Hi, how's everybody doing? Welcome, everybody. I see Satira's here. That's good. Yeah, welcome to the SDAI call. Hope everybody's having a good day so far. We're we're getting a bunch of rain and snow and crazy weather here in Utah, but yeah, ready to get started. Anybody that's got questions, feel free raise your hand. Bottom of the Google Meet window, there's a little hand icon. Go ahead and click that. Raise your hand, and we can start taking some questions. Looks like Tony. Looks like you've got your hand up. So yeah, we'll we'll go ahead and get started. What's going on, Tony?
Speaker 1 0:48
Okay, my interest is in application integration, and I had a little bit of conversation via email with support. Can y'all can you hear me? I can hear you just fine. Okay, great. Okay, so I've had some back and forth on email about how to go about that, and one of the questions I had was the availability of a public API, and I think it was Rushika or something like that with whom I was speaking in email said he needed to check on that and was wondering if there is an answer or some kind of information you can give me about an API. Okay, API with SDAI. Yes.
Jason 1:34
Okay, and what specifically are you looking to do?
Speaker 1 1:37
I am looking for some data. Most importantly is the plan data, but or I'm sorry, the plan type. There's something plan underscore type that was mentioned in one of the emails, and it does come back in the authenticated API. But that's probably a a private one. I'm not sure if it's publicly exposed because I don't know how to get a OAuth token or anything to communicate with it, but that that information, along with the contact, the associated contact, and the owner, and you know the status of the directory, the directory listing itself, and the status of the listing. In other words, is it active or inactive? So ideally, I would, I would, there would be an API for that. But if not, let me know, and then maybe we can talk about other options for getting the information I'm interested in.
Jason 2:40
Yeah, I I don't think that we have one directly with SDAI, but it sounds like everything that you're asking for, I know is exposed through the high level API, which you could just use a high level calls it a pit token, your private integration token, and that can be generated per sub account, and that could expose everything at the contact level. And we already store, we store the listing URL at the contact level. Obviously, the contact name is going to be the business name. You could probably come up with some sort of a tagging system for whether it's active or inactive, and then the the only thing I'm trying to think through is the plan how we would
Speaker 1 3:28
plan type. Well, I've already looked through the let's put it this way: I've exercised some of the endpoints on high level, and the plan type does not seem to be there, and I don't know if that's because I'm looking in the wrong place or if it just simply is not exposed. Well,
Jason 3:49
plan type is so we we SDAI is integrated directly with Stripe, and so the plan is actually generated in Stripe. So if you're using Stripe, then that could be your workaround to get the plan information. And obviously, Stripe stores customer data, you know, the same way, and it associates the plan type to that customer. So you could expose the name, the email, phone number-that all gets stored in Stripe as well. So you could probably find the the plan type that way.
Speaker 1 4:30
Okay. So I set up the two payment links, and you're saying. Oh,
Jason 4:40
I see. Okay,
Speaker 1 4:43
so that that would be one problem. I'm not sure that Stripe really would store all that information. I mean, it might store a skew, and and if it does that, that's okay. Especially if its webhook would send that back to me. When the when when payment completes, but the problem is, is Stripe is not the only way, and payment is not the only way to have a directory listing and to have a plan type. So I could assign a directory listing, give it a plan type, and no money needs to have changed hands, and therefore Stripe would not have the information. True in those cases.
Jason 5:28
Yeah, I was. You're right. I was thinking, I wasn't even thinking that. Yeah, you're right. Yeah. Okay. I I see where you're going with that. Okay.
Speaker 1 5:41
So anyway, I mean that-that's my first question, and and to get so I think what I'm hearing you say is that yes, the high-level API is accessible, and and I've already proven that to myself. I guess the next question is is plan type stored there? And I think the answer is no. But I mean, if somebody could give me a definitive answer, I'll stop looking and stop worrying about it, and but but one of the email discussions was plan type being exposed, and I thought it the the context of the email was that it was already being propagated there, but maybe I misread that, or maybe that's just simply not the case. In which case, if you've got plans to do that, maybe I'm able to wait. But on the other hand, if it's just not out there, I need to stop looking and come up with maybe some alternative to get the information I'm looking for.
Jason 6:39
Yeah, no, I totally understand. I'm just checking real quick myself to see if I see anything.
Speaker 1 6:50
And some of the information, I mean, there is some good information in high level which I can pull back, but it's not a complete picture. It it doesn't quite close the gap that I have. Oh, there's Rushika, if I'm saying the name correctly.
Jason 7:17
So we do have a status. Which yeah, that makes sense. Yeah, Rachika, we're not storm plan type, are we? At the contact level, I'm not seeing anything in here.
Speaker 2 7:43
Jason, no, that that's not good.
Jason 7:47
Yeah, so that's handled by the SDI app, which yeah, is why you can't access it
Speaker 1 7:55
exactly. So then that kind of leads me to well, first of all, I mean, do you have any plans for exposing an API or propagating that data to high level.
Jason 8:07
I haven't heard of anything. I know one of the next big things that we're working on internally is GDPR and making sure that we're 100% compliant on that front, and that we've set up rules for how we handle data, but as far as API and exposing an API, that that's not something that I've heard of at all. I haven't heard any any talk of that internally, so I would say no. Okay, at this point, yeah. All
Speaker 1 8:34
right. So a possible workaround might be the workflows. So if I created a workflow. Would I have access to that data that I could then send in an email to myself?
Jason 8:47
Well, of course, yeah. And then, and you can do one better. You can, you know, High Level allows you to create webhooks. So if you want to send that data outside of High Level, you could do that through a workflow.
Speaker 1 9:00
Well, okay. So within my interface console to SDAI, there is a a module for workflows. So are you saying that I would create something there and use a webhook there, or do I need to go over to high level, or do I need to go over to high
Jason 9:22
level? Well. it just depends. I mean, like if you have a system where you can catch the data, right? Then you could you could send it to yourself outside of the high level system,
Speaker 1 9:34
right? Right. So the so I guess what I'm looking for is a trigger that says plan type changed, and then in that workflow, you're saying I do have access to the plan type, and I could include that in. No,
Jason 9:49
no, no, no, no, no, no. I'm just saying you could send the you could send the data, you could send the contact information, anything associated with that contact outside of high level, the plan stuff like. I said before, yeah, no, we don't. We're not exposing that. That's. It looks to me, just looking through everything, it looks to me like that's controlled entirely by the app itself, which is not exposed inside high level or exposed through any external API. So,
Speaker 1 10:17
what I understand, I understand that part. But what I'm getting at is that if I'm developing a workflow inside of SDAI using your workflow tool, you're saying that I do not have access to the SDAI specific data like plan type.
Jason 10:34
Correct. Right. But what you could do is you could create a custom field where you could store plan type at the contact level, and then that could be exposed through a workflow. That that would be easy, but that's not going to be an automated process, and that's going to be a manual process. And you'd have to come up with some sort of a system on your own on how you do that. I mean, just thinking off the top of my head, like I said, it could be a could be a custom field with like a drop down where you could select the different plan types, or it could be a tag where you just add a tag to a contact, which automatically applies a plan type to that contact, which then stores it at the contact level, which because it's stored at the contact level now, that would be exposed at the workflow level. So you could then grab that data and send it out. But again, this is not automated. This is all. This is like yeah. This is a process that you're making up.
Speaker 1 11:36
Yeah, I was going to say I'm looking for programmatic automated solutions.
Jason 11:40
Yeah.
Speaker 1 11:41
To to do that. Okay, well, I I think we probably exhausted all of the options for trying to get this data, and at this point, if I'm hearing everything correctly, it just isn't going to happen where I could automatically pull that data and then use it however I needed to use it. So
Jason 12:02
I don't think I mean Rachika. We're not like there's nothing that differentiates a contact that's on free like on a free plan versus a premium plan. Correct at the contact level because even I no
Speaker 2 12:15
that doesn't
Speaker 3 12:16
that doesn't not
Speaker 2 12:17
on the contact level definitely but definitely we have an entire system working around inside of the directory.
Speaker 1 12:25
Yeah. Okay. Yeah. So, so everything's in SDAI. I'm not able to get to it, so I just wanted to confirm that I wasn't missing something that I could have used to pull that information out. So I guess I basically have the answer I'm looking for.
Jason 12:42
Yeah, you everything you need beside plans the only thing that we can't pull out, but everything else like you basically have you've got at the contact level you've got you know business name email phone address all that kind of stuff you've got the listing the URL to the listing, so all of that information is all accessible,
Speaker 1 13:07
right? And that URL would not embed plan type in it, would it?
Jason 13:13
No.
Speaker 1 13:14
Yeah. Okay. Like I said, I was just trying to exhaust any possibility of getting that data, and I've hit the proverbial brick wall on that. But I do appreciate the answers and the exploration of this topic.
Speaker 3 13:28
Of course, yeah,
Jason 13:30
yeah. I'm sorry we couldn't come up with some sort of a program programmatic way to do that, unfortunately. But yeah, at this point, I think that's okay. That's where we're at right now. Like I said, the only other thing, the only other possibility would be Stripe. Actually, Ruchika, let me ask this: on a free plan, are we storing? We're Stripe isn't storing free plan data, is it?
Speaker 2 14:02
No, because we are not collecting the card.
Jason 14:06
Okay. All right. Yeah, just double checking. I I was just trying to think of something that maybe that could work. Now there is there is an option inside SDAI to process payment outside of Stripe, so third-party payment processing. I don't know if there, maybe you could explore that and figure out is there a way with a third-party system outside of Stripe that we could do that, where basically a plan type, even though it's a free plan, could get applied to a contact.
Speaker 1 14:46
Yeah. Well, and then there's also the edge case of if I administratively managed all of this on behalf of the user rather than the user doing it, then there still wouldn't be that traceability into the plan type. So I mean, but but anyway, well, like I'm trying. I appreciate you trying. I appreciate you trying. But yeah, so that's basically answered my question. So I'm good to go.
Jason 15:12
Okay, cool, awesome.
Speaker 1 15:13
Thank you.
Jason 15:14
Thanks, Tony. All right, Will. It's like you're up next.
Speaker 4 15:19
Can you hear me?
Jason 15:20
I can. Yeah.
Speaker 4 15:22
Right. Okay. I only have 52 questions. So okay. First, I got 52
Jason 15:28
answers.
Speaker 4 15:28
I hear you. First off, in my menu, I'm having a terrible time getting my. Well, I'm trying to break it down by town, and I've gone back and watched that video for Tom. And for some reason, I still can't get it. I'm I'm missing something. Can I share my screen with you? Of
Jason 15:51
course, of course. Yeah, please.
Speaker 4 15:53
See here. Let's see. Did that pop up? It did.
Jason 16:03
Yep, we could see that just fine.
Speaker 4 16:04
Okay. All right. So where I've got that Rayville events, that was the only way I could get that over to get it to go where it would. Let me get to my screen. Is it gonna let where I can actually move it? So I I've got Rayville and I've got Vicksburg and I've already got the the links here, but I was having a hard time getting them to go Rayville dining. I didn't do dining. I just did one set of menus is what I ended up doing. Should I break those down to dining hotel and then jump it over. But this is what had me why I couldn't get Rayville just regular in there. Do you see what I'm where I'm messing up?
Jason 16:56
Are you talking about the word events?
Speaker 4 16:59
Yeah, well, where it goes, it goes here. Then this one would come over and move over, and then see. I'm I'm not be able to get those to line up. So where because I want to do another one. So if I go in here and do my listing label, so what
Jason 17:14
what you're looking at right now, Rayville is the top level. So that's going to be the menu that that will be directly in the menu, and then everything underneath Rayville-that's a sub menu. Right. So those are sub-items that are showing up under Rayville.
Speaker 4 17:29
Uh huh. Okay. All right. So there. Then I want to do. Let me see if I've got it still in here. I think I do. So I got Vicksburg. All right. And I add that to the menu, and then so when I take it and I would move it up under here, and then all right, and and then I want to add the same food category, food catering, hotels. Yep. All right. So so I just need to go back. Let me go back and add. Let's find food catering. Slow. Everybody's do workforce housing. All right. All right. And add it. Then when I go to, I come down to here and I move that up under Vicksburg. I'm not able to get it to well. There it went. All right. Well, I just I just needed an audience. Yeah, there you go. All right, I'll go back and work on that because that basically. Yeah,
Jason 18:38
you just pull it over to the right, and it should just drop right into place. It should
Speaker 4 18:41
drop in. Okay, so like, let me add one more just to make sure while we're here, while I have the audience. So,
Speaker 5 18:47
sure.
Speaker 4 18:48
Yeah, let me go back down here to hotels and see. All right. Well, kissed my rear, man. It worked. I don't know what I was doing wrong. So, if every time I tried to change this event, it would delete every one of these. Do I have to go back and redo those if I were to change that back just to and took that events off?
Jason 19:20
No, you shouldn't have to click on the down arrow next to Rayville.
Speaker 4 19:24
Uh huh.
Jason 19:25
The yeah, right there.
Speaker 4 19:27
Okay.
Jason 19:30
This is a. I wonder why it's saying events there.
Speaker 4 19:33
Well, that's only when I could get to work when I first started doing it, and then every time I did it, I tried to get rid of that and just go back to where it said Rayville. It was deleting all of these, or they were disappearing. I don't know if it wasn't delete them, so I didn't want to go back and redo it all. So I would just back the browser back, and that they would come back. I didn't say wouldn't save anything.
Jason 20:00
Right.
Speaker 4 20:01
I
Jason 20:02
don't know. Oh, it's probably because you added. So you did a system page. That's what it was. Okay. Yeah. So what you would do is go back to. Yeah, you would go back to you go back to listing labels. So you need to create a Rayville listing label is what you need.
Speaker 4 20:33
Okay. Yeah, which
Jason 20:35
you have. There you go. Yep. And then you'll add that to the menu.
Speaker 4 20:38
Okay, and come down here. There you
Jason 20:41
go. Now you can pull that all the way up to the top, right? And now before you delete the other one, move all the other stuff underneath the the the other Rayville. All
Speaker 4 20:53
right.
Jason 20:53
You know what I mean? So like drag drag the others over. Nope. Grab the the sub menus.
Speaker 4 21:01
Submenus.
Jason 21:02
Yeah, one at a time. Yep, move that down underneath Rayville. There you go, and then move it to the right a little bit. There you go, perfect. Yeah, so do that, and then once you get all those moved under there, then delete the events.
Speaker 4 21:26
Then you can delete that.
Jason 21:28
Yep. Yep. And then you'll be fine. All
Speaker 4 21:30
right. And then I put them back in order later.
Jason 21:38
Yep. Yeah. You can always reorder.
Speaker 6 21:41
Yeah.
Jason 21:44
There you go.
Speaker 4 21:45
Okay. Now I can go and delete this.
Jason 21:47
Now you can go and delete that. Yep. And you'll be fine. There you go.
Speaker 4 21:51
And you're smart one. All right. I'm gonna go there. I'm gonna save that menu. Okay.
Jason 21:57
Yep.
Speaker 4 21:57
Okay. Like I said, you know, I knew I was working on the middle of the night and all that kind of stuff. Okay, all right. So, and then I've got an API for the for the AI agents. And can you can we resell those AI agents to our customers, to the people that sign up for our services, or do I need to get a high-level account to do that? You can. You, what you'll need
Jason 22:30
to do, though, you'll just have to be real careful how you organize everything on the back end inside High Level. You'll have to create separate knowledge bases for for every
Speaker 4 22:47
customer that wants it.
Jason 22:48
Every customer that wants one, and then what you'll have to do is create a system where you tag every lead that belongs to every customer, so that the database under your contacts on the left-hand side there, that contacts section, so that all of that will be segmented and separate. So it's a little bit more difficult. It's a little bit more intense,
Speaker 4 23:12
but I but I wouldn't but I would need a high-level account to do that because right now all I have is smart AI. Unless
Jason 23:19
you want, if you want them to have access to those leads, if you want them to be able to chat with those leads, like as they come in, and be able to respond to them, then then you would you would need your own high level account. But if you don't, if you're not going to give them access to high level, and have them have access to those leads directly, then you do not.
Speaker 4 23:44
Okay. Well, the easier would be to have them have access to it. Correct. Right. It didn't. Wouldn't have to go through me. You time you third sent that third person in, you create confusion.
Jason 23:57
Right. My my thought here, honestly, is like keep it simple. So my thought is sell one or two of them, kind of get the hang of it, run it out of the run everything out of your this single account, and then once you kind of get the hang of it, then I would upgrade. And what's nice about high level is, you know, when you upgrade to the the first level is $97 a month, which gives you three accounts, right? So even at the lowest level, you could save one of those accounts for yourself, and then two of those could be used for a client,
Speaker 4 24:34
right? Okay,
Jason 24:35
okay, and then the next level after that is 297 a month, which is unlimited sub account, so you really don't need to go past that. Once you get to that level, it's like, you know, you you can add as many clients as you want
Speaker 4 24:48
as you want it at that point. Now, now is that is so is that high level or is that smart AI directory? Because that's same. That's
Jason 24:58
that's high level.
Speaker 4 24:59
That's.
Speaker 3 25:00
Level,
Speaker 4 25:00
so I would have to go and open up another account with high or open account with high level, and it just started. Okay, all right, okay, all right. That got that. That got that out. I must think about that. I'm man. I'm having a health time learning this. I'm from Mississippi. All right, then I'm. I think you're
Jason 25:18
doing a great job. It looks like you're doing fantastic. So yeah, I mean, it's my again. My thought is like just keep it simple. Like, you know, don't overcomplicate it. Run SDAI the way you've got it right now. If you if you sell somebody, you get you sell an AI agent, and they want to have access to it. You know, maybe at that time, maybe that's when you upgrade to the $97 plan, and that's all you need. That's all. That'll give you. That'll allow you to create an account for yourself and an account for your client. So
Speaker 4 25:51
right. Okay. Gotcha. That's all you need. All right. Now my next question is the. I'm wanting to start. I'm doing this South Central data data center projects. Where man, they're building like 20 of them on I-20 corridor. So I came up with the name I-20 Connect, and then. But I also want to do. We're big tourist towns. I want to do one for locals and tourists. So when I go to upgrade, do I need to wait till my time before my my due date to pay, or can I do it in at any time
Jason 26:33
to upgrade to to high level?
Speaker 4 26:35
No, upgrade to a smart AI where I'd have two accounts, or I well, I would go to the 299 instead of the 99, and that way give me four more directories to build.
Jason 26:46
Oh, gotcha. Okay, I see what you're saying. Yeah, you can upgrade at any time. Rachika, correct me if I'm wrong. Is there a? I think I thought we did a what do you call it? I'm losing my train of thought. I can't think of the word. Where where you where we basically what was that
Speaker 7 27:15
pro rate?
Jason 27:16
Pro rate. Thank you. Thank you exactly what I was looking for. Yeah. Okay. So prorate the account.
Speaker 2 27:22
What was that, Jason?
Jason 27:24
For for when you're upgrading to like if if Will wants to upgrade his SDAI membership,
Speaker 8 27:31
yeah. If
Jason 27:34
he upgrades at any time, like before his before his renewal, yeah, his due date. Do we prorate that upgrade, or do we just change the date that he upgrades, or how does that work when we upgrade somebody?
Speaker 2 27:49
I need to check with Bree about this one, but okay, I think it starts from the day when they just upgrade.
Speaker 4 27:59
So whatever day you did it, so if it had a 14 day trial period, then it was a little confusing on the smart AI directory on which one to go to. Someone said 14 day trial, one said seven. Which one? Which is the best one to upgrade to? Do
Jason 28:20
you know Ruchika?
Speaker 2 28:22
I mean, I don't know about the best. Like, eventually it'll it'll like charge you, right? Like, yeah, after the trial period, yeah,
Speaker 4 28:33
yeah. Because like one had. Let me go back. Let me share my screen again.
Speaker 2 28:37
It's just like offers that we are offering seven day trial and the 14 day trial. So yeah, there is no such difference.
Speaker 4 28:44
There's no every every one of them's the same. It's just a different trial period. Is that correct? So and you probably wouldn't get the trial period
Speaker 2 28:51
and that's it.
Speaker 4 28:52
If you get the if you get if you upgrade, you don't probably don't get the trial period, do you?
Speaker 2 28:57
Ah, okay. I think let me check with the team, and then most probably within this call, I'll just update you.
Speaker 4 29:06
Okay, that'll work.
Speaker 2 29:08
Yeah.
Speaker 4 29:08
All right. Let's see. I got the. That was it, man. That wasn't 52, was it? That's it, huh? That was
Speaker 9 29:16
easy.
Speaker 4 29:17
Yeah, that was all. That's that's all I had. What was getting me the most was the darn menu, so because I want to add in, I'm going to bust it out to. There's like six or eight towns all the way through here. I was going to you know add add each town and then go back and pull the the information for the hotels, but mostly places to eat and places to stay for the workers. There's like five or 6000 people at each data center, so working. So,
Speaker 3 29:48
wow,
Speaker 4 29:48
yeah. So, and then you know, I start out like at a $39 for get your logo and not getting Google Maps or anything like that. And went up to 59, and then a partner for like 129 or something like that. So I think I think it's do well. The only problem is, is when it when they're all done building, the it won't you know have to eliminate it at that point.
Jason 30:15
Right. Yeah, but I'm sure that's going to be a few years.
Speaker 4 30:18
Yeah, probably four five years on that, and then there. Have you ever heard of a? I'm in auction business too. If you couldn't tell by my my logo, the there's a website out there called EstateSales.net. Have you ever heard of that?
Jason 30:37
No. Uh.
Speaker 4 30:38
Okay, so it's where there's auctions, state sales, and they man, they've gone way up on their prices, like 250 bucks a month just to be to be a gold gold on there. Would Smart AI work with that, where people could search like a town, a state, a city, or a zip code? Is there a way to set that up?
Jason 31:02
Yeah, yeah. You you can search by. I mean, we we've made it pretty flexible, so you can search by anything that you create. So if you yeah, if you wanted to do a site that was statewide, countywide, or cities, you know, multiple cities, you can do that.
Speaker 4 31:19
Multiple cities, okay. Yeah, you just go back to that menu and you put in like Mississippi and put Jackson, Vicksburg, Luxy, blah blah blah, and they and it would it still pull up if somebody was out in the middle of nowhere and and by that zip code if they wanted. It doesn't even
Jason 31:35
need to be in the. It doesn't even need to be in the menu. It just needs to be. Each listing needs to, you know, have the appropriate listing label applied
Speaker 4 31:46
to it.
Jason 31:47
That way, it will show up in search. So, however you want it to show up in search, if you want it to show up, I don't know about zip code. That's I haven't thought about that. Does our search field work that way, Richika? Like, if you if you type in a zip, will it pull the zip from the address?
Speaker 2 32:10
I think zip isn't there. Let me just cross check quickly. I believe it is there.
Jason 32:18
Yeah, I don't know about zip,
Speaker 4 32:21
but you could you could do towns. So
Jason 32:24
oh yeah oh yeah.
Speaker 4 32:26
I now is there a way for to have people to like having a state sale company that's got a listing with you, where they could actually go in and post their own sale without it didn't have to do that for them. Make that automated,
Jason 32:46
so they could probably put it under. They could put it under like news, maybe.
Speaker 4 32:54
Uh huh. Or do yeah, do it like or do like a form where they would click on it and list your sale. They put a form, and well, when they
Jason 33:02
log in, so like if if it's a premium, remember like on our premium plans, we have different options. So like blogs are one of them, news feed, jobs, those are all like premium options that you can enable on a premium plan. And so if that's enabled, then they could just log into their listing and they could add it themselves.
Speaker 4 33:24
Add it themselves at that point, right? Like,
Jason 33:26
like maybe news would be the best way to do it. I guess I don't know. I'm just thinking out loud, but yeah, you could use one of those features where they could add things for sale. You know,
Speaker 4 33:38
okay, gasses can be searched by name, tag, city, state, and zip too. So yeah, so it's all right. So that that's a possibility. So I'm gonna get these first two done before I start on that. Nobody steal my idea. But all right, man, that's all I got today. I'm not gonna take up too much more anybody else's time. Let some other guys get in there. Okay. Cool. All right. Awesome. Well. Hi, man. Thank y'all. Yeah. Good to meet you. Yeah, man.
Jason 34:08
All right, Rex. Looks like you're up next.
Speaker 10 34:11
Good afternoon, Jason. I guess I want to share my screen here. Sure. I actually had a question regarding processing of leads, but I'm I'm sure. Sorry, yeah. Okay. However, when I and things were working fine, I got a I have a directory set up that looks nice, and all that worked real well this morning when I I logged in, my SDAI app disappeared. Okay, I'm sharing my screen. See, usually it's right down here below the app marketplace.
Jason 34:59
Yeah.
Speaker 10 35:01
It's so I can't ask the question I was going to ask. I mean, it was working fine yesterday. I've logged in and out a few times.
Jason 35:12
Can we just do a refresh on on on this tab? And
Speaker 10 35:17
well, I hadn't thought about that.
Jason 35:19
Well, here let's try something. When you refresh, well, looks like you already did. That's okay. There it is. Cool. Looks like it just popped right back up at the very top.
Speaker 10 35:33
Okay, where's it at? Right there,
Jason 35:36
very top.
Speaker 10 35:42
Okay. Wonder why it's up there.
Jason 35:47
It's actually supposed to be at the very top, but I have noticed sometimes it moves from the top to the bottom. I don't know why. I think that's a high-level thing, but the app is supposed to be located at the top.
Speaker 10 36:02
I apologize for being simple there. I, I'm an old man too, so you know, if if it's not done the way it's always done. All right. Anyways, on to my question, so I can people don't have to listen to me yap. So I loaded some leads, and actually my website looks pretty good. All the stuff. So I've I've loaded leads, and I hang on. I'm waiting for it to load here, and it yeah I enriched them and verified them. Okay, so
Speaker 1 36:39
perfect.
Speaker 10 36:41
All right, so I don't understand this mark batch as unpushed. I don't understand what this means to me. Mark this batch is unpushed. Is it is it because I don't have credits? It's saying something about a credit. I don't understand what it's telling me.
Jason 37:00
Let me just read them. 50 leads will be eligible to push again. I think that's referring to pushing these into high level. Deletes are changed.
Speaker 10 37:24
I mean, I have a high-level account, but I have not set up the API to push. I wanted to understand all this first to push those leads into my own. Yeah, so
Jason 37:36
yeah, I'll tell you real quick, Rick. So this lead tool allows you to scrape leads. It allows you, like you said, allows you to to verify the email addresses, and then allows you to enrich and you know find more data on each individual lead. That that three tiered approach costs one credit to do all three of those for for a single lead. Once you've done all that, you can now push that lead, that contact, all that data. You could push that into the left-hand menu, which where you see contacts on your left-hand side there, far left-hand side, and that's the contact database inside High Level. So you're able to push all this information into High Level. you mean over here on the
Speaker 10 38:23
left-hand side, Jason? Are you talking about it? We're talking about over here.
Jason 38:27
Correct. Yes.
Speaker 10 38:28
Okay. Okay. So, and then once it's to my contacts, then I can set up a pipeline and opportunity. So this is just a lead tool. Okay. Okay. I'm starting to understand.
Jason 38:39
Yeah. Well, this. Yeah. Exactly. So in the context of SDAI, it's a lead tool to build listings, right? So, it's you're going out, you're searching businesses within your area that you can then add to your directory. And when you do that, when you push those con, when you push all of these leads over into contacts, you essentially are going to generate listings for all of those people on your SDAI site.
Speaker 10 39:09
Okay. Well, free
Jason 39:11
listings. Free listings.
Speaker 10 39:12
Okay. Okay. So I'm gonna. This is my. Let me share the reshare this again. I'm sorry. I'm trying to get my. I'm not familiar with that. I was trying to, I was trying to show you my directory site, but I don't know how to push it so that you can see it. There's this. I apologize.
Jason 39:45
It's okay.
Speaker 10 39:47
All right. No. So how do I? I'm not. Might have to
Jason 39:50
stop the share. If if you stop your share, might be easier if you stop the share and then reshare.
Speaker 10 40:00
Ah, okay. Let me again. I apologize to everybody for not being too smart.
Jason 40:08
You're fine, Rex. That's what this call is is is for. We're here to help everybody. So, don't don't be worried. We got plenty of time.
Speaker 10 40:18
Okay. So this is my
Jason 40:21
perfect. Okay.
Speaker 10 40:22
Okay, and and so I mean, all you know, I was I was smart enough. I say smart enough to figure all this out. Now, I have loaded some leads in here. For instance, by let me just show you. I think I learned a lesson. Probably not the way to do this. The way I did it was I just batch loaded. So it has push leads into my actual directory site. Now, mind you, I've I've learned a lesson. Maybe it's not what I want to do because they all now have this the same picture,
Jason 41:08
right?
Speaker 10 41:09
So I mean that's what confused me. Okay, so it's pushing it into my directory, but it's not pushing it into my contacts, so I can use automation to okay. I'm starting to get it. Am I am I on the right train of thought there, Jason?
Jason 41:27
Yeah, no, it actually exists in both places. So it it exists as a listing under your site, but all of the information. So the business name, like we're looking at J and J right now, right. So you got J and J Roofing. So so the business name J and J, the address Pennsylvania Ave, the state, the city, the phone number, the website, all of that stored under contacts inside High Level. Right now, it's stored in two places, but it's going to be inside contacts in High Level. It's also going to be inside of SDAI, which makes up this listing.
Speaker 10 42:05
All right, so now I'm okay, but then why would it say it's not been pushed? I don't understand that. See if it's if it's existing in both places now. Why is it saying it's not pushed? That's that's what's confused me.
Jason 42:20
I think I'm not entirely sure because that's the first time I'm actually seeing that that pop-up window, but what I'm guessing that that's telling us is that you ran another search, and you didn't sync that search over to high level yet. So the there's a batch of of leads that you've that you pulled, that you verified and enriched, but haven't pushed into the system. They're just sitting there. They haven't actually been pushed in yet. That's what it sounds like. Rachika, am I right there? Does that sound correct?
Speaker 2 42:58
Sorry, Jason. I was wrong. Probably I'm so sorry.
Jason 43:02
So, can you show us that again, real quick, Rex? Okay.
Speaker 10 43:08
Okay, I can do that, Jason. Again, sorry, I'm not sure where it was. I think
Speaker 2 43:15
I saw that about the push.
Jason 43:18
Yeah. Yeah. So this just means that this list of 23 leads have not been pushed into high level, correct?
Speaker 2 43:29
I think this has been pushed. This has been pushed to the listings, but it is asking like, do you want to unpush? Like, do you want to take That back.
Speaker 10 43:43
Oh, saying mark this batch as unpushed, but it's been pushed. Yeah. All right. So would that pull those leads out? Then is that what you're is that what you're saying? Sorry, I should learn how to read English, right?
Speaker 2 43:58
Yeah, that is what I'm trying to understand because it is saying that it will not delete or change, or credits will not be refunded. So, Jason, probably I think it will maybe remove them from the listings, but it will keep those contacts inside of the Go High levels. I mean, it it will not delete it, delete the context from the Gohai level, but it'll take them back from the listings.
Jason 44:24
Got it. Okay, so I wouldn't push that button. Okay, I will not.
Speaker 10 44:30
Okay, I will. I will not push that button then.
Speaker 3 44:32
Yeah,
Speaker 10 44:34
and let me ask you why. I've got you one other question I had with the review. It doesn't always let me like if I push 50 leads, like say I had 50 leads, it only let me show like there was no way for me to scroll down to see them all. It was like it's like this is there's 50 leads here, but it's a how do I get past. That's about 20. How do I get past that to see the entire listing, or is it telling me this is the only thing that's being listed that that's qualified?
Jason 45:15
Yeah, that's a good question. I'm not sure, Rex. To be honest with you, I don't know if that's if that's an error or because it. I see it says number 39 green energy, so I'm guessing that's 39 of 50, right? They're all numbers. Yeah, yeah. So, yeah, I don't know if that means that only 39 were actually were were they 39 of the 50 were eligible, and that's what they were able to pull. Or if it's an actual error and it's just not showing all 50 for some reason, that I don't know. But if you want to just hold right there, actually scroll all the way down for me. Let me just take a quick screenshot because I can submit this to the team and get an answer here. Because that I do not know. Okay, perfect. I got that. So let me submit that over to the team and see if we can't get an answer on this.
Speaker 10 46:14
Great, thank you. Now, now one last question. I'll get on to the next guy. But when it says warm three of five, does it mean it's checking for five things and three things are problems? I don't understand. It's giving me a rating. You know, I open this up and I didn't under. I don't understand what the four or five, three of five. See here on a hot lead, cold lead. It's two of five. I don't understand what that means. Is it telling me now? I mean, it's obviously telling me this is not a good lead for me to go after. But is it saying that out of the five things it checked, three were good? I I don't know what it's telling me. Do you understand my question?
Jason 47:07
I I do, and I'm just thinking. I'm trying to I'm trying to think through it myself. Can you scroll down for me there, Rex?
Speaker 10 47:21
Scroll down.
Jason 47:22
Oh, yeah, a little too far. I want to go. I just wanted to see what was listed there. Google Maps six. So opportunity score two out of five. I don't know what it's using to gage opportunity score.
Speaker 10 47:41
I'm assuming, Jason, the ones in the yellow. Oh,
Jason 47:46
okay, there we go. Yeah, so no chat widget, no email, bad maps rank, bad organic rank,
Speaker 10 47:58
and I don't know why that would be a cold lead and not a hot lead. If it it doesn't have these things, no chat widget, no yeah. What did it
Jason 48:06
get? What score did this one get? This biz leads. Oh no, that's not it. What is it called? Bear air. Okay, LLC. That gave it a cold score.
Speaker 3 48:20
Hmm.
Speaker 10 48:23
I and I couldn't find anything in the documentation that explains that. Okay. Yeah. Yeah. You know, it's so I don't know what it's looking for and what it's telling me, and maybe that's something you guys want to investigate and push something out later, so I don't take up any more time.
Jason 48:48
Rachika, any thoughts on this?
Speaker 2 48:53
I'm also thinking through this, Jason. Definitely, I think it's taking some. Some things on the backend, but what exact things it is taking for that? I think we can check with the team definitely.
Speaker 7 49:15
Jason,
Speaker 2 49:15
to know how it scores, like
Speaker 7 49:18
from my understanding of what Tom has been explaining because he it on the Friday calls he's gone through this training as to what these you know basically what it is that the lead enrichment is doing. It's basically letting us know what lead to contact and letting us know what it is that they don't have, so that we can offer it to them without just going in blindly trying to, you know, sell anything that or makes sense. Yeah. So, but he does. He can go to the to the to his YouTube channel and even look at even last week's Friday call or previous Friday call, and he he goes through through these things. And then I think it's also it might be also in the knowledge base of SDAI. You know the the training knowledge base. It it might be also.
Jason 50:35
Yeah, no, that makes sense. I'm just trying to figure out the scoring system, and like looking at this lead on screen right now, where it says two out of five, so it only has. I'm the way I read that is it only has two out of five. I guess so. At five must represent the amount of either issues or things that we possibly can solve, and this is saying that there's only two out of those five, and so that's why it's considering it a cold lead. I mean, that's my best guess. I'm just trying to figure out how do we properly read this and understand what those things are.
Speaker 10 51:24
Well, yeah, I mean that that that would help. I mean, I understand. I can look at and say, okay, and I can look at the website. I understand it doesn't have a chat widget. Okay, that's a possibility. It's an organic rank. It's not no 100. There's an SEO possibility, but it is. is answering the reviews. It's in the top 10 map. Maybe it's these five things here. I'm looking at now in green. You see these three things in green. Maybe it's these five things it's looking at. And okay, okay. I'm starting as I'm sitting here talking with you. I understand that a little better. Okay. So yeah, I mean, to me, everybody is an opportunity. You know, I want everyone to be inside of the directory. You know, free directory listing. That's not. That's always going to help me, you know. Now whether they they're someone that I want to pursue or not, you know, that's what the review is. So okay, I I think I'm understanding this a little better, but okay, yeah. The
Jason 52:40
idea I think, the idea is clear. It's that you know that they they're using a system to score these leads and basically allow you a way to kind of filter and know who to target first. So they're saying anyone that's marked as a warm lead, contact those people first, and once you exhaust that list, then go to the cold leads, and then exhaust that. That's the way I would read the whole system. Yeah, I mean, I understand
Speaker 10 53:07
that. Yeah,
Jason 53:07
yeah, yeah. I I still have my questions still reside though around what is the scoring system for determining that, and what are they using? And I think you were right. Maybe you're right that those five items right there in the opportunity breakdown, maybe those are the five items that they're using in order to score whether it's cold or warm.
Speaker 10 53:30
What I'm going to do is I'm going to check about 10 of these and just see if that's with this revelation to see if that's it and if if that's maybe I'll just send if that's is it, maybe I'll just send in a a health ticket saying hey reference this conversation. These are what I'm coming up with. Just you know, if that helps everybody.
Jason 53:50
Yeah, that would be great. That'd be great. And Satira, I think you brought up a good point. I'll I'll go and visit that video from Tom as well, um, and go through that because I'd like to see what he says on this this topic as well.
Speaker 10 54:06
Okay. Well, again, I appreciate everyone else's patience, and I certainly appreciate your your your help. And I'll you know, so I'm going to shut up. So thank you again very much.
Jason 54:20
No, you're awesome, Rex. Thank you. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
Speaker 10 54:24
All right. Thank you. Bye bye.
Jason 54:25
Yep.
Speaker 10 54:27
Let me turn off this stuff here.
Jason 54:30
Yeah. If you just click on the looks like a laptop screen with a arrow pointing up, that's your share icon. Should be able to just click that again to stop share.
Speaker 10 54:46
I'm presenting. Stop sharing. Okay, I apologize. Thank you.
Jason 54:50
That's okay. No worries, Rex. All right, Meryl. Looks like you're up next. Jason, how are you today? I'm doing well. How can we help?
Speaker 3 55:00
I'm calling about. I don't know if you guys have touched on this yet or whatever. I haven't seen anything, but Google seems to be loading my website screen fine, but it's not loading the listing pages. Instead, it's loading the listing pages, but not the content, and it's kind of like affecting. You know, they're reading the in the header, but they're not reading anything else. Are you guys working on that, or is that something just with mine? Or
Jason 55:39
I'm not sure. If maybe you can share your share the link with me, and I can try to pull it up on my side and see if I'm seeing the same thing. We can try to get to the bottom of
Speaker 3 55:50
it. Let me see if I can do that. All
Speaker 5 55:55
right.
Speaker 3 55:59
Can you see that? Yep, I can see your screen. Perfect. All right, let's go to the website. I can do that. I'm gonna go jump the box. Now you see my website.
Jason 56:31
Yep, I've got it. Well, we can't see it on your screen, but I was able to pull it up on my side.
Speaker 3 56:37
Okay.
Jason 56:38
Okay. So what's so you're saying that when you go to the listing?
Speaker 3 56:47
Yeah, go to any listing. I mean, it's not. I mean, I've had this for months, and Google seems not to be reading it as well as it should be. Hmm. And I'm just trying to figure out what the problem is.
Jason 57:16
So, it everything looks to be working on my side, let me share my screen with you,
Speaker 3 57:22
okay,
Jason 57:23
so you can see what I'm seeing here.
Speaker 3 57:43
Yeah.
Jason 57:44
Yeah. So I'll just jump into accountants. Just click on any one of these, and I got business description, phone, email, all this stuff. So that looks to be fine, right? That's correct.
Speaker 3 58:04
That's correct.
Jason 58:05
Okay. Is there another one that maybe let's try? Let's jump into like something different. Okay. So that one's got everything there. That looks good. Let's go back. Let's look at maybe here's a claimed. Is there any claim? Yeah, let's just grab this one here. There's the map. There's the reviews.
Speaker 2 58:39
And Jason, I think this depends on the plan options, which are enabled that particular plan, and which ones are not right.
Jason 58:48
Yeah, is there a is there a specific listing that's not showing something? No,
Speaker 3 58:54
it's it's I've got it where like when Google scans the website, it's not picking. It's not crawling everything.
Jason 59:07
When Google scans the site, so yeah, when
Speaker 3 59:10
it crawls the site, it's not going through and grabbing all these things. It's just going through like home services, professional services, health and wellness, food and drink, and you know, it's not doing anything else.
Jason 59:23
Okay, and so you're talking about when you've tried when you've tried to index the site. So you've submitted it for index to to be indexed. Is that what it
Speaker 4 59:36
is? Oh
Jason 59:40
yeah. Yeah. That yes.
Speaker 3 59:41
Yes.
Jason 59:42
okay. So that's I mean there's nothing we can do about that. I mean Google is going to decide what you know what gets indexed and what doesn't, so they determine you know what's important to index and what's not. So yeah, there's really nothing that we can do on that. So if they don't pick up a certain page, I mean, you can try re resubmitting it to be indexed, but that's pretty typical. Google Google will go through a site and determine, you know, what what what what's meaningful to be indexed and what isn't.
Speaker 3 1:00:19
Okay.
Jason 1:00:21
Yeah.
Speaker 3 1:00:22
All right. That's really all I was working on.
Jason 1:00:26
Okay. All right. Yeah. So I wouldn't be too too worried about that. I I think you know if if you really want to build this site, Meryl, as kind of a local local directory, a local resource, local presence. The longer that that site is around, the more authority that your website gains. Google will treat every URL on that site with more authority, and will potentially index a lot more pages. So, like ways to do that. Obviously, there's you know on sites things that we can do on the website itself, driving more traffic to the site, so getting more and more users. So not just businesses, but actual real individuals who use the site as what it's intended for a local resource, so people going to your site, you know, staying on the site for a long period of time, looking for things, things like that. So building up traffic, building up awareness. Then there's additional things that you can do outside of that. You know, local SEO, so Google Business Profile, setting up a Google Business Profile for the directory, building links back to the directory to increase local authority, joining local membership groups like local chamber of commerce, things like this. These are all things that are going to gradually increase the increase the presence of the your local directory site, in the eyes of Google, and the the higher that that goes, the the better the chance is that you're going to be able to index a lot more pages.
Speaker 3 1:02:14
Okay, well I appreciate that.
Jason 1:02:16
Sure, yeah, no problem.
Speaker 3 1:02:18
Thank you.
Jason 1:02:22
All right. Who's next? Anybody else? Feel free. Just raise your hand or unmute. I see Tim's here. Paul's here. You guys have any questions? Satira, no,
Speaker 7 1:03:06
I'm I'm good for now, but I I just want to say about Will, there is no way in the world that he could be considered slow. Okay, so I just want to let him know that mr. I know?
Speaker 4 1:03:23
What'd you say?
Speaker 7 1:03:26
I said I I would consider you in no way slow. Oh,
Speaker 4 1:03:30
slow! I thought you'd smoking. I said, "Oh, you told me I had my camera on. Hey, I do have one more question. When you upgrade to the premium of the 299, you can do like a job board at that point, correct?
Jason 1:03:52
No, so you you can do a job board. I believe you can do a job board on yours right now.
Speaker 4 1:04:01
Oh, can you?
Jason 1:04:02
Yeah, yeah. Now that's not tied to membership. I, I don't, I don't think. Think we've changed anything on that front. But no, it. I. I believe that's all. That's all tied to your smart directory. Yeah, you should be able to just start up a job board. So you can also add that. Will here. Let me share my screen. You can also add that to jump in here, so you guys can see that. You can also do that under your plans inside here. So when you go under plans, now you've got your free plan and you've got your premium plan. So and obviously you can have more than just these two, but this is just an example. But when you go in here to edit any one of these, and you click on next, this is what this is where you determine what is available in either the free or a paid plan.
Speaker 4 1:05:00
Correct. So
Jason 1:05:00
these little toggle switches, right? You can go through all these different items, and you can turn these on or off. You can see we've got jobs in here, right? So you can turn that on or off. We've got news feed. So this is that other thing I was telling you about. Maybe this could be used to add things for sale. I mean, again, like we're we're kind of using something not as is it truly intended, but you could kind of manipulate this to to use it to sell things, or not not necessarily sell things, but like
Speaker 4 1:05:32
but list yeah
Jason 1:05:33
like post things yeah right, but yeah you can see that I mean there's tons of different things in here that you could turn on and off.
Speaker 4 1:05:41
So on your pricing plan, could you could you make a a job listing? Is the thing like sell it for like $29 a month or something like that, or would it have to be in one of those listings?
Jason 1:05:54
It's got to be. It's got to be part of a plan.
Speaker 4 1:05:56
It's got to be part of a plan. So
Jason 1:05:58
yep, yep. So you could create a, you could create a specific plan just around job listings if you wanted. Uh
Speaker 4 1:06:06
huh. Okay, so you could yeah, if somebody wants to advertise a job, so then so you just have to do job listings, figure out your monthly price, blah blah blah, and then would you set that up as like a form where they would fill out. Is that is that possible?
Jason 1:06:27
If you wanted to do it for them, I guess you could you could do that. But when they log in, they'll be able to add it themselves as long as they subscribe to the correct plan.
Speaker 3 1:06:37
To the correct. So yeah,
Jason 1:06:38
if you had it turned on inside this plan, then like jobs right here. If you had this turned on inside this plan, which it is turned on, then when they log in, they they can add it themselves.
Speaker 4 1:06:54
Okay, all right. So if it's in that plan, is that going to be like just a service with that plan, or is that going to be? Could you charge extra for that? What my question is.
Jason 1:07:06
Yeah, there's no real there's no real way to like kind of upsell these types of things. That's why I said, you know, maybe you want to just create a dedicated plan
Speaker 3 1:07:18
to add
Jason 1:07:18
add a new plan that's just centered around jobs.
Speaker 4 1:07:23
Jobs,
Jason 1:07:24
yeah, and then just sell it like that. Yeah, there's no like we don't have any type of upsell option inside of SDAI as of right now.
Speaker 4 1:07:34
Right now, I got you. Okay, so but you could you could do it jobs. You could just name it jobs and and then put a you know a 1995 a month or something like that and then then they could go in and if they so they could actually could they buy could could the the lead buy two different listings I mean the if the if the if the listing if could they buy that extra? Could they buy two? Is what I'm saying.
Jason 1:08:07
But oh, okay, because you want to charge job listing. Right, right, okay. Yeah, I wonder what we could do? How could we do that?
Speaker 4 1:08:36
Why don't you think about it, and we'll pick it up next week? How about that?
Jason 1:08:42
Yeah, I wonder. You could definitely. So you could set up a. You could set up a payment form outside of SDAI, where somebody could choose how many job listings they want to purchase.
Speaker 4 1:09:12
Uh huh.
Jason 1:09:14
And then based on that, you could, yeah, maybe set up a form where they could submit everything, and then you could set it up on the back end. So that could definitely be
Speaker 4 1:09:29
done. So you actually could do a like just build another site, like a Google site with a form in it, and then and then they could and add checkout to it to Square or Stripe or whoever.
Jason 1:09:41
Well, you could do that right here inside a high level. So if you go into, you know, sites, if you go into say forums, okay, go into forms and we create a brand new form from scratch. I'll show you what I mean here. So once this loads, you go over here under Ellum. And if you come down to, we've got sell products, collect payment. I think what we want is where's it at here. Maybe that is it. Yeah, let's just do collect payment. So, let me see. Hang on. See, sell product. Okay, so maybe this is the one multi-product.
Speaker 4 1:10:56
Yeah, this would work. Yeah, that would work. Yeah, this would
Jason 1:10:59
work. Yeah. So then you could add all of your products in here, and then somebody could check out. They they could basically select. So you could have multiple. The other way, like I don't know that this one's a little confusing. But if you go to, let me show you this real quick. You go under Funnels and go under Smart Directory. You don't have to do it here. I'm just going to do it here just because it's easy. But if you go in into a page editor and then go under elements and then go to like payment, yeah, here's one step order form. So once you set up a one step order form, here's the the order form. What you can do here is it is where is it at here shipping so yeah we don't need shipping enable cart mode yeah you want cart mode. See here. I just want to make sure this is set up correct. Upgrade the app company address. Select item. Okay. Yeah, I think that's everything. So basically, you can set up set up a a form like this, and now when you go back here under settings, or sorry, under used to be under settings, isn't it there? Sales. Oh, here we go. Products. Yeah. So under the new page, then you come over here under products. You'd come here. You'd select all your all your different products. So you could have multiple products, and then what'll happen is when that populates on that page, you can choose quantity. And so, like, you could just build, you could create one product called Jobs, and then there would be a quantity option where they could say, "Hey, they could choose two, and it would just double the price. No, right?
Speaker 4 1:13:12
Price, right?
Jason 1:13:13
Exactly. Yeah. So that's what that's what I was trying to demonstrate for you. But yeah, it's it's a real easy way to to be able to add quantity, and then once you have a checkout form like this, you could on that same page have a a form where they enter all their details about the job
Speaker 4 1:13:30
of the job. Okay, so they could
Jason 1:13:33
pay for it and submit it directly to all
Speaker 4 1:13:36
through one thing. Yeah, all through one thing. So
Jason 1:13:38
this would be separate from SDAI, right? Right. You once you get all the information, then you could go in and you could populate it for them.
Speaker 4 1:13:48
Then I would have to. It wouldn't automatically do it. I would have to physically do it at that point. Correct. Right.
Speaker 3 1:13:53
Yeah.
Speaker 4 1:13:54
Okay. All right. So, yeah, and that's not too bad. I don't know what you know. There's you know everybody over there had help wanted signs out. I thought that would be a good good way to you know hey list all your jobs on here you know 20 bucks a month or something like that you know that's other revenue so
Jason 1:14:18
yeah
Speaker 4 1:14:19
all right cool cool cool. So, and then what
Jason 1:14:23
you what you could do? So the way that the way that you monetize something like this, Will is obviously for people to want to spend money on that. You've got to have eyeballs, right? You you got to have people looking at the site, and the more people that are looking at the site, obviously the more money you could charge for job listings. Right,
Speaker 4 1:14:53
right.
Jason 1:14:53
So what you could do is say. Say you get yeah. Say you get two. Say you get. Let's just say we got five companies.
Speaker 4 1:15:06
Uh huh.
Jason 1:15:06
They're each paying 50 bucks a month, right?
Speaker 4 1:15:09
Right. So
Jason 1:15:10
that that's that's 250 bucks. Uh
Speaker 3 1:15:12
huh. What
Jason 1:15:13
you could do is you could say, hey, I'm going to set up. I'm going to set up really hyper localized targeting, and I'm gonna do Facebook ads. I'm gonna run, you know, five five bucks a day. I'm gonna run five bucks a day, five days a week to my site advertising these jobs. So you could basically take a portion of that that 250 and allocate it towards marketing budget to drive more eyeballs because what'll happen is you may not you may only have five right now, but once the word gets out that hey, when I list a job on Will's website, I start getting calls like crazy. Like you don't need to tell them that that's how you're doing
Speaker 4 1:15:56
it,
Jason 1:15:57
but yeah, you're
Speaker 4 1:15:58
driving into it right. Exactly,
Jason 1:16:00
you're driving the right people. You're running Facebook ad highly targeted meta ads to the page for job listings. People are paying you a certain fee, and then you're taking a portion of that money and allocating it towards a marketing budget to at to drive eyeballs to those job those job listings.
Speaker 4 1:16:19
Uh huh. Oh yeah, most definitely. Yeah, and Facebook ads-that's what-that's what sells. I I was in the process this morning of starting a I 20 Connect Facebook page too or group, so right,
Speaker 4 1:16:32
yeah. So and but I hadn't gotten that far yet. But then I made a I did a flyer with a QR code that takes them straight to the sign up, sign your business up. There's a bunch of like food trucks that aren't on Google or anything, so I have to physically go out there and give them a sheet of paper. Then I made a little card for them to leave up on their counter during the day as people come up as a QR code, and then go and look in the into the directory.
Speaker 10 1:17:05
Yeah,
Speaker 4 1:17:06
so that's great. I love it. Yeah, so yeah, yeah. I mean, you you got to jump on it while you can because, like I said, it's not going to be here forever. You know, it's not going to be like doing my other directory is going to be called the Vicksburger, and it's going to be today in history for the blog and all that kind of stuff, and it's going to have geared more towards the local and the tourists. We got about 500,000 people a year come through this town. So,
Speaker 3 1:17:32
wow,
Speaker 4 1:17:33
yeah. So we make $1 off each one of them. We're doing pretty good.
Jason 1:17:38
There you go.
Speaker 4 1:17:39
I love it. Well, cool, cool. I pre I appreciate that. I hope I didn't jump in and take too much time. So no,
Jason 1:17:48
no. Well, you're. This is what this call is all about. I mean, we do these calls every Tuesday, and usually we we stick around for about two hours. And yeah, the whole point of it is to do exactly what we're doing right now. I mean, obviously, we're we're here to answer you know any any type of technical issues that people are facing and that sort of thing as well. But I love talking about strategy and you know business building, marketing. You know the tech stuff is fun too. But yeah, I mean I'm I'm all about talking about all this stuff, so all
Speaker 3 1:18:21
this stuff. Yeah,
Jason 1:18:22
I'm I'm I'm happy to chat. Yeah,
Speaker 4 1:18:24
yeah, yeah, yeah. I'm an
Jason 1:18:25
open book. I'll I'll tell you every like I will if I've if I've played around with it, if I have experience in it, I'll tell you. I mean, I'm I'm an open book. So
Speaker 4 1:18:33
right, yeah, you know, and I'm and I'm learning, and I'm you know I wish I'd found this 20 years ago, but we didn't have the technology then either. So, but yeah,
Jason 1:18:46
it was a little bit it was a little bit more difficult to to do stuff like this 20 years ago. But yeah, now the technology's definitely evolved quite a bit to a point that allows us to do things, do some really cool stuff like this.
Speaker 4 1:19:00
Right. Yeah, I think the AI agents, the the phone numbers, and the and then automatically connecting people either via telephone or or I think the voice is going to be the one that takes off. I think it's going to be. I'm definitely going to start studying that, learning that. So, and I got it. I think I got it set up on mine, but I'm not 100 sure yet. I was waiting on a phone number to come through, and I can actually get an email through this too. Can I not?
Jason 1:19:30
Yeah, of course.
Speaker 4 1:19:31
Yeah, yeah, yeah. Because I, yeah, because I right now I'm just using my will at MS Pickers, just because it's easy and yeah, you know, y'all watch out. You have 15 email addresses, so
Speaker 3 1:19:45
this is true.
Speaker 4 1:19:47
Yeah, but I know the AI
Jason 1:19:49
AI voice is is absolutely amazing. AI voice technology has just completely changed. Even in just the last couple of weeks or last month, I would say, I don't know if you've heard of GPT Live One, but once that was announced, it's a completely different way of of processing voice, and that that's like revolutionized voice. It's like it's
Speaker 4 1:20:16
what was it?
Jason 1:20:18
GPT Live
Speaker 4 1:20:20
One. GPT Live One.
Jason 1:20:22
Yep. yeah. It's completely revolutionized voice. So the way the voice used to be processed was you would have someone speak over the telephone. The AI model would then basically take that that voice, it would transcribe it into written words. It would then take those written words, and the AI would process the written word. Then the AI would write a response in in in writing. It would in the written word, it would respond in writing. It would then send the that written response to another AI that would then read the written response out loud. That's how it used to work, and this would all happen within milliseconds, right? But it was still there was still a visible or there was still an audible lag in the audio where you would ask a question, and it would take a couple of seconds, or maybe a second and a half. It was enough to where it didn't feel human, where it didn't feel like a natural conversation like you and I are having right now.
Speaker 4 1:21:30
Right,
Jason 1:21:31
right. It wasn't that real time response, but now that's completely changed with GPT Live One. Like the way that it's processed is now real time audio response. It's not transcribing and then reading a transcription. It's completely. It's all audio, and it's it's incredible. I don't know if you play if if you if you're really if you're interested in audio, definitely go down that rabbit hole because there's a lot to learn there, and it's it's amazing.
Speaker 4 1:22:02
Yeah, I will definitely do that. And I'll tell you another thing I did. I pulled all my leads straight off of Chat GPT. They pulled them off of Google and what have you, and I didn't hardly have to scrub anything. The email addresses were a little difficult, you know. But yeah, you know. But I mean, I've I've got 100 and over 100 leads on the website now that I pulled everything. I pulled one, I think 25 off of Smart AI and or Smart Directory, and then but the rest came came straight from there, and it was it put it in the yeah I had it put in the CBS file, and then I formatted it once I got the list, and that worked just as well for me versus going through the I think you got 100 on the $99 program a month. Those don't roll over either, do they?
Jason 1:23:01
They don't. No.
Speaker 4 1:23:02
Yeah. So if you don't use them, you lose them. So
Jason 1:23:04
right. Yep. Yeah.
Speaker 4 1:23:06
I'll probably. But if you once you bump up, you go to 500 leads a month at that point too. And that's they're going to actually scrub those leads better, aren't they? Through y'all.
Jason 1:23:18
Yeah. I mean, it's it. You you can do the same thing like what we did in the past, and the the program that I've used for years is called Never Bounce. Never Bounce is a third party software that verifies email addresses. There's a ton of companies out there, but Never Bounce is just the one that I always recommend. It's the one I've been using for years, and it's like a fraction of a cent every time you you verify an email, but that's what I always did in the past. And so yeah, you can still use chat if you want, or Claude, or Gemini, or or Muse now, or whatever whatever AI model you want to use to go scrape the internet and you know build a list for you, but definitely use a third-party tool like Never Bounce to then verify the emails because that that's that's an important step that you don't want to skip. You you definitely want to verify that the emails are legit, and then only send to people that have a verified email address.
Speaker 4 1:24:19
Okay, I got you. Okay, I hadn't done that. I hadn't really sent out that email yet. I just got the email set up, and ended up just using, like I said, my own. But I go in there and figure out because you can go into email and you get an email, and then I did see where you could do that. So I'll I'll start playing with that. I'd rather have it info at i20 Connect versus Will at MS Pickers. So
Jason 1:24:45
there you go. That sounds good.
Speaker 4 1:24:48
All right, good deal, man. I appreciate your time on that. Yeah, of course. You're you're a world of knowledge here, teaching an old slow guy. Do what I can. I appreciate
Jason 1:25:02
you. Yeah, no problem, Will. Alex, how you been?
Speaker 9 1:25:09
Hey, what's up? I'm good. I'm good. Pretty, pretty busy, and the yeah, the directory is roaring. It's it's doing well. Nice, good stuff.
Jason 1:25:22
Very
Speaker 9 1:25:23
cool. However, let me share the screen with you so that we can maybe, like we say in French, "eclé ma lanterne, which means "light up my lantern. So okay, sure. Let me check. Let me check what you have to say about this. So, as you know, my directory is a little different, right? It's for individuals, most more than businesses, right? Yep. So I go to submissions here. Oops, that's not submissions. Let me go back here. So how should I explain what happened? So, for example, Claudia here. It says pending, but she's already on the directory. She has a profile already. I think that's that's her. That's Claudia here. See Claudia Lalau. Okay. I'm wondering why she's appearing in submissions since yesterday, and a bunch of others too. I sent her an email. I think if I go to emails, but what I want to know first is if I reject this, if I reject her because she's already on the on the directory, is it gonna kind of delete her profile or do something like that?
Jason 1:27:14
No, but I'm curious. Can we go? Let's look at the status of her contact record inside High Level. Yeah,
Speaker 9 1:27:21
yeah. So I'm gonna go to contacts. Actually, I wanted to do it here. So if I go to contacts, not conversations, contacts.
Jason 1:27:33
Yeah, let's see if we can find Claudia in here.
Speaker 5 1:27:35
We will hopefully. Yeah. Let me go back to submissions here. So, so Claudia. All
Speaker 9 1:28:01
right. So all good. She has her business and consumer.
Jason 1:28:05
Okay, look, can you click on her? Yeah,
Speaker 9 1:28:08
there you go.
Jason 1:28:13
And then I think it's under additional info. So if we scroll down here. keep going, keep going. There should be a status.
Speaker 9 1:28:26
Oh yeah.
Jason 1:28:28
I think you just passed it, but I didn't see anything listed under. If you go back up, business type service. Keep going, keep going up. Yeah, claims. status
Speaker 9 1:28:43
status okay,
Jason 1:28:44
and approved status. Yeah, there is so it's blank,
Speaker 9 1:28:48
and and then strangely the emails just date from yesterday. Like if she, so she had a profile, and I sent emails to people who had profiles but needed corrections or needed editing on their profiles.
Speaker 3 1:29:11
Okay. So yeah, she created
Jason 1:29:14
a consumer account. That's what this is. You can see the email Claudia plus user. Right. That's a consumer account,
Speaker 9 1:29:23
and it says April six here, and it's different. Claudia, Claudia.
Speaker 3 1:29:38
Hmm.
Speaker 9 1:29:48
It's like maybe she deleted or I deleted her. No, I don't remember deleting her her profile or what's her business. Oh, what's that?
Jason 1:30:04
I was wondering what what the name of her business is. Oh yeah,
Speaker 9 1:30:06
good question. Bottom line AI agency.
Jason 1:30:11
Bottom line, and see last
Speaker 9 1:30:12
activity a day, one day ago.
Jason 1:30:18
Yeah, go ahead and click there.
Speaker 9 1:30:21
Mysterious. So, yeah. So started April six. Then on April 11, I sent a message here. Yeah, I added some label like tags, and I told them to, you know, use those tags.
Jason 1:31:03
Maybe Richika has seen this before. Can you go back?
Speaker 9 1:31:06
I asked the. I had some issues with different profiles, different people, and you know, I I I wrote different many many tickets, so I have intervened, and is she around? Is she there? Yeah, Rajika, are are you here?
Jason 1:31:27
Have you seen the the tickets that Alex has put it through? Because that is really strange.
Speaker 2 1:31:32
Yes, Jason. Um, I think in this scenario, um, maybe she requested initially, and then she filled the form again.
Speaker 9 1:31:47
Yeah, it's possible.
Speaker 2 1:31:50
Yeah, that is the best that I can think about, like the situation. Yeah.
Speaker 9 1:31:58
So, what do I do here with this? You can
Speaker 2 1:32:01
simply reject it, and it will not harm the existing listing at all.
Speaker 9 1:32:06
Okay, let's do that. All right. So let's just go back here. Is she going to get an email saying, "Oh, you were rejected" Unfortunately, we're unable to approve your claim. I should undo this.
Speaker 2 1:32:29
I think you can send an email right now to her. Like it's a kind of glitch or something.
Speaker 5 1:32:36
Right, right.
Speaker 2 1:32:38
Or it was done mistakenly, and along with that, you can check her existing listing as well. It's bottom line, yeah, it can see.
Jason 1:32:50
But why would there be a secondary? Why would she even be showing up under there? Because she already had, she already had a consumer account. She already had a listing. You're saying what you're saying is that she tried to create a second consumer account.
Speaker 2 1:33:12
Yeah, maybe she'd fill the form game,
Jason 1:33:21
which I guess makes sense because the date did say April the eighth. Which I'm guessing if we go to her contact, it's probably the date that her contact was created was April the eighth, and that's why that date is showing up there.
Speaker 2 1:33:37
Yeah. What is the URL of the website, Jason?
Jason 1:33:45
Of Alex's site. Yes.
Speaker 9 1:33:47
It's AI filmmakersdirectory.com.
Speaker 5 1:33:58
So yeah, she shows up. She has definitely she has a profile up there in here. So heavy fixed.
Speaker 2 1:34:37
Yeah, it is still showing her list. Yeah,
Speaker 9 1:34:39
Yeah, good. That's good news. So I can just go ahead and probably do the same thing with those because I recognize the names, and some of them were had issues. Like this guy had like the same name for the business name and the individual name. And that caused problems, so I deleted it, and told him to re to redo to refill out a form, which he did here, and it's all working fine now. So I I have no fear now to like just. But the thing is gonna get the the message, so I need to go in automation or pages, just on. But the reject,
Speaker 2 1:35:23
yeah,
Speaker 5 1:35:24
yeah.
Speaker 2 1:35:25
I think you can simply just go to the automation and pause that
Speaker 9 1:35:30
automation. Is it in? It should be under
Speaker 2 1:35:34
smart directory AI, yes, and then system workflows. Yes, right.
Speaker 9 1:35:39
Okay. Oh yeah, I think I know which one. Claim was rejected.
Speaker 2 1:35:45
Yes, that's right.
Speaker 5 1:35:47
Well, it looks like is it published? Oh yeah, yeah, it
Speaker 2 1:35:54
is.
Speaker 9 1:35:57
Yeah, I never reject a claim, so it's good to be on problems. Good stuff. Okay, so at least I clean. I can clean up the approval submission flow. Right. Although I'm not sure what will happen exactly. Let's say you are just like you. You haven't. You you have created a profile, but not a claim. Okay, you haven't really accepted a claim, just a profile to be you know in the system. And is that if that person wants to become wants to have a profile? Do I just send them the this the form, the this form here? If they only have a profile, they haven't really been creating any any listing per se. That makes sense. They need to log in and then fill out this form, correct? And then they'll have a a full profile.
Speaker 2 1:37:09
Yes, like if you want them to add their business, so definitely this form. But if they, but if you already have their business on your dietary website, so you'll simply just share the listing link with them to claim.
Speaker 9 1:37:26
Okay.
Speaker 2 1:37:27
Yeah. But if the if the listing is not there on your website, that in that case you will simply just share the form.
Speaker 5 1:37:35
Okay, gotcha.
Speaker 2 1:37:37
Yeah.
Speaker 9 1:37:37
And this is Mike Mike Edgel, I think so. Mike has it in a profile already.
Speaker 5 1:37:50
I'll go here, Mike Edgel.
Speaker 9 1:38:04
Okay, so I think that's Mike Edge. That's Mike Edgell, but here I think it's same guy, nice and new. He's in Toronto, so just gonna go to contacts and check, and if it confirms that we can reject without any
Speaker 5 1:38:30
issue, then I'll leave that for the rest. Mike.
Speaker 9 1:38:43
So one day ago, one day ago, consumer, one day ago, business. Yeah, those are former attempts to create profiles, but there were some conflicting things going on, so I told them to do it again. I I should have, and I thought I had deleted those, but there are so many. Sometimes in the you know they they try many times with different variations on their names, and I was not aware of that, so I can clean this up and probably see. Is there
Jason 1:39:24
one under nice and new?
Speaker 9 1:39:26
Yes, that dates a month ago. And I should be this. No, I mean, is
Jason 1:39:34
there a is there a contact record called nice and new? So,
Speaker 9 1:39:39
oh, I see what you're saying.
Jason 1:39:46
No, okay, it's just that. It's just okay.
Speaker 9 1:39:49
The same. That's the business side.
Speaker 3 1:39:54
Yep.
Speaker 9 1:39:55
And that's with my yeah. So that's a a prior attempt. He didn't want to have his. Email showing, so I I I created my email with uh you know agile suffix, but that didn't work out, so it's not good. It's all to be deleted. Okay, I'm starting to it's starting to make sense now. So I'm gonna do this eject. and this guy also well October 11, Avinash October 13. Yes, that's the same guy. Okay, well, okay, I think I'm figuring it out. Santosh, no, no. Yeah, it's been kind of tricky these past days.
Jason 1:40:58
Rachika, have you heard anything new on the people directory.
Speaker 2 1:41:04
Peeping,
Jason 1:41:05
yeah, yeah. What's what's up with that?
Speaker 2 1:41:10
I'm sure, Jason.
Jason 1:41:16
So, Alex, I know that the you know there's been a lot of talk for quite some time, about originally we were thinking about doing like different themes, you know, creating like these different directory themes where people could choose a different theme. But I think what we settled on was, you know, visually we'll we'll open it up so that you guys have more and more control, and then the theme has kind of morphed more into like a I don't know what the new word that they're using to describe it as, but like a type, like a directory type, right? And the the type that I know has been talked about a lot, and then I know that they're you know Cameron. I haven't heard anything recently on it. That's why I was asking Ruchika if she's heard anything recently. But the the biggest thing has been the people directory, and that would work perfect for what you're doing. So that's why I was just curious.
Speaker 3 1:42:09
Yeah, it
Jason 1:42:10
would be interesting. What I'd love to do, and maybe I don't know if like filling out a ticket would be the best way to do this, but maybe it would, yeah,
Speaker 2 1:42:24
yeah. Now I got it. No, I don't think there is any discussion around this one at the moment.
Jason 1:42:32
Okay. What I'm thinking, though, Alex, is I would love to connect you probably with Cameron and the team, so that when they are ready to, maybe they're already in in talks and they're already working on it. I know that the dev team has knocked out pretty much everything on our bug board. Our bug board's basically empty, so they've like they're doing a really good job. They're actually way ahead of schedule, so I I wonder if that's something they're going to start to focus on. If it is, I'd love to connect you guys because I think you have a lot of unique insight because that is your business.
Speaker 9 1:43:12
Yes, yes. And it would be
Jason 1:43:13
really good for you to be in those discussions or at least weigh in a little bit, you know, and just say, hey, this is how I use it as a as a people directory, you know, and these are the modifications that I've had to make the workarounds, because I think that yeah, once we get to a point where that does go live, this that would be a huge. I think it'd be a huge help for you.
Speaker 9 1:43:36
Sure. Look at my header code. It's pretty touchy.
Jason 1:43:39
Wow.
Speaker 9 1:43:42
Yeah, I changed a lot of things, and the body code too. So yeah,
Jason 1:43:47
yeah, I can see that. Wow! Thank
Speaker 9 1:43:49
goodness for that. You know, really allowed me to customize things around the template. So yeah. All right, very well, and yeah, you can see, for example, also I added space for advertising here.
Jason 1:44:08
I did see that, yeah,
Speaker 9 1:44:10
yeah. Each page has this now, so I'm looking for partners, and I have interested parties that are looking at it, so that's pretty cool.
Jason 1:44:23
Very nice.
Speaker 9 1:44:24
Yeah, yeah, yeah. Lots of stuff changed over the past few months. Yeah, that's great. It's it's really you know starting to make a name for itself. So I'm really excited. It's really cool.
Jason 1:44:39
Well, I'm messaging the team right now, so I can find out what the status is on the the people directory.
Speaker 9 1:44:48
Yeah, one thing that I find it's a little too bad that I can't really affect is the fact that so I work with cloud code, and because the way it's. Built, it cannot go inside and open windows on its own. Like you know, business. I click on business here. Sometimes it can. Sometimes it cannot. It's kind of strange. It it can click on the the pencil, for example, example. But there are things that are like subdivided things, like I don't know, I don't remember which one, and it it cannot like automate things. I want. Yeah, just
Jason 1:45:32
has a hard time.
Speaker 9 1:45:33
Yeah, but that's one thing that you know we could, you know, for the pers personal style version, maybe we can change. I don't know, but in any case, starting to work fairly well. But you know, took me months to really kind of really manipulate the functionalities to what I leave with them, right? Yeah,
Jason 1:46:02
yeah. Well, I um, like I said, I just messaged the team, so we'll try to get an answer on that for you and find out what the status
Speaker 5 1:46:12
is. Okay,
Jason 1:46:12
that way, I I would love to get you in contact with them, just because, again, I know this is you're you're living and breathing this every single day, so that would that that insight would I'm sure would be really useful as they start to develop that out. So I think that would be that'd be a really good thing both ways, super beneficial.
Speaker 9 1:46:35
Yeah, yeah. Listen, maybe they they should accelerate the process because to be honest with you guys, you know, with Cloud Code, I just recently asked Cloud Code to create a video editing software for me, and it did it. I asked it to create a CRM software for me, and it did it. Right. So, yeah, I'm just saying. You know, there are a lot of options out there right now. So it'd be great if we could accelerate the this project. That would be great. Yeah. No, I I totally agree. Alex, can you drop your email in the chat for me. Okay, sure. Well, all right, Jason. Thank you. Awesome. Thank you for your help. Also, was it Lucika who was there? Yep. Thank you very much. I'll talk to you guys later.
Jason 1:48:02
Awesome, thanks, Alex. I just passed along all your contact info, so
Speaker 9 1:48:05
okay, awesome, thank you.
Jason 1:48:07
Hopefully, I'll have an update for you soon.
Speaker 5 1:48:09
That'll be great. That'll really be good. Bye. Bye.
Jason 1:48:17
All right, guys. Anybody else? Any other questions? I know we're getting pretty close to the end here, but yeah, happy to take take another question if you guys have it. If not, then I guess we could wrap up here. All right. Well, looks like looks like we could wrap it up. Okay, cool. All right, guys. Well, thank you. Thanks everybody for for joining the call today.
