Look at your domain, look at your structure, right? It's the same thing that's happening here, it's an iframe, it's pulling from that, it's pulling from the funnel pages, right, but it's including the header and the footer, that's the only thing that it's doing here, but it's, it's the same thing, it's exactly what you're trying to do with the claim page, so that's just the way that it works, if you want, if basically what it makes it look like the page is built into the actual site that see, like the SD AI site, it's an app, right? Like, we, the way that we designed this, the way to make it work inside High Level, we had to build an actual app that sits on top of High Level, but there's no way to, like, actually customize the site, the actual website itself, except for the settings that we've built into the app. This, this was that one little way that we could do it, so that you could have control over building pages and building pages however you want, but then have the pages show up on the site like they were actually built into it, like, like a typical website, right?

Hey Jason, I'm not even quite sure what I'm trying to ask here, but Tom mentioned something the other day that if we're not getting any kind of responses to the emails that going out, that there might be something we need to check on, and I've got a few people that have clicked on it, but not nobody's like claimed their stuff, so maybe it's just an issue of the emails aren't worth the damn more than anything else, but I kind of wanted to check on that and see what your suggestions were for that, if I'm even talking to the right person or right format in here. this is just that this is our SDAI call, so we cover everything SDAI a lot of times, that will bleed into high-level troubleshooting and agency troubleshooting, packaging, pricing, things like that. So we kind of cover it all, but the focus of the call is primarily around SDAI. Yeah, happy to look at the emails. I mean, when it comes to emails, there's so many different variables, it could be, you know, it could be the domain, it could be, you know, it could be the email addresses weren't cleaned properly. I mean, there's so many different variables, so like we'll have to kind of dig into your scenario, so yeah, if you want to pull up your screen and and share, then I'm happy to dig in with you and try to figure

so let's go ahead and click on automation on the left. Yeah, let's jump into the SDI folder, the outreach I Coach, and then, yeah, that first one right there. So, right off the bat, Kyle, I'll tell you right away, just by look, because I just caught a glimpse of it. It looked like there was 190 people that had gone through this so far, which is a real, just, just, you know, that's a very, very, very small sample size in the email world. So, everything that I'm about to say from here on out, take with a grain of salt, because that's a very small sample size. Like, when you're, when we look at sample sizes for email campaigns, we're typically looking at 1000s. That's where you can start to develop patterns and see things, but we'll, we'll still dig in and see if, like, anything's happening here, but maybe I need

to, maybe I need to wait, then, because I mean, I don't want to waste everybody's time if it's just a matter of, I need to do more in here.

Well, I think it's still a good idea of, like, showing people where they can go to see all this stuff. So, I think it's, it's a good teaching lesson for everybody. So, let me just show you a couple of different things. We won't dig in super deep, but I'll show you a few different things. So, on the left-hand side, do you see kind of like a pie icon over on the left-hand side, far left menu? Yeah, go ahead and click that. So, what this does, this is a stats. So, do you see what it just did? It just opened up stats for each one of these emails. Okay, so when you turn that on, you can now scroll through this automation, and you get a high-level view of all the stats for each email that's sent. So, you can see just on that first email warm-up, it's got was it 92 92% delivered, 37% open rate, looks like half a percent clicked, and there was 7% balanced. So right away, what this tells me is that there was probably something missed, like you probably didn't go through and clean and verify the email addresses that you're sending to, so that's one thing that that jumps right out to me, that you definitely want to do, especially as you start to ramp this up. You've only said 190 so that's not too bad, but you'll definitely want to start.

not much. Okay, so typically what I like to do, there's a company I've used for years, it's called Never Bounce. I can drop a link in the chat.

haven't dropped them just for everybody else. So, what I'll do, my process is I get my list, whether that's the 100 free leads that you're getting from us, or whether that's you going out and buying a list, or scraping the internet, or whatever it is, right? You get your list together, you take that list. First thing that I do is I go over to Never Bounce, upload that list, and then have Never Never Bounce scrub that list, and if I upload 1000 emails and 800 of them come back verified, I only download the 800 and I only email those 800 that's it. So I'm only looking for fully verified emails. Everything else I do not send to now. I do have a secondary process now, where, and I've been doing this for a couple of years, where I'll take that, that full list. So 200 came back unverified, I'll take those 200 I'll hand those back to my VA and say, 'Hey, go find an alternate email address for these 200 people. So I'm not just throwing them away, I'm just telling my VA to go and do some more research and find alternate emails for those 200 but I, when only the 800 go into high level to actually start sending right, and then there is a setting inside high level, and I think it's at the just double check, think it's right here at the sub account level, yeah, it is, it's under business profile, and we can go and pull that up. You'll want to make sure that's turned on, so there is a verify email address box that you can tick, and I use that as kind of a secondary verification. So, never bounces my first level of verification, only the fully verified gets actually uploaded into the database, a high level, and then from there, then I also go into the business profile settings inside high level, and tick that little box to do a second verification as these emails go out. What that does is that keeps my bounce rate well below 1% I'm usually half a percent or lower on my bounce rate, always by just doing those two things, and by doing it by keeping that bounce rate that low, that ensures long-term deliverability with that domain over time quickly. So this is one way. This is the fastest way to create a smart list.

So say you're like, hey, I want to filter by restaurants, right, whatever, whatever contact has a restaurant tag, or I want to filter by businesses, or whatever that is, whatever your filtering mechanism is. You can do that first, and then you can create a smart list. This is just the fastest way. You just hit that add smart list, but now you have to go through the advanced filters and add your different filters in order to create that list, and then once you hit create, there'll be an option to save it.
