Let's do it together!
Step 1: Access Dashboard
Open your Smart Directory AI installation and navigate to the dashboard.
Step 2: Find Listing Labels
Go to Businesses in the main menu and click on Listing Labels on the far right.
Step 3: Use Preloaded Labels
Utilize the preloaded listing labels with images to organize businesses by assigning them appropriate labels.
Step 4: Edit Labels
Click Edit next to a label to change its image or name, then click Update.
Step 5: Add New Labels
Click the Add new button, upload an image, and name your new listing label before clicking Add.
Step 6: Delete Labels
Select the label you want to remove and click Delete to remove it.
Step 7: Plan Labels
Before setting up a custom menu, layout your required listing labels on paper.
Step 8: Bulk Upload Labels
Use the provided CSV template below the video to upload multiple listing labels with optional images.

Step 9: View On Site
Once created, your listing labels will appear in the Businesses by tags section at the bottom of your site.
Step 10: Organize Menu
Go to Menu Builder under Branding to add and organize your listing labels in the site menu.
Step 11: Apply Labels to Businesses
Select one or multiple businesses, click Add listing labels, choose labels, and click Save.
Step 12: Remove Labels
Select businesses, click Remove listing labels, and confirm removal.
Step 13: Confirm Functionality
Check that the correct businesses are displayed based on their assigned listing labels.
Step 14: Additional Notes
Images for main menu items are optional, but dimensions are provided for reference.
