Jason 0:00
Right, welcome everybody. Welcome to SDAI. You guys have some questions? Please feel free raise your hand. The bottom of the Google Meet window, there's the hand icon. If you click that, that let lets you raise your hand, and that'll just automatically put you guys in order, and we'll start answering some questions. A lot of familiar faces. This is cool. So, John, looks like you're up. Net, you're up first.

Speaker 1 0:29
Hello. Thanks for taking my question. Where am I? Oh, can you hear me?

Jason 0:37
I can hear you just fine. Yeah. Okay.

Speaker 1 0:39
So, I'm I'm setting up a directory, and I'm I'm in in regard to the workflows for people that I'm going to be handling like fully outside those initial outreach automations. So I'm I'm communicating with them directly. Is the best way to not send them the workflow emails to add a goal as the last step or next last step that basically says if such and such tag, then exit this workflow. Is that probably the is that the best way, or is there a better way to skip doing a particular workflow with someone that I've put into the directory?

Jason 1:32
Yeah, I mean, so you got multiple things going on here. So the very first automation that we have inside SDAI is the free listing outreach. That's basically an email that goes out that's saying, "Hey, this is what we have on file for you. Does everything look correct? It's trying to get get a response to get them into a conversation, right?

Speaker 1 1:50
Yeah,

Jason 1:51
and that leads them down the pathway. If if that's not the if that's not your process, if you are having one on one calls or you're reaching out. Maybe you're making phone calls and you're talking to people. You can still do that. Like you can still confirm all the information manually without having to send an email. So there's no reason for a goal step there. The goal step might be on the Premium outreach,

Speaker 1 2:22
but I don't want them to get that email sequence for the the new listing outreach.

Jason 2:29
So you you just pause all of those. So what what you'll do is you'll just go into your automations and just pause all of those automations.

Speaker 1 2:38
Well, I'm doing it with some, but not all. That's why I wanted the ability. You want to share

Jason 2:44
your screen and just show us what you're doing.

Speaker 1 2:50
Well, let me just say it conceptually. I'm happy to share the screen, but basically, if I want to put people into that whole flow, the way it's set up, but for a subgroup of people that I'm talking to directly, I want them to not get those automations. Because if I'm talking to directly to a business owner and I say, "Hey, let's get you set up, and we're sitting there together, okay, I don't want them to then get a bunch of emails that seem to that'll confuse them because we're already covering them.

Speaker 2 3:24
Yep. Yeah, but I don't want to do that

Speaker 1 3:26
for everybody because I want to keep all those workflows intact for batches that I might put into that type of workflow. But for the people I talk to directly, I'm just going to tag them as business, but then tag them as no outreach, and and what I want to do is turn off workflows if it has the tag no outreach.

Jason 3:48
Well, it won't technically turn the workflow off, but it'll redirect them out of it. So like you'll have a condition, right? So you can have an if else condition that excludes that, or you can use the goal step. You could do both. I mean, I mean, it sounds like you're very familiar with with workflows. So, yeah, either one will allow you to continually to to run those workflows as long as that individual contact doesn't have probably a tag is going to be the best way to do it. I mean, you could use a custom field, but you know, a tag is probably going to be easier. Just drop a tag on them that allows them to go through that conditional that condition, right, and then exit the workflow or hit that goal step and exit the workflow. So either way,

Speaker 1 4:33
okay.

Jason 4:34
So you you would just have to add that into all the automations that you want that to happen, and you just build that into your process. Hey, when I add this tag, I know that it excludes this first automation and the third automation. If I add this other tag, it does you know all three or all four, whatever. I think you get the idea.

Speaker 1 4:52
Okay, cool. Yeah, I just wanted to run that by you in case I was missing something. There was a better way to do it, but just no. That's that's

Jason 4:58
going to be the easiest.

Speaker 1 5:00
Okay, for sure. Cool, thank you.

Jason 5:02
Yeah, no problem. Simone,

Speaker 3 5:07
hang on. Am I? Yeah, I'm unmuted. I have two little things. Sure. In my directory, for whatever reason, the zip code doesn't fill in from my contact data, and is there a way to figure out to get a mask on the phone number because the phone number doesn't show up right either?

Jason 5:38
Hmm. So the address. So you have an address saved at the contact level, but it's not showing inside your directory.

Speaker 3 5:47
It it does most of it shows, except the zip code.

Jason 5:52
Okay.

Speaker 3 5:55
And I have to fill in the zip code every single time. It's like dang.

Jason 6:00
Yeah. Let's take a look at that. You want to share your screen, Simone? When you get a set.

Speaker 3 6:18
Yep, yep, I can. Let me see here.

Speaker 2 6:23
Screen.

Speaker 3 6:33
So if I go, let me. Ah. doesn't does it switch? It doesn't. Oh, okay. Did you take over? Okay.

Jason 6:53
Okay. Yeah, I see your listing here. Address. Okay. Can you scroll down for me? Oh, I see right at the top there. Okay, yeah. So zip code is not showing there.

Speaker 3 7:12
Well, I I fill it in every time. So when I when I add stuff to the listing, then I usually fill in the zip code, and change often change the phone number to to make it look a little better. But I'm wondering if there is a way of that I can put a mask on it so that the phone number shows shows different or shows like this. I wanted to. You're talking

Jason 7:44
about the formatting. You're talking about phone number formatting. Yeah. Okay. Got it. Okay. Probably not on that. I don't think that there's anything we can do about the the phone number formatting. The zip code though is kind of interesting to me. I'm not sure why that's not showing,

Dorn 8:11
Jason?

Jason 8:12
Unless there's another field, yeah, Dorn.

Dorn 8:14
Could it be a zip code mapping versus a postal code mapping? Because they both exist when you import. Yeah, that's

Jason 8:23
what I was just thinking. Is maybe there's another field under your general info. Can we look at that, Simone? Like, let's go under contacts.

Speaker 2 8:34
Let's go

Jason 8:35
under general info. Let's see if there are two different.

Speaker 3 8:39
Oh, do you want me to go in? So yeah, the back.

Jason 8:43
Let's go to the back end of work or of high level.

Speaker 3 8:47
Okay, so how do I do? I get it on your screen. I'm I'm on. Hang on, I am in. I can't. Do I have to stop sharing and share again because it's a different tab.

Jason 9:03
Sure. Yeah. Just try. Just

Speaker 3 9:05
yeah. Or I could just do. Hang on.

Jason 9:11
I don't know if you can bring it over.

Speaker 3 9:15
Oh, I could bring it over.

Jason 9:19
It depends on what option you chose when. When I okay, yeah,

Speaker 3 9:24
yeah, I'm still new to this Google thing. Let me stop sharing, and then we share workflow list. So now we're in here. Yeah, just

Jason 9:44
grab one of these contacts. Just open up the first one, that prestige plumbing. Oh, that's fine. This one's fine too. So go down to general info. Yeah, that's what I wanted to check. So we got postal. Okay, keep going. I think postal is

Dorn 10:05
supposed to be mapped to zip code.

Speaker 3 10:10
Yeah, see, I don't have anything else.

Dorn 10:13
When when you import, you should see both postal code and zip code options by selecting zip code, postal code is like for European postal codes are different than zip code, so that's why both fields exist.

Speaker 3 10:31
Oh, okay. And

Jason 10:33
you and you and you're saying that in SDAI they pull from zip. Is that what you're saying, Dwight?

Dorn 10:40
That's my understanding. Yes, they pull from the zip code field rather than the postal code. I don't

Speaker 3 10:47
see that field in here, but okay, here there's a zip code. Yeah, okay, all right. I can try mapping it to the zip code and see if that fixes that.

Jason 11:00
You can also just try punching that in in the zip code field for one of the for one of your listings, yeah,

Speaker 3 11:08
yeah, where it's missing,

Jason 11:09
and just see if that works. If that works, then that then you'll know. Then next time you do an import, just make sure you map it to that field.

Speaker 3 11:16
Okay, cool. Then I need to figure out remove that field, maybe.

Jason 11:23
I don't think you can remove it. I think it's a standard default field for high level, so I don't think you can delete it. But you'll just just remember, just remind yourself when you're going through that process to match. Yeah, I

Speaker 3 11:38
can just do my import templates. I can change it. Yeah,

Jason 11:43
right.

Speaker 3 11:43
Yeah. See, and the phone number is right, but then when it goes over to my, because I think here it's probably like a overlay that it makes it right, and then when I go into my directory, it it brings it in a in a different way. So let's go to

Jason 12:06
yeah. I think it's just the numbers all together, right?

Speaker 3 12:10
And is there yeah this is something I can do or I can accept having to do it manually?

Jason 12:20
Just I think that's just the format that they've chosen. I don't think, I don't think there's a way that you can do that.

Speaker 3 12:29
Okay,

Jason 12:29
without updating it manually.

Speaker 3 12:31
Because, yeah. So then it comes over like that.

Jason 12:35
Right. Right. Okay. All I would, what I would do about that is just submit a. I don't know if it's necessarily a ticket. Yeah, I probably probably wouldn't want to put a ticket in for that, but put that on the canny board.

Speaker 3 12:52
Okay,

Jason 12:52
it's just a feature request that phone numbers are properly formatted.

Speaker 3 12:58
All right, yeah, rather

Jason 12:59
than just straight number.

Speaker 3 13:01
And sometimes it's like I I change it and then it takes it back. It it will have this this old format again. It's like, wow, this doesn't look good. Maybe I'm too picky there.

Jason 13:14
No, I I think that I think it's I think it's justified. I mean, I I like I like numbers that are formatted versus just one string of numbers like that. I think it looks nicer. I mean, that's just that's what we're used to, you know. And all countries are the same way. Everybody has every country has a little different formatting, so maybe that's why they didn't do it. But I think I think we could still we could probably figure out formatting for both U.S. and at least European numbers for sure.

Speaker 3 13:46
Okay, cool. Yeah, because the one it will always be the first, the first number determines the country. So, like Germany would have, I think, 45 or 49 or something. Yeah.

Speaker 2 13:59
Yep. Awesome.

Speaker 3 14:01
Thank you so much.

Jason 14:02
Of course, Simone. Yeah, no problem.

Speaker 3 14:04
Let me stop showing.

Dorn 14:08
Satira. Hey,

Jason 14:10
you're up next. How you doing? How

Speaker 4 14:11
about you?

Jason 14:13
I'm doing good. Good.

Speaker 4 14:14
Okay. Snapshot time.

Jason 14:19
Okay. Let's do it. All right.

Speaker 4 14:21
I did try and and follow these instructions that Tom had given. Let me share my screen in the high level support portal. How to delete and edit the name of a snapshot because I did the test first, and so I added a I added the the the only just a minute the only sub account. That I had available was just one because the other two, or you know, go high level in SDAI. So I used the only sub account I had left to do the test, and now I need to delete the test and the I think also the delete the snapshot that I put into the test sub account, and then actually add it to the the updated snapshot to the SDAI directory. Okay. Okay. Okay. But the this this video here didn't make any sense to me. It didn't seem to line up. It didn't look like mine. Anyway. So, okay. Well, I didn't share yet, did I? Okay, so this was the snapshot that I'd found. The latest one, july 31, 26th.

Jason 16:35
That sounds right.

Speaker 4 16:36
Okay, because the one before that was march 5, but I don't think I ever, I don't think I ever uploaded it or installed it. Okay, so where do I need to go first?

Jason 16:55
So one quick thing that I'll mention, you you said you had put that snapshot into a different test account. Yep, that test sub account.

Speaker 4 17:06
I need that. I need this sub account here because it's the only one that's available whenever I do get a client. So I need to, yeah, I need to get that out of there and have that empty again, and then still go ahead and install the snapshot into the SDAI

Jason 17:28
right

Speaker 4 17:29
sub account. So,

Jason 17:30
unfortunately, right now there is no easy way to just remove a snapshot from a sub account. So, what you'll need to do is just go through and delete the automations, delete the delete the funnel pages. You know, like the actual funnel itself that contains all the pages. I'm sure there's a few custom fields in there you could delete, but there's no like just delete everything that was included in this snapshot. I wish there was that. That's something that I've always wanted. Is a way to just remove everything that I just added. So, yeah, you can you can go through that sub account and delete everything out of it, like I said. Or the second thing you can do is you can delete the sub account entirely since it's a test account. High level will hold it for 24 hours, so you can delete it, and then it'll take 24 hours before it actually gets deleted out of your account. Once it's deleted, then you can add a brand new test account. So, if you're going to do it, I would do it. If that's the route you're going to go, I would do that now versus when you get a client. Because if you get a client and you need to start working on something right away, and you want to remove everything or start over and delete it. You do have that 24 hour window.

Speaker 4 19:10
Okay. So there's

Jason 19:11
a couple different options there for you.

Speaker 4 19:13
Okay. So basically, okay, I'm I'm trying to understand what you're what you're telling me here. I had only use that to.

Jason 19:28
I'll simplify it for you.

Speaker 4 19:29
Okay.

Jason 19:30
There's no delete snapshot right now. I've always wanted that feature, but there is no delete a snapshot that you've installed. There is no or remove a snapshot that you've installed. High level doesn't have that feature, so because they don't have that, the only way that you can remove a snapshot is go into the sub account and and delete individually delete all the sections of the snapshot. So that's one way. Second way. Is delete the sub account altogether. If you delete the sub account altogether, just know that there's a 24 hour waiting period. They wait exactly 24 hours before they fully delete it. Once it's fully deleted, then you can add another sub account because you're on the $97 plan, so you have Three, so

Speaker 4 20:22
right

Jason 20:22
because of that, yeah. So if you hit delete on that sub account, then you have to wait 24 hours before you're able to create a new one to take its place. That makes sense.

Speaker 4 20:37
I think okay. Well, then in the meantime, can I still add the install the updated snapshot to the Asheville Thrive directly? Okay, of course, that's not a problem. Okay, so can you walk me through that, please?

Jason 20:56
Of course, yeah. Just click on the name that right there where it says Asheville Thrive. and then the top right where it says actions, just click on that drop down, and then snapshots, load snapshot, and then this is where you're going to choose the snapshot. So it's yep, right there, july 31. So go ahead and click that, then hit proceed. Okay, so this is the important part.

Speaker 4 21:30
Right. So if

Jason 21:31
you've made any edits, you want to deselect the things that you've edited. So most likely, it's going to be your text and email templates. Do you see that? It's about 123, 4/5, up from the bottom. Yep. So you'll want to skip that. Actually, click click select. Oh, expand the the text and email. Let's look at that real quick. Appointment confirmation, claim business, feedback, follow up, quick reminder. Just trying to think which one was, if anything in there is new. Give me a second. Let me just double check mine.

Speaker 5 22:35
Jason, the only new things are free listing outreach. Those two new email templates.

Jason 22:46
Which one is that? I don't see that here. Oh, free listing. Free listing

Speaker 5 22:49
outreach, new and improved. That should be if you scroll little up. So we have email templates out there. Little up. email template should be there. Yeah, right there. Email build templates. Yes. Yeah. If you scroll, yeah. If you scroll down, maybe right there.

Jason 23:15
But those aren't overwrite. Those are. That's a brand new folder with brand new templates.

Speaker 5 23:20
Yes. Right.

Jason 23:21
Okay. So that one we can select then.

Speaker 4 23:24
Okay, all right. So I don't skip that, right?

Jason 23:28
No. What you'll do is just select. You'll you'll skip all, and then you'll only select free listing, new and improved. So hit skip all next to email templates, or skip. Sorry, yeah, right there. Go ahead and click that box, and then for your listening outreach folder, you can hit select on that. There you go, perfect. And then go down, scroll down. Free listing outreach. Are these all of them right here, Richika? Free listing outreach. 123, Those are the ones we need. I'm guessing. So yeah, go ahead and select those. One,

Jason 24:18
two, and three down there at the bottom.

Speaker 5 24:21
Yes, right.

Jason 24:22
Okay.

Speaker 5 24:25
And with that, we need to select. I think the automation as well.

Speaker 4 24:31
Okay. What What am I doing? So select one.

Jason 24:38
Yep. Go ahead and select that

Speaker 4 24:40
one. Okay.

Jason 24:42
Yep.

Speaker 4 24:43
And follow up and add value. Yep. We're just going to go through all

Speaker 5 24:50
those. Four five, and then customer replied no this as well. Customer replied yes, yes. All these. Yep. Right.

Dorn 25:01
Okay. Yeah, I think

Speaker 5 25:05
that's pretty much it. Yes.

Speaker 4 25:06
Okay.

Speaker 5 25:08
Jason, we need to select the automation as well. Right.

Speaker 4 25:13
Automation. Okay. Now, so to move on, this one here, marketing search. I did a a

Speaker 5 25:24
no. Those are already

Speaker 4 25:26
the marketing services upgrades. I I did do some editing there, so I changed the emails because I I'm not doing Google want to show up on Google first. I I didn't do that. I'm not doing that as a service. Get more leads into the Google Ads. I changed that one, and then I had to change the overall number four. Let's make a plan for your business growth because it includes and names the the services that I'm actually providing-that's coming from these two emails. So I need to skip skip these.

Jason 26:12
Right. Yeah. Just just the ones that we told you. Those are the ones that are new, so those won't override anything.

Speaker 4 26:18
Okay. All right. And I'm saying that. Okay, where was you? You telling me to go? Yep. So

Jason 26:24
we're done on this. We're done on the email stuff.

Speaker 4 26:27
Okay. So

Jason 26:27
you you can go back to the top, and you can close that. We've already selected the ones we need. So go ahead and just yep, click click that to close it, and then let's go to. I think it's down a little further. Down. Keep going. Keep going. Yeah, I didn't close that one. Yeah, down at the very bottom workflow. Okay, and then keep going, keep going. There it is: free listing outreach, new and improved. So both of those, we want to select those. So yeah, go ahead and go back up and just skip all of these, and only select those two.

Speaker 4 27:24
Okay, only select which one. Free listing out week. Free listing out week. You want to improve?

Jason 27:29
Yep.

Speaker 4 27:30
Okay. So if I'm skipping everything else, be easy just to select all skip.

Jason 27:40
Yep. So in the blue. Not for that one. Nope. Go down. Is it work though? Yeah. Right. Right there. So to the right, to the far right. There you go. Yep.

Speaker 4 27:56
There you go. Then, then go down here. Select

Jason 28:01
Exactly, and the next one. No, no, no, no. Deselect free listing outreach, and just select free listing outreach new and improved, and free listing outreach new and approved customer replied.

Speaker 4 28:18
Okay.

Jason 28:20
There you go. Yep, those two, and I think that's it, right, Richika? Everything else she can skip. I believe that's

Speaker 5 28:30
it. Oh yes, right, Jason. Yes.

Jason 28:34
Okay, so just let's double check

Speaker 4 28:36
and outbound agents, Samantha. But I did those. Those. Is it going to change that all together, or is it just going to voice agents

Jason 28:56
against Atura?

Speaker 4 28:58
Okay, see, voice AI Agents, I did do a a what do you call it knowledge base for them. So would that change if I select

Jason 29:15
it? I would just skip it.

Speaker 3 29:17
Information change.

Jason 29:19
Yeah, I would skip those. I would skip everything that you don't need. Exactly. Yep. And close that. So let's let's go to the top and just make sure everything's set correctly. So scroll all the way up. Okay. So you can go ahead and I would just put skip next to calendars, even though there's zero there. There's nothing we need to worry about. The calendar. Skip the calendar. Campaigns, conversation AI, skip that. Custom fields, skip. Custom values, yeah, I don't think we need anything there. Emails, we already went through folders, forms you can skip. Funnel, we can skip that. Knowledge base, we can skip that. Membership,

Speaker 4 30:07
edit on the website. Does that would that change it or

Jason 30:13
say it again?

Speaker 4 30:13
Website is is this anyway? Is it referring to the directory or or my agent? No,

Jason 30:21
the the funnel that contains all your pages. It contains your privacy policy, terms and conditions.

Speaker 4 30:32
Okay,

Jason 30:33
those pages.

Speaker 4 30:34
Okay, so I'm skipping that, right?

Jason 30:37
Yep, skip the knowledge base. Skip, skip. Social planner. Yeah, you can skip all these. Keep going. Tags. We don't need to do that. We've already done text and email templates.

Speaker 4 30:58
So I'm skipping tags also.

Speaker 2 31:00
Yep.

Speaker 4 31:00
Okay.

Jason 31:06
Trigger links. You can skip that. Triggers. You can skip. I think that's

Speaker 4 31:14
it. Okay.

Jason 31:15
Workflow should be the last one. I don't think there's anything below that. Go all the way to the bottom. Yeah, nothing left. Okay, cool.

Speaker 4 31:25
I hit proceed.

Jason 31:29
Proceed. Yeah.

Speaker 4 31:31
Now I did do a backup.

Jason 31:33
Okay, perfect.

Speaker 4 31:35
Yes, in case. All right. So what do I do here?

Jason 31:43
Just go ahead and hit select all. Maybe you don't need to select all. I don't know what that is actually. Does it let you proceed? That's

Speaker 6 31:59
correct.

Speaker 5 32:00
Yeah, that's correct, Jason.

Speaker 7 32:02
Okay.

Speaker 5 32:02
If you click on plus icon, so it will show you what things we are putting inside of the account.

Jason 32:09
No conflicts. Okay, perfect.

Speaker 4 32:12
Okay.

Jason 32:18
Perfect.

Speaker 4 32:35
Okay, those are notified when it's completed, and that's it, right? That's

Jason 32:43
it. Yeah, it should be. It should be loading it up for you. All

Speaker 4 32:46
right.

Jason 32:54
So when you switch back into it, you should see the new automation, the new email templates. I think that's it.

Speaker 4 33:25
Okay, where would that be at in here?

Jason 33:32
Smart Directory AI. You go back up to the folder. It says smart directory AI workflows. Yeah, almost there, right there. Yep, and then outreach, and there's new and improved, and new and improved customer replied.

Speaker 4 33:56
Okay,

Jason 33:58
and then to check the email templates, you'll go to marketing on the left-hand side, and then emails up at the top, and then templates, and free listing outreach new and approved, and these should be all of your. Yeah, these are all your your new email templates here.

Speaker 4 34:33
Okay, all right, cool, all right. Thank you very much.

Jason 34:39
You'll want to go through those, Satira. You'll want to customize those just like you did the others, right?

Speaker 4 34:44
Okay, yeah,

Jason 34:45
yeah. So if there's anything you want to change or update

Speaker 4 34:49
or

Jason 34:49
you can do that there,

Speaker 4 34:51
put in my my signature.

Jason 34:53
Yep.

Speaker 4 34:54
And I'll okay. More fun. Okay. Oh. And I do have a question here. When I do the social planner, why is it in both Asheville Thrive and my marketing agency? Why is this in in both sub accounts? Is it the coast?

Jason 35:22
likely, you have the same. My guess is you probably have the same accounts connected.

Dorn 35:28
Do you have the same

Jason 35:30
social media accounts connected?

Speaker 4 35:31
Yeah. That's why automatically. Okay. All right. I just want to make sure I I hadn't you know, messed up anything. No, no.

Jason 35:44
Usually, most people have different social accounts for each sub account because people treat each sub account as a different business.

Speaker 4 35:53
Yeah, yeah. But it's not. You don't

Jason 35:57
have to do that, though. You don't have to do that. Yeah. If you if you want to use the same social accounts, now what I would say though is actually you know what I kind of take that back. What I would do is I would pick which account you want to schedule and run posts from, because if you connect both, not not that necessarily connecting both is an issue, but I could see it potentially cause an issue where maybe it you get confused, you schedule posts on one account, or you think you do, and it's actually coming from a different account. So just trying to isolate where things are located and where where you do things, just to kind of eliminate that confusion. I would probably just connect the socials to one sub account, whether that's your agency, which is probably most likely.

Speaker 4 36:52
Yeah, yeah, and I know what what happened. I have not gotten around to doing a setting up a a Facebook or or LinkedIn for the Asheville Thrive, so

Jason 37:08
that was going to be my next suggestion. Yeah,

Speaker 4 37:10
yeah, it would be

Jason 37:11
a good idea to do that. I'm not trying to create more work for you, Satira. I'm not like I'm not trying to pile things on your plate. I know there's a lot. There's already a ton of stuff to do.

Speaker 4 37:26
Yes, there's so so many moving parts. Gosh.

Dorn 37:30
Right.

Speaker 4 37:32
Okay. All right. Well, now that that mystery is cleared up, thank you very much, Jason. Of

Speaker 8 37:37
course.

Speaker 4 37:38
Thank you very much, Charlie. I dumped that off now. Okay.

Jason 37:45
All right.

Speaker 4 37:46
All right then.

Jason 37:47
Sounds good. Well, if you have any other questions, just pop your hand back up, and we'll come back to you.

Speaker 4 37:51
Okay. We'll do.

Jason 37:52
All right. All right, Brian. Looks like you're up next.

Speaker 8 37:59
Hey, Jason. Can you hear me? Okay.

Jason 38:01
Yeah, I can hear you just fine.

Speaker 8 38:03
Okay, great. So I just had a little confusions there. I guess more clarity. So the first thing I was questioning was on the free listing workflow, the very first workflow that we send out the very first email is not supposed to have any links to click on. You know that that seems pretty clear, but the rest of that workflow, you know the rest of the email templates, it's okay to have a link in there on the second and third email, even if they didn't respond back to you, or should we avoid links on that first workflow altogether? I

Jason 38:49
mean that that's how we built it. I mean it's pers. I mean personal preference. I mean if you really don't want to include them, you don't. But I mean that's that's the way we've built it. You know, and it's worked well for a lot of people that have run through the system. So everybody's going to be unique, though, right? Everybody has like everyone's bringing. Some people are bringing fresh, brand new domains into the system. Some are bringing domains that have been they've been using and sending email for quite some time. Some are brand new, but they've sent through a warm-up system, and there's so many different factors that go into email deliverability. So I would say test it. If you see issues, then make adjustments. That's what I would do. I wouldn't just automatically assume that they're not going to get delivered. I would just go through the process, follow the training, and use the templates that we provided, and then if you start to see issues, then then go and and run your own tests and see what you can do to to improve deliverability. But we've seen quite we we've seen we've seen very good deliverability across the board, as far as like all users are concerned that have used the product.

Speaker 8 40:00
Right, without the links, you have high deliverability. But yeah, I was, I guess the confusion for me was like, okay, the first email in the sequence, great, you know, no, no link. The second email in the sequence, whether they replied or not, you know, then you say, well, if you want to see it, you know, click this link, that should be, you know, not that link shouldn't be there in the second email in the sequence because we're still worrying about deliverability at that point, or it just test test it and see what happens.

Jason 40:35
Right. I I would just test it and see what happens. I'll be honest. That's what I do

Speaker 8 40:42
because I was thinking on the logo when I insert the logo. You know, you can put the URL into the logo properties, and so I Google that kill deliverability. You know, on on the email chain, or because it's on a, you know, it's not a naked link there. You know, it's embedded in the the logo at the bottom there. So it's like, yeah. So I guess not two links. You know, I'm a logo and you have a logo.

Jason 41:16
So Brian, the way to think about this is like how you send one-on-one email and making it seem as natural as possible. So, like, I wouldn't, I wouldn't stuff it full of links. I would seem, I would make it seem as natural as possible. So, I wouldn't put my logo in there, linking to my website, I wouldn't do all that stuff. I would just if you're going to include the link, you include one link, and that's it. You don't need to include any logos or anything like that, and you just want to make it look as natural as possible. And then that that's what these that's what all the the filters are looking for. If you were to send me an email, and I know who you are, there's a 99.9% chance I'm going to respond to your email, right? And they know that. They know that like people who know each other, if they email them, if you email me or if I email you, it's going to get a response. What we're trying to do is email in mass to people that don't know us, and we're trying to get responses. We're trying to look as natural as possible. We're trying to look like people that know who these individuals are, right? So, really, the the whole idea is to get a response. That that's the the purpose, and we want to remove anything that could potentially cause the email not to get delivered to the main inbox, because if it doesn't get delivered to the main inbox, that hurts our chances of getting a response. And the whole idea is to get a response. We don't care if the response is good or bad. In all honesty, the like a bad response is just as good as a good response in the eyes of email deliverability, because like Google's not, they're not, they're not looking at it and going, "Oh, this guy didn't want this email. He respond. It, you know, they're not looking at your the the actual context of the response. They're just seeing that there was a response.

Speaker 2 43:18
Does that make sense?

Speaker 8 43:20
Yeah, yeah, that that part makes sense. Okay, yeah. So I would,

Jason 43:24
yeah, I wouldn't be too concerned with it just yet. I would say test it. I would, I wouldn't blast like a giant list all at once. I would start small, and I would, I would gradually ramp up. So I don't know how large your list is, but if you have a list of 1000 people, I would say drip that out over over a few weeks. Like if this is the very first time you're ever sending email from that address, then I wouldn't. I would send. I would probably keep it around 50, 4040, to 50 a day. You know, spread out among like usually in probably like an eight hour window or something. So like you're dripping these emails out over time. It's not just blast the whole 1000 all at once.

Speaker 2 44:16
Okay.

Speaker 8 44:18
All right. I had a couple other questions in. So when we're importing our, you know, our our businesses, you know, from from our list, from our lead list, you know, it automatically creates the the listings for them. Yeah, when I installed the snapshot, it had all the you know Las Vegas businesses in there. How do I go about removing those businesses from my directory?

Jason 45:02
Have you completely set up your directory?

Speaker 8 45:06
No, I haven't imported my list of customers yet.

Jason 45:10
Okay, I probably wouldn't delete them just yet, and I'll tell you why. We've had several people that have done that, and that regret it later on because they're not able to go back and just reference and look at how some of these sample listings have been set up, and once you delete them, they're gone forever. There's no way to recover them. So, my unless you're absolutely certain you don't care, you don't, you'll never want to look at them again, and there's nothing there that that you need to see, then you can go and delete those. It's really easily easily done. You can do that either at the contact level, inside high level, or under business listings inside a smart directory. You can just select them and delete them. But just know that once you delete them, you can't get them back.

Speaker 8 45:59
Okay. Well, I could always create another snapshot or sub account and put a snapshot. We add that to look at it. Yeah, yeah. So I have the agency plan. All right. Finally, on the ATP verification, there. Yeah, I bought a phone number under my Smart Directory stub account, and going through the process there, it's like you know I'm trying to get the sub account approved, not my main corporation approved. So that's my understanding of how it should be working. So the sub account SDAI directory should have everything that's needed for the ATP, right? Like when I do the ATP, it's going to be looking for my SDI directory and looking at everything within that, not my agency.

Jason 47:08
Right,

Speaker 8 47:10
right.

Jason 47:11
So you could do it that way. I'll be honest. You can do it that way, Brian. You're just setting yourself up for a lot of heartache, though. It's going to be a lot harder to do, and there's a lot more work involved, so my recommendation and what I do anytime I need to set up a new sub account and I need to be able to text message from that sub account, the first thing I do is I just resubmit all my details using my actual company name, so which is my agency name. It's my LLC. I I basically fill out all the business details as my business again, inside a new sub account, the same EIN number, the same legal business name, the same legal business address that's associated with it, all the same details. I get that submitted. I submit it for approval for A2P approval. I get the approval back. Once the approval comes back, then I go back into the business details and I change everything back to either the SDAI business name or whatever other business that I'm setting this up for. Now I don't do that for clients. I only do this for businesses that I own or that I'm starting, or whatever. But I I don't do that for clients. But it's perfectly okay to do that.

Speaker 8 48:30
Okay, good. Then so I can just do my agency part there, even though the website is the smart directory website. Everything else than be my agency.

Jason 48:43
I mean, again, I'll be honest. I I make things really easy for myself. I just I just resubmit my own website. I don't even submit. I wouldn't even submit the SDAI site. Like the only thing you're just trying to get an approval. That's it. You're just trying to get an approval. Once the approval comes back, and it's tied to an entity, which is your business, which is your legal business name, your legal EIN number that's tied to your legal business name. All that's what they're looking for is that entity to tie this to. Once that's done, it's done and it's tied to it. Now I can move on. I can change the name in the sub account. I can update the website. I'm not worried about it.

Speaker 8 49:24
Okay.

Jason 49:25
Now I'm not doing anything nefarious either. I'm not, you know, loading up, you know, 5000 contacts into my database and then just doing like cold text messaging. Like, like I'm not trying to, I'm not trying to like call attention to myself and do stuff that, like, I know is going to get me get attention and get me banned potentially. Right? Like, I'm I'm doing everything above board by the book. As long as you're doing that, then there's nothing to worry about.

Speaker 8 49:53
Okay, sounds good to me. That was my last question. Thank you, Jason. Cool.

Jason 49:59
Yeah, no worries. All right, Will. Looks like you're up next.

Speaker 6 50:07
Can you hear me? Can you hear me?

Jason 50:12
Yes, we can hear you.

Speaker 6 50:13
Okay. All right. I got a couple questions. One, I tried to set up my APIs in Google today. I have not had any luck with that. Is it? Does that take any time for that to go through the system?

Jason 50:27
Say it one more time, Will. You kind of broke up for me.

Speaker 6 50:30
The APIs on the Google APIs.

Jason 50:34
Oh, Google APIs. Okay,

Speaker 6 50:35
I set those up this morning, and when I go back to a featured listing on my site, it tells me, "Oops, check the JavaScript or something like that on the on the Google Maps. Does it take Does it take some time to for that to to fall into place, or is it? Will yeah? Could

Dorn 50:58
you do me a favor and put your directory domain in the chat.

Speaker 6 51:04
Yes, let me see. Thank you.

Dorn 51:07
I'm going to go check while you guys are talking.

Speaker 6 51:09
Okay.

Jason 51:12
Yeah, there's a couple different things, Will. I mean, it could be a billing issue. It might not. It you know that that's we've seen that several times. Usually, though, when you set it up, as long as everything's set up correctly, it could be up and running. Usually, I'd say within 10 to 15 minutes. If it's been longer than that, if you're, you know, if you set this up a couple hours ago and it's still not showing, then there's there's probably some sort of an issue.

Speaker 6 51:40
Ah, I got you. Let me see here.

Speaker 9 51:48
Give

Speaker 6 51:56
me two seconds. I misspell. All right. See if that didn't go. Yeah, let me look at it and see real quick if it came back. But yeah, so I, you know, I don't know what I ended up. I don't know if I messed up and did it twice or whatever. I did it a couple times, so I may have two of them in there to the same web address. So, but that was my my, and that I I can work on. I play with that this afternoon. Then my second question is: in my menu, can I create a job board to where people could go in and and pay to have a to put jobs in.

Jason 52:50
Yes, there is a job board. Yep, there is a. Sorry, I was looking at your site under SDAI. There is a a feature

Speaker 6 53:03
under SDAI. What is that? That's in inside

Jason 53:08
high level. All

Speaker 6 53:09
right, now you have the high level. I've got Smart Directory AI dashboard.

Jason 53:14
Okay. Yep. So inside there, you'll go into the app itself, and under your plans, you'll just have to make sure that jobs are enabled. There's a there's a jobs option. Let's

Speaker 2 53:32
go to the

Jason 53:32
plan section. I can show it to you here. Let me share my

Speaker 6 53:35
screen. Plans. Okay, I got you. All right, plans. Yeah, I don't have anything in add add a plan.

Jason 53:42
Yeah, let me just share my screen here so I can show you what I'm talking about. So yeah, once you click on plans, you can see my screen.

Speaker 6 53:52
Yes.

Jason 53:54
So you'll go ahead and if you don't have any plans, you'll have to create a plan first by clicking this button up here. But once you have a plan, and you open that plan up. Go to next. This is what I'm talking about right here. This section. If you scroll down, you'll see here's the job section. Just make sure this is turned on. That's that toggle switch is on.

Speaker 6 54:13
Okay. All right. Okay. Yeah. All right. So, and then that then that would allow me to put it into my menu. Is that correct, or is that going to be just be for advertisers that would have the ability to do that?

Jason 54:28
So what this does, this opens up a job tab at the listing level. So we open up. I don't know if any of these test ones have it, but let's See,

Speaker 6 54:44
so if it's set up as a job board, and then you have just that clicked, and it should show up under your dining services retail. It should show. You could make it show up there, correct?

Jason 54:59
Well, it's going to be. Right, it's it's going to be under the listing itself.

Speaker 6 55:03
Under the so it would be under the listing itself. It wouldn't be so each each individual that claims their listing and pays to have thing they would they would they would have their they would they would that would be the only person you can't just have a job board on the menu that would go back and say, "Hey, this is who's got jobs out here.

Jason 55:26
I think a couple of people have done that through the through our through the custom funnel. So over here under Sites, inside the funnel itself, under your Smart Directory AI funnel, they've built out pages here where yeah they could where you can list jobs and that sort of thing.

Speaker 6 55:46
Okay,

Jason 55:47
and then that can show up in your menu

Speaker 6 55:50
in your site

Jason 55:51
wide

Speaker 6 55:52
site wide. Now how do how do you link that to where they would pay to $29 for a for a 30 day posting, or is that possible?

Jason 56:05
You probably have to do that manually. You would just set up maybe a payment link where they could pay you for it, and then yeah, you would come in here and just add it to the job board that you create. Yeah, there's no there's no way to automate that as of right now that I can think of. I think yeah, you just create a payment link and or you could have a page on your website with a form a payment form where they could go and they could purchase it and then you would set it up

Speaker 6 56:35
right okay all right well good deal I that that that answers my question so I'll work on those APIs, and then I've got to go notarize something for somebody. So they're calling now. So

Dorn 56:46
I checked your APIs. It's a referral error, meaning you don't have your domain or your IP on your specific key set correctly.

Speaker 6 56:58
Okay, so I don't have that set correctly. So I just copied off of the out of the Smart AI on the little pop up. So that's what I need to go back. I'll check on that this afternoon. Okay,

Dorn 57:10
but you got a referer error, so everything else looks to be good as long as you give what needs to have permission. Permission.

Speaker 6 57:18
Gotcha, gotcha. All right, appreciate it. Thank you very much. Hey, I hate to get off early, but I've got, like I said, I've got to go. So, y'all have a good day, and thank you very much.

Jason 57:28
No problem. Will, thanks for the question. All right, bye bye. Right, Bobby.

Speaker 10 57:38
I want to try to figure out? Let me share the screen. I don't know if I need to share it, but I am. Let me go to

Dorn 57:58
shucks.

Speaker 10 58:11
It's not working. Come on, do I need to turn off the the picture? there it is. Okay, if I go to a page, a custom page, it goes to this custom tree, but it doesn't have. It's not opening up the inside of the app. And it just disappears, like it opens up in the same thing, but it you have to go back. It and when I set it up, I took off you know the little check mark that says open a new tab because I open in an iframe inside of this. How'd

Jason 59:09
you add it in the menu, Bobby? Did you add it as did you add was it built in the in the funnel or was it built somewhere else?

Speaker 10 59:18
See where am I? Because if the link

Jason 59:23
exists somewhere else and you just add it as a custom link into the menu, yeah, that's what I did. Okay,

Speaker 10 59:34
I got evidently I got a lot open. I shouldn't have made my picture on there. It slowed it down, I guess. which one's the menu and setup or

Jason 59:50
yeah settings? So oh I'm sorry no no no Brandon.

Speaker 10 1:00:10
Man, I know why you didn't turn your pictures on. I put it in custom menus.

Jason 1:00:18
Custom links, yeah,

Speaker 10 1:00:19
links Optional, and of course I uncheck that so that it would open up in the menu in the app and see I got.

Jason 1:00:43
Bobby, is that where did you build where did you build that page?

Speaker 10 1:00:50
In the in the studio.

Jason 1:00:56
Okay, that that's the reason why. So I've got another

Speaker 10 1:01:01
one. I mean, if you go to, I'm having the same problem with all the pages. Like even this. See, it doesn't have. It's not inside. And those are just, you know, In the setting, you know, in the site, and this one too.

Jason 1:01:27
That one's not opening right. Hmm. Okay. Yeah, those should be open. Those should be iframed in. Yeah, they're

Speaker 5 1:01:36
not. I'm Jason.

Jason 1:01:37
Yeah,

Speaker 5 1:01:38
I think he is adding as a custom link and not selecting fruit of funnel pages, so that is the reason why these pages are not coming under. Yes,

Jason 1:01:50
yeah, maybe that's why. Can we try that, Bobby?

Speaker 10 1:01:54
Yeah. So,

Jason 1:01:56
go to funnel pages. Funnel

Speaker 10 1:01:57
pages.

Speaker 2 1:01:58
Yep.

Jason 1:02:00
Select the funnel, and then select your.

Speaker 10 1:02:09
Yeah, I don't. I see. I'm gonna have to go back here, and well, shucks, I'm gonna have to go back to Owensboro Hub. Is it open already? Okay. Oh, what am I looking for? Sites. I gotta find it First, that's not it. I wonder if that's it. No, that's not it. I got too much junk in here. Okay, so it's called Smart Directory AI. Okay. Well, it's not showing up.

Dorn 1:03:35
That's the name that shows up on the menu. Type test,

Speaker 10 1:03:39
test,

Dorn 1:03:39
and then just put test, and then go down to funnels, the drop down, and you'll be able to see the funnels from there.

Speaker 10 1:03:46
Okay. I don't see it in here. It's

Jason 1:03:58
up. You passed it. Just go. Keep going up, keep going up, keep going, keep going, keep going, keep going, keep going, keep going, keep going. Stop right there.

Speaker 10 1:04:08
Okay, I just

Jason 1:04:10
and then select your step. So, oh, oh, you got to do it again. Towards the top, keep going up, keep going up. Oh, just down two. There you go. And then select the step.

Speaker 10 1:04:39
Oh, stamp.

Jason 1:04:40
Yep. So, what page is it? So, just select any of them, so we can just test it. But I, I think if as long as it gets added this way, the iframe should work.

Speaker 10 1:04:50
I'm not sure which one I was on.

Jason 1:04:57
Nope. Select the page. Select the. Select the. Yep. Select that little that string. Yep. Hit add. Okay. Now now go to your site, pull up your site, refresh it, and you should see test up here in the menu. And then we'll click on it and we'll see if it's iframed in.

Speaker 10 1:05:18
Oh, can I iframe a custom page

Jason 1:05:22
go back up towards the top under more.

Speaker 5 1:05:27
Did we add it? He didn't. He didn't save the menu. Oh,

Jason 1:05:31
he didn't save. Oh shoot. Okay. All right. Ah,

Speaker 5 1:05:36
little save menu button towards top right in blue. Yep. So you need no, no, no, Bobby.

Jason 1:05:42
Bobby, over on the far right where it says Save Menu, just click the Save Menu button. Is it going to

Speaker 10 1:06:05
be in the menu this time, or is it going to be one of these? Because I don't see it in more.

Jason 1:06:17
It must not have saved, Unless it's somewhere else, yeah. Scroll down to the bottom. Let's see if it added it to the very bottom of this menu, or is it at? Yeah, it's at the very bottom of the menu. It's right there. Save.

Speaker 10 1:06:58
Can I get these optional things to get in the menu. I mean, in the iframe, because they're not they're not coming through as in the iframe.

Jason 1:07:14
Yeah, the only other way you could do it, Bobby, would be if you built it in AI Studio. You could go back to AI Studio and get the HTML for the page. Once you grab the the full HTML code, then you'd go into Funnels, add a page, add a code block, and add all the HTML to that code block or to that page, and then iframe in that page that way. That that's the way to do it. But I'm curious why this is not working for us. Can we hit save menu again for me? Like, why is this? Okay, now it looks like it's saving.

Speaker 10 1:07:50
Yeah, that took a little longer. It didn't click, did it?

Jason 1:07:54
Yeah. So let's go back now. What is going on? We refresh that again. Here, I'm going to try to pull it up on my side. Owens,

Speaker 10 1:08:18
that one is in the menu, But this one, it it's the same page, but it's not in the menu.

Speaker 5 1:08:37
I think we are adding the same page again and again, so that's probably the reason why it's not working. Can we try adding maybe contact us page instead of about us under test? Because about us is already there.

Jason 1:08:52
Okay. So go back to scroll down for us, Bobby, down to the very bottom where it says Test, and I think we're going to have to. I don't think we can edit it here. Yeah, you'll have to delete

Speaker 10 1:09:08
it. Okay,

Jason 1:09:11
and then go back up

Speaker 10 1:09:13
and call an about page.

Jason 1:09:16
Yeah, hit select funnel. But about us is already there.

Speaker 5 1:09:23
Either name, contact us.

Jason 1:09:25
Oh, contact us. Okay.

Speaker 10 1:09:33
I didn't capitalize any. I'm not good when I'm under pressure.

Speaker 4 1:09:49
Let's see.

Speaker 10 1:09:53
Now, come on. Okay. Now select a funnel. Be under contact or

Jason 1:10:07
smart directory AI right there. Yep. Select step.

Speaker 10 1:10:11
Step

Jason 1:10:12
contact.

Speaker 10 1:10:13
Contact.

Jason 1:10:15
Select page. There you go. Add to menu. Save menu. It doesn't look like it's saving anymore.

Speaker 10 1:10:28
I wonder if we go all the way to the bottom.

Jason 1:10:37
That doesn't look like it.

Speaker 10 1:10:39
Okay, let's go back to yeah. That's

Jason 1:10:50
not showing up for me either. I don't know what's going on. For some reason, it's not saved.

Speaker 10 1:10:57
About us saved, but we deleted the the other one about I save the test well okay let's see we need to do um what's the other one say. The other page is well. Got to learn more, but it's about us, and is that about us? Yeah. Okay. The other one Would be contact

Jason 1:11:45
us. Yeah, that one opens in a new pay or in a new tab. It's not iframing in, but we tried to save it. It's not saving.

Speaker 10 1:11:55
I just need to put that one back in under the what I just did. Right, Another page, like, and that was contact. Now, what was that about us or contact? I contact

Speaker 10 1:12:29
contact already exists. Yeah, about us and contacts not on there. I guess. Oh shit! Contact. there. I wonder if it's just not saved.

Jason 1:13:17
That menu doesn't look like it's saving.

Speaker 10 1:13:21
Yeah, now if

Dorn 1:13:34
you go to the site and look at the menu, all those links should be under more, and you only have Two.

Speaker 5 1:13:42
Um, Jason. How is

Speaker 10 1:13:45
working? And these two are custom.

Jason 1:13:51
Yes.

Speaker 5 1:13:52
Um, I think we are doing changes inside of incorrect sub account. We are doing changes inside of BWT Media, right? Uh, if you hit on preview, I think there is a different domain connected with that.

Jason 1:14:08
Oh, maybe that's it. Okay. Can you click preview?

Speaker 5 1:14:12
Gonna check inside of his account as

Speaker 10 1:14:16
well. Well, does it matter which sub account it's in? Because I think I,

Speaker 5 1:14:24
yeah, his the domain that we are checking on that is under different sub account. Yeah, no, yes, right here. So that is the correct sub account where we need to do the changes.

Speaker 10 1:14:39
Hello.

Speaker 11 1:14:41
Can I get your help today? I just need to wanted to see if I could get your help getting a try ball hitch for the truck.

Speaker 10 1:14:59
It's. Behind the seat, there's the double one. Would it be under?

Speaker 11 1:15:08
Oh, you got some ducks here in the truck.

Speaker 10 1:15:11
That's not it. Yeah, that's it.

Speaker 5 1:15:24
Um, Bobby, you need to go to the smart directory AI app and then update the menu.

Speaker 10 1:15:31
Yeah, look in the truck, and I'm in the meeting right now. Okay. Okay, I'm back.

Speaker 5 1:15:42
I didn't see that. Sorry.

Speaker 10 1:15:45
Contact us. Okay. So now I'm in the right directory.

Speaker 5 1:15:59
Yes.

Speaker 10 1:16:01
I mean, now I need to go to what? To the, I need to go back to here, right?

Speaker 5 1:16:08
Yeah.

Speaker 10 1:16:12
Okay. Now, branding menu.

Speaker 5 1:16:20
Yeah, you will add the pages here.

Speaker 10 1:16:43
Let's contact. It's not saving.

Speaker 5 1:16:57
No, it saved. I can see the page on your website now.

Speaker 10 1:17:02
Okay.

Jason 1:17:04
Yep, I got it too. Yep, and it's iframed in.

Speaker 10 1:17:11
Okay, next question. Okay, about blog more. Contact us. Okay, she hadn't updated that stuff. The it was updated, and I updated the whole snapshot, and it deleted everything. But she's updating it for me, so these can't be in the iframe.

Jason 1:17:43
no, they can. They just need to follow the same process we just did, right? Okay.

Speaker 10 1:17:47
Okay. Now the other process.

Jason 1:17:49
Now the the the page that you were talking that you were originally talking about that you built an AI studio. I think the only way for that to work is like

Speaker 10 1:18:00
a code.

Jason 1:18:01
Yes. Yeah. So you get the HTML from from AI Studio. Say like you just prompt it.

Speaker 10 1:18:07
Yeah, yeah. I understand what you're talking about there, and just adding the code and and make it a separate page

Jason 1:18:14
inside the same funnel.

Speaker 10 1:18:15
Yeah.

Jason 1:18:16
Right. Right. Okay.

Speaker 10 1:18:18
Now here, I got. Let's see. Chat with live chat. No, that's not it. Is there one? It's voice. Yeah. Okay. When I call this, I I don't know how this got set up, but if you. I want to know what two services. I know you got a free account, but what about the upgrade? So I need to get rid of that. I don't know how it even got in there because this is pricing. There's only two. There's 49 for the professional, and I don't have any other upgrades in there. And I don't know how it got in there because I never put that in the database. How can I change

Jason 1:19:42
it? Are you asking me?

Speaker 2 1:19:43
Yeah.

Jason 1:19:43
Bobby's story. Okay. I I thought you were still talking to the AI. Okay. Say that say that one more time.

Speaker 10 1:19:50
Well, I wanted to say the Owensboro Professionals is $49 or annually about half 50% off and. 297. I want to redo that, and and I think.

Jason 1:20:09
And you want the AI to say that? Yeah.

Speaker 10 1:20:12
I mean, I was I was in here trying to figure out which one it is. Is it conversation or voice?

Jason 1:20:21
It's voice. Yep. It's under voice. Yep. And then agent list. I'm not sure. It's prob all in one ownsboro.

Speaker 10 1:20:36
See, she set something up different. Samantha one

Jason 1:20:41
inbound.

Speaker 10 1:20:43
I don't see Samantha anywhere.

Jason 1:20:46
It says right there, inbound Samantha.

Speaker 10 1:20:49
Oh, okay.

Jason 1:20:50
Yep. So if you click on that, so what you could do is because that's a pretty specific thing that I don't think really requires a knowledge base call. You could put that in as a rule here into the initial prompt, and it could be small enough. So I would go.

Speaker 10 1:21:13
Where is the specific? Where do I click on to put that in?

Jason 1:21:18
So

Speaker 10 1:21:19
just in this big box.

Jason 1:21:21
Yeah, I'm just looking. I think there's a there should be a rule section. There's memory and context. Keep going down for me. Keep going down. Keep going down. Upsell to premium. General rule.

Speaker 10 1:21:41
What's it say? Upsell to premium. Does it say a price or something?

Jason 1:21:46
Yeah, go back up. Go back up. Keep going. Keep going. It was upsell to premium. Here we go. Let's make at least five structured attempts to sell premium upgrade. Yeah, three main premium benefits. So right here, this would be a perfect place for it, honestly, because this is because you're talking. You said you want to. You you basically want to push the

Speaker 10 1:22:15
yeah the not that it's 50% Yeah, just the normal upgrade. You know, the $49 one. So I type it in right there, custom value. See, that's it. Doesn't say 495, but it it says value premium price.

Jason 1:22:41
Right. That that's a that's a custom variable, so it's going to pull in whatever your pricing

Speaker 10 1:22:47
is. Where is the price stack in?

Speaker 12 1:22:49
Yes,

Speaker 7 1:22:51
Regina.

Speaker 5 1:22:51
These are coming from the custom values that we have inside of the account.

Jason 1:22:56
Right.

Speaker 5 1:22:57
So we need to update the values in there to change the pricing.

Speaker 10 1:23:01
Are they in the custom values in the back end of this?

Speaker 5 1:23:06
Yes.

Speaker 10 1:23:08
Yes. They're not here then. No, no, no.

Jason 1:23:11
Like like Rachika said, those are the variables. Those are the the custom variables, and you can update the pricing there. Where it will automatically pull it in.

Speaker 10 1:23:22
Is it under? What's it under?

Jason 1:23:25
Going to be under settings.

Speaker 10 1:23:27
Settings first, and custom fields or values. Vayes.

Speaker 5 1:23:34
Values. Yep.

Speaker 2 1:23:35
Yep.

Speaker 10 1:23:36
Okay. There's. There'll be in here. I can find. I can find that. I can probably find them, but let's see. It's probably going to take a little bit. Why don't you go on and answer another question? I'll look for this. Okay.

Speaker 5 1:23:57
I think I'll probably share the knowledge base tutorial as well, where we have these things mentioned. How to update the customer use?

Jason 1:24:08
Perfect. Yeah, you want to just drop that in the chat?

Speaker 5 1:24:11
Yes, I'm just sharing that now.

Jason 1:24:13
Perfect. Awesome.

Speaker 5 1:24:15
I just shared.

Speaker 10 1:24:17
Okay, so I need to go back to To where? Where is the set here? Where is the meetings?

Speaker 3 1:24:47
There you

Jason 1:24:47
go. I think you just passed it. Keep going back. Go back to the right. Keep going. Keep going. I think it's that next one right there. Yep. There you go.

Speaker 10 1:24:57
Okay. So I can't. So that's

Jason 1:24:59
the link. Yep.

Speaker 10 1:25:00
Okay. Okay. Well, I guess I need to quit sharing. Stop sharing. Okay, well, I'll try to find that and come back to you.

Jason 1:25:25
Okay, sounds good, Bobby. All right, so we've got was it New Day Marketing?

Speaker 13 1:25:33
That would be me.

Jason 1:25:36
Perfect.

Speaker 13 1:25:36
Hi, Jason. Hi, Rachika. My name is Cynthia Chapman. I tried to change that, but I guess because it's tied to my email, it wouldn't let me change it today. So I wasn't being antisocial. I just couldn't change it. So again, I'm I'm Cynthia, and my situation is probably a little unique from others in that I got the system early in the year, and because I had other things going on, just really never did anything with it. When my daughter came home from from college, I gave her my blessing to start playing with it, and she actually got quite a bit done in terms of setting it up. And then the summer passed, and she's gone back to college. And now I feel like I have a great big wad of string that's kind of in the middle, and I'm not not sure where to start to go ahead and get it launched. So what I would really appreciate it is you could guys could just look at the progress that she's made and help me understand what are the key things I need to do prior to launching the directory now, based on where she is, she went ahead and added some businesses from our area there. I think she like did it in blocks of 25, so there's like 25 roofers in there, 25 landscapers, 25 HVAC guys, and something else. So she's got some businesses in there. But I know that there are things that have changed since the beginning of the year when the snapshot was first loaded, I do have it sitting in a sub account by itself, so it's kind of isolated and go high level. And I'm just trying to figure out what I need to do now to really get it ready to launch.

Jason 1:27:17
Okay, sounds good. Yeah, if you want to share, Cynthia? Share your share your screen, and we can kind of walk through

Speaker 13 1:27:25
it. All right. Let's see. This is the first time I've shared inside this platform, so so this is my dashboard here. I also have the actual directory pulled up as well. So where do we start?

Jason 1:27:53
Yeah, can you share the the actual directory so I can pull it up on my side as well? Sure.

Speaker 13 1:27:58
You want me to put that in the chat?

Jason 1:28:00
That works. Yeah, whatever is easiest.

Speaker 13 1:28:11
Spell that right. Okay.

Jason 1:28:13
Perfect. Let me just pull this up. Okay. Cool. So she's you've got some branding in here. You've got your logo.

Speaker 13 1:28:24
Yes, she did. She did good with that. She kind of sat next to me, and I I helped her with that piece, getting those things done, and and so once we got the branding in, it was kind of easy for her to start playing with it, but honestly, I haven't done anything with it inside of Go High Level since she played with

Jason 1:28:50
it. Right. Okay. Yeah, there's definitely. Yeah, looks like she's done quite a bit.

Speaker 13 1:28:59
Okay.

Jason 1:28:59
We've got our menu. We've got okay. We've got pricing there. So we don't have. Do we have a contact page? Yep, we've got our contact page. Privacy policy that's connected. Yeah, all these are connected. Okay, so there's actually quite a bit done. Yeah, that looks pretty good. Some of the businesses, it. Looks like I don't know if I see any actual businesses.

Speaker 13 1:30:05
You don't. You said okay. Actual businesses listed.

Jason 1:30:08
Well, I I see a bunch of. It looks like test businesses, or there's not maybe there's just not any info on them.

Speaker 7 1:30:14
Okay.

Jason 1:30:15
So you said H. All of them.

Speaker 13 1:30:18
All of these are definitely businesses in our area. She may not have had all of the information she needed when she pulled the information. So we might have to go back and just get one of the AI agents we have set up to go to go in and complete the listings.

Jason 1:30:38
Got it. That makes sense. Yeah, I think that's definitely something that you want to do. So, one of the newest things that we released was the lead section inside Smart Directory AI.

Speaker 14 1:30:57
Okay,

Jason 1:30:58
where you can actually pull leads.

Speaker 13 1:31:00
Okay. Oh, that's right. Because I remember for the longest time it kept saying add your free 100 leads, and I was waiting for her to click that, and she never did. So,

Jason 1:31:10
yeah, yeah. So like, if you want to do that, like if you scroll up to the top, see where it says leads at the top there of your screen, you click there, it may prompt you to enter your email. See what it does or if it loads. Okay, current plan resets on october 24. Okay.

Speaker 13 1:31:34
Oh, there they are. Emotional credits. I don't think I ever used. I don't know if I did or not. She may have. It doesn't, but it used to say right up in here to grab. You

Speaker 5 1:31:50
can check from history, Cynthia. I'm

Speaker 13 1:31:52
sorry. Say again.

Speaker 5 1:31:54
You can check if she pulled any list. So you can click on history, and it will show you.

Speaker 13 1:32:00
Oh, okay. Okay.

Speaker 5 1:32:09
It's on top

Speaker 13 1:32:14
up here. Yeah, I just clicked it. Didn't do anything.

Speaker 5 1:32:22
Can you maybe click on search? I'm not sure. It is asking you to complete your profile. Yeah. Maybe just add in your first name, last name. Okay. Now, can you click on history.

Speaker 13 1:33:22
Yes.

Speaker 5 1:33:24
All right. Yeah. Looks like she didn't pull any leads.

Speaker 13 1:33:29
Looks like she did. Did you

Speaker 5 1:33:30
start with the search? No, she didn't. She

Speaker 13 1:33:32
did not. Okay, I see the credit. Yeah.

Speaker 5 1:33:34
Okay. Yeah, you can just click on search and start your lead generation from there. Okay. Yeah. Yeah.

Jason 1:33:42
So yeah, Cynthia, on this, this will allow you now. This tool allows you to do a search directly inside of SDAI. Okay. You can you can search by obviously keyword. So HVAC, you know, example right there, tree service, Dennis. Like you can put whatever keyword you want, and then whatever city, and then you can choose you know the max amount of results. Every month you'll get 100 credits.

Speaker 7 1:34:07
Okay. So

Jason 1:34:08
a a credit, one credit is equal to one full lead. So a full lead is pulling the lead itself. So all the details of the lead, enriching the lead. So getting additional links, social media profiles, things like that. It might even be able to pull the owner's name, things like that. And then the last step is verification. You'll go out and it'll verify the email address. All three of those things is is included in a single credit, so you get 100 credits every month. So you can pull, verify, and enrich 100 businesses within your area, or whatever area you choose. Actually, really.

Speaker 13 1:34:55
Okay. Okay. Every month. Okay. Got it. Now, did this just start in? October or did I have some in September that I just didn't use?

Jason 1:35:05
Yeah, no, it's. I think it. When did we go live with this? Might have been August, but the the credits don't roll over, so you use them or you lose them. They're they're so they they don't accumulate. Yeah, yeah. Now you can, if you wanted to, you we could probably pull an extra list for you. We won't be able to enrich or verify that list, but we could pull an extra list for you internally.

Speaker 13 1:35:37
Okay.

Jason 1:35:38
If you're interested in that, like I could set you up to to be able to pull an extra list for the for you know the month of September. That would be

Speaker 13 1:35:51
awesome.

Jason 1:35:52
The the enriching and the verifying because there's a cost associated with that. There's an additional cost to us for those things. So yeah, we won't be able to do that, but we could we could pull another list for you, or pull an additional list for you of leads. Yeah,

Speaker 13 1:36:09
that would be awesome.

Jason 1:36:10
Yep,

Speaker 13 1:36:11
that would be awesome. Okay, so that's very helpful, and and then

Jason 1:36:15
once you do this, then you can import after you do that search. You can then have those leads directly imported into High Level, which then will translate into your actual SDAI site.

Speaker 13 1:36:29
Okay.

Jason 1:36:30
Okay. As far as like the site, I mean, there's a lot of stuff is there, and it looks pretty good. I think the best thing to do. I'm going to drop this link right now. I'm going to drop this link in the chat for you.

Speaker 3 1:36:47
Okay,

Jason 1:36:48
it's our help smart directory AI link. This is where we've got all of our training, our help articles, our full knowledge base is there. When you open up that link in the browser, you'll see it's it's on what's called our quick start. This is what I would do. I would just double check because it's hard without going through. Like I would have to go through this whole thing to make sure that everything's set up. My I would say your best bet is to go through this. If you pull up that link, you'll see on the right-hand side you'll see phase one, phase two, phase three. If you go through each one of those phases, that'll get you to the very end of setup.

Speaker 13 1:37:30
Okay.

Jason 1:37:31
So, and if you have any questions along the way, like if you get stuck in something on phase two, hey, you know, we got to this step, and I have questions. I don't know what to do here. That's what these calls are for. Like you can just join the call, tell me exactly where you're stuck. We'll help you get unstuck. We'll help you figure out whatever you know you're struggling with, and get you over the hump there. But as far as like the setup goes, I mean the site looks pretty pretty well dialed in. So a lot of that stuff you may be able to just skip through pretty quickly. But I would use that as a guide. Just kind of like have have that pulled up on one screen, or you know, split the screen in half. Have that pulled up on one side, and have your SDAI site pulled up on the other, and just kind of go through that list and just make sure everything's set up. But that would be that'd be my recommendation to do that first. Try that first,

Speaker 13 1:38:20
okay,

Jason 1:38:20
and see where you get stuck. Like I said, see if there's anything that you're having a hard time like understanding. The reason why I think this is going to be good for you is this will give you a really good fundamental understanding of how everything functions. And even though you may not be doing the day to day, maybe she'll be still running the day to day, or you might have somebody else, or you maybe use an AI. You'll conceptually be able to understand it, and so you'll know what questions to ask and you know what what goes where.

Speaker 13 1:38:49
Okay, okay, that sounds good. And Jason, the additional changes that were made to the snapshots since I installed it, all of those would have been made automatically and updated. There's two

Jason 1:39:03
things to be aware of: the snapshot and the app are two completely different things. So the Smart Directory AI app, which is what we're looking at right here on your screen, okay, that's an application that lives outside of High Level. We've built that, but it lives. It's you can download the app inside the app ecosystem in high level, right? Right. We control that app. We've built that's custom coded. We built that app. So anytime there is an update to that app, we push that. We push the update live. It just automatically goes live inside your account.

Speaker 14 1:39:34
Okay. There's

Jason 1:39:34
nothing you need to do with the actual application itself.

Speaker 13 1:39:38
Okay. Good.

Jason 1:39:38
the The snapshot. The snapshot is what contains your funnel, which is like your contact page, your about us page, your privacy policy, your terms and conditions. Okay, the snapshot also contains all of the automations, all the different automations that we've created that are perfectly synced to the application. It also. Includes all the email templates that we've pre-written for you and and installed into that snapshot. All of that stuff is part of the snapshot. There, periodically we will update those. So we did in July. We had a recent update where we updated some email templates as well as some automations.

Speaker 13 1:40:17
Okay.

Jason 1:40:18
So that will need to. That's something that you'll need to kind of keep an eye on if you want to get the latest snapshot. You'll have to manually go to go to that same link that I just shared with you. We'll we'll put the link to the new snapshot in that link and or on that site. You'll have to click on it. You'll have to import it into your high-level account and then install it into your sub account.

Speaker 13 1:40:47
Oh, okay. So you don't push out the snapshot changes.

Jason 1:40:50
No, the only the the only where place we can do that is under our own high-level account. So so there there's so we have two different types of customers. We have customers that have purchased a license to SDAI and that have installed it in their own high-level agency account, and then we have people who have purchased SDAI that are underneath us inside of our high-level agency account. If you're underneath us inside our high-level agency, yes, we can push the update directly to your account.

Speaker 7 1:41:18
Okay, but

Jason 1:41:19
if you're outside, which you are, there's no way for us to do that.

Speaker 13 1:41:22
Gotcha. Okay. Yeah. Great. All right. Cool. So for the leads for September that we want to do the additional pool for, how do we do that logistically?

Jason 1:41:35
Just drop drop your name, drop your email in the chat for me.

Speaker 13 1:41:39
Okay.

Jason 1:41:40
I'll send a message to the team, and we'll just pull an extra list for you. Yeah, just what what we'll need from you though

Speaker 13 1:41:48
is what it is that I want.

Jason 1:41:50
Yeah, yeah, like the the city that you want to pull in, and then obviously like the the niche or the the keywords, right? Like what what what types of businesses are we pulling?

Speaker 13 1:42:02
That's cool.

Jason 1:42:05
So if you want to drop, if you can drop that in the chat, if you drop all that in the chat, that'd be perfect.

Speaker 13 1:42:10
Yeah.

Jason 1:42:10
Then I'll have everything I need.

Speaker 13 1:42:13
Okay. Cool.

Jason 1:42:14
And we'll get that to you.

Speaker 13 1:42:15
I just sent my email, and I'll I'll give a quick thought to what I want to pull.

Jason 1:42:23
Perfect,

Speaker 4 1:42:25
Jason. Before she unshares her screen, where did weekly training and start here come from in her her agency view? Her agency under her agency name, South Account. You see on the left hand side. After marketplace, yes, starting her weekly training.

Jason 1:42:49
Oh, those are custom menu items.

Speaker 4 1:42:51
Oh, okay, right,

Jason 1:42:53
Cynthia, you set those up. Those are

Speaker 13 1:42:59
she is, y'all. She that that young lady is something else. So yeah, she's she's done quite a bit in here. I'm very proud of her because I gave her no training. She went to not one single smart AI directory training course or anything. She just jumped in and said, "I got this. Let me do it, and I was like, "Hands off, do your thing. So, yeah, that's

Speaker 4 1:43:23
awesome. That's awesome. So

Speaker 13 1:43:27
I'm, I'm super, super proud of her. But when she gets home, I'm going to give her all these links so that she can start actually going to the training, because then she'll be really dangerous.

Jason 1:43:38
Yeah, definitely. Yeah, give that to her and and have her go through it, and and you can actually you can have her join these calls too. You know it, yeah. Regardless where she's at, she can she can join these calls at any time.

Speaker 15 1:43:54
Okay. Okay.

Jason 1:43:56
So yeah, she can just come in here and ask whatever questions she has, and we'll we'll help her along the way. So if she wants to join the calls, just have just share the link with her.

Speaker 13 1:44:06
I appreciate that. Thank you guys so much.

Jason 1:44:09
No problem, Cynthia. Yeah, and just get get me that list of what you want and the city, and then I'll we'll get that list pulled for you.

Speaker 13 1:44:18
Perfect. I'll do it.

Jason 1:44:20
Awesome. Okay. Anything else?

Speaker 13 1:44:25
I'm good. That's enough to get me going.

Jason 1:44:27
Cool. Sounds good. All right, Brett. Looks like you're up next.

Speaker 2 1:44:33
Hi, Jason. Yes. Hey, reporting back last week, you you offered that code, or we found the code for the SEO. If we were sharing, if we wanted to say text one of the listings to the advertiser and control that image that they see in their in their feed.

Jason 1:44:56
Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. Yep, I do remember. Yep.

Speaker 2 1:45:00
Yeah, so I thought it might just be we the one we tried to get the lead image or the logo image ended up being that secondary or the cover image.

Jason 1:45:13
Okay,

Speaker 2 1:45:14
so I think the code ends up sending the cover image instead of the the logo.

Speaker 7 1:45:19
The logo

Jason 1:45:21
image got it,

Speaker 2 1:45:22
yeah. But so I just wanted to report back that that both images, if you copy or or link link to that, it still brings forth the cover image and that social SEO. What what are we calling that Image that.

Jason 1:45:41
Yep.

Speaker 2 1:45:42
It gets okay. So then,

Jason 1:45:43
so what what that tells me is there must be a rule. There's probably a hard rule inside the code base that overrides what what we put in there.

Speaker 2 1:45:54
Okay.

Jason 1:45:54
So yeah, I don't think that there's anything we can do about that? If there's a rule that overrides it, yeah, there's no way to override the override. You know what I mean?

Speaker 2 1:46:06
Yeah, yeah, yeah. Unless unless there's a something put on the on the wish list as far as yeah yeah, I

Jason 1:46:14
think that's definitely like an maybe it could be something optional, maybe like a check, like a like a toggle switch or something, or a checkbox that we could add, where, and I would say probably global. It'd probably have to be a global switch, where you could flip the switch and you could decide which is which image gets pulled for the social sharing, whether that's the cover or the logo image, so yeah, I think adding that to the canny board-that's a great idea. Do you have a link to the canny board? Do you need do you need that link?

Speaker 2 1:46:53
Yeah, shoot it in the chat. I'll I'll take it.

Jason 1:46:55
Okay, let me grab that for you.

Speaker 2 1:46:58
Is that in the the help help directory. It

Jason 1:47:07
is just trying to find it real quick here for you. Suggest a feature. Here we go. Here we go. Feedback. Yeah. All right. I'm dropping this in there. There you go. Yeah, feedback. Smart directory. AI.

Speaker 2 1:47:29
Yeah. Okay. And what's is your idea better than maybe just having a separate image that we load as we did the favicons and the the logos. I guess your your your option your your toggle idea probably. Well,

Jason 1:47:50
I'm just trying to think about it. Like,

Speaker 2 1:47:52
yeah, yeah,

Jason 1:47:53
because if if we do, if we made it a setting at the actual business listing level, I think that's too much. It's too granular, and it would probably get people really confused. So what I'm trying to do is trying to simplify it and make it where you, as an agency, get to decide what image gets pulled across the board. So it's like because having trying to do that for each individual, what it's just going to increase the code base. It gets a little, it gets way too complicated, too confusing. So what I was trying to do is simplify it and just say, hey, we had a setting at the SDAI level, so it was site wide, where it could be a little toggle switch where you could choose, hey, choose the social share image across all business listings, either cover or logo, right? And you just toggle it one way or the other.

Speaker 2 1:48:46
Yeah, perfect.

Jason 1:48:47
And by flipping that switch, it just automatically updates. And so, anytime you share a link across your site, it's going to share the logo file, or it's going to share the logo image along with the listing, or vice versa, right?

Speaker 2 1:49:00
Right, right, yeah, good idea. Okay, well, I'm glad to ask. I'll I'll get it out there. Okay, awesome. And are we cool? Is it best practice to go second question altogether? The gentleman, I think it was Bobby here, that two callers back. Is it

Speaker 7 1:49:18
yep

Speaker 2 1:49:18
best practice to get to contact us and a privacy. Do that. Do we? Is that a? Is that something you should do, or can we ride without those those links?

Jason 1:49:37
I would. I I would definitely get those put on there. I mean, there there are so many different sites where you can, you know, we we give you basically like a boilerplate starting, you know, a starting point. Okay,

Speaker 2 1:49:52
we'll get it done then.

Jason 1:49:53
It's not something like I don't want to scare everybody and say like, hey, you know, like people get there's like some law. Firm's going to come after you, you know, for not having proper privacy and terms set up. But as these as the site grows, like you're going to want to have that stuff in place to protect yourself and and make sure that you're covered legally. So, but that's the case for any website. You really want to have that those things in place. So there are a lot. If you just Google it, there's tons of companies out there that where you can buy privacy policies for this type of website where most of the stuff's covered. I don't think you need to go as far as actually hiring a lawyer and have them like go through everything, make sure that it's perfect for your site. But yeah, I I would just I I would take it serious. You don't need to take it serious like out of the gate, like right now. But as you start to get traction, it's definitely something that should be on your radar. Okay.

Speaker 2 1:50:52
There's I mean there's got there's a lot of samples that come up that we can probably share with each other. Yeah, I would imagine. Okay, and like I said,

Jason 1:51:01
like once you start to get some traction, you got a lot of users. People are using the site. It will be something that you will want to get done correctly, you know, just to protect yourself and make sure that that's in that everything is on the up and up, and you know everything's taken care of there.

Speaker 2 1:51:19
Does that include cookie settings and all that. I mean, haven't seen that yet. But so cookies.

Jason 1:51:24
I don't think there's any state that requires a cookie policy. I think cookies is only mandated by GDPR, which is which is overseas, which is Europe. I don't think that I don't think it's mandatory to have a cookie policy. We're not cooking the browser like SDAI does not have any type of cookies built in, so I wouldn't worry about that. Okay, but if you are going to cookie someone's browser, then you will want to put that in the policy. You will want to include something about that. But if you're not, then I wouldn't worry about it.

Speaker 2 1:52:10
Okay, I don't have any idea how to do that. So, okay, great. Thanks so much, and thank thanks for your patience, Sheik and everybody. Of course,

Jason 1:52:18
yeah, no problem.

Speaker 2 1:52:20
Good experience.

Jason 1:52:23
Yeah, thanks, Brett. Yeah, let's see here. Who do we have next, Brett? Is it Chima? Looks like you're number two. Yeah, Chima. Can you hear me? No. Okay, we'll move on. We can circle back around to you if you can hear me, Bobby. Oh, Chima, we can't hear you.

Speaker 10 1:53:05
I was trying to paste that thing in there, and I I think I figured it out, but I'm not sure. Yeah, all

Jason 1:53:16
you got to do, Bobby, is for that page, just drop a single section, so the page is completely blank inside the funnel. You'll drop a section onto the page, and then you'll drop a single code block into that single section, and then open up that code block and just paste in all the HTML. Does that make sense?

Speaker 10 1:53:37
Yeah, I just didn't have the code block in there. I guess I try to paste it. There it is.

Speaker 1 1:53:48
Okay. Yeah. the The

Jason 1:53:49
only other thing that you might need to do

Speaker 10 1:53:52
is. Well, I know I seen I seen a video of they actually got a export so people can save the code

Jason 1:54:06
in AI Studio.

Speaker 10 1:54:08
Yeah, they just added that. I think. Oh,

Jason 1:54:11
cool, nice.

Speaker 10 1:54:12
So that people can save their own website if they had to move, or right want to own it themselves or whatever. Okay, but I just asked AI to make me the code. It it made it and I copied it. Let me see if it will actually work. Yeah, it came up in the builder, so now I can just paste it over, over there in a in a link. Now you just

Jason 1:54:46
go back to the menu builder, and just add it just like we did. You go under funnel pages. So you go to menu builder, go to funnel pages, select it from there, give it a title, add it to your menu.

Speaker 10 1:54:58
Okay. On that, I'll get back to you if I'm if you're still here. Okay,

Jason 1:55:04
cool.

Speaker 7 1:55:05
Okay,

Speaker 8 1:55:05
sounds good.

Speaker 7 1:55:06
Bye. Okay, can you hear me now? Yeah, Chima. Yeah, we can hear you now. Oh, okay. So I signed up on Saturday. Okay. So I wanted to find out there was a portion said, "I will be issued a sub account from Go High Level, right? Does it come with it by default? Does Smart Directory AI come with a Go High Level sub account by default, or do I? It does.

Jason 1:55:37
Yes, yes, yes, it does. Yeah, if you if you signed up under us, then yeah, it will.

Speaker 7 1:55:42
Okay, let me. I just want to share my screen briefly.

Jason 1:55:45
Yeah, no problem.

Speaker 7 1:55:56
Okay, can you see my screen?

Jason 1:55:57
Yep, we can.

Speaker 7 1:55:59
Okay, is this a sub account? This Google Hangout. It is

Speaker 2 1:56:04
correct.

Speaker 7 1:56:05
Okay.

Jason 1:56:07
And Smart Directory AI is right down there at the bottom. That last tab, the very bottom. There you go. Yep.

Speaker 9 1:56:13
Okay.

Speaker 7 1:56:22
Okay. Then the other question I have is: I have I have my domain. I just signed up for my domain name. I've registered it. What's the next step after that?

Jason 1:56:37
So what you'll want to do?

Speaker 7 1:56:39
Okay.

Jason 1:56:39
I'm going to share. I'm going to share our quick start guide with you.

Speaker 7 1:56:44
Okay,

Jason 1:56:44
I'm dropping this in the chat.

Speaker 7 1:56:47
Okay,

Jason 1:56:48
and what I'll do? Give me a second. Let me share my screen. I'm going to take over real quick.

Speaker 7 1:56:53
Okay.

Jason 1:57:02
Okay. Can you see my screen now?

Speaker 7 1:57:04
Yes.

Jason 1:57:05
Okay. Perfect. So this is the link I just shared with you. This is the quick start guide. This is where you want to come. This is the very first place to go. It's broken up into three phases. You can see over here on the right. We've got phase one: customize website. Phase two: customize emails. Phase three operate. So, if what you'll want to do is just start at the top and just work through each one of these three phases, this will get your entire site set up from start to finish. You don't want to skip ahead and try to set something else up without starting up here at phase one, because there are things down here that will require setup from phase one in order for it to work properly. So if you just start at the top and just work your way down, you'll get everything. This addresses everything from getting your email set up, your automations, your email marketing templates, your domain, all of that stuff.

Speaker 7 1:57:56
Okay.

Jason 1:57:58
Okay.

Speaker 7 1:57:58
Okay.

Jason 1:58:00
So that's what you should follow right there.

Speaker 9 1:58:02
Okay.

Speaker 7 1:58:05
Then, if I have an upsell, if I have an upsell, how do I integrate it? Okay, that will be later. Let me do this step first. Yes. Yeah. Yeah.

Jason 1:58:16
Get the get the site set up. If you have any questions, we're here every Tuesday. I do this call every single Tuesday for two hours, so you can join as many times as you need to join this call every week.

Speaker 2 1:58:28
Okay,

Jason 1:58:28
anytime you get stuck or you have questions, you just come back to us. But follow those steps first, so you can get your site set up, and then we can talk about everything else.

Speaker 7 1:58:37
Okay, thank you.

Jason 1:58:39
Okay, no problem.

Speaker 7 1:58:40
Thank you.

Jason 1:58:46
All right, we've got what is it? 3c Biz.

Speaker 15 1:58:51
Hi, my name is Angela. Sorry, I haven't put any name up under that. So I have a couple of questions in regards to some settings. I have been in contact with customer service, but really hasn't had any resolution. Can I share a photo? I'm getting a problem with it claiming that they cannot find my email, and I have verified the different emails that I would have used on signup, but it's pulling up an error at every email that I've tried. I have like four of possible ones, and I've had this issue for a little bit. When I go to settings and I go to leads, I'm not able to pull up any leads because it shows I have no email listed.

Jason 1:59:38
Okay, you want to share your screen?

Speaker 15 1:59:40
Yeah, give me one second.

Jason 1:59:44
And Chima, I think you're you're still sharing your screen.

Speaker 7 1:59:51
Oh, okay. Let me skip.

Jason 1:59:56
There we go. Perfect. Yep.

Speaker 15 2:00:00
Give me one minute. Give me one second. Sorry about that. Actually, let me pull up my information, and I'll be the next question up, if that's okay.

Jason 2:00:25
Yeah, no problem.

Speaker 15 2:00:26
Thank you.

Jason 2:00:33
All right, guys. Anybody else? Any other questions? Bobby, did you get that figured out? Did you get that added to the menu there, Bobby?

Speaker 10 2:00:55
I think I did. Yeah, I got it in there, but I got two optional services showing up in the menu. I guess I got more than one in there. I deleted the old one. I thought it's still showing up two of them.

Jason 2:01:19
Okay, you you want to share, and we can just take a look.

Speaker 10 2:01:23
Okay, let's see. Share,

Speaker 1 2:01:29
delete.

Speaker 10 2:01:37
Can you see it?

Jason 2:01:39
Yep, we can see it. Yep.

Speaker 10 2:01:41
Okay, I got about pricing vlogs and

Jason 2:01:48
more. Okay.

Speaker 10 2:01:49
Optional. Now that one is the old one.

Jason 2:01:53
That's the old one. Okay, got it.

Speaker 10 2:01:54
Go back. This one must be the new one. Yeah.

Jason 2:02:00
There you go. Okay.

Speaker 10 2:02:03
So I got a weird, a weird thing here. I got two.

Jason 2:02:14
Okay.

Speaker 10 2:02:15
I think she put she made this new one, but this one actually talks about BWT, not not the Owensboro hub. I think she's got these confused somehow, but I never could find where to change this price. Let's see if we can on optional services. I don't see but one. I did delete it. Let me just save

Dorn 2:03:02
it again. it

Jason 2:03:03
was under more, so it was. It means it was a sub item inside the menu.

Speaker 10 2:03:09
You think it was under here?

Jason 2:03:11
No, no, it was in the menu structure. If you scroll down, keep going. It was optional services. Thought there was yeah maybe it okay I don't see it now yeah let's see if it's um

Speaker 10 2:03:28
I deleted it but just now right before we got on maybe maybe it's just gonna just yeah I

Jason 2:03:36
don't see it now I just refreshed your your website I don't see it now I just see the embedded

Speaker 10 2:03:42
one. Okay, so it's just on my screen.

Jason 2:03:46
Yep. So what I think what happened. So the okay. So what's going on here, Bobby? Is on the on that page right there. That one right there. The blue chat or the blue chat option.

Speaker 10 2:04:00
Yeah, it's on this page

Jason 2:04:02
exactly. Yeah, so you just need to remove it from that page. Yep.

Speaker 10 2:04:07
Okay.

Jason 2:04:08
Yeah, that way you won't get double. You'll just get the single one, the gold one, which is the one that's site wide for

Speaker 4 2:04:15
for the

Jason 2:04:15
orange pearl. Yeah.

Speaker 10 2:04:17
Well, that's that's the one that's got everything on it that talks about BWT, not a onesboro hub. But I want to keep. You just

Jason 2:04:28
swap them, so you basically just swap them.

Speaker 10 2:04:31
Yeah, I don't. I'm going to get with her and let do it together because I don't want to lose this one. I just want to change, put my picture in there,

Jason 2:04:42
right? Yep.

Speaker 10 2:04:43
But this one here, I've already changed the code, so I can't take that one off of here. But this is the one that. Goes with this, it's BWT, but I just got to change the picture.

Jason 2:05:07
Um, I would just remove it. I wouldn't have two competing chat widgets like that. It's too complicated. Yeah, I would just I would if you're going to have it embedded into the site, I would just remove that. Okay,

Speaker 10 2:05:22
so I have to remove it and then copy the code again.

Jason 2:05:31
Probably, yeah. That that's probably the better way to do it. And

Speaker 2 2:05:37
because it's because how did you

Jason 2:05:38
add it? How did you add it inside of AI Studio? Did you just chat with AI Studio and say, "Hey, add this chat widget" Is that what you did?

Speaker 10 2:05:45
I just gave them the code for it.

Jason 2:05:48
Got it. Okay, that makes sense. Yeah. So then I would just go back to AI Studio and just say, "Give me a version without the without the chat widget.

Speaker 10 2:06:00
Okay. Give me

Jason 2:06:00
a version of the code without the chat widget that we added.

Speaker 10 2:06:04
Okay. Yeah, I'm just wondering. I'm getting all this. Yeah, I'll play around with that, but I still got okay. It disappeared.

Jason 2:06:27
It disappeared. Yeah, it disappeared on my end too.

Speaker 10 2:06:30
Okay, so I need to do the free audit the way we just did it. I like. I don't know. Contact us about us. Yeah, I guess that's in fine there as far as the order. But is there any way you could help me find the the the pricing in the custom vase?

Jason 2:07:01
Oh yeah, yeah. So go to custom values right there, and let's see.

Speaker 10 2:07:11
I don't see anything over here on this side. It has a price on it.

Jason 2:07:16
Can we go to the next page? Page two. Yeah. You go privacy, premium price. There it is, right there. Pre, I think that's it. Premium price,

Speaker 4 2:07:35
and then

Speaker 10 2:07:36
where are you saying that? Right down

Jason 2:07:40
there, towards the bottom,

Speaker 10 2:07:41
towards right there,

Jason 2:07:42
premium price. Yeah, is that the only one, Rachika? It's just that one, right? The premium price, or is there a maybe there's a there might be another one, but yeah, it's in that's the right folder. So just in the value field, you just update, put the value in the the value field.

Speaker 10 2:08:00
They

Jason 2:08:01
yeah, so we. whatever your premium price is,

Speaker 10 2:08:04
value optional. What I do, just type in there.

Jason 2:08:11
Yep, just type whatever your price is.

Speaker 10 2:08:14
I kind of wanted to to tell both prices yearly and monthly, but can I do do all that in that line,

Jason 2:08:25
Rachika? Is there a separate custom value for annual pricing,

Dorn 2:08:30
or is

Jason 2:08:30
it just just a single? We we can't hear you, Rachika. Can

Speaker 5 2:08:39
you can you hear me now?

Speaker 10 2:08:42
Yeah.

Speaker 5 2:08:43
Okay, so these are comma separated.

Jason 2:08:47
They are comma separated.

Speaker 5 2:08:49
Yes.

Jason 2:08:50
Oh, okay. That's nice. So you can put, and do you have to do? Do you have to put monthly like what he's doing right now, or can you just you do? Okay.

Speaker 5 2:09:00
Right.

Jason 2:09:00
Got it. Okay.

Speaker 10 2:09:02
That was

Jason 2:09:06
nice.

Speaker 10 2:09:08
297. I guess they can figure out it's half price, but they pay all up front because it's 600 or 300, basically.

Jason 2:09:32
Right. What and what you could do is like I was showing you before inside the prompt, the general prompt, there that section for SDAI for the pricing, I would just add a line in there. If you want, if you want the AI to kind of call that out, I would put that in there as a separate as a new line.

Speaker 10 2:09:52
That would be

Jason 2:09:54
yeah. Hit go back, go to AI agents, then go to Voice AI at the top. And then you're going to click on Agent List, and you're going to click on Inbound Samantha, and then right here. So if you scroll down inside this giant box here, right? Wait, you just I think you just passed. If you go back up, it was the upsell. Keep going, keep going, keep going, keep going. Right here, upsell to premium. So you could add in. I would just read through this and just like you. The idea here is like you want to keep it simple. Like don't don't add, don't you know, don't make it like this drawn out paragraph. Try to simplify it as much as possible. Number it, add it in here. And I would

Speaker 2 2:10:48
say

Speaker 10 2:10:48
number two is present three main premium benefits. See, it talks about some stuff that I don't want in there, so I have to go back to custom values and change that too.

Jason 2:11:01
That's custom values, premium features. Yes. So what you'll do is under that custom value, where it says premium feature, you'll put in the three main benefits that you want the AI to mention in that custom value.

Speaker 10 2:11:16
Yeah, because it's mentioned in that price was based on getting you know, you know, social media marketing and all that stuff for 495, and I I don't want that in there for the 49. It's just going to have a few extras. I may add a chat bot in your listing or something like that, but not not social media for that price.

Jason 2:11:45
So you'll just update that custom value.

Speaker 10 2:11:48
Okay, you look for the

Jason 2:11:49
custom value that says premium features, and then just add them all in.

Speaker 10 2:11:53
Okay, well I'm going to. I'm going. What were you? Okay, I'm going to go make a cust duplicate that thing so I'd have them both open.

Jason 2:12:05
So what I would do here though is like so it says present three main a premium benefits from and then the custom value. You could do underneath that it could say so it says number three share premium price, right, and then you could do a number four, and you could change number four to number five. You could do something like mention that annual price is you know 50% off you know of monthly or whatever like you know how to phrase it like you come up with whatever that rule is and you could put it that'd be a perfect place to put it and then just renumber number four to number five right and then you're good to go so that's where I'd put it in

Speaker 10 2:12:57
okay I I think I can handle that

Speaker 2 2:13:00
yep

Speaker 10 2:13:01
I'm she was confused and she was doing a lot of different things. So I'm, we're gonna fix this and then I'm gonna fix some stuff with her. So she's doing good, but she's she's doing things like changing pictures that really aren't important. I'm trying to get the important stuff first, but she's doing taking over. She's pretty good.

Jason 2:13:25
Yeah, she she's pretty self sufficient. That's for sure. Yeah.

Speaker 10 2:13:30
Okay. Well, I'll talk to you later.

Jason 2:13:32
Awesome. Sounds good, Bobby. Right, Angela, are you ready for us?

Speaker 15 2:13:39
I am. Thank you.

Jason 2:13:41
Yeah, no problem.

Speaker 3 2:13:42
Yes, it's going to be.

Speaker 15 2:13:55
Make sure I'm on the right screen. Oh, sorry, I lost you.

Speaker 3 2:14:00
Give me one second.

Speaker 15 2:14:04
So you'll see here. Sorry about that wrong screen. So when I go to my settings, I'm not able to get into my leads.

Jason 2:14:29
Oh, yep.

Speaker 15 2:14:31
When I come, when I come here, I'm sorry, I'm not on my actual screen. I turn this off.

Jason 2:14:37
I can see it authentically. So do you see it? Yep.

Speaker 15 2:14:41
Right, and I've I've gone in and I've placed the you know what would be the correct settings, and I still have that issue. Let me. Do

Jason 2:14:50
you have a ticket in with us for this? Because it all needs to be is the correct email. So what we need to do is we just need to make sure that the the same email that you used. When you signed up with SDAI, is the email that was entered in here, and we need to make sure that that email is in our database. As long as that all matches up, then the leads dashboard pops right up. So it's just a mismatch, is what it

Speaker 15 2:15:13
is. Okay, and how would I get a process of starting a ticket and get that ticket number?

Jason 2:15:18
Yeah. So what you'll do is just go. Let me go back to grab this. Okay, I'm dropping the. I dropped the link in the chat. The help. Smart directory. AI. Once you open that up in the top right corner, there's a green button. Says Contact Support. Just click that button. That'll open up a new page. On that page is a form. Just fill all that out. You can include a screenshot or a screen share video if you want. But just let somebody know. I would do at least a screenshot of this, and put that in, and then just send that in, and that'll automatically create a ticket and goes right to our our support desk.

Speaker 15 2:16:08
Okay, I'll go ahead. I have done that earlier, so I'll wait for that response. And if not, how often do you have these meetings? It's Tuesdays.

Jason 2:16:18
Yes, every Tuesday At noon, noon Eastern.

Speaker 15 2:16:24
Okay. Is there any other form of communication with customer service? Because waiting for a week is kind of hard to do. Did you already? So you

Jason 2:16:35
did already submit a. Did you already submit a ticket on this?

Speaker 15 2:16:38
Yes. I and I got a response that I needed to put in my information for the email, but I already know that. What I'm trying to find out is what is the email that they have for me because I've used all of the possible emails, you know, available. Got it. And it keeps giving me an error, and now I've gotten this authentication required.

Jason 2:17:00
Okay. Okay. I I was unaware. So yeah, Richika, can we pull her ticket real quick and figure out what's going on? Says Angela.

Speaker 5 2:17:09
Yeah. Okay. Let me check.

Speaker 15 2:17:12
Thank you. Yeah, because other than that, I mean, I've gotten most of it going, but I was just working on my fulfillment emails, and I noticed that I was getting errors, and I was wondering if it had to do anything with this problem.

Speaker 5 2:17:37
Jason, so that ticket, it's still pending. There is no reply to that, so that came just today. Maybe I think I think

Speaker 15 2:17:51
the problem was is that I emailed directly and I didn't open a form.

Jason 2:17:58
Oh, maybe that's what it was. Okay. Do we have any other emails from her? Can we just check, Rachika?

Speaker 5 2:18:04
Another is just about the workflows, which I replied. I think on fourth, and then I received the reply today. Yeah, I think these two are open with us. That's it.

Speaker 2 2:18:20
Okay. So

Speaker 15 2:18:21
just keep an eye on my email.

Jason 2:18:23
Yeah, can we figure out what email we have on file for her so that we can get that sorted? Hopefully today.

Speaker 5 2:18:30
For for purchase, you're seeing that.

Jason 2:18:37
I'm sorry.

Speaker 5 2:18:38
Like which email address are you asking?

Jason 2:18:42
So, Angela's having an issue where the leads dashboard's not loading for her, and it's-I'm guessing it's probably an email mismatch. So, when she goes to the leads dashboard, she sees an error message, so she's not able to pull it up at all. So, what I'm trying to do is just make sure that whatever email she used when she signed up with us matches what she's putting in on the leads dashboard, so that she can start to use that.

Speaker 5 2:19:09
Okay, let me check.

Jason 2:19:12
So we just need to get a confirmation as to what email she used when she signed up with SDAI.

Speaker 15 2:19:20
Thank you so much.

Speaker 5 2:19:21
I can

Jason 2:19:21
yeah, no problem.

Speaker 5 2:19:23
Find I can find the purchase with this email address.

Jason 2:19:30
You did not find the purchase.

Speaker 5 2:19:32
No,

Jason 2:19:34
Angela. Do you have any other emails that you may have used?

Speaker 15 2:19:37
The other one would have been info at Cantubiz c a n t u b i z.com.

Jason 2:19:46
Cantu biz. Okay.

Speaker 5 2:19:57
It's info ad, right?

Speaker 15 2:19:59
Yes. Ma'am,

Speaker 5 2:20:06
no, Angela. I cannot find with this one either.

Speaker 15 2:20:14
Okay. Is there any other kind of account number that you would see? Because we're looking at my settings screen right now, so I have had this service for a few months. You know, the the subscription's paid, but I haven't been able to have access this for for a while now.

Speaker 5 2:20:32
Okay, I think you might have received a kind of receipt when you purchased it, so maybe you can just forward that to the same ticket, and we'll just verify from there.

Speaker 15 2:20:43
And I will look for that. But I have a change in email since I've started, and so I may not have access to that receipt. Is there any other way that we would be able to locate me?

Speaker 5 2:21:01
I'm trying to fetch with your name, but I'm not able to fetch anything. So, when did you purchase the smart directory AI?

Speaker 15 2:21:09
This was in February of 2026.

Speaker 5 2:21:12
Okay, let me check. And that is the same name you might have used.

Speaker 15 2:21:51
Yes, it was 956 biz. I do have first

Speaker 5 2:21:56
name and last name.

Speaker 15 2:21:58
Oh yes, Angela Kantu.

Speaker 5 2:22:01
Okay, yeah, I think I found it. It's a cantu at three cbiz.ai.

Speaker 15 2:22:08
Okay, now I tried that, and I'll I'll I'll do it right now. But when I oh well, I can't because authentication required is now there. Yeah,

Speaker 5 2:22:17
I think I'll probably share this with the team, what is happening? Let me take a screenshot. Just stay here, and I should share this with the team. Okay, perfect. Thank you. I just receive. Okay, I have taken the screenshot, and I'll share this with the team.

Speaker 15 2:22:39
Okay. So I just keep an eye out for email.

Speaker 5 2:22:44
Yeah, we'll just reply you back through the same email.

Speaker 15 2:22:47
Well, thank you so much for your help because that really will clear up a whole lot of issues that I have. Now, would I? I got an when I was working on my emails, my workflows over the weekend. I noticed that I was getting some errors. Would it be because this is not set up correctly?

Speaker 5 2:23:06
No, that's not related. I think for the errors, I replied to you on the same ticket. So that is. Can you show the error? I think that's. Did I have

Speaker 15 2:23:18
an image of it? A bigger screen. Give me one minute. No, that is just that one error. Give me one second, if I can, because I do have to go through a lot, and I don't know what I'm going to share. So I'm going to go through my email with you if it's possible, and I'll show you the the error that I'm getting if that's possible. If that's okay,

Speaker 5 2:24:06
you already shared the image with us. I think that's probably coming from the snapshot that you didn't upload the email template inside of the snap, like from the snapshot.

Speaker 15 2:24:20
Okay, is there a way that you can walk me through that right now?

Speaker 5 2:24:25
Yeah, Jason, can we do that?

Jason 2:24:26
Yeah, yeah. So you said that the email is missing from her when she uploaded the. Yeah,

Speaker 5 2:24:35
yeah, her email template is showing 404. So that's probably because her snapshot is not rewarded perfectly.

Jason 2:24:41
Okay, and Angela, did you have you customized anything inside the snapshot? Oh, we did. Oh shoot. Okay. So if

Speaker 15 2:24:49
I I just read, um, let me see. Let me go to my workflow.

Jason 2:24:57
If we can just figure out, maybe it's just one email or. If it's all of them,

Speaker 15 2:25:12
it was I believe in this email. One second, when I actually clicked on the link, I got a 404. I don't see that this is it, though. Okay. Well, because I did so much customization, it would wipe out everything that I did, right?

Jason 2:25:39
Well, that's why I was just trying to figure out which email template it was, so that we don't override your customization, and we only update the email that you're receiving the error with. But if we don't know which email that is, then yeah, I don't, I don't really want to push an update because I don't want to wipe anything out.

Speaker 15 2:25:58
Got it. So we just need to identify which email it is. I'm going to stop sharing just so that I can go through my photos real quick because I know that I did name it to the error that I was getting. So I'll, if you're still on the call, I'll be able to hopefully get some help. And if not, well, I can address it with email.

Jason 2:26:16
Yeah, yeah. I mean, you've already got a ticket with us, so we we found you in the system, so we're going to get the the lead list thing separated out for you, and then we've got a ticket for this. So yeah, we'll just just respond in that ticket, and that goes right to our our support desk, and we'll get it taken care of.

Speaker 15 2:26:34
Awesome! Thanks so much for your help. You have a great yeah, no

Jason 2:26:36
problem, Angela. Yeah, you too. All right, guys. I think we are going to wrap it up there, just because we are we're about 30 minutes over right now. So I'm going to go ahead and wrap up the call. I appreciate each and every one of you guys. Thank you so much for showing up to the call again. This is our SDAI call. We do this every Tuesday, noon Eastern, usually for two hours, answering all your questions in between now and next Tuesday. And like I said, we have a support team that's there seven days a week to answer questions and help you guys get the support that you need. In the case that you need to share your screen and you get more in-depth support and kind of explain your situation, that's why we do these calls. Again, we're here every Tuesday, taking your questions, helping you everything tech related, marketing related, high level related, all that kind of stuff. So, really appreciate you guys. Thank you so much again. We will see you guys next week. Take care and make it a productive week. We'll see you guys soon.
