Awesome. All right, welcome everybody. This is the SDAI call. Looks like we got some familiar faces, which is cool. Got some new people. Love it. Bottom of the Google Meet window. Just go ahead and click that hand icon. Looks like we've got a couple of people in line. We've got questions. Go ahead and click that. We'll get we'll get to you guys ASAP. I'm not going to waste any more time. I'm going to jump right in, Jillian. It looks like you're the first up, so go ahead and unmute.
Speaker 1 0:30
Hi, thank you. I have an issue with setting up a contract contact correctly from the purchase page. It's not showing the name of the person that purchased from the purchase page. Would you like me to show you? Sure.
Jason 0:50
Yeah. Yeah. Let's take a look.
Speaker 1 1:06
Okay, so down here you'll see this was me on August 27.
Jason 1:14
Okay,
Speaker 1 1:15
and I went from my purchase Page get listed. Hello. Yeah. So this page, if someone comes to my site and just wants to sign up, like I was going to use this page for a webinar and just have people go ahead and sign up. So I did this, did the buy now, and then when I checked my contacts later, this is all I got. Question marks. Well, look at the one here. Question mark, and then just the email I signed up with. It didn't show who I was that purchased the premium plan, and these other three are my staff, and I don't know why they showed up here also. So that's a whole different problem, but I'm just a little concerned. If I get people signing up from that page, their name doesn't show their phone. Nothing shows for me to know who they are. If they didn't use a business email, I'm in trouble. Hmm.
Jason 2:46
Okay. Yeah, I'm just trying to remember the process. I'm just thinking through it real quick. Sorry, Jillian. I know that all that data will be available to you inside your Stripe account. Obviously, if you if you got Stripe connected, all of the purchase history is going to show up there. Names, emails, everything will show up there. I think the reason, Rachika, correct me if I'm wrong, but the reason it's not showing here is just because all they've done is purchase, but they haven't linked it to an actual business listing yet is that correct?
Speaker 1 3:23
Yes. Okay.
Jason 3:24
So once they once they go ahead and link it to a business listing, then that will show up in the. I'm trying to remember here that that's going to be. Can you click on Can you click on your email there? Does it say consumer next to it? I can't see because the oh
Speaker 1 3:47
yeah it does
Jason 3:48
meet window. Okay, that's what it is then. Okay, so yeah, so it shows consumer. But Rachika, shouldn't their first and last name show up under consumer, then
Speaker 2 4:02
it it should like I'm not able to think why it's not there should be showing the first name and last name
Jason 4:15
right yeah
Speaker 1 4:19
and then why did it also include my entire staff for no reason? One
Speaker 2 4:27
out of that is from us. Help at smart directory.ai. So that is from us.
Speaker 1 4:33
Yeah, the other three are my they're they're my staff. See, yeah, and for no reason, they showed up in my contacts at the exact same second that my purchase did.
Speaker 2 4:49
I think it is because every time there is any activity inside of the account, so the users also get a kind of notifications. No, the admin gets the notification. So I think it is due to that. Oh, so this might just be showing notification. Yeah, maybe a kind of notification was sent to these. Okay. Yeah, the way
Jason 5:14
the way that it works, Jillian, is that as soon as a notification gets sent out, if a contact doesn't exist for that person, then a contact gets created at the same time that the notification gets sent. So that's why here, like I guarantee, if you click on any one of your staff, if you just click on that one of those contacts, there's probably a history of an email that got sent to that contact. Yeah, there it is. There's the there's the email. So that's what happened. That email got sent, and at the same, once it got sent, a contact was created at the same time.
Speaker 1 6:00
So what did what did I get? Okay, so this is what my buyer will get. So it's a two step process. Then hopefully they get this email and they log in. Is that what they're supposed to do? And that will create an account.
Jason 6:26
Yeah, they'll log in. That once they log in, then they'll be able to claim their listing.
Speaker 1 6:33
It takes you to the claim listing page.
Jason 6:40
Yeah, but you might depending if you may be logged in as the admin right now, so it may not work. You'll have to do the easiest way to do it is in a new browser window, either in incognito or you know set up log into Chrome using a different user account and then try it there because then then you can jump between you can jump between an admin view and the user view real easily if you do it that way.
Speaker 1 7:10
Okay, I'll try that. Thank you.
Jason 7:13
Yeah, no problem. Alex, looks like you're up.
Speaker 3 7:17
You know what? I'm just gonna pass this time. I'll come back a little later today, later in the session. I need to verify something first.
Jason 7:28
Okay. Yeah. No problem.
Speaker 3 7:29
Thanks, Tim.
Speaker 4 7:36
Yep. I'm here, and guess I get jumped to the top. My question was that there's a there's a product I just saw called Ballotly. It's called like a best of product for local towns and whatever. And I wanted to know the best way you thought of for creating that. Would it be a like a leads page or or a funnel page that I could have them vote on the you know the five best pizzerias like a drop down box or something like that. I I don't want to subscribe to another tool and I wanted to create my own best of situation. Just wanted to know your thoughts on that, Jason, or anybody else thoughts on that.
Jason 8:23
Yeah, I'd say that would be that that'd be a good way to do it. You know, you can, um, you know, create just a simple survey if you wanted to, even right using high level, and then just drop that survey directly onto a page, one of those funnel pages, and then have that show up, and then if you want to drive traffic, obviously it's going to have a unique URL, so you could drive traffic to it and start to run that survey. But yeah, certainly, yeah, that that's an easy way to do it. AI Studio would be another way, like you could create kind of a unique, you know, little voting best of whatever you know, like widget, and essentially just do the same thing. You just copy the code, like AI Studio allow you to create a little widget that you could copy the code and just paste it onto embed it onto the page, just like you would the native form or survey builder inside High Level. So yeah, there's multiple ways that you could do it, but yeah, that that sounds like the best way.
Speaker 4 9:23
Now, if I don't have, I'm working straight from SDAI, so if I don't have Go High Level, but I can run a funnel page, but I can't. How do I embed that funnel page, or can I embed that funnel page into one of the pages on the SDAI site.
Jason 9:43
Yeah, as long as you use the the smart directory AI funnel, you know how we have that funnel with the privacy. Yeah, just add a new step in that funnel, and then it'll show, and then you can get it to show up in the menu. So you'll go to your menu builder, and you'll be able to select it, and. Add it to the menu.
Speaker 4 10:02
Gotcha.
Jason 10:03
Yeah. So just create as long as it's as long as you create create it in that funnel, then it'll be available to you in the menu builder, and you can add it. You can add that page so people can access it. And then yeah, I would just use like I said the the survey builder inside High Level on that page, and you should be good to go.
Speaker 4 10:23
Yeah, that's that's my next idea. So thanks. Just wanted to straighten that out. Yeah. Oh,
Jason 10:31
it sounds like a great idea. I love it.
Speaker 4 10:33
Yeah, I think that that is a powerful tool. But they wanted 60 bucks a month for it, so I think we can build this on here. The best of thing is a great idea for the community sites.
Jason 10:44
Yeah, no, definitely, I love it, and that just gives you another idea. To I don't know if anybody here is. Yeah, you could reach out and you know once once you kind of tally all the votes, reach out via email. I don't know if anybody here has started like their own Facebook group, local city Facebook group. That's another great way. I know that we teach, you know, reaching out to local Facebook groups. But I always say the best thing, the the better way to do it is actually own the Facebook group yourself. Like start your own city group. That way, you're the admin. You're in control. You can post anything you want, and that's a great way, you know, to promote. That's just another thing that you can promote the best of, and that could be in any industry, and you could use that that Facebook group to promote it as well.
Speaker 4 11:36
Yeah, that that was my idea to reach out to the you know five pizzerias and then have them go to next door or wherever else, and say, "Hey, go vote for me at the, you know, at the the local town site.
Speaker 5 11:50
Yeah, that sounds awesome.
Speaker 4 11:51
They're pushing it out to everybody, but yeah, so just got to build that through the funnel, and then put it in through the funnel. But thank you, thanks. Yeah,
Jason 12:00
no problem. Yeah, keep us posted on that.
Speaker 4 12:02
Will do.
Jason 12:04
All right, Paul.
Speaker 5 12:06
Hi, can you hear me?
Jason 12:08
Yeah, I can hear you just fine. Oh, cool.
Speaker 5 12:14
Can I share my screen?
Jason 12:15
Of course. Yeah.
Speaker 5 12:17
I have. want to make sure I'm sharing the right screen. I finally have wrapped up all of my other projects and everything, and I'm going to get very serious about Smart Directory and the new way that you guys are providing leads is so superior to the leads that I already have in here. I think I want to delete them all and start over again. So how do I do that? It's really simple.
Jason 13:00
Obviously, you're in the contact screen inside a high level. It's you can click the that top box there on the left hand side, underneath filters. So you can do you see the the table, right? Yep.
Speaker 5 13:19
Yeah.
Jason 13:20
So inside the table, there's that that little square right above filter, or I'm sorry, right below filters. Sorry.
Speaker 5 13:28
Oh, right here. Oh, okay. Right there.
Jason 13:30
There you go. And then next, see how it says 20 contacts selected.
Speaker 5 13:34
Yes. Yes. Okay.
Jason 13:36
Yep. Select all 551, and then you've got a delete button over there on the right hand side, and you can go ahead and delete everybody out of there. Yep,
Speaker 5 13:48
perfect. That's how you'll
Jason 13:49
go ahead and remove everybody, and then yeah, you can certainly use the new lead tool. Have you played around with the new lead tool at all?
Speaker 5 13:56
Yes.
Jason 13:57
Okay, cool. Yeah, especially the enrichment, it's pretty good, and it's nice that everything's now baked right in. And yeah, you can just pull those leads at any time, you know, during the month, and every month that your credits just reset.
Speaker 5 14:15
Yes, yes.
Speaker 4 14:17
Hey, Jason, for for Paul, didn't Tom say Paul could re scrub the leads that are in there already? One less charge or or or whatever to then re going to get them. He could scrub what's in there,
Jason 14:37
right? Depending on what you want to. I mean, I I don't know if these are the types of businesses that you want, Paul, or not?
Speaker 5 14:45
They actually are.
Jason 14:48
Yeah, go ahead.
Speaker 5 14:50
Well, I did 100 last month, which was yesterday, and now I have another 100 this month. But so if there's 551 in here. Would I have to upgrade?
Jason 15:05
Say that one more time. So there's what what plan are you on with with? I'm on the
Speaker 5 15:12
smallest, the basic plan right now, the small guy.
Jason 15:16
Okay, I think that's just
Speaker 6 15:17
the number of leads you can do, right? The system can hold as many contacts as you put in there.
Jason 15:22
Correct. Yes. Yeah. So the the plan, it's I believe 100 leads, 250, and 500 leads. I believe is that isn't that right,
Speaker 5 15:32
Rachika?
Jason 15:33
Those are the three. Sorry, what was it,
Speaker 2 15:36
Jason?
Jason 15:38
I was just say just confirming that the lead plan, it's 100, 250, and 500 for the three different lead plans that we have. I'm pretty sure that's what it is. Yeah, 100. Yeah. So, yeah, it's all based on credits. So, yeah, if you delete those 500 right now, yeah, you don't get another 500 leads. I think that was the question, correct, Paul?
Speaker 5 16:06
No, if I was to enhance these with your guys' system, I could only do 100 a month on my plan, right?
Jason 16:14
Oh, I see where you're saying. Trying to enhance those 500, yes, because it will use the credit if you use.
Speaker 5 16:20
I'm going to start over.
Speaker 7 16:22
Yeah.
Speaker 5 16:24
Okay, I I know what to do.
Jason 16:26
Cool.
Speaker 5 16:27
Can I do? Sorry. Go ahead.
Jason 16:33
Yes, Ruchika.
Speaker 2 16:34
Yeah, I was just confirming. Like, for the lowest plan, we have like 100 leads a month.
Speaker 3 16:41
Right.
Jason 16:42
Correct.
Speaker 1 16:43
Yeah.
Speaker 5 16:45
Can I do a general couple of general go high level questions?
Jason 16:50
Of course.
Speaker 5 16:53
Okay. Let me stop sharing this screen and present another. I have this form set up and it has my logo, but when I look at it on the website, it's not there. There's just like a placeholder there where my logo is.
Jason 17:26
Oh, down there at the bottom.
Speaker 5 17:27
Yeah, at the bottom here. Oh, yeah.
Jason 17:29
Okay.
Speaker 5 17:30
Very bottom. I mean, I could show you my website, but when I bring up this form on my website, there's nothing there. It's a placeholder.
Jason 17:40
Can you just click on that for me? Click on that logo. Oh, I see. This is the so if you click on the
Speaker 5 17:50
we're in Go High Level right now.
Jason 17:52
Yeah. So if you click on the filter or not the filter the settings in the top right. So it's pulling it from yeah. It's pulling it from. I think your overall settings. That's the scroll down for me. It's under maybe it's under advanced. Can you click on advanced? Scroll down. Label import. No, that's not it. Hang on, let me just jump into mine real quick. Find it real quick for you.
Speaker 8 18:30
Formst. Where is that?
Jason 18:57
Sorry, Paul. I'm just bouncing around, just trying to find
Speaker 5 19:00
this For you, I'm gonna make sure label. It
Jason 19:04
is there. It is. It's under miscellaneous. It's under styles, miscellaneous. So styles, and then miscellaneous agency branding. That's it. So it's so where it's pulling it from is where you uploaded your logo.
Speaker 5 19:20
Ah, okay.
Jason 19:21
So what we need to do is is see what type of file that is, and it may just be the file type. I'm not sure, but I'd like to see a preview of this form. Can you go ahead and just click the preview button, and let's just make sure that it's not showing. Is that opening up a new tab? I can't see it if it
Speaker 5 19:44
is. Oh, yeah, it did. I guess I have to. Yeah, and that's what I see on my okay, right? So,
Jason 20:04
okay, got it. So there's some so there's some sort of a break in that file. So again, it's pulling it from the agency settings. So I would go and look at that file and see what's wrong with that file. Maybe re-upload. I don't know if it's a PNG or a JPEG, whatever your location. Okay, I can do
Speaker 3 20:24
that.
Jason 20:25
Yep.
Speaker 5 20:25
Okay. I do. Do you have time for another?
Jason 20:30
Yeah. What else do you got?
Speaker 5 20:37
I was actually on Go High Level support with this issue, and they couldn't figure it out. And they were supposed to get back to me, and never did. Let me share this page. Sorry, I can't change the color of these buttons. I hate that color.
Jason 21:06
That's inside. It's because these they have custom CSS associated with them. So the easy thing to do here is just add a new button and delete the old one, rather than trying to search through the custom code. But if you want to find it, if you really want to search, it's going to be under the code section. So up at the top there. If you go under, no, on the far left. Sorry, I wish I had my pointer. Well, I
Speaker 5 21:38
didn't put custom code in there. The
Jason 21:40
next one, it's the next one over. Actually, should be there. Yeah, it's right in here. So, it's the they're using CSS to do that custom color, and it's it's somewhere in here. So the easiest thing to do is just delete the button and just add a new button.
Speaker 5 21:58
Okay,
Jason 21:59
that way you can change the color using the UI of the builder.
Speaker 5 22:05
Okay, I'll try that.
Speaker 7 22:07
Yep,
Speaker 5 22:08
I understand why Go High Level couldn't figure that out, but I guess I got to ask the smart people. Cool. When I look at the phone view here, I can see the hamburger menu, but on my own iPhone, it doesn't show up. And how do I know if that's with happening to other people too?
Jason 22:40
You mean you you don't see any icon whatsoever?
Speaker 5 22:43
No. Okay. There's no hamburger menu at all on my. It could be just
Jason 22:47
a. It could just be a coloring issue. Could be a spacing issue. So I would just select that. I would try playing around with the color. I could see obviously there's a white background with a black hamburger menu. I would try just kind of playing around with that. Sometimes this this looks like a template that you received. Probably is that correct from somewhere? Was this part of a snapshot or something you downloaded? Or no,
Speaker 5 23:12
it was it was one of the Go High Level ones.
Jason 23:16
Right. Okay. So a lot of times with some of these templates, they were built, you know, several months ago. Some of them are, you know, a couple years old or several years old. There's been a lot of updates, so sometimes it just requires you kind of playing around with it. Sometimes you just delete the menu, re-add a menu, and then all of a sudden things work. So it, you just kind of have to play around with it. But I would test either messing with the color, deleting it entirely, and then adding it back in. It's not when you delete a menu inside the builder like that. It's not deleting any pages. You're literally just deleting an element, meaning like the navigation element itself. It's not going to delete any pages. So just delete, hitting that little trash can icon and then adding it back in, and then uploading your logo again-it's not going to change anything. It's like you're not going to lose any pages. So that's what I would test.
Speaker 5 24:11
Okay, and this is my one more thing. I have been writing articles for my blog that I have on this site, and I put schema in there because I optimized for GEO, AEO, and SEO, and my schema optimizes for that.
Jason 24:45
Sure,
Speaker 5 24:46
and I've done maybe a dozen or 14 articles on this one, and about 20 articles on another site that I run, and up until two days ago. Google found all my schema and my ham, my optimizations and all of that stuff. But now all of a sudden they're not. And seems like something changed in Go High Level. I mean, the schema is exactly the same. I examined it multiple, multiple times. I just don't understand why it's not functioning properly anymore. It's not finding the breadcrumbs anymore, and it hasn't.
Jason 25:31
Nothing's been deleted. You've checked all the pages. The schema checks all the
Speaker 5 25:35
pages. Everything. It's just the last two days, yesterday and today, right, right. On both of the sites that I'm running, it won't find this stuff. But all my older stuff, um, it finds
Jason 25:55
it. Have you tried just removing the schema and then adding it back in?
Speaker 5 26:00
I have.
Jason 26:00
Okay. Do you use the you use the Google extension built with? Do you ever use that extension?
Speaker 5 26:10
I haven't.
Jason 26:13
Okay. But why would
Speaker 5 26:14
it change all of a sudden? I mean, I've done 40 of them, and it's no. What worked?
Jason 26:20
What what I'm trying to do is just just make sure that it's being recognized by the browser. That's what that's why I recommended that extension to make sure that it's showing up. I don't know what it is, and we probably don't have enough time to kind of troubleshoot this right now. But I would say deleting it, adding it back in, I would test the built with extension. I would see if it's showing up there. If you get, if you're able to see that the schema is actually installed, do you ever go to schema.org? Have you ever schema? Okay, so and you've tested all the pages on schema.org as well. I tested them
Speaker 5 27:02
in the past so that I knew my formula for writing the schema was working, and my formula hasn't changed. But I'll try deleting it and adding it. I don't, not sure what that's going to do. And then I would, I would
Jason 27:13
go back to because it. I don't know. Again, it's like sometimes there's these little tiny issues that pop up with high level, and some sometimes it's as simple as fixing just by removing and re-adding is what fixes things. So I would test that, and I would definitely go back to schema.org, drop in all those pages, and make sure that it's actually visible.
Speaker 5 27:35
Okay,
Jason 27:36
right, and then if you're still having issues, if if Search Console can't read it, then I would probably I'd probably submit a support ticket with High Level.
Speaker 5 27:47
Okay,
Jason 27:48
okay,
Speaker 5 27:49
I'm done. Thank you. Awesome.
Jason 27:50
Yeah, no problem, Paul. Happy to help. Alan, looks like you're up next. Hi,
Speaker 9 27:56
Jason.
Dorn 27:57
Hey,
Speaker 9 27:58
thanks for taking the time to answer all our questions.
Speaker 5 28:03
Of course,
Speaker 9 28:04
three questions for you. Can I share my screen to make it? Okay, so crunch our entire screen. Where is this one? So first of all, I have an issue with one of the customers that is having the free that I gave them a free premium plan, and they said they claim the business, and she said that I'm trying to log in, but I don't know the password. So I've requested a new password, and it says that doesn't know the email, and she's tried to create another account with the email, and it says that the email has been set it up, and this is what she gave it to me. Like this is her business email, and it says that the email already exists. But when she's trying to resetting the password, it says that the email doesn't exist.
Jason 28:56
Can we just double check? Can we go back? Can we log into the back end of your high level, and just
Speaker 9 29:02
yes, sir.
Jason 29:03
Make sure that's in there.
Speaker 9 29:04
Okay, let me let me finish with this question because then it will take some time to put this back on. I've tried to use the leads, the new leads option. I have followed everything that is on the help.
Jason 29:19
Okay, and
Speaker 9 29:20
I have enriched all the leads, and after that, I have verified all the emails. And out of the things that I've tested, I have only 21 that I want to use to create listings with because I don't have the phone number, so I only import the one that having the email. And when I press the creating listing button, it's saying the the exact selected load could not be matched on the enriched results. Nothing has been pushed or expanded.
Jason 29:50
Okay. Have you submitted a ticket for this exact thing? I haven't. No, because it happened like many
Speaker 9 29:56
minutes ago, and I saw that it's going to start the call. So. Okay, so
Jason 30:00
yeah, the leads function is a pretty new thing for us. So I would definitely any type of errors that you're receiving like that, if you could just shoot a very quick Loom video or screen recording, as well as maybe just a couple of screenshots with that exact error, and get that into our support desk. They're prioritizing all tickets right now related to this, just because this is a brand new feature that we just released. So I would I would do that immediately. I it's obviously it's it's some sort of an error that probably tied to pairing. So the way that the the the way that the database works is that the leads the the way that we verify what package you're on is you have to enter your email address. I don't know if yet you did that when you first logged onto the lead screen. You had to punch in your email address. What it does is it has to find the account that you're associated with. But there are some. We've seen a couple of little bugs that have popped up in that process. This might be one of them. I'm not entirely sure, but I would definitely just film a quick little video if you can, and just submit that in the support.
Speaker 9 31:14
Okay, get me. I'll do that after the call. Yep, and let me show you the business that this girl is saying about rainbow stuff. Okay. Okay. So there's that. So there's the business. Yes.
Jason 31:28
And then under consumer, can we go to consumers? Have we? Do you have anybody in here that's waiting? Go ahead and click on consumers at the top there.
Speaker 9 31:40
So she's heading. The account owner is
Jason 31:44
that's her. Okay. So and she already claimed, and you already.
Speaker 9 31:49
Yes, she claimed it, and she said that she said the password. I think it's under the.
Jason 31:59
Okay, if you go to her contact, go ahead. There she is, right there at the top. Be a farmer.
Speaker 9 32:07
So basically, there's two of them actually.
Jason 32:09
Two of them.
Speaker 9 32:10
One with the phone number and one with the email. But this is her personal email, and she's trying to reset the password with her business email that she claimed the business from, and I think there's two contacts because she.
Jason 32:27
Okay, that's what it is then, is because her consumer account, that is, her consumer account that's tied to her business listing, is using that email. Is using that personal. That's her personal email, right? So, and then she's trying to reset a password using her business email, which doesn't have an account. See what I'm saying? So the so the consumer account is what's tied to her business. The business listing has an email address on it, but it doesn't have an account. The consumer has the account and is able to log in.
Speaker 9 33:08
Okay,
Jason 33:09
so she needs to reset the password. She'd reset the password to her personal email, or if you just go into the contact section, if you just go back to her contact And click on her name right there, and then on the left-hand side, once it loads, go down to additional info. Oh, general info. Additional info. Scroll down. Keep going. Keep going. Right there. There's her password. Oh, really? The system automatically stores her password. But remember, it's not using her business email. It's using the personal email. So when she goes to log in, she uses her personal email, and that's her password. If she uses that password, then she'll be able to get in.
Speaker 9 33:56
Okay, got you. But when she's trying to create a new account with the business email, why it says that the business email the an account is created already with that business email
Jason 34:07
because she already has a listing right okay doesn't she already have a listing with yes
Speaker 9 34:12
she she's having yeah it's actually the premium one so it's basically this one here
Jason 34:17
right so and she's already claimed it
Speaker 9 34:20
She did.
Jason 34:22
Okay, so there, there's. I mean, I guess technically she could, she could create a consumer account for that business. And what our system does is it just adds like a plus consumer to her business email. But she's already got her personal email in here, and that's already connected to the business profile, so she doesn't need to do that. Does that make sense?
Speaker 9 34:49
Okay, gotcha. Yes, yes.
Jason 34:51
So if she just if if she just logs in using her personal email and that password that I just showed you, she'll be able to make any edits. This business profile.
Speaker 9 35:02
Okay. Okay. Sure. Gotcha. And the third question, not related with the N and Tribe system, it's if you have any idea, how can I buy a phone number from UK if my business company is registered in US because they are asking for UK the some weird stuff. Let me see.
Jason 35:25
Yeah, settings. So the
Speaker 9 35:28
UK, they are asking for a verification bundle, regulatory bundle, something like that.
Jason 35:33
Right. Yeah, all phone numbers in the UK. I think Australia, a few other. I think Canada does that as well? It's a regulatory bundle. Essentially, what they want to do is they want to prove that you have a physical address in that country. And so, yeah, if you want to purchase a phone number in one of those countries through the high-level system, there's no way around it. You'll you'll have to do that if you want to use this system.
Speaker 9 35:58
And yeah, but they ask for an address from UK, which is difficult, and my company in US is also on a virtual virtual PO, and they say they don't accept virtual PO.
Jason 36:12
Right. Do you do you have a physical address in the UK? Do you have
Speaker 9 36:16
one? No, not anymore.
Jason 36:18
Okay. Is do you have any friends or family members that you can use their address? It's simply just to it. It's there's nothing going to be posted online. It's literally just to verify that you have a physical address there in that country.
Speaker 9 36:36
So they ask like for a bill on my name from that address.
Jason 36:41
I, you know, it's been a long time since I've done a regulatory bundle, so I don't remember if they ask for a bill or not. I, I really don't remember, Alan. Honestly, I, you, I would just, but if you have some, if you know somebody that you could use their address, I would just test it on that. I would go through the process and try it. If not, then the the only other thing that you could do would be a like a virtual office in the UK, like a mailing address or something in the UK, and pay for that. But I would I would probably try friends or family first.
Speaker 9 37:20
Gotcha. If
Jason 37:20
you can, yeah.
Speaker 9 37:21
Amazing. Thank you very much. Yeah,
Jason 37:23
no problem. No problem.
Speaker 6 37:25
Jason, I got a question regarding his listing that he was showing. Why is it to have both that one contact? Why does it have consumer on both lines? Shouldn't it have one consumer, one business tag? It looked like he had consumer tag on both.
Jason 37:45
I think because she had tried to, what Alan was saying is that she was she had tried a couple of times to log in, and she probably tried a different email. What what was going on was that she had created a consumer account using her personal email. She then claimed her business using that personal email. He accepted it, so now her business listing is associated with that consumer account. The problem that Alan was describing is that then she was trying to log into the system using her business email. The business email wasn't associated with the consumer account. The consumer account was set up with her personal email, and that's what was tied to the business after she claimed it. Right, the business did have an email address in there, but it wasn't used to set up any account. Does that make sense?
Speaker 6 38:44
Yeah, kind of. I I guess I've just wondered what doesn't she still need a business tag, or she business at all? She's just a business.
Jason 38:53
No, the the the business listing has a business tag. It's on it's it's on the website. It's live. Yeah, the listing
Speaker 6 39:01
is live, but the consumer
Jason 39:03
the consumer account only has a consumer tag. It does the the consumer account doesn't have a business tag on it.
Speaker 6 39:11
Okay,
Speaker 10 39:12
yeah.
Jason 39:15
All right, Brenda.
Speaker 11 39:17
Great, thank you so much. The issue that I'm having with my directory is that when I click on the menu for any service, it says no business found.
Jason 39:32
Okay, yeah, that sounds that's pretty common. It's mainly I'm I'm sure it's just a menu issue, making sure that your listing labels are correct, and that those listing labels have been applied to the actual business listings themselves, and that they are connected to your menu, your navigation menu. That's that's usually what it is every single time. Have you gone through the menu section inside the training?
Speaker 11 39:58
Yes. I have, but maybe I can go through it again.
Jason 40:04
Yeah, we can take a look if you want to share your screen. I'm happy to take a look.
Speaker 11 40:07
Okay, but
Jason 40:08
I'm sure that's what it is. That's, I would say, 99 of the time, that's usually what it is. All right. So you want to pull up? Can we go into the back end? That way we can take a look at your settings. What I'm doing? I'm dropping a link to the section of the training, adding listing labels to the menu. So let's go to businesses across the top.
Speaker 11 41:16
Am I like doing something wrong? Because yeah, just put.
Jason 41:21
Can you click on businesses for me?
Speaker 11 41:24
Yeah, I'm clicking. Yeah, for some. Okay, let me just try something else. Find that one. Okay. Hmm. Yeah, I don't know. For some reason, it's not. Can you see my screen?
Jason 42:32
Yeah, I can see it. We all I can see though is the the dashboard. I don't see Smart Directory. Are you able to get into Smart Directory at all?
Speaker 11 42:49
Yeah. Let me try again. Share this type of thing.
Jason 43:03
There we go. Okay, all right. Okay, so let's take that first listing right there. So Wellness Med Spa, right? We can see it's got a listing label called Spas and Day Spas, right? Yes. Now what we need to do is make sure that that listing label has been applied to the actual menu itself. Does that make sense? Have you? Yeah. Okay. So what you'll do now is inside Smart Directory, let's go ahead and click on what is it under branding. And then that'll bring us right into the menu builder. You see the menu builder right there at the top. Yeah. There you go, number four. There you go. Perfect. Okay, so that was a med spa one. So what we want to do is just look through your menu structure. So you've got dining there. If you scroll down, you've got home services, and then keep going, keep going. Real estate. We got retail. Yeah, keep going. I don't see anything related to med spa. Okay, so here's health and wellness. There's spas and day spas, so I think that's it right there. Can you go ahead and click on that that sub menu there? Spas and what's the name of your your directory? Have you have you connected your?
Speaker 11 44:37
Yes, uh huh. It's live. Uh huh. It's AnglewoodHub.com.
Jason 44:42
Okay, let me just pull that up real quick here.
Speaker 8 44:48
Anglewood.
Speaker 11 44:50
Hub.com.
Jason 44:53
Hub.com. There it is. It's pulling up right now. Okay, so health and wellness, and yep, it's working just fine. So I just went to health and wellness. I went to spas and day spas, and that wellness med spas showing up for me, so if you look, can we just go to the live version of your site? Well, I wanted to show you kind of how this works. That way, you know exactly where to go to fix this. So this is you. This is what it's going to be. So you just need to make sure that the listing label is also represented in the menu, and that the listing has that listing label applied? But if you go to, let's see here, under more, go ahead and and click on more, and then click on health and wellness, and then go to spas and day spas. Click there. You'll see there's wellness med spa. So that's the one we were just looking at, right?
Speaker 11 46:01
Okay. Yes. Uh huh.
Jason 46:04
Yep. So, if there's a business that's not showing up, it's gonna. It's it's one of the. It's the reason is that the either the correct listing label has not been applied to it, or that listing label is not in the menu itself.
Speaker 11 46:21
Got it.
Jason 46:22
Okay.
Speaker 11 46:23
Okay. Okay. Thank you so much.
Jason 46:26
And I put the I put a link to the training inside the chat for you. So go ahead and go there. And there is a a nice little short little tutorial video at the top of that page that walks you through listing labels a little bit more.
Speaker 11 46:42
Okay, got it. Okay, thank you.
Jason 46:46
Actually, and then here's one more. Let me drop this one in there too for you, Brenda. I'm putting one more link. There we go. So there's two of them in the chat for you.
Speaker 11 46:55
Got it. Okay, thank you.
Jason 46:58
Yep, no problem. Right, Bobby.
Speaker 8 47:04
Okay, that I've got basically two questions. One, one is a just an observation. The when y'all are talking about the individual or the business? I I think that's been a problem all along for me, for my customers, or anybody. I don't know why we have consumers. We just have businesses by itself, and anybody can go to the site and do whatever they want to do. I they they can only edit their site if they claim their business and get a password. But the consumer thing just confuses everybody. I mean, I don't know why we need it.
Jason 48:00
Yeah, unfortunately, there's just there's no way around it with with high level system right now. The way that high level works, the way that the context system works inside high level, there's no way around it. You know, they've decoupled companies and they've created a company object, and I think that that is. I'm hoping that we're going to once they open that up a little bit further and they give us exactly what we need on the company object side, that it will be changed and that companies will be companies, meaning businesses are businesses, right? Same thing, and contacts are contacts. Contacts are individual people, and that's the way that most CRMs, actual CR, like you know, pretty much every CRM on the planet works. Is it there are two separate objects? There's a company object, business object, and then there's a contact object. Contacts are people, businesses are companies, companies are businesses, right? Those are the those are entities. But right now, because of the way that the con the the high level system works in the CRM. That's why we had to do what we did is to get around that to get around that issue. And so essentially, what we're doing is that we're we've split contacts into two categories: businesses and consumers. In the future, it will be the same thing, but we'll be using contacts in high level as actual individual contexts, and then we'll use the company object as the actual company.
Speaker 8 49:32
Okay. Can you see my screen?
Jason 49:34
No. Uh. I can't see it.
Speaker 8 49:37
Let's try to share. this is different. Okay, there it is. Shucks, I hit the wrong button. Sorry. Been a while since I've shared anything. Can you see it?
Jason 50:04
Yep, just pulled up. Got it.
Speaker 8 50:06
Okay, I've done a search for sign businesses here with this new thing. I'm getting a lot of non-bit non. They're not signed businesses. I go over here. Ah, come on, move. Says delete, but it won't delete. Delete failed. And I've tried it on three or four of them, and they all say delete failed. I don't want those non-sign companies in this directory because it's only sign companies.
Jason 50:42
Okay, and you did select it. I didn't see you select it there. Yeah,
Speaker 8 50:46
even you can, you can like that one is unemployment, and
Jason 50:54
it's not allowing you to. Okay,
Speaker 8 50:58
deep flail fail. Can you just try Try does the same thing.
Jason 51:08
Okay, and do you have a ticket in for this? No, no. Okay, I would definitely do that. I would try. Have you tried refreshing the browser and it's doing the same thing?
Speaker 8 51:20
Yeah, I think I turned it off and on and went in other places.
Jason 51:27
Yeah, definitely get get a quick little Loom video into support, Bobby, as quickly as you can. Like I told somebody else earlier on the call that were they are definitely prioritizing this. Obviously, it's a new feature, so there's going to be a few little bugs here and there. But we definitely want to get these squashed ASAP. So I would definitely please just film whatever any issue that you see, just film a quick little video, get that into support, so that we can get that fixed for you.
Speaker 8 52:00
Okay.
Jason 52:01
Okay.
Speaker 8 52:03
Well, hopefully, they already know about it, you know. But I'm not. I don't know. I'm not that good on details. Quit sharing. Stop sharing.
Jason 52:20
Was that the only thing that you were facing? Yeah,
Speaker 8 52:22
yeah. I was just trying. That was the first time I tried it. About five minutes before I jump on the meeting.
Jason 52:30
Okay, got it. Yeah, I would just, I like I said, just submit something and we'll get it fixed right away.
Speaker 8 52:37
Okay.
Jason 52:42
Looks like is it Omo Omar Omar?
Speaker 12 52:46
Yeah, Omar. Good, good. I don't know where. Good morning, good afternoon, good evening. Depends on where you guys are. Yeah, how can we help you? Yeah, I'm back in Africa. So while I'm using this. I'm trying to set up my directory. I've been trying to streamline my work, my setup schedule, so I know precisely what I'm doing and work at a pace. Okay. So now, when I go to the the dashboard, I've been hearing high level. I've been hearing smart directory, but I think Thomas set it out clearly that once you come on at the smart directory entry, you just face the smart directory implementation. Am I right?
Jason 53:44
Yeah, I mean, Smart Directory is an app that's built on top of the high-level system. Okay. So, but we have a plan, yes, that includes a license to a high-level account, a single high-level what they call sub account. So you're still using their technology, but we've built an application on top of their technology.
Speaker 12 54:07
Okay. So for the subscription I've paid, do I? I have the understanding that I don't need to pay anything, or I don't need to do any direct business with high level, right?
Jason 54:21
That's correct. Yeah, as long as you're underneath us, when you log in and you see in the top left-hand corner, if you see our logo, then you're under our account, which means yes, you only pay one subscription. That's the whole reason we did that.
Speaker 12 54:35
Okay. So, but when you get to the dashboard, when you get to the dashboard and on the side of the dashboard, I can see the company name that I used to pre-register, right?
Jason 54:52
Okay.
Speaker 12 54:53
Connect my domain.
Jason 54:57
You need to connect your domain.
Speaker 12 54:59
Yeah. My domain, which is the actual name I want to use for my directory, not my business name. What changes?
Jason 55:11
Are you asking how to connect your domain? No. At the
Speaker 12 55:15
point when I connect my domain, let's say I have xyz.com, you know, on on the directory now, what I'm seeing is my company name, which I use in registry. Yeah, you can
Jason 55:32
change that name at any time. Okay, you can change
Speaker 12 55:34
that name at any time. Okay, right. Yeah,
Jason 55:36
yeah, that's going to be under business settings inside of high level, which which is all part of SDAI or Smart Directory, but from from the dashboard,
Speaker 12 55:47
yeah, settings.
Jason 55:51
No, what you'll do is you'll go to settings in the bottom left. Yeah, that's that's where it's going to change
Speaker 12 55:59
your
Jason 56:00
name on the left-hand side, so it's going to be under business profile, and you'll see friendly business name and legal business name, and you can change those to be anything you'd like.
Speaker 12 56:13
Okay, okay, that's fine. What I wanted to now ask: where you have WhatsApp, like if you go to that setting now, you have WhatsApp, and you wanted to integrate WhatsApp. How does it now work with the with the smart directory?
Jason 56:31
So there is no direct connection to WhatsApp in the smart directory. That connection to WhatsApp is connecting WhatsApp messaging, so direct messaging into the conversation section of High Level. So again, remember that Smart Directory is an application that's built on top of High Level. High Level is really a marketing and sales CRM system, and WhatsApp is a connection with High Level. When you make that connection, those messages when people are messaging you on WhatsApp, those messages will now show up inside of the conversation section of High Level.
Speaker 12 57:09
So now that I'm on Smart Directory, I just didn't need to worry myself about that area of the settings, right?
Jason 57:21
Yeah, I mean, what I would do is I would just focus on setting up. Have you set up your directory yet? Have you gone through all the all the setup process?
Speaker 12 57:30
Yeah, I'm just documenting how the setup will go, what I can implement, and what I should implement, and that's what I'm just doing right now. I intend to start within the next 48 hours.
Jason 57:41
Got it. So then, yeah, I what I would do. Let me go ahead and let me grab this link for you real quick. This is okay. I just dropped the link in the chat.
Speaker 12 58:01
Okay.
Jason 58:02
That that is our help section, kind of our knowledge base. There's a ton of videos in here, and what I would do is that at the top left, the very first item on the left hand side, you'll see it says quick start. What you want to do is follow that process. That will get you from the very beginning, so it'll help you get everything set up A to Z all the way through the process. Obviously, we're here every Tuesday, so any questions if you get stuck along the way, you can always come to these Tuesday calls, and we'll help you get through the process. But this this is a great article to follow. If you just follow everything here in the quick start, that will get you through. I should get you through. I would say probably 80 to 95% and then you'll probably have some questions here and there. But that should get you all the way done. Yeah, with those questions and this help article, you should be able to get all the way through it.
Speaker 12 58:57
Okay, that's that's fine. Thank you very much. I appreciate.
Jason 59:00
Yeah, no problem. Dorn, what's happening?
Dorn 59:10
Well, I have a question, and I want to share my screen. If I can, entire screens here. you see my screen?
Jason 59:24
Yep, just pulled up. Okay,
Dorn 59:26
I'm helping Benita Lube set up her smart directory.
Jason 59:31
Okay,
Dorn 59:32
she's attached her domain. She has the appropriate records.
Jason 59:36
Yep,
Dorn 59:37
which I don't understand why we've gone to this redirect, but she's on GoDaddy, so when you hit the dub dub dub c name, it loads fine. When you hit the primary redirect, times out, and I'm curious why we're not using IP and then a C name for dub dub dub anymore.
Jason 1:00:01
Because so there was an issue a couple months back, and essentially the we had to we had to rotate the IP address. It was a major issue, and so the thinking, the idea behind moving to just a a C name is that if there's any problems in the future with I with our static IP we can rotate that no problem and it's not going to break anybody's sight right so that was the whole issue so what we've what I've been kind of instructing people on this process is that if their registrar does not allow for it, or it creates some sort of a conflict. What we've been doing is just having them move the name server to Cloudflare, set up a free Cloudflare account, and Cloudflare Cloudflare works every time.
Dorn 1:00:53
Well, I've seen four issues, and they're all GoDaddy. So this is a GoDaddy issue. Yeah.
Speaker 5 1:00:59
Yeah.
Dorn 1:01:00
Okay. We'll work on. There's a couple. There's a
Jason 1:01:02
couple other registrars, but yeah, GoDaddy is a big one that we see a lot. But yeah, if you just move it to Cloudflare, have them manage the name servers over on Cloudflare, then we haven't seen any issues. It's working just just perfectly.
Speaker 3 1:01:18
Okay, cool. So
Jason 1:01:20
yeah, that's what I would recommend there. Right, Eric.
Speaker 7 1:01:29
How's it going, brother? How are you? Good. How you doing? Good. So, two things. I've been having some challenges with my TCPA or A2P or whatever that is, and so I spoke to I spoke to Go High Level, their customer service. They kind of worked some things out, but for some reason, it's saying that the TCR can't see the LA or the the funnel links. It can't read it. So, if you see my if you see my page, oh, then let me share my screen. So, it. you know when when we go down to the terms of service, that's the page that it shows up, right? But when I put it in the the the approval process, the ATP, for some reason it keeps defaulting to the funnel page. So you see up here where it says terms of service. That's the that's the link that I should be putting in there, right?
Jason 1:03:00
Right.
Speaker 7 1:03:00
And the same thing. I think I
Jason 1:03:02
understand what's happening. It's it's it's redirecting, or somehow there's a link to the preview page, not the one that's connected to the domain. That's what I'm assuming is what you're saying.
Speaker 7 1:03:12
Yes.
Jason 1:03:13
Does that sound right? Okay.
Speaker 7 1:03:15
That sounds so. It's about right.
Jason 1:03:17
So the domain, it's not it's not your domain. It's showing one of high levels preview domains. Is that correct?
Speaker 7 1:03:26
No, it's actually showing where we built the funnel on that. That you know that link. You know how we click that link when we want to do terms of service. We and then we get a slug, and then this is what we come up with. So it's showing the the funnel page, which doesn't have my domain, which is LA near you, which the I guess the TCR or the ATP needs to verify.
Jason 1:04:02
Yeah, let's go. So, if you can just pull up your high-level account, and then let's look at the let's look at the reason that they gave. Is there should be a denial reason inside there?
Speaker 7 1:04:24
So, I spoke to custom the same thing that we're doing right now. They they gave me a list of things to to correct, but I'll show you.
Jason 1:04:45
So up at the very top, top left, where it says "Click here to switch, just go ahead and click on that, and then let's jump into the sub account. There you go. Yep. Okay, and then. Yeah, let's look at phone system. Perfect. Yeah, let's look at that rejection. Okay, so terms and conditions URL. The campaign submission has been reviewed due to terms and conditions issues. Okay, so the URL and the privacy policy. Okay, so let's go ahead. So, did did brand go through? It looks like brand. Yeah, brand status is fully approved. Okay, so it's just campaign status. Go ahead and click on brand and campaign for me, right there. Yep. And then, oh, actually, it's not gonna. I don't think it's gonna pull it up. Actually, try try clicking on campaigns. I was going to see if it'll show show the settings. We might have to go through the steps to show. So this
Speaker 7 1:05:52
is kind of a secondary thing because I haven't applied their their fixes yet. So you see all of these films, right? I haven't got that many yet since I was in second grade, but I love it. But it's it's okay. This is part of the process of being an entrepreneur. I'm not mad. This is just what it is. But yeah, so this is secondary simply because I haven't implemented what they suggested, and they they told me to contact them once I submit it. So I want the the specific question is: Is there something in our system that moves us that, for some reason, when their crawler tries to click on it; it goes to the funnel page instead of the actual page that it. Or so, in in other words, it stops because the funnel is not LA near you.
Jason 1:06:54
Right. No, I I know exactly what you're saying, and the answer no, it it shouldn't be. So what I'm, what I think is happening is that there is somewhere along the line there is a link to the preview domain, and it's it's exactly what I thought. I mean, just reading what they said there, I'm almost 99% sure that's what it is. So they're going. It's not. They're trying to get to the the terms and conditions and privacy policy that's on LA near you, but they're clicking the somewhere they're clicking privacy policy or terms and conditions, and it's redirecting to the preview URL, which is not on LA Near you,
Speaker 7 1:07:41
right?
Jason 1:07:42
Okay, so
Speaker 7 1:07:45
it's like it's like funnel, whatever.
Jason 1:07:48
Yeah, what I'm gonna do? I'm gonna pull up. I'm looking up your la near you. Is it just .com?
Speaker 7 1:07:57
Yep.
Jason 1:07:58
Okay, cool. Yeah, I'm just pulling it up on my end, so let me see what I can find here. So let's go. So cookies, terms, terms of service. Okay, so that's working. Privacy policy page on here is working. Okay, let me check your chat widget turns. And
Speaker 7 1:08:25
so that was the second thing. You see how that chat widget has my it has that date of birth. Is that supposed to be there?
Jason 1:08:36
No, we can take that out. But yeah, you can remove that. The so this is probably what it is because I'm clicking on the terms and conditions and the privacy policy in your chat widget and it's taken me to Lead Connector HQ Privacy and Lead Connector HQ terms of service so that's probably what it is so what I'm going to show you, Eric, on our help article here is dropping the link to our help article right now. We've got an entire help article on the A2P process and how to get approved. There's several things that we recommend turning off inside SDAI. I
Speaker 7 1:09:22
did those.
Jason 1:09:23
Oh, you did those. Okay, cool. I wasn't sure if you did that. Okay, got it. So then the only other thing I would say is what we need to do is adjust. If you're going to keep that chat widget live, let's remove that date of birth because I don't think we need that. We can definitely remove that, and then inside the chat widget, let's adjust the terms of service and privacy policy links so that they're actually linking to the correct pages on LA near you. Okay, so let's go go ahead and hit that go back button for me, so I can show you how to do all this. Just hit the go back on the left hand. There in the dark blue menu, perfect, and then expand that menu for me, and then let's click on Sites, and then click on Chat Widget at the top there, And actually, I think we're gonna have to do this. I think this is in the form, right? Well, let's try click on the let's click on that first one. A 2p compliance chat widget mixed.
Speaker 7 1:10:37
Yeah, that's the one that I used.
Jason 1:10:39
Yeah, let's see if that's the one you used. Go ahead and click on the chat bubble down there in the far right. Let's open that up, and yeah, that's got the date of birth in there. Okay, cool. So what we need to
Speaker 7 1:11:01
do is, and then and and and are you saying that these terms are not the actual? Yeah, go ahead and click
Jason 1:11:07
on see the see the domain different. Yeah, yep.
Speaker 7 1:11:10
Yeah,
Jason 1:11:11
that's what I was telling. Yeah, so I'm I'm pretty sure that's what they did. They probably clicked on those links, and it took them to a completely different domain, and that's what threw it off.
Speaker 5 1:11:20
Sure.
Jason 1:11:22
So that's what I'm saying. We need to just adjust those. And give me one second here. I'm trying to pull up. We go into forms because
Speaker 7 1:11:46
those those those previous 12 fails is when I did not have a chat widget and I was just trying to do it with the contact us page and it still it still was funky so Then they should put the chat there, which is easier. But go ahead.
Jason 1:12:07
Yeah, it could have been the same thing, though. It could have been that it was redirecting to the wrong to the wrong privacy policy and terms. So if you go under, trying to find it for you. Additional options, spam. Let's see.
Speaker 7 1:12:30
You want me to go under widget customization, maybe?
Jason 1:12:35
Yeah. Well, I think what you should also do is see where it says powered by Lead Connector, which I believe is under. I think that's under chat window, right? Additional options. Yeah, it's under chat window. Additional options. So if you click on additional options, I would update that to be either. Is it not allowing you to update that?
Speaker 7 1:13:07
Yeah, it's totally.
Jason 1:13:10
Oh, it's because it's locked by A to P compliance. Now that's hmm. That's strange. Let
Speaker 2 1:13:36
me look here and.
Jason 1:13:43
Custom code. Okay, so I think what what we need to do here is instead of using this pre-canned version, you can use you can use their checkboxes. That's fine, but maybe what we need to do is just create a new chat widget that is that you create that's that's unlocked, so we can change all of these things, sure, and use that instead.
Speaker 2 1:14:20
Um, Jason.
Jason 1:14:21
Yes,
Speaker 2 1:14:22
I was checking the site reviews are still enabled on the website, but we need to toggle that off.
Speaker 7 1:14:33
I thought I turned them off, but
Speaker 2 1:14:36
so if you go to any listing, we have site reviews form open over there. There are chances like it is.
Jason 1:14:45
Yeah, it could be pull it
Speaker 5 1:14:46
from that. Yep.
Jason 1:14:52
Yeah, I do see that. Okay. Yeah. So definitely go back through that doc, Eric.
Speaker 7 1:14:58
Yep.
Jason 1:14:58
So I I would create a new. Chat widget. I would update those links. Make sure that those links are not pointing to anything. Lead connector. I would point those directly to your domain, your terms, your privacy, and then re. And then, like I said, go back through that doc. Make sure everything's turned off that we tell you to turn off in there. Can you show me where that site
Speaker 7 1:15:18
review is? Because I tried to do that, and apparently I don't know what I'm doing. So, can you walk me through where that is?
Jason 1:15:25
Yeah, the site reviews is going to be under your plans. So, when you go into your SDAI app and you go under plans, then that's where you can turn off, turn on or off review. site reviews. So, yep, there you go. So, under either a free plan or your paid plan, I'm not sure. We'd have to edit both of those and just make sure that it's turned off in both places. But you'll go in there, and then you'll look. You'll hit the next button. There you go, and then it's going to be-it's one of these items in here.
Speaker 7 1:16:10
Teams, extra links, additional businesses.
Jason 1:16:18
Yeah, keep going. It's in the dump. It's right there. Site reviews. See it?
Speaker 7 1:16:26
Ah, okay.
Jason 1:16:29
Yep. Got it. Go and then make sure it's make sure it's fully turned off in the premium.
Speaker 7 1:16:35
Okay.
Jason 1:16:36
Okay.
Speaker 7 1:16:37
Got it. Got it. All right. I'll work on that. And then last thing, this is the this is the bigger thing because I have a legal background. I've been getting a lot of on my other businesses that my to check my sites to make sure that they're ADA compliant because California is real litigious, and I'm sure it's in other states too. But people are they're hooked up with attorneys that are like having people go through sites to sue people that don't have ADA due to you guys. And so I checked our site, and it came up with a finding. And I don't know if the site checker was a hustle and saying that all these things that's broken, but do you guys have that internal process.
Jason 1:17:24
We don't. I don't think we have it. Let me let me just double check before I say that out loud. I don't believe we do though.
Speaker 7 1:17:33
So this is the this
Speaker 5 1:17:38
is the site.
Speaker 7 1:17:41
And again, if I wouldn't went to law school, I wouldn't even be talking to you about it, right? But
Speaker 5 1:17:46
yeah,
Jason 1:17:51
yeah, it's one of the biggest things that I've seen on these is visual contrast, and I forget what the ratio is, but they have some sort of a visual ratio contrast, and that's one of the biggest things when it comes to ADA. Obviously, fonts and things like that need to be readable, which I don't think you're going to have an issue with one of these sites. As far as do we have, are we 100% ADA compliant with these sites? Probably not. I'll be honest. There's probably some things that that could be better, but there are. I think there are some some free tools out there. The other thing that you could do, and I did this for an actual client of mine, is we we just simply created a we just vibe coded a real simple widget that we dropped on top of the site that could modify using CSS in the browser, modify the colors, the fonts, and those types of things just with simple little settings. So that's an option, something that you could do. You could basically just you know just do a little bit of Google research, or throw it into chat and say you know what are the top five settings or something that every ADA compliant site needs to have, and build something that you could drop on there. The big, like I said, the biggest thing that I see is in contrast. I'm not an attorney, so I don't want to give you obviously any legal advice on this, right? I
Speaker 7 1:19:34
totally, I'm not asking, and that's
Jason 1:19:36
yeah, yeah. So
Speaker 7 1:19:38
I'm asking, do we have an internal process, and if not, then that's just something. Okay, that's something that I have to
Jason 1:19:45
right. Yeah, and I look. I I've seen sites. I've seen people that have gotten away with it for years, and they haven't had any issues whatsoever. But then I have seen other people that have gotten into trouble for it. So. I think you're right. I think that there are certain attorneys out there that are that that's what they're doing, you know, and they're they're looking to exploit small businesses for some of these things, and yeah, they're they're going after them. So I yeah, I don't want to I don't want to give any type of advice or anything, but I would no, no, I know. But the
Speaker 7 1:20:24
bottom line is, yeah, do my own research, and then, but there's nothing that I can do. In other words, I'm not going to break my site by getting it ADA compliant. Right. There's nothing, you know. In other words, when you put in that little widget for, you know, have you done it for your site or is
Jason 1:20:50
it? I just don't want to. Yeah, I've done it for. You're not going to break anything. You're not going to break anything. Yeah. Okay. You're not going to break anything. Yep.
Speaker 7 1:20:58
Yeah. Yeah. So I don't even want to sound intelligent about this shit. I just wanna, I just wanna get it done. So okay, yeah, good. Thank you, bro.
Jason 1:21:07
Yeah, no worries. Any other questions, or is that it?
Speaker 7 1:21:11
No, that's it for now.
Jason 1:21:13
Okay, cool. No worries. Yeah, happy to help, Eric.
Speaker 7 1:21:17
Yep.
Jason 1:21:18
Right, Omar, are you? Did you have another question?
Speaker 12 1:21:21
Yeah, I just wanted to know what's the purpose of this phone number? What's the use? What's the use case on the on the site on the implementation of the site? The phone number and the into P.
Jason 1:21:41
So in the United States, we have every business is required to register in order to send text messages, and they they passed that regulation a couple of years ago, and essentially it was to try to cut down on spam texting here in the U.S. with the idea of if they had some sort of a regulatory organization that was looking over it, and everybody was forced to register, then anyone who was a bad actor that was sending a bunch of spam text messages, they'd be able to track them down and shut them down so that they couldn't do so. There's a lot of debate whether that's really changed anything at all. I mean, I still get probably the same amount, if not more, spam text messages now. So, I think that it probably hasn't changed a whole lot. It's just created another hurdle, another way for the government and regulatory bodies to make money, and it's just something that we have to do here in the U.S. now. So that A 2p stands for application to person, which it's the process of sending text messages from a piece of software to a mobile device. That's what application to person means.
Speaker 12 1:22:58
Okay, so how does it work for me that is based in Africa.
Jason 1:23:03
So, if you want to send text messages in the U.S. based based in in Africa, you would have to set up a U.S. entity. My
Speaker 12 1:23:13
own clients are market are based in Africa.
Jason 1:23:18
Oh, okay, yeah. If you're not marketing or selling to the United States, then, then you don't have to worry about it.
Speaker 12 1:23:26
Okay. Okay, no problem. Along the way, I'll keep asking. Yeah, sure. No problem. I appreciate. Yeah, thank you.
Jason 1:23:38
All right, Satira. Satira, you there?
Speaker 6 1:23:45
I just got a quick question. Can you give me the the link again to the updated snapshot? I didn't download yet, and the link that I do. It shows it. It gives it a full four error message.
Jason 1:24:05
Okay. Yeah. Give me one second
Speaker 2 1:24:20
here, Jason. I just added to the chat.
Jason 1:24:23
Oh, you did. Oh, perfect. Thank you.
Speaker 6 1:24:25
Thank you, Achika.
Speaker 2 1:24:28
You're welcome.
Jason 1:24:28
Awesome.
Speaker 6 1:24:30
Thank you, Jason.
Jason 1:24:31
Yeah, no problem. Right, Alex. Alex, feel free to unmute. Maybe he stepped away. Anybody else? Any other questions? Anybody else have a question? Awesome. All right, I guess we can hang out a little longer. Alex, are you are you back with us? Yeah, Eric, go right ahead.
Speaker 7 1:25:57
So when I'm Building this this chat this chat widget is the am I just doing this so I can get ATP approved and then going and then going back to the voice the right okay got
Speaker 5 1:26:18
yeah
Dorn 1:26:18
okay
Speaker 5 1:26:18
yeah okay
Jason 1:26:21
yeah we kind of just have to do a couple of things. No, no, no,
Speaker 7 1:26:23
I get it. You know, we're dealing with this government entity, which is interesting.
Jason 1:26:29
Yeah, just got to kind of play the game to get around it and get approval, and then once once you get approved, then then you're good to go.
Speaker 7 1:26:38
All right, I appreciate. Yeah,
Jason 1:26:39
I would just create the just the the basic SMS email chat widget. That's all you need.
Speaker 7 1:26:45
Got it.
Jason 1:26:46
When you click that new button, it'll give you an option. Just choose that one. That's that's all you need.
Speaker 12 1:26:51
Sounds good.
Dorn 1:26:52
We built voice bots that didn't get A2P approved. So if you're doing voice, why not just start with the voice AI?
Speaker 7 1:27:02
Well, that's what I well that's what I did,
Dorn 1:27:06
and they want you ATP approved for a boy spot.
Speaker 7 1:27:11
Apparently, apparently not. But it had some issues with my terms of service. I had yeah, it's the
Dorn 1:27:19
same same difference, right? If it's not going the right place, it's not going the right place either place. So, yeah, okay, never mind.
Speaker 7 1:27:27
Yeah, yeah, yeah. I'll start. I mean, if you
Jason 1:27:30
ever plan to send text messages, then it's better just to get through the process so that you have the option.
Speaker 5 1:27:37
Yeah. If
Jason 1:27:38
you know for a fact you're never going to send text messages, you have no interest in sending a text for anything. Then you know I wouldn't worry about going through the A 2p process. But if if you want to at any point be able to send something, whether it's an appointment reminder or whether it's a blast message to a group of individuals, or even just one on one communication using texting through the platform, then I would go through the process.
Speaker 7 1:28:05
No, no, I absolutely plan on doing that. I mean, yeah, that's the stuff. That's the stuff I'm selling, so I need to have it.
Jason 1:28:13
Cool. Yep. All
Speaker 12 1:28:14
right. Thank you.
Jason 1:28:17
Alex, are you back with us?
Speaker 3 1:28:19
I am. I am. Okay. Cool.
Jason 1:28:21
Yep. I can hear you just fine.
Speaker 3 1:28:23
Okay. Let me just share the screen here, so that you can understand my little predicament. Can you see my directory here?
Jason 1:28:36
Yeah. Got it.
Speaker 3 1:28:38
Okay. Fantastic. So, what I'm trying to do is that I created a search engine or a search bar that is a little bit more granular than the home one, the homepage one. Okay. Okay. Because in my case, my clients are filmmakers. They are AI filmmakers, and there are a lot of how should I say criteria that could be inputted in order to get a good search result. Okay, and what I'm trying to do is that whenever someone asks for a search here, I want to have a form that pops before they get the final results. Like here, I'm getting these summaries of okay, we got some we got some results from your search. So before when I click on this, let's say I don't want to see the results quite right now. I want to have the I want to have a form that pops, which I created, that just has their name, their names and email address, so that I can, you know, build a list here before giving away the the the results of the search. So with. The help of Claude, well, actually not even. I I built the the form. I don't know if you want to see it. It's just a regular form. But what happened? What happens is that the form doesn't show up for some reason, and I ask Claude why it was not showing up. Let me just grab the form here so that you can have a view forms, advanced search opt-in. Okay,
Jason 1:30:41
okay,
Speaker 3 1:30:41
and and the page itself where this is all taking place,
Jason 1:30:49
the is under the funnel, right?
Speaker 3 1:30:50
Yeah, it's under funnel, and basically, Plod created the the HTML code for it.
Jason 1:31:00
Okay,
Speaker 3 1:31:00
and and it's working. It's really working. It's just that I can't have the the form pop, you know, at the right time at the right place. And Claude says, what's actually happening is that step two, when the page calls the backend to check how many creators match, step two fails every time. The page can't reach the results data at all, so it never gets to step three, which is if there are results, it shows the opt-in form. The form is skipped entirely, and visitors just get a clean load results message. Well, that's not quite true, as you can see. Right, right. If I click here, I'm going to get the results. I think we had resolved that issue. So
Jason 1:31:50
what I would do is, I would go back to Claude instead of trying to use the internal form system inside high level. I would because it looks like you just vibe coded this, right?
Speaker 12 1:32:03
Yeah.
Jason 1:32:03
Through it through Claude. Okay. So I did this. Well, not not the form.
Speaker 3 1:32:06
The form was you know easily it was created, but but the page as was vibe coded.
Jason 1:32:11
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. So what you can do is just have Claude. Claude can create just a modal that essentially deactivates the page, so like like the visually you'll see it, and then it can be covered up by a modal. Inside that modal could be a small little form, and then in order to activate those searches and remove kind of the what's the word I'm looking for, like to remove the disable, so you're like basically disabling it, right? So you can't click on anything. In order to remove that, then that form has to be submitted, and then that submission data could be pushed into context inside High Level. So that's what I would do versus trying to get have Claude use the pre-built form inside High level, I would just have Claude build
Speaker 5 1:33:02
a
Jason 1:33:03
static modal HTML form into that process.
Speaker 3 1:33:08
Modal, you mean M M O D E L?
Jason 1:33:11
Modal is just a pop up. It's just another word for a for a pop up. Yeah, that's all it is. It's just a it's just a pop up, and then inside that pop up is the form itself. It disables everything behind it.
Speaker 3 1:33:23
And is that model or pop-up going to be connected with my contact list? It
Jason 1:33:29
can be, yeah. So Claude can. It sounds like you've already connected Claude into your high-level account. Did you use their plugin or no?
Speaker 3 1:33:38
No, I haven't actually.
Jason 1:33:40
You haven't. Okay, so there's a there's two options there. There's a plugin, and there's also a a pit token. Have you ever used the pit token?
Speaker 5 1:33:54
Nope.
Jason 1:33:54
Private integration token. Okay, so like if you go to settings, go to settings in the bottom left there, right down there, and then scroll down for me on the left-hand side. Just keep going. There it is. Private integrations. If you click on that, this is this is where you create what's called a pit token. This token, it's essentially like an API key for just this one sub account. Okay. Okay. Once you give it, just give it a just give it a name. We don't have to go through the whole process, but just give a just type in something there and then click next. And then essentially, what you're doing here is now these are all the scopes. These are these are all the API endpoints. These are all every single API endpoint that you can use with this token. So just simply connecting this to so there's there's two there's a couple different ways you could do it, but I would I would ask Claude what's gonna what what it prefers you know what it what it thinks is gonna be the best but certainly this a pit token will work the Claude plugin will probably work. Actually, you know what? This might be the better way. I I don't know. I'd have to look at the plugin again, and see if where's the plugin.
Jason 1:35:12
If you go back to the other screen, go to go back, and then scroll to the bottom and go to. Oh no! Go back to the next page. It's okay. It's right there. App Marketplace.
Speaker 3 1:35:28
App Marketplace.
Jason 1:35:29
It's right down there at the bottom, right next to Smart Directory.
Speaker 3 1:35:32
Oh, App Marketplace. Okay, gotcha.
Jason 1:35:34
Yep. So go in there and then just search for Claude. And I think there's also an MCP connection for Claude too. Haven't played around with it.
Speaker 3 1:35:51
Called MCP by Lead Connector. That's that's
Jason 1:35:55
Cloudflare. Where is their MCP
Speaker 3 1:36:05
here. Talk to oh no.
Jason 1:36:16
Hang on one second here. I'll I'll find it for you. Just give me a second. Look it up.
Speaker 3 1:36:21
Okay, sure.
Jason 1:36:22
But either one of these will work for you.
Speaker 3 1:36:32
Which one? The top one.
Jason 1:36:34
CP.
Speaker 3 1:36:37
That's paid. Oh, it's a paid. Yeah. Okay.
Jason 1:36:48
Here it is. All right. Well, here's the help article on it. Right there. Oh, and here is the link. Here's the direct link. This is what I was looking for right here. Okay, so there, there's the direct link to the MCP, and it's real similar to what I was just showing you with that pit token, you're you're essentially creating a secure connection between Claude and your specific sub account.
Speaker 11 1:37:32
Okay,
Jason 1:37:33
so again, yeah, that way sounds like a
Speaker 3 1:37:35
good approach. And then
Jason 1:37:37
what that can do is it can read the contacts. It can create. It can read and and and write contacts.
Speaker 3 1:37:45
Okay.
Jason 1:37:45
So I would just use Claude again to create the pop up and go that route.
Speaker 5 1:37:50
Okay.
Jason 1:37:50
That way the pop up directly controls. It can deactivate that page and like, or you could even tell Claude, hey, if somebody clicks on the result, that's when the pop-up appears. Which that might even be better. Like they do it, they're doing a search, they click the result. They try to click the result, and then the pop-up appear. Yeah, yeah. So that's what I would tell Claude to do: have that pop-up appear. They have to. You have to get a name and an email address, verify that that it's an email, and then allow it to go through, so they can then go into and select the or see the results. Yeah,
Speaker 3 1:38:29
I'm using well for the past month. I've been using Cloud Code, and it's just really really amazing tool. If I use the Cloud Connect, or you know whatever here, is that going to be accessible to my cloud code, or is this going to be accessible? Yeah,
Jason 1:38:51
exactly. Yep. Yep. Oh,
Speaker 3 1:38:52
fantastic. Okay. That's what
Jason 1:38:54
that's what the MCP does. Yeah. So the MCP will allow you to connect, and once you make that connection, so there's an MCP section inside Claude Code. It allows you to add external MCP connections. Once you add High Level as a as an actual connection point, then you can chat with Claude Code just like you would like you're doing right now, but it has full access into your high level account.
Speaker 3 1:39:19
All right, so I guess I need to grab a link, like maybe something like that, and and give it to Cloud Code somewhere in in the settings. And yeah, there's this.
Jason 1:39:32
Yeah, let me see. I can pull up mine, but it's like trying to remember. It's pretty easy. It's like
Speaker 5 1:39:41
yeah.
Jason 1:39:42
Maybe it's setting. Is it settings?
Speaker 7 1:39:46
I have.
Jason 1:39:47
I have extensions.
Speaker 3 1:39:52
I guess.
Jason 1:39:53
Yeah, I think this is it. I think they call it extensions. Each
Speaker 3 1:39:59
right, but. Let's load it.
Jason 1:40:02
Let me see. MCP. MCP. See. Here, I think it might be. Is it a connector? Yeah, there it is. Yeah, it's they they just call it connectors. So if you go under connectors, you can just add, and there's a place to add that that domain. So you give it a name. Yeah, the MCP server link, which is in that help article I just gave you.
Speaker 3 1:40:48
Okay. Do you know by any chance? Are you familiar with Cloud Code a little bit?
Jason 1:40:55
Yeah, I use Cloud.
Speaker 3 1:40:57
Okay, because on the interface here, I don't see the settings anywhere. I'm not sure where that's going to be. Yeah, because
Jason 1:41:06
you're using the terminal. It looks like this. Yeah, yeah. That's why
Speaker 3 1:41:09
it's called. Yeah, iTunes two. Just my my developer just put that together and have no clue what all this is. It's okay. You're yeah. I
Jason 1:41:20
use the terminal as well, and it's it's totally fine. But yeah, no, you can download the Clot app on your Mac, which
Speaker 3 1:41:26
I have. Yeah, I have. Yep, and
Jason 1:41:28
you can inside that app. Okay, so it's
Speaker 3 1:41:31
all interconnected then. Okay.
Jason 1:41:33
Yeah, it's the same account, right?
Speaker 3 1:41:34
Yeah, right. So if you
Jason 1:41:35
go in here and then you go to how did I get there? What did I do? I clicked on my name in the bottom left versus Pro, and then click on Settings.
Speaker 3 1:41:46
Settings, then Connections or something, Extensions,
Jason 1:41:50
Extensions. No, actually, where is it? Customize. Yeah, Customize down at the bottom. There you go, and then on the left, click on connectors. Yeah, that second one. Yep, and then you'll click on add in the top right, and this is where you can add a custom MCP server right here. So this is where you. This
Speaker 5 1:42:14
is
Jason 1:42:14
how you add that link for high level. Yep,
Speaker 3 1:42:17
I put the link here. Okay,
Speaker 5 1:42:18
gotcha.
Speaker 3 1:42:19
Fantastic. Oh, I'm so looking forward to this.
Jason 1:42:23
Yeah, so you can you can use it, and I think I think the terminal will the terminal should still work once you connect it through the app here. I use both, like I'll I'll go back and forth between the terminal and the app. It just kind of depends on what I'm doing, but they're both great. Is the
Speaker 3 1:42:44
link should copy and paste?
Jason 1:42:47
Let's see. The best way to connect your agents is that live today.
Speaker 3 1:42:54
That's the connector. Need to. Which endpoint do you to use?
Jason 1:43:03
Yeah, we have to just read through the article because I can't. It's been okay since I did it. Entered it live. Original author private token.
Speaker 3 1:43:20
Looks like the main the main link.
Jason 1:43:23
I think it's that main one there at the top. Yeah, yep.
Speaker 3 1:43:25
Same. Yeah.
Jason 1:43:29
Yep. That's what it looks like. It
Speaker 3 1:43:30
is. That's not quite the same here. It says client
Jason 1:43:35
use a dedicated endpoint following the pattern matched by the fully connector operating Catalog. There's a Loom video right there too. Yeah, maybe you should watch that. Looks like they may have updated something here.
Speaker 3 1:43:48
All right. Well, I don't want to hold you up. I think I'll figure it out. Yeah.
Jason 1:43:54
Yeah. I just go through. It's really easy. I. Yeah. Yeah. It's
Jason 1:43:56
not. It's not a difficult process. Yeah. Once you just get the correct link, it's really simple.
Speaker 5 1:44:01
Okay, gotcha.
Jason 1:44:04
And they may actually-it almost sounds like for OAuth-they may even have you set up a pit token. If they ask for a pit token, you'd go through that same process that I just showed you, where you go to the inner or the Private, what what is it called again? Private integrations, right on the second page. Click on settings,
Speaker 3 1:44:29
right.
Speaker 7 1:44:30
Yep.
Speaker 3 1:44:31
You think it's it's they may ask for it. I don't know
Jason 1:44:34
if they're going to ask for it or not. But if they do ask for it, that's where you'll go. So scroll down, private integrations. Yep, and then you'll create that token here,
Speaker 3 1:44:42
right? Yeah, and then go back to entering the the link in in Cloud. Yeah, so
Jason 1:44:49
sometimes like you'll have to they they make like what I would do is I'd chat with my agent, tell the agent exactly what you want to do, and then what's the what's the best way to accomplish it, right? And it'll it'll tell you it's smarter. Yeah, usually it does. You know what I mean? It's going to tell you which way it prefers, which which way it wants you to connect. And then if it asks for a pit token, this is where you're going to do it, and you'll create it here. And then just make sure that the read and write permissions are correct. You're going to definitely want read and write for contacts because you want to be able to add that person as a contact in the system.
Speaker 3 1:45:26
Yeah, exactly, exactly. And it could do it automatically, right? It's going to create a profile contact, and if it's
Jason 1:45:34
yeah, oh yeah,
Speaker 3 1:45:34
if it's already there, it's not going to add another one. I guess you would just
Jason 1:45:39
nope recognize as
Speaker 3 1:45:41
already the info and
Jason 1:45:43
exactly
Speaker 1 1:45:44
yeah
Jason 1:45:45
yep and lets them through
Speaker 3 1:45:46
okay lots of fun thank you Jason
Jason 1:45:49
yeah no problem Alex Happy to help
Speaker 3 1:45:50
all right see you later
Jason 1:45:52
yeah no problem all right Eric
Speaker 7 1:45:55
last question I promise thank you Alex so I use Claude CoWork on some other applications. Is I don't want this to be a masterclass in Claude and go high level. But do you suggest that we? I mean, what are the main use cases that I would actually hook up the MCP or or the pit?
Jason 1:46:22
I mean, the possibilities are kind of endless. You know, like that's a that's a pretty broad, open-ended question. Yeah, it really just depends on on what you want to do with it. You know, there's a lot of really cool stuff inside high level. You know, Ask AI has has done a lot of that. Ask AI is basically like your own agent that's already in the system.
Speaker 7 1:46:45
Yeah, I've been using Ask AI. It's not. It's not. It's not so bright.
Jason 1:46:50
Yeah. What's What's cool about Ask AI though is it's already connected to different things. Got it. So like it can auto post for you. Like it can create social media content, create the the actual written content. It can create the images, and then it can actually load it into the scheduler and then post it for you. So, like that's one use case, right? Obviously, the the more sophisticated the setup. So, like the broader, like if you have a full you know MCP setup between say Cloud Code or Codex, you're going to be able to do a lot more. There's just there's more possibilities once you once you're fully connected to the the account. Like I said, either through the MCP or I'm not sure. I'd have to I'm going to have to go back through it myself and see if they're forcing us now to to use that pit token as well as the MCP, I'm not sure, but either way, once you have a secure connection with your sub account, I mean, it's it's as simple as just asking a question, whether that's via voice or chat, and now it now has full access to your account. Has you know, it basically has scraped the internet. It has full access. I mean, you can do additional training on how you run your business inside High Level, but once you kind of have that knowledge base set up, and and and your agent knows how you work and and what you're doing in there, yeah, it's as simple as just asking a question, and it can be done. So think about everything from responding to emails to building out funnel pages to building out automations to troubleshooting automations, you know, finding errors. I mean, there's like there's tons of different use cases, tons of different things that you could use it for.
Speaker 7 1:48:40
Okay. Oh yeah, I'll I'll stick with the basics, and then I'll I'll graduate to junior high school. I mean,
Jason 1:48:46
I I definitely recommend playing around with it. I I think everybody should. It's one of those things. It's not going away. Like you got to get used to it now because this space moves fast. I mean, two weeks in this space is is like six months. You know what I mean? Like this stuff changes very very quickly, so I think as agency owners, we we kind of have to be on top of a lot of this stuff, and we should we should be using it, we should be testing it, and know where the pitfalls are, know where the strengths are, where the weaknesses are, and I think by using it, you start to identify use cases not only for yourself, but then it really starts to open up ideas that you can use for clients.
Speaker 7 1:49:25
Absolutely, I absolutely agree. Thank you, brother.
Jason 1:49:28
Yeah, no worries, Eric. Yeah, Dorn.
Dorn 1:49:32
I just installed quad NC co-level MCP in the quad, and it did not request the pet token. Oh, cool. Okay. When I added it to Claude, it didn't say you have to install the MCPF on the marketplace. Okay. Did that and connected without the pit. There you
Jason 1:49:56
go. Yeah. So that it's essentially doing the exact same thing. App is just avoiding having to use that pit token, so the app is the secure connection. There you go. Yep.
Speaker 3 1:50:07
Are you paying for the app?
Dorn 1:50:10
No, the app's free.
Jason 1:50:12
Okay.
Dorn 1:50:13
You got to pay for your token usage if you're doing certain things on the quad side, but no, the app is sold for free.
Speaker 3 1:50:21
Awesome. So it says the MCP on the app or something.
Dorn 1:50:26
When you add it to Claude, you add that endpoint to Claude. On under the customize, you would click Add, and you put the endpoint in, and then it automatically redirects you to high level to install the app. Cool.
Jason 1:50:45
So it's probably a private app. Yeah,
Dorn 1:50:48
that's what I'm thinking. It's not open to everybody.
Speaker 5 1:50:51
Yeah, it's easier.
Speaker 3 1:50:52
Yeah, yeah.
Dorn 1:50:53
I looked on the app store and I didn't see anything, but that same page went out. So
Speaker 5 1:51:00
awesome. Thanks for the
Dorn 1:51:01
connector direct, and it it was free. Yeah.
Speaker 7 1:51:04
Awesome. The
Dorn 1:51:08
other thing you could do, Alex, is if you have the browser plugin, you can open that search page, and Claude will interact. Both Code and Visual and designer will interact and read what you're doing already on the page, even the backend coding, and it will make edits from there. I've been doing that a lot in the last like two or three days. I've been going through a WordPress site using the Clog Plugin to. analyze the page, what the page is doing, and what I need to change, and it'll spit out what you need to change. It's pretty cool
Speaker 3 1:51:53
without the MCP. Just yeah, just right in your the browser.
Dorn 1:51:58
Yeah, it's crazy. Yeah, no,
Speaker 3 1:51:59
I've been I've been doing that already. It's been helping me quite a bit, actually. It goes on different pages, analyzes the pages, and you know figures out you know what to do next and all that. So no, it's it's awesome, just amazing tool. It's just I'm I'm so just mind blown by what we can do. But with the MCP now, if I can integrate it to the extent that yeah, hey, I can tell them, you know what? I don't want you to. I want you to go ahead and put this tag on these guys. You know, in the contact list, things like that. That would take me a long time, and it's just going to be amazing. It's going to be great.
Jason 1:52:43
Yeah, and
Dorn 1:52:45
replace two or three human beings in the process.
Speaker 3 1:52:49
Easy, yep. And it's learning, so it gets better.
Jason 1:52:59
Yeah, it's been it's it's been a huge help for us, on my side as well. And
Speaker 3 1:53:05
I can imagine, yeah.
Jason 1:53:07
On the coding side, I personally, because I've I've tested I've tested several different models. I run I run a couple decks. You
Speaker 3 1:53:15
run Codex, I'm sure.
Jason 1:53:17
Yeah, I run a couple local models, and then I've got yeah Codex. I think five 5.6
Speaker 5 1:53:24
sol.
Jason 1:53:24
I think that, especially medium effort on fast speed for 5.5 point six. That I haven't found anything better. I think it's. I've been really really impressed with the code that it's spitting out and the accuracy, and not only that. So obviously, having it on fast, one x1, and a half x speed, really, you know, it churns through stuff very, very quickly. I found that if you go above the medium effort, it tends to overthink and not be as decisive and not make decisions. Yeah. So like I've kept it on medium effort, and then you know, one and a half x, and that tends to be it. It's like the right amount of reasoning, and and then it just executes, and like, it's been phenomenal. It really works. Are
Speaker 3 1:54:16
you a coder yourself?
Jason 1:54:19
I am. Yep.
Speaker 3 1:54:20
Okay, so you can go back and you know really fix some of the issues afterwards, but you don't have to do that too often. I don't
Jason 1:54:27
really have to. I yeah, I really don't have to. What it's allowed me to do is just go, you know, 10 times faster. You know, I just I just hope
Speaker 3 1:54:37
everybody realizes the the power of connecting cloud code with, let's say, go high level is just totally a different different perspective on the future. I think.
Jason 1:54:50
Yeah. Well, what I've been really impressed with as well is Codex Voice. The voice. Yeah. I don't know if you. With that, but that's
Speaker 3 1:55:01
I saw a video about that, and the guy just dropped Entropic and went full full blown with with OpenAI and the you know ability to talk to it, and it's gonna you know intervene on all devices, and it's pretty incredible. Bot doesn't do that,
Speaker 5 1:55:21
yeah,
Jason 1:55:22
no, not yet. I mean, I still think Fable, for for me personally, like when I'm doing very intricate projects, Fable. There's nothing better than Fable Five for planning. That's what I use it for. I use it for very intricate, like creating a PRD document or anything. If we're building any type of software, a custom dashboard, whatever I'm doing, like I will use Fable Five to plan the entire process and create the doc, and then I take that document and that's what I hand I hand over to Codex, and then I take I say Codex here execute on this plan, and it executes flawlessly.
Speaker 5 1:56:00
Wow!
Speaker 3 1:56:03
Interesting. You have a good foundation, so Codex going to do well.
Jason 1:56:08
Yeah, I really, like I said, I use it daily, and for coding tasks, I think it's fantastic. I still think Claude wins as far as like writing goes. I haven't found anything better. I think you know Sonnet is fantastic for writing any type of yeah any type of writing task, whether that's for marketing purposes or not. I think it's it's fantastic there. And like I said, for the planning aspect, I don't think anything's better than Fable on that side, but as far as like actual like workhorse coding, if you're comparing Opus against against Soul, I think Soul wins every single time. Not even close.
Speaker 3 1:56:54
I'm killing it on LinkedIn thanks to to to Claude. I'm really just I'm astounded by the results. Incredible.
Jason 1:57:02
Yeah.
Speaker 5 1:57:04
Yeah.
Jason 1:57:04
Cool. That's fun.
Speaker 5 1:57:06
Yep.
Jason 1:57:06
I'm glad you're playing around with it. It's fun to talk. I like. I could talk about this stuff all day long. I love it. Yeah, me too. Yeah.
Speaker 3 1:57:14
All right. Oh, that's cool. Thanks.
Jason 1:57:16
All right, guys. Yeah, no problem, Alex. Well, I think I'm going to wrap it up. We're about two hours in, so that's good. Looks like we got to everybody's questions. Thank you, guys. Thank you, everybody, for showing up. Thanks for all the great questions. Just as a recap, we're here every Tuesday for about two hours, walking through, like you saw, you know pretty much everything SDAI high level, and happy to go off on a tangent on AI because I love that stuff. So anyway, thanks again, guys, for showing up. You know, if you have questions between now and next Tuesday, please, please, please take advantage of our support desk. They're here seven days a week to answer your questions. And if you guys are facing any issues, we saw a couple little things pop up for the new leads dashboard. Please get those to us ASAP. We want to try and get that squashed as quick as we can. So a simple Loom video. If you don't have Loom, if you don't have any screen recording capability, that's totally fine. A couple of screenshots just explain exactly what what happened, and if you can get a screenshot of the error, that's even better. And just get that submitted to us so we can get it on it ASAP. Anyway, I'm going to let you guys go. Thanks so much for for for the call today, and we'll see you guys all next week. Yeah, thank you. All right, take care. Good
Speaker 3 1:58:37
stuff. Thank you. Bye bye.
