Step 1: Access Snapshot Link
Click the link below to import your snapshot.

Step 2: Log In
If prompted, click the blue button labeled Member Login to log into your high level account.
Step 3: Confirm Import
After logging in, click yes import now to import the snapshot.
Step 4: Select Sub Account
Click Sub Accounts in the left menu and type the name of the sub account for installation.
Step 5: Manage Client
Click the three dots next to Switch to Sub Account and select Manage Client.
Step 6: Load Snapshot
Click the blue Actions button and select Load Snapshot from the menu.
Step 7: Proceed with Import
Select the snapshot and click Proceed. Confirm by typing Confirm and click Proceed again.
Step 8: Switch to Sub Account
Click to switch to the sub account to view the new listings Dashboard part of the snapshot.
Step 9: Manage Dashboards
If needed, click the down arrow next to the title to switch or set a dashboard as default.
Step 10: Review New Agents
Go to AI Agents and check for new agents: Inbound Samantha, Outbound Samantha, and Ron.
Step 11: Update Knowledge Base
Edit the Directory Info knowledge base to add specific information about your directory site.
Step 12: Add FAQs
Include FAQs, rich text, and file uploads in the knowledge base as needed.
