Welcome, welcome everybody to the SDA. I call. Apologize. We're a few minutes late. You know, it right before this call, I always have a call with the team and just going over kind of, you know, latest updates and, you know, bug fixes and that sort of thing. So I apologize sometimes we're a couple minutes over getting out of that meeting, but appreciate everybody showing up. You guys here. If you guys have questions, that's what we're here for. We're here to answer your questions. See, Lars has already raised his hand. We'll get to you just a second here, Lars, but the bottom of Google meet there is a hand icon, if you go ahead and just click that icon that will allow you to raise your hand, you'll get in line, and then we'll start calling on you here. But hope everybody's having a great day and excited to jump in here and get some questions answered. So let's go ahead and get this thing started. So Lars, you were the first step. So go right ahead, unmute and ask your question. Okay, I

1:13
get a notification that the SSL certificate has expired for my sta, one of my sta s,

1:24
okay, did you try reloading in the domain section of the app?

1:30
Well, it says the only option I have is this connect.

1:35
Let's go ahead and just take a look here. You want to share your spam? Yeah, and I'll pull it up on my end as well. So I've got it on two different screens.

1:58
So this is the error I got that it says the SSL expired three days ago, and the only option I have it here is disconnect.

2:14
Let's go ahead. Oh, did you just click that?

2:17
I clicked it to just make sure that it was

2:20
Yeah, go ahead and click on disconnect. Let's just try that real quick. Okay, and then just go ahead and re add that domain and connect.

3:03
Okay, so it

3:13
looks like it generated SSL. There.

3:20
There we go. That's that easy,

3:24
right? And that not secure, that should go away here shortly, I could see it's, it's already registering, HTTPS,

3:30
yes, that's good. We're good,

3:32
yeah,

3:32
okay.

3:34
But Lars, I did just note it and I put your name down that this. Were you doing anything different when this happened? Or how did you how did you find out

3:45
I was, I was, we have a weekly call with the town of Portsmouth, and we had the weekly call at 11 o'clock today, and I couldn't get in.

3:54
Hmm, okay, so today was the first day that you noticed it.

3:59
Yes, okay,

4:00
and it

4:01
said it expired three days ago, so I assume it's been down for three days.

4:07
Got it? Okay? I just made a note. I'm going to go ahead and pass this off to the team, just to have them kind of double check make sure that this isn't some like, bigger bug or part of a larger problem. So we'll go ahead and run this down.

4:23
Okay, perfect.

4:25
Okay, anything else?

4:28
Thank you. That's it.

4:30
Okay, perfect. Thanks. Lars, Marcus, how can we help?

4:36
Okay, I think I'm having a similar problem.

4:40
Okay,

4:41
and support just said they fixed it, but when I went log back in, is still says it's unsecure.

4:53
Okay, let's go ahead and take a look. If you want to share your screen.

4:56
I. You

5:23
right. Can you see it

5:28
not yet? Hasn't pulled up just yet? There we go. Yep, now it's pulling up. Perfect. Got it? Okay?

5:40
All right. So now, if I go to Preview you say I was not secure.

5:54
So Marcus, when you shared your screen, it looks like we only got one tab. So the all we can see is the smart directory AI app itself, we Can't see when you go to open the preview,

6:07
okay? Yeah, well, let's see if

6:30
you stop the share. If you go ahead and click on the the share option at the bottom of the window there and stop the share and then reshare, it should be an option. I think it's full screen or entire screen. Entire screen, that's what it says. Yeah, I

7:19
can you see it now?

7:23
Yep, we can see it. Perfect, awesome, yep, I see the not secure. Got it Okay? Go ahead and put your cursor it where the where the domain is, where the URL is, put it in there, towards the front. If you can just go ahead and click into there. Okay, so it does say HTTPS there. Just says not secure. Okay, let's let's just try it. Let's go back into smart directory. Let's do the same thing we did with Lars. Let's just try disconnecting real quick and reconnecting. So you'll just go under branding and the domains, perfect. So Westchester Nexus, yeah, just hit that disconnect, And then let's just re add it same domain. Did nothing else happen? Did it just stop?

9:16
Yeah,

9:20
let's go, go back to the Live Preview. Would you please, Marcus, and let's refresh this page. Let me try pulling it up on my end. It's Westchester list, texas.com, dot com, okay, yeah, it seems to be working fine. It's, it must be just a browser issue, probably cookies, but yeah, it's, it's loading just fine on my end. Marcus,

9:57
okay, and

9:58
it's fully secure, so I. Think we're good.

10:02
Okay,

10:03
I'm not seeing any issues. Yeah, okay.

10:09
All right.

10:11
Anything else

10:13
that works for me?

10:14
Cool. All right, let's see who's next. Charles, looks like you're up next.

10:21
Hey, Jason, just real quick. We're we've been running our director for a while now. We want to implement the AI. Has there been any updates, any revisions, anything we need to know about? Are there any tricks to getting it to fire correctly?

10:36
The AI agent workflow? I'm just looking it up. I don't believe looks like the last update was in February. Yeah, I don't think there's been any any update since.

10:53
Nice. So we can go ahead and import that snapshot. Yes, is there document? I'm sure there's documentation somewhere. But once we import the setup we need. Once we import the AI snapshot, do we need to do any more setup work? I'm sure we do, right?

11:06
Oh, yeah. So here is, actually, I think I misspoke. It looks like there was an update in April on this, but here is, here's the direct link. I'm just dropping it in a chat for you, but that's the AI agent snapshot link and there are, there's a video there, there's several, like, kind of a step by step guide, along with some screenshots there for you, too.

11:29
Nice. Perfect. Thank you very much.

11:31
Yep, no problem, right? Guys, any other questions. Questions again, bottom of the Google meet window, just go ahead and click that hand icon. Throw your hand up. Or if you'd like, go ahead and unmute. Yeah, Theresa, go ahead.

11:52
Okay. Can you hear me? Okay?

11:54
I can. Yep,

11:55
great. I am just getting started. I am trying to pull my listings from my AGM site, and I found your video in the Help section, but it doesn't match up with my AGM site. I'm trying to get the list downloaded, which I did, but it's not pulling all the information. It's not pulling phone numbers and addresses, etc. So I'm kind of stuck on how to get that information out of AGM so I can clean it up and put it in to the new AI directory. And then when I do, I was wondering, can I put in listing labels so that it's automatically put in? Or do I even want to do that? Because I have like, 900 in my AGM site, and how do I really want to best do this?

12:56
Yeah, all great questions. Let's address the migration first. So do you? Have you followed this I'm gonna drop the link in the chat. Have you followed this process? If you can just go ahead and open it up. Okay,

13:11
and that's where you're under the listings. You show where I can pull it out the categories, and I can pull out the list, and mine doesn't show that in my dashboard.

13:24
Okay?

13:28
You want me to share the screen?

13:32
No, that's okay. No, I mean, I trust you that it's not there. I'm just trying to think who's the best person to connect you

13:38
to. It shows me listing, category, add a new item and CSV import. It doesn't give me any exports or choices at all.

13:47
Okay. Dorn, any insight on this? I know you're here. I know you've done some of these before. I'm just curious

13:56
right now.

13:57
Okay,

14:02
sorry, I'm looking at it right now to see if there are any changes in the back end of AGM.

14:07
Got it? Thanks, Dorn. Appreciate that. It's Theresa. Well, let's, let's figure this out first. We'll get that squared away. Doran is going to take a look if, if there is, there's an issue there, what we'll do is we'll probably get you, I'll get you connected to rachika and or maybe even, yeah, maybe yeah, probably rachika would be best. And we'll get get you squared away. We'll get on a call and see if we can't get that, that export done for you, but in the meantime. So besides the export, the other issue that you were mentioning, can you walk through that one more time for me?

14:46
I I have currently 897 or so listings.

14:53
Oh, that's right, yes, yeah.

14:54
Then can I, can I import? When I do import, can I list? How. What the listing labels is free, the plan name is free, etc. Whether it's claimed or unclaimed. Do I, you know, because it's, I'm not sure I want to go through and reclaim everybody, or do I start fresh and start with smaller groups and just start loading them through the 100 that I get a month. Is it better to start over or to just load everybody in and then just start trying to contact them and say, Hey, we've updated. Do you want to just double check that everything came across correctly? Or do I want to start fresh,

15:39
right? Right. No, like I said, all, all great questions these, this is a really good way to think about it. My my default is, you know, you if you have an opportunity to simplify it, that's where my mind kind of goes is looking, how can we simplify this? How can we kind of cut down on some of these different categories that may, especially if they're businesses that, you know, I'm sure you have businesses in there that are probably maybe no longer in business, or, you know, have closed down, have sold things like that. So, you know, cleaning that all up was probably a really good idea, and then deciding, you know, which way you want to go, as far as, like listing labels are concerned. Yes, you can add those in the CSV. You just need to make sure that those listing labels are created ahead of time in the in the new SDA I site. So you have to make sure that they're there. They actually exist inside the SDA I site first. But yes, you can definitely add those as far as claimed or unclaimed, I don't believe we can do that. Rachika, can you? Can you confirm on that? We can't. We can't put into the spreadsheet whether a listing is claimed or unclaimed. Is that correct?

16:56
No, we cannot,

16:58
right. Okay, that's what I thought. So. So that there that's definitely an issue, like we you'll want to somehow, maybe segment those in the spreadsheet, maybe create a secondary tab of claimed listings in the spreadsheet. And then you might want to, you know, read maybe that. Maybe that's the first group of people that you reach out to, because they had already claimed before. You can just let them know. Hey, we've updated. We have a little we have a new process. You'll have to go back here and reclaim that your listing. So that might be smart to do that. I don't know if any of this is helpful. Okay, I'm trying to, I'm trying to steer you in the right direction. But yeah, I think definitely thinking about it, trying to simplify it, I think, to me, makes the most sense. Okay,

17:55
can I make the can I put the plan name into the category as a list label as well, because I do have a few premiums, but that they can get put in this premium. Or do I have to go back and hand? Do those?

18:16
Can we put those in as premium through the spreadsheet?

18:21
No, Jason, actually, we need to manually plans.

18:27
Yes, yeah,

18:28
okay,

18:29
and you are doing that, make sure your listing upgraded to premium. Automation is fast, otherwise it will start sending emails to them,

18:39
right?

18:40
Okay, yeah, okay, well, that's helpful too. So then it's a matter of getting the and is it better to go in and, like, clean it up in AGM, with the with the, what's that the Google? Scraper and double check there, or is it better, just to start new with high level? Because doesn't it use the API more in high level than it would in the scraper.

19:18
So the API that we use in high level pulls in similar to AGM, it's pulling in the Google reviews, right, and additionally google images and then and connects that directly to the listing profile. Might

19:39
just be better for me to start fresh in high level and say, Okay, I'm going to start with restaurants or our home services and whatever, and just start pulling those in and starting over. Essentially,

19:54
yeah. I mean, I, what I would do is probably once we can get this export figure. Out, get everything exported into a CSV file, and that's where I would start to organize everything is in that CSV file, again, maybe segmenting based on actual paid premium members.

20:14
That far, I just don't have their information, of name, phone number, address, etc. Got the listing, title, the business tags, the listing labels,

20:29
just not all their contact information. Yeah, correct. Yeah.

20:33
Which are you have to pull fresh anyway. So if I just go through and say, Okay, I'm gonna pull these. I'll go that way. I'll just do it that way here.

20:43
I'm

20:44
just gonna ask Doran, did you see anything inside there? Dorn,

20:47
the export functionality has been removed.

20:53
Yeah,

20:54
completely

20:55
weird.

20:55
You can't do listing label categories, and you can't do the data from the listings themselves, and I tried doing it in XML and converting and there's no data in the XML output, so I'm not sure it'll probably and I'm researching this now. Require going into the database and exporting it that way, but I'm looking at that right now.

21:18
Yeah, I what I did was I put 100 100 pages down and just grabbed it and put it into an Excel 10 times because I had 10 pages worth. And that's how I got what I've got.

21:33
Got it. Okay.

21:34
Do we have any plugin for this one? Jason, do you think

21:39
I'm looking at that too? Rushenka, and I don't see anything that will grab the listing data. Obviously, you can download the whole thing, but then you got to go through everything to get what you want, right? But I don't see a plugin that will just do the listing data. Yeah, yeah, but I'm still looking

22:00
okay, I think I'll share this with the team as well so that we can figure out a better way to do this.

22:07
Yes,

22:08
yeah,

22:09
yeah. We should figure out why,

22:12
yes,

22:13
why the export got removed in the first place, whether that was intentional or unintentional. It doesn't seem right. I don't know why that would be removed. I don't see what, what the reasoning behind that would be, doesn't make any sense to me. So, yeah, it sounds like it must have been unintentional. Maybe it was a bug they were fixing and they just didn't realize that that export functionality got removed or where something happened to it. So, yeah, that's definitely something we want to look at and make sure that that gets fixed.

22:48
Um, this is from WordPress side,

22:52
right. Jason,

22:52
right, yeah, yeah. Okay. Okay. So, Jason, another question I do. Did have, I believe API in my main agency. Do I have to put API into each of my sub directories as well

23:12
into your sub directories?

23:15
If I my agency, I believe I have my API. But I don't in the in the smart directory. Do I have to do a new API key?

23:31
No, no, so, so the SDI app lives within a single sub account, inside your high level account, right? So you have a, you have an agency, high level account, is what I'm hearing you're saying, and then you have a sub account. And inside that sub account is where the that's where you install the SD AI app, and inside that install, that's where the API keys go for Google Maps, if that's what you're referring to.

24:05
Okay, not necessarily, was I looking for maps, but that's a good point of I haven't got that far to figure that part out.

24:15
Well. So the Google Maps, the Google API, I should say, because it's maps and its reviews and images all tied in together.

24:23
Okay, so I put a new API in with my directory.

24:31
I mean, it doesn't necessarily, if you still have the key, you can use the existing key,

24:37
okay,

24:38
yeah, you don't have to create a new key is, yeah, the main thing is making sure that you have the right permissions, so as long as the you've granted the correct API library permissions or enabled the appropriate library, API libraries for that key, then it'll work. Mm.

25:00
Okay, I'll come back to that when I get that far.

25:05
Yeah, it's, it's, I mean, it's basically the same thing. I don't think anything's changed there. Let's see if I can pull it up instead of our help docs here real quick. Google, yeah, Google Maps API. Just give me one second. Just going back. Yeah, maps, JavaScript, places and geocoding,

25:54
right,

25:55
right. If the key, yeah. So if your existing key has those enabled, then you're good,

26:02
okay, then I can just copy that same key from my main agency into the directory,

26:10
right? I guess I'm confused on Main agency,

26:14
well, marketing services, my main agency is the agency level, which I believe I had that API already set up in there, okay,

26:26
under Google Cloud. Okay, got it, yep,

26:28
now I'm in smart directory,

26:31
right? So, yes, correct, yeah, you're copying it from there, from your Cloud account into smart directory. Yes,

26:38
okay, okay, all right, I think I've, I've got enough to chew on.

26:45
Okay,

26:46
I will continue to move forward. Thanks, Jason,

26:50
here's the Theresa. I'm dropping the the link to the map section.

26:54
Got it

26:55
the Google API section, I should say, makes more sense. But anyway, yeah, there's some videos and some step by step tutorials there for you too.

27:04
Thank you so much.

27:05
Okay, awesome, Jeff, looks like you're up next. Jeff, can you hear me? Looks like you're unmuted. Might be a microphone issue. There we go. Yep, I can hear you now. I

27:42
got three quick questions. My directory came pre loaded with about 36 businesses, you know, from Las Vegas, I guess Tom put them in there or whatever. So before I upload my list, should I delete those? Or what should I do?

28:05
Sure? Yeah, you can easily. You can delete those. Yes,

28:09
delete all the ones that, 36 of them that came in. I just delete them all right,

28:13
correct, yes,

28:14
upload my list.

28:16
Correct.

28:16
Okay. Now question two, yesterday's webinar, there was some question about A to P registrations, and there was a message that Cameron's working on some new way to simplify it. You know anything about that

28:33
I do? We've talked he and I have talked a little bit about it. Nothing's been finalized yet, but yes, there is a plan to essentially build some training around a simplified version of ATP to get you guys to help you guys get approved quicker, and kind of streamline that whole process. Now you'll still have to go through the ATP process. There's nothing that we can do to kind of remove that, but we are going to, there is a little bit of training around it and a process that will help you guys get through it a little bit quicker.

29:18
Okay, so I'm in Canada, but I should still go through the process, right through the registration process.

29:26
If you're planning on, is your SDI site, US based or Canada Canadian, based

29:32
Canadian.

29:33
Okay, I'm not entirely sure. I don't remember. I don't think that Canada has to follow the same laws. I could look it up, though, for you real quick. Give me one second here. I'm. Okay, I guess I misspoke. So it looks like yes as of 2026, Canada does have to go through the ATP process. So yes, you do in order to send text messages through long digit or 10 digit phone numbers, yes, you

30:27
do. Okay.

30:28
As of March, it looks

30:31
like yep.

30:31
The last question is kind of weird. On, on my side, on every side, I guess. Just below the head picture, there is a couple of lines. There is the the home meta title, right? And a home meta description. So I changed the meta description, and there was a little pop up said, you know, there's no update button anymore. Little pop up said that it's updated, and yet it's not updating on my site anywhere. I tried to different computers, to different browsers, tried it in incognito, and it's still there. It's not changed. I sent the ticket in too, but I'm not sure what the problem is. Better.

31:28
Let's see. Give me one second. Jeff rachika, have you seen that ticket come in from Jeff? In regards to meta title and meta description,

31:40
I'm just checking GC,

31:43
okay, let's go ahead

31:45
and send the video along too.

31:48
Okay, yeah, let's take a look at that. Because I know so we, we have been kind of systematically removing the Update button from within the app, and that was a conscious decision made by the team. The reason being that we were, there were a lot of people that were missing it, were missing the Update button. So we've, we've implemented is an auto save feature that that automatically saves your changes as you make them,

32:13
right?

32:14
But I just want to make sure that there isn't something tied to that that's that's causing this not to actually save I

32:24
mean, all the images and everything else that that I changed on the site, everything is good,

32:30
right?

32:31
So, except the text, the text is not being updated.

32:37
Yeah. Dorne, go ahead, man.

32:40
I could wait on this. I have an update for Teresa, okay, okay, got it.

32:47
Rachika, were you able to find anything for Jeff?

32:50
Star, yes, so there is a ticket, and Steph sent a reply, but due to it is showing some mail delivery error, so the email was not sent, and it is saying address not found. Jeff, can you share a new email address with us, because we are not able to send emails to you.

33:10
Can I hear you? Yeah, I can hear you, kind of a little bit muffled, but I can hear you. Yeah. I sent the video along too.

33:19
So Jeff, what rachika was just saying was that she found your ticket, but they tried, the team tried to respond, and they were not able to the email, was not able to go through. So she was asking, Can you please send us a different email address so that we can respond to the ticket and help you get this sorted out?

33:40
Oh, okay, should I give it to her now? Or what?

33:45
Yeah, that's,

33:46
yeah, you can share it here. Okay,

33:47
you want

33:47
to just share it in the chat. That's perfect. Just go ahead and message her inside the chat.

33:52
Okay, I'll do that.

33:54
Okay,

33:55
okay, that's it. Thank you.

33:56
I'm going to, I'm going to make a note on this, though too, to make sure that we follow up to make sure that that there isn't an issue with the auto save on there. Okay. Jeff,

34:07
oh, Jason. Jeff, like which content like he was trying to update so that I can test

34:15
so he was trying to update meta title and meta description correct both. Jeff. Jeff was it both meta, title and description. Believe it was. He's on mute now,

34:33
yeah, I think he mentioned that,

34:35
yeah, I think, I think he tried to update both. So, yeah, let's just go ahead and put down both.

34:40
Yeah, sure.

34:42
Okay, perfect. Awesome. And then Dorne, you said you had an update for Theresa.

34:50
Yes, the functionality to export has been removed. Again, oversight or by accident, I was. Able to install the free plugin, WP all export, and then I selected the listings as the export, selected every field associated with the listing and downloaded it all. It got NAME, TYPE of listing, address, a bunch of metadata, gobbledygook. You don't need phone number, address, everything. And it also downloaded links to the images,

35:37
which

35:38
may allow them to import the image. Yeah, so it would do it all.

35:43
That's great,

35:44
but that was WP all export is the plug in, and you're gonna have to play with the output.

35:50
Okay, so you

35:52
don't get, I mean, literally, I got 471 fields, and I think I need about 13. Play around with it, but you it can be done, and you will get all the data in a CSV output. You can pick the output, I pick CSV, then you can manipulate that information to map it into high level, and it should work pretty seamlessly.

36:20
Awesome. Thank you so much for your work. Darn

36:23
You're welcome.

36:24
Yeah, thank you

36:25
and team. Get back on the developer and get that export function turned back on.

36:32
Yeah, I've got that in my notes. I'll make sure that Cameron knows about that.

36:35
Yeah, okay, cool,

36:37
awesome. Right on All right. All right. Guys, more questions. Well, you have questions again. Bottom of the Google meet window, if you go ahead and click that hand icon, you can go ahead and raise your hand, we can have you unmute and get to your questions. Rachika, it looks like Jeff dropped his email in there, in the chat. Just wanted to point that out. Hopefully you saw that.

37:09
Got it. Thank you, Jeff. Thanks, Jason.

37:12
No problem. Yeah. Doyle, so you said that someone in your town already has a smart directory, but it's not working. Should you do it? Yes, 100% I do not think for one second that the market is saturated. As a small business owner, they are always looking for more exposure, right? Always looking to grow, always looking to be on the latest and greatest platform to really showcase their business. So if there's an existing site, it doesn't mean anything doesn't mean that it's being run well, that it's well executed, that that that site actually has any type of market presence. So 1,000% I would say, go for it. I would not be concerned it one bit if you see somebody else that has either an AGM or an SDI site locally or some other platform. For that matter, I would not be concerned again one bit.

38:31
He's part of our group, but I don't think it has been active for year. I think the side is couple years old,

38:39
right?

38:39
But he has a he's got one thing attached to it. Everything else shows Vegas. All the sites are Vegas. In other words, he just put it up and it's, it has all Vegas sites on instead of Amarillo Texas site. So,

38:55
got it. Got it. Yeah. So then it sounds like he's not even working it, but you guys are part of the same business networking group I present.

39:01
Well, we're, we're, both of us are members here with Nick So,

39:07
Oh, got it. Okay. So I just

39:11
didn't want to, you know, cross a line there or something, you know,

39:15
no no. Again. Like, yeah, no. The there is no like, there's no territory structure or, you know, system,

39:28
small community. So I just didn't want to it not be effective because of that, you know. So, okay, one other question, because we are a small we're panhandle. Amarillo is kind of the center of the Texas panhandle. And I would like to include other towns. There's a lot of small towns that, you know, they come here, how? And there are people there that need websites to and, you know, I. Chat bot, everything else that we offer, yep. So how would I do that in a directory like that? Would I say that it's all encompassing Amro and all surrounding panhandle?

40:15
Or,

40:15
sure, yeah,

40:16
okay,

40:17
exactly, yeah. And it can be,

40:19
is there a way in the directory to maybe dictate towns, you know,

40:27
yeah. So all through listing, that's what listing labels are. So listing labels allow you to kind of organize your listings in any way that you'd like. So we have people that do it by region. So, you know, national sites, which I don't recommend you start right now, but I'm but I'm just letting you know that it can be done this way. Where it's it's a national site where it's broken up into different regions. So you've got kind of like the East Coast, you know, the Midwest, the South, the West Coast, that sort of thing. So broken up into regency of multiple states per region, then we have it broken all the way down to, you know, just one specific city. People do it by county. People will do it by a group of cities. So, like, you know, like you mentioned the Panhandle. So you could say the Panhandle right region, or however you want to organize it. Or it could just be, you know, your main city and surrounding areas, like you mentioned. So, yeah, that's all possible. All done through listing labels and you can, you can separate out those different areas and the different business types within those areas.

41:33
Okay, all right. Thank you very much. Yeah,

41:40
yeah, Jeff, you've got your hand up again. Go right ahead.

41:43
Yeah. Sorry. One more question. In the old AGM site, we used to have ability to run some ads, or, you know, something to promote our services or ads for customers, but it's not available in the SDI. Is that something that maybe you bring back again? Or, yeah,

42:03
I'm

42:04
trying to remember was that, was it AdSense? Is that what it was

42:10
you were just able to create ads within the program, you know, and then, like, another listing, and then the right hand column, you could put these little ads in there.

42:21
Yeah, I do remember that. I have not heard anything about that. Let me see if I can find rachika, do you know, has that been added to our to our county board.

42:43
Yes, Jason, some of the customers are were asking about that, and it's, it should be there. Yeah, let me cross check again.

42:56
I thought it was in under review, or whatever the middle column is. It's not being done and it's not planned, but it's on the to do list. With my understanding,

43:08
okay,

43:09
and it kind of got put on hold because we have more important things to do first, but my understanding is that it's on the on the under consideration that last time I saw it, that's where it was.

43:28
Okay. So right now, let's say I wanted to offer a website design or something. Is there any way I could show that on dashboard somewhere, on a site,

43:42
if you wanted to off, oh, I see what you're saying. So you wanted to advertise

43:46
whatever.

43:46
Yeah, yeah. So what I would do there in that case, right now, Jeff, probably the best option would be to create a page dedicated to selling websites, and you could add that page in the SDA I funnel, and then that page would be available to add to your menu right. Could appear in the navigation so it just be a new page in the navigation menu, but you would build that page out inside the same SDA, I funnel,

44:16
right, right, yeah, I went through that. Yeah. Okay, that's great. Thank you so much.

44:22
Yeah, that's what I do. So yeah, I think that's probably going to be your best bet. But what this what I wanted to do, and I completely forgot to tell you guys just going to pull up my notes. So I think I mentioned when I first joined the call, you know, before I jump on these calls, I usually have a meeting with the team, and we kind of go through what's in progress, any major bugs that people are facing, tickets, things like this, feature releases. And today the meeting focused mainly on feature releases. So there are several things that are coming up the. Should be released here in the next couple of days. And I just wanted to kind of give you guys a little insight into what's happening and what's coming. So one major update that will be pushed live, so all of these things that I'm going to mention right now, just so you know, these are all in final testing and approval, and once they go through final testing, as long as everything checks out, they will be pushed to production. So the expected timeframe to push to production on these is within, within this week, so by Friday. So we've got one of the one major update is reordering of blogs jobs and submissions on the back end. So just like you can reorder, you can reorder, you know, different businesses, you can reorder things on the back end. We're going to also going to be able to reorder blogs, jobs, submissions, those types of things on the back end, just by clicking, dragging and dropping another one that's being pushed to production this week is the cookie consent banner. This is, I know that this, this is a big deal in other countries, but some people also want to be able to offer this here in the US as well. But that cookie consent banner, being able to customize that, turn that on and off that's that's going to be something that will be pushed here shortly. And then one thing that I thought was really exciting was, and this is a much bigger release, is the elements of the site release. And what this is, is basically giving you guys a lot more flexibility on all the different elements inside the site itself. So you're going to with this release, you're going to have a lot of flexibility over basic things like text, so being able to update category names or text or titles throughout the site, button, text, all these different things, where, where text shows up that may not be applicable to you and your business. So I know a lot of people run, you know, regular business directories here, but there are a lot of people that don't run regular business directories that are doing using SDI for other types of directory sites. They could be, you know, real estate related, people related, but they're, they're different from business and so this, this is really, this update is going to really help you guys be able to customize the site a lot more. Be able to update those different elements, again, the headings and titles, button titles, or button text, I should say, basically all the text on all the different pages is going to you'll have the flexibility to update all of that stuff and really customize it, customize the language, and customize the site more to fit you, your brand and your offering. So that's a really exciting update. I think everybody's pretty excited about that one. Again, that's a real big one. I know the team has been working on that for a while, but that's going to be pushed live here sometime this week. Other updates that are kind of in the queue, that are not at the level of final testing and then being pushed to production, but are still in progress. Right now, we've got site map improvements across the board for all pages. So there's going to be some big SEO improvements, everything from site map structuring for each of the different pages as well as the slug or the URL structure. So there's, there's going to be quite a bit of stuff happening on the SEO side of things, and that's in production right now, or, I'm sorry, not production that is in progress right now. Dashboard overhaul. This is a larger project that the team has been working on for quite some time. The idea is, what we're doing is we're pushing design direction for the app more towards the same design direction that high level has. And the reason for this is we want to really make the app feel more native, and make it feel very familiar, keeping the same styling that high level has, so it'll feel like it's just part of the overall high level setup. So that's more of kind of a a UI fix, but I think fix, I think it's going to be probably a little bit more intuitive to use. And yeah, so I'm pretty excited about what, what the guys are talking about there. Do you have something to add on that?

49:40
No. Go ahead, I have a question that I've been asked by three or four people that I don't know the answer to, but I can wait. Sorry.

49:50
So the last one that is in progress right now is something that I know a lot of people have asked about, and it was something that. I pushed really hard to make sure that this got on the roadmap for this latest, this latest update, and that is a logo resizer. So basically, what this is going to do, it's going to easily allow you to upload, upload your logo into your SD AI site, and based on your logo dimensions, you're going to be able to automatically resize that however you'd like. So that will, I know that's a big deal for a lot of people. I know a lot of people because of the types of logos that they have, especially vertical logo formats, when you upload that, the logo just looks really, really tiny on your SD AI site, this logo slider is going to allow you to resize it very easily, so that you can, you can get basically the perfect sizing for your logo in the the main navigation on your SDI site. So those are the all the things that I am, I guess, allowed to talk about right now. So hopefully that that excites you guys a little bit. I know a lot of these things we've been talking about feature updates for quite some time, but I think we're finally at the point where a lot of the major bugs are behind us, while the infrastructure changes are behind us. And so this is going to be kind of a new regular thing where we're going to be doing these mini sprints and pushing out all of these feature updates. So I say all that to kind of excite you guys, let you know that we are constantly working on this app, but also to let you know that we do have a canning board, and on that candy board, that's where we take suggestions from the community. So I really encourage you guys to use that board and to post your ideas again. That's where the development team is really going to look on to what to develop next. So if it's on there, if it's getting up votes, if people are talking about it, that will be something that gets put into the next development sprint. So I encourage you guys, there's something that you need, that you really want, go ahead and post it on there. And then if you want to try and get some kind of rally the troops, rally everybody behind it, I would encourage you to then take that link and post it in the school group and let people know. Give your use case, give your pitch in the school group as to why everybody should go and upvote that and try and get some momentum behind whatever that feature update is that you want to push. So yeah, all exciting things. And yeah, we're really pumped to get some of this stuff out to you guys. So with that, any other questions, let's open it back up for questions again. Bottom of this the Google meet window, there's that hand icon. You guys can just go ahead and click that door, and I know you had something. Why don't you go ahead and chime in now and then. We'll we'll take any other questions after that.

52:56
Okay, so I've had several people DM me, and they have claimed listings that they don't recall approving, right? So they wanted to know what the deal is. And I said, Well, ideally, what you're going to do is filter your DHL contacts by business tag and contact tag, right, or consumer tech, pardon me, but when they do that, they don't match up, right? It's like they used a different address to claim, maybe. And I was curious. I don't know of a way to go. I told them, look at your claim listings in your submissions, but they don't match up. So I don't know if there's a look back period, like maybe the claimed in the last week or last 30 days versus over time, or if there's an easy way to figure out who's claimed what, without going business by business. I told them go business by business, but if they have 50 it'll take them forever to figure out who's done what. And I didn't know of a quick, easy way to like cross reference that.

54:10
Yeah,

54:11
you know of a way to do that?

54:14
Yeah, these are the types of things that, because it's an app running on top of high level. You know, high level has been really good about giving us more transparency in the audit logs, but this is something that's not It's not logged in the actual high level audit logs. But with that being said, I think that that it makes sense that we have some sort of our own audit log system that we can go back and we can find these things I do. I like the idea of being able to filter and create a list of, you know, businesses and consumers match to businesses over. Over some sort of a time period, I think that's a really to me that makes a lot of sense, that that should be a feature that gets added. But also, in addition to that, having some sort of an audit system similar to what high level has, so that we can go back and we can try and look through the data and find these things, and really empowering you and all of us to be able to do that and not have to submit tickets every single time in order to really dig into the data, the data is there,

55:29
I

55:30
have a question. Do we amend the GHL contact with a claimed tag anywhere, and we could filter by all claim businesses, and that would certainly make it a little easier

55:47
right

55:47
to find on the GHL side anyway, I don't know if we could set up an automation that did that in the on our side that just fired automatically. They didn't have they wouldn't

56:02
even have to filter by it. Yeah, yeah,

56:06
that was my initial thought. Is some way I know now we can assign people, like if you go into business and no one's claimed that, you can assign an owner to the business. Now, right,

56:18
right.

56:19
Would seem we could somehow marry those in the GHL side, in the database, somehow, would seem to be the easiest way to do that, but I see

56:30
I

56:30
like the auto blog idea too.

56:33
Yeah. Yeah. I mean the tag running an automation to apply a claim tag would be, that'd be, that would be an easy fix.

56:51
I have added the claim tag on claim request approved.

56:56
You have

56:58
yes

56:59
so you can go, then you just go into your context and fill you have a filtered list to say, like a smart list that you've saved.

57:05
Did you modify the system automation? Lars,

57:08
yes. I went, I went into the claim request, approved automation, and added ad tag claimed.

57:17
That's excellent.

57:17
Got it okay? And then, do you have a smart list of all those claimed

57:23
Yes? So I can do that and go high level, but I only do it once. It's an approved, not for the one that has that I manually have approved. And Dawn's problem was that, or because the guys that it was approved automatically or something, but I have added tags in the workflows that was provided. Yes,

57:43
can I make a suggestion? Sure we add VARs to the dev team.

57:54
Let's do it,

57:56
because that makes more sense to me, to add a tag claimed in the work in the automations,

58:05
yeah.

58:18
What automation Did you say you did that in Lars

58:22
I did, I just left, and I did it in the smart directory, AI workflows folder, and then system workflows and claim request approved.

58:39
Got it Yeah, so just only after approval, Yep,

58:42
yeah, and I did it, you know, the first, that's the first step that I had. I just said claim. Ad tag, claimed.

58:57
Right? I got it.

59:07
So that means that every every business I have approved, I can go back and go high level, smart list and say that they have claimed it,

59:16
right? Yeah, I like that. I think that's that's definitely an easy fix for anyone that's looking to do the same thing. But my, I think I definitely, and I've already made a note on this, I definitely think that we need, this needs to be part of the app. There's no reason why we can't have a section in the app that shows you that data right there within the app. There's no reason why we need to go outside of the app and then into Contacts and then into a smart list to dig down to find this information. This should be readily available within the app, and it only makes sense to have it right there. In my mind, I think that's. Think that when you're running this as a business, that's something you need to know and have access to that right away without having to dig for it. But I like that you came up with a creative solution. I think that's a good idea, but I think we need to push for having that transparency within the SDI app as well.

1:00:22
I agree. But there's a lot of stuff that I have modified because, again, it was not there. So I've added tags left and right, to be honest,

1:00:30
right? Yep.

1:00:34
The only drawback is that I got to go back to the contacts to find them basically, with that

1:00:41
Exactly, yeah, yeah, and that, and that's kind of my point, is that there's no reason for us to be bouncing back and forth just to find basic data on, you know, who's claimed a listing and who hasn't, and who they're associated with. That should be, that should just be available to us right there, right here, inside the app.

1:01:01
Yeah. Awesome.

1:01:06
Thanks, Lars, I appreciate that. I'm definitely I'm adding this into my notes right now, and yeah,

1:01:15
I'll

1:01:16
definitely let the team know about this. All right, guys, questions, anybody else questions, where are we with time? Here. Looks like we got about an hour. Okay. If you guys got questions, go ahead and just click on that hand icon. Raise your hand. I mean, we're not too busy. So if you want to just go ahead and unmute. I'm fine with that as well. But anything SDA, I related, high level related, if you guys have questions on, yeah, any tech questions, even business related questions, happy to, happy to take Those. Strategy related, anything you guys want to talk about.

1:02:28
I have one. It's just strictly it may not be appropriate for this, so just tell me yes or no. But I just got Google workspace. I was wondering if there's anything that Nick has that shows how to set up your Google workspace for my agency.

1:02:48
What groups are you in? Doyle

1:02:52
sharks, and then I signed up to high level through Nick

1:03:00
got it, okay?

1:03:02
And also, you know, I follow Tom or, well, through the sharks, online sharks, or offline sharks rather.

1:03:11
Yeah, I think there is something. I

1:03:14
think I've seen something too, but I was to make it point me in the right direction. I I had, I had Microsoft, but I decided I'd switch over to Google, because seems like Google to the best, best for what I'm what we're doing. Most people are using Google.

1:03:41
Are you saying? Are you talking about Google workspace?

1:03:44
Yes,

1:03:45
okay, got it, yeah,

1:03:47
even high level as those guys and they, they suggested maybe Google instead of, you know, my 365 so, yeah,

1:03:56
it's hard, it's hard for me to say which one's better or worse. I, I've, only ever used Google. I don't know if that was a good, good choice of mine or not, but it's worked for me either way. I haven't had any issues. I signed up with Google, I don't know, 15 years ago or more, with Google workspace. So yeah, I've had it for for quite some time, and it's worked out for me. I haven't had any issues. Like I said. I use Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, all the tools, and it integrates with a lot of different systems. So yeah, I mean, I think whether it's better or worse, I couldn't tell you, but I can tell you that it's worked for me for 15 years. So I did

1:04:45
it because I have an Android phone, and

1:04:48
seems

1:04:49
to be that it, you know, in my mind, it just, it's clunky when I try to use Microsoft on my phone, kind of.

1:05:00
Yeah, I'd say whatever works for you, that's the best. That's the best system, you know.

1:05:05
Okay,

1:05:05
so if it's working, if it ain't broke, don't fix it, right?

1:05:09
It's

1:05:09
working.

1:05:09
Say I signed up last night and had my email address. I got to go to high level and change it and stuff. So, but that's I'll get off. Thank you. Sorry.

1:05:22
Cool. Yeah, no worries, yeah, Dorn. I think he dropped, not sure what happened to dorn rachika, do you know? Do we have like a guide? I know that I've seen something from Tom in the past on Google business profile. I just want to make sure that we get that over to Doyle. If we do have something, just point him in the right direction. If you happen to know of something,

1:05:57
let me check what exactly we want to see,

1:05:59
just any type of he's looking for, like a setup guide, or like a, you know, a step by step. I feel like Tom had something I don't even know. I It may have even just been a blog post that he did where it just kind of walks people through just basic setup. It's really not that hard. Doyle, I'll just tell you it's, it's pretty simple process to do, but if you've never done it before, it is nice to have, you know, kind of a guide, or give you some more explanation on on some of it. If we don't, if rachika can't find anything, I would say your next best bet would be just to go to YouTube and to Google, just put it into into YouTube search, Google business profile setup, right? You could even put in, you know, Google business profile setup for a marketing agency or something like that, into YouTube search. And I'm sure there's going to be somebody that's posted a video that walks you through that setup we I'd love to point you in the direction of us, if we can find something, but if we can't, I would say that's going to be your next best

1:07:10
bet.

1:07:10
I thought I seen a video where Nick showed the inner circle how to kind of set up the drive and stuff.

1:07:19
Are

1:07:19
you inside the AI inner circle.

1:07:21
Yes, sir. I am,

1:07:22
Oh, you are okay. Let me. Let me log in there.

1:07:25
I logged in on this teams meeting with my new Google email address. So but I'm logged my account with Nick and them as a personal email, and I'm going to switch all that soon as I get it together here on Google so that it's all in one place.

1:07:42
Got it? Yep, let's see. So

1:07:46
if something sent to me, it'll be the Hotmail address that you have for me, and I don't mind typing it in. Anybody sees it?

1:07:59
Okay? So I'm inside the inner circle. I'm just kind of looking around here see if I can find it for you. And

1:08:07
if you need to take care of some other business, that's fine. I totally understand so. But I appreciate any help you give me. I'm going to go change my high level everything for over to this new business address, and get it off my personal email. It's yeah,

1:08:29
I think that's a good idea. Just have everything in one place. Is always yes.

1:08:32
It

1:08:32
just makes it easy. Yep,

1:08:33
yes. My offline show everything I'm going to switch over to that that's this business related.

1:08:40
I'm that

1:08:44
that's going to be a task. I've had that other personal email address for 3025, years, 30 years now. So you can imagine the amount of folders in it. And so anyway, I want to separate it out. I'm brand new. I

1:09:03
so I found a Google I think this is just ads SOP,

1:09:10
and I happen to be on my phone right now instead of my desktop, so I'm remote, so I couldn't

1:09:22
got it. See, oh, yeah, okay, here we go. Yep, I did find it. Okay, so let's

1:09:39
see he made a post or somewhere and something. I was wondering

1:09:43
post, if you go under learning, there is a course that's set up in there just called swipe and deploy vault. And if you click on swipe and deploy vault inside that.

1:10:00
That's where it's at. I knew I'd seen it, so,

1:10:02
yeah, I think I clicked on. I

1:10:05
haven't done that, course, totally yet, but I kind of looked around and so I'll find it if that's where it's at.

1:10:12
Yeah, hang on. I'll tell you exactly what it was. It was, think it was SEO. It was under foundational SOPs SEO service SOPs. And inside there, if you open that up, it opens up a Google Drive folder. And inside that Google Drive folder, there is a section for Google business profile, and there's a full SOP inside there,

1:10:38
okay, but that'll also help me set up my drive correctly trick to, I mean, as far as, like,

1:10:46
the

1:10:47
right

1:10:47
moments I

1:10:49
was thinking he had one on how they had,

1:10:52
yeah, there. I do remember that that was

1:10:55
Amanda done.

1:10:59
Yeah, that was, I I remember that course. I don't know if that's in this if it, it would make sense if it's under swipe and deploy. Just because it's either under that one or that foundational training, it might be under one of those two courses,

1:11:18
okay,

1:11:19
just

1:11:20
because those are on some of the few courses I've taken. So, okay, one other, this is a high level question, and it's nobody has their hands raised. Do they?

1:11:32
No, no, no, you're

1:11:33
okay. Well then one thing I don't understand, I set up my sub account, and then when I get a customer, which I will have, hopefully by the end of the week, or I have two people that are friends that I'm going to do some stuff for them, not free, but just almost free, just so that I can, you know, be they're my guinea pigs,

1:11:57
sure

1:11:58
And so, but how do they see I'm not understanding. Will they be able to see my white label? They'll, they'll, they'll see it. They get a dashboard also,

1:12:11
right? Yeah. So what you'll have, you've got your agency level account, right, right? And that that's where you subscribe to high level right? And that's got all of your agency level settings. But at the agency level, there's no communication. There's no communication with your clients or with anyone. At the agency level, the agency level is really just all of your settings, right? And that's where you set up your white label. So that's where you'd add that's where you'd add your your your white label logo, your white label domain, all of those things under the agency settings, once that's all set up. Yep, once that's all set up. So what you'll do is under the user section, you can add them as a user, but before you add the client as a user, you're going to want to set up a sub account specifically for that user. So if both of these friends of yours work for the same company, then you'd you'd add, you'd create one sub account for that company, and then you'd create two user accounts, one for each person, and then assign them to that that sub account. So they both have,

1:13:24
one's a barber and one's a real estate ladies.

1:13:27
Okay, well, there you go. So then you would set up two separate sub accounts, one for the barber and set up another sub account for the real estate company.

1:13:36
My last

1:13:36
sub accounts are created. Then you'll go, you'll you'll add them as a user, and you'll add them as a user to that sub account,

1:13:46
okay?

1:13:48
And

1:13:48
and then when they go to log in, they're going to, instead of going to a P, p.go high level.com to log in, they're going to go to, typically, everybody uses the same the same sub domain, a P, P, so it'll be a P, P, dot your domain.com, that they'll use to log in.

1:14:11
Okay, all right, I would just hadn't had a chance to ask somebody at high level. I was kind of confused there. So okay, thank you. I'll get off again. Thank

1:14:23
you. No worries, no worries dwell. Yeah, always happy to help. Benita,

1:14:29
Hi, Jason, hey. I just have a quick question.

1:14:34
Sure,

1:14:35
I received my CSV file, you know, with a free listings?

1:14:42
Sure, yep.

1:14:43
Okay, so I no longer have I moved my sub account to just this the app, the smart directory app, so I don't have high level anymore. So do I just put that file in my app? Right? I just transfer it to my app. Okay?

1:15:00
Correct? Yes. Well, you go to the contact section and you can upload it, yep.

1:15:04
Okay, so I do it in the context section, and I can, can I pick just the ones that I want? Or do I have to? Yeah,

1:15:13
you can

1:15:14
answer the whole thing. Okay,

1:15:15
yeah, you can definitely pick the ones. What I would do, I, what I would probably suggest, though, is, if you want to kind of pick and choose is I do that ahead of time. Just open up the CSV file, open up the spreadsheet, and just build a list of the ones that you want to import. That way, when you go to do the import, you can just, I can do it.

1:15:33
Okay. I appreciate it. Thanks. Jason,

1:15:35
of course.

1:15:36
Okay. Bye.

1:15:37
Bye, yeah. Dorn, I know you got you got kicked out there right when I was asking you, I know you had a question. Yeah,

1:15:45
I didn't hear your question. But one thing I wanted to tell Doyle and anybody else that has workspace is one of the benefits of workspace now is you get Gemini pro included, which is really helpful. More credits, more pulling access to more tools, and it should show up if you're logged into your chrome profile, in workspace account. It should automatically be there. You shouldn't have to upgrade anything. It should just all be pro level at that point. And I'm not sure if the low level workspace gets it, or if it's the mid tier and above, I think it's all up, but it's something worth looking at, because for lead scraping, we use Gemini almost exclusively, right? Because they have more data, right? So I just want to add that, and if you ask me a question, why was being kicked out by Google, I don't, I didn't hear

1:16:48
no, that's a great that's a great point. I think that's that's really good. And the other thing staying on that topic, I don't know if you guys have tried Doran, have you tried notebook?

1:17:01
Yeah, I use notebook quite a bit, actually.

1:17:03
Okay, cool. I

1:17:05
have some agents that actually go back and forth with notebook too.

1:17:09
Do you? Okay, cool. Yeah, I've been so I started using notebook, I don't know, a couple months ago, and I've been really impressed by it, and what it's been able to do one of the things this kind of a side conversation. I hope everybody's okay with this, but if you guys haven't tried notebook yet with Google, I would highly suggest you do it. What I've used it for is is research, like data research. One of the cool things that you can do is you can add links, whether those links are websites, whether they're YouTube videos, it doesn't matter. You can add all of those in and then have basically Google synthesize all of the information. So you don't want to give it, you don't want to give it links that are unrelated. I guess you probably could. But the way that I've used it is, you know, if I'm looking at doing some research on a particular topic, I grab all of those links that have related information from all different sources, and I dump those into notebook, and then from there, what you can do is you can have it generate different outputs. One of the coolest things that I've that it's generated for me is a slide deck where it kind of, it basically synthesizes all the information. So you plug in, say, you plug in, you know, 20 different websites all related to the same topic. It goes out, it reads through those different sites and basically synthesizes all that information into an easy to read slide deck with amazing graphics that you can go through. And it breaks down complicated. It can really break down complicated concepts in a great visual way. Additionally, it can create video content out of the out of those links, which is really fantastic. So just a simple way that you can take advantage of one of Google's tools. And if you haven't already tried notebook, I would definitely suggest giving it a shot. It's been super, super helpful for myself and my team. Yeah, all right, guys questions, go ahead and unmute if you want or raise that raise your hand. Just click that hand icon down there the bottom of the Google meet window and

1:19:47
Bonita has one in chat. Jason,

1:19:49
oh, let's see what she say. Yeah. Bonita, so I don't know. I don't know 100% if this is still the case,

1:20:08
I can just go find them again. I should have copied them.

1:20:15
Yeah, what I was, what I was going to tell you is the so in the past, what the official word from high level was is that accounts are not deleted. So once accounts are set up, that data stays there forever.

1:20:34
Yes, that's what they're telling me. Okay,

1:20:39
yeah, and they don't delete it. So but in order to react, to access that data, you've got to end you've got to enter in a credit card and actually,

1:20:47
yeah, right, yes, okay.

1:20:50
But that data stays on their servers, according to them again, all

1:20:53
right? And

1:20:54
if they just told you that, then I guess it's that's still the that's still the rule, because that's how it's that's how it's always been in the past.

1:21:01
Okay, dope, okay, dope, I can, I can start over. Thank you, Jason, thank you, Dawn. No

1:21:07
problem.

1:21:08
Okay,

1:21:09
yeah, Doyle,

1:21:16
yes, since there's no other questions on my barber shop site that I'm going to build right now. We want, I want to put two chairs on there so that they have two different booking calendars. Each person has their booking calendar, and then we're going to add two or three more in the future. But I guess high level, if I call high level, they show me how to do that, or how would i Is there just a quick, easy way to do that? Or what?

1:21:45
Yeah, yeah. For, for those types of services, they have a specific service based calendar, and that service based calendar you can add multiple services. So in, you know, for like a barber shop, for example, you could have, you know, a beard trim, you could have a haircut, you could have a hair shampoo. Those would be different services. And then you can add, you can add different barbers in there as well. So maybe only one barber does haircuts, maybe another barber does beard trims and haircuts. Maybe a third does, you know, beard trims, haircuts and shampoo or whatever. So yes, so the service based calendar is going to be your best option there, instead of creating individual calendars.

1:22:29
Gotcha. And I think I've watched a video on something on that, so I'll go back and revisit so. But each one and then then they can connect their personal calendar. Or

1:22:40
every user, yep, every user it you can create. So once, once they have a user profile inside their user profile, they can connect whatever outside calendar they use. So, okay, me as a barber, maybe I you if I use iCal, or if I use Google, or if I use Microsoft, I can connect that calendar so that any appointment that that shows up

1:23:06
and the business and the business owner can see everybody's calendar.

1:23:09
The business owner can see it all, yep,

1:23:11
okay, alright. And then one more question on that they offer. They're wanting to offer discounts on like Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, because that's their slowest days. And I would be able to do that. And they're not collecting payment on the site. They everybody pays them when they get the haircut.

1:23:32
Oh yeah. Then there you go, yeah. So if you're not collecting payment on site, then they'll just, they'll, they'll give them the discount on those days.

1:23:42
Okay, right? You've stated there and say, discount be given when you pay for your service,

1:23:48
right?

1:23:49
Okay, all right. Thank you. Bye. No

1:23:51
problem. Yeah. Jordan,

1:23:54
yeah, I just did this. Doyle, so on the company workspace, we put all the calendars, and then each individual hair salon gal had her own calendar, so that the owner and the salon manager could see everything on the corporate calendar. Each individual person sold their slots on their calendar, and there's some really good videos on YouTube. Pavel is a GHL guy. He's got a good video, and then a couple of others on how to exactly set that up. And there is great information in the GHL knowledge base about that multi service, multi chair calendar. But it's pretty easy. It took me about an hour to set it all up.

1:24:45
Okay, well, that'll take me three or four hours. So since I'm brand new,

1:24:50
not with AI, it won't

1:24:52
Yeah, well, I said I had a website, and then I tried the studio last night, and I. Is there any way to get that out of the AI studio, once you have it set up to where you can go back to editor and change some things yourself,

1:25:09
I do it in the website AI builder, rather than the Ask AI or the AI Studio. I do it right in the sites under

1:25:19
that's what I did wrong,

1:25:21
then you can modify them. Although I did see that video where supposedly the AI studio created, sites are now visually editable, rather than editable with AI. And I haven't tested that, but I just use the site builder inside the Sites tab.

1:25:42
Well, it's down beta, and mine won't. You can't do it, so I had to go through the AI, and I'm just not having luck.

1:25:51
So what's interesting about website AI is you can give it a site to model, and it will go rebuild the structure of the site pretty much perfectly. You may have to modify images and copy and the content, but the structure of the sites comes out perfect. I've done four old sharks. Themes are now GHL templates. I did one that was a business consultant had a really slick AI created site, and GHL AI Website Builder went page by page and recreated the whole thing. It took about seven minutes, pretty sick. Well,

1:26:35
I had, I spent like, four hours ish and trying to get my logo right, and finally got it right. So, okay,

1:26:43
yeah, if you do it in the in the site builder, rather than in the AI studio, it's, you can, yeah,

1:26:51
my first website I did, I could just drop it in, and it was perfect, you know.

1:26:55
So that's, was my, my issue with the AI builder in the studio is it's I gotta do AI for everything. And what if I know what I want? I'm just in 10 seconds, go fix it. I gotta wait on AI. And I don't like that. So,

1:27:11
okay, so go to the web. Go to walk my computer. Yeah, go to sites.

1:27:18
Websites, create a new site and then use the AI site builder inside that.

1:27:24
Okay,

1:27:25
and you have, one of the options is you tell it what you want, basically from drop downs and check boxes and it'll build it. The other option is a tab where you tell it what you want it to build, and give it an example, and it will go like a normal AI, rather than just letting selecting the drop downs and letting it pick what it wants to build, you can direct it more directly. Once it's produced, then you can modify it just like normal.

1:27:58
Okay, all right, right. Now I'm having an issue when I'm with my AI, like in the chat with GA in go high level. It'll only take except my first word or two and then stops and sends it.

1:28:13
Try using an incognito browser.

1:28:17
I tried that, and it still did

1:28:19
it. Yeah, that. That's the GHL support issue.

1:28:22
Okay, all right, so go to support. That's what they told me to the guy last night. So okay, all right. Well, I guess I'm taking up everybody's time, so I appreciate your fellows, guys,

1:28:36
yeah, of course, you're good.

1:28:38
You

1:28:46
think we may end up just ending early, because I don't know if there's any more questions anybody else on the call that's got questions i If not, then, yeah, I'll go ahead and just and go ahead and the call early. Let you guys go home. Thorne is going to take a nap.

1:29:17
Is there a recording? Is there is this call?

1:29:20
Yep, all these calls are recorded Yep, and they go right into our grab the link here for you. Go, everything goes into here. And if you go to think it's under past, it's under Q, a calls, past recordings, I believe okay, but on the left hand side, so if you just click that link that I dropped in chat. Left hand side, you'll see a section called Q, a calls, but, yeah, these get recorded and then just upload it into there.

1:30:06
Okay, like, say, I'm on my phone, so I'll pray this will go away, you know, soon as we shut down. So I'll, Yep, I'll

1:30:14
be able to grab that link from chat.

1:30:18
Yeah, I can do it.

1:30:19
Okay, yeah, if you can grab the link from chat, that's the that's the link that you'll go to, and just save that on your phone, and then you can open that up when you get home or wherever, and you could always go back to the

1:30:35
cast. I've seen this before, so I know where to go.

1:30:39
Perfect. All right,

1:30:40
thank you.

1:30:41
Yeah, no problem. Doyle,

1:30:43
thank you everybody. I appreciate all the help.

1:30:46
Yeah, of course, anything

1:30:47
overwhelming for a newbie, but I finally get my feet on the ground. So

1:30:52
sweet.

1:30:55
All right, thank you,

1:30:56
yep, of course. Alrighty guys, I think I'm going to go ahead and wrap this call up. Thanks everybody for showing up again. This is the SDA I call so we've got an amazing support desk.
