like Teams or something. I'm trying to find it. So like maybe I'm in, and when I edit this plan
47:58
next,
48:00
you see how this like I can edit it saying this first website part, but not this second website part. So like when I click on this, I can change this to say smart or something, but the other this part won't change.
48:18
Okay,
48:20
does that make sense? Like that's what that's my other issue, and I don't know if maybe that's some kind of like I need to change the name somewhere else, but whatever is in these parentheses will not. I don't know how to change them at least.
48:38
I don't.
48:41
Yeah, Jason. Those aren't supposed to change. Those are the. Yeah, I was going to say I don't
48:44
think they are changed. Yeah, those are the standard fields. Yeah. Okay. Standard options. Yeah.
48:49
All right, that's fine. I was just making sure that. Perfect. That's all I need.
48:56
Yeah. Everything else, you can always add custom options.
49:01
Okay.
49:02
So you can add additional. That's what if you go under advanced settings.
49:07
Yeah, in here.
49:09
Yep. So you can do under add-ons. If you, it's the next one down. Yeah, under add-ons. So like, if you wanted to customize, you wanted a very specific name for something you can customize it and add it here. Yeah,
49:24
I also saw there was like some kind of funnel thing in here, and I didn't know what that was about.
49:32
There's a funnel over on the on the left hand side under your sites, the SDAI funnel.
49:38
Where are you? Is that what you saw? No, it was like it was asking me if I wanted to choose a funnel, and I was very confused on. And I don't remember where it is. I can come back, but I want to say it was in here. Yes, and it has like this. It's talking about funnels here. What is that about? Yep.
50:02
So those are all. So inside of SDAI, we have a single a single funnel where we have our contact page. We've got our privacy policy, our terms page. All of those pages live inside that funnel, and you can customize those pages. And then, if you want to add those to your menu structure, that's how you would do that. That's going to be under Sites on the left-hand menu inside High Level, under the Funnel section. So right here, see the Smart Directory AI. There it is. Yep. So yeah, that's the funnel, and those are the pages. The pages that are in that funnel are are located inside there.
50:41
Okay, perfect.
50:44
Okay,
50:46
thank you.
50:47
Awesome, man. Yeah, no worries. All right, Lloyd, how you been, Lloyd?
50:54
Good, Jason. How are you?
50:56
I'm good, man. Good to see you again.
50:58
Yes, good to good to be here. I have a minor quick thing. It's probably not nothing. All that. Let me just pull up, pull it up here. Okay, yeah, that's it. So. So I wanted to test out the the individualized AI for the pages. So I set one up on my own agency page.
51:42
Oh, cool. Okay.
51:44
So, but when I go in and I set it up, it comes in down here at the bottom. Is there a way to get it to come in here at at the top, like in in the demo Vegas Thrive site? Now, the demo Vegas Thrive site doesn't happen to have additional images, but you know we're going to probably want to sell additional images as as our upgrade package. So it's a really minor thing. Is there a way for me to have the avatar up here in the top corner, and also when it comes to a business's individual site, is there a way that the directory AI does not show up on that page?
52:39
So, good questions. I think by default it moves down there if you have additional images. So that's the voice AI. So I don't think that there's any way to change it because I think that's that's the intended behavior. If there's additional images, it pushes it to the bottom. As far as the chat widget, I know that if you have an individual chat widget on a specific listing, that the site-wide chat widget will not show, and that's automatic. But what you're saying is, can we just get it to disappear altogether if you're using the voice on a listing? Is that what you're saying, Lloyd?
53:28
Yes.
53:29
Yeah, that I don't know. I haven't seen that. Rachika, have you seen that before?
53:42
Um. Sorry, Jason. What was that?
53:45
Have you seen? So Lloyd here. He's this is his listing. This is his business on his on his directory site. He has the voice AI agent. You can see that on the screen. Yes. For his business, and then he has a chat widget, which is site wide, right?
54:05
What he's
54:06
asking is, can we somehow hide the chat widget on this specific listing?
54:16
Jason, yes, I think this is doable from the custom code section that we have. If he knows how to code, so then I think he can hide from this list. Oh, okay.
54:28
So, so if we just wanted to do like a like a CSS, yeah, CSS,
54:34
yes, correct. To
54:36
hide that on the listing page. Okay,
54:38
you're right.
54:39
But then will it? Will it? But it will show up on every other page, correct?
54:44
Yes, it should. Yep.
54:46
Okay.
54:47
Well, when you say every other page, because I don't mean, I don't mean that I'd want the widget to disappear just for my own listing. I would want. I would want to be able to turn off and on. You know, if I if I've sold someone a package that includes the avatar, then when anyone comes to their that that business's avatar comes that business's listing, you know, I want the only AI for anyone to see to be that because I I don't want to be taking away from my comments.
55:23
Yeah, no, I I totally get it, and that's how the so that's how the chat widget functions currently, like I just described. But I don't believe the voice functions that way when both are enabled. But that's a really good point, And that's something that we probably should take a look at, Rachika, because I don't know if you fully understand what Lloyd's saying, but you know, with our chat widget, if if he he so Lloyd can have a chat widget site wide that's for his that's for the director, right? But then if he sells that, if he sells an individual business their own chat widget, and we put that on a specific listing, his business chat widget goes away automatically, and it only shows the chat widget for that listing. But with but with voice, it doesn't do that, right? So right now he he enabled voice for this specific listing, and I think the functionality should be if you if you enable voice, that you should be able to either toggle on and off, or it should just be automatic. I don't know what the best option is there, but I think it should function very similar to how we have chat, where if you sell an individual chat widget, it overrides the site-wide chat widget. Voice should be the same way. If you sell a voice chat, it should and it and you have a text chat widget, it should override
57:00
that.
57:03
Does that make sense? Definitely yes, Jason.
57:07
Yeah. So maybe we can put that. Maybe we can put that together into a ticket and send that to Cameron.
57:20
Yes. Before that, I think I will simply just test this inside as my account, and then I think we can just simply create a ticket. Again.
57:34
Yeah, I agree, Lloyd.
57:36
I love Gategi.
57:37
I think that there needs to be something there with that voice because you're right, like we shouldn't have to use custom code in order to hide. And I agree with you. You don't want to take away from from the customer and what you just sold them. You don't want to try and compete with them on their own listing, which makes total sense.
57:56
Okay, so there's nothing I need to do right now.
58:01
No, let let us kind of look into it, Lloyd. Let let's. I think Rachika is going to test it on her side, but I think, I mean, it looks like it's not working. I I don't I don't think that it probably just wasn't thought of. That that's my best guess. I don't think that it's a it's necessarily a bug or anything. Okay. I just think you you brought up a really good point, and I I totally agree with you. So we'll push it forward. In the meantime, though, you could test what Ruchika said if you want to. Basically, on that listing itself, in the custom code section, call out the chat widget by CSS, so you'll look for the you know how to inspect code on a page within the Chrome browser.
58:51
No, but I'd probably just ask Claude or or there you go ask AI or something to to do. Just ask
58:56
AI to do it. Yeah. So what you'll do is you'll basically you'll have AI inspect the page, and basically tell it say, "Hey, on this specific page, write me a piece of CSS code in order to hide the chat widget that's on this page, and it'll do it. And then you'll just take that that CSS code and you'll just drop it in the custom code section for just for that specific listing. Cool. Okay.
59:26
Thanks heaps, Jason.
59:28
Yep. No worries, man.
59:29
All right.
59:30
Good to see you. Good to see you. Bye.
59:34
Um, Jason.
59:35
Yes.
59:36
Sorry, I just have one question. Like, what is happening when we are adding voice AI widget on a separate listing page, and maybe we have voice AI agent widget already on the website? So, is it showing two widgets over there?
59:58
So, what it was showing, it was showing so. He added. He has site-wide chat widget, right? So he has a site-wide chat widget. He added voice to one listing, his listing, and on that listing, the chat widget and the voice showed up. And so the point is, voice, just like individual listing chat, is all about that business, right? Voice, if you if you enable voice for a specific listing, that voice that voice chat is just about the listing that it's on. Same with the individual chat widgets, just about the listing that it's on. And if you enable a chat widget for a specific listing, the site wide chat widget automatically Disappears.
1:01:01
Yes,
1:01:03
but it doesn't do that with voice. That's that was the point. Was that he enabled voice on a listing, but his site wide chat widget was still showing.
1:01:18
So we want that if they are adding listing specific voice AI widget, the chat widget should also disappear.
1:01:26
Yes, I think so. Unless I mean why?
1:01:30
Because
1:01:30
what's that? Say it again.
1:01:32
I mean, I'm just thinking it out loud. Like, why do we want to hide like chat when we are adding voice?
1:01:42
Because the chat is specific to the directory, not specific to the business, so it's competing. Just like the way the chat widget works now, if you just if you have site-wide chat turned on, and then you enable a listing chat, the site-wide automatically disappears. You don't like so if you turn on site-wide chat and then you turn on chat for a specific listing, you don't have two chat bubbles that pop up. There's not two that are popping up and competing against each other, right? Which wouldn't make any sense. And that's what we're saying here. It doesn't make sense to have two AI agents basically competing against each other. You got one that's trying to advertise the directory itself, and then you got one that's specific to the business. Okay, so you're
1:02:40
saying the chat widget is specific to the listing, so the voice AI should be specific to listing, or otherwise it shouldn't appear over there.
1:02:49
Right.
1:02:50
Okay.
1:02:51
Yeah. Can we add
1:02:53
this to the Canny board, Jason?
1:02:57
Yeah, I think that would be a great idea. Yeah. This is a broad
1:03:00
feature request.
1:03:02
You think it's broad?
1:03:05
Yes, I mean, yeah. I mean, I'll take it to Cameron as well, definitely. But I think we can add this to the Kenny board so that Dev team directly can say this.
1:03:19
Okay.
1:03:20
Yeah.
1:03:26
Unless there's a scenario, and Lloyd and anybody else here, Neil, I'm going to get to you. I'm sorry. I just want to kind of wrap this up and put a bow on it. But if anybody else wants to chime in, unless there's somebody like other people can see, is there a scenario where you would enable voice and chat for a specific listing? Meaning, the chat widget that shows up would be specific for that business, and the voice would be specific for that business. Is there a scenario where both would be enabled on a single business listing, that I don't know. To me, it almost feels like too much, and yeah, I don't know. I to me, it feels more like a an and or. It's optional. Yeah, it would be an optional. Be like, hey, yeah, they want voice or they want chat. They want one or the other. They don't. You you wouldn't put
1:04:30
both. Okay. And
1:04:31
so then in that case, then it would function the same way the chat widget the chat widget functions. So if you have site wide chat, the site wide disappears and the listing one only shows. If you have site wide chat and you add a voice to that listing, site wide chat disappears. Voice only shows.
1:04:56
Got it. Yep.
1:04:57
Yep.
1:04:58
I'll share this with Cameron. Okay.
1:05:00
Does that sound good to everybody?
1:05:03
Yeah, I think that. I mean, I can definitely see in my mind a situation where a business could want both, because depending on the complexity of the product or service that they're offering, there may be some things where a person is more comfortable just speaking to a voice widget versus typing, but at the same time, unless there's a specific reason from a technical standpoint that it would be difficult to do so, if they want to pay for it, I don't see why you wouldn't allow them to have it unless there's a specific technical reason why they shouldn't have it. If it's if it's something that the agent can position to that business owner and they want both, is there a specific reason why you wouldn't?
1:06:00
Well, if you're asking me, I think it would be confusing. The more options you give people, and the more decisions they have to make, the more decisions people have to make, the more no decision gets made. So you want to simplify. So whichever package you want to sell, you want to sell a package that's the chat widget, then they buy the chat widget and go with that. If you want to sell them a package that goes with a voice widget, you do that. If you want to do both, you might want to you might decide to do the voice for when you sell them, move them to your agency, and you sell a bigger package on their website versus within the directory, but you want to keep you want to keep things as simple as as possible for people. That's my opinion.
1:06:48
And Lloyd, I was actually asking Jason that from a technical standpoint. I agree with you 100% The simpler we make it for our prospects and clients, the better. But I was just asking in terms of is there a technical reason why we couldn't have both as an option?
1:07:08
No, I no, I I think the short answer is no. I mean, technically speaking, yeah, anything's possible. That's there. There's nothing that could could hold us back there. The functionality could could easily be built, but just because it can doesn't mean it should. And I think that's where we kind of get into the nuance of this. And and I think Lloyd brings up a good point, and that's kind of where my head was already leaning, was that we want to keep this simple. And sometimes, you know, it's real easy to add functionality. It's really easy to overcomplicate software. It's really easy to continue to just keep adding and adding and adding and adding functionality. The hardest part is to cut and to know when to cut and to know when to keep things simple and when to simplify. And this, to me, kind of falls in that gray area of like, just keep it simple. I feel like you know we already have that same functionality across the chat widget, which is site wide chat functions across every listing and across every page. But if you put if you sell a chat widget that's specific to that business. That's the the one specific to that business is the only one that shows, and that's why I was saying. To me, the simple fix here is it should voice should function the exact same way. If you have chat for your business site wide across every single page, and then you sell voice to a specific business, and that shows up on that listing. Chat should also disappear, and just voice should show. So, but Cynthia, yeah, you're right. I mean, technically speaking, yeah, anything's possible. I think we'll we'll continue this discussion. I think we'll we'll bring this to Cameron. We'll talk to the dev team, and we'll we'll kind of we'll go over it with the internal team, and we'll kind of make some final decisions on on how we should go about this. But I think I think we can all agree at least that that if you enable the voice, the chat should disappear because I totally agree with Lloyd. Like we don't want to be competing with our business or the businesses that we sell these things, these services to. So anyway,
1:09:32
I guess I was thinking about it from the standpoint of how High Level revamped theirs. There's one support widget that you click one button and it opens up, but you have an option inside there. You can do chat, or you can go on a Zoom call, and so you have the choice of how you want to get that support. So I was thinking about it. Right endpoint,
1:09:51
and I, and that that that could be an option. I I seem to remember. A conversation that we had early on that, for whatever reason, we weren't able to do that just yet inside of SDAI, and it may just be a limitation of high-level integrating with our app at the at the current moment. But I think, yeah, you're right. Like a in a perfect world, it would just be the flip of a switch, and it would be one widget that would show up, and it could have one option or multiple options inside the same widget. I like that idea. But anyway, we'll we'll bring that back to the team. I appreciate all the feedback. And Neil, I want to get to your question.
1:10:39
Just two quick things. I'm coming new to this with another Go High Level account, sub account as well, and
1:10:49
one
1:10:49
of the questions has to do with the email and texting packages or pricing that you guys have, so that I can actually decide if I keep a snapshot in yours or move it over to the other sub account. How do I determine, or how can I see actually what the email price or the texting price is? And then the second thing is the domain for the other subdomain. The sub the other sub account that I do have, I have connected the domains, but I don't know why it's not connecting with smart AIs, smart directories AI.
1:11:27
Okay, so and you have your own agency account, like you pay high level directly, or you're under somebody else.
1:11:34
The sub account, I pay 75 bucks a month.
1:11:37
Got it. Okay, so and then you have a single sub account under SDAI as well. Okay, got it. Cool. I'm trying
1:11:48
to kind of decide actually which one do I keep, hence the question on email and texting packages between both and snapshots and so forth.
1:11:56
Right. Well, like I explained earlier on the call, right now, we've paused being able to move the sub account to another agency account, so we can't move it right now. So if you want to use SDAI, you'll have to use it inside the the SDAI sub account that you currently have. Now we will be opening it back up. It's not we're not trying to lock you in forever. We're just doing some fixes on the back end for for us, but we will open that back up. But right now, you can't move it. If the agency, the the other thing is, with this other agency that you have a sub account with, you'd want to contact them and see if they're okay receiving and allowing you access to a secondary sub account. I don't know what the relationship is there, but in order for us to even transfer to that that secondary agency account, they're going to have to accept it, and then they're going to have to manually add you to it. So you you need to check with them and make sure that they're okay with that, and that that they would accept it to begin with, right? So that's those two things. As far as cost is concerned, on email and text, I don't, I don't know if we have anything. Rachika, do you know if we have anything inside of our knowledge base that talks about email costs and SMS costs inside SDI.
1:13:24
Do we have anything? No, Jason.
1:13:27
We don't. Okay.
1:13:32
It's just that I foresee Jason a lot of emails going out, and have to be going through that on a monthly basis.
1:13:40
Right.
1:13:40
Is this from standalone account or just general? No, no, no. This
1:13:44
is so. This is from an SDAI account. So how do we? So do we have it? We don't have a pricing sheet for email or for SMS inside SDAI. I
1:13:56
need to check here.
1:13:59
Okay.
1:13:59
We have something around it. I'll just check and update.
1:14:06
Yeah, I'm not sure exactly what it
1:14:09
is. Okay, so while she checks on that, I guess the last thing would be the domain piece that I do have it connected for the other sub account, but it's not connecting properly for this one from the Y.
1:14:26
And the the domain that you connected is it inside your est is is it a domain that you want to connect to SDAI or is it a domain you want to connect to a different website?
1:14:36
To my own website so that it could be a subdomain. So directory.in. my domain.
1:14:46
Oh, okay, got it. Okay, yeah. You want? Do you want to pull it up and we can take a look?
1:14:50
Certainly.
1:14:52
Who's who? Who's the registrar for the domain?
1:14:55
GoDaddy.
1:14:56
Okay.
1:14:59
Let me. When you can see it,
1:15:02
and did you already were you able to successfully connect the root domain to SDAI?
1:15:09
That's where I might be lost. So this is the way where it's supposed to be, right? Directory.sukasa.com. Here's GoDaddy. You'll see here. These last three are the the first two. Well, I'm sorry, Sita and and this one. These are already set up under the other sub account, but this one is not flowing.
1:15:37
Okay. Yeah. And that's what you want as the oh site stop ludicrous. That's why. Okay, let's go into let's go into SDAI. I don't think Rachika. Correct me if I'm wrong, but if we have, if he's using a sub, I think we can do this in GoDaddy. So let me just tell you something real quick, Neil. So we switched from an A record, a stagnant A record, which is like a static IP address, to a C name record. The reason why we did this is because with an IP address, if anything happens to that IP, if we have to rotate it for some reason in the future, then everybody's website could be broken instantly once we do that. So what we did is we kind of changed how we connect domains to SDAI, and the way that we did it is through a C name. Unfortunately, with GoDaddy, they make it a little bit more difficult, and so the workaround that we figured out was moving your DNS records from GoDaddy to Cloudflare, like setting up a free Cloudflare account. But I think in this case, because you're you're already using a subdomain, we should be able to pull it off. So let's give it a shot. So let's we're inside Smart Directory. Let's go to where we go on here. We need to go to branding. Yep, and then go into domains. Okay, and then let's go ahead and enter in the domain including the sub. So it was directory.sukasa.com. Perfect, awesome. Okay, so let's scroll down here. So we're going to add this directory so that go ahead and copy the value, and then let's go over into GoDaddy.
1:18:07
Put it there as.
1:18:08
Yep.
1:18:10
Sorry, I have another call now.
1:18:13
And the TTL, it's okay. On that TTL, let's see. Is half hour the lowest? That last field there, I think it might be inside GoDaddy. I don't think it goes any lower. Okay. Okay. Perfect. Yep. Then go ahead and just hit save on that.
1:18:37
Okay. Let's try it over here.
1:18:43
So it might take a few minutes to propagate. Let's go back into SDAI.
1:18:49
So let let me wait. I'll wait it out and see if it goes through later on. If not, then I'll just reach out again.
1:18:59
It should. That that should go through, and then go back to Smart Directory for me, real quick, Neil. Okay, it just says yeah, checking DNS configuration. So yeah, just leave this page up. Don't close this page. Just keep this active. But yeah, you should see that resolve here. I would say fairly quickly. GoDaddy is usually pretty quick, yeah. So I'd give it, you know, maybe 2030 minutes, and it should resolve. Could be even quicker than that.
1:19:29
No problem. Well, thank you, Jason. Okay. Yeah. With the course of the email and the the pricing on the texting, is there a way that I can get that later on? Out.
1:19:41
Yeah. Why don't we do this, Neil? Can you just drop your email in the chat for me, and then Rachika, if you could just find out.
1:19:52
Yes, Jason.
1:19:52
And just message Neil. That'd be awesome.
1:19:55
We can
1:19:55
just get an answer on that.
1:19:58
Yeah, I'm doing it. And if we
1:19:59
don't have that. In the knowledge base, that might be might be a good addition.
1:20:04
Yeah, we don't have that in knowledge base, but I'm checking internally.
1:20:09
Okay.
1:20:10
Yep.
1:20:12
Yeah, it might be a good idea if we can add that just so that anybody that needs that. Yeah, no problem, Neil.
1:20:22
Thank you. So,
1:20:22
did you drop just drop your email in the year?
1:20:25
Still loading the chat piece.
1:20:28
Okay. Cool. Awesome. Perfect. Right.
1:20:33
There we go. There you go.
1:20:46
Awesome,
1:20:46
Jason. Perfect. Yes.
1:20:48
Oh, you did. Okay.
1:20:49
Yeah, it's in the knowledge base. To my surprise, I'm so sorry for incorrect link. I just shared the link here.
1:21:00
Oh, perfect. So let's pull this up. Perfect, Neil. She just dropped it. So let's see. Okay.
1:21:11
So
1:21:16
two-way text and email conversation.
1:21:24
Per email, okay. So it's not by 1000s or whatever, okay.
1:21:31
Yeah.
1:21:33
Hey, I'll I'll go with this. Thank you so much, guys. I gotta I gotta yeah. All right.
1:21:38
No problem, Neil. Yep. Thank you.
1:21:40
Bless my man. Take care.
1:21:42
Yep. You too.
1:21:44
Right.
1:21:44
Right. Looks like Jeff, you're the next one up. Thanks, Rachika.
1:21:52
You're welcome, Jason.
1:21:55
Right, Jeff. If you're around, you can go ahead and unmute.
1:22:02
Can you hear me now?
1:22:03
Yeah, we got you.
1:22:04
Okay, great. All right, so I have three issues. Can I share my screen with you?
1:22:14
Yeah, please.
1:22:15
And get started here. Oh. Okay, I did put in a request on this one. I was a little bit confused after watching Tom's video about creating lists and specific, like I have about 300 here, as you can see, you know, contacts, and I want to send out the workflow. So I created my first list, which was back in August 13th, right here, and this one shows fine, no problem, right? Then I created my second one here, and when I clicked on it, the same people showed up again, and I couldn't figure out why. And then finally, this morning, I figured it out because down here it says number one list, right? And then this is 200. This is the second 100, and that's I guess if I just click this, I can send them to the workflow, right? I guess that's how it works.
1:23:39
I'm not sure. Yeah, we have to look at the grouping and just see like what what settings you have for both of those smart lists because they could be they may they may include the same filters. Which if they include the same filters, so the way a smart list works, so all these across the top that's what high level calls smart list, and what they do is they allow you to. So say you have a database of 10,000 people.
1:24:08
Yeah,
1:24:08
you can filter that database down based on certain parameters, right? You could filter it by maybe you just want to filter by state. So you want to say, hey, show me all the leads that are in Colorado, right, or whatever. You can filter by city. You can filter by whether they have an email address. You can filter by when the contact was created. Those types of things. So based on the filters, that's what shows up in this list. So these filters, I'm not sure what you have set for the different filters for these two smart lists, but if the filters are exactly the same, that's why you're seeing the exact same people in both lists.
1:24:46
No, I think that I figured it out because you see, the third list, the third grouping, there's no more. Okay, these are these. I checked it actually, you know. Counted almost the the contacts, or just recorded the first and the last, and it seemed to work this way. So basically, what Tom was saying, you go to contacts, and and add the smart list, okay, and then you call, you know, give it a name or whatever, and and in his case, he put a date, and he said first 100 or whatever he put in there, right? And he said create, and now now you created your first list for the first 100 contacts, and this if this was, if this happened to be the first, now click on all. If this happened to be the first 100 page, it would be here. Now, I got to go to 100 to show 100. That's what Tom was saying, and I was following him up to that fine, but he didn't go into creating the list, smart list for the second 100 on my list, right? Because I have second and I have third, which is not quite 100, but see, and there's no fourth. So this is all my contacts, and so what I did, I did exactly what he said. I created the list for the second 100. I first I first moved this to the second, my second 100. See, and then I then I created the smart list. When I created the smart list, when I went back again, it showed only the first page, and then I was kind of trying to figure out, well, you know, why. And then I realized that if you want 14, this was my second grouping. If I wanted to see these people, I really had to go to second page, and there they are. This is my second 100th. That's that's how this thing works. So now, if I want to send them to workflow, all I do this, trigger automation, and off I go. Select select workflow, which would be, you know, my free, whatever it is, relisting outreach, new and improved. This is what I'm using, and this will be just a description here. And that's that's how it works. I think that's how it works for sure because these are the names on the second list, but I did put in a ticket and I haven't heard back yet. But this was my issue, so I think I solved it myself.
1:27:52
I can tell you, like I I totally understand the logic, but there are a couple things that that are incorrect here.
1:28:02
Okay, both
1:28:04
lists that you've shown us. So the one that you're on right now, which is supposed to be your second list of 100 100 contacts, right? This list is the exact same as all. So if you look in the top left, next to contacts, this says 286. Your entire database, your entire database, has 286 contacts.
1:28:29
Yeah, but if I want them all, I can just click this. You see, this is if you want to select all of them, you click this.
1:28:36
Right.
1:28:36
This only says 100 contacts selected.
1:28:40
Right, but you don't. You only want the the second 100 that you added,
1:28:49
right,
1:28:49
in that smart list. And so,
1:28:54
and that's what these guys are right here. Because, like I said, when I went through the list, I recorded the first and the last name on every list.
1:29:04
Yep,
1:29:05
and then then that's how I came to the realization that this is actually the second list right here. I don't know. I mean, that that's my logic.
1:29:21
Hey, if it works for you, then I would say just keep going with it. I don't want to confuse you anymore. You know, if that works for you, then I would say just just continue to do the way you're doing it.
1:29:32
Well, I'll find out. I'll send my workload today. Okay, so the the other the other thing I have is I'm on my page here. What I wanted to do is is add free premium listings because in my 293 contact, because I have different categories and many different listings in each category. So I thought if I. A free premium listing from each category, like a dentist. Another dentist sees it. Well, maybe he'd want one of those too. That was my my logic. So I did this one here. I added this, you know, added this business. I think the mistake I made. I also, at the same time, added the consumer, and that automatically claimed the listing. Right?
1:30:30
Are are you still sharing your screen, Jeff? Because we're we're still seeing your contacts. It's at high level.
1:30:38
Well, let me refresh it. I move to another tab here. Can you see it?
1:30:46
I'm I'm still seeing the contact screen.
1:30:49
Really?
1:30:50
Yep.
1:30:54
This one.
1:30:55
Maybe just hit stop share and and then reshare again.
1:31:01
Oh, I was showing my my actual page, you know, but I guess it doesn't work that way. You can't go to another tab. All right, so let me see. How can we do this?
1:31:18
Just go back to Google Meet and then hit stop share, and then reshare.
1:31:25
Oh, the other one. Oh, okay. So stop share, stop share, stop, stop sharing.
1:31:36
There we go. Now and then reshare, and then just choose
1:31:43
this one. Okay, so what I was saying here that I wanted to pick, you know, strategically three three businesses and create premium listings for them, so that because we have in different groupings many like a dentist, for example, you know there's maybe a dozen dentists in my area here. So if I created a free listing premium for one of them, maybe the other ones will see it, or I can refer to it, you know, and they would want one as well. That was my theory anyway. But anyhow, so I did create this one here, but like I said, I also created a consumer and attached it to this listing, which actually claimed the listing. Right? That's how it works.
1:32:35
Okay.
1:32:36
Okay. So now, now I I want to work on this. I want to claim it. See if I put this, it takes me to this. I don't know what, you know, that's mine or whose it is. I'm not sure. But anyway,
1:33:02
let me go back.
1:33:05
So I deleted the consumer, figuring that maybe this claim thing will go away, but it doesn't. So what should I do? Maybe delete the whole listing and start over. Is this an
1:33:19
actual listing or was this a test listing that you were just no no
1:33:22
this this would be an actual listing
1:33:25
okay and what's the name of the business it says Glaze
1:33:29
Glaze
1:33:32
yeah let me look that up okay. Oh, I see. Okay, yeah. So yeah, you can see that it is claimed on the back end. So if you go into the back end of SDAI under account owner, you can show that it it shows that it's claimed. So all you have to do is just hit the unclaim button.
1:34:05
Oh, okay. And then once
1:34:06
you unclaim it, then yeah, the the front end of the listing it'll show claim again.
1:34:12
Okay, okay, yep. And one little glitch here, I see that. See, this is under health and wellness and tanning, right? And when I see here, it doesn't list tanning here anywhere. And yet, when I do this and put in glaze, see it says tanning here, so for some reason this this listing service or whatever it is listing more didn't doesn't appear over here in this list, but it's been set up separately. You know, obviously because it shows that. Right here, where's Glace on the listing? It shows where are we? Pelton Wallace and Tanning.
1:35:16
Yeah, I'm just I'm I'm on the back end of your account. I'm just looking to see if I can figure out what's going on here. Okay, so it has a so the listing labels that have been applied to this business are health and wellness and tanning,
1:35:33
right?
1:35:34
So that's where it's showing up. The tanning label though has not been added to your menu. I think that's the issue. Okay. Yeah. If I look at your menu, yeah, that's the problem. You just never added it to the menu.
1:35:54
I can fix that. I guess. Okay.
1:35:56
Yep.
1:35:58
All right. And the last question is About plans.
1:36:05
Okay.
1:36:06
How do you add items to the plan list?
1:36:14
Custom.
1:36:16
Yeah.
1:36:17
Custom items. Okay. So if you just go under the plans section in the back under SDAI,
1:36:22
I'll have to switch back because this is a. I'll have to stop sharing. Go back to the other page.
1:36:45
Yep, just click on plans there at the top.
1:36:54
Oh, I can't do that. Why doesn't it? The monks doesn't seem to be. Why can't I click on things? That's weird.
1:37:19
Yeah, you might just try stop share and then reshare again.
1:37:25
Okay, maybe Stephen. No. Okay.
1:37:31
Yeah. Reshare. So what you'll do, I'll just tell you, Jeff. You're going to go under Plans, and then you'll click under Advanced Settings, and you'll see a tab that says add-on, and then right there you can add as many things as you want to any plan.
1:37:46
I did do that, but it but it didn't show me anything. I just like there was no option of adding stuff. I did click on advance. Yes, that's what I thought stuff was. Where you can add whatever you know, video or something.
1:38:10
Right, right. Let me show you here. I can share my screen since you're having trouble. Oh, maybe you got it.
1:38:21
No, it won't.
1:38:23
Okay. Yeah. Let me share, so I can show you here. Okay, so you're going to go. Let me go back here. You click on Plans up here. You're then going to click on Advanced Settings.
1:38:54
Okay,
1:38:56
and then right here, here's the Add-on section.
1:38:58
Yeah,
1:38:59
you click Add-on. You put in, you know, custom
1:39:02
here.
1:39:03
Whatever you want it to say shows up here. Now you can go back into pricing plans. You can go into any one of these, and if you scroll all the way to the bottom, there it is. Custom option. That's the one I just added. So you can turn it on, turn it off. You can move it around up and down,
1:39:22
so you can do it individually for any plan, right?
1:39:24
Yep, yep.
1:39:26
Okay, good. But that's where it's
1:39:28
at. Okay.
1:39:30
Thank you. I'm good.
1:39:31
No problem.
1:39:32
Wonderful, Jason. Good, good show. You guys are really helpful.
1:39:38
Well, glad to help.
1:39:40
Yeah.
1:39:42
Awesome. All right. Looks like Anton, you're the next one up.
1:39:50
Yes. Hello. Can you hear me?
1:39:52
Yeah, we can hear you. All
1:39:53
right. So I had a question about claiming a listing. It, I notice that on the AI, it it asks for business email and it asks for personal email, and it. I'm just trying to figure out most of people I speak to. They really only have one email, so why does the the the AI asks for business and personal email.
1:40:25
Are you talking about the chat widget, AI? Yeah, on the
1:40:28
under on the voice widget.
1:40:30
Oh, the voice widget. Um, probably doing it because we have it. So, like the way that our system works is, we have to create a secondary email for the consumer account. That may have just been an oversight that it's asking for. That's Rachika. Can you can you think of something else?
1:41:01
I didn't want to change anything and and kind of mess it up on the back end. But you know, when I speak to people and they're like, "Yeah, this is the email, and it says, "Ask for your personal email. Worse, if it's a if it's a a bot asking, they're like, "What? Why you need to need? Why need to know that for? I already gave the email. It's getting you know significant pushback, so I'm um I really wasn't sure why it's asking for an email and then a personal email.
1:41:32
Rachika, are you here? Did you hear that question?
1:41:36
Yes, Jason.
1:41:39
What are your thoughts? Do you think we should just can we just put something in the training for the bot to ignore that and not ask for that, or do we need? Because I don't think we need it, right? The system's going to automatically append the plus user to the email address,
1:41:56
but we can add like same email address. I think that is just for the testing.
1:42:05
So
1:42:06
okay, so I guess my question is, if if if they do not have a personal email or don't give a personal email, are they still able to claim the listing with just the one email?
1:42:17
Yeah, they can use like same email for business and personal.
1:42:22
Right, but his his question is, Ruchika, is the bot, the voice bot, is asking for two email addresses while it's having the conversation?
1:42:34
But we can like give one same email twice, like for the business and for personal,
1:42:41
Right, but the average person doesn't know that, right? The bot saying, "Give me your business email, and then the the customer is giving the the bot their their business email, and then it's saying, "Now give give me your personal email, and then yeah, that I
1:42:58
think we can train AI. That's what
1:43:00
I was okay. That's that was my thought. Okay, so what? Right. So you can see it here.
1:43:04
It says ask for business email, then ask for personal email.
1:43:08
Yeah, I would just remove that from the training. I would not include that. That would be that's my recommendation. Okay, so I just I just wanted to make sure
1:43:18
that it could function. If I remove, I didn't want to just remove it and then go. You know, something goes haywire on the back end. So if I remove that, they can still claim the listing that it's not an issue.
1:43:28
I don't think so because, yes.
1:43:31
Sorry to interrupt. I would suggest that don't change these instructions, but maybe we can add into a bracket for for the consumers to see, like this is the same email. Like you can use same email address for your business and email.
1:43:49
Yeah, the the problem is when when you're doing the voice AI, if it's asked for a business and personal, like I said, you're going to get to a point where if it's if somebody just gave their business email, and then you ask them for a personal email. You're going to get significant pushback. We get significant pushback when we when we ask it. I tested it out just to see what people response would be, and you get pushback when you ask for a business than a personal. So when it's an AI, it's even worse. A lot of times, they just hang up the phone.
1:44:26
So my thought, I mean, Rachika, correct me if I'm wrong. I mean, like, there's no reason why we should even have this in the instruction, because the system should automatically append the plus user to the business email, therefore creating not only the listing but the consumer account that it's claimed against. So having this in here is redundant, and like he said, it's it it creates confusion, but it also creates pushback from the consumer. Like, is there a reason? Why this should even be here?
1:45:04
Yeah, that's correct, and I totally agree with you. But I, I think we can remove and maybe test if this is working fine on the backend or not,
1:45:14
Anton. So what I would say is like, you could test. What I I would test maybe maybe the first test that I would do would be ask for business email and then period, and then I would say something the effect of update, or maybe I would put ask for business email period, and then I would say also include business email in the personal email field or something like that. So you're basically telling the bot collect the business email from the from the customer, but then take that that email, whatever email you collect from them, and then put it in two different fields. So that would be something you could test.
1:46:01
Okay, you use the business email as both business and personal, right? And use that
1:46:06
and basically create modify the instructions so that it says ask for business email, period, and then write a new sentence. Once you have business email, add business e also add business email to the personal email field, or something to that effect, right?
1:46:24
Yeah, yeah, okay, yeah. I'm test that part of
1:46:28
right.
1:46:31
Oh, I don't want what I didn't want to do is I I just didn't want to make changes because I don't you know because it's an app I'm I'm doing it on my my my own GHL account. I didn't want to make changes, and then it it went haywire on the back end on your side because again, it's no no no. It just plugged into that.
1:46:48
I would say just take a screenshot of this, so you can always go back and re-edit and and add it back in. But I would try either doing what I just said, so that you're collecting. You're you're still collecting an email into that field, but you're not having the bot ask for two separate emails here because the system, like I told you, it should automatically already create the plus user and append that to any email in the system when it's creating the consumer account, so you don't technically need two different emails. The system automatically creates a secondary email, so that's that's what I would try first. If that works fine, I may even try just removing it altogether and testing it. And if you still aren't getting any issues removing it altogether, then I would just run with it. But to me, it looks like an oversight to me. That's what. Yeah.
1:47:50
The final question as well. So let's say you have a bunch of people claiming your listings, and you're you're I have staff, or you know, you're trying to make some phone calls. Maybe I'm missing it, but is there a where a place where you can just easily see who has claimed all the listings? Oh, because if if if if we if we're going to call to you know try and upsell them into a premium plan or something, and there's nowhere where we can actually find like all the people who claim the listings. I know there is a section that says pending you know the businesses that have submitted something, but once they have submitted it, it's not you know clear as to a specific list of okay these 50 people claim the listing these are the people you should call first it's just not really clear I
1:48:59
thought.
1:49:07
Chika, don't we automatically add a claimed tag, business tag contact tag in high level?
1:49:18
Yes, Jason, there is one when AI is doing that.
1:49:24
When AI is doing it, okay.
1:49:25
Yes,
1:49:26
but not when, like if you have a call center, if you have a a human doing it, that's it's not doing it. Okay, but they that is for the
1:49:37
AI to function,
1:49:39
right? Okay.
1:49:43
Oh, so in in that case, what I what I could do is just go into the automation and and whenever somebody submits a claim request, just add a tag that says claim, and that that that would at least. Tag everybody who claims who at least submitted a request to claim it. It sounds like that. That would be a simple workaround.
1:50:09
Yeah, Anton, are you using are you using voice AI to make outbound calls, or do you have actual humans making outbound calls, or how are people claiming listings, or are you running the email campaign?
1:50:22
All right, so I I have two I have two methods. So I send an email. I run an email campaign, and then when people respond, I tell them to go claim the listing, and then you know they have the ability to go go and claim the listing there. And the other option is, after somebody claims a listing, now to upsell them on a premium package, I have actually a physical person who would make phone calls. But then she said to me, "Hey, how do I know who has claimed the listing once it has been approved? Because there's no place in the database that tells me these are the you know 50 people claim the listing.
1:51:04
I would just do that then. I would use the same tag. You're not using the voice AI, so it's fine. I would use the the same tag. I would just tag the person. You would tag them inside high level. Okay. So under the contact section, you would go there and you would add a claimed tag to their listing. That way, your team, when they're making phone calls, they could easily see it. It'll there'll be a tag right there, clear as day, right? And then you can also filter by those people as well.
1:51:38
Okay, all right. Yeah, like I said, I just wanted to to make sure that it it it's not something that I had overlooked, and it was it was there already, and I just didn't see it. So if if it doesn't exist there, we just create a tag.
1:51:51
So we have an automated system that does it when you're using the outbound voice AI, but since you're doing it more like you're making these outbound calls yourself, you'll just have to modify it slightly so it'll work for you. But yeah, yeah, I'm talking like
1:52:06
in in the case of emails or you send a link in a DM or on Facebook. If you say, hey, you know your your listing is ready, go go here and claim it. Once they claim it, it just kind of goes off into the ether because there's no automated tagging system at that point,
1:52:24
right?
1:52:25
Okay, got you. All right. Yeah, I think I think I think I got it.
1:52:30
Cool. Any other questions? Ah,
1:52:34
no, not right. No.
1:52:36
Perfect. All right. Thanks a lot, Anson. Appreciate you being here. Thanks. Right, Pierre.
1:52:46
Hey, Jason, how you doing?
1:52:48
Good, man.
1:52:50
All right, I just got a couple quick questions. Sure. Let's see. So, I have a scenario where I have a business that does have a Google Business Profile. So, I tried to put it in to their business details, and it's bringing everything else up but their business. So I have the link. They provided me a link to their Google Business Profile. I tried putting that in there, and I'm still not getting their you know the Google Business Profile information.
1:53:19
Okay. All right. Yeah, we we can. If you want to share your screen, we can take a look at that.
1:53:25
Yeah. Let's see. Yeah, let me share my screen first. Share. Can you? All right. Let me know if you can see my screen.
1:53:45
Yep, got it.
1:53:46
Okay. All right. Let's see. All right. Let me bring up that that Particular customer going to smart directory here. Sorry, stumble my iPad, so that's okay.
1:54:20
No worries.
1:54:25
All right. So business details. So it's H and H and K Heating and Air. So when I go down here, I put in H and K. Here and they're located, as you can see, in Auburn, Georgia. But there's no listing here for Auburn, Georgia. Here,
1:54:58
okay.
1:55:00
But like I said, I have a link to their Google Business profile.
1:55:03
Yeah, let's pull that up. Let's pull up their Google profile. H and K Heating and Air. Let
1:55:09
me grab the link real quick for a second. Oh,
1:55:20
I think I see it. I think I know why. Type in LLC. Alma LLC. What's the address? Oh no, there's no address showing up. Oh, that could be it too.
1:55:40
They have no address.
1:55:42
Yeah, the Google profile doesn't have an address.
1:55:45
Oh yes, okay.
1:55:48
I think that's probably what it is. But you could try it. So HNK Heating and Air spelled out, comma LLC. You could see if it pulls it up that way. Put the comma after air, so it's exactly if if
1:56:02
it doesn't have a Google business, if it doesn't have an address, it's not going to show up. Yeah, it's not
1:56:07
showing up. You can add Auburn to your search.
1:56:16
No, nothing. Nothing.
1:56:18
Okay.
1:56:20
Okay. Well, I'll I'll let the customer know there is no, it's not going up. So no address, no, it won't show up. All right, that's good to know.
1:56:33
Yeah, with these service area listings, like, um, if they can't, I mean? Do they have a physical office?
1:56:42
That I don't know.
1:56:44
Okay, if if they have a physical office, I'd tell them to change their their Google profile and just update it so that their address shows.
1:56:54
Okay.
1:56:55
Yeah.
1:56:57
Okay. I I work
1:56:58
with a lot of HVAC guys, and I Like, in all these types of service-based businesses, their Google profiles always do better if they have a public address.
1:57:11
Right. Okay. Yeah, I'll let them know and see what they say. Okay. All right. So then, my next one is So, so I've been doing what Tom, you know, talks about with the whole Facebook group thing or whatever, and then adding the business listing, and then adding the consumer. But of course, you know, I'm kind of high tech, so I let AI do all that stuff for me. I don't want to do all that stuff, so I just put in a spreadsheet, and AI does it. So my question is: Is there a way to automatically link the the business and the consumer together without going through the claim process?
1:57:54
Like a manual process? I don't think so.
1:57:58
So manual is that what you're asking? Man, I can go and I can create the consumer, and then I can go in and claim their business for them. I can do all that manually. Okay, my question is: Is there a way I can automatically do that, like adding a tag or changing the status or something like that, and then pointing to that business? Is there anything like that? I don't think there is, but I'm just asking to see.
1:58:19
I haven't seen anybody do it? No.
1:58:22
Okay. All right. So it's a manual process. Heard
1:58:23
of it? Yeah.
1:58:26
Okay. No problem. All right. So my next question is the business hours. So their business hours are 24 hours. So I can go in here and I can put in these start and end times, but it's kind of disingenuous because it does it kind of it can be confusing for somebody visiting the site. Where like in Google, it'll say just 24 hour business, 24/7. Yeah,
1:58:50
I know. Yeah. Um. When you put midnight, when you put 12 to 12, like what happens on the? That's what it's going to be.
1:59:02
Yeah, it's going to show 12 to 12 to 1159.
1:59:05
Okay, I was I was hoping maybe it wouldn't. I was hoping it would it would look a little different. Okay. Um. Yeah, there's no way around that.
1:59:16
Yeah, we probably need like a like a check. I would
1:59:18
say pure. Yeah, pop that. Pop that into the candy board. Pop in like a. We all we need is a little 24 hour toggle,
1:59:25
right?
1:59:26
Right there, where you can just for any day of the week, you can just toggle it to 24 hours.
1:59:32
Okay,
1:59:33
that's what we need right there. Yeah.
1:59:34
Yep. Yep. All right. I'll put that in the candy board for sure. All right, and then my my last question is. I know last week I got disconnected, and we're talking about that nurture unclaimed process that was happening in the voice AI. Did you guys take a look at that at all?
1:59:52
Remind me. I I know we talked about it. I just don't I I don't remember the specifics.
1:59:58
So I so somebody had. I want to say somebody. So I created a listing for somebody, or I think they went in and created the listing, and then it asked them to claim it, and it did a voice call or whatever. And then from the voice call, so they it did a voice call even though they had already claimed the listing, and it put them in this unclaimed nurturing workflow, which is a neat computation AI process. So somehow it put it in there, and we don't know how it got there, how it got to that point, because it was already playing.
2:00:31
I think, I think, yeah. This, this is real similar to what we were just talking about. We've got to maybe maybe we need to update something here because Rachika, do you remember this conversation? Because so if if the if the claimed tag is only applied during outbound voice AI calling, and not applied any other time, then technically somebody could claim a business, and then the outbound voice AI could trigger off and could call the same business that's already been claimed because the tag never got added because the tag only gets added when voice AI claims
2:01:23
it. Yes, it was. See the
2:01:25
problem.
2:01:26
Oh,
2:01:28
during the last week call.
2:01:30
What's that? Say it again, Ruchika.
2:01:32
I said this was the same question during the last week call. Yes,
2:01:36
right. So I think that's the issue here because that's what we were just talking about with somebody else just a second ago, was that tag system. So maybe we need to reevaluate this tag system because that's a use case that I never thought of, where we probably need some sort of an automated tag every single time, so that the system reads that, and then they can they can't drop into the automation if that tag exists. So whether it's a manual, I guess the manual like you'll have to be responsible for it. But if they go in and they claim their own Business, then we should be able to automatically add the tag. Then it's just like if you were on the phone with them and you were doing it, you'd have to manually do
2:02:33
it. Where is that claim status at anyway? Is it is it here on the business?
2:02:38
It's a tag, isn't it? Just a tag, Rachika, that we use in in high level. Just a standard.
2:02:44
Oh, so without the so
2:02:47
here, I thought we were doing the. I thought we were doing this as a tag.
2:02:50
No, no. What I'm what I'm saying is what I'm saying is that the voice AI is adding the tag. So now the voice AI knows that's
2:02:57
right.
2:02:57
All, but
2:02:58
that's right.
2:02:59
It's getting in the field here. So what I'm going to do, I'm creating automation that says if this is filled in, add the tag. Yep,
2:03:04
add the tag. Yep, that's that's the simple fix. Yep, you got it, man. That's perfect. Yep, yeah, that that'll protect you against that outbound calling, so that yeah, that there's no way they can drop in. So that's what happened because it didn't have that tag. Automation, the the voice AI just did it. Yeah, they just they didn't it didn't recognize that.
2:03:26
Okay, okay. All right. That that that's the fix for it. Okay. Yeah. All right. That's just the workflow that could be added. You know, to the to the snapshot. So.
2:03:37
Yeah, Rachika, we we should we should create something and talk to Cameron about this. I feel like this this should be brought up because we should just have that as like an automatic tag or an automatic automation that just adds that.
2:03:57
Okay. All right, all right. Well, those
2:04:02
AI won't trigger stuff. Okay, cool. I appreciate that, Pierre. That was good. We'll make sure that we we get with the team on this.
2:04:12
Okay, all right, all right. Well, thanks, guys. I appreciate it.
2:04:16
Yep, no worries. Hang on, guys. Just one second. Just making a note, real quick. Okay. Cool. Awesome. All right. Who do we have next? Brad.
2:04:53
Hey, Jason. Quick question. This is going to be probably simple. I don't know why I can't find it. I'm looking for the. Location where I put my API keys in. I don't know why I cannot find it for the life of me. Oh, that is. Let me just pull it up on my side real quick for you.
2:05:16
It's just under settings. Yeah, settings integrations. So don't share your screen because we don't want to expose your API keys. But yeah, you'll just go into SDAI, you'll click on settings across the top, then you'll click on integrations. That's where you'll enter, you'll connect your Stripe account and you'll enter your Google Maps API keys there.
2:05:38
So I keep going into there, but I don't see the same view. That's what I'm. I'm kind of frustrated with. I don't see the same view that you guys are showing me, and I don't have my API keys in, so you don't have to worry about that.
2:05:48
Oh, okay. Well, then, yeah, you want to share your screen? We can take a look.
2:05:52
Yeah. Actually, let's do this. Can you see it?
2:06:08
I think it's pulling up. There we go. Yep. So let's go into yeah. Go to SDAI. Let's go to SDAI. Here. Yep, go in there, and then you might have to scroll to the bottom of the page. Okay, go ahead and refresh this page. It's not showing up for some reason. There it is. Okay, so you see smart directory at the top there, top left.
2:07:03
Oh yeah, I haven't seen that the whole time. What was going on?
2:07:06
I don't know. Yeah, go ahead and click that.
2:07:08
Okay.
2:07:11
And then, yeah, if you don't see it, just refresh the page. Then you'll click on settings at the top there. There you go, and then integrations.
2:07:24
Got it. Okay, perfect. Yep. Right. Thanks. That's all I need. Yep.
2:07:30
Awesome. No worries, Brad. Yep. Right, Anthony. Hi.
2:07:37
Um, quick question from earlier. Um, sharing my screen.
2:07:59
Screen.
2:08:07
Okay. Are you able to see my screen?
2:08:09
Yep, got it.
2:08:10
I couldn't figure out how to add these two.
2:08:13
Click the three dots next to info dot. Yep, and then just hit set set headers. Right there.
2:08:22
Okay. And then you said, like I
2:08:24
told you before, just make sure that that info.is in the email, so you can put anything in front of the at symbol you want.
2:08:33
Oh, you mean like?
2:08:36
Yep. At and then info dot and then the yeah exactly.
2:08:39
Okay, cool.
2:08:40
That's the way it needs to be. Yep.
2:08:43
And then I just had one other quick question.
2:08:52
Something went wrong. Is it something misspelled or no? Is everything the same? It looks right. Okay. There we go.
2:09:07
Cool. One other quick question. Let me see if I can figure out the section. I'll actually come back to it because I don't want to search for it and take up time. I know you're in like two and a half hours, so thanks for helping me on the other one.
2:09:46
Yeah, of course, Anthony. Anytime, man. All right, guys. Any questions before we wrap up here? I know we're we're a little bit over, but I want to make sure I just get to everybody's. Questions before we end things. So, if anybody else has a question, yeah, Rachika, go ahead. I
2:10:06
saw a message from Billy that his hands were loading down every time. I'm not sure if he's still here.
2:10:18
Billy, he
2:10:20
said. Yes, yes. I cannot see his name now. Oh,
2:10:23
okay. Um, yeah, I'm not sure.
2:10:29
Left. Yes.
2:10:31
He left. Okay. Shoot. Um. Do we have his email address? Does he have an account directly inside of SDAI, maybe we can. If he does, maybe we could just reach out to him and see if he what he needs.
2:10:49
Yes, I'm just checking.
2:10:51
Yeah, I was going to check too. See.
2:11:09
Yes, we have one, but I'm not sure if he's the same. But I can just send him. Yeah, I would just
2:11:19
ping you just ping him. Yes, and. And yeah, just let him know we're sorry. I did see somebody pop up for a second, and yeah, I'm not sure what was going on. Yeah, let's reach out to him. Let's let's figure out what issues he's got so we can help them. Okay, cool. Yeah, Anthony.
2:11:47
Real quick question, I because I don't know if I previously set this up or not, but if I go to Smart Directory tab, click on Integrations, right underneath Stripe integration, where it says Google Map API key website restricted and IP restricted, if there's data in there, does that mean that I had already set it up? I didn't know if it already if it comes like pre-populated, like as an example, and then I need to set it up. I couldn't remember if I had done it or not, and I didn't know. No,
2:12:19
yeah, yeah. If you go to settings. You go to integrations, and inside those those boxes, if there's already something there in the Google Maps API key boxes, then yeah, then those are your API keys. It does not come pre-populated. No.
2:12:31
Okay. Thank you.
2:12:32
Yep. Yep. No problem. Kier, did you have another question?
2:12:38
Yeah, my question is, which tag is it to add to that workflow? There's two here. One's called claim completed and claim in progress. I'm guessing it's claim completed, or is it something different? What does the in there is my question?
2:12:56
Probably claim complete completed. Is that the right one? Is that what the voice AI uses, Rachika? Do you know? I'm guessing it's the claim completed.
2:13:06
For which one, Jason?
2:13:08
So when voice AI reaches out to assist a business in claiming a listing, the tag that gets added at the end is it the he Pierre is saying that there's two tags. There's a claim. What is it? Claim in progress? Is that what you said?
2:13:23
Yeah, claim in progress and claim completed.
2:13:26
Claim completed,
2:13:30
or is it something totally different?
2:13:34
Let me check.
2:13:36
Guessing it's the completed, but yeah, let's let's take a look and make sure here for you.
2:13:57
This is just claimed. It's not claim completed or in progress.
2:14:05
There's no tag here for that.
2:14:08
Where did you find that? Is that inside of the agent?
2:14:12
No, I defined inside agent. So I'm looking at the tags to add to a contact, and those are the two that I have.
2:14:23
At completed. Okay, okay. It is when when AI is completing the claim. Yep. So that is claim completed.
2:14:32
Okay. Okay.
2:14:33
Yep.
2:14:34
Yes.
2:14:36
That's all I needed. Thank you.
2:14:39
Cool. Fantastic! All right, guys. Anybody else before we wrap up? All right, I think we'll go ahead and call it here. Cool. All right. Well, thank you guys very much. Thanks for showing up. This is the SDAI call. We do these every Tuesday for about a couple hours. Sometimes we go over, but the goal here is get you guys the help you need. Make sure that we work through any issues, capture any bugs. You guys know the drill. We just want to get you guys the help that you need in between now and next Tuesday when we do these calls. If you guys still have questions, you've heard it mentioned a couple times on this call, but we've got a great support desk. Rachika is a huge part of that. She's fantastic. So please take advantage of that support desk. I'll go ahead and drop a link in the chat right now for support. If you guys follow this link, there's a form on that page, so it's real simple. Just go there, pop in your question, any issue you're facing, hit submit. That gets sent right to the team, and we'll go ahead and create a ticket for it, and then we'll get back to you. So that's going to be the fastest way to get support in between now and next Tuesday. But if you do need more detailed support, again, that's what these calls are here for. We're here to answer all your questions. That's why we don't cut these calls short. We try and stay stick around until everybody's questions have been answered, but anyway, we we're glad you guys are here. We appreciate each and every one of you. We hope you have a fantastic week ahead. Make it a productive one, and we'll see you guys all next week, next Tuesday. Take care, everybody.
