Right, welcome everybody. How's everybody doing? You guys having a good week so far?
0:08
Familiar
0:09
faces here. How are you? I'm doing good. Doing good.
0:15
Fantastic.
0:17
Well, we're gonna go ahead and get started. This is the SDAI call. So if you guys got questions, hopefully everybody knows the drill. But I'll I'll let you guys know at the bottom of the Google Meet window. There's the raise hand option. So just go ahead and click that. That'll get you in line, and we'll start answering some questions. But I'm not going to delay any longer. Looks like we already got a few people on the board, so that's good. Carlene, looks like you're first up.
0:43
Hi, Alrighty. Okay, if I may share my screen and just show you a couple of challenges that I'm having. One minute, please share screen. Let let me know when you can see my screen.
1:06
Yeah, I can see it just fine now. Oh,
1:08
you can. Interesting. Okay, it doesn't show on Google Meet that you can see it. So.
1:15
Yeah, I know. I'm not a big fan of Google Meet.
1:18
Yeah. Alrighty. Okay. So here, when when Tom did a training, I think here we could see Google or Google something, yeah, and you could draw the images in from Google. Now I don't see that on mine, so I was wondering how to get that. Do you know what I mean?
1:41
Yep. If you just scroll, scroll down just a little bit further for me on this page. Keep going. Keep going. See where it says link to Google Business Profile right there on the right. That last. Yep. Right there. Go ahead and type in the business name.
1:53
Okay. Let's see what is the business name.
2:03
Okay, so that server error. Let's go ahead and try to just refresh this page for me.
2:17
So, do we have to type a business name in every time, like that.
2:22
Yes, you do. Yep.
2:24
Ah, right. That that
2:25
links that links the Google profile to that specific listing.
2:33
So there's Uncle John's.
2:35
Sorry, I just need to move this. Click this again. Move this over here. Breakfast.
2:47
So go back down for me. Let's. So it does say it's linked now.
2:54
How do I? Where do you see it? Say it is linked.
2:58
Well, I can. I mean, the name is still there. Can we try it one more time? Just go ahead inside that. No, no, no. Inside the link to Google Business Profile. Let's go ahead and just try typing the name in there one more time. Oh, there it is. Yep. Go ahead and select it from the dropdown. Okay, and then scroll back up for me.
3:26
Give me one second here. Is there?
3:29
I think the save button's been removed, but if you want to just double check for me, I think it has. Yeah, there's no save button there. Okay. Yeah, we have an auto Save now, Rachika. Do you have any any ideas on a quick fix for this?
3:49
Yeah, I was about to speak. So we have moved that button to that blue icon. So all the images are there now.
3:58
Oh, they are your media
3:59
library and the Google as well.
4:01
Okay, so go ahead and click
4:03
that. Yeah, you need to click on. Yep,
4:04
Carly. Yep.
4:05
So what happened? Oh, oh right. Yeah, that's that's there. We go. Okay. Yes, I was looking for this thing here. So. Oh, and there's some bakery.
4:21
There you go.
4:22
Alrighty. Oh, isn't it? Isn't it amazing when something works? Right.
4:26
Yeah. Fantastic. Have a separate button there. That's what I was looking for.
4:32
Yeah. But
4:33
it's now combined into the media library, so that's why I thought it wasn't working. But yeah, there it is.
4:39
Great. That's fantastic.
4:40
So now I know to type that there, and then it will do that. Perfect. Right now, the other thing I wanted to do was put. I think. I think Tom calls it an orb. So it's like an AI for AI. Specific listing, so let's do this one. I wanted to put an AI on this business, but I I wasn't sure. I'm sure I've seen a video where Tom shows us how to do it, but I couldn't find that video, and I couldn't remember how to do it. But it was quite straightforward, actually.
5:28
Yeah,
5:29
I feel a little frustrated because I'm like it. It wasn't difficult.
5:34
Let me see if I could find the video for you.
5:43
Do you know what I'm meaning, Rashika?
5:49
Yeah. So what he meant that you can add a custom code now. So you need to move little right, and you will see an option for custom code for the Particular listing, yeah. The last option, yes. There you can add your AI code, like maybe if you want to just add a specific chat widget over here, so that you can
6:16
do. Okay, but how do we make the chat widget specific to this celebrations listing, so that it just shows up for for this one. Do you know what I mean? That
6:31
depends.
6:33
Sorry.
6:34
Yeah, that depends. Maybe if your customer wants to add their own chat widget over here. No, no, no. So that can be done.
6:41
No, that that's not what I mean. I mean the AI agent that they get as part of the premium, the AI agent that we build as part of their pre premium package.
6:54
So for that, you need to create the chat widgets. Jason, you want to go over that?
7:01
Yeah, we we I can show you how to do it, but this is where you'll paste that code. This code box is specific to that business.
7:09
Got it, perfect. So once I generate it, because I had a look at Las Las Vegas Thrive, and I think it was a okay. I think it was a plumbing business that had it. That when when Tom shows us, it's a plumbing business that has it. Just yeah, I think it's this plumbing business that has it.
7:38
Okay.
7:40
Yeah, this orb here.
7:42
Got it. Yep, that's just the voice assistant. I think that's just the voice AI phone setup. I think that's this here. So I'll drop the link in the chat. Go ahead, Richika.
8:00
Yeah, I was just saying that this goes under the embed code. It is coded little more down.
8:05
Yeah, no, I understand that once it's made. No, not right.
8:09
Yeah, yeah.
8:11
Then I put the embed code here, but I don't know how to to make it and make it specific just for this business. Okay, there was a video where Tom went over that, but I can't remember.
8:25
I just just shared it inside of the chat.
8:28
Yeah, I think that's it. There is an entire AI section inside the help link. Do you see the chat? Can you see the chat, Carlene?
8:41
No, but I did go over the AI. So maybe I should stop sharing. How do I stop sharing now? Here we are. I did go over the AI section, but it didn't teach me how to make that orb for a specific business. It taught me how to do it for my directory, which I've done, but I couldn't find anything that was teaching how to do it for a specific directory. But I know I have seen Tom talk about that. Okay, give me one
9:13
second. Let me see if I can find
9:16
it. I'm looking on Rashika, or if anyone knows how to tell me just to how to do that, because it was quite straightforward. I remember. I don't remember it being difficult, but I can't remember what it was.
9:31
This is this is same to how we create the chat widget and we just put it here, and we just assign an AI agent for that.
9:42
Sorry, I didn't quite understand. If you could share your screen and show me how it's done, then that will be helpful. I'm
9:52
just trying to figure out that video, but it's pretty much similar to how you created it for the website. Let me check.
10:09
Yeah, I can. I can share my screen here.
10:12
Because for the website, for the website, it's a snap. It's a snapshot. I don't know if the snapshot is also for all of the listings that we make premium, I don't know, but yeah, I know there. Yeah,
10:33
let let me share my screen here, Carleen. I'll walk you through it real quick. I I went on Tom's YouTube channel trying to find his that video, and I'm not finding it very quickly, so I really don't know where that video is. But I can at least give you kind of a brief overview here. So let me share this screen, and can you see that now?
11:03
I can. Yes.
11:04
Okay. So over here on AI agents, you'll click over here on the left-hand side under AI agents. You'll click on Voice AI, and then you'll click this button, Create from Scratch. Okay. What I would do is I probably wouldn't do the Marketplace, and I probably wouldn't do the flow builder. I would just click on Create Custom Agent.
11:24
It's going
11:24
to be probably the simplest route for you. And then once we activate that, what that does is that gives you kind of the basic prompt. This is your prompt over here on the left. This is your voice. So this is your voice selection. So you can choose your different voice, you can choose your different models. This model is not bad. This is what I've been running the 4.1 GPT, and I think it's fine for the price. I think it's pretty good. This is where you choose your language, right? And then again, this is your prompt inside here, so you can you can go through this. Obviously, you're going to have to customize it for each business, right? And then here's your actions. Now, for this, I don't think you're probably going to set up any type of action. I think you'll probably. I think it's mainly just going to be unless. Correct me if I'm wrong, you're not setting this. You're not connecting like a custom calendar to have it book appointments or anything like that, are you?
12:27
No, I don't think that's what Tom taught in the video. So no.
12:32
Yeah, I and I wish I knew what he said in the video because I would guide you exactly. But this is this is the action section here. So you probably won't use anything here. This is the knowledge base. So you will have to create a knowledge base for that customer, or at least I would suggest doing that. That way, if anybody asks anything about that specific business, then you can draw from that knowledge base, and then you would connect the knowledge base here once it's created. Call settings. I don't think there's anything in here that you'll want to change. Probably time Zone, that's fine. That's fine. That's fine. Yeah, I would probably leave everything the same here except for time zone. That's your agent behavior, response speed. Yeah, I always have this as fast as it'll go. You know. sensitivity. Think I usually think I usually bump this up. I may max this out. I can't remember on my settings, but I think I have this bumped up a little bit higher. And then LLM temperature. I usually just leave that alone. I don't mess with the temperature. The temperature really, what that does is, I mean, it'll tell you right here, but it's it's yeah. I guess that's a good way to put it. How creative the AI can be. Basically, what it does is like it can kind of ad lib, and it can kind of go off script from the prompt. And I don't want it to do that, especially for businesses. Usually, I want it to adhere pretty closely to whatever my prompt is. So I always leave the temperature at the lowest point. I've used this before, but I probably-I don't think I would use this for for this case. Back channeling is is so that the agent kind of sounds more human. It'll say um or yeah, you know, just kind of filler words. So you can turn that on if you'd like. But I usually learn. I I think for this case I would I would keep that off. Um.
15:00
Transcription.
15:07
Yeah, I probably wouldn't mess with that. I think that's fine. Translation voice settings. This is speed. Remove noise. That's a good idea. Yeah, keep that. That's the default. I don't think you need to put any background sound on this. Voice speed. This is something you kind of have to play around with. I'll be honest. Like every voice is going to be different. So depending on the voice that you choose up here, you may have to adjust the speed. Again, every voice is a little different. So some voices that you choose will naturally speak faster, and some will naturally speak a little slower. And if it is a little too slow, then that's how you adjust the speed right here.
15:49
Maria, thank you.
15:51
Okay, let's see here. Post call. That's fine.
16:04
Yeah, I don't know if we could even use this. All users context assigned user. Yeah, I'd be curious what Tom said about this, but yeah, I don't think we can use this because they're not an actual user inside the platform. So this this will just go to you, which is fine. But yeah, I don't think you could set this up to go to anybody else. Yeah,
16:35
recall him going into detail in that column.
16:40
Okay,
16:42
it was more so the stuff on on the left on so that the orb could speak specifically to that business.
16:50
Got it. Got it.
16:51
Yeah, but
16:52
so yeah, so this will
16:54
handle
16:54
done.
16:56
Yeah, so you'll be you'll customize this. Obviously, the agent's name, right? You'll want to update that here? The business that it's that it's right. It says customer support specialist at, and then the business name in here, and then you'll probably the mo the things that you'll you'll really use are going to be this right here. This is the welcome message. Says the first thing that it'll say, so you might want to customize that, and then you'll definitely want to do the knowledge base. So the knowledge base, I can open that up here. If you click on Create Knowledge Base, you can give it a name, and then let me just open an existing one up here. This is where you'll go, and you can add under this web crawler. You could actually add the link to their listing right here, and then you could add a second website. Their
17:54
listing, not their website.
17:57
I mean, you could. I mean, you could do both, right? Because their their listing actually has information about their business, but then you could also link their website here too. Right. Obviously, the website's going to have more information about the business, right? So yeah, you could add you could just add the crawl here, and basically what that does is it trains the bot or trains the the knowledge base, I should say, on everything related to that business, and then again, now once you're inside that voice agent, right inside here, you'll now connect that knowledge base that you just created from here.
18:47
Okay, and do we need to buy multiple phone numbers then for each listing?
19:00
No, because this this is just using the web chat, so it's that orb. It's not actually calling a phone number.
19:12
Okay, it's just talking to people. Yeah, right.
19:15
That's what this is. Web call, right? So if you if you did phone call, then yes, you're right. You would need that, but this. So think of you know like a chat widget that sits on a website, right? And you interact with it. You can ask it questions. It responds back to you. You can chat back and forth. That's the same type of thing as this. This, but this is with voice, right? So you can interact with it. You can chat with it, and it's just voice back and forth. But you're not actually making a phone call.
19:48
Radio. Oh, if you don't. Okay, and I think Scott has dropped something in the chat as well, so I'll have a look at that as well. Thank you, Scott. Radio. Okay. I'll go try those things. That was very helpful. Thank you.
20:03
Yeah, no problem. Like I said, I I wish I could find Tom's video. If we do happen to come across it, I'll send it your way. But hopefully that gives you at least a little bit to get started.
20:15
Yeah, it does. And I'll check out the video that Scott has because that's that's probably it. So oh
20:22
okay, perfect, awesome.
20:23
Yeah, thanks for that. All right, thank you so much.
20:28
Anything else, Carleen? Was that it?
20:30
That's it. Thank you. Okay,
20:32
perfect. All right, no problem. Satira.
20:36
Yes. Before she gets off the the line, there's also in the the same place that Muchika has sent her to the help section, there's also in that same help section the create and add voice AI agents to listings. So this is the type that shows how to add a custom voice AI agent to.
21:03
Oh yeah, I see that right there. I'm going to drop that link in the chat right now directly there. Yep, I see that. I didn't see that before. Thank you, Satira. That's awesome. Fantastic. Yep, I just dropped that in there. So Carleen, that that that's the last link that is in the chat now. Awesome. All right, Satira, did you have any other questions? Yes. Anything you wanted to add?
21:33
Yes, I have two listings that they it created a slug that's not even part of their name. I'm trying to figure out if I can delete it or not and put in their actual name. Let me show you what I'm talking about here because I have two that ended up that way, and I just found them. Okay. Okay. The name of the company is actually I'm not even sure how to pronounce it. Caspa. Let me share the screen. Can you see my screen? Is it shared? Oh yeah, yeah, we
23:24
got it.
23:25
All right, so what I can see. Okay, this Costco clean power washing window. It has for its Slug, clean hands. What is it? Clean hands made service services dash one. I mean, how did it pick up that slug for for that company for that business? Yeah,
24:00
that's really strange. Can we can we open it up? Can we see the live live link for that?
24:14
Okay, you want that on on on? Okay, we see live link. Okay, right here. Clean
24:27
hands made services one. And that's crazy.
24:35
Can I? Because they email had already gone out to them.
24:48
What's your directory? What is your directory, Satira? The
24:51
Asheville Thrive directory.
24:55
Asheville, yeah, Thrive.
25:24
Is it .com?
25:25
Uh huh. The Asheville Thrive directory.com.
25:28
Oh, that's why I can't find it. Okay, there we go.
25:31
Yep.
25:47
Okay, maybe you could just share a link for me. I can't seem to get
25:51
it. Oh, okay.
25:52
Seem to pull it up. Okay, got it.
26:30
All right, and what was the name of the business?
26:38
Caspa. Cospa. Yeah, Cosma
26:44
clean and yeah. I just wanted to double check that it was that that that the active listing was using that slug and it is okay. The only thing I could think of was, you see, do we have a demo business called that. I wonder if that was one of the demo
27:26
listings. What
27:28
was it? Clean.
27:32
In fact, actually, email gets sent to them. Yeah, I don't see a. Okay, so that one an email doesn't look I I sent. So that one should be easy. I can just go ahead and and delete that and.
27:55
But that but this has happened to multiple.
27:59
No, in fact, I just have one other, and this. But the other one, the business actually has been claimed. But I'm looking to see that I see constantly clean power wash in windows. That's not in. Did that come from? No, that's not in. And that is a real company, but in Asheville. So that's that's not in. I never sent them out an email. I don't know how they got missed, but evidently I sent them out an email, which is good. So then I can go ahead and just change that slug, right? We have to. Yeah. Oh,
28:37
yeah. You can just manually update it. Yep. Right inside the listing itself under business details.
28:42
Okay, now, but I have another one where this business has been claimed, but its slug is the person's a person's name dash 576 Aaron dash 576. But the the business is Asheville Computer Company managed business IT services, and they got a long name too. But them, I did send out an email, and like I said, they they claim their business. But I I but that slug is that slug is in there. Plus, the name of their business is in is in there. Is in the Asheville Thrive.
29:33
And what's the name of that business?
29:34
This one. Still trying to figure out these these menus to them, working on getting them in some kind of understandable order. Okay. It's computer. An image that creates. Okay, that's the. I just put it in chat.
30:43
Oh, okay. Yeah, let me just pull them up real quick on here managed.
31:09
Oh, I'll call you back.
31:16
Okay, that one looks like it's got the right slug. I just pulled that one up, and the slug looks correct on that one.
31:23
Yeah, but they do have another slug. Okay, that's the other slug. Can you see it?
32:00
Yep, I can see that one. How was this? Was this a business listing that you created, or was this something that somebody else created?
32:08
I created. I created this, but I don't know how this Aaron at Asheville Computer Company. You know how that that slug got in there, which is Aaron dash 576. I don't, I don't know. And then when I look at the name, I see no, no, is it Tracy? I um, I I don't get it. I don't know how. So, but even though that one's been playing, but it's the the correct one. The correct slug has been claimed. So okay,
32:44
so this one, what I'm thinking is that because that the correct one had already been claimed, and because you can't have two businesses
32:55
right with
32:56
the same name. I don't know how the system. That's a good question, though. I don't know how the system would handle two businesses with the same name in the slug. But my assumption is that that's why it defaulted to the email and the name and the email address because that business, that exact business name, had already been taken.
33:26
Okay, so this hadn't been created after the fact.
33:30
That's that's what I'm assuming. I I don't know for a fact, but
33:36
so can I delete this?
33:40
Yeah, I would say so. I don't think unless it's, I mean, it's the same business, right?
33:46
Right, it's the same business. So I don't know how it created that particular slug. That's that's what, and I didn't want to mess up anything if I deleted that particular one.
34:04
Well, the other one is the correct one, and that one's showing as claimed. I'm looking at
34:09
it. Right, right. That one. That's the right one. That's the correct.
34:14
Okay. Yeah. Then I would say you could just delete that other
34:18
one. Okay.
34:22
All right. Well, that's all of my issues that I'm aware of at the moment.
34:28
And the first one that you were showing, I'm not sure. I've never seen that. I've never seen it create just a completely different business name.
34:36
Yeah.
34:38
For the slug.
34:39
Yeah.
34:39
My only thought is that maybe it was edited. That was kind of my thought on that
34:56
one.
34:57
But you can go back in there and you can just edit that one yourself. And change it.
35:01
Yeah, because this is a real business. Yeah, I I did look it up, and it is a real business. But yeah, where that slug came from. So I just want to change the slug. I didn't want. That's
35:15
it. Yeah.
35:16
Okay. All right.
35:17
Yep. Yep.
35:19
Well, that that was it for me that I have at the moment. Okay,
35:25
I will put it in my notes just in case, and I'll I'll bring it to the team just to have them look through everything and make sure there's nothing they see on that random slug thing. But the other one, I'm not sure how that got created, but it it looks like it's just a duplicate that you can remove. Okay.
35:47
Thank you.
35:50
No problem.
35:54
Just put this in here, Cospa.
36:14
Perfect. All right, got that updated. All right, Bill, looks like you're up next.
36:20
Okay. Hello. I've been trying to get things ready for A2P, and in the main program, it does not show the the terms page and the privacy page. They're in the workflow, but when I tried to publish them, it said I needed to set up another subdirectory or another directory. It couldn't come out of the same. I'm sorry, not directory, but domain. That it can't come out of the same domain. I already have, I believe, some some workflows in there that should be working with the emails. So I'm not sure what I have to do to set up this other directory. I mean, this other domain to get these pages showing, and also I couldn't find anywhere to to put those links into the footer where they belong.
37:33
Okay, so I'm assuming you're talking about the privacy policy and terms page. Is that correct?
37:38
Yeah.
37:39
Okay, so you need to edit those pages, and you need to add links to those pages. Is that what you're saying?
37:47
No, I, I was able to edit the pages, but then when I click to publish, it says I have to set up another domain that it can't go on the same domain as as the program.
38:00
Got it. Okay, yeah. You want to go ahead and share your screen?
38:05
Yeah. Okay, it should be sharing now.
38:44
All right, so let's go over into sites, or actually, sorry, go down to settings for me, and then on the left, click on domains and URL redirects. And then let's go down. Let's go ahead and hit connect a domain. Domain up in the top right there. Perfect. And then what you'll do is select that first option, that funnel website option, and then in here, just type in pages dot your domain.com or whatever your domain is. Perfect. Hit continue.
39:40
And where is your domain hosted? GoDaddy. Okay, so then you'll be able to hit that just that blue button right there. It'll just have you log into GoDaddy. It'll add the necessary records for you automatically. Okay. Will it know to to put those those other links on that that domain, or do I have to somehow hook it up once it's all set up?
40:13
Other, I'm I'm not sure what you mean by other links, but go let's go ahead and just walk through this together. So just hit verify records, and that should pop up the GoDaddy window here.
40:28
And the site's ludicrous is correct. It's correct for all of domains. Yep.
40:36
Yep. That's so. What we're doing is we're setting up a subdomain Called pages, so there's a problem. Couldn't find CNAME A record pointing pages. Okay, all right. So for whatever reason, it's not pulling up GoDaddy automatically for you. So you'll have to go into GoDaddy and just add that record automatically, or I mean manually. Sorry,
41:04
it'll be C name
41:06
with the host name as pages, and then the value site dot ludicrest dot cloud.
41:14
Okay, let me just write this down. These, this session is it going to be posted fairly quickly? Because I think last week's, as of yesterday, I don't think it was up.
41:34
I, I didn't, I, I didn't realize that there was a delay. As far as I know, I think they're supposed to be posted right away, but I will make a note of it to find out why it's not getting posted right away.
41:49
Okay, so let's write it. So I have to add the the C name.
42:02
Yeah, we can do it right now together if you want. If you want to just pop open GoDaddy and then just add that right in.
42:08
Let me see if I can get it open on my other screen.
42:12
And then once you get it in, you'll just hit. You'll come back to this screen, hit verify records. It'll go green, and then you'll connect this new subdomain to the funnel pages.
42:28
Okay, and I
42:29
can't believe that that's not in there. I I thought for sure we had a training on all of this, but I can't seem to find it either. I'm not really happy with our Our help section, because it's it seems like every time I go to search for something, I can never find it. So I can't imagine what you guys are going through. Let's see,
43:01
subdomain maybe.
43:06
Rachika, do you have any idea what I would type into search to find that?
43:10
Which part, Jason?
43:13
Just trying to find anything in regards to connecting a subdomain to the funnel, the SDI.
43:20
That's inside of the custom pages. I'll share the link here.
43:31
Okay.
43:32
Yeah.
43:41
Okay. Cool.
43:45
So, Tom, did you drop off? Did he drop off? Is he still here?
44:01
I don't see him.
44:02
I think he got disconnected.
44:06
Oh,
44:06
I was. Oh no, it was Bill. It was Bill. Sorry, I thought it was Tom. It was Bill. Bill, you're still here.
44:12
Yeah, I'm back.
44:13
Okay, got it. Okay, cool. Were you able to add that record?
44:17
No. When I when I tried to go into GoDaddy, that's what bounced me off the session. Oh, did
44:22
okay, okay. So
44:24
I can do that part later as long as I know what needs to be in. And
44:30
then Ruchika shared a link that walks you through the whole process. Once it once you add that record, that link's live. Then you'll connect that domain to the actual funnel, the SDAI funnel, and she shared a link right there in the chat. That last link.
44:46
Okay. So if you want to, the chat's not showing up now.
44:51
Here,
44:52
let me try copy and paste it. See if it triggers or triggers it on your end. So I just I shared it. Okay, so yeah, just grab that. That'll walk you through it, and then you should be good to go. And then, like you said, if you need to add any links to the page or need to add any language to the page, you'll just go into the funnel itself, click on edit, just like you would edit any funnel or website page inside High Level, and you'll add whatever you need to add there, but this will get it so that it's connected to the SDAI website, the actual directory site.
45:30
Okay, and then with the phone number, I need to set that up so that it'll ring to me, and then if it doesn't ring, it'll go back to the system, and I'll set up a a an agent.
45:48
Yes, you can do that. Yeah, I mean it's up to you how you want to handle that, but sure, that works.
45:53
I wasn't sure where I can just set up forwarding from the number on the Site is that that's in the main Go High level.
46:05
Yep, it is exactly. Yep. So I can show you real quick here. If you go into let me share my screen. Let's see. If you go under settings and then go into phone system, I don't think we have a yeah, I don't have a phone number in here, but you would you have a phone number in here. You click I think the three dots over here. Click edit on the phone number, and then there'll be a forward option.
46:37
Okay,
46:38
yep,
46:39
should be simple enough.
46:41
Yeah, it's pretty. It's pretty easy.
46:43
Yeah, I'm just trying to get everything finished. I I did the post on Facebook, and I have about 10 people who signed up. So cool.
46:56
Yeah, that's great. Yeah,
46:57
yeah. Want the thing working first?
47:00
Yeah. Okay. That'll that'll that'll light a little fire under you, right? Yeah. That's great. Awesome. All right. Any other questions, Bill?
47:11
I'm sure, but I'll remember them once this call is over.
47:16
Okay. Well, if you remember before we end, just circle back around, raise your hand again. We'll we'll call on you.
47:21
Okay, thanks.
47:22
Cool. All right, Bella, you're up next.
47:28
Yeah, hi.
47:31
How you doing?
47:32
Good. How are you?
47:34
I'm doing good.
47:36
Got a quick question. So, one of one of our listings has like on their Google Business profile they have a direct location, and that connected great. And then I have another like a roofing company who just has a service area instead of a location, and it's not finding their GBP when I go to type it in, so I was wondering, like, do you guys allow service area GBPs to be implemented?
48:12
Yeah, well, it's it's not really it doesn't really have to do with us. It's it's the Google Maps API, so you can't pull in service area businesses. Yeah, that's it's kind of a drawback to those. Yeah, they have to have a physical address in order to pull it in through the API. So that's why you're not seeing
48:30
it. I see. Alrighty, but you can still
48:33
just download the images from their their service area GBP and then just and then manually upload them.
48:39
Yeah, that's what I that's what I was doing in the meantime. I just figured I'd ask another quick thing. I just set up our API keys this morning, actually, and they are not loading when I go to the site. So I was just wondering, maybe if I did something wrong or if you would have any insight there. I can share my screen.
49:02
Yeah, if you don't mind, that'd be great.
49:04
Yeah.
49:10
Alrighty. So, like Brothers Who Roof, that's one where we set up their maps, and it's doing this.
49:24
Okay.
49:29
Um. Yeah, I'm not really sure because with if I go like like my APIs and stuff, it said it Worked fine, and then it just won't load it.
49:44
You have another listing that that it's actually that it's working fine on.
49:48
No, the only other one I've done it on is this bar, and it's doing the same thing. It's white for a second, and then like if I were to read. It'd be that same. Oops, I'm pretty sure.
50:04
And did you go through the training, the Google Maps API training?
50:08
I did. Like I was using that this morning. Maybe I missed it. I just wasn't seeing, like, I don't know. I looked at the FAQs and stuff, and it was like to troubleshoot or issues getting the API. I just didn't see anywhere where it was like if it just wasn't formatting.
50:32
Okay, I just shared the link back to the training. You you will want to change out your API keys because you just expose them here on this call, and this call is being recorded. So you will want to go back and swap those out anyway. So my, I would go back through the training, just make sure that you follow all those steps, and then swap out the swap out the API keys. If you can do it on the call, that would be ideal. That way, if it's still not working, you can circle back around, and I can, you know, we'll get you connected with Rachika, and maybe after the call, she can look walk through it and see, make sure that everything's turned on the way that it should be. But I would try that first, and then, like I said, if you can do it right now, that'd be great because then you know we can take care of it towards the end of the call. We can circle back around.
51:25
Okay. Okay. Great. Thank you. One last quick question. In the settings for yeah, let me get off of that. For custom code, it's only like you can only do the HTMLs. I was wondering, are we able to custom code for CSS at all?
51:50
Yeah, on the see here, it's on. You go to I think it's just the general settings. Yeah, the general settings page is that where you're at? I'm not sure if that's or if you were on an actual listing itself.
52:07
No, I was go back to smart settings.
52:09
Okay, yeah, smart directory settings. Yep, right there, custom code. I believe that this does accept CSS because I've I've seen somebody else do.
52:24
something, and I think it was there. Yeah,
52:28
yeah. The only reason I ask is because, like, I
52:33
believe that's right. Yeah,
52:36
for this guy. Let me get that up. Okay, never mind. Let me just go. It's like, even though it's like technically the right specs that it, um, like suggests, it's kind of cutting off his image. So we were just going to go in and like edit the size of how these listings are showing up, um, and it. it, like we went in and did it, and it didn't change anything on the site. So that was just a quick little question I had on maybe like where to do the code, or like you know, I guess just why it wasn't working.
53:21
So for that specific thing, I don't know if we have a selector for that, like an ID, a CSS ID for for the actual image sizing on those boxes. So that could be it. But I believe that's the only place, Rachika. Correct me if I'm wrong, but that's the only place that they they can inject tested code for the site. Correct?
53:46
For the site, yes, you need to go to the settings. Then, then that is the only place. But if you want for each listing, then that is inside of the listing pages.
53:57
I guess I mean maybe that brings up a good point. You might try it there, see if it will take the CSS at the listing level itself. But in order to get access to that, the listing is going to have to be on a plan that has custom code turned on.
54:17
Gotcha.
54:18
Okay, so you'll have to make sure if they're on a free plan, you'll just have to make sure that custom code is is enabled on that free plan in order to see the custom code option. Okay,
54:34
gotcha. Well, I think that's all I think that's all I had. I will definitely. You know what? Jules
54:44
had a really good observation. He said it could be a billing issue on your Google Maps, and that's right. Something I didn't even think of. I would definitely check to make sure that you've got billing enabled and that you have a a an active card on. File that's not expired or anything, so definitely check that as well.
55:04
Okay, thank you. And yeah, I'll I'll play around with that and circle back if it if I have any. Yeah, rotate those
55:11
keys though. Definitely rotate. Yes, yes,
yeah, for
55:14
sure. Alrighty,
55:16
awesome.
55:18
Thank you.
55:18
Cool. All right, thanks, Bella. Right, Tim.
55:27
All right, all right. A couple quick things as rapid fire, if I can start off like that. But I signed up for the the discount package for the next three months, and I'm getting 500 leads. I can split those up between different requests. Right, 100 here, 100 there, that kind of.
55:47
Yep.
55:47
And then it says I can add sites to that package as well. Will that will that when it reverts to or keeps going with that 299 package because that's what I was originally. Those sites will stay live. And how do I add sites? Do I have to request a key? Are you are you meaning more directory sites? Not directory site. Not oh. Well, in the in the listing, you know, promo piece, it said that you can have sites, which I was assuming was you know websites rather than a directory site. You know that was an add-on feature. You know because it was like oh at 299 you get five directories and then you can also do sites. So if you're adding sites, You know, and I'm already an unlimited member at the 299. Will those sites stay, or will will I have to do something different?
56:54
I mean, if you downgrade, is that what you're saying?
56:56
Well, I'm not really downgrading, right? Because I'm still I'm at the 299 level Anyway,
57:02
yeah, I mean, I don't think so. I don't see why they would,
57:11
right?
57:14
And then, if I wanted to add a site or do that, do I have to request a? Do I send that to support to add a site? Do I need a number like like we do for the directories? I haven't done a site yet at all, so that's. Are you trying to
57:29
do it in in a single sub account? Are you trying to do it in a new sub account? Oh, I'm sorry.
57:33
I also went from Go High Level to to just the you know SDAI sub account,
57:40
right? No
57:41
longer on Go High Level.
57:43
Okay, and then are you are you trying to get that site into a new sub account or just into the regular sub account that you're inside of your your smart directory AI?
57:57
I didn't know if that was an option or not, so that's part of the question,
58:01
yeah, Tim. I, I honestly, I have no clue. I, what I would do is just submit a support ticket and ask those questions because, yeah, I, I, I wish I knew. I wish I could guide you in the right direction. But okay, I think the answer to your question should be yes. That I don't know about the the unlimited sub accounts, but I think, I think you could easily add. Yes, go ahead. Sites. Yes,
58:26
he need to submit a ticket so that we can set up more sub accounts for him. Unless
58:33
each site gets a new subtitle.
58:35
Is that so?
58:36
Even if it's a site versus directory, I would ask for a new sub account for that site,
58:44
a new site. I mean, that should be a directory website. It
58:52
should be directory website. No, no, no.
58:55
Yeah. So the
58:56
plan that he purchased included five directory sites, and then there was an add-on for was it unlimited websites?
59:06
No, it just said well, it just said sites. So you know, which is not under the other. Let me see if I can find what that was. But sorry, you know I'll come back to that question because I want to keep people moving along. The the last one is with on this page, right?
59:31
Okay.
59:32
So I added this guy yesterday, and was I have this as the business, right, and then him here as the owner. What's the fastest way for me to get him into the directory? Because I didn't know how to go, and I don't know if this changed or I just haven't done it in a bit. But he's in the contacts now, and I just wanted to add his business into the smart directory.
1:00:02
Well, J.M. Water Solutions, right? That was his business. Correct. Yeah. Did and you added the you added the business tag to his contact? Okay. Yeah. And it hasn't shown up yet.
1:00:14
No. So would be obvious
1:00:17
last week. Yeah. I would. What I would do is just go ahead and remove the tag and then re-add it. See if that triggers it.
1:00:25
So we go back to contacts.
1:00:27
Yeah.
1:00:28
And then if I look at him here, see, I got plumber and I got two more. Just click
1:00:33
onto him. Just click into into his contact record. And then there in the top left, you should see. Yeah, go ahead and just yeah, just go ahead and X that out.
1:00:46
This business or
1:00:47
yeah yeah business because it's not showing up right. So and now let's try and re-add it.
1:00:53
And that would be
1:00:54
plus the plus button next to the tags. Yep, yep.
1:00:58
And this one, yeah, that's how I added it last time.
1:01:02
Okay,
1:01:04
so that's there.
1:01:05
Let's see if that triggers it.
1:01:08
And go now, JM. No water. Oh, there
1:01:26
he is.
1:01:27
There he is. Okay, cool.
1:01:28
Okay, so all right, just keep doing it until it shows up.
1:01:35
That's what I would do. Yeah, I saw this last week. I think it was, or the week before, somebody was having that problem, yeah. So yeah, I mean that's the quickest fix I've found.
1:01:46
Okay, and then the other thing was I also wanted to say that I had gotten one of those random slugs before too.
1:01:56
Really?
1:01:56
Yeah, in the past, and it was just a one-off thing. Like the slug was totally not right, but did it
1:02:04
happen during an import or was it probably yes? Yeah,
so random. Well, I captured it, so I'll I'll pass it along to the team. That's really weird, really weird. Okay,
1:02:19
I'll jump down, and if I find that sales page, whatever, I'll get back. Yeah, and
1:02:25
like you, you've got the link to the support ticket page, right?
1:02:29
Sure, sure. Yeah,
1:02:30
yeah, definitely. Just drop it in there. We'll get an answer for you. That goes right to the whole team. So the right person will get tagged in it, and we'll find out exactly what that includes and and how the process is supposed to work. But I would assume that it would just be, you know, as many sites really as you need. You know, yeah. I just don't know about the sub account how that would work if they're going to allow you to have sure unlimited sub accounts or if it would be a dedicate one dedicated sub account for all your websites, or or how they want to do it, but yeah,
1:03:07
yeah, I'll figure it out. I'll put that one in. Last question was the remember the copying the menu and downloading and uploading a menu.
1:03:16
Yep,
1:03:17
items was there ever any advancement on that, or so
1:03:22
talk to the team about that again. I think it was last week or the week before I brought that up again, and I know they're looking at it. They're trying to figure out a way to do it. I know that there were.
1:03:36
That's the save. Sorry, I got excited because I saw save. Yeah,
1:03:41
yeah. There, there are a couple, a couple things that were a couple. I can't remember exactly what it was, but there was something why it was going to be a major issue.
1:03:53
Yeah.
1:03:53
But they were looking in. They were the the devs were basically looking to see if there was a way around it. I haven't heard anything back, but I'll put it on my list to follow back up on.
1:04:04
So, do you is it on the candy board? I I didn't vote on it. I just you were asking last time when we talked.
1:04:11
That's a good question. We can check real quick. Let me just put it in my notes though to check with the team.
1:04:18
All right, and then that was it. You you were supposed to email me last call, and I can't remember why. But I'll go back notes about something. But I'll let I'll let the next person either.
1:04:39
Let me see.
1:04:40
Because I put my email. I just remember putting my email in the chat, and you were like, "Okay, I'll email you. Yeah.
1:04:46
Oh, it was. Oh, I've I've got it right here in my notes. It was just about the menu. That's what it was.
1:04:51
There you go. It
1:04:51
was about
1:04:52
the copy. Yeah, copying the menu. That's
1:04:55
my that's my pet peeve. That one.
1:04:58
Yeah. All
1:04:58
right. Thanks, Jason.
1:05:00
Yep, no problem.
1:05:00
Jason.
1:05:02
Yep.
1:05:03
I have an update. So, the option that we have under the 299 plan for the websites that is for the feature website that you can create your own website in there.
1:05:18
What does that?
1:05:19
Yeah. What does that mean?
1:05:21
I think Tim was asking this question: like, what does that website mean under 299 plan? Yes,
1:05:30
yes,
1:05:31
yeah. So that is like we are allow we are giving you the feature that you can create your own website. Right now, this feature is not available inside of the starter like 99 a month plan,
1:05:42
right? Right.
1:05:44
You know how we can create like websites in Goa level,
1:05:48
correct? Yeah. So
1:05:50
it is just for that.
1:05:52
Okay. And can how many sites can he
1:05:54
create? Yeah.
1:05:55
As many as like as many as they want.
1:05:58
Oh, okay. There there is no
1:06:00
restriction on that, yeah.
1:06:01
Okay.
1:06:02
Wow, and that's recorded.
1:06:05
Oh,
1:06:06
thank you, thank you very much. I'm glad Rachika
1:06:08
said it, not me.
1:06:11
I didn't. I didn't. How many websites do you want to build? Oh, I don't know, but now I just got it recorded.
1:06:16
That's all that matters. Thank you, thank you very much.
1:06:20
Yeah, no problem. No
1:06:22
problem.
1:06:22
Oh shoot! All right, Rachika, you're you're on the line now.
1:06:28
Yeah.
1:06:30
All right, Chris, you're up next.
1:06:34
Oh oh hi hi Jason, this is Sheila. Oh hi. I wasn't able to attend for several weeks because there's a conflicting other meeting, so I had a couple questions. Maybe it's been addressed already. Apparently, A to P requirements have changed, and I wondered if Ruchika and team can just take a look to see if they need to update the information to us from them, you know, because so that's that's one thing. And then the second thing I want to know is: has there been any new snapshots? Are we still on March? I think 2026. I think Ruchika, you know.
1:07:22
Yeah, there
1:07:23
was the last
1:07:24
for the snapshot. We have an update. It was in July, and that was for free list. Yes, and that was for free listing outreach. We just improved that automation a bit. That's it. And regarding the A to B, yes, we have that in our knowledge base guide, and it shows you what needs to be done, and it will get you verified over there. So it shows you which forms you need to hide, which forms you need to show, and how to put the code for the A to P verification. So you just need to follow this one, and that's it. Okay, I just shared the link in
1:08:03
the chat, and then for the snapshot, I I just have to go and look for the July
1:08:09
one. It's already updated in the knowledge base again. I'll share the link. It's right here. I just shared the link again.
1:08:19
Okay, all right. Thank you. That's it for me.
1:08:23
Perfect. Awesome. Thanks, Sheila. Anthony, I think you're. I think you're the next one up.
1:08:36
Hello, Jason.
1:08:38
Yeah. How you doing?
1:08:40
You're missing the letter O at the end of the last name. The mood, the mood match. Quick question. So, smart directory. Four years we've been in the '90s on high level because we run several other businesses off it. But right now, I'm just doing the the standalone to kind of get the hang of things. And I email, but I noticed that I was just creating a listing and kind of testing it on my own, putting it in my own name and my own email, and I notice that the emails that come over that give you the directory login information, et cetera, always go to spam. The way I currently have it set up is I do have like a dedicated domain Through Namecheap, but for the email, I just went into my profile and set up a Gmail account there, and then under event or email services or something. I just set it to lead connector. Is that the reason why it's probably going to spam? I
1:10:09
mean, we'd have to take a look at it, but I mean, it sounds like you've got it all set up correctly. So you're saying you you do have a dedicated domain for lead connector. Is that set up on a subdomain or is it set up on a root domain? Do you know?
1:10:22
I think it's just the root domain now, because I didn't. When I was looking at trying to set up as a domestic domain, it looked like I needed to have that domain hosted on like a G Suite or or something Else, so I just put it on like I just use the Gmail in the interim, just kind of to test. But I noticed like when I received the email, as as if I was the business owner, it says like the name of my directory plus gmail.com at mg dot mgsgsndr.biz. So
1:11:02
okay. So then you you're not on a dedicated. That's what that's the problem. So yeah, those those are those are those domains are owned by high level, and yeah, they they're going to get flagged by spam every time. Those those domains have been burned pretty bad. So yeah, you just need to if if you if you want to share your screen, I can show you what to do. If not, then I can just kind of tell you. But you'll want to go under email services, add a dedicated domain, add all the DNS records that you need to add, get that domain verified, and then once that domain is verified, then you're going to want to set the header, the header name and the header email for that domain. That way, that it's coming from, you know that it's coming from the correct address every time the system sends the email. That will help dramatically. So just those things alone, you should see a huge bump.
1:11:50
Okay. Do you mind if I share real quick just to see if I'm on the right track? Yep. Pull it up here real quick. So that's under email
1:12:03
services.
1:12:04
Oh, okay. Sorry, I was under smart track record.
1:12:09
Yeah, this is all going to be done inside a high level.
1:12:12
Okay. Yeah, because I haven't, even though I'm on like the 497 plan, I haven't put in a request to switch everything in the high level, just because I want to understand it on the standalone part of it first. Let me
1:12:40
show my perfect. Can you see my screen? Yeah, it's pulling up right now. There we go. Perfect. Yeah. So that domain, you don't own that domain, do you? That that looks like a high-level domain. Msgsndr.biz.
1:13:00
No. The only thing I did was,
1:13:04
yeah, that's high level. Okay,
1:13:05
I had gone under originally. I had gone under smart directory, and then wherever you do the domain step here.
1:13:17
Right. No, no, no. Yeah, yeah. Let's go back. Go back to go back to settings, and go to email services.
1:13:46
Did I do this? Create that.
1:13:47
Yep, that's what you want to do. There you go. And then what you're going to do here is enter in the domain that you want to use, and then typically you'll use a subdomain version of it. That way, if that sub ever gets burned, you can just swap it. You can use a new a new sub. So that's what I'd recommend.
1:14:12
When you say sub, like if it was
1:14:18
just like it shows right there in the example box. So anything before the domain. So a subdomain
1:14:24
is any
1:14:25
word or letter.
1:14:28
Okay.
1:14:28
Pre that like but before that that that appears before the domain.
1:14:38
Like that.
1:14:40
Yep. Perfect. That works. And then you'll just click Add and Verify. And where is that domain? The Chino Business Directory is that.
1:14:51
That's a name sheet.
1:14:54
Okay, so you'll have to add this manually. So you'll click on. It'll redirect you anyway. So it's not going to be able to do it automatic. So you'll just click on Add Manual. It's going to give you a series of records that you'll just need to go into Namecheap and add all those records. Once they propagate, you'll be able to click the Add Verify, Add and Verify button again. There they are, or Verify records.
1:15:20
I have to add all these and
1:15:22
yep, and get all those added. Okay, and then you'll come back. You'll click on verify. If it's if it doesn't verify right away, give it you know 3040 minutes something like that. Name cheap usually takes about 30 minutes, I think.
1:15:36
Okay,
1:15:38
coolness experience, and then you'll be able to come back and do that.
1:15:41
Okay, and then once like once those emails are submitted, let's say to the listing address, those should appear in conversations. Correct.
1:15:58
Correct. Yep.
1:16:00
Okay. Because I noticed the one that I got the test that I did when, even though I went into spam, when I went into conversations, conversations was just blank.
1:16:13
It probably has something to do with that being a default domain with high level, so I wouldn't worry about it. It'll show up.
1:16:22
Okay. It'll show up in here,
1:16:23
but yeah, once you get that dedicated domain set up,
1:16:26
it would be in here. Okay.
1:16:27
Yep. Yeah, it'll show up in there. Cool.
1:16:30
And then let's see. Last question was. So in my outside of smart directory, in my 497 high level. I have a sub account for one of our businesses that's A 2p certified. When we get, since I'm on a standalone right now, if I wanted to get A T A 2p certified, does the certification like the business document that they require? Can that does that have to match the directory name that we have here? So, like for example, my directory is called Chino Business Directory, but I don't have that in any type of like DBA or business name. Everything under our main corporate name. So, and that's usually
1:17:21
what I do in those situations is like I just temporarily change the name.
1:17:26
That's okay. That's what I was going to do.
1:17:27
Yeah, just to just to get past verification. Okay. So that's what I would recommend in this situation. Just update the name inside the sub account, change it to whatever you need it to be to not call it the SS four paperwork. Yep.
1:17:41
Okay, because I was afraid that they might recognize that that same EIN is being used on a different. It doesn't matter.
1:17:47
You can have multiple under the same EIN. Yeah, that doesn't matter at all.
1:17:51
Oh, good to know. All right. Well, it's my first time on this call, so I really appreciate your help, and you guys do a really professional job. So thank you so much.
1:18:01
Awesome, thanks, Anthony. Appreciate that, man. Cool. All right, Carleen and Bill, I'm gonna I'm gonna circle back around to you guys because because we've already talked. So let me just get to Jeff first, and then we'll go to Brad, and then I'll circle back around to you guys. So Jeff. Are you here, Jeff? Can you hear me, Jeff? Are you there? Okay, I'll I'll circle back around to Jeff. Brad, Brad, are you here?
1:18:48
Yes, sir.
1:18:50
Awesome. All right, go right ahead, Brad.
1:18:53
Okay, so I'm transitioning AGM sites over to Smart Directory.
1:19:00
Okay, I've been doing some CSV exporting. Yep. What else is entailed, or do you have a link that can give me a direct understanding on how to transition that? And is there are there any bear traps in this? Yeah, there's one, and we actually just I just went over it with the team this morning, which is the Google Business Profile URL because it is it does show up in the export from AGM, but there is no direct import currently right now. But we are working on that, and I think we're going to have a fix here within the next week, so you might want to hold off on it. You know, and it could be it could come sooner than that. What I would do though is just get your name into the loop on support for that. Just let the team know, hey, you're doing your ex. Exporting a bunch of businesses from AGM. I'm dropping the link in chat right now for you, Brad. Thanks. So that goes right to the support page. Go ahead and submit your name and all your info there, and just let the team know that you are planning on doing it, and let them know that you do want to be able to export the Google Business Profile URL. Hopefully, what that'll do, and you can even put in there that you know you talk to me on the call. Just say that that I told you there is a fix in the works, and you just want to be alerted once that fix goes live, so that you can do your export properly, and then be able to import. So the the main thing is like we can we can export all the data, and we can import that directly into SDAI without the Google Business Profile. That's the only thing that's not coming across. So and obviously that is a pretty important piece. So we we would definitely, if you can hold off and wait until that's live, that'd be great.
1:21:04
Yeah, I can. I can totally hold off and wait. Yeah, that's not a big deal. I've got multiple sites, so yeah, great. I appreciate that. I was wondering about that. Is and is it pretty simple? Is it this? Is it just matching? I mean, so the one of the things I've had a problem in the past with my AGMs if I changed my plans within side of the business payment structure, it would turn everything off. So I'd have to reengage. What I mean by okay, so turn it would turn all businesses to not showing anything, and then I would have to go manually in and click on new plans for them so they would populate. Is is there a mapping solution for the smart directory AI that's not going to do the same thing,
1:22:10
I don't think you're going to face the same issue because plans are they're set up a little bit differently inside SDAI, and the business. Once you upload the business, all the business's details live in two different places. They live inside of a contact record that's stored inside High Level, okay, and then it also lives inside the SDAI app. So it actually the information actually sits in two different places. Once you associate a plan with a business listing, that that plan dictates what somebody sees on the front end, even though the information may still be available on the back end. Does that make sense?
1:23:00
Not totally, but it doesn't need to. I guess, Jason, I'm just more concerned about like I don't want to get so knee deep in the technical aspect. I I know that I can get in trouble doing that. I've already done it before. It's more about just making sure that the transition is painless as possible. I know there's probably going to be some pain because one of my sites is huge. So, anyways, yeah, that's that's what I was trying to figure out.
1:23:29
I don't know if we oh we do have okay. Here we go. Here is I just found a video and some training material. I'm dropping this in the chat as well. Thank you. This is how to migrate from agents from AGM.
1:23:45
Okay.
1:23:46
So it looks like there's quite a bit of information in there. So I would definitely go through that and watch that video, and then definitely submit the support ticket. As far as the plans are concerned,
1:24:07
well, since you're thinking about this too, I'm I'm just going to throw this out here too. Yeah, and I know Ruchika's probably knows who I am because I've been on support a lot about this. Is the visibility from transitioning from AGM to a smart directory AI site.
1:24:28
Okay, what do you mean by visibility?
1:24:31
SEO. Oh, oh,
1:24:32
got it. Okay,
1:24:34
19.
1:24:39
So, what what's the question?
1:24:41
What's that transition look like? Have you guys seen a drop? Is there a pro? Are there issues? Am I am I reestablishing, or is it just is it just transitioning?
1:24:54
That's a good question. So, like, yeah, are you mean? Are the slugs the same? Does everything transition over? Is everything going to look the same? Yeah, three
1:25:02
300 ones. I mean, what am I? Yeah, like what am I looking at here? I don't. I don't know what you're looking at. I don't know what I don't know.
1:25:10
Rachika, do you know? Do we use the same slug structure? I can't remember. Is AGM
1:25:16
yes, I believe.
1:25:21
Okay, so
1:25:23
he shouldn't have to. Yeah, I'm not really sure
1:25:25
about the internal path. Yes, but definitely for that reason, we created that feature for the custom slug that everybody can do the change for the listings part.
1:25:41
Got it. When he does an upload, can he map the slug?
1:25:48
No,
1:25:50
you can't. So the so the slug doesn't pass through into the contact record in high level.
1:25:57
Yeah. So there we go. There's one of the bear tribes,
1:26:01
Rachika, no,
1:26:03
no, I don't think so.
1:26:06
Okay, okay. Then I've had an API. Here's the second question. Sorry, I've had an API issue with my AGMs for a while, and I'm not going to go into my APIs since you. I saw what just happened a little while ago. I don't want to expose anything, even though I'm probably going to change them anyways. But it's unusual, and I'm wondering if it's from my hosting company, and it's I'm being hosted by GoDaddy, and my APIs keep like if I leave them up for longer than a day or two days, I start to get all these charges, and they're not being hacked because every time. So I I went through the process about four months ago of mass or doing what you guys told me to do. I believe I did it proper, But I think I I think there's something triggering those. Can here here's a better question. I'm not going to go into all this because it's too much. Can I put APIs from a Google Business Profile that I have on another business into a smart directory just to see if I see the same experience?
1:27:23
Okay, I I think let me let me try let me try and rephrase because I I I think I think it was phrased a little bit off. So you can add a business into SDAI, and once you connect your Google Maps API under that field, you you probably saw it earlier, where you where it says link to Google Business Profile at the business at the business listing level. You can type in the business name, and then it will use the API to search the Google Maps API and pull up the business, and you can select it and link it. But that's going to be different. That that's so you'll you'll still have to connect the Google Maps API first to SDAI before you're able to use that field to dynamically pull in, say the image image data, right? Which is what we went over earlier today.
1:28:33
Yeah. Okay. So yeah, I didn't phrase that properly. I'm going to try it one more time because I know this is convoluted, and so I'm going to go back to my initial question because I think that's probably easier, and I'm just going to slow down. I have existing API keys that I've been using for AGM,
1:28:51
okay. But the
1:28:52
problem is, is when those keys sit for over 24 hours, I start to incur costs,
1:29:00
okay, and it's
1:29:01
not that it's being hacked because I was hacked before from my API keys, so I know what that looks like. Maybe I just need to talk to Ruchika about this offline. I mean, the more I think about it, I'm just going into too much detail with everybody, everybody on here, and it might not be worth it to you, Jason, and everybody else.
1:29:22
Yeah, I mean, if you want to schedule some time with her, that might be a good idea. You can share your email address, and Rachika, you you and Brad can connect offline. The only thing I would say is is that key restricted? Is it restricted to the domain and the site or IP level, if it's restricted to a specific website, which I believe is what we still train, then yeah, you shouldn't be incurring any costs. So that's I'm not sure what what kind of costs you're incurring, but yeah, yeah. So so it
1:29:59
is answer your question. Jason, it is. It's restricted to the site as well as the IP, and here's what I was going to tell you. So I'm glad you brought that up. For whatever reason, on GoDaddy, through the hosting of my sites, I have a security solution on there, and every time I go to open it back up to do anything within side of my API. So let's just say I was using Lead Connector on the backside to find more businesses. It'll say you need to use this IP now. So it's changing IPs on me, but yet I'm incurring costs too. So I know it can't be being hacked because it's asking me to change my IP every time I go to do that.
1:30:38
Right. So somehow GoDaddy's rotating the IP. Sounds like yeah,
1:30:44
yeah. That's that's what I'm saying. Yes.
1:30:46
Okay. So then maybe what I would try is just removing the IP restriction from the Google Maps API and just have it restricted to the domain.
1:30:57
Ah. Yeah. Okay. Great. Great. Yeah. Okay. That's what I'll try, and then try that
1:31:02
first and see if that doesn't that doesn't fix it. Yep,
1:31:05
sure. Sorry, I don't want to take up too much time. I apologize for keeping. Yeah, no
1:31:08
worries. No worries.
1:31:10
GHL standalone in comparison to your guys's stuff, and and when I actually utilize G or when I'm utilizing you guys to create my directory websites, because I'm going through an AGM transformation here to this, what does the GHL transformation look like if I eventually want to go from your your allocation to my own GHL solution.
1:31:46
So yeah, this is something that I was just going over with the team earlier this morning as well. Originally, and I think I probably I misspoke. I don't know if it was last week or the week before on this subject. It is an easy process, but it does create hurdles if you want to move a SDA an SDAI site from our agency account into your new agency account. So, say like you said, you're gonna you're gonna transition everything from AGM into SDAI, and then what you're saying is, then eventually I may want to go out on my own and get my own high-level license, and then at that point we'd want to move all of your SDAI sites into your own license. Correct? That's what you're saying.
1:32:37
Yeah. Well, one caveat to that is that I have an existing GHL, but it's the lower version, and I just don't want to. Yeah, I just want to keep that for now, so it's not going to be a brand new GHL. Just so we're clear.
1:32:51
Okay. Yeah. Well, it's the same thing. We are in the process, so it is. It's 100% possible. There's a little bit of a hiccup in the process right now, but the devs are working on a fix for it. So by the time you probably go to make that transition, everything will be taken care of, and there won't be any issues. What happens now? Just so everybody understands, I'll kind of give a brief description of what's going on, but basically, when you request to say move your SDAI sub account from under our agency account, and then have it moved under your agency account, when we do that, because of the way that the app marketplace works and the way that the SDAI app works. Once we push that transition, once we push the account over into your agency account, when you first go and open it up, it looks like a brand new install, and it looks like you've lost everything. It looks like the site disappeared and everything's gone. That's not the case. It's just a simple mapping issue with the app, and so we have to manually go in and switch it so that it maps correctly, and then you see all of your stuff that you've spent all that time working on. That's what's happening right now. That's getting fixed, so it will be an automatic process. When you request to move, we'll be able to move it, and then it'll get moved right into your account. You'll open it up, and you'll see all your stuff instantly. You'll see your your custom SDAI site, everything there. Right now, there's just a little bit of a manual process in between there. Right now, that's that's the issue.
1:34:37
Okay, and I just thought of this after you said this. I appreciate that too. That I'm not in any big rush to do that. So it's great to know that you guys are working on this. It's in the in the in the works. Yep. But the the if I was to actually instead of transition my AGMs immediately, if I just create it the. The smart well, I already have the smart directory AI directories already. A couple of them already listed for my the same as my AGMs, but I just haven't switched over the domain. But if I export that data, that data could go in later. Correct.
1:35:22
Yeah, yeah. I mean, if you export it, yeah, you don't need to you don't need to import it right away.
1:35:28
So I can just wait until you guys get this figured out on the Google Business Profile, but still get that up and running. And then the APIs work the same on smart smart directories as they do on AGM. I can just start populating businesses on the backside.
1:35:43
Yeah. Oh, yeah. Yeah. And I would definitely recommend that. I I wouldn't like because this will be a transition process, and it's not going to be something that happens you know overnight. So I would definitely work on customizing your different AGM sites, probably one at a time, and make sure that you get it all dialed in, and then the last step of the process is going to be obviously changing the DNS records so that the domain now points to the brand new site. Right, that'll be the very last step that you do. So up until that point, you'll have basically a duplicate copy inside SDAI of your existing AGM, and you'll just make sure that everything's set up correctly. You'll go through, tweak it design-wise, make sure that everything the menu's set up correctly. Go through all the steps to to you know set it up the way that you want, and then that last step will be obviously changing that DNS record so that now it points to the new site under SDAI.
1:36:51
So that brings up another question: Is if I was to do that within an existing AGM, left it afloat based on knowing that there's going to be some issues, but put mirrored it basically is what you're saying, or cloned it backside. Will my workflows? Would I be able to integrate workflows into that somehow, like from linking, or no?
1:37:19
So SDAI does have. We have several different automations that are tied to SDAI, and you can either decide to enable all of those, or you can leave them all disabled. It's up to you. You can also add your own automations. So if there is something that something that you wanted to send out to everybody. You wanted to send out a blast email or whatever. You can do that. So there, there is some flexibility there. I don't know if that answers your question.
1:37:51
Not totally, but I guess I'll figure it out. I've got time to figure all this out. I've just had a bunch of questions and haven't been able to get on here for any of the tech support since I've Jumped aboard, so
1:38:02
yeah.
1:38:02
Appreciate your help.
1:38:03
Yeah, no problem, Brad. I would say just start the process. I think once you get into SDAI and you actually start to use it and get familiar with it, that'll probably answer quite a few questions that you have. And but yeah, I would do that. That gets you familiar with the system. Start to basically, like you said, clone your your current AGM, tweak it however you'd like. Once you get, I I think the first one's probably going to take you a little bit of time, but I think once you get that first one done, I think the the rest will be pretty easy for you.
1:38:38
Cool. I really appreciate your time, Jason.
1:38:40
Yep. No problem.
1:38:41
Thanks.
1:38:43
Right, Jeff.
1:38:45
Okay. Can you hear me?
1:38:46
Yeah, I can hear you now. Yep.
1:38:48
Yeah, I switched over to headsets and forgot to change the setting.
1:38:52
Oh, that's okay. No problem.
1:38:54
Okay, so I have a question about prelisting Outreach. We had, you know, originally the free listing outreach, but now we have free listing outreach, new and improved. Right, that was the latest change to email number three, and so I implemented that, and I'm using that now. But I'm having a problem of emails not going out, and I've you know set up my lead connector. I set up this and it set up a subdomain, and it's been verified. Everything seemed to be in order. By the way, I sent a ticket earlier today to Stephanie, but emails are not moving, not receiving. And I checked the spam and trash, and gave it some time. Tried it yesterday, tried it today. I'm following Tom's instructions on how to send up a workflow to a single, you know, email, a consumer or whatever. You call it,
1:40:01
yep.
1:40:01
And went through the whole process, and it didn't work. Nothing was received. So I'm kind of stymied. I don't. I know there's something wrong somewhere, but I can't find it. So
1:40:15
Jeff, can you can you share your screen with us, and we can kind of take a look?
1:40:19
Yeah, I think so. And share where you can share. Okay, there
1:40:30
we go. Oh, it looks like you're already sharing.
1:40:34
Yeah.
1:40:35
But go ahead and try that. Let's see if that works. Yeah, choose that tab. That works. Yep.
1:40:41
There.
1:40:45
I don't know why it's so small. Let's see
1:40:50
here. There we are.
1:40:52
Okay, there we go. Yep. Now, now I can see your full screen. Okay. Let's go go into conversations for me real quick, please, on the left-hand side,
1:41:02
conversation.
1:41:03
Yep, right at the very top. There you go. And click on all. Okay, so you can close that box. Okay, let's go ahead and click on Settings in the bottom left, and then Email Services. Perfect. That looks like that's set up correct. Okay, awesome. Go ahead and click the go back button for me. Which one? Go back button in the top left.
1:41:57
Oh, go back. Yeah.
1:41:58
Yep.
1:42:00
And then let's go to shoot. What was I going to do? Oh, automation. Yep, click on automation for me, and then smart directory AI, and then outreach Workflows.
1:42:23
Okay, so you see,
1:42:24
I have two. This is the old one, right? That came originally, and this this is the one that that Tom changed email. Yeah, go ahead.
1:42:32
Can you click on that one for me? The free list.
1:42:35
That's what I'm using.
1:42:37
Okay, and then let's click on execution logs up at the very top. Okay, so it looks like you ran a test with yourself here. Go ahead. Okay, so the email was skipped. So, do you see where it says skipped? Can you click on View Details next to that entry?
1:43:01
Which one?
1:43:02
It says your name, and then it says email five, and then you'll see status email
1:43:07
five details.
1:43:09
Not not that one. If you go down, there's an entry just just down like three down from that one. Yep, it'll say skip under status. Keep going down.
1:43:21
Click on this.
1:43:22
Nope, nope. If you go down two more,
1:43:25
oh, one
1:43:27
more, one more, right there. That one. Yep, that one says skipped. So go ahead and view details on this one. Oh, D and D. So that's why you're not receiving. So D and D is D and D is turned on for your email address. So what you need to do is go ahead and and deselect D and D, and then you'll receive all those tests. So go ahead and click on workflows list in the top left there, and then click on contacts on the left-hand side.
1:44:05
Contacts.
1:44:06
Yep. Okay, and then let's see here. I think it's right. It's that next one. Yep, that one right there. Go ahead and click on your name.
1:44:34
D and D.
1:44:35
D and D.
1:44:37
But you have to do this for everyone, or what?
1:44:40
Nope. It was just that you somehow you it got selected for use. Just go ahead and deselect it. There you go. And you can deselect text if you want to.
1:44:50
Yeah, I just haven't set it up anyway.
1:44:52
Okay, perfect. Now go ahead and open. Click on that email right there in the center of the screen. Center of the screen. Center, yeah, in the center, that email. Nope, just down in the center, where it says we're finalizing your business details. Go ahead and click there.
1:45:11
This
1:45:12
one, nope, just above that, right there. Yep, and then you can click on retry sending. You see where it says retry sending in red that red box. Yeah,
1:45:27
retry. Okay.
1:45:36
What is it saying?
1:45:38
No change.
1:45:40
Okay, just refresh this page for me. No, don't don't delete the contact. There we go. Okay. So click that email one more time. Which one? This one, yep. And then try re retry sending.
1:46:34
So what did it say? Can you click it one more time? Why does it keep saying that?
1:46:41
Says D and D is active in email.
1:46:44
Cannot send under context primary or additional. Cannot send message as email is not under context primary.
1:47:06
Can you click it one more time? Let me see what it says.
1:47:11
Cannot send messages under
1:47:15
disappearing too quick. I can't read it, but it says I think it's saying something about DND But D and D is not enabled.
1:47:22
Jason, yes. Let me check if there are two email addresses added for this contact. Maybe I think something was switched over on that.
1:47:34
Yeah, click on all fields for me.
1:47:37
All fields.
1:47:38
Yeah, Jeff. Right underneath the contact details, all fields.
1:47:45
Sorry, here.
1:47:47
Nope, just up from that. Keep going up. Keep going up. Oh, okay, just down, just a little bit right there. Down a little bit further. Yep, and then click on contact. So this workflow test one. Let's see if there's another at Gmail. Let's see if there's another email address that's similar to that. So go back to contacts.
1:48:13
Back to here.
1:48:15
Yep. And then in the search bar in the top right. Oh no, we were in the wrong spot. Go ahead and click on contacts on the left-hand side for me. And then in the search bar on the right, let's go ahead and type in workflow. I think what was it? Workflow test one. I think is what it was.
1:48:52
Yeah, I think it was workflow test. Yeah.
1:48:56
Yeah. Go ahead and type that in there. Okay, so yeah, there are a couple here. Okay, so what you'll need to do looks like workflow test one. It looks like the bottom two have the same email,
1:49:19
but this one and this one.
1:49:21
Yeah, I think those are using the exact same email. So Trent, go ahead and click on Zachary, Zachary, and let's go ahead and see if click on his name, see if he's set to D and D.
1:49:43
He's not okay.
1:49:56
Can you click on where it says failed? Where can you click on view? Details for me.
1:50:06
There's the email.
1:50:09
Okay, and then oh, the recipient email address does not exist or is invalid. Okay, so there must be something wrong with this email.
1:50:21
But they didn't use that email for this, you know, for the workflow thing.
1:50:27
It's trying to send to support plus workflow test one at,
1:50:31
but it's from the same domain. You mean?
1:50:36
I'm not sure. It it looks like it is a slightly different domain. I'm not sure. Do you own that domain? Yeah. QRM. Okay. Can you click on all fields for me, and then click on re-verify underneath the the email address. Okay, so it's showing as verified. Let's try the retry sending. Just hit the retry sending button for me in the center of the screen. Okay, so that one worked. That one went through, so that there's no issue with that one. I'm not sure about the other one. The other one, we just have to you have to go back to your contact again. There's something wonky with that that email address for some reason, but we can go back. We can try it. Let's let's try it one more time.
1:51:51
So
1:51:52
I think it was that one. Yep.
1:51:53
This one.
1:51:55
Yep. And what was the email address? It's at gmail. it@gmail.com's.
1:52:07
Jason.
1:52:08
Yep.
1:52:09
I have a finding on this one. So it says if you if like whenever we click on retry sending, so it is saying that cannot send message as email two is let me type it in here. So I just synced in the chat. So that is the exact error it is showing. And if you click on those three dots on the right side,
1:52:38
you know what? It's it's sending the email to the domain,
1:52:42
yeah,
1:52:43
same same domain.
1:52:46
No, I mean this is the different email than the contact email.
1:52:55
With contact email, contact
1:52:57
email is different. It's with workflow test this, but to the email it is sending, that is different. Doesn't you understand what I'm trying to say?
1:53:09
I see. Yeah, I'm pulling it up on my end so I can go look through it quicker. Okay, I see. Yep. So details. Oh, that's why. Okay.
1:53:21
So what was happening,
1:53:24
Jeff Stark? I think that
1:53:29
got changed. Maybe Ben tried to create similar emails, or maybe he changed the email manually. Something.
1:53:42
I wonder if the Jeff Stark email. I wonder if that one's put on D and D. Let me look that up real quick. So Jeff. So what I'm going to do, I'm just going to update your email address. Jeff Z Stark at Gmail. That that that email works. Is that correct? Okay, so I'm gonna update your email. I'm gonna verify. Yep, that verified. I'm gonna try resending now, and that worked. There it goes. Okay, so I just fixed it for you. So I I don't know what it was, but it was some. How with that Gmail didn't like that, our or our system didn't like the that test email address that you created
1:55:09
for Gmail.
1:55:10
Oh, so smile, yeah.
1:55:12
But it works. It sent. You can see right there that email now sent.
1:55:17
Okay, and so you're
1:55:20
so emails are sending. The only issue was that the original contact that was in there, that one was set to D and D, and then this one, it was just an email address issue that the system didn't like. But yeah, emails are sending.
1:55:35
Okay, so now I want to. When it comes, I have 200 and what is it 40 some businesses in my database that I want to start sending the outreach email, so that should work.
1:55:53
Yep. Okay. That'll work. Yeah, you'll just go to your contacts.
1:55:57
So I can
1:55:58
select everybody. You'll click on the trigger trigger automation,
1:56:03
and I'll use the new and improved one that I already updated. New
1:56:07
improved one, yep. And you'll add everybody in drip mode into the automation, and those will start going out.
1:56:14
Yeah, I watched the video. Yeah, but I didn't want to start sending until you know this was kind of resolved, so I know that I won't have a problem.
1:56:22
Yeah, this is looking good on my end. I'm I'm going through your account right now on my side. Everything looks good. Everything looks like it's set correctly. Your SMTP configure or your not your SMTP your custom domain. Everything looks good. Looks like all the records are verified. Yeah, everything looks good. The only thing I would change, though, go ahead and click on Settings for me in the bottom left, and then click on Email Services on the next screen. Go ahead and click on your domain right there, where it says "View Configuration.
1:57:15
This here.
1:57:16
Nope, in the center of the screen.
1:57:18
Oh, sorry. Yeah. Okay.
1:57:19
It's okay.
1:57:20
I'll go back.
1:57:22
Oh, that's actually that's fine. You can stay right there on that page. Click the three dots next to the domain, and then click on Set Headers. There you go. So I would go ahead and set these up. So whatever you want your default from name to be, and then the from email address, I would put that in here as well. Which one? Yeah. So, whatever, whatever. I don't know what you want the from name to be. If you want it to be your personal name, or if you want it to be the name of the directory, but you can put that in here, and then the from email, I would put it at. If you're going to use your personal name, then I would use the from email. I would set it at Jeff at
1:58:07
G Stark.
1:58:08
Nope, I would put it at Jeff at shop dot what is it? Burnaby shop local.com. Yep,
1:58:18
Burnaby.
1:58:25
ShopLocal.com. Perfect. There you go. That now hit save on that. That will ensure that the emails are sending from the proper email address every single time, and they'll they'll include your first and last name as the sender name, so that's perfect. So that that's that will definitely increase deliverability for you.
1:58:48
And then you wanted me to check this.
1:58:56
Nope, you're fine. No, I was just trying to get to that same screen that we were just.
1:59:00
Oh, okay, good. Yep. Oh, great. Good to go.
1:59:05
You're all set, Jeff.
1:59:06
Thank you so much.
1:59:08
No problem. Any other questions?
1:59:11
No, I think I'm good. I'm not going to use SMS for now. I'm just going to use emails, and yeah, I think that my only issue. I was just afraid that starting a workflow, you know, sending stuff, it won't be sent. So I wanted to make sure. And now we're all good, and I'll start the business going.
1:59:32
Sounds like a plan. I love it.
1:59:34
Thank you so much.
1:59:35
Yeah, no problem, Jeff. All right, Carlene.
1:59:42
Hey, hey! Thank you. Righty-o. So let me share my screen.
1:59:56
Share.
2:00:07
Okay, so this issue, I think, like Bella, I was having as well.
2:00:15
Okay,
2:00:17
I'm not sure what's causing it because I remember going through the training and following everything. It was quite a long training, and following everything to the T. But I, I get this as well.
2:00:30
So I thought I saw a post from her earlier that everything's working now. Yeah, she said everything's working for her. I did mention one thing at the end. Billing. Have you looked at your billing to make sure that that's all correct?
2:00:48
My my billing here in this no
2:00:51
billing with Google Maps API. So inside Google Cloud, so your Google Cloud console, you'll have to make sure that you have a billing account set up and that that's linked. So I would definitely check that. That could be what's causing the issue.
2:01:08
Rightyo, alrighty. I'll check on that. But I think I think the training went through that, and I did do that. But I will check to see if that's it.
2:01:21
Okay, and if you're having an issue, just like I told her, just rotate the. I mean, she exposed her keys, so she had to rotate them. But you can always try just rotating the keys, and sometimes that does fix the issue.
2:01:34
Radio. Where was sorry? There was something else. Here we go. Yeah. So I've got another directory, and I've put some businesses in here.
2:01:46
Okay.
2:01:47
When I click here, it says no businesses. So I wonder what I've done incorrectly, because when I click there, then the businesses show up. But when I click the construction, no businesses show, and I want them to show here because I don't want people to think that there aren't any businesses there.
2:02:08
Okay, so then you must have a a listing label for construction. I'm assuming.
2:02:14
Yes, I do. So this is the London Thrive. So this is businesses listing label. What did I say it was called?
2:02:30
Construction something.
2:02:36
Yeah, construction and renovation. So there's
2:02:41
okay. So
2:02:44
you'll go under your menu. Is your men is that label tied to? So if you go to your menu, yeah, let's make sure that that's tied to it right there. Yep. Go ahead and click on that.
2:03:05
Click on it here.
2:03:06
Yep. So that's a navigation label, but I don't think that that's tied to that. Let's see. If you go to, if you scroll back up to the top, and then just click on listing labels. Yep, and then go ahead and type in construction or whatever that one was. Yeah, construction renovations Right there, perfect. Then add that to the menu. Okay, let's go ahead and check that. It's going to be all the way at the bottom, but we can check the live site and let's just see if that. Once you save the menu, I just want to see if that works, but that should work. It's probably that was just a wasn't set up correct. So go to more. Should be under more. Yep. Click on construction renovation. There you go. Okay, so yeah, you'll just want to just move that that addition that we just added. Just move that up in the menu, and delete the old
2:04:32
one. Okay.
2:04:36
So you go to listing label. Yep, you'll scroll all the way down to the bottom, and then you'll just drag that up towards the towards that section. I'll just
2:04:53
put it at the top so that we can find it easily.
2:04:57
Yep. And then you'll just want to. Move the other one, and you may have
2:05:08
to because that's
2:05:09
oh actually it's in the wrong place. Hang on, where am I? Which one did this? Is the one we which one did I just put in?
2:05:20
I think it's the one right below it. I believe
2:05:25
that's the one that I just put in. So remove. I believe
2:05:28
so. Yeah. So you'll want to move that out of the nested men.
2:05:33
Nope. Don't delete that. Nope. That's the one. Yeah, don't delete it.
2:05:36
That's the one to keep.
2:05:39
Yeah. Everything on that move. To the to the right.
2:05:45
Yeah, you'll want to move that out of the nested menu, so you move it to the left.
2:05:50
So move this one
2:05:52
to the left. Yep,
2:05:58
should be able to.
2:06:04
So it's it's not moving. So is this one the one that I should delete? The one on top.
2:06:10
You have to move it above and to the left because it it can't be the parent. There you go.
2:06:15
Yep, yep. Now you have to move the other ones, the other sub items. You'll need to build the links underneath it.
2:06:24
Don't delete. Yeah. Someone's saying don't delete that. Don't delete. Yeah. Move the other ones under. So now leapfrog.
2:06:33
Well, just leapfrog. If you move the bathroom, all the sub
2:06:35
items will come with it.
2:06:37
Take the bathroom and leapfrog up onto the new one, underneath the new one, that's it. And then once you've done all those, you can delete. Then you can remove the bottom list.
2:06:46
Oh,
2:06:47
so move all of these here, and then delete this. Yes,
2:06:53
or radio, as you would say.
2:06:55
Up my lingo, radio. Okay, let's just do a few here now, just to make sure that it is working. So, social construction. You got to
2:07:15
you got to refresh the screen now.
2:07:25
Yay! Oh, it's such a good feeling when something works, and they all seem to be there. Hang on, did I do the right thing? I've got two constructions. All right, yeah. So this is the one we want to make sure that has moved.
2:07:43
Yeah,
2:07:43
looks like that's the one that has, and this one hasn't. Okay, so keep the top one, delete this one. Correct.
2:07:51
But you want to move the sub items over first before you delete it. Right. Looks like you were doing. Yeah.
2:07:58
Okay, so here, just continue.
2:08:01
Yes, do all that first,
2:08:04
and then delete this one. Okay.
2:08:06
Yes.
2:08:07
Perfect. I shall do that, and then I'll check on the billing for the that thing that I had. Where is it? Think here. Or want the oops thing that Bella also had. I'll check to see if it's a billing issue, and I'll um go over it again because I think that's what she did. Yeah, she just.
2:08:32
Yep, that's what it sounded like. She what it whatever it was, she got it working again. So, yeah, I would say rotate the key, check the billing, make sure that that's set up correctly. If that's correct, then I would just rotate the keys and see if that doesn't fix it. Yep,
2:08:46
because it's two separate keys, isn't it? It is.
2:08:50
Yeah. Alrighty, I will try that, and yeah, hopefully that will work. Thank you so much.
2:08:56
Yeah, no problem.
2:08:58
How do I stop sharing now? I always yeah.
2:09:01
Just the bottom that that little blue key right there. Yep, go ahead and click that, and that should give you the option to stop. There you go. Perfect. All right, Bill. Bill, you got another question? Are you still with us?
2:09:23
Sorry, I was muted.
2:09:25
Ah, no worries.
2:09:27
I realized that that domain I thought was a GoDaddy. It's actually@sav.com, and their list the way they list it. I I I can't figure out where to put the C name, so if you can look at it with me, we can figure it out.
2:09:49
No problem. Sure.
2:09:50
Can't figure it out, then I'll move the domain over to GoDaddy. Let me open this up.
2:10:08
Hey Jason, do you mind if I comment on this real quick?
2:10:12
Yeah, yeah, go right ahead, Pierre.
2:10:14
So, so Bill, there's a couple things you can do. You can first, if you have Go High Level, you can move your DNS information over to Go High Level, then it's easier for you to manage. If you don't want to do that, what I do is all my domains are in Cloudflare, and I manage all my DNS settings in Cloudflare. It's hard to go to GoDaddy or Squarespace or these other places, and it's so much easier to go to Cloudflare and just manage all your DNSs in all your domains. Okay. I second
2:10:43
that. I think Cloudflare is a great option. So yeah, instead of moving the domain to to GoDaddy, I would I would definitely go through the Cloudflare option. But let's see what let's see if we can get it res or if we can get it resolved here first.
2:10:56
Yeah, I I have I bought a couple domains and put them in cloud, cloud flare. Sorry, and they won't let you do a lot of the DNS stuff if you actually have the domain hosted there. If you have a domain hosted somewhere else, you can link to them. I think, but anyway, this this is. Do you see the managed DNS settings?
2:11:25
I do. Yep.
2:11:27
Okay, so I went in here, and they've got these choices, which I would imagine custom DNS records.
2:11:40
Okay. Yep.
2:11:44
And from here, I'm just not sure what to do.
2:11:51
Um,
2:11:54
what what's the domain? Can you tell me what the domain is real quick?
2:11:58
J a x l i s t.com.
2:12:04
Okay, one more time. You said J.
2:12:07
J ax l i s t
2:12:12
l i s t.com. Got it. All right, let's see here. N S T. 10, NS nine. Okay. It
2:12:37
says website. I'm not sure why.
2:12:43
HostGator. Okay, so it's saying your name server is your name server is HostGator. Yeah, does that does that ring a bell? Does that make sense to you?
2:12:57
Yeah, that makes sense. Okay, so that's
2:12:59
probably why you can't see it here, so your it sounds so your name servers have been moved to HostGator. So you'll have to log into HostGator in order to access the CNAME record.
2:13:10
Okay. Yeah, I I guess I have it going to HostGator and then to to SDAI or go high level as well.
2:13:25
I mean, we can check high level, but I don't think. I mean, from what I'm seeing
2:13:31
here, it's telling
2:13:32
me that the name servers are located on HostGator. So that means that all of your DNS records are at at HostGator.
2:13:40
All right, so I just need to add stuff there. And another thing with you had mentioned with Anthony that he had A 2p approved on a different different account. So I've got DNS approved for for a phone number on a different high level sub account through a different agency that I can't move. Can I just use that approval, or does it need to be approved in the new account?
2:14:21
Yeah, each sub account needs its own approval.
2:14:24
Okay.
2:14:24
So if you're going to use a different sub account, you'll have to go through the approval process again. But you can use the same exact business information for the approval process. So the same EIN, same business name, same business address, all of that stuff. That's fine.
2:14:41
Okay, and the other part that I forgot to ask about again was, how do I once I've got this set, how do I get the links into the footer or the footer
2:14:55
of the site itself, SDAI site?
2:14:58
Yeah.
2:15:00
So you'll again you'll I can't remember what was it you Bill or was it somebody else on the call somebody else on the call it may have been but when you go to the go back into high level you'll set up a subdomain called pages dot and then yourdomain.com and then what you'll do from there is once that that domain's been added into high level, then you'll be able to connect to the SDAI funnel pages, and then that will just show those those pages will now be linked to your SDAI site.
2:15:36
Okay, but how do I get them the links into the footer of the site,
2:15:42
they'll just automatically be in the footer.
2:15:45
Okay, it'll know where to put them. All right.
2:15:48
Oh, actually, no, never mind. I I know what you're saying now. Never mind. Let me show you here. I think I know what you're saying. Let's see if I can refresh this screen
2:15:59
presentation.
2:16:03
Yeah, if if I can smart directory, let me go here. Here we go. Okay, share my screen.
2:16:37
Okay, so under branding, you scroll down here, you'll have here's your privacy policy URL. So once you get it, you'll just you'll add it right here, right. But what you'll do is once you get the domain added, you got to get the records added first. Then you can add the domain. Then you can connect the domain to this funnel, and then this page will have a unique URL, right? And you'll copy that. You'll come back into SDAI. You'll go back into branding, and then right down here to privacy policy URL. You'll add that right there.
2:17:16
Okay. Is there our terms box also?
2:17:20
There is, and where is the terms box? Contact us. Learn more. Hmm. I don't know. I thought it was right here,
2:18:21
Rachika. Where's the terms box for for adding your your custom terms page?
2:18:31
Sorry, what is there, Jason? The
2:18:33
terms box. So that you know we've got the privacy policy URL, but where is the terms?
2:18:41
Where exactly we want to add that?
2:18:47
Yeah, that's what I'm asking. Where where is the?
2:18:50
No, where do we want to show on the website?
2:18:55
Where for the forms?
2:18:57
Like where exactly we want to show it?
2:19:00
No, I thought I thought it just showed up normally. Yeah, right here, terms of service. Like, where do we get? So
2:19:05
that is coming from the from the custom pages and the footer menu. If you go to the menu, yeah, you need to select the footer menu. Yep, and then here you'll pages.
2:19:22
Okay.
2:19:23
Yep.
2:19:26
So yeah. So you'll just go in here and link them then.
2:19:29
Okay. Not link. I
2:19:31
would say you need to select from the funnel pages on the left side.
2:19:38
Oh right. Okay. Got it. Okay. So you'll select it from here. You'll add you'll add each page here, and then once you add it, you'll be able to you'll be able to put it into your footer.
2:19:49
Yep.
2:19:50
Okay. Yeah, I'm sort of surprised that those aren't just in the base setup when it when it's first set up because everybody needs.
2:20:01
I think it's under the menu builder knowledge base guide.
2:20:07
Okay, it's
2:20:07
there.
2:20:08
Yeah, I'll I'll find it now.
2:20:11
No problem. I'll share the link here in the chat. I just sent.
2:20:18
Awesome, cool.
2:20:20
Okay, thank you.
2:20:23
Anything else, Bill?
2:20:25
I'm sure, but not that I know.
2:20:28
Okay, sounds good. All right, Pierre. Looks like you're up next.
2:20:35
Hey, Jason. Hey. Hey. So, so mine's a bit of a handholding kind of thing. So I um, I had a my first customer actually sign up for the site, which was great without me listing them. And he also claimed his site, and he's he's receiving he's receiving more emails than he should. So I think there's something going on with my workflow that I wanted to kind of walk through and see if you can tell me maybe where I should be having them exit out of the workflow and so they don't receive all these extra emails. I'm gonna try to share my screen here since I'm on my iPad. Let me see if this will work.
2:21:21
See.
2:21:28
Yep, that worked. All right. Let me see here. Okay. Can you see my screen still?
2:21:37
Yeah, we got it.
2:21:39
Okay, so I'll just show you the emails that he that that went through with us. So here he logged in, as you can see the email here in the middle pane. He got his email saying we received your listing. He did a password change, and then I approved his listing. And I see here that the outbound call worked because that was us making an outbound call with AI, which was great. See that that worked, and then here it says, "Don't miss out. Your listing is waiting. So if I look at this email here, it says, "I notice your business is listed on our directory, but it hasn't been claimed yet. When obviously I've already approved his his his claim. So that was a little discouraging there, and then I think this other. So he has already
2:22:29
claimed that listing.
2:22:31
Yeah, he's already claimed it. So up here he says he created it, and then I approved his claiming his business claim. I approved it here because the email went out that said I approved it. This one here. Great news! Your claim request has been approved. Then after that, it did the call, and then it did this email here.
2:23:01
So another hasn't been claimed email,
2:23:04
right? And then this other email got sent out that says, "Hey, your business is not verified. The listing hasn't been claimed, but I like I said, I've already claimed his email. So trying to figure out what went wrong here in the workflow.
2:23:30
And what can you click on actions? We I want to see what workflows he's inside of, or what he what workflows he was inside of.
2:23:38
Okay.
2:23:41
So not claimed. So he's still inside not claimed. Claim nurture.
2:23:50
Ah, okay. But why shouldn't he be been removed from that once he once the email was claimed?
2:23:58
Yeah. Um.
2:24:16
So maybe that claim request approved workflow. I should put a something there saying remove them from that workflow.
2:24:23
Can we go look at that workflow? Because I can't find it on my end. I'm not able to find that workflow.
2:24:29
Claim request approved. Okay, let's take a look at that one.
2:24:33
No, it was like claim nurture or something. So claim nurture. Yeah.
2:24:43
Yeah, I don't see that either. I don't see it here in the system.
2:24:47
Yeah,
2:24:47
more close. Let's go back here. Back. Here's the honey pot. One, maybe it's in here. No, it's not in here. Definitely not in my. Market insider ones. Conversation AI, maybe. Here it is. Not claim, claim, nurture series.
2:25:09
What was that inside of?
2:25:11
The conversation AI.
2:25:16
Okay, can you click on that for me?
2:25:23
Zoom trigger says, did they claim?
2:26:03
Sorry, I'm driving while talking to you guys.
2:26:06
Rachika, why would do you have any idea why that person would be dropped into this workflow? It's not part of any of our mapping. Like, why would they even go in here?
2:26:22
They are only supposed to come to this workflow when they are interacting with the chat widget.
2:26:37
So, do you think that the phone call? Because he he did the outbound phone call. Do you think that triggered it?
2:26:43
That could be the reason. Voice AI or the chat widget. Yeah.
2:26:46
Yeah. I wonder if that's what happened. So then, how do we?
2:26:55
I think the automation tried to check if they claimed or not, and maybe it clashed the timings or something that it sent the email.
2:27:11
Because he,
2:27:12
the
2:27:13
business owner, submitted a claim request. He approved it, and the phone call came. What it almost looked like it was a day later, right? That the phone call came. Is that right, Pierre? Let's see. So the
2:27:31
phone call came. So he claimed it on the ninth. I approved it on the ninth.
2:27:38
Yeah. So the and then so then the the phone call came on the 10th,
2:27:44
right?
2:27:46
So why would that happen? That doesn't make sense. So it already it had already been approved. So somehow this outbound call triggered that workflow. Is that right, Rachika?
2:28:01
Um. I'm not really sure what exactly triggered it because call completed and then then it's a day after. Premium upgrade push. I mean, we don't have any weight even in that in that automation.
2:29:04
Maybe that that claim unclaimed should not happen if they've claimed it. It shouldn't happen since the claim status should have been claimed already.
2:29:16
Yeah, I'm just trying to figure out. I'm trying to get to the bottom of why it even triggered that workflow to begin with is that part of is that part of our action? Is there an action inside the AI agent that does that? I don't have access to it, so I can't. I don't have. I don't even have it in my demo account, so I can't look it up to see if that's part of the actions. Let me take a look. Voice AI agent. Yeah, we could. We could look there. Go to your agent list there. Yep.
2:30:20
So which one? It's the outbound.
2:30:25
There's the actions here
2:30:27
during the call. Okay, business name zip state. Yeah, keep going
2:30:40
after the call, claim status.
2:30:55
Can you click on claim status for me on the edit?
2:31:04
Okay, that's that's fine. Yeah, nothing there. Go ahead and close that.
2:31:18
Is that the bottom of the list? There's nothing else.
2:31:21
Yeah, it's pretty much the bottom,
2:31:24
dude.
2:31:27
Rachika, do you have any idea, like, why? I mean, you're seeing what I'm seeing, right? There's nothing here.
2:31:32
Yes, exactly. So why would that
2:31:35
even trigger? A ghost in the machine? Is there just some? Is there there? There's got to be some other trigger somewhere that I just don't know of, because there's no re like there there's no baked in trigger for that workflow. I guess we could look at the execution logs. Let's go look at the execution logs on that workflow, and let's see how that person maybe we maybe it'll show us how they got added in. That give us a little insight into it. Other than that, Pierre, I like I'm I'm
2:32:13
just dumbfounded. I I can't figure this out. Click on execution. Yeah, let's see.
2:32:20
You know what the contact's name was? You remember?
2:32:23
It's a Solomon. Oh, that is
2:32:26
him. Okay, so go to the very first action here where it says added to workflow. So that was august 10. That was yesterday. I think it. I don't. That must not be the right one. Is that right?
2:32:44
Yeah, voice API. They were
2:32:48
added on the ninth. Yeah, Rachika.
2:32:50
I found this trigger inside of the conversation AI, and agent name is Ron. If you go to the bot goals, so there is a nurture series, and that starts at the end of any conversation. So that say it one more time. Chat widget that came through the chat widget. If you go to the automations, oh sorry, AI agent,
2:33:18
AI agent, okay,
2:33:19
and go to the conversation AI. Go to the agent list, and let's open Ron first
2:33:32
one. Okay.
2:33:33
And if you go to the bot goals, so if you scroll down and go to the trigger workflow, yeah, the last one, nurture series. So it says when to trigger the workflow at the end of the conversation, and this is the workflow which was Triggered. Yeah, so most probably that came through the chat widget, and it is supposed to trigger at the end of any conversation, and that is why it is checking if that business was claimed or not.
2:34:18
So what you're saying is that contact had an interaction with the voice agent, but also had an interaction with the chat widget.
2:34:25
Yes.
2:34:29
How can we see if he had interaction with the chat widget?
2:34:32
We could look at his activity feed. So, if we pull up the contact record, we could look at his activity feed and see if it shows there, you'll have to go into the contact record itself, though not not just from the conversation screen.
2:34:48
Okay,
2:34:52
Solomon.
2:35:00
I think I don't think it's available there, right?
2:35:03
I think it's available here. Yeah, his activity here says no activity. Let's go to his his contact.
2:35:11
That's weird.
2:35:13
Actual contact, not his business contact. Are you talking about his business contact or his actual contact?
2:35:24
Oh, whichever received the email.
2:35:26
Yeah, whoever received the email. I'm not sure which which one dropped into the sequence. Okay,
2:35:42
so. Solomon,
2:35:46
and I think we can check on the AI agent as well, right, Jason? Because there is a dashboard that shows how many contacts came through.
2:35:56
Oh, that's right. Yep, there is. Yeah, you can go there.
2:36:04
Lamar Valley.
2:36:05
Just the dashboard for Conversation AI. So if go to AI agents, Conversation AI agents, and then right here on the dashboard here. So if you scroll down, no, just Sarah. What's the date range though that's selected? Let's check the date range. So that's august 1 through the fourth. It looks no, it's showing August 1 through the 11th.
2:36:39
Uh huh. So is it voice AI? We should look. No data here. Outbound. There's the outbound data,
2:36:58
but it got triggered through the chat widget, so we need to check that.
2:37:05
Claim request approved.
2:37:11
It is for the same contact, right? That is the same contact. Is there any filter to select agent name somewhere on top. No, all agents. There is better for Ron.
2:37:54
So then he must not have gone through Ron.
2:37:57
Maybe Sarah is also Following the same,
2:38:05
yeah, you could check that and see if that agent is following the same pattern. Did you listen to the call? Did he like? I wonder if he unclaimed while he was on the call with the outbound agent. So, like during the call, because because remember, like the agent can update all of those things under the actions. We look, we saw that the voice agent can update claim status. I wonder if he said something in the call that the agent that triggered the agent to say, "Oh, he didn't claim it or something, or he unclaimed it, and that's what dropped him into that sequence. Pierre, are you still with
2:39:09
us? Pierre, are you still with us?
2:39:15
Okay, looks like he might have dropped off. We'll circle back around. Anthony, you want to go ahead and ask your question.
2:39:24
Just quick question. In addition to integrating billing with Stripe, is there any other options? Can we use like our own independent processor?
2:39:38
Yeah, you can. You'll just have to like if you wanted to to integrate a different payment processor through Stripe or I'm sorry through High Level or outside of High Level. What what were your thoughts?
2:39:50
Outside.
2:39:52
Okay. Yeah. Then under the plans page, there's a external checkout option.
2:39:58
Oh. Okay. Cool.
2:39:59
So you just turn that. Feature on, and then you can just pop in whatever link you want. So it doesn't matter what payment processor. Yeah, you just use whatever you want outside of the outside the system.
2:40:13
Perfect. And then one other quick question. So for the A 2p, that's just for like the SMS automations to work. Do you also need to be A 2p for the outbound voice agent to work, or is that separate?
2:40:27
No, phone calls do not require A 2p approval. It's only SMS.
2:40:32
Okay. So as long as I purchase a phone number, then I should be able to test the outbound calling agent.
2:40:39
Correct. Yep.
2:40:41
Okay. Thank you.
2:40:43
No problem. Tim.
2:40:50
Yes, I'm back. Okay. Sharing now. Here it comes. I think this is the one. Quick thing. I added this company in, and I started to edit it, but I'm getting an error message. And and when I went from Go High Level to now SDAI hosted, none of the media followed me. And when I tried to upload a logo or something. It I get an error. So even if I just apply this crop request failed with status code 400.
2:41:38
And and just tell me what you're trying to do here?
2:41:41
Upgrade this guy's listing. So the one that we just found in there and did before. Does he not
2:41:51
have the listing? Oh no, he does. Oh, that's the one you just added. Okay, right.
2:41:54
I put him in. I put the business in. So we refreshed the business tag, and now I I put him in there. Well, now that you mention that, he's not under my account owner's options yet. I guess I have to tag him as an owner in the contacts. Do I have to do that?
2:42:15
Assign a consumer. Oh, does he? Well, he hasn't claimed anything yet, has he?
2:42:22
No.
2:42:24
Does he have a consumer account?
2:42:27
I put him in there as this one. So, do I tag him as consumer? How do you?
2:42:36
Yeah, I don't know if you can do this manually. I I remember somebody else was trying to do this. I don't think you can. You have to have them go through the process.
2:42:45
Okay,
2:42:45
I believe
2:42:46
good enough. Then if I go back to just upgrading the listing because I told him I wanted to trick out his listing and and everything, but I can't upload that. I said I would make it premium. If I'm just looking under there,
2:43:06
is he in there?
2:43:07
There, just past him. Here, so I clicked premium. Then I went to edit, and then I went to details, media. None of the media was there, and uploading is giving me a. Have you linked
2:43:24
it to his Google profile?
2:43:27
No, I was having issues with Google, but this is just uploading a straight photo, and I have no no photos in my media. You know, I as you can see, I have a lot of other businesses in here, which have plenty of other, but there's go
2:43:45
ahead and edit a different one. Let's see if if the if you're seeing the same thing there.
2:43:51
So if I hit that, it's not there. I can't even go back to choose the same thing.
2:44:00
Is that one linked to a Google profile?
2:44:03
This one, I don't think so, but I can find one that is. But I don't think my Google is working at the moment.
2:44:10
Okay, I have to
2:44:11
go and double check those those things. But that shouldn't affect just a library picture. Yeah, and the library of of.
2:44:21
Can you try selecting a a photo from your desktop?
2:44:25
Yeah, that's what that's what I was doing to get that.
2:44:27
Oh, that's you don't you don't
2:44:28
see it, but that's when I go back to I hit all businesses. Where was he? Here, and edit, and I go to details. So when I hit this, there's nothing in the media. I'm hitting the upload button,
2:44:45
and you're selecting it. Got it. And
2:44:47
I'm selecting it, and there you can see that's what I selected, right? You can see that.
2:44:54
Yep, I can see that. Yep. So he's just not allowing you to.
2:44:58
And then I get this error. Coming up, request failed with status code 400.
2:45:04
Okay,
2:45:07
I think we're. I think we're for this one. We'll probably have to submit a ticket. Okay,
2:45:12
okay. I didn't know if there was a transfer issue or something because I came. I just came back in, you know, I because this has existed for a couple of months now, but now there's no media in there.
2:45:25
Yeah, for some reason your media library is not working at all.
2:45:29
Right, right, right, right. And I can't put anything new in there. All right, I'll put in a ticket. Thank you.
2:45:35
Yeah, I'm just checking mine right now. Let me check my media library, but I think there's got to be something wrong with with your library. There must be some sort of a bug, because if I go in mine, let's see. I'm just checking. Yeah, see, I'm not having any issues. Yeah, just submit a ticket. Let's let's have some the devs take a look at that.
2:46:04
Yeah, and I'll check. I'm gonna go check one of the other directories that I have to see if it happened with all the others. You know.
2:46:17
Got
2:46:17
it. I'll do that. All right, thanks, man.
2:46:21
Yep, no worries. Great call,
2:46:23
great service, and sorry to keep you so long.
2:46:26
Yeah, no worries.
2:46:28
Thank you,
2:46:29
Pierre. Pierre, are you back with us? I don't know if he's back with us or not. Pierre, can you hear me? All right.
2:46:48
Okay. Yeah, I don't. I don't know. Let's see here.
2:47:00
Yeah, there must be an issue on connection on his end. So, all right, Pierre, what I'm going to do, if you can submit a support ticket. I don't know if you're still here. If you can hear me, but I'm going to drop the link into the chat. I just dropped a link into the chat. Can you see? Yes, I can see your message, Pierre, but I cannot hear you. I just dropped a link in the chat to support. If you can go there and submit a support ticket, so we can get to the bottom of this and try to figure out what's going on, what's triggering that, that would be fantastic. It looks like it's it's just going to take a deeper dive to try to figure out what's triggering that automation, and that what what dropped that person in there. The I don't know if you heard me, but the only other thought that I had was that possibly on the phone call, the outbound automated phone call, that the contact said something that the bot interpreted as like that's not my business or please unclaim or something along those lines. So I would go back and listen to that phone call and see if the person said something like that that caused the bot to maybe unclaim the business, and that's what triggered dropping that contact into that automation. That's the only thing I can think of, honestly. I really can't think of anything else at this point. But please submit that support ticket, and we'll get to the bottom of it. Either way, yeah, we're we're a little bit over time, so I'm going to go ahead and wrap it up here, you guys. Thank you so much, everyone. Appreciate each and every one of you guys. Glad we were able to get to everybody's questions and get get some answers. And yeah, thank you guys. Thanks everybody for showing up. In between now and next Tuesday, if you guys have questions, you know the drill. But we've got we've got a fantastic support desk. Please take advantage of that. Submit support tickets. Talk to our support desk. Rachika, Stephanie, everyone on the team is fantastic. They're here to help you guys seven days a week. So please take advantage of that. And then if you need extended help, that's what we do. That's what these calls are all for. So please come by and check out these calls, and we'll we'll be glad to help you guys out. Anyway, hope everybody has a fantastic week ahead, and we will see you guys all next week. Take care, everybody.
2:49:29
Thank you,
2:49:30
Jason.
